Our first trip to Dubai and the first time staying in a Hyatt hotel. We were not disappointed. We loved the beach/pool area and liked the short walk down there. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a small confusion at check in over our currency debit card which worked previously in many hotels. It was resolved by having the mini bar emptied (a little embarrassing but not a major hardship) and us paying as we went rather than being able to charge to the room. We found the location great, yes there’s lots of traffic but this is Dubai!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I can highly recommend it. Everyone was very, very friendly and helpful, from the reception and concierge, to the restaurant team, the kitchen staff, the room service and everybody else. You could really feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire hotel.
The room, as well the whole hotel complex were very beautiful, clean and well maintained. Everything was taken care of with a great attention to details.
The food was outstanding, delicious, high quality and very varied, so there was always something new to enjoy.
The teams in both restaurants were always friendly and attentive, despite the hard work and busy hours. Their dedication and kindness truly stood out and made every meal even more enjoyable.
The dinner on New Years Eve in "Asia Asia" was also unforgettable.
I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for this lovely vacation. It was a truly relaxing stay and I would be happy to return some day.

Amazing stay at this hotel! I took a friend for her birthday and checked many hotels before deciding on this one. And it was the right choice. Great location in the palm trunk, with a private beach but still not too far from the city. The staff is amazing, so attentive and helpful. At the concierge, at the spa and of course the reception. The rooms are great, loved the decoration. You have to ask for amenities due to environmental concern which is great. The breakfast is so great! And the staff there, I can’t even describe it. The restaurant on the beach is also great-even for dinner. Spacious gym. It is not a fancy hotel and they really made us feel at home.

We stayed here in November 2025, half board & sea view room. I would definitely book at this hotel again, great location on the Palm to get to other locations in Dubai and on the palm. although as others have said the sea view room isn’t that impressive, would not book type of room again.
But you cannot fault the service or the staff, food is great with options for everyone and it was fresh with plenty of healthy options. Very clean standard of room, including fresh towels and bedding.
The rooftop pool was a highlight for us, I wouldn’t spend time on the beach again as the sand wasn’t the golden soft sand we were expecting, obviously not the hotels fault I think just that part of the beach. Views were great and the chilled vibe at the rooftop was lovely.
One thing I would also say at the end of the trip my mum wasn’t very well and the staff including the chef were so attentive and couldn’t have helped us more. My mum felt like it was a home away from home despite feeling rubbish.
Would stay here again!

We stayed at Andaz The Palm for 4 nights to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special, and every detail was taken care of with such warmth and professionalism.
The hotel itself is stunning — modern, stylish, and perfectly located on the Palm with breathtaking views. Our room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and had all the little touches that made our stay feel extra luxurious. The dining options were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt both vibrant and relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for.
A special mention must go to Ahmed Sami, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary so memorable. His attention to detail, genuine care, and outstanding service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.
