What a treat staying here. The rooms were impeccable, the location is great for a vacation spot and is close enough to downtown to enjoy the beach vibe and the city itself. What made the stay the best experience was the service provided by Samir. He was the most courteous man that this hotel has to offer. He took care of our rooms and any needs that we may have had. The staff itself was exceptional, but Samir was on another level. We would come back to this resort when we come back to Dubai. Would highly recommend and send our thanks to Samir.

I recently stayed for a week at the Waldorf Astoria on the Palm Jumeirah, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel feels truly luxurious the moment you arrive — the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail are outstanding.
I especially want to highlight the amazing breakfast team who looked after us each morning: Shoaib, Wasim, Kiran, Kushan, Keth, Angeine, Santul, and Kusam. Every one of them was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. There were never long waits, and any request was handled quickly and with a smile.
A special shout-out to Shoaib, who really stood out. His warm approach, professionalism, and constant attention made our mornings even more enjoyable. He made us feel incredibly well cared for throughout our stay.
A huge thank you to everyone at the Waldorf Astoria — the staff truly elevated our experience and made our time in Dubai even better. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely return.

We have spent our holidays at the Waldorf Astoria several times, and we have always loved it here.
The Mezzerie Restaurant beautifully completes each of our days with an excellent dinner. The staff is the best of all the hotels we have visited so far.

Asif – his laughter makes every meal even better.
Abdu – professionalism and guest care at a very high level.

As soon as you walk into the hotel you can immediately notice that nothing is going to be too much trouble, staff are polite friendly and helpful.
The entrance is beautifully designed/decorated, smells amazing and very clean.
The pool is a decent size (no slides ) and a good sized adults pool (we didn’t use it as we have 2 children).
A special mention to Borzo and his team who ensured we had everything we needed around the pool area. He is polite, friendly and kind and again nothing is too much trouble for him.
Also Abhi, Raghu,Akram and chathura are really friendly, helpful and work very hard. All the team do a fantastic job especially having to work outside in the heat.
The beach is lovely, lots of sunbeds, staff clearing the sea of jellyfish, sea urchins to ensure swimming in the sea is safe and comfortable.
The view from the beach and the sunset 55 bar at sunset is absolutely beautiful. Perfect opportunity to get some beautiful photos.
For us we felt like the hotel was the perfect size, although there were probably lots of people staying here it never once felt too busy or overcrowded.
The restaurant and cleaning staff are also polite and again make sure everything is done to the highest standard.
The hotel is perfect for what we needed, a chilled relaxing holiday.

Flawless Service Makes the Adult Pool the Best in Dubai!
My girlfriend and I recently enjoyed a fantastic pool day at the Waldorf Astoria, specifically at the Adult Pool, which is fast becoming our favourite spot in Dubai. The atmosphere is lovely, but the true standout—and the reason for this 5-star review—is the absolutely flawless service.
Exceptional service is not always guaranteed at busy hotel pools in Dubai, but the team here delivered an experience that was second to none. The attention to detail and proactive care from the staff made the day truly relaxing and memorable.
A huge thank you and commendation must go to Samar, Niranjan, and Vamshi. Their professionalism, friendliness, and impeccable service were outstanding. They ensured we wanted for nothing throughout the entire day.
Highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria Adult Pool for anyone seeking both a great setting and genuinely world-class service.
