Our stay at Sofitel in Dubai was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was truly exceptional. The hotel rooms are beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The interior design is elegant, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would especially like to highlight the service by the pool. The service was fast, professional, and at the same time very warm and friendly. A special thank you to Sudesh, who made our experience even more memorable. He was always attentive, cheerful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly outstanding customer service! We highly recommend Sofitel Dubai to anyone who appreciates quality, comfort, and top-level hospitality. We will definitely be coming back! 🌟

Excellent location and great value. Staff are wonderful - especially Michael and the ladies (apologies, I don’t have their names) in the club Millesime lounge, Chacko who did a fab job of servicing our rooms, and all reception staff - whether they were welcoming us back into the hotel or behind the desk. Pool area quite small but always found a place to chill, and the swim up bar is a nice touch. We would definitely stay here here again. Thank you to all who helped make our stay wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel during our honeymoon. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special thank you to Raihanah, who checked us in and also assisted us during check-out. She was professional, friendly, and made the process smooth and easy for us. Her warm attitude really added to our experience. No complaints at all — everything went well, and we appreciate the great service. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We recently stayed at the Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. What made our stay particularly special was celebrating our anniversary there. We had two rooms and were travelling with parents and wanted to stay on the same floor. The front office staff and manager were very polite and helpful in allocating us the rooms on same floor even though they were full. it made our stay very comfortable. We would like to extend a special thank you to the culinary team, specifically Chef Pritish, Chef Sumit, and Chef Mehdi, for their outstanding hospitality. They specially got ingredients which were not generally available with them and prepared great meals for my parents. We will also like to thank our housekeeping attendent Mr Rashid for being good in his job. Their attention to detail and personal touch truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration memorable and special. We will highly recommend your hotel and look forward to returning in the future.the only negatives were their night staff at the front office. we returned very late on our anniversary night and our keys were not working. everytime we went to the front office, they said that keys are working and when we reached our room on 15th floor, the key was not working. it happened thrice till the key suddenly worked. the staff was very rude and helpful. they did not even bother to come up with us or send anyone to the room. will appreciate if they learn few things from morning staff

Great hotel. Location is the best. A minute walk to a beautiful beach with clear water. The Ain Dubai is nearby, and the metro takes you directly to Dubai Mall and other places. The hotel is cozy, and the rooms are spacious. The service is excellent! The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Francesca from reception
