Amazing Holiday – Highly Recommend! We’ve just returned from two amazing weeks at Vikingen Infinity Hotel, and we had such a fantastic time! The rooms are fairly standard, but honestly, that didn’t bother us at all we spent very little time there. The cleaning staff were brilliant, always making sure the room was spotless and fresh every day. The food was great with plenty of variety, offering something for everyone. There’s food available pretty much all day and night, which was super convenient. The drinks were okay not amazing, but decent. I found the cocktails a bit too sweet and syrupy for my taste at first. That said, I got used to them over time, or I’d simply ask for extra juice or a bit more alcohol to get them just how I liked. The bar staff were happy to accommodate, which was a bonus! 👌 One thing we really appreciated was how clean the hotel was throughout. Staff were constantly collecting plates, cups, and keeping things tidy. The entertainment was excellent during the first week—really fun and engaging. The second week felt a little repetitive, but still enjoyable overall. A lot of people complain about it being too late, but we actually found the timing ideal. We adjusted our routine so the kids could rest beforehand, and it worked out perfectly. There are so many pools and slides—something different for the kids every day, which kept them happy and never bored. The staff were lovely and friendly. A simple “good morning,” “please,” and “thank you” goes a long way. They're working hard in hot and busy conditions—be kind and appreciate them! The location isn’t the best—there are some shops about a 10-minute walk in either direction, but nothing too special. The local supermarket was very handy, especially since the hotel shops were, as expected, overpriced. One big plus—no early morning rush for sunbeds! There were so many loungers and umbrellas that it was never a problem. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would return in the future. Remember, a holiday is what you make it—relax, enjoy, and don’t be miserable!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Viking Infinity in Turkey – it exceeded my expectations in so many ways! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very safe and comfortable environment for both adults and kids. There were plenty of food options and activities to keep the little ones entertained, which made it a great choice for families. The staff were incredibly helpful – always nearby when needed, yet never intrusive. One experience that really stood out was an early morning walk I took alone by the seafront. I was dipping my feet into the sea with no one else around, and after a few minutes, a staff member discreetly showed up just to ensure my safety in case I decided to swim. That small act left a big impression – it showed how attentive and caring the team is. Despite the hotel being quite popular and busy, it never felt overcrowded. There was always enough space and plenty of food – their buffet selection is fantastic, with something for every taste. Overall, Viking Infinity is a great place to stay for a reasonable price. Clean, safe, family-friendly, and with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Just came back today and me, the wife, and 2 boys aged 10 and 12 absolutely loved it, the cleanliness is second to none, which I have not seen in England and the food was very varied and fresh was also lovely. Staff are very polite from cleaners to bar and entertainment team. Some not great English but your in turkey and you manage to communicate. I was skeptical on the 5 star rating just because it's a large hotel and read some reviews which isn't always the way forward. However home now and I would say it's 5 star and if your thinking of going I certainly would recommend 👌

Im currently staying at this hotel with group of friends and family. Let me start by saying that the hotel itself is great beautiful place, good service, and generally a very pleasant atmosphere. However, I feel the need to share an experience that really disappointed me. While the female animators are fantastic friendly, professional, and great at engaging with guests, the male animators, unfortunately, leave a very different impression. It seems their main focus is flirting with female guests rather than ensuring everyone is having a good time. One of animator took a group of guests, to a club in Konakli. Among us were Russian girls who behaved in a very inappropriate and uncomfortable way. What shocked me was that animator, instead of maintaining professionalism or caring about the rest of the group, seemed to encourage this behavior even dancing with them in a vulgar and suggestive manner. This is not what I expected from a hotel of this standard. Last year I stayed at a different resort where club outings were also organized, but the atmosphere was respectful and tasteful a completely different level. I would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with the hotel manager to share more about what I saw. I’m saying this because I genuinely like this hotel, but this part of the experience left a very bad impression.

The hotel is very large and crowded, with lots of bars and snack places. There’s plenty to do for kids, but it doesn’t feel very personal or cozy. If you don’t mind being around a lot of people and prefer a big hotel, it might suit you. The buffet offers a wide selection of food, but the quality is mediocre—though that’s somewhat expected with all-inclusive resorts, to be fair. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the service. I accidentally left my glasses on the table in our room. After housekeeping cleaned the room, I found them broken. When I reported this the next day, the staff were initially annoyed and questioned why I hadn’t come sooner. In the end, they did nothing except say they were sorry. They claimed housekeeping never touches guests' belongings and couldn’t be held responsible. I didn’t argue—I know it’s just one word against another—but I asked if they could at least provide some tape or glue for a temporary fix. They couldn’t even do that. It was a missed opportunity to show some care and make me feel helped. The glasses were prescription and cost around 150 euros. Now I have to fix them myself at home, and the hotel simply didn’t care. I spoke with a manager, who spoke with other managers, but it ended with, “Sorry, have a nice day.” Regardless of the broken glasses, we won’t be coming back. The hotel is just too crowded and too big for our taste. The rooms are okay, and the AC worked well. Cleaning was acceptable. The staff’s English was poor, but that’s somewhat expected in Turkey.

Very nice hotel for what you pay for. The food is lovely, they offer a variety of food including meat dishes, pasta, pizza, and plenty of fruit and vegetables. The rooms are lovely and clean, and rooms get cleaned often and towels etc replaced. The staff are lovely, the location is perfect, that being only a 20 minute walk from Siam Park and a 5 minute walk from the strip and beach. The pool is a great size and never too busy. I would say though that the hotel is full of young people, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for families due to the noise at night from young people going out. However if you are a young group of people like I was then this hotel is perfect. The hotel is decor could probably do with an update but I can’t complain since it didn’t affect my stay in anyway. Overall a great stay and great value.

The reviews about this place really did give me anxiety of staying but when I stayed here I was actually surprised of how clean the rooms are and the variety of food and drinks were provided. Me and my partner were happy about the food, service and the location of the hotel to 2 different beaches and amazing restaurants. Would 100% review this hotel as a younger couples hotel, not really suited for kids just because there's no activities for them and is noisy. Will be staying here again.

Nothing but positive things to say about this hotel, it’s clean, staff are friendly, good location for girls/lads holidays, drinks/food are good. There’s a lot of negative reviews on this hotel, any family/couple shouldn’t go here as it’s mainly teenagers/party holidays, that is quite obvious considering its location. Cleanliness is spotless, my friends had a cockroach in their room because of the mess/opened food they left. My room and friends stayed spotless. Drinks and food are good to the standard you pay for. The cleaners came in once/twice a week and they were also nothing but lovely. Overall I have nothing negative to say, lovely staff, clean hotel, an all round good experience.

I came here with my friend it was just the two of us and I had looked at some reviews before coming which made me really nervous as it did not sound good at all however when we got here everything was great, our room was a great size and the staff were lovely. We went all inclusive which I would say is worth it, the drinks aren’t anything special but they are enjoyable food is your typical buffet food which I can’t complain about. Staff were lovely and happy to help there’s lots of great places to go everything is pretty close to the hotel which is handy, taxis aren’t expensive and if you go out for food elsewhere there’s some lovely places. Great location and great for a nice chilled/party holiday with friends there were some families here but id say it’s less suitable for small kids as you do get the smell of weed every now and then but it is honestly a great hotel I would recommend and I would be fine staying here again. For a three star hotel I have no complaints!!

The rooms were fine and they were clean. But no air con and the food was awful. No care put into making it the same chicken and tadtless fish every day. When you go all inclusive the food is the heart of it and it was crap and the dinnwr hall was so so loud. I was not excited to go at meal times. You had to pay for a fan and the wifi was 20 euro per device and 20 for remote. The shop there was so expensive. Staff were lovely and pool was nice. But id never stay there again.

We recently stayed for 9 nights at Hotel Magic Cristal Park with an all-inclusive package. Our initial room had no phone signal, no view, and no hair dryer. However, after speaking with the manager on the second day, she was incredibly kind and responsive. While we had lunch, she resolved everything within 20 minutes and moved us to a much nicer room that had all we needed. She also explained that the hotel is undergoing renovations, improving room by room. Some may find the style old-fashioned, but that’s part of the hotel's charm—they’re preserving its classic look while upgrading the facilities. The food was absolutely amazing—many compliments and blessings to the chefs! Great variety, delicious flavors, and consistent quality throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, and we highly recommend tipping the hardworking housekeeping staff. If you've ever worked in a hotel, you’ll know how tough their job is—they truly deserve recognition. The location is also a big plus: just two streets away from the beach, making it very convenient. Right below the hotel, there’s a mini-market where you can find pretty much anything you need, and the prices are very fair. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Magic Cristal Park to anyone looking for a cozy, all-inclusive stay in Benidorm with great service.

Just home from a week staying at the magic crystal hotel as a solo traveller. Hotel was spotless, rooms cleaned everyday. Staff all helpful. Stayed half board choice of 2 restaurants Spanish or English. Choice at breakfast was to meet everyone's needs. Close to all amenities would definitely stay here again.

Avoid at All Costs – Worst Hotel Experience Ever I rarely leave negative reviews, but Magic Cristal Park in Benidorm was truly atrocious. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel is stuck in the past — and not in a charming way. The decor is extremely outdated, everything looks worn out, and cleanliness seems to be a complete afterthought. The entire place felt dirty, with grimy floors, dusty surfaces, and an overall musty smell. The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful. Any questions or concerns we had were met with eye-rolls or blunt responses, as if we were a burden rather than paying guests. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. As for the food — absolutely disgusting. Lukewarm slop, no variety, and questionable hygiene. We ended up eating out most days just to avoid the stomach-turning options on offer. Honestly, this hotel completely ruined what could have been a lovely trip. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere — this place is in serious need of a total overhaul and new management.

Had a lovely break at the Magic Cristal Park Hotel. We booked all-inclusive, and the value was excellent. Our room was nice with a TV and fridge. They balcony was big with a table and chairs. The shower was lovely, and new towels were provided each day. The 4 restaurants were fantastic and the choice of food was wonderful. The pool area and balcony bar were superb. Up on the roof. The only downside was the lifts.. not good. Loved it.. definitely going back

Let’s start with the good point. LOCATION. Room are dated but can’t complain with how clean they were fresh towels daily That’s the only positive this hotel provides. Arrived Wednesday hotel was pretty quiet food very limited but did manage egg on toast. By Thursday the full hotel was rammed (fully understand it was Eid) 99% of the hotel was occupied by Turkish people celebrating which I have zero issue with however the hotel seemed to them only accommodate for them,food music and even speaking! The hotel was so full we could never get space around the pool or at entrainment,which resulted in us having to seek alternative outside the hotel, no ideal on a ALL INCLUSIVE HOLIDAY. Due to the celebrations we had people around the pool till 6AM YES 6AM!! Playing music and drinking then by 9am pools rammed again. Hotel allowed this just going to say this as a fact if that was British people we would have been made to leave the pool and keep are noise down!! After day 1 the food was totally inedible couldn’t find anything we could eat other than chips so again we eat out everyday. Will say most of the guests were friendly despite the language barrier however some were rude and entitled. Wouldn’t come again

Absolutely awful staff are rude no English speaking staff so made it very difficult not interested in allergies which make it hard for me with an allergy child couldn’t feed him any evening except for chips no entertainment no kids club pools freezing cold drinks are awful when ever we asked about anything we was told end of season like we should have known there was nothing happening we ask for music to be put on in the evening just told outright no with no explanation no pool table games room or table tennis sport tent all cleared no kids entertainment. Absolutely ruined our holiday care more about weddings than holiday makes clapping in one of our party’s face completely shutting everyone down and being rude in general won’t be returning and I suggest if you are booked here you change hotels asap or get a refund! There travels safety certificates also expired last year!!! Steer clear please don’t give these people anymore money!

Do not stay at this hotel supposed to be all inclusive,,,, never no drinks at the bar only lager no snack bar food is absolutely shocking. Would not feed it to the wild bore up the street. rooms are very very dated with crack tiles all over the floor bathroom bodged. fridge don’t work, no English TV channels. flush in toilet does work so have to wash your stuff down with a bottle of water. no plugs in the bath or sink. room damp it’s a disgrace to say it is all inclusive hotel don’t waste your money. You would be better off sleeping at the side of the road in a tent

Overall, it was a nice hotel. Food was quite bland in taste, for me, but my Turkish bf liked it. Entertainment was not as expected, but given the time of year, there were hardly any customers, so I totally understand on the hotels part. The location was a 10 minute walk away from the beautiful beaches and Entertainment on the strip was good. I highly recommend going to Sweet Corner for food and night entertainment. They do a great full English/Scottish breakfast too, with real pork. Sweet Corner also provide a free travel service to and from thos hotel as they are in partnership with them!

Visited this hotel during my trip around greek islands trip and was very impressed. Staff were very attentive and efficient, bar staff constantly offered more drinks, but not too much. Cleaning staff did immaculate good job, not only in the room, but all territory. The terrace is beautiful as you can see across the sea and watch sunset. Being a lactose intolerant too, I was catered for with no extra fuss or problem. We felt at ease and very familiar to the place and people. Overall a great few days, wish I had a longer stay.

Very nice resort with modern designed rooms and nice beach, the pools are also beautiful. The resort looks amazing in the evening time with lightening. The garden is well kept and beautiful. We enjoyed much and just relaxed all day at the beach and don’t want to leave the hotel as there is everything here. Spa was nice, we tried some of a la cart restaurants and food in main restaurant was also good. Evening program is good and every night is different. Definitely good value for money. Bar very nice 🤓

We have just had a fantastic week at the Mitsis Rinela hotel. The hotel is situated on a blue flag beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pool area was great too, although the pool is 3 metres deep! The choice of restaurants and brunches were plentiful and had a wide variety of choice. The Pan Asian restaurant food was our favourite! Waiter service around the pool was good and Marina was brilliant! The ice cream, crepe, waffle, bbq, pizza stations were on offer throughout the day too! A sea view room is a must as the bay is stunning and you can see Dia island too! Spa was good for massages but not a lot else. Gym and yoga studio were located in a cool location and Zoe was welcoming and friendly. There is not a lot to do in walking distance in Kokkini Hani but you can book excursions. All staff were helpful and polite and this made our stay even better! Would highly recommend!

Perfect for families with babies – warm staff & great baby food! We stayed for a week at Mitsis Rinela with our 8-month-old daughter and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. The staff were incredibly friendly with children — always smiling and welcoming, making our little one feel special everywhere we went! We were especially impressed with the baby food options: every day there were salt-free choices available, and the chefs were more than happy to prepare special meals just for her. That level of care meant a lot to us as new parents. The room was spotless and fully equipped for families, and the shared areas were safe and easily accessible with a stroller. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with young children — we will definitely be coming back!

Amazing hotel, honestly after reading the reviews I was jubious but I cannot fault this place! The rooms are clean, spacious and well designed. The food is fantastic, so much variety and choices, snack bar is open 3-5 and something with everyone. Pool is lovely, cold but very welcoming with the heat! Honestly I cannot recommend this place enough!

My experience in this hotel was hell. The beds were uncomfortable the furniture was falling off and hit my roommate in the head. The safe was not functional and the AC worked occasionally. The cleaning service was good so was the receptionist. The location was horrible the place is like a desert there’s no views other than abandon building. Food was absolutely horrible almost inedible. The life guards were so strict and do you use the facilities in the pool such as the hot tub we needed to book. There was no sun beds, there wasn’t so much variety of food and most the food tasted re used. If anyone is deciding on booking this hotel I recommend you choose another hotel so you don’t waste your money and time

Stayed in a superior double with a balcony view of the pool. It was modern and very clean. The pools looked clean but we didn't use them as they were too cold. Food was tasty and new choices daily. Drink choices for all inclusive were not the best so ended up paying for better ones. We were disappointed with the evening entertainment which was either bingo, karaoke, or singers. We opted for a night out in Costa Teguise and wish we had done it sooner. Reception and catering staff need to work on their customer service skills.

Where to start - read the reviews beforehand, take with a pinch of salt as always, and judge for myself! We were advised before arrival that there were works going on, tbh, I had to search to see where. They are re-doing the ground floor rooms in one of the buildings, but we were completely unaware from pool area or anywhere else, as no noise or mess. Our room was in the other building, yet to be renovated. Personally I do not find the 'bamboo' furniture offensive, matter of taste I guess. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Cleaned daily (if required), nice little balcony, I did bring a travel kettle and extension lead having read other reviews. Also the remote for TV and safe needed new batteries, which would have no doubt been rectified had we informed reception. Really can't find any real fault with our room.We were All inclusive, which can be a little 'samey' but food was always plentiful, fresh and tasty, had mussels on 3 occasions which was a real treat, noticed fish a couple of days, but not for me. Breakfast was good, everything you could want, even proper sausages 😂. The restaurant staff are very attentive, always cleaning and clearing tables.Now to the drinks - they certainly don't skimp on the alcohol, my liver can confirm! If you want 'named' booze, it comes at an extra cost, but for me, local spirits were great, also as someone else mentioned, the daily cocktails were good 😋 Wasn't too sure about the 1 euro cup charge, before arriving, but what a fantastic idea, saves waste and people return the cups rather than leaving empties all over the place. So, in conclusion, if you are looking for a 5 star hotel (which would no doubt cost a LOT more) this is not for you, but if you want a good room, decent food and strong drinks at a very decent price, then this is the place for you!. The icing on the cake for me was that your AI bracelet wasn't whipped away at check out, as usually happens, nice touch 😊. I would not hesitate to return.Thank you for a great week. P.S. the pools were freezing, but what do expect in March?

Had a really good holiday, came with friends. The atmosphere was good and the entertainment was for all ages so everyone enjoyed themselves. The hotel has lots of attractions and just 23 minutes in a taxi to get to the main town. The food was really good and had a very wide variety.

I am currently staying at this hotel and I am very disappointed. On the first day, we were greeted very badly by two receptionists (a man and a woman) who didn't give us a warm welcome, the man didn't even look at us and the woman just stared at us weirdly. I'm sorry but I consider that there is a minimum in the reception. You pay for a hotel for a very good welcome. The 2nd negative point is the sun lounger places, since I've been here I haven't had a single place on a sun lounger. A hotel should have so many more deckchairs so that people can enjoy the pool. Guests get up at 7am to put their towels on the sunbeds and go about their business. It's really the first time I've seen this. Not great food. Yesterday we went out to eat because the food wasn't very good. 4. Very nice security guard though. That's good. In any case, review your management of the hotel because I find that the value for money is not there.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, I will start with saying the hotel itself was lovely, also very clean.. the maids did a Fantastic job! The pools are great, can get a little busy on times but overall 5/5.. the only down side for me was the food, same thing most nights, didn’t really mix it up. If your British then you’ll be living off chicken, chips and rice.. location - was a little out of the way from the main stretch of shops but could easily get a taxi outside the hotel for 250 - 300 lira which I think was pretty good.. would I come back? No not for me 🙂

I stayed at the Blue Star hotel for 7 nights with my family. I would like to thank Mr OĜUZHAN he was working at the reception, he was very friendly, kind and helpful. He resolved any issues very quickly. Blue Star can be proud of him. Some of the guests are very racist, and the food is horrible. The hotel does not cater for all the broader communities at all. Although we paid for an all inclusive service we did not eat at the hotel much due to the terrible food provided. However, the cleaning ladies are very good and they clean the rooms very well.

Where to start the hotel is a 4 star the rooms are outstanding and air con is A1 apart from broken down for a hour or two one of the days. The staff don’t know how to smile. Though the entertainment staff are brilliant. The food is shocking especially if your British unless you love living off chips for breakfast dinner snack and tea I wouldn’t bother wouldn’t come here again because of the food everything else is pretty what you expect

Just back from a week at HSM Canarios Park with my Wife and 2 kids, ages 2 and 4. We all had the best time. This hotel is ideal for families with kids. The food is good, nothing fancy but plenty options for the kids and fresh fish or meat cooked at the buffet every day. The restaurant is open for long periods which makes it easier to plan your day and means you can avoid busier times. The staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful which really adds to the overall experience of feeling welcome at the hotel. The rooms are cleaned so thoroughly and beds were always made up and room tidied and cleaned throughout the day. The staff would even make the kids beds and then lay their teddies on top. There are 3 pools at the hotel so always space to find a couple of sun loungers. The kids pool was great, so shallow so easy to relax and not have to worry. There are shuttles into the town but we always opted to walk as it's a straightforward route that's pleasant and safe to walk - about 20 mins or so. The tourist markets in the town are great and well worth the walk. Some nice bars and cafes too. At the end of the week none of us wanted to leave so I think that says it all!

Hotel is clean rooms are clean apart from ant problem, Plenty of beds by the pools, 4 pools in total all inclusive is great food is extremely repetitive and always cold. Entertainment is fantastic and its what really makes this hotel, town is 20 minute walk not great walk with buggies or young kids. Expect to wait up to 2h for a taxi into town especially in the evening.

After reading the reviews on this place I was dreading it!! I couldn’t have been more wrong. The staff, especially the entertainment team, are great. The rooms are very basic, with some rooms being very high up if you have small children. We were on the 4th floor and had to tell the kids not to be on the balcony alone. It can be noisy however it never kept us awake. Would not recommend this hotel for childless people. It is VERY child friendly, ours are 6 and 4 and always something going on for them. Food is ok. We had some really nice meals. No issues with food poisoning. Always chips, pizza and pasta for the kids if you have fussy eaters! Breakfast was lovely every day. The free minivan is a bonus to the town and beach. The town is lovely with activities like renting quads available. Beach is gorgeous! The pools are great. We spent all of our holiday around the kids pool and splash park, the other pool is a little deep. With the shallow end being 1.2m, better suited for good swimmers or adults. Splash park is amazing for the kids with little slides. Some of these reviews I feel are very harsh. It is a 3 star hotel and if you expect 3 star you will love it. For the price of the holiday we can’t fault it.

Not the Holiday We Hoped For Unfortunately, this hotel wasn’t for us. What we anticipated as a peaceful getaway turned out to be more like a summer camp for kids. From the pool to the restaurant and even in the hallways, there was constant noise—screaming, yelling, and door slamming, often caused by unsupervised children. We were hoping for a relaxing, quiet escape, but that simply wasn’t possible here. While the staff were friendly and the basic services were good, the overall ambiance was not what we had hoped for. It’s worth noting that this is not a great option for vegetarians or those who follow a halal diet. Pork was widely available, but there were no halal meat options at all. Vegetarian and seafood dishes were often placed next to meat dishes, leading to frequent cross-contamination—again, often due to kids helping themselves without supervision. The hotel may be ideal for families with children looking for activity-filled holidays, but for couples or individuals seeking tranquility, this is not the place. Sadly, our holiday felt more stressful than relaxing, and we won’t be returning.

We have just come back from a holiday at HSM Canarios Park. 6 Nights all inclusive with a 6 year old and a 11 year old. The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff are constantly keeping on top of this. There was a massive variety of food available and there was either a meat or fish being prepared by the Chefs whilst you wait at dinner time and tea time. We really couldn't fault the food at all and there was a good variety at the snack times as well. There's a variety of drinks and alcohol beverages available. Upon check in you get a voucher that you exchange for plastic beakers and they are yours for the remainder of the holiday and are used for all drinks outside. If you lose a beaker its €1 to replace. The area where the hotel is not particularly near anything but if your after a family holiday at a hotel where kids can help themselves to as many drinks and ice creams then it doesn't matter the location. Loads of kids entertainment as well as the option of kids club. There's 3 pools which are observed by life guards. One pool has slides which the kids enjoyed. There is a free shuttle to the beach every 10mins however probably my only downfall of the hotel would be the fact that given the size of the hotel the shuttle is an 8 seater mini bus and during school holidays its a bit of a nightmare getting on and getting back as there's so many people wanting to go and although us Brits have a bad reputation in Europe we do actually queue. We didnt get to the hotel until 4am and it would of been nice if there had of been complimentary bottles of water just with everything being closed. But we would definitely return and definitely recommend this hotel for a lovely break with the kids.

To start off, the pools at serenity Alma were great, they had snack bars close by as well so you don’t have to go to lunch if you want a pool day. So pretty convenient. The slides were great for the kids and adults too. However, the beach location was quite far, they do offer a buggy ride to the beach but we found it quite the hassle. The location from hurghada was quite far - 45 minutes one way. So do consider this if you want to explore. The staff are the reason for the one less star.. some of them become quite rude during your stay with attitude. They favour certain individuals compared to others. This is mainly the reception staff. When we got there, they were laughing and giggling towards us making us feel uncomfortable. Management needs to sort this out. Bar staff were amazing especially the guy at the infinity bar!! Great guy. The cleaners were so helpful as well. But reception made our lives hell.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this so-called 5-star resort . First, we found ants crawling in our bed. After complaining, the staff discovered a hole behind the bed where the ants were coming from. They sprayed insecticide in the room but still made us stay in it — no room change was offered, despite the obvious discomfort and health concerns. I even have a video of the ants as proof. But the worst part: my daughter slipped near the pool, where the floor was wet and no warning signs were placed. She fell hard and ended up needing 8 stitches in her chin. We were shocked and devastated. I have the medical report confirming the injury. This is unacceptable and dangerous, and shows a clear failure in maintaining guest safety. We paid for a premium experience, but got stress, pain, and disappointment instead. Staff were polite but not empowered to resolve anything properly. Our flight is in two days, and honestly, I can’t wait to leave. This is not what a 5-star stay should look like — it’s been the exact opposite. I sincerely hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves its hygiene, safety, and guest service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to families looking for peace of mind The only exception was that the staff and the activities team were very kind.

The staff is wonderful and always smiling, and the rooms on the ground floor with a garden are a paradise for children. the highest praise for the pirates animation team, our twins enjoyed their time. We just got back last week. The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day. And mainly, the staff were all amazing, Smiling all the time so we Felt very welcomed. We really enjoyed our holidays at the Sunshine Crete Beach Hotel. We have stayed in a semi-separate apartment out of the main building. It was clean and quiet. We asked for a sea-view room but we could barely see the sea as it was mostly hidden by other buildings which was not so big issue at the end as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. The catering was also great in the main restaurant and at the beach bar. The overall atmosphere was perfect, mostly thanks to the animation team. They took care of the children as well as of adults during the day and evening. There was always something to do and it was always fun. Amongst others stretching and aqua aerobics in the morning, water polo and some competition in the afternoon, and a mini-disco for kids with another competition or karaoke and a disco in the evening. Go, animators, go!

An amazing two weeks at this wonderful hotel. Everything was excellent - the room, food, staff. They welcomed us at 4am and were so kind and helpful, it was a great start after a long journey with young children. The hotel is just lovely, with so many facilities. Everything for kids was perfect and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. Even if you don’t have children, there’s plenty to enjoy. Could not recommend enough.

This is not a 5 star hotel, really dated, rooms require urgent refurbishment. Staff was okay but definetly not 5 star hotel experience. Food was okay but again they are far far away from 5 star, drinks are limited and cheap alcohols. We mostly enjoyed the clean sea and it was beatiful but we would no come back to stay at this hotel again. They are not up to standard to be 5 star hotel maximum 3 star.

It was the best hotel ever or the best vacation i've been to the staff is very friendly and there is a lot of activities for kids and other activities like golf, football and many many more. The food was delicious and the all the pools are great there is a kids pool that i spent a lot of time with my little brother the rooms are small but good the ones that are by the pool on the first floor are by far the best ones because it's a 2 sec walk to the pool. The location is amazing to walk to the sea it takes one minute!!

Amazing staff! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. It’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such dedicated team members, and we’re truly grateful for that. We had an evening flight home, and when we asked if we could use the amenities until our departure, we were told, “You are our guests until the bus leaves.” That level of hospitality is rare, and it really stood out to us. We would definitely come back! The resort is perfect for families—clean, with great food, a fun animation team, and close to the airport (our baby loved watching the planes fly overhead). We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was perfect for a family holiday. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel had a warm, friendly atmosphere and was clearly designed with families in mind. The food was absolutely amazing, served buffet-style with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The serve food and drink from 07:30 till Midnight, considering those who arrive late. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something new to try each day. One of the standout features was the five pools spread across the resort, each offering something different – from quiet relaxation areas to fun zones for the kids. The on-site spa was a lovely touch, providing a peaceful escape and a range of treatments that left us feeling pampered and refreshed. The beach is 2 minutes walk and the view just added another touch. They also do activities in the beach such as volleyball ect.... The evening activities was great. Every night offered something new, from live performances to themed nights, and the kids disco was a firm favourite with my child. She had an amazing time dancing and making new friends, while we enjoyed the entertainment and relaxed knowing she was having fun in a safe environment. The creche was also available. Although we need use the service, but knowing it was there was a peace of mind. Overall, this hotel delivered everything we could have hoped for in a family holiday – great buffet meals, top-notch facilities, endless entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back!

We have had a great 10 days at this hotel, the rooms are modern and clean. The guys on the animation team are great, especially George, my son Frankie loved him and often wanted to find him as he would make a fuss of him, he’s very friendly, funny & great with the kids! Also Johny, he would call my daughter “chicken lady” they thought he was great. The food is good for all inclusive, lots of option and different themed nights and at the snack bar in the day (gyros, chips, nuggets pizza salad) but we do like to go out, we’re not the type to stay in the hotel 24/7 so we have been out for dinner a few times, there isn’t that much around just a few shops & restaurants. Would highly recommend going to the Knossos Taverna which is 5/10 minute walk, have a children’s play area and they have a band, show with smashing plates and dancing on a Wednesday and Sunday evening which was brilliant. They have a great beach by the hotel, and the shop in the hotel is good too. The ladies on reception, and all staff were always so kind and helpful. Would be good to have a few more English channels on the tv, there was lots of German shows - but would say about 70% of the guests were German. Alcohol just like most all inclusive - pretty weak and tasteless but other than that can’t fault anything else. We have had a great time :)

If you’re looking for a good family holiday then look no further! Just finished our 7 night stay and what an amazing place this hotel is. We are a family of 4 with a 10 and 4 year old and they have loved it too. The food is amazing for a 4 star hotel and probably the best I’ve had at an all inclusive hotel. The selection is great and the pizzas and focaccia is just incredible! The rooms are cleaned daily to a very high level and all staff have been incredibly friendly including the activity team who put on various different activities. The layout of the hotel is very enclosed meaning it feels incredibly safe with children. The entertainment on an evening is fantastic with various different high quality acts, bingo and karaoke. The whole vibe of the hotel is very chilled, with music by the pool and relaxing areas. An amazing place and one we will be coming back to!

Great place to stay. Not too busy in mid June with a really relaxed atmosphere and great staff who are super hard working but maintain a friendly demeanour. The restaurant was great with tasty varied food options and help yourself drinks (inc. booze), although I mainly reserved this for the evening 😉. The pool is nice and big. Quite cold but not so bad and is salt water. I enjoyed the evening entertainment and events, and there is a nice spa area too with additional treatments at reasonable prices offered which I sampled. The rooms are nice with some having a small kitchen and as the hotel is not so big pretty much all the rooms overlook the pool area in some way. Outside the hotel, a very short walk away is an area with a big supermarket, clothes shops, bars, restaurants and also home to a small market on Sundays and Thursdays which is worth visiting as it's so close but you'll see better. Slightly further away (5 min in a cab) is the main drag with lots of shops including the usual tourist ones but also regular ones, including some more high end. More bars and restaurants here too as expected. This leads up to the harbour area too which is picturesque. It's also worth doing the walk from the hotel up the coastal path up to the harbour (about 20 mins) where you'll pass further bars and restaurants, and I would recommend walking back through the main drag as mentioned previously.

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel! A great variety of food at breakfast and dinner time. The A La Carte was also lovely! Stayed in a Junior Superior Suite and it was a lovely, spacious room and it also gave us access to the infinity pool. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The hotel was always so clean and the staff were friendly. Only downside is it is a bit far from the main shops but there is a supermarket nearby. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

Just returned from a fabulous week at the playa Park. The hotel is situated about a 10-15 walk from the main strip so it feels very chilled and relaxed. The reception check in on arrival was quick and easy and we were greeted with a big smile. All the staff here are very friendly and helpful, in particular the restaurant and bar staff who couldn’t do enough for you. The first thing you notice is the hotel is spotlessly clean and well cared for, everything is constantly being washed, brushed or polished. The food was excellent, always varied and good quality. We loved the drinks stations for wine, beer and soft drinks, so much nicer than waiting for a waiter. The room was comfortable with a great view over the pool area and two balcony areas. The pool area was lovely, lots of good quality sun beds and a relaxing atmosphere. The main pool was a little bit cold but once you were in it was absolutely fine. The animation team worked hard and the evening entertainment was really quite good, something I don’t normally say, in fact we went to the night bar every night as the atmosphere was fun and enjoyable. All in all it’s hard to report any negatives with the Playa Park, I can’t wait to go back !

We enjoyed a week with family and friends here to celebrate my husbands birthday. Nothing was too much trouble, check in was fast, rooms great and no problems trying to get a sun lounger ( there's loads ) we used the spa area and had a couples massage which we both enjoyed and the price was very reasonable. The food was hit and miss ( I'm a fussy eater ) but everyone seemed to find something each day. Would we go back, hell yes, it's a great hotel x

Just checking out from the most amazing holiday we have ever experienced. From the beautifully stunning reception room where by are welcomed most warmly to the beautiful beach and scenery. Rooms were excellent with comfortable beds and pillows to the very needed air conditioning. The wonderful can't do enough for you and greet you everywhere you go. The food is amazing with lots of difference choices and including an Italian restaurant called Tues any which needs to be pre booked at reception. There is a brand new restaurant being prepared now to open very soon and its looks amazing! The pool is very clean and not salt water. One side of the pool is alot quieter than the other,and then there is the Aqua park which is separate and is such good fun We've made lots of friends whilst here and wish our stay had been longer. We will most definitely be returning to this beautiful place.

I had an amazing 10 day holiday at Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort! I would rate it 5/5 but the terrible WiFi connection brings it down 1 mark. WiFi is nonexistent at this resort although it states there is WiFi throughout the hotel. Apart from this, I have no complaints - I loved my stay at Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort! The cleanliness is unmatched and I always saw staff constantly cleaning, moping and sweeping the grounds. The gardens are beautiful and the gardeners are seen daily trimming bushes. All of the staff were phenomenal and a true credit to the hotel but my favourite by far was Abdulrahman Yahya at the hotel, he mainly worked in restaurant Paranorma. He was always so friendly and accommodating. He had a smile on his face whenever I saw him and he really cared about his job and making all the customers happy! The shops located in the resort were also amazing, especially Medo in the supermarket and the man in the perfume shop. They all made my stay amazing from start to end! Big shout out to the senior supervisor Ahmed as well for helping us during check in! Also Memo from the entertainment team was insane!!! His energy and passion for dancing is so clear and he made our evenings! Thank you all for a great stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights, arrived fairly late at night and had booked a family room which was due to have 2 rooms both with 2 twin beds. The room we were given was appalling and more like a hostel. It had the tiniest bathroom and my daughters 'room' was a box with a dodgy sofa bed in that was filthy and falling apart. To top it off the lift was directly next to our room and the lift made so much noise, like a high pitched drilling all through the night. The room also did not have a working flushing toilet and the mattress me and my husband had was unbearable with springs coming through. I went to reception the first thing the following morning and told wait a few hours and will see what they can do. 4 times I went back to reception to be told at 8pm they couldn't do anything today but come back the next day. Roll on the next I was finally given a suitable room but no compensation was given except a bottle of wine and 3 pieces of fruit in our room that were from the all inclusive buffet. On our final day they let us have our room for a few extra hours. I spent 2 of my 5 days holiday chasing for a suitable room which isn't acceptable. Overall the food is fairly good, but long queues for everything, drinks, dinner, beach bar etc. The place looks nice in some places but really tired and worn in others, especially around the pool areas. The location is near the airport (its under a flight path which is fairly noisy) but that's about it. They use a travel company to provide buses into Rhodes old town but fairly pricey.

Just got home after 7 days. Overall a really enjoyable trip. Initially we booked the annexe and it was a big mistake. Old, tatty, not very clean, ants everywhere. For the price we paid it was pretty poor and after 2 days we had to pay for an upgrade. The family room we changed to was excellent. Lovely room with an amazing sea view, well worth the extra cost. If you’re interested in going, don’t expect to get a sunbed by the pool unless you’re up with the birds. In the 7 days we were there we NEVER got a bed! There are signs saying no towels to be left on beds but the masses snag them way before breakfast so anyone who doesn’t get up with cockerel has zero chance. Food is excellent. Drinks, a bit limited. No free ice cream for the kids in the all inclusive 🤔… bit strange. Staff helpful, nice and clean. Not much to do around the area outside of the hotel and a taxi to old town Rhodes is around €20 each way and 20 minutes away. Amazing weather though 👌🏼

We’ve had a lovely family experience. Kids and adults have loved it. Great location on the beachfront and close to the airport. There is some noise from the planes however you hardly notice them after a few go past and the kids loved watching them go by so close. The animation team are amazing, the energy levels from them throughout the whole day is very impressive and always smiling and engaging with everyone. Karaoke night was a particular highlight with Fredric singing horrifically but everyone loving it. 😂😂 again great energy making it very inclusive for everyone. I don’t know where they get the energy from. The rooms are basic but I would definitely recommend staying here as there are so many positives.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed, especially by the culinary experience and the exceptional service. The main restaurant offers a fantastic variety of dishes with something new every day. From fresh salads and perfectly cooked meats to delicious desserts, the buffet exceeded my expectations. Everything was well-presented and full of flavor, and the quality of ingredients really stood out. What made the stay even more special were the à la carte restaurants. Each one had a unique atmosphere and menu, offering gourmet-level dishes with great attention to detail. The Mediterranean à la carte was a personal favorite — every bite felt like a fine dining experience. Equally impressive was the service throughout the hotel. The staff were consistently warm, polite, and attentive. Whether at the restaurants, the reception, or by the pool, everyone made an effort to ensure guests felt welcome and well cared for. It’s clear that hospitality is a priority here. Overall, the food and service alone are enough to make me want to return. Highly recommended!

I really liked the hotel overall. I am surprised why some people are exaggerating about the food and the rooms. The rooms were cleaned decently. At the reception, many of the staff was friendly and supportive. When it comes to the main restaurant, there was a wide range of starters, main dishes, and different salads. The food was good. In hospitality, it is all about service offered by the waiters and the employees. You need to feel special and welcome. Captain Aldo knows very well how to give that feeling to their guests and works with full passion. He really deserves all credits 👏👏

Cannot fault this hotel after reading reviews was worried however there is a new entertainment team which are great, rooms cleaned daily, good food and the staff and incredible. Had an amazing stay thank you. Would definitely come back here. Each night are themed foods my only gripe is the beach which is difficult to get in with all the ticks but not the hotels fault. Manager was very accommodating also meeting my child’s additional needs. Only thing I would recommend is disability pool access as the older people staying struggled to get in. But for us 4 star absolutely

The hotel is ok, i was with my parents and we came back yesterday. The service was nice every day and the cleaning ladies always did what was needed when asked. The food was varied but only the breakfasts were boring. The location is a plus, everything is close and there is a bus that runs every 10 minutes to Paphos. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet hotel ;)

Honestly very good location,but absolutely dated hotel. Booked a room for myself and my husband even though we requested before booking, They didn’t give us double Bed,there wereTwo single beds and they Put double duvet to make it look like double bed. Bathroom and room lights were not working. AC didn’t work three days out of seven days. And in the bathroom, it was very old and dirty bathtub and you couldn’t even stand in the bathroom, It was that small even after complaining they didn’t listen .so never ever again in this hotel .

We were generally pleased with everything on the holiday I came with my family. Everything from the food to the rooms, from the poolside to the drinks was very good. The only problem is that cleaning needs to be paid a little more attention. Cleaning was done only twice in our 10-day holiday. Other than that, the animation was very good. We returned from the hotel just three days ago, and unfortunately, we had the worst vacation ever. We didn't expect much, but even then, we were disappointed. The only positive aspect was the size of the rooms. During our seven-night stay, our room was only cleaned once and that was only because we tipped the cleaner. The food in the restaurant was the same every day for both lunch and dinner. Furthermore, the queues for the grilled meat were consistently so long that men couldn't even try it without waiting for nearly an hour.

Just came back from the Ramada 10 of us requested a ground room due to children having disabilities and an adult with disability, they took us right to the top and after 3 room changes we were placed right at pool side.. the food is horrendous more or less the same food every night not much variety for kids as my children ate chips and veg for the 11 days we stayed. The rooms were only cleaned twice and bedding only changed once when asked to clean the room they didn’t understand me and left it. You hear everything walls are paper thin. We got ate alive by mosquitoes it’s really bad there (children and father were worse off) so if your thinking of going take bottles and I mean loads of bottles of mosquito repellent.. Nothing around you beach is man made so isn’t worth the hype.. take the bus it’s 65 lira to the closest town although you to get stung with prices for everything so be careful

Had a lot of mixed feelings booking this. I paid £330 for 7 nights. I did not come in peak season. First of all, this is not a 5 star. I do not understand how it has been rated so high. All in all, it’s not a bad hotel, but the expectations were high considering its rating. This hotel is a strong 3 star. Cons: - pool was cold which is a big thing. I was able to swim but only for 15 minutes at a time before being very cold and having to get out - no indoor pool - WiFi extremely bad when busy - after 11pm the workers constantly tell you to be quiet even when you are talking at a normal volume in the bar area. The walls of the hotel are VERY thin but that is not something that is our fault but rather the infrastructure - as mentioned the walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper you do hear everything. Luckily I am not a light sleeper and slept fine - the bartenders do talk and gossip about residents which is extremely odd. I was told one of the bartenders was making strange comments about me and my sister. Highly unprofessional - the smell of w**d is frequent. One of the workers sells it. I will not name him because business is business - the workers speak hardly any English - the Ala carte restaurant was supposed to be included but they said it was closed until May (now) - they charge €1 per page to print out boarding passes - the lift is rundown - a lot of the building in general is rundown - the food repeats, some nights a few new things come but lunch is absolutely terrible - they serve drinks in these paper cups and they leak extremely quickly - some mornings they did not restock the tea selection - there is no map of where the restaurant is. You have to guess where things are - we booked a trip to the market and they dropped us off in the middle of nowhere, 50 mins walk from the temple they recommend. Very odd idea - gym is tiny - dinner is 7pm which is quite late - the alcohol included is local only - poor organisation when getting our transfer shuttle back to the airport. Had to guess which bus I was in - no entertainment for the first 6 nights we were there apart from kids disco. Only on the last day did they properly have people come in to perform - shower was cold the last day we were there - when we first entered our room one of the lights was flickering on and off. They did fix it but this took 30 minutes and it was very late at night - when it rains the hallways flood as there is not a proper roof - a lot of noise complaints will be received. Especially if you are on the top floor of any building. I myself did not receive any but a friend received about 4 in one night usually. All she was doing was talking normally at 11pm. Again, no one’s fault. But the thin walls - workers complain if you’re too loud by the pool bar too and it’s late. A lot of ‘keep it quiet’ - they have a club but it’s pretty dead - balcony is covered by a roof so no sun - the hairdryer was horrific. One of those attached to the walls. Didn’t work in my room. Luckily I brought my own Although there are a lot of cons, the pros are strong Pros - the social aspect of this hotel is amazing. I have never socialised more on holiday. I myself am British and 70% of residents are either British or also speak English. There is also a lot of polish but these too are very friendly people - the beds are extremely comfortable - the rooms are great. A big plus. Very nice and spacious - hotel staff clean everyday. Change towels everyday. And bedding every 3 days. Cleaners are quick to notice small things, like shampoo refills - free shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel. Refilled everyday - they have a grill and pizza area in the restaurant which is usually very good food. Some days they did kebabs, even one day they did an entire steak with a side. Free of charge - the lines to get drinks are usually very low. Especially the restaurant and lobby bar - although the pool is cold it’s huge!! - ice creams great All in all a 3/5. I had a nice fun time. But there are better hotels. Which offer a lot more. I wouldn’t return

Dunno who on earth gave this hotel a 5 star review, it’s 2/3 stars at best. Was my first time abroad in 8 years from dates 9th May to 16th May & it wasn’t my choice to stay here. Someone booked it on behalf of me & my partner to get away. Don’t get me wrong, the vibes every night were good with the entertainment/dancing from whichever culture it was that night. Make the disco every night on the entertainment plaza by the pool for adults instead of kids for once, would have appreciated some good dance tunes like the Macarena or cha cha slide. The entertainment team are really poor except for Pablo who’s so friendly from the minute we got here. One of the entertainment team (a lady) thought it was acceptable to touch my boyfriend’s body whilst he was playing darts (who does she think she is? So inappropriate), which was absolutely rubbish & the measurement from dartboard to chair was well off, no wonder everyone playing was constantly losing to ‘killer darts’ which btw the entertainment team have no clue on how to correctly play. Couldn’t do longer than a week here, I cannot wait to get back home to the UK where the food is so much better & not cooked in so much oil, which made me very ill on night 4. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff as soon as we got here, put us as far away from the reception/restaurant as possible, we had to climb a fricking mountain pretty much to constantly get to our room. So I do apologise Ramada Resort by Wyndham Akbuk but you’re only going to get a 1 star review from me.

Just come back from an amazing getaway with my family. the pool is huge and amazing very clean and clear, the animation team are very engaging even have kids activities and magic shows for kids. the towel guy on the beach and all the life guards are very helpful they assisted me before even asking. The beach bar staff are extremely helpful and always cheerful. The Housekeeping is super and cleans the room in no time. really enjoyed it and definitely will come again

I have decided to spend here my summer holidays. I've booked 11 nights here and, so far, I've been here 3 days already and I find the resort very charming. Despite it being a little far from the centre of Sharm El Sheikh, it is located in a very beautiful position and it has a wonderful beach and many pools. The food, as an italian, tastes good and it changes pretty often. The staff is very polite and available for anything u need. They do a lot of animation stuff, such as kids activies, fitness, yoga, party and many evening shows. So far, I'm really enjoying my stay here and I would highly recommend it.

Disappointing Experience at Valeria Resort – A Bargain That Came at a Cost My partner and I booked a 10-night stay at the Valeria resort in June for two adults, costing £1,475 at a 4-star property. Initially, I was thrilled—a new country, a seemingly beautiful resort, and a price that felt like a steal. However, by day three, the reality hit hard: you get what you pay for, and in our case, that included food poisoning and a series of disappointments. Food Quality and Hygiene Issues The all-you-can-eat buffet was a major letdown. The food was often lukewarm, attracting flies and even birds that wandered freely in the restaurant. I noticed food stashed behind the buffet, barely wrapped and placed on the floor during breakfast service, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The meat served was almost entirely fat, with little edible content. Unsurprisingly, both my partner and I suffered food poisoning, which ruined two days of our holiday. On our last day, we met two other guests who shared similar experiences, having also fallen ill after eating exclusively at the resort. After some research, I discovered multiple allegations of food poisoning linked to this resort—information I wish I’d seen before booking. Language and Cultural Bias As British guests, we felt overlooked. The resort caters predominantly to French guests, with an estimated 95% French clientele. Staff made minimal effort to communicate in English, and all entertainment was exclusively in French, leaving us feeling excluded. Reviews had mentioned this bias, but I underestimated how isolating it would be. A more inclusive approach would have made a significant difference. Unprofessional Staff Behavior The entertainment staff’s conduct was another low point. During dinner one evening, two male employees were openly discussing their sex lives with two female guests from Manchester, in a restaurant surrounded by other guests, including children. This was neither discreet nor professional, and it was uncomfortable to witness. While I have no issue with staff interacting with guests, such intimate conversations in a public setting were inappropriate and should be addressed by management. Final Thoughts While the resort’s low price and attractive appearance initially seemed like a bargain, the reality was far from it. Poor food hygiene, cultural exclusivity, and unprofessional staff behavior overshadowed any positives. I strongly recommend potential guests research reviews thoroughly and consider paying more for a resort with better standards. Management should prioritize food safety, staff training, and inclusivity to improve the guest experience.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. Went with a friend and a family of 12, we all loved it. The rooms are modern and clean. The food is good although there’s not a big selection there’s always something for everyone. Staff are wonderful especially the animation team, very enthusiastic people and put all their effort in during daytime animation and evening shows. Hotels location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and supermarkets all around the place. Will definitely be coming back next year :)

I've just came back from 2 weeks there with my 7yr old daughter. Had an amazing time. From the 1st day the staff were so welcoming. Yes it's definitely designed for French visitors but most if not all speak English if you ask. We met some great people like Hassan who is the lifeguard at the slides pool. My daughter had a great laugh with him as did I. All the bar staff are friendly and like to engage in conversation with you which is nice. The cleaners do a great job with the rooms always making nice things with the towels. Now for the food... OMG it was amazing genuinely. The flavours of the meats, vegetables was delicious. The foods cooked in the tagines were also full of flavour. Entertainment Staff do a fantastic job there all day and night. Always helpful and nonstop. The shows in the theatre are mostly in French but do some parts in English. We both really enjoyed our 1st trip to Agadir and this hotel. Will definitely be back. Thank you everyone at Valeria for making our holiday memorable.

My partner and I stayed here 31/05/25-07/06/25 the hotel is in a good location, close to the beach. Service is okay at best. There aren't enough sun beds and parasols, resulting in the guests taking them from others (witnessed this several times). The building itself is a little tired and could do with updating. Rooms are made up everyday if you like, but the towels were not replaced and had wet towels several days running. One day they only gave us 1 towel we did not ask for another as it was our last night there. In the morning when we checked out the hotel staff accused us of stealing a towel. We tried explaining that the cleaner never replaced it when she was saying she had. They made us open up our suitcase and rifled through it. There was no apology after. Overall our stay was okay but only due to the excursions we planned, would not stay here again though morocco itself was fantastic.

Can’t understand any of the negative reviews! We had an amazing week at this beautiful hotel. The grounds are gorgeous, rooms and clean and spacious and amenities are super handy. All the staff are so kind and friendly, big shout out to Mustapha and Khalid just to name a couple. To be working hard whilst fasting and still with a smile on their faces is amazing and well appreciated. Food is delicious and varied with a wide selection of Moroccan and western dishes. Lunch is the best with freshly barbecued meats and a pizza chef! The only thing lacking was the tea/coffee so I would advise to bring your own, we bought a mini travel kettle for the room which was well appreciated. The hotel is in a great location close to shops/mini supermarket so very convenient if you forget anything. Highly recommend a stay here, and hugely grateful to the staff for all their hard work!

This place has the potential to be amazing again—if they can address some of the current issues. We were sold a luxury, adults-only, all-inclusive experience for our honeymoon, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that promise. While we still made the most of our time together and had an amazing trip overall, several aspects fell short. The food was often over-salted and of inconsistent quality, with limited or no snack options available throughout the day. The Sandy Villas is closed. which was disappointing. Meaning we had to eat at sandy beach and the walk a short distance every day to the main family resort. Not Adults only. Our swim-up villa was lovely, but unfortunately pool was dirty and poorly maintained, we had to ask for it to be cleaned and for the lights to be turned on. The main pool was worse. It’s also clear that some staff are unhappy with the resort’s new direction—though I have to say, the majority of the team were truly fantastic and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. With a return to proper standards and attention to detail, this resort could be something special again.

We are currently staying in an all inclusive holiday (jet2.com) in Sandy Villas (9 nights). The room is spacious, providing direct access to a quiet pool. The facilities in general are great, staff friendly and helpful, but we had severe food poisoning. The resort caters for 1,500-2,000 people snd serves buffet lunch/dinner. Given the severity of food poisoning we were confined to our room for 3 days. This resort has full potential but they need to sort out food hygiene standards for good. Other guests we spoke to also were affected by food poisoning so it’s a common pattern.

Entertainment was OK but not wow. 5 min walk to the beach through the grounds of another hotel or they can take you down to the beach in golf cart. Reserved section of beach for Sandy Villas Hotel only. Beach Side pool was a nice touch, again for Sandy Villas customers only.

Clean hotel and we enjoyed the food - nice meat and fish. No AC built in the room but managed with portable one. Children happy on our trip, nice family hotel.

Just spent a week all inclusive at this hotel after booking a very last minute deal. Arrived at the hotel late evening and was checked in by friendly reception and offered late arrival food in the restaurant which was declined but first impression of room was basic but clean, nice to have a fridge. Around the pool and sun loungers was clean with plenty of sunbeds with no reason to get up early and reserve sunbeds. Entertainment was very much hit and miss and very basic. No football, sports or any usual activities. Mini disco is also at 16:30 around the pool which I found odd and no evening activities until 21:15 on most nights. Food on the whole was very good and above what we expected, each night was themed but above expectations based on other reviews. Staff at the hotel were in the most professional and helpful however one receptionist was very unhelpful to the point she refused us a late check out, however later the same day Dani on reception straight away sorted us a late check out. Location wise is not the best and is located a long walk and down a steep hill but if you're holiday is to stay within the confines of the accommodation then it is great but if you're looking to explore a little more then I wouldn't recommend. Free bus to the beach which gets very busy but is an option. We ended up hiring a car. Nice hotel, good food and would return but some staff need to improve customer service.

We have just spent 10 days at Dunas Mirador. The hotel itself has been absolutely fantastic, Our 4 year old son really Loved the pools and all the entertainment staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Eli, Francisco and Corina! Bar staff were fantastic and special thanks to Alejandro! the rooms were clean however the Details of which rooms have air conditioning could be a bit more prominent on the jet 2 website that we booked with, we did manage to get a mobile one though for an additional cost but this was well worth it! All in all I would definitely come back again. Thank you team Dunas!

Family holiday here on the all inclusive pack was lovely. the hotel is clean and has all the amenities one could expect. the food is always very good, and all hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. there were lots of fun activities for the kids and family friendly activities. if you aren't bothered about a slightly longer trip to the beach then this hotel is an excellent choice

We spent 5 days at the Dunas Mirador for a short vacation with old friends. The experience was overall mostly positive, there were fun activities within the hotel itself which helped compensate for the location which is not terrible, however the highway runs alongside which is a bit noisy. the entertainment staff were fantastic and friendly and the hotel staff were professional and helpful. the food was lovely and the rooms were perfectly liveable and clean. If you are on a budget for an all inclusive this is a good choice.
