I stayed in Waldorf for a week, was on the 1st floor, and had amazing housekeeping staff. They ensured we were looked after and went above and beyond to ensure we have a stress free stay. The staff everywhere at the hotel were amazing. The services and food were brilliant. Thank you Kazuhiro Aikawa for the Nice Room, Thank you The Mezzerie Restaurant Team Parmila, Nirmali, Shivani, Nica, Riyas, Sujan, Asitha, Shirantha, Kusum, Teheltin, Edith for the Beautiful Night Buffet Service & Ravindra, Pramila, Sheiab, Saru, Santhul for the Beautiful Breakfast Service in the Restaurant every Morning. My Family loved. Will defo recommend.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality shown by the staff was truly next level. Marvis, Rohit, and Christopher went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was comfortable and stress-free. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Whether it was helping with check-in, offering local tips, or just sharing a friendly smile, they made me feel right at home. It’s rare to come across such a genuinely caring team. Thanks to them, this trip was unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience at the spa, and a big part of that was thanks to Alyssa at the reception. From the moment we spoke on the phone, until we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She not only guided us through the spa facilities with care and professionalism, but also went the extra mile by preparing beautiful decorations for my mom’s birthday, which made the visit even more special and touching. The massage with Sandra and Arlin itself was exceptional — relaxing, thorough, and exactly what we needed. The entire experience, from start to finish, was seamless and calming. Alyssa and her team’s thoughtful service truly made our day unforgettable!

This hotel is one of a kind! Before I mention anything about the resort, I must give an outstanding credit to the staff! Especially the pool staff & cleaning staff. They truly do so much to keep the resort running the way it should and your efforts are noticed!
The rooms!!! Get the master suite facing palm view! Just breathtaking. Ask for room 310!
The breakfast is super yummy!!! There’s so much variety. Kitchen staff are nice and helpful.
