Absolutely loved it. The rooms were stylish, well-designed, and not overly crowded. The view from our room was unbelievable, with both the Dubai Ain and a beautiful sea view right in front of us.
The bathroom design was a real highlight, especially the open plan bathtub facing the room. The whole setup felt modern and thoughtfully put together.
The only downside was a small issue with the valet during checkout, which took away a bit from the departure experience. But honestly, it doesn’t overshadow how good the stay was overall.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway in Dubai.

I wanted to take a moment to share a wonderful experience I had at Sofitel Jumeirah Beach. Recently, I came to the lobby to withdraw some money and was also hoping to buy some gum. While in a bit of a hurry for a meeting, I asked one of your lovely team members at the front desk for directions to a nearby shop.
Without hesitation, she kindly offered me a sealed mint from her own bag so I could quickly refresh myself. Her thoughtfulness and professionalism genuinely touched me, going above and beyond what I expected. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name clearly, but I believe it was either Sandra or Samantha.
I wanted to ensure that her exemplary service is recognized and appreciated.

I stayed at Sofitel Jumeirah Beach with my wife and kids in rooms 1704 and 1705, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had breathtaking views of the Marina and Arabian Gulf. The hotel’s location was perfect for the family, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within easy reach. We also loved the infinity pool and the delicious breakfast buffet each morning.
A very special thanks to Karthik, the room cleaner, who went above and beyond every day. His attention to detail, friendliness, and the care he showed made a real difference to our stay. He made sure everything was perfect for us as a family, and we truly appreciated his efforts.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai with family.

I had high hopes of giving Sofitel a five-star review, as our experience was nearly flawless. The location was fantastic, the food exceptional, and the staff truly excellent. My partner and I visited Dubai to celebrate my birthday, and we were impressed by our room and the stunning views from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool, the buffet, and the convenience of nearby stores within walking distance—all of which contributed to a wonderful stay.
However, we did encounter a challenge with the air conditioning in our room. Despite our request for assistance and the staff’s prompt response, the room didn't cool down as expected, even with the thermostat set to the lowest setting. Given the high temperatures we experienced during our vacation, a more effective air conditioning unit would have significantly enhanced our comfort.
Overall, we had a fantastic time, and I would have loved to award a perfect rating if not for the air conditioning issue. Thank you for a memorable stay!

I have really enjoyed my stay at Sofitel. It’s been the ideal location and the room and facilities are great.
Breakfast is lovely in the morning with a variety of choices. All staff are really helpful also.
The hotel was to a high standard, rooms are spacious and I had a great sea view of beach. Surrounded by shops and restaurants and also local to other attractions.
I would definitely recommend and come back
