If you want to be pampered, respected and treated with love, JA Resort is THE place.
We had initially booked their JBR property but were given option to change and we picked this resort.
We stayed at the sea view sun deck suites.
From the security gate at the entrance, each and every level of our stay was memorable.
The excellent staff training was very much evident.
The crew was hospitable, always smiling, being helpful, courteous and always attentive.
The girl Aurea at the reception was very welcoming, giving all details and left a great impression due to her role.
Keep it going Aurea.
The restaurant is the grandest I have seen, the meals were well supplied, about 10 main course dishes, multiple salads, starters, desserts etc etc.
The food was a GRAND feast buffet.
Same was the breakfast too, their egg benedict was simply great.
The expanse of the grounds, lawns, gardens, pam trees, peacocks freely roaming around, beach access, swimming pools, boat marina, water games.
This place is paradise for anyone looking for a grand time out.
We walked within the whole property that has Golf course, Palm tree court hotel, Lake view hotel and the beach resort.
The walk itself was 4 kms over the well laid paths.
Overall my best stay ever in a resort for all good reasons and I would return again for another session soon.

I booked a room at JA Beach Hotel because it offered a splash area for children, beach walks, good facilities, and the convenience of being in Dubai. While we were welcomed warmly by the concierge, the experience at the reception immediately took a negative turn. The lady assisting us had an attitude that was unnecessarily dismissive.
When we asked about early check-in and late checkout, we were told it was not guaranteed and that the hotel was “fully booked,” followed by a surprising claim that early check-in typically costs 400 AED... something I’ve never encountered before. When we requested more clarity about the hotel’s facilities and locations, we were simply told to “check the paper,” which felt unhelpful and abrupt.
Upon reaching our room, we found an unappealing view and waited over 15 minutes for our bags. When we went back to reception, another staff member, much more helpful, assisted us with a room change. We also requested a baby crib; the staff member delivering it left before we could let him in and did not return. Later, while we were out, housekeeping entered the room to set up the crib without informing us. Although the gesture was helpful, I would have preferred to know, especially since our belongings were scattered around and the “Do Not Disturb” sign was not in the room before we left.
We visited the kids’ pool, where the staff were friendly and welcoming. Lunch at Captain’s Restaurant was enjoyable in terms of food quality, though the coffee needs improvement. The hotel itself felt very quiet with noticeably few guests, making the earlier claim of being “fully booked” even more questionable.
At night, we noticed that the complimentary water only comes in large glass bottles, and the fridge barely fits one. I called reception requesting smaller bottles and was told they only provide the large ones. I then asked for chilled water and was told that chilled water is not provided either. The receptionist instead offered a bucket of ice, which a nice gesture, but it was not sufficient because it takes a long time to chill such large bottles. It felt strange that a hotel of this level does not provide chilled water or smaller bottles.
Breakfast the next day at Ibn Majed was fine, and the staff were particularly kind and attentive, especially toward our 8-month-old son. After breakfast, we walked around the hotel, visited the stables to see the horses, and then headed to the mini zoo where we saw goats, rabbits, peacocks, and other birds. It was a pleasant change of scenery and very entertaining for our son.
Overall, the hotel offers many facilities and some genuinely pleasant experiences, but several issues significantly affected our stay, especially the attitude of certain reception staff, the misleading “fully booked” claim, and unusual service gaps like the lack of chilled or small water bottles. These factors left us disappointed despite the otherwise enjoyable amenities.

We had an absolutely amazing time at JA Beach Hotel! The property is beautiful, but what really made our trip special was the incredible service. A huge thank you to Jenisha and Menchie at the reception—they truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt so welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at JA Beach Hotel😍The facilities are excellent, the surroundings are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable.
A special thank you to Ms. Lujain ❤️💐 at the reception for her outstanding support and kindness. She generously extended our checkout time until 2 PM, which allowed us to fully enjoy more of the hotel’s facilities and wonderful attractions without feeling rushed. Her professionalism and warm attitude made a big difference in our experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay. We will definitely come back🫶🏻❤️

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful, and much of that was thanks to the exceptional team who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.
A special thank you to Oliver, who truly made our stay amazing from the very beginning. He kindly assisted us with upgrades, ensured our rooms were on the same floor, gave us late check outs and handled both our check-in and check-out seamlessly. His professionalism and warm attitude set the tone for a fantastic visit.
We are also incredibly grateful to Mina, who made my aunt’s birthday extra special. The thoughtful balloons and cake she arranged were such a lovely surprise and made the celebration even more meaningful for our family.
Another big thank you to John, who gave us a buggy tour around the hotel. He was very accommodating and took the time to explain the different facilities available, helping us make the most of everything the property had to offer.
The level of care and hospitality from the team truly stood out, and it made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable. We look forward to returning in the future! 🙌🏻💖
