We had an excellent stay at JA Beac Hotel Dubai.
Everything was to the perfection from the welcome to the rooms with amazing views and top class service.
Resort is like a city itself with amazing facilities and activities and much more fun for kids.
We celebrated birthday for our little one and they gave us complimentary room upgrades and cakes and baloons.
What makes the stay truly special is their amazing staff who are always ready to help you with anything anytime.
They have free buggy service as well to go around or to any facilities as well.
Breakfast at Ibn Majid was delicious.

Been going for years and play golf there and love it all and the staff but the Sports Cafe is a zero star.
Over the years it has gone way downhill.
You can’t have a game of golf and get breakfast as it closes too early. There is not much very healthy except a salad and they are not what they used to be, tasteless, and heaven forbid if you are vegan. After asking for no dairy based food in his vegan ingredient choice my friend was told some vegan food is marinaded in a dairy product so things were removed. Did they increase the other components he could eat? No, so he had a tiny bowl.
We’d love to stay and have a great lunch or breakfast after golf but it’s just not possible there. And, yes, we mention it every time we go.
You surely can do better as you mange to everywhere else!

We had an amazing stay at JA Beach Hotel😍The facilities are excellent, the surroundings are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable.
A special thank you to Ms. Lujain ❤️💐 at the reception for her outstanding support and kindness. She generously extended our checkout time until 2 PM, which allowed us to fully enjoy more of the hotel’s facilities and wonderful attractions without feeling rushed. Her professionalism and warm attitude made a big difference in our experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay. We will definitely come back🫶🏻❤️

Exceptional resort! Peaceful, luxurious and unforgettable
We stayed at Jebel Ali Resort in Dubai for two weeks in September 2024 and honestly, this holiday was on another level. Everything about it was amazing and even now I struggle to put into words just how much we loved it.
The resort itself is absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained. It is always spotless. From the rooms to the pools, restaurants, pathways and beach areas. You can tell there is so much care put into keeping the resort beautiful. The grounds are huge, lush and very well laid out, yet it never feels overwhelming or busy. The views are gorgeous everywhere you look – whether it’s the beach, pools, greenery or sunset views, it genuinely feels peaceful and luxurious.
One of the biggest things we loved was the location. The resort is not in the city, which honestly made the experience so much better. Being away from the busy Dubai centre gave the whole place such a calm, relaxed atmosphere. It felt like a proper escape where you could truly switch off, unwind and enjoy the quiet luxury without noise, crowds or stress. It’s the perfect balance of privacy and comfort, while still feeling high-end.
The pools and beach areas were incredible. There was always plenty of space, plenty of sunbeds and such a relaxed vibe throughout the day. Whether you wanted to chill by the pool, walk along the beach, or just sit and enjoy the views, it never felt rushed or crowded. Everything was clean, organised and well managed.
The food across the resort was outstanding. There was so much choice and variety and the quality never dropped, even over a two-week stay. Every meal felt fresh, well prepared and enjoyable. We genuinely looked forward to eating every day.
The service was exceptional and really made the stay special. Every single member of staff was friendly, warm, and professional. A special thank you to Kadek for a perfect manicure, Ayu for an amazing pedicure and Rumi, who was incredible with both my massage and hair. Such a relaxing, high-quality spa experience. At the Palmito Pool, Michael the bartender was always welcoming and added to the relaxed poolside vibe and Uchita, our waitress, was so attentive, kind, and genuinely caring.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and always spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job and coming back to a clean, calm room every day just added to how relaxing the entire holiday felt.
Overall, this resort is true luxury without feeling stiff or pretentious. It was peaceful, beautifully run and absolutely worth it. Even after two weeks, we didn’t want to leave. We loved every second and will 100% be returning. If you’re thinking about booking Jebel Ali Resort, do it – you won’t regret it.
