I had the most wonderful experience at Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection! I celebrated my birthday here and the hotel truly made it unforgettable — they surprised me with a delicious chocolate cake and beautifully decorated my room. Such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel so special! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious with plenty of variety and great quality. The whole atmosphere of the resort — from the stunning pools and private beach to the relaxing gardens — was perfect for a memorable getaway. Everything about my stay was flawless, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special experience in Dubai!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel — it’s truly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited, with exceptional service throughout. A special mention goes to Ramon at the reception desk, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. He truly made the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. While everything else was up to five-star standards, I would suggest improving the variety of the food selection to better reflect the luxury level of the hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience and I look forward to returning and i advice anybody would like to go to a great hotel, to go to the habtoor hotel if they want to have a great time. Very nice hotel, good for families. Kids have pool with small slides. One of the bars is even located in the water :) Food is good. Coffee could be better, however. Rooms clean and spacious. We had a small issue as we booked a room for 3+2 and in the room we only found 3 beds. Staff however tried to help and organized extra bed.

Have just left this hotel today, while the hotel and pools are nice and location is good, the level of service and the food was really bad. Everywhere me and my family ate within the hotel was very low.quality food and pretty and whilst there is some friendly well mannered staff.. the level of attentiveness is very poor.

The beach offers a good overall experience. The water is warm, although it can sometimes be a bit rough. It’s worth noting that the water isn’t as clear blue as often advertised. While the setting is pleasant, there’s room for improvement with more shops, food options, and activities to enhance the overall vibe. Still, it’s an enjoyable spot for a relaxing day by the sea.

The beach was clean and nice to look and visit and sorounding by hotel facility around there. However beach is the beach and not suitable for the poeople who only visit but not sun bathing. Next time i will bring the swimsuit to get the real sun heat..

Great location, great staff and service. Mirza was great and waited for a taxi with me and didn’t let me go until the taxi was here. Irene at the restaurant and also our room service guy/and another guy who always cleaned the lifts, it’s a shame because I forgot their names but they were absolute gentleman! Great place overall.

Great hotel and location.we went all inclusive and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was really amazing and a good variety. As part of the all inclusive you could use the soul restaurant and we did 3 times in the week. Big shout out to the soul staff who are great and very attentive with drink refills. On the last night (tonight) they noticed I did not feel well and couldn’t do enough to help. Lovely lightning and atmosphere and we had a great time there. The pool is great and the 2 lifeguards are lovely and got us towels and sunbeds and put up sunshades and moved them to accommodate us. They also rushed to open the doors for us. Rooms are cleaned well daily and are nice and spacious. We had a balcony and the air con worked well. The people who greet you for the breakfast and buffets were always happy and friendly and asked if they could do anything further to help with the stay. All in all a lovely hotel and amazing staff.

The breakfast here is honestly amazing! Everything is fresh, tasty, and there’s such a good variety to choose from. You can go light with fruit and yogurt or really treat yourself with eggs, pastries, and hot dishes. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. But what makes it extra special is the staff. Irene, who leads the breakfast team, is absolutely wonderful. She’s so kind and caring she even remembered our names and asked about our day each morning, which made us feel right at home. It’s little touches like that that really make a big difference. Highly recommend starting your morning here, you’ll leave full and smiling!

We know this hotel from before and had a great experience last time, which makes it even sadder to write the following. Please note this is only our personal experience. We booked a large beach-front suite, with direct beach access being the main reason for choosing this category. Arrival and reception were wonderful – very professional and welcoming, and the room itself was spotless. At first, everything seemed perfect. However, looking out from the balcony, we were shocked to see that the entire beach in front of our villa was closed, with construction going on. This was not mentioned anywhere during booking. For us, the main feature we booked and paid for simply did not exist. After raising this with the hotel, the answer was only an apology and the information that there were no alternatives available. We were left with no choice but to check out. The manager’s handling of the situation felt far below what we would expect from a Jumeirah-level hotel. We did not feel that our concerns were truly understood or taken seriously. We booked this specific category for a very special reason, and in the end, we got nothing of what was promised. The disappointment was huge.

The property is absolutely stunning, peaceful, luxurious, and full of charm.😍 A special shoutout to our butler Norlan, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive to every detail. From assisting with our requests to checking in regularly to make sure we were comfortable, Norlan went above and beyond. The hotel had potential — the location was great, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, my stay was far from comfortable. When I arrived, I noticed a stain on one of the pillows, which upon closer inspection appeared to be blood. That was incredibly disturbing and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards also the tv was not working . Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was practically useless. It was blowing warm air the entire time, making it really hard to sleep, especially in this heat.

Great stay at the Rixos, all the staff are super helpful and always go out of their way to help. The guys working around the pool do their best to get you a table or sunbeds and keep a good supply of drinks flowing. All the restaurants I have eaten at so far have been amazing quality. This is my family’s second visit to The Rixos The Palm and we have had another amazing visit. We spend our days around the family pool next to The Breeze bar. Wilson and his team are amazing at looking after us, and make sure we always have a cold drink to hand, nothing is too much trouble which we are extremely grateful for. Our room is fantastic, very spacious with amazing views of the whole of the Palm. The food is very good with options that cater for everyone in my family. The Italian restaurant was a highlight, where we were well looked after by Moses. Our younger children have loved the kids club and the wide variety of activities available daily. The staff are so caring and attentive making sure the children love their time there. We have also loved using the gym every day. The equipment is exactly what’s needed and the staff are always on hand to assist, thanks to them for keeping our son on track for his football season with some pre-season sessions. There are also some other activities, like the evening football match where things can get slightly competitive! We will certainly look to come back to The Rixos The Palm in the future.

The most perfect stay. Stayed here for 10 nights with my partner and we loved it. All staff are so friendly and helpful always going out their way to engage in a conversation with you. The staff could not do enough for you, they were very attentive especially the staff around the pool. The hotel was extremely clean and the maids would be in cleaning your room everyday to a top standard. The hotel gives you free complimentary bottles of water in your room everyday which I found this to be such a lovely gesture. We come back to our room one day with a lovely surprise left in the room by the staff, it was a photo of us which was edible with some cake. This really made our holiday was so kind by the staff involved. The hotel itself is very modern and beautiful and the facilities are great. The views from the pool area are amazing with the pool itself being a standout facility for me it's so big and the temperature of the pool is perfect for cooling down in the hot weather. We loved the lazy river as well. The breakfast in the hotel is fantastic which such a wide variety of foods catered for everyone. Me and my partner are already planning a visit back here we loved it that much.

We were so pleased to experience the Hospitality provided by Edna, Priya and Aung during our evening meals in the Great British Restaurant. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable - able to answer our queries and signpost us accordingly - even providing us with recommendations on less busy times to have our meals. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis The Palm. The service from the moment you walk in is warm and friendly, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. My children absolutely loved the waterpark and pools – such a highlight of the resort and perfect for families. There is a water fountain available for refills, but in my opinion it’s not quite the same as having water bottles handed out during the hot summer season when it gets so busy. Big credit to the cleaning team, who went above and beyond – making little animals on the beds for my children after cleaning. They were so excited to see this thoughtful touch, and it really made our stay feel special. That said, I do feel the rooms are quite outdated for a 5-star property. Having stayed at the sister hotel, The Royal, the difference is noticeable and I expected a bit more in terms of room design and finish. We also looked into the dolphin experience, but decided against it in the end as it felt a little pricey compared to everything else on offer. Overall though, it’s a lovely hotel with fantastic facilities, family-friendly fun, and staff who genuinely make the effort. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily return.

Undoubtedly the best location in Dubai. It feels like you are in one big resort being able to shuttle and walk between the different venues. Service is always impeccable. Can’t find a single negative thing to say (it is pricey though).

I visited their aqua adventure theme park so I cannot comment on the rooms. But the service is great not excellent. I found with the crowd it had everyday the service might be improved. Also, the drinking water is available at few places rest in shops it's paid. I feel they should have drinking water available at every 1km radius so that it becomes easier for old people to go and drink by themselves even if their known people are having fun at aqua-adventure. Location of the hotel is superb and what can I say more then this? Maybe excellent!!. Overall experience is worth it and I would definitely recommend this adventure park a worth to visit. Charges for the same I'm not sure but the timing if I'm correct is 11AM-6:30 PM.

I was checked in to an accessible room... Meanwhile I did not need that and that's not what I booked. Hotel took an extra deposit and has not returned after 4 days of check out. Nothing was explain what is offered in the resort.... I will not stay here again it was not worth it. The adult pool world's most like kids under 6

The most amazing resort for adults and kids. The facilities are excellent. So many restaurants (all very expensive though), so so clean and wonderful rooms. The staff are great. The waterpark is incredible and if you stay at the resort, you can get in half an hour earlier than general public access.

Absolutely loved it. The rooms were stylish, well-designed, and not overly crowded. The view from our room was unbelievable, with both the Dubai Ain and a beautiful sea view right in front of us. The bathroom design was a real highlight, especially the open plan bathtub facing the room. The whole setup felt modern and thoughtfully put together. The only downside was a small issue with the valet during checkout, which took away a bit from the departure experience. But honestly, it doesn’t overshadow how good the stay was overall. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway in Dubai.

While in a bit of a hurry for a meeting, I asked one of your lovely team members at the front desk for directions to a nearby shop. Without hesitation, she kindly offered me a sealed mint from her own bag so I could quickly refresh myself. Her thoughtfulness and professionalism genuinely touched me, going above and beyond what I expected. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name clearly, but I believe it was either Sandra or Samantha. I wanted to ensure that her exemplary service is recognized and appreciated. Thank you for fostering such a welcoming and caring environment at Sofitel.

I had high hopes of giving Sofitel a five-star review, as our experience was nearly flawless. The location was fantastic, the food exceptional, and the staff truly excellent. My partner and I visited Dubai to celebrate my birthday, and we were impressed by our room and the stunning views from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool, the buffet, and the convenience of nearby stores within walking distance—all of which contributed to a wonderful stay. However, we did encounter a challenge with the air conditioning in our room. Despite our request for assistance and the staff’s prompt response, the room didn't cool down as expected, even with the thermostat set to the lowest setting. Given the high temperatures we experienced during our vacation, a more effective air conditioning unit would have significantly enhanced our comfort. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and I would have loved to award a perfect rating if not for the air conditioning issue. Thank you for a memorable stay!

I have really enjoyed my stay at Sofitel. It’s been the ideal location and the room and facilities are great. Breakfast is lovely in the morning with a variety of choices. Absolutely incredible hotel. This hotel exudes luxury from the moment you approach it. With incredible views of Dubai and The Museum of the Future we never tired of the backdrop throughout our stay. The level of customer service was incredible. The attention to detail of the lobby staff, reception team, restaurant, spa, concierge and house keeping were all extraordinary. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate requests and it really made the stay. The room was gorgeous with lovely facilities. The lighting and air con were fully adjustable which added to great comfort within the room. The restaurant food was absolute delicious with a huge variety and beautifully displayed. The hotel gym was exceptional with a massive range of fitness equipment. The whole experience was phenomenal and I really hope to have the opportunity to visit again. I called three times just to request water to make milk for my baby, and on the third call, the phone was hung up on me without resolving the issue. Stayed at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers and honestly everything was spot on. The gym was top Level close to normal Gym really well equiped Only premium stuff – clean and never felt crowded. The breakfast buffet and evening dinner were both outstanding with a huge variety and really high quality. What stood out most was the staff: from the cleaners to the chefs to the service team, everyone had great energy and only good vibes. It felt genuine and made the stay much more enjoyable. Another big plus – the hotel is directly connected to the Museum of the Future, which made visiting super easy. All in all, a perfect mix of comfort, service, and location. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Great Service & Lovely Experience – Some Room Issues The hotel has an impressive lobby and top-notch service. They did a beautiful job decorating the room for my niece’s birthday — very thoughtful! The breakfast was delicious, healthy, and had great variety. However, the room was a bit too warm and the lighting was dim and yellow, which made it hard to get ready. Also, no full-length mirror. Still, a lovely stay overall!

A fabulous hotel on The Palm. It lost a star simply because of the price of bottled water. Water is something we all need, it isn’t a luxury item it’s a necessity. I know it’s a premium 5 ⭐ resort but come on guys £11 for a bottle of water is naughty Putting that aside the hotel is beautiful with its own private beach. Our room was fabulous. Tastefully decorated, beautiful linens and furnishings. We were half board, the food was exceptional as you would expect for a high end hotel. Service was exemplary ax expected.

Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly attentive and helpful—always ready to assist with the utmost grace and professionalism. What stood out most was the way they made us feel like nothing was too much to ask. Great hotel, great staff. Really had a nice relaxing time. The suites (especially the renovated signature suites) are huge, with a big bathtub. Everyone is pampering you. The hotel is perfect for kids with an amazing kids club (careful, it's limited to 3 hours a day and you cannot leave the hotel). Access to spa is included with the suites, and it was amazing, very relaxing (including adult only outside pool). Suites also include acces to Lounge with breakfast, and snacks throughout the day. Only negative feedback is the absence of inside pool accessible to kids, while the beach and outside pools close pretty early making it challenging to enjoy them in the summer due to scorching heat. Having pools and beach accessible until 9 or 10 pm would be nice in summer.

It’s great for kids with the pool slides and with the hotel having a private beach it’s great for easy access! As described in the title, this hotel was beautiful! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which had so much space and was decorated great. There isn't too much in the way of negative things to say. I will say that the cans of drinks are ridiculously priced though. Me and my son did pick up a bout of food poisoning midway through the trip from a burger we had at the bar, however the way the hotel came to our hour of need turned it into a positive experience. They constantly checked in on us for the remainder of the trip after that point and that was incredibly reassuring! Would happily come here again!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming especially in the lounge during the evening drinks service. However, service in the lounge during the day was not as good. I have pointed this out to their staff who were most apologetic and appreciative of the feedback. In comparison to The Ritz Carlton (Dubai Marina), the Fairmont falls short. The Lounge/club level felt several notches higher at the Ritz Carlton (similar price band). Room cleaning was also much better at the Ritz Carlton. Where Fairmont stood out was the food. The quality was excellent in all restaurants especially the ‘Flow Kitchen’- buffet. In this area, Fairmont was definitely better.

We are in the flow kitchen most nights. The food is amazing and have just returned from an 80s themed evening. It was great the staff were dressed up and the restaurant was to with 80s music in the background. Even had 80s type cocktails on offer to. The food is always fresh and very tasty hence our return most nights. More themed evenings like this would be great. This hotel is just amazing. My third time here the only down fall in no all inclusive which is a shame. Rooms are very spacious and clean and all staff work very hard. I have always had a great experience when visiting from check in to check out. I thank you again for all that you do.

The rooms were really nice and spacious. Room service was unfortunately not up to par with having to wait for 35mins for an Ice Bucket and 2 phone call chasers. The receptionist made up for the service recovery the next day upon check out, so that was well recovered. The pool and beach was really nice and looked after. Location is suitable for those who want to be far from the city and purely want to use all the resort facilities and its immediate surrounding hotel and water parks

The hotel is nice and good looking, nice to walk through and the pool areas are amazing, with multiple pools, adults only and kids areas where there are many small pools. The rooms are excellent andthe food is OK. We were half board and ate at the buffet restaurant (best to get your moneys worth) and the Italian (would only visit once as the menu has little choice, but my pasta was nice) The service of everyone working there is amazing and the staff were always willing to help. However, In the evenings the hotel is very boring, there are no entertainment programs, and there is very little going on in the hotel. It’s good if you have kids during the day but at night I don’t know what you would do with them as there is literally nothing going on, and even the TV doesn’t have many channels. There’s nothing around to explore if you go outside, as the palm is mostly just hotels, no bars or places to go. It’s a shame as we spent more money than our previous hotel, hoping for more luxury and more for our money, but we wish we stayed at our previous hotel (NH collection)

We stayed in the Spectacular Terrace Room, and it was just amazing. The incredibly spacious terrace was definitely the highlight. But what left the most lasting impression was the outstanding service of the female staff member who warmly welcomed us in the lobby and personally guided us to our room. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm smile truly stood out. I wanted to ask for her name at checkout, but unfortunately, she wasn’t on duty that day. I sincerely hope to see her again on our next visit. We’re also deeply grateful to all the staff members who warmly welcomed not only our family, but also our dog. It meant so much to feel genuinely cared for, all together as a family—including our furry friend. Without a doubt, this was the best pet-friendly hotel we've ever stayed at. A very beautiful hotel! I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The hotel has a small zoo, fun water activities, and even horseback riding, which you can reach by golf cart , a unique and enjoyable touch. Overall, the staff were kind and welcoming, except for some of the staff at the swimming pool and the golf cart area, where the service could have been better. However, we were lucky to meet a golf cart driver named Ram, who was extremely friendly! He gave us a lovely tour around the hotel and helped us discover many of its features , thank you, Ram! I’ve stayed at JA Lake View Hotel multiple times in the past and always had a great experience, which is why I came back again with my friends. Unfortunately, this time the stay was disappointing and not at the level I’m used to. First, the room cleanliness was poor — there was a lot of hair on the floor, clearly not cleaned properly after the previous guests. Also, there were no disposable toothbrushes provided in the room. We requested an extra bed in advance but they forgot to bring it. It only arrived after we called late at night. We also asked for a late check-out, but were told it’s not possible and we had to leave strictly by 12 PM, which felt inflexible and unaccommodating. The reception experience was frustrating. The staff members Nancy and Madonna, who were at the desk, were unhelpful and their attitude made us feel like we were being looked down upon. That’s not how guests should be treated. On the positive side, Souad (who handled our check-in) was extremely kind, polite, and professional — a big contrast from the others. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously. I used to recommend this hotel, but if this decline continues, I honestly wouldn’t anymore.

I decided to pay a little bit more and upgraded to a sea view room which was a great one and I highly recommend to have such a room when you come to this hotel if you like to watch sunset and sun rise like me. Google Review Example (Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah) Overall, our stay at the Waldorf Astoria was quite good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. However, I have to mention that the side facing the skyline is currently impacted by construction noise in the early morning, which makes it impossible to use the balcony—there was a lot of sand and dust as well. On the positive side, I would like to give special thanks to Amy from the Kids Club. She was truly fantastic with the children, very patient, responsible, and clearly experienced in her role. Also, the young woman at the front desk who speaks Chinese was extremely helpful, professional, and made our check-in process much easier. The housekeeping team responded very quickly and kept our room clean and comfortable, and the concierge staff, especially the young woman who assisted us, was always friendly, sincere, and professional. Although there were some aspects that were not ideal, the kindness and professionalism of the staff made our holiday enjoyable overall. Thank you to the team for their hard work!

Even when we had extremely loud people in the room next to us that kept us up all night before leaving for an early flight, which was not even the hotels fault, staff organised our car to take us to the airport for free. The pool is amazing and bar staff lovely as well (thanks Abishek, great work). Prices are not cheap but it’s worth it. Beach is a short walk away with towel service and life guards and free water, which is very nice. Location is right next to JBR walk, so excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Relaxing Resort Stay with Excellent Service – Highly Recommended We recently stayed at JA The Resort – JA tree court palm Villas, part of the JA Resorts collection, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. While the location is a bit far from the city center — which might be inconvenient without a car — this also means you’re treated to a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the noise. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape, this is definitely the place. The staff were extremely respectful and service-minded, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Our villa was modern, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely view. One of the charming aspects of the resort is the presence of peacocks and small animals that roam around freely in the garden areas, adding a magical touch to the surroundings. Guests staying at the resort have free access to all facilities across the JA resort complex, which is a great bonus. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of high-quality, carefully selected options. It felt thoughtfully curated rather than overwhelming. For dinner, we tried the buffet at JA Lake View Hotel, which was generous in variety and had some very tasty dishes. While some items could benefit from a bit more quality refinement, the desserts were especially outstanding. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone seeking a peaceful and well-serviced stay. The beach is beautiful, the atmosphere is calm, and the entire resort feels like a well-kept secret far from the hustle and bustle.

A Disappointing Return to Palm Tree Hotel After having a great first visit with my family last year, we decided to come back this year expecting the same experience , unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Let me start with the room. We had reserved a sea view room, and while the room itself was cozy and well-furnished, the experience was ruined by the fact that maintenance work was being carried out in nearby rooms, filling the entire area with a strong, unpleasant paint smell. My child has allergies, and this made our stay very uncomfortable. I honestly don't understand how the hotel thought it was acceptable to assign a room in the middle of ongoing maintenance work. Second, the food quality was shockingly poor. I have no idea what happened to the restaurant compared to last year, the taste, freshness, and overall quality have declined dramatically. As for the room service, it was far below expectations for a hotel in this price range. Water bottles were provided in an unprofessional way, and I was shocked to find that even basic amenities like a toothbrush were not available in the room. I had to call multiple times before one was finally delivered. The pool experience was just as disappointing. We were sitting near the Tamer pool, which was calm and less crowded, until a group of people entered the pool fully clothed, which was completely inappropriate and unhygienic. I reported this to both the pool guard and the receptionist, but neither of them gave me a clear answer or took any action. They didn’t even seem to know if those guests were actually staying at the hotel. To make matters worse, on our last day, we suddenly found cockroaches appearing in the room , not just one or two, but several. That was the final straw. In conclusion, this hotel no longer lives up to the standards it once had. The service, maintenance, cleanliness, and overall management are far below what you'd expect from such an expensive place. Sadly, this will definitely be my last visit ,returning was one of my biggest mistakes.

This was our second consecutive stay at Al Qasr, a hotel we chose again for its exceptional setting, comfort, and quality of service. The staff remain extremely kind and attentive, which we truly appreciate. I would also like to highlight the remarkable professionalism of Mr. Mouslim, our housekeeper, who was absolutely kind and did an excellent job. However, some aspects need improvement: the pool still has loose tiles (my son injured himself two years in a row), the cleanliness of the poolside restrooms was below the usual standards, and the waiting time for buggies is often too long (15–20 minutes in 45° heat). Towards the end of our stay, I suffered from food poisoning after breakfast and unfortunately felt that my situation was not really taken into consideration. We hope management takes these points into account, as we truly love this hotel and would like to see it return to the level of excellence it is known for.

The hotel itself is stunning, but it’s the staff that truly make it exceptional. Our kids absolutely love it here – they’re always excited to return, and the hotel does an outstanding job making children feel welcome and entertained. We always stay for 3 weeks every summer, and every visit feels just as magical as the last. This year, we stayed in Dar Al Masyaf Villa 16, which was beautiful and incredibly well looked after. Even the housekeeping and security staff are amazing – so kind, respectful, and always willing to help with a smile. It truly feels like everyone here is dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. The only downside? It’s quite expensive during the winter months – otherwise, we’d be coming twice a year without question.

The worst 5* hotel I've ever been to. The pool is dirty, and there are children swimming there, absolutely everything is paid for, the food is monotonous and bland. You definitely can't go there with children, the play area is poor and uninteresting, you can't make noise, you can't laugh. We were warned that drinks are paid when we checked in and were forced to pay 2 thousand dollars just for drinks. When you go to the main restaurant for breakfast, you will be forced to wait for a seat. Imagine being with hungry children who are crying and screaming, and you are told "Wait in the corridor for a free seat", it's unthinkable. In addition, there is nowhere to walk with a stroller, we had to lift the strollers manually, by the way, there are no entertainment shows either. Absolutely everything in the hotel is paid for. Not worth it. Horrible!

Bad experience, this is my third year in a row visit. First two years no problem. This year, i arrived at 1 and waited till 3pm for checking as it is known. I got my room at 5ish. When I checked in, the room AC flow is not great at all. Called in the engineer did everything but still the flow is bad. Tried to change my room couple of times but nothing. Still checking on the AC after 2 hours to see how it goes. The engineer was great, but other was nothing compared to the last two years.

The only downside was the pool, which wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Maybe during the summer, with the heat and so many people wearing sunscreen, it gets harder to keep it clean. Otherwise, it’s one of my favorite hotels in Dubai!
