My overall experience at the resort was excellent. I visited the resort with my family, and we all truly enjoyed our time together. The resort is beautiful, well organized, and offers a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for families.
The service at the resort entrance was professional and welcoming. Special thanks to (Samuel Youssef) , one of the staff members at the resort gate, for his kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude. He made a very positive impression.
Room service was prompt and efficient, and the room was clean and well maintained.

We recently stayed at Sofitel Dubai The Palm for a week and had a wonderful experience overall, especially thanks to the amazing staff who truly made our holiday memorable.
We visited Hong Loong twice during our stay because the food and service were exceptional. A special thank you to Wilbert, Sharman, Christine, and Simran for their warm hospitality and consistent service — they made both of our visits outstanding.
During our stay, we also tried every restaurant at the hotel. While all were good, Hong Loong and The World Eatery really stood out as top-notch in terms of food quality and service.
Housekeeping, however, was initially disappointing. We eventually had to raise our concerns with the management. After that, Antonio and Alona went above and beyond to turn things around and ensure the second half of our holiday was smooth and comfortable. We sincerely appreciate their effort.
Many thanks to Clara, Mohit, and the entire Manava Restaurant team for being incredibly attentive and accommodating to our dietary restrictions.
A special thank you as well to the Premier Lounge management, who added an extra layer of comfort and care to our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. A special thank-you to Demcy from housekeeping and his colleagues—they were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Their care truly made our stay even more comfortable.
We also want to mention Jayson, whom we noticed both at the front of house and during breakfast. He was always so polite, warm, and lovely—his friendly attitude made our mornings even brighter.
The food was delicious in every eatery we tried, with so much variety and consistently high quality. We were especially impressed by the fantastic service at Maui on the beach, where the staff always welcomed us with a smile and genuine hospitality.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We will definitely return!

Very impressed with the hotel location, facilities, room standard and service. Great food, a lovely choice of restaurants and a fab bar on the beach for the tropical vibe that we really like.
All the staff were brilliant - from the first to the last interaction as Kenneth assisted us to the taxi. The breakfast was great, busy but very well organised and stocked. Would recommend Moana for lovely seafood and service, and the Replay bar for fantastic hospitality. All in all we can’t fault this hotel.

We stayed at the Sofitel Dubai The Palm for four nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We booked a family room, which turned out to be more like a fully equipped apartment. It included two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and even a bottle steriliser—everything we needed as a family. The hotel truly caters to children, offering thoughtful amenities like bottle warmers and sterilisers, which was a huge bonus for us.
The apartment felt like a home away from home, and the view from our room was stunning, overlooking the Royal Atlantis and the beach. The service throughout our stay was excellent; staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The resort has 4–5 swimming pools spread across the property, which helps keep things relaxed and prevents overcrowding. The food was delicious from breakfast through dinner, and although there are several restaurants on-site, we tried the Indian and Chinese options—both were outstanding.
For improvement, it would be great to have more buggy services. At times, the wait for a buggy was quite long, especially when staying in the apartment area and needing to get around quickly. Additionally, the arrival experience could be more welcoming. We arrived late at night and didn’t receive a warm greeting or welcome drinks. Small touches like a refreshing drink or cold towel would add a lot to the first impression.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
