This is my family’s second visit to The Rixos The Palm and we have had another amazing visit.
We spend our days around the family pool next to The Breeze bar. Wilson and his team are amazing at looking after us, and make sure we always have a cold drink to hand, nothing is too much trouble which we are extremely grateful for.
Our room is fantastic, very spacious with amazing views of the whole of the Palm.
The food is very good with options that cater for everyone in my family. The Italian restaurant was a highlight, where we were well looked after by Moses.
Our younger children have loved the kids club and the wide variety of activities available daily. The staff are so caring and attentive making sure the children love their time there.
We have also loved using the gym every day. The equipment is exactly what’s needed and the staff are always on hand to assist, thanks to them for keeping our son on track for his football season with some pre-season sessions. There are also some other activities, like the evening football match where things can get slightly competitive!
We will certainly look to come back to The Rixos The Palm in the future.

From the moment we arrived, everything was simply outstanding – the warm welcome, the friendly and professional service, the delicious food, and the stunning surroundings! A huge shout-out to Mirac for the fantastic and energetic aqua classes, and to Khant for going above and beyond with exceptional service. Providing our daughter the most creative and delicious mocktails was highly appreciated! You truly made our stay unforgettable!
Also want to add Coach Irem – the fitness queen – whose warm, charming, and skilled approach made her aqua-aerobics session both highly effective and an absolute joy!
Heartfelt thanks also to Bilal, who greeted us upon our check in, in the middle of the night with outstanding professionalism and genuine warmth, delivering a first-class welcome despite the late hour.
To Praveem, our attentive waiter at Toro Loco Steakhouse, whose excellent service and surprising knowledge about Norway were a delightful bonus. And to Yusuf, who listened professionally and took swift action regarding a concern we experienced on our second night.
At last, thank you to every single person at the hotel – from the housekeeping team, chefs, waitresses and waiters, reception, concierge, engineers, gardeners, and construction workers – who worked so hard in 45 degrees, delivering exceptional service day after day. You are truly heroes! 🙏🏼

Great stay at the Rixos, all the staff are super helpful and always go out of their way to help. The guys working around the pool do their best to get you a table or sunbeds and keep a good supply of drinks flowing.
All the restaurants I have eaten at so far have been amazing quality. Top quality drinks and entertainment in the bar.
Syyed had been doing an amazing job of keeping our room clean.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai!
Waking up to the sound of birds every morning was a refreshing and peaceful experience — something we deeply enjoyed as a family. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a rich variety of high-quality dishes throughout the day.
The pool was fantastic — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or having fun with our kids. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy.
It was an unforgettable vacation for me, my wife, and our children. Without a doubt, the next time we visit Dubai, this will be the place we choose to stay again.
