We had a truly wonderful stay at Viking Infinity in Turkey – it exceeded my expectations in so many ways! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very safe and comfortable environment for both adults and kids. There were plenty of food options and activities to keep the little ones entertained, which made it a great choice for families. The staff were incredibly helpful – always nearby when needed, yet never intrusive. One experience that really stood out was an early morning walk I took alone by the seafront. I was dipping my feet into the sea with no one else around, and after a few minutes, a staff member discreetly showed up just to ensure my safety in case I decided to swim. That small act left a big impression – it showed how attentive and caring the team is. Despite the hotel being quite popular and busy, it never felt overcrowded. There was always enough space and plenty of food – their buffet selection is fantastic, with something for every taste. Overall, Viking Infinity is a great place to stay for a reasonable price. Clean, safe, family-friendly, and with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Resort really nice, plenty of pools and nice slides both for kids and adults. Food was okay there were plenty of choices. It did lack on fruits selection. For an all inclusive hotel it does lack of bars to be opened after midnight. Bars are closing at different times during the day which leaves only a couple to run from 4 o'clock, therefore you have to walk a lot for a drink if you are by the pool area where the bar is closing early also causing massive queues for a drink. Very disappointed with coffee there was only instant coffee at all coffees machine and if you wanted a good coffee there was only a bar from 10 o'clock you can get one, imagine the ques as everyone wanted one. the staff lacks on speaking English, hence communication is quite difficult. You would ask for a glass of white wine and they would not understand. On a really bad note I would say the staff refused almost every request we done. they would not do it, only if you give a tip I asked for 2 tablets to be joined together and I been told they will do it only if I give €10 Overall a good holiday but left a bittersweet taste as they could do better.

I was here with my family on May 2025. The hotel itself is massive, a lot of walk. Only thing - not enough information about entertainment on the evening or what's going on during day. We stayed there 10 nights and only at our last day there was staff going around and telling there will be foam party at the beach (otherwise we wouldn't know, same with evening entertainment). Lot of walk over the bridge. Rooms very beautiful, hotel very nice itself. Food - nothing special, but alright. Alcohol drinks - not very nice (only 2 people from bar staff made it ok). Even juices for kids were so strong that kids had to add water. Location - not greatest as not too much to do around unless you rent a car, but we checked this out before we booked, so it was not a problem to us. Giving it a 4 star in total :)

This is a lovely place to visit, the food is good, the rooms are spotless and modern, the entertainment team are very good and friendly, there is plenty to do throughout the day with all sorts of activities. The evening shows are some or the best i have seen for a hotel. Would definitely recommend this place and i would love to visit again.

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 nights recently and we cannot fault this place. Everything was 10/10 food drinks staff entertainment rooms all fabulous we didn't have children but it's amazing for them too! We would highly recommend and we would definitely return. FABULOUS 🤩

I came here with my friend it was just the two of us and I had looked at some reviews before coming which made me really nervous as it did not sound good at all however when we got here everything was great, our room was a great size and the staff were lovely. We went all inclusive which I would say is worth it, the drinks aren’t anything special but they are enjoyable food is your typical buffet food which I can’t complain about. Staff were lovely and happy to help there’s lots of great places to go everything is pretty close to the hotel which is handy, taxis aren’t expensive and if you go out for food elsewhere there’s some lovely places. Great location and great for a nice chilled/party holiday with friends there were some families here but id say it’s less suitable for small kids as you do get the smell of weed every now and then but it is honestly a great hotel I would recommend and I would be fine staying here again. For a three star hotel I have no complaints!!

Great location, great staff, great service. Can’t fault the cleanliness or quality of food. As a single traveler (all inclusive) celebrating my 40th I can say this stay has exceeded my expectations. I was looked after very well and fully recommend. I would like to point out it wasn’t as loud or lively as I’d expected and I also didn’t encounter any bugs not even a single cockroach. I throughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints at all. Looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you for your hospitality 😻🫶💋

Rooms basic but clean had everything you need few missing tiles but it's 3 star . The hotel is dated and the bar area dark rely could do with updating .food i wood give 5 star if they had more to choose from but the food is very tasty enjoyed every meal but some people will complain. All staff are friendly and will always help if needed. It is very noisy of a evening so if you a light sleepr bring ear plugs . Always plenty of beds at the pool and life guard is there all times . If the place had a face lift updated it would touch 4 star easy

Stayed in April during Easter holidays, been about 6 times over the years and unless your really stuck up the hotel is fine. Mixture of ages and wasn't woken in the night at all. Or my 3 year old wasn't either. The 2 smaller pools are quieter than the main pool, we went self catering but upgraded to all inclusive ( on last day only) was €33 adult and €16 for 3 year old.

The hotel has a 3.3star rating which i would suggest is about right. Location is excellent. The food is good, but a little bit limited in choice. Staff are excellent with great service. The hotel is clean, but very dated, which is why the rating is lower. All in all very good value for money.

We recently stayed for 9 nights at Hotel Magic Cristal Park with an all-inclusive package. Our initial room had no phone signal, no view, and no hair dryer. However, after speaking with the manager on the second day, she was incredibly kind and responsive. While we had lunch, she resolved everything within 20 minutes and moved us to a much nicer room that had all we needed. She also explained that the hotel is undergoing renovations, improving room by room. Some may find the style old-fashioned, but that’s part of the hotel's charm—they’re preserving its classic look while upgrading the facilities. The food was absolutely amazing—many compliments and blessings to the chefs! Great variety, delicious flavors, and consistent quality throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, and we highly recommend tipping the hardworking housekeeping staff. If you've ever worked in a hotel, you’ll know how tough their job is—they truly deserve recognition. The location is also a big plus: just two streets away from the beach, making it very convenient. Right below the hotel, there’s a mini-market where you can find pretty much anything you need, and the prices are very fair. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Magic Cristal Park to anyone looking for a cozy, all-inclusive stay in Benidorm with great service.

We stayed for 4 nights and we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was a bit old and can be busy but every effort has been made to keep the place clean and tidy. The staff are helpful and reasonably friendly. They have an extensive buffet restaurant in 2 floors a bar where the drinks are not watered down as usually happens in some all inclusive hotels. The hotel has a big swimming pool on the 7th floor and games arcade for the children. Centrally located for the old town and bars and a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend it if you are a budget conscious holiday maker.

Had a lovely break at the Magic Cristal Park Hotel. We booked all-inclusive, and the value was excellent. Our room was nice with a TV and fridge. They balcony was big with a table and chairs. The shower was lovely, and new towels were provided each day. The 4 restaurants were fantastic and the choice of food was wonderful. The pool area and balcony bar were superb. Up on the roof. The only downside was the lifts.. not good. Loved it.. definitely going back

Avoid at All Costs – Worst Hotel Experience Ever I rarely leave negative reviews, but Magic Cristal Park in Benidorm was truly atrocious. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel is stuck in the past — and not in a charming way. The decor is extremely outdated, everything looks worn out, and cleanliness seems to be a complete afterthought. The entire place felt dirty, with grimy floors, dusty surfaces, and an overall musty smell. The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful. Any questions or concerns we had were met with eye-rolls or blunt responses, as if we were a burden rather than paying guests. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. As for the food — absolutely disgusting. Lukewarm slop, no variety, and questionable hygiene. We ended up eating out most days just to avoid the stomach-turning options on offer. Honestly, this hotel completely ruined what could have been a lovely trip. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere — this place is in serious need of a total overhaul and new management.

Quite dated hotel but definitely budget friendly! Very busy with mostly elderly Spanish clients which didn’t bother us at all. Very noisy rooms, you can hear everything. Food ok, you can always choose something. Big shoutout to the staff who work extremely hard, especially in the bars and also cleaning ladies. We are family of 4 and we’ve had a great and cheap holidays thank you!

Excellent and helpful staff; amazing view from the rooms; woke up every morning, opened the door of the balcony and listened the waves. The hotel was super clean and there were multiple staff members checking if I had everything in the room. The adults only part of the beach is a great idea, very relaxing, super clean and warm water. I had dinner at their special restaurants 3 times and I could have stayed there forever. Lovely atmosphere, very tasty food. My favorite is Italian. And they have live music at evenings at veranda. I would definitely go back. P.S.: bus station right outside of the hotel.

This was our first experience of a Mitsis Resort and we couldn't have asked for a better time! From start to finish it was perfect. The moment we checked in at 11.30pm we were greeted with smiles and a welcome drink. Our family swim up room was perfect for us and 2 kids. Loads of space in the room and having the pool right outside was amazing! The hotel decor was amazing. Most rooms had a different outdoor area. The beach was bliss. Pure sand, comfy sun beds! Restaurants were sooo yummy. We booked all ours well in advance so got to experience them all. Over all 5* hotel. Incredible and welcoming staff and an amazing holiday. We will definitely be back

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the hotel and all the staff were first class. We were upgraded with a good discount which was fabulous! Because our tour agency never informed us that hotel has stunning rooms with pool and reception assisted us immediately. Rooms were clean, comfortable, luxurious and well stocked. Every meal was tasty and delicious and they have a good variety, and the service is definitely 5 star. Ok, they may have some flaws and delays sometimes, but very minor issues. Special mention to the bar service, the staff is lovely, humorous and serves you really fast! Common areas are standing and pool area is spacious with plenty of sun beds, our own pool had a special bar service directly to the sunbed that was amazing. We will be back 100% next year - it’s a special hotel!

We’ve only been here 4 days and we are so sad to leave! Everything from begging till the end was 10/10 we were welcomed by multiple staff with drinks, help with our luggage up to the room, explaining everything through our stay and our rooms. Food is very good, a lot of different varieties. Drinks are very nice as well. A lot of different chill areas small pools big pools. They didn’t waste a single inch of this place, everything is nicely decorated, sitting areas all around! Minibar in the room is also very nice and constantly being topped up’ all staff was very nice throughout our stay and Truely whatever you needed all you had to do is ask! We’d be happy to come back again soon. I’d just like to add the rooms have everything you need, hair dryer, toothbrushes, shaving kit, shower cap, dressing gowns, slippers, even shoe polishing kit! Have a safe in each room. The rooms are super super clean and beautiful no matter which one you pick. Honestly I’d recommend this place so much.

Stayed in a superior double with a balcony view of the pool. It was modern and very clean. The pools looked clean but we didn't use them as they were too cold. Food was tasty and new choices daily. Drink choices for all inclusive were not the best so ended up paying for better ones. We were disappointed with the evening entertainment which was either bingo, karaoke, or singers. We opted for a night out in Costa Teguise and wish we had done it sooner. Reception and catering staff need to work on their customer service skills.

Where to start - read the reviews beforehand, take with a pinch of salt as always, and judge for myself! We were advised before arrival that there were works going on, tbh, I had to search to see where. They are re-doing the ground floor rooms in one of the buildings, but we were completely unaware from pool area or anywhere else, as no noise or mess. Our room was in the other building, yet to be renovated. Personally I do not find the 'bamboo' furniture offensive, matter of taste I guess. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Cleaned daily (if required), nice little balcony, I did bring a travel kettle and extension lead having read other reviews. Also the remote for TV and safe needed new batteries, which would have no doubt been rectified had we informed reception. Really can't find any real fault with our room.We were All inclusive, which can be a little 'samey' but food was always plentiful, fresh and tasty, had mussels on 3 occasions which was a real treat, noticed fish a couple of days, but not for me. Breakfast was good, everything you could want, even proper sausages 😂. The restaurant staff are very attentive, always cleaning and clearing tables.Now to the drinks - they certainly don't skimp on the alcohol, my liver can confirm! If you want 'named' booze, it comes at an extra cost, but for me, local spirits were great, also as someone else mentioned, the daily cocktails were good 😋 Wasn't too sure about the 1 euro cup charge, before arriving, but what a fantastic idea, saves waste and people return the cups rather than leaving empties all over the place. So, in conclusion, if you are looking for a 5 star hotel (which would no doubt cost a LOT more) this is not for you, but if you want a good room, decent food and strong drinks at a very decent price, then this is the place for you!. The icing on the cake for me was that your AI bracelet wasn't whipped away at check out, as usually happens, nice touch 😊. I would not hesitate to return.Thank you for a great week. P.S. the pools were freezing, but what do expect in March?

- room was dirty as we arrived, having bugs in the room and dirt in the bathtub, as well as the sheets not being clean on the first day. The safe which was included in the room did not work, the same with the mini fridge. - you had to pay a €10 deposit for pool towels, which is normal, however I don’t think paying €2 for a clean towel is normal for a 4 star all inclusive, hygiene as a whole was an issue. As they didn’t clean the room towels and took one of our room towels and didn’t replace them. The departure showers were disgusting, the whole shower was dirty and all the towels they offered us were previously used, still dirty towels from lost property. - on the topic of hygiene the pool was not treated with any chlorine or any cleaning products and was freezing, and not useable, and when we did try and use the pool my partner got an infection. - the food, was bland, overcooked or raw. Most other visitors we spoke to ended up spending more money eating out as they didn’t trust the food, or it didn’t suit there taste as the variety was poor, and after I got ill from eating the food I would not advise it either. Most of the food was reused and put out over a number of days including leaving meats at room temperature. As well as a whole food not being fresh and nice to enjoy. When we arrived at the hotel at 11pm we was given a bottle of water with a stale sandwich, which didn’t even include butter, and a bag of crisps. A-bit of a joke for a 4 star hotel - no food was labelled and no allergies was listed, we couldn’t even ask the chiefs as they didn’t even know what the food contained either and had to keep checking in the back to what meat they included in each dish. - As for the drinks, they were poorly made, as well as only offering one cocktail type per day and being pre-made, so not fresh for a 4 star all inclusive was strange to me. - the customer service was horrific, the staff was rude and very confrontational, in particular Carmen, who is supposed to be the head of customer service but was more focused on arguing with us rather than giving us a better stay, again for a 4 star hotel this isn’t acceptable. - the entertainment was poor, only offering 2 kids activities a week on the schedule, and not sticking to the schedule at all we missed a lot of the scheduled events. The acrobatic show was a simple magic show, and the pool tables and air hockey would be shut during the days. - You would end up paying for more than what is included in your stay as there is more extra charges that are not stated on the website and are hidden until you get there, another issue was the construction that was going on constantly through our week stay that genuinely made it unpleasant to relax around, and again was not stated on the website Overall a poor stay and would not recommend to anyone, if I had known half of what should have been stated on the website then I would not of booked it.

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. Friendly staff, room was spotless and comfortable, everywhere was so clean. The vibe from the hotel was warm and friendly. The food was good always good choices. I would definitely go back. About a 30 min walk into town but taxi only cost about €4 so no problem.

We are pleased with the stay. the food is very good, varied, the service is very good. the rooms are clean and comfortable. everything would be great if the water in the pool was heated. and a big minus is that you can hear everything in the room. you can hear your neighbors from every side. the worst is when it is after midnight and the neighbors are partying right next door. They do not supervise it, every day we called the reception at night to report it. a very large majority of people from England who do not respect other people.

I recommend this place to every person that need to rest, because you don’t have to worry about anything here. Despite the rooms and location, the service was the best that I could get. The animators were friendly, there are many activities for kids and adults as well. The bartenders even though they had lots of work did their job perfectly, making sure that everyone is served, however I guess there is a lack of bartenders, because you could see them doing something for the whole time, without any rest. The food was also very good and the waitress crew was nice and helpful, sometimes even recommending particular dishes. I would definitely come back here. Special thanks to Semi, Lisa, Jasmine and the other animators and the bartender crew- I can’t remember their names, but these young guys are very helpful.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is absolutely delicious and has me getting multiple plates every day. The desert is out of this world. The rooms are also very good. The location of the hotel is also amazing only a short 10 min walk to the beach and is located near shops.

Staying at this hotel was truly a pleasure from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to sort out any problem quickly and efficiently. What stood out the most was how kind and welcoming everyone was—always greeting us with a warm smile that made us feel right at home. He sorted all our problems during the holiday. All pool team and bartenders and the room cleaning service. Everything was great.

Not the Holiday We Hoped For Unfortunately, this hotel wasn’t for us. What we anticipated as a peaceful getaway turned out to be more like a summer camp for kids. From the pool to the restaurant and even in the hallways, there was constant noise—screaming, yelling, and door slamming, often caused by unsupervised children. We were hoping for a relaxing, quiet escape, but that simply wasn’t possible here. While the staff were friendly and the basic services were good, the overall ambiance was not what we had hoped for. It’s worth noting that this is not a great option for vegetarians or those who follow a halal diet. Pork was widely available, but there were no halal meat options at all. Vegetarian and seafood dishes were often placed next to meat dishes, leading to frequent cross-contamination—again, often due to kids helping themselves without supervision. The hotel may be ideal for families with children looking for activity-filled holidays, but for couples or individuals seeking tranquility, this is not the place. Sadly, our holiday felt more stressful than relaxing, and we won’t be returning.

When we checked in, we were given a tiny and stale-smelling room by the main lifts on the 1st floor with a single window approx 3ft x 4ft. Fight outside the bedroom at 01.30. Receptionist was amazing and did give us a different room with a balcony when we complained the next day though. Well done to them! Limited choice of cakes/desserts which were often left unreplenished, although 'all-inclusive'. Food was very bland and vegetables mushy. Two beaches nearby (hotel provides bus to main 1 in 'town'). Very limited bars or shops nearby. Nowhere to buy large bottles of soft drinks. Cigarettes have to be bought in the town at specific shops.

We had a really nice time here, rooms a bit small for 4 people but not tragic, 2 pools for adults and 2 for kids , food was ok not very diverse tho but good selection every day for kids and adults ( same for deserts) idk if we were lucky but noise was never an issue throughout the 7 nights we stayed. Pool bars with self service on soft drinks ice cream and coffee. I would come back in the future 100% . Pros : clean rooms, balcony with nice view, nice pools for both kids and adults, kids club, entertainment activities all day till 23 00 , friendly staff, good food Cons : no fridge in the room , small rooms for families, u get 1 cup per person and u have to carry around everywhere, Considering the money we paid around £300 pp all inclusive i,ll give it 5 stars as its a bargain for what we received tbh

Hotel needed a bit of tlc in places, but was clean enough. Felt like the staff could be increased. Arrived at about 2.30am and after getting to our room, and settled down, there was a fight started in a room close by, which went on until about half 4. Threats being made of throwing someone over the balcony and loud banging, like someone was getting their head smacked against a door! Wasn't given a number to dial for reception when we got checked in and didn't want to leave my son in the room by himself. Asked the desk the next morning if we could change and after a quick look was told they were fully booked, but they will have a word and then said what the number was to call them from the room. Apparently they have security but can't say I ever saw any during our stay. Extra staff would also help with the foul language and constant arguments that occurred at the poolside while kids were wanting to play and families wanting a nice peaceful break. Guess that's what all inclusive is for to, get mortal and start agro because they have a rep to uphold!! Saying that, the food wasn't too bad probably one of the better "all you can eats" with fresh grilled fish most nights, rice, veg, salad, pizza, pasta, chips and loads more. Not much info on what going on out and about and not much in the way of entertainment either, for an all inclusive the activities are limited and take place across the road in the "family friendly" area.

To start off, the pools at serenity Alma were great, they had snack bars close by as well so you don’t have to go to lunch if you want a pool day. So pretty convenient. The slides were great for the kids and adults too. However, the beach location was quite far, they do offer a buggy ride to the beach but we found it quite the hassle. The location from hurghada was quite far - 45 minutes one way. So do consider this if you want to explore. The staff are the reason for the one less star.. some of them become quite rude during your stay with attitude. They favour certain individuals compared to others. This is mainly the reception staff. When we got there, they were laughing and giggling towards us making us feel uncomfortable. Management needs to sort this out. Bar staff were amazing especially the guy at the infinity bar!! Great guy. The cleaners were so helpful as well. But reception made our lives hell.

My family and I recently stayed at this incredible resort in Hurghada, Egypt, and we absolutely loved it! There was so much to do, including an amazing aqua park and theme park for the kids – they had a blast! The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that everyone enjoyed. A special mention to Adel, one of the cleaners, who always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. From check-in to check-out the service has been on point. The staff are professional and friendly. We felt at home immediately. The hotel it self, rooms, pools and garden always clean and in good condition. The amusement team did a very good job. They cater for the young to the old. We will definitely come back to serenity fun city and recommend this hotel to families.

We have an amazing time here the staff is very helpful, the front desk is very professional and always asking how can they improve their service. There are many people inside the hotel offering services like fun activities, this people do not work for the hotel and I would advice you to check the same service on Booking.com. The Wi-Fi is not very good around the hotel, unless you get a room where you can get the 5G. The food was very good. My wife got a little sick and they have a nurse 24h on service, even they did not have the medication they send somebody to another hotel to get it at no extra cost. I have to say this action got my gratitude 🙏

The staff is wonderful and always smiling, and the rooms on the ground floor with a garden are a paradise for children. the highest praise for the pirates animation team, our twins enjoyed their time. An amazing two weeks at this wonderful hotel. Everything was excellent - the room, food, staff. They welcomed us at 4am and were so kind and helpful, it was a great start after a long journey with young children. The hotel is just lovely, with so many facilities. Everything for kids was perfect and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. Even if you don’t have children, there’s plenty to enjoy. Could not recommend enough.

We just got back last week. The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day. And mainly, the staff were all amazing, Smiling all the time so we Felt very welcomed. Even though they were working very hard they all were just so friendly! Thank you for a great Holiday And we absolutely recommend this hotel! 🌴🤿♥️

We really enjoyed our holidays at the Sunshine Crete Beach Hotel. We have stayed in a semi-separate apartment out of the main building. It was clean and quiet. We asked for a sea-view room but we could barely see the sea as it was mostly hidden by other buildings which was not so big issue at the end as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. The catering was also great in the main restaurant and at the beach bar. The overall atmosphere was perfect, mostly thanks to the animation team. They took care of the children as well as of adults during the day and evening. There was always something to do and it was always fun. Amongst others stretching and aqua aerobics in the morning, water polo and some competition in the afternoon, and a mini-disco for kids with another competition or karaoke and a disco in the evening. Go, animators, go!

This is not a 5 star hotel, really dated, rooms require urgent refurbishment. Staff was okay but definetly not 5 star hotel experience. Food was okay but again they are far far away from 5 star, drinks are limited and cheap alcohols. We mostly enjoyed the clean sea and it was beatiful but we would no come back to stay at this hotel again. They are not up to standard to be 5 star hotel maximum 3 star.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We loved our first time here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Food.pools.entertainment were all fantastic. Our premium room with a sea view was really good. Room cleaned every day. Fresh bottle of water every day. We had a bottle of wine and fresh fruit which was lovely on our first day. Can’t fault anything. Everything was perfect. Very nice hotel, especially if you have children. There is a big seperate pool for them, with a lot of slides, also a lot of activities with animators and even a play room. For adults also there were concerts or activities each day. Food is delicious. Near the sea and in general very convenient because in the evenings you can go for a walk by the seaside.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was perfect for a family holiday. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel had a warm, friendly atmosphere and was clearly designed with families in mind. The food was absolutely amazing, served buffet-style with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The serve food and drink from 07:30 till Midnight, considering those who arrive late. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something new to try each day. One of the standout features was the five pools spread across the resort, each offering something different – from quiet relaxation areas to fun zones for the kids. The on-site spa was a lovely touch, providing a peaceful escape and a range of treatments that left us feeling pampered and refreshed. The beach is 2 minutes walk and the view just added another touch. They also do activities in the beach such as volleyball ect.... The evening activities was great. Every night offered something new, from live performances to themed nights, and the kids disco was a firm favourite with my child. She had an amazing time dancing and making new friends, while we enjoyed the entertainment and relaxed knowing she was having fun in a safe environment. The creche was also available. Although we need use the service, but knowing it was there was a peace of mind. Overall, this hotel delivered everything we could have hoped for in a family holiday – great buffet meals, top-notch facilities, endless entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back!

We have had a great 10 days at this hotel, the rooms are modern and clean. The guys on the animation team are great, especially George, my son Frankie loved him and often wanted to find him as he would make a fuss of him, he’s very friendly, funny & great with the kids! Also Johny, he would call my daughter “chicken lady” they thought he was great. The food is good for all inclusive, lots of option and different themed nights and at the snack bar in the day (gyros, chips, nuggets pizza salad) but we do like to go out, we’re not the type to stay in the hotel 24/7 so we have been out for dinner a few times, there isn’t that much around just a few shops & restaurants. Would highly recommend going to the Knossos Taverna which is 5/10 minute walk, have a children’s play area and they have a band, show with smashing plates and dancing on a Wednesday and Sunday evening which was brilliant. They have a great beach by the hotel, and the shop in the hotel is good too. The ladies on reception, and all staff were always so kind and helpful. Would be good to have a few more English channels on the tv, there was lots of German shows - but would say about 70% of the guests were German. Alcohol just like most all inclusive - pretty weak and tasteless but other than that can’t fault anything else. We have had a great time :)

Just returned from a fabulous week at the playa Park. The hotel is situated about a 10-15 walk from the main strip so it feels very chilled and relaxed. The reception check in on arrival was quick and easy and we were greeted with a big smile. All the staff here are very friendly and helpful, in particular the restaurant and bar staff who couldn’t do enough for you. The first thing you notice is the hotel is spotlessly clean and well cared for, everything is constantly being washed, brushed or polished. The food was excellent, always varied and good quality. We loved the drinks stations for wine, beer and soft drinks, so much nicer than waiting for a waiter. The room was comfortable with a great view over the pool area and two balcony areas. The pool area was lovely, lots of good quality sun beds and a relaxing atmosphere. The main pool was a little bit cold but once you were in it was absolutely fine. The animation team worked hard and the evening entertainment was really quite good, something I don’t normally say, in fact we went to the night bar every night as the atmosphere was fun and enjoyable. All in all it’s hard to report any negatives with the Playa Park, I can’t wait to go back !

We enjoyed a week with family and friends here to celebrate my husbands birthday. Nothing was too much trouble, check in was fast, rooms great and no problems trying to get a sun lounger ( there's loads ) we used the spa area and had a couples massage which we both enjoyed and the price was very reasonable. The food was hit and miss ( I'm a fussy eater ) but everyone seemed to find something each day. Would we go back, hell yes, it's a great hotel x

we had a great week here at Park Zensation!! From when we first checked in at reception, to the room and every member of staff we met - it was amazing! nothing was ever too much, if we needed something we could whatsapp or call and someone would be there to help! The hotel was clean and a good variety of food for everyone, there was always lots of sun beds down by the pool or at the infinity pool the entertainment and bar team were amazing always smiling. The spa was €15 and absolutely worth it, with a variety of massages, hot tub, sauna and ice bath! We would recommend and would love to come back!10/10

We stayed here as part of a package for a 4 days trip. Incredible resort! The staff is incredibly helpful and cheerful and keen to answer all your questions each time. There are multiple pools and sunbeds in the courtyard of this place, which was very peaceful at all times. Fun activities organised during the day and during the evenings as well. We had the half board option in which we had breakfast and dinner. However, we could swap the dinner for lunch, which is an incredible thing as that offered more flexibility. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are super comfy. Prompt daily housekeeping and overall very accommodating. We love it here! The property is also really close to local shops and restaurants, and the bus stop to go to other directions on the island is just across the road.

One member of staff “Islam” that worked in the restaurants was amazing and went out of his way to provide us excelling customer service every single day. He is a very kind, hard working man. I had an amazing 10 day holiday at Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort! I would rate it 5/5 but the terrible WiFi connection brings it down 1 mark. WiFi is nonexistent at this resort although it states there is WiFi throughout the hotel. Apart from this, I have no complaints - I loved my stay at Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort! The cleanliness is unmatched and I always saw staff constantly cleaning, moping and sweeping the grounds. The gardens are beautiful and the gardeners are seen daily trimming bushes. All of the staff were phenomenal and a true credit to the hotel but my favourite by far was Abdulrahman Yahya at the hotel, he mainly worked in restaurant Paranorma. He was always so friendly and accommodating. He had a smile on his face whenever I saw him and he really cared about his job and making all the customers happy! The shops located in the resort were also amazing, especially Medo in the supermarket and the man in the perfume shop. They all made my stay amazing from start to end! Big shout out to the senior supervisor Ahmed as well for helping us during check in! Also Memo from the entertainment team was insane!!! His energy and passion for dancing is so clear and he made our evenings! Thank you all for a great stay.

So visited in October half term, the weather was lovely, the sea was only rough for one day which meant the shallow snorkel section had very poor visibility but was still able to be used. The sea beach aqua park while very suited to the British with the great animation team the buffet food is unfortunately very Russian, Eastern European, kids were happy with pizza and fries but I did struggle most nights to come up with some kind of meal. It was often very mixed and matched. Tipping in the restaurant will see you get a seat straight away, it was very busy at times but we didn’t have to wait. The salad selection wasn’t great either and I could never find any cheese other than on a morning. But we never went hungry that’s for sure. Food by the beach was the best for lunch times! The staff are brilliant and the local beer wasn’t actually that bad. Avoid the bar queues by giving a good tip! £20 should see you right for the week for table service. Security do a good job of keeping the tours away. Don’t pay more than £30 for the banana boat. You can get it for that trust me you’ll wear them down over the week! Rooms were cleaned daily we had two rooms for the five of us and they were located close to each other, plenty of space but the shower was always cold in both rooms. We did not get bitten until the last night when we spent most of the time in reception waiting for the transfer. All in all we had a blast and although we are coming back in April we had decided to stay at another hotel.

So after a bit of a rough first night this hotel has been alright! I booked the holiday from on the beach for the bargain price of £2500 a week before flight we were under the impression we get what we are given and make of it what we can! When we arrived at the hotel we were given a one room apartment with 3 single beds for 4 of us. Roughed it through the first night then went to reception in the morning and they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite for £20 a night :) The pools here are clean, life guards play attention and make everyone feel safe. The aqua park is great fun and an absolute delight for our two boys 11 & 9. All facilities are clean and working. There is obviously a fairly big building project happening around the hotel grounds but this doesn’t affect on the holiday at all. My biggest downfall and from looking at all other reviews it’s a common thing is the food. It’s so hit or miss I don’t understand. Some evenings I have so many choices of good quality fresh food to suit my tastes. Other nights it’s a struggle to find something sensible to eat. Staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you which kind of makes the food bearable. Overall. This hotel has more than met the expectations of the cost spent on the holiday.

Been here a Week and leaving tomorrow, yes it's a budget hotel so give it 4 stars rather than 3, overall it's OK however the room's are small and not brilliantly maintained, hit and miss if tea and coffee is replenished same for toilet paper. The hotel is in need of a spruce up in places and it's location is a taxi ride to anything. Its a family hotel and now that it's school holidays it's a primary school! However good points again because all inclusive the food is good especially as mass production. Staff are very friendly and helpful, I think that is a Greek thing as well as the locals are also friendly. Overall good but just like my old school reports, could do better with a bit of a spruce up of the room's.

We are just home from a 10 night stay at blue bay. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff were amazing with the children. The evening shows were great fun. The food was tasty with plenty of options. You're right on the beach front with clear blue sea. My boys loved the water park! It's cold!!! None of the pools were heated but you soon adjust. I'd highly recommend this place. Very beautiful place we'll definitely visit again.

We are a three generation party (6 to 76) and we've all had a fantastic week here. Staff are brilliant, there's plenty of space, its spotlessly clean, food is good and there's plenty to do. Also lots of room and different areas to sit and watch the world go by. There are several pool areas and the beach. We can highly recommend and next time we come to Rhodes we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here last week. We had a fantastic family holiday. The food was excellent, plenty of choice everyday. The staff and animation team are helpful and friendly and there were plenty of activities for the whole family to join in with. The room we stayed in was a large family room with a sea view, it was a little dated but comfortable, cleaned everyday and you could see that efforts were being made to improve the hotel. There were plenty of options to visit Rhodes old town and Lindos. I would definitely bring the family back to Blue Bay for a holiday.

Second time in this hotel. The hotel is not operating under the Labranda brand anymore. There are improvements in the food and service compare to the first time. The beach is clean. The weather wasn't great, but we made the best out of it. The animators are full of energy and motivation. Reception staff very helpful. Booked a room for myself and my husband even though we requested before booking, They didn’t give us double Bed,there wereTwo single beds and they Put double duvet to make it look like double bed. Bathroom and room lights were not working. AC didn’t work three days out of seven days. And in the bathroom, it was very old and dirty bathtub and you couldn’t even stand in the bathroom, It was that small even after complaining they didn’t listen .so never ever again in this hotel .

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

We were generally pleased with everything on the holiday I came with my family. Everything from the food to the rooms, from the poolside to the drinks was very good. The only problem is that cleaning needs to be paid a little more attention. Cleaning was done only twice in our 10-day holiday. Other than that, the animation was very good. Just came back from the Ramada 10 of us requested a ground room due to children having disabilities and an adult with disability, they took us right to the top and after 3 room changes we were placed right at pool side.. the food is horrendous more or less the same food every night not much variety for kids as my children ate chips and veg for the 11 days we stayed. The rooms were only cleaned twice and bedding only changed once when asked to clean the room they didn’t understand me and left it. You hear everything walls are paper thin. We got ate alive by mosquitoes it’s really bad there (children and father were worse off) so if your thinking of going take bottles and I mean loads of bottles of mosquito repellent.. Nothing around you beach is man made so isn’t worth the hype.. take the bus it’s 65 lira to the closest town although you to get stung with prices for everything so be careful

It’s a nice hotel but not much to do around. The beach is alright but if you want a nice sandy beach best to take the bus to Didim for 65 lira, it’s an hour ride and there’s a shopping mall there too. They stop outside the hotel. Food is a hit and miss, it’s either plain or uncooked sometimes. It’s basically the same food almost everyday. Not much variety. Same with snacks, it’s cooked from frozen so the quality is pretty low. I only liked the fries when recently cooked. The desserts are nice. Drinks are basic, I asked for a pina colada and they wanted to charge me £10 extra even though it’s supposed to be all inclusive. Just for days later to serve the drink for free? I expected better for what I paid.

Had a lot of mixed feelings booking this. I paid £330 for 7 nights. I did not come in peak season. First of all, this is not a 5 star. I do not understand how it has been rated so high. All in all, it’s not a bad hotel, but the expectations were high considering its rating. This hotel is a strong 3 star. Cons: - pool was cold which is a big thing. I was able to swim but only for 15 minutes at a time before being very cold and having to get out - no indoor pool - WiFi extremely bad when busy - after 11pm the workers constantly tell you to be quiet even when you are talking at a normal volume in the bar area. The walls of the hotel are VERY thin but that is not something that is our fault but rather the infrastructure - as mentioned the walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper you do hear everything. Luckily I am not a light sleeper and slept fine - the bartenders do talk and gossip about residents which is extremely odd. I was told one of the bartenders was making strange comments about me and my sister. Highly unprofessional - the smell of w**d is frequent. One of the workers sells it. I will not name him because business is business - the workers speak hardly any English - the Ala carte restaurant was supposed to be included but they said it was closed until May (now) - they charge €1 per page to print out boarding passes - the lift is rundown - a lot of the building in general is rundown - the food repeats, some nights a few new things come but lunch is absolutely terrible - they serve drinks in these paper cups and they leak extremely quickly - some mornings they did not restock the tea selection - there is no map of where the restaurant is. You have to guess where things are - we booked a trip to the market and they dropped us off in the middle of nowhere, 50 mins walk from the temple they recommend. Very odd idea - gym is tiny - dinner is 7pm which is quite late - the alcohol included is local only - poor organisation when getting our transfer shuttle back to the airport. Had to guess which bus I was in - no entertainment for the first 6 nights we were there apart from kids disco. Only on the last day did they properly have people come in to perform - shower was cold the last day we were there - when we first entered our room one of the lights was flickering on and off. They did fix it but this took 30 minutes and it was very late at night - when it rains the hallways flood as there is not a proper roof - a lot of noise complaints will be received. Especially if you are on the top floor of any building. I myself did not receive any but a friend received about 4 in one night usually. All she was doing was talking normally at 11pm. Again, no one’s fault. But the thin walls - workers complain if you’re too loud by the pool bar too and it’s late. A lot of ‘keep it quiet’ - they have a club but it’s pretty dead - balcony is covered by a roof so no sun - the hairdryer was horrific. One of those attached to the walls. Didn’t work in my room. Luckily I brought my own Although there are a lot of cons, the pros are strong Pros - the social aspect of this hotel is amazing. I have never socialised more on holiday. I myself am British and 70% of residents are either British or also speak English. There is also a lot of polish but these too are very friendly people - the beds are extremely comfortable - the rooms are great. A big plus. Very nice and spacious - hotel staff clean everyday. Change towels everyday. And bedding every 3 days. Cleaners are quick to notice small things, like shampoo refills - free shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel. Refilled everyday - they have a grill and pizza area in the restaurant which is usually very good food. Some days they did kebabs, even one day they did an entire steak with a side. Free of charge - the lines to get drinks are usually very low. Especially the restaurant and lobby bar - although the pool is cold it’s huge!! - ice creams great All in all a 3/5. I had a nice fun time. But there are better hotels. Which offer a lot more. I wouldn’t return

I was extremely worried coming here after I read the reviews. There were some really bad ones of late. Firstly I’d like to state that it’s important for people to understand that a lot of the staff here are working 16-18 hr shifts in the heat, they are not rude, they are probably underpaid and tired. Be nice! We have had a great experience with every single staff member we have encountered on our stay, they are amazing people. The hotel may not be a luxury 5* hotel but it blew me away. There is once huge pool, and even through I didn’t come In peak season, there’s defo enough sun loungers. You then have the beach shuttle which runs every 20mins from morning to night. And takes you to the beach which also has another pool area also with plenty of lingers. I’m not sure what people are moaning about? I’ve been to luxury 5* hotels in UAE, paying so much money and was not looked after the way I was here. There’s sooooooo much food, eat your heart away. Only think in the hotel rooms are out dated with the decor, a bit 1980s but it’s clean and when you’re paying £450 all inc what is a bit of antique? One warning though, if you’re here for silence, you won’t get that. The room blocks surround the evening entertainment and it’s very loud, bring ear plugs. Honestly, this place has surpassed my expectations, I’m defo coming back, I’ve had a rough 2 years and this place has made me so happy again

I recently stayed at Barceló Tiran Sharm, and while some aspects were great, others were disappointing. Check-in & First Impressions Upon arrival, the reception staff were professional and welcoming. However, I was surprised when they immediately offered us a paid room upgrade—before we had even seen our assigned room. This made me wonder if there was something wrong with the standard rooms. We declined, as the website showcased beautiful rooms, so why pay extra for something you already expect to be nice? Once we finally got our keys and entered the room, it was quite outdated—nothing like the website photos. The bedding was worn out, with visible fabric pilling from overuse. The room also didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. Since we were tired from a late arrival, we just went to sleep. The next day, after leaving a tip for housekeeping, the room was properly cleaned, and we were given new, comfortable bedding. Food & Drinks The food was repetitive, with not much variety. Lots of plain salads, but enough to keep you fed. Drinks at the beach bar were great, and the bar staff were fantastic—friendly and welcoming. Biggest Disappointment The pool was under refurbishment, and at no point before arrival were we informed that it would be completely unavailable. This was frustrating, as a pool is a major part of a beach resort experience. What Made the Trip Worth It? The animation team! They were the true highlight of the stay, keeping guests entertained throughout the day and evening. Special thanks to Zarina, Ksysha, Regina, Saio, Hamza, and Rob—they truly know how to keep guests engaged and motivated. Would I Return? Yes, despite the issues with the room and food. The entertainment team and beach bar staff made up for the shortcomings. However, management should be more transparent about room quality and any ongoing renovations.

Our rooms were upgraded because I believed we had booked sea view rooms but apparently they were side sea view to which I was not happy however Olga the customer relations manager upgraded us to sea front rooms and she was very helpful to me before and during the holiday. Our rooms were clean and spacious and our cleaner Ahmed was a lovely man and looked after us well. The food was Amazing lots of different selections to choose from . My daughter who is gluten free was looked after well by the restaurant manager Waleed and head chef who even brought partner some special vegetables when he heard him asking for vegan meals. Our waiter Mostafa couldn’t do enough for us! Only downside is you do not get your full 7 days all inclusive as we arrive about 7-8 at night on the Saturday and on the following Saturday check out was at 12 and they cut your ands off so we couldn’t access the food and drinks. They did allow us to keep one room for free until 3pm and allowed us to eat lunch at the restaurant. First time in Egypt and the hotel staff made it enjoyable for us They views were Amazing too! A special shout out to the names mentioned above Olga Ahmed Waleed Head Chef and Mostafa they are a credit to your hotel . Bar staff on beach and restaurant looked after us and beach staff were great, pool was closed for most of our week which we was not told about. Animation staff okay however one was very pushy can’t remember her name maybe seo ? Loved this hotel I would 💯 go back again ♥️

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. Went with a friend and a family of 12, we all loved it. The rooms are modern and clean. The food is good although there’s not a big selection there’s always something for everyone. Staff are wonderful especially the animation team, very enthusiastic people and put all their effort in during daytime animation and evening shows. Hotels location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and supermarkets all around the place. Will definitely be coming back next year :)

My partner and I stayed here 31/05/25-07/06/25 the hotel is in a good location, close to the beach. Service is okay at best. There aren't enough sun beds and parasols, resulting in the guests taking them from others (witnessed this several times). The building itself is a little tired and could do with updating. Rooms are made up everyday if you like, but the towels were not replaced and had wet towels several days running. One day they only gave us 1 towel we did not ask for another as it was our last night there. In the morning when we checked out the hotel staff accused us of stealing a towel. We tried explaining that the cleaner never replaced it when she was saying she had. They made us open up our suitcase and rifled through it. There was no apology after. Overall our stay was okay but only due to the excursions we planned, would not stay here again though morocco itself was fantastic.

Can’t understand any of the negative reviews! We had an amazing week at this beautiful hotel. The grounds are gorgeous, rooms and clean and spacious and amenities are super handy. All the staff are so kind and friendly, big shout out to Mustapha and Khalid just to name a couple. To be working hard whilst fasting and still with a smile on their faces is amazing and well appreciated. Food is delicious and varied with a wide selection of Moroccan and western dishes. Lunch is the best with freshly barbecued meats and a pizza chef! The only thing lacking was the tea/coffee so I would advise to bring your own, we bought a mini travel kettle for the room which was well appreciated. The hotel is in a great location close to shops/mini supermarket so very convenient if you forget anything. Highly recommend a stay here, and hugely grateful to the staff for all their hard work!

Ignore the negative reviews. This maybe a budget hotel and in some aspects it clearly is but overall it's lovely. It's good value and the food is plentiful and of good quality, if you like Lasagne then make sure to grab some as it is some of the best I have ever had and it's absolutely stuffed full of meat. Plenty of sun loungers to go round. The entertainment is in French so wasn't for us but not to worry as we knew that before we arrived. The hotel is very clean and the gardens are well maintained. The hotels private beach is just a 5 minute walk away.

I booked four nights at this hotel. The online reviews were mixed, and so expectations were not too high however, we had a wonderful time clean room. The food was really very good (especially the Tagines) and deserts too. Hotel staff were friendly and approachable. I would certainly book again. There's a great toddler pool and slides for older children too.

This place has the potential to be amazing again—if they can address some of the current issues. We were sold a luxury, adults-only, all-inclusive experience for our honeymoon, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that promise. While we still made the most of our time together and had an amazing trip overall, several aspects fell short. The food was often over-salted and of inconsistent quality, with limited or no snack options available throughout the day. The Sandy Villas is closed. which was disappointing. Meaning we had to eat at sandy beach and the walk a short distance every day to the main family resort. Not Adults only. Our swim-up villa was lovely, but unfortunately pool was dirty and poorly maintained, we had to ask for it to be cleaned and for the lights to be turned on. The main pool was worse. It’s also clear that some staff are unhappy with the resort’s new direction—though I have to say, the majority of the team were truly fantastic and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. With a return to proper standards and attention to detail, this resort could be something special again.

Main restaurant and reception closed and a long walk or ride to the other restaurant in different part of resort as was the check in. Not the holiday we booked as my wife needs everything close for mobility issues, they have been helpful but we have had to constantly request help, not a problem for them but still don’t want to be relying on help to get meals.

Great hotel. Very clean and the gardens are spectacular. Food is really good and definitely geared towards adults. Good variety and high quality. Fresh salads were very impressive and nice range of desserts on offer. Staff are very friendly and helpful and take pride in their work. The own section of the beach was great as was the swim up bar next to beach. Couple of minor issues. Mattress on bed wasn't great and the alcohol seems very watered down.

Definitely not a 5* hotel, don’t waste your money, lady at reception speaks only basic English and unfortunately nobody speaks German!! Unacceptable as well booked our stay from a German tour operator, you have to go through a different hotel to go to the beach and beach is crowded and you can’t even find space to sit!! Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!

Having the most amazing time here and I will definitely come back again. If you’re thinking of coming here then don’t hesitate. It’s the most amazing place and you won’t regret it. Fran is the greatest entertainment staff I’ve ever met and I will remember this holiday for years to come. 10/10, would recommend to all my friends and family.

We’ve just returned from our 8-day holiday. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel itself does deserve its three stars. The rooms are quite spacious, regularly cleaned, beds comfy (could have been joined permanently to avoid sliding apart). The portable air-conditioning unit requires leaving the balcony door open and is quite noisy. With all the noisy entertainment on the stage by the pool one just wants to keep the windows shut to enjoy some silence. We were provided with the All inclusive option: the food was quite tasty but of average quality ingredients. Luckily, there were many options to choose from so everyone should find something to please their palate. We have only tried breakfast and dinner meals as at the time of lunch menu or pool bar snacks we were away sightseeing or enjoying the beach. The location is okay, exactly as described on the website. The free beach bus could run more frequently though. It’d be great if the pool and jacuzzi areas were available until 9p.m. We didn’t get the chance to use them more than 3 times throughout our whole stay because of such short opening hours. The lifts need more attention and the room doors that are far from soundproof. On the whole, it was a very pleasant stay.

No other words but excellent! Nice clean hotel with very friendly and always helpful staff. We don't do all-inclusive very often, but it's a lot easier with 2 young children, but it was by far the best all-inclusive food we have had! Endless choice and always something different every day. Also, lovely fresh, thin based pizza is available all day from the snack bar along with salad and other snacks. The bottom pool is always lovely and warm, and a great little kids pool and kids club to the rear of the hotel. Had a great room that always had the sun on the balcony and nice views over the pool. Great entertainment on a night and a good mixture of music playing through the day. Little kids' arcade area was handy for nighttime. Only 1 negative was that the gym was very basic, which could do with a bigger room and some more weight lifting equipment. Will definitely visit again!

We can't fault the hotel in general. If your idea of heaven is lying by the pool in the sun all day then this is a great place to stay but for us the negatives were the location and our room location. We enjoy walking to the lighthouse daily but the hotel was too far for a comfortable walk, there was a free bus and the local bus and taxis but we enjoy the exercise, also we like to stay on the patio/terrace and don't go near the pool but our room was in blockD and the patio was is shade all day we did ask to be moved and the hotel did move us to a sunnier room. The positives hugely outweighed the negatives. The rooms were very nice and comfy, the food was full of choice and tasty, every meal there was always chefs cooking fresh as well as the preprepared food. There was always good daily and evening entertainment and the staff were great. We would not come back but only because of the location if we didn't want our daily walk we would be back in a flash.

This is our second time at this hotel. We came back as we loved it so much. The animation team are all so lovely and easy to get along with - not forceful for you to get involved in activities either! We first came in 2023 and would say there was probably more for smaller children the first time around, but never the less, it has been really lovely again this time around. The food is very good for an all inclusive, there’s so much to choose from!! Eli & Beyoncé’s twin (😏) have been so so good with my daughter!
