We recently returned from an unforgettable stay at Rixos The Palm Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had
From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The facilities are luxurious, the views of the Palm are breathtaking, and the food – absolutely incredible. There’s something for everyone at every meal, and the quality was consistent throughout our stay
But what truly made our trip outstanding was the Rixy Kids Club a haven for children and a huge relief for parents looking to relax knowing their little ones are in great hands.
And I have to give a special mention and massive thanks to Siham one of the kids club teachers. She was phenomenal. From day one, she made our child feel welcome, safe, and truly cared for. Her energy, warmth, and genuine love for children were evident in everything she did. Our child would wake up every morning excited to go see “Miss Siham,” and we could see the positive impact she had not just on our little one, but on all the children there.
Siham went above and beyond daily organizing creative games, leading fun learning activities, and giving each child the personal attention they needed. She has a beautiful balance of professionalism and heartfelt kindness that made us feel incredibly comfortable leaving our child in her care. It felt more like a loving extended family than just a hotel service
The kids club itself is very well-equipped, clean, and full of engaging activities – from arts and crafts to mini-discos It’s a dream for any child
If you’re a family looking for the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and a truly kid-friendly atmosphere, Rixos The Palm should be at the top of your list. And if you’re lucky enough to have Siham caring for your little ones consider yourselves truly blessed

A lovely experience at The Rixos, the staff are genuinely amazing and do their best to ensure you have a lovely holiday experience. Even though hot this time of year around the outside pool areas and on the beach staff are consistently checking in with drinks and cold flannels to help you stay hydrated and cool. Special mention to Wilson who so very welcoming.
Inside the hotel everywhere is beautifully clean with rooms serviced daily a fantastic choice of food in the restaurant.

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable, especially thanks to the amazing entertainment for children. The Kids’ Club was well-organized with a full schedule of fun and creative activities that kept our children happy and engaged all day. The staff was incredibly friendly, and special thanks to Saad, who leads the team with such energy and care — he made a big difference in our experience.
In the evening, the Mini Disco was a big hit with the kids. They loved dancing and singing along, and it quickly became their favorite part of the day. The evening shows were also very entertaining and professionally done — a great way to end the day for the whole family.
Highly recommended for families looking for a fun, safe, and joyful atmosphere for their children.

We were a group of 3 families, we had a great time, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had help with our activity bookings, he was very flexible with our changing needs and booking. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the spa. I am coeliac and the staff were great and ensuring I had choices and very happy with the gluten free menu for pancakes etc. Would love to come back.

Everything just how we like it great room and view. Excellent service throughout the hotel, nothing too much trouble.
The Steakhouse was gorgeous with beautiful atmosphere. Made to feel special, the lovely staff sang Happy Birthday to me and presented me with a cake. The starter was delicious as well as the main steak course. Thank you for a perfect evening celebrating my Birthday. Fabulous staff. The Bar1 was lovely with some fab groups on from around the world. Fabulous attentative waiter service who really looked after us. Throughout the hotel as well as the Beach the staff are so welcoming smiles on their faces nothing too much trouble - First Class service
