A fabulous hotel on The Palm. It lost a star simply because of the price of bottled water. Water is something we all need, it isn’t a luxury item it’s a necessity. I know it’s a premium 5 ⭐ resort but come on guys £11 for a bottle of water is naughty Putting that aside the hotel is beautiful with its own private beach. Our room was fabulous. Tastefully decorated, beautiful linens and furnishings. We were half board, the food was exceptional as you would expect for a high end hotel. Service was exemplary ax expected.

We checked into Room 923 at Andaz Dubai The Palm on 21 June, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, genuine smiles, and the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly attentive and helpful—always ready to assist with the utmost grace and professionalism. What stood out most was the way they made us feel like nothing was too much to ask. Whether it was a simple question, a request, or a small favor, they always responded with a sense of ease and joy, as if they were truly happy to do even more. That attitude of “this is nothing, we’re happy to help you even further” was consistent across the board—from the reception and concierge team to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and even security. The atmosphere is both luxurious and welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, modern, and serene—but it’s the people who really elevate the experience. It never felt transactional; it felt personal. Andaz Dubai The Palm isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place where you’re genuinely cared for. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories, already planning our next visit. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay nothing short of perfect. Highly, highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience in Andaz The Palm by Hyatt. It was a great hotel, the staff are so nice especially to Keane who’s very accommodating and for allowing us to do the early check in and late check out and for giving us a very nice view room. Thanks also to Mr Ahmed. And Thanks to Ibrahim for helping us with our luggage. Probably we will comeback before end of this year again🥰

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Andaz Dubai The Palm Hotel, and my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and kindness of the duty administrator, Ramzan. My room was spacious, cosy, and impeccably clean, with amenities that provided a sense of absolute comfort. I would like to highlight the quality of breakfast at La Coco Family restaurant by the pool and the convenient location of the hotel, just a stone’s throw from Nakheel Mall. This proved to be a great advantage, making my stay even more enjoyable. The entire stay was filled with tranquillity and delight, and I can confidently say that I will return here again.
