This is a nice hotel and the service is exceptional. I cannot fault the staff at all they are polite, helpful and so welcoming. The rooms are nice and cleaned every day with fresh towels available. Bed linen is changed every 3 days. The pool area is nice and the pool staff are helpful in handing out towels and taking u to a lounge chair. The talk restaurant is nice and there is a variety. Personally for me I do not think there are much vegetarian options and a lot of chicken/beef meals. There is food for vegetarians but I feel that there could be more than just salads, rice and potatoes. First time in Dubai and the hotel is located in a good spot with many restaurants and fast food places around the tram is a 5 minute walk too.

Great hotel and location.we went all inclusive and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was really amazing and a good variety. As part of the all inclusive you could use the soul restaurant and we did 3 times in the week. Big shout out to the soul staff who are great and very attentive with drink refills. On the last night (tonight) they noticed I did not feel well and couldn’t do enough to help. Lovely lightning and atmosphere and we had a great time there. The pool is great and the 2 lifeguards are lovely and got us towels and sunbeds and put up sunshades and moved them to accommodate us. They also rushed to open the doors for us. Rooms are cleaned well daily and are nice and spacious. We had a balcony and the air con worked well. The people who greet you for the breakfast and buffets were always happy and friendly and asked if they could do anything further to help with the stay.
All in all a lovely hotel and amazing staff.

I had a pleasant and comfortable 3 weeks stay in the hotel with my two kids. The staff is very welcoming, warm and helpful especially Irene brightened up every morning with her warm greeting and Infectious smile. The location of hotel and amenities are superb. Spa on weekends refreshed and prepped me for the week.I have caught the names of many of the staff members however each one provided excellent service. I am looking forward to visit again.

I stayed at this hotel for over a month, and overall, it was a very good experience. The location is excellent, and the hotel has everything one needs for a comfortable stay — a good room, great facilities, and even better service.
Since I stayed for so long, the hotel began to feel like home, and the staff became more than just employees — they became like family. I want to mention a few of them by name.
Breakfast was always enjoyable, but the hosts made it even better — special thanks to Robin and Irene, who always greeted me warmly and found me a good table.
I used the gym daily and occasionally visited the spa for a massage — Ayu was excellent. I also spent a lot of time by the pool, which was always clean and refreshing despite the +40°C temperatures. Murgan and Suresh made sure I had the best sunbed every time — their attention was truly appreciated.
The concierge service was spot on. I needed help with printing documents, and Leica and Muhammad Yahya helped immediately without hesitation. The reception team was also always helpful and welcoming.
During my stay, I celebrated my birthday, and I was surprised with a cake and a card from the hotel — a kind gesture from Isabella that made my day extra special.
My room was always spotless, thanks to Sujith, Sunic, Jefrin, Darsie, and the rest of the housekeeping team.
The Sports Bar was also a great spot for quick bites and soft drinks — special thanks to Primerose, who was always friendly and attentive with guests.
I’m really sad I didn’t catch all the staff names, because every single one of them deserves recognition — and probably a raise!

I recently stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach with my family and had an overall excellent experience. The location is superb—right on The Walk and close to a wide variety of restaurants and cafés. The staff were consistently helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
That said, I believe there are a few areas where enhancements could elevate the guest experience further, particularly considering the hotel's 5-star rating and premium location:
In-room coffee amenities – Replacing the standard coffee and tea sachets with a pod-based coffee machine would add a more premium touch to the in-room offerings.
TV channel selection – The television in the room only offered local stations. Including satellite channels such as OSN or international options would improve entertainment choices for guests.
Room setup on arrival – Upon check-in, there were no glasses in the room—only two mugs. I assume this was an oversight, but having a full set of glassware would be expected.
Breakfast variety – While the breakfast buffet was enjoyable, guests staying longer than a few days might appreciate greater variety. Introducing new dishes every couple of days would keep the experience fresh and appealing.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and with a few small improvements, the experience could be truly exceptional.
