From the moment I arrived, the hospitality shown by the staff was truly next level. Marvis, Rohit, and Christopher went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was comfortable and stress-free. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Whether it was helping with check-in, offering local tips, or just sharing a friendly smile, they made me feel right at home. It’s rare to come across such a genuinely caring team. Thanks to them, this trip was unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience at the spa, and a big part of that was thanks to Alyssa at the reception. From the moment we spoke on the phone, until we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She not only guided us through the spa facilities with care and professionalism, but also went the extra mile by preparing beautiful decorations for my mom’s birthday, which made the visit even more special and touching. The massage with Sandra and Arlin itself was exceptional — relaxing, thorough, and exactly what we needed. The entire experience, from start to finish, was seamless and calming. Alyssa and her team’s thoughtful service truly made our day unforgettable!

My recent visit to Waldorf Astoria Palm Beach was extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and impeccable service that defines this beautiful property.
A special mention must go to Dinesh, David, and Aziz, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Dinesh was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, always ready with a warm smile and helpful suggestions to enhance our experience. David’s professionalism and genuine care stood out—he ensured every little detail was taken care of, making us feel valued and at home. Aziz was equally exceptional, providing outstanding service with grace and enthusiasm that made a lasting impression.

Our first visit to Dubai, and we’ve loved it, staying at the Waldorf Astoria has been a pleasure. All of the staff have all been really friendly, always asking how we are. We’ve been spoilt, from our towels being placed on sunbeds, sunglasses being cleaned, kept hydrated with water through day and having cool towels, to the housekeeping staff keeping our room clean and the staff in the restaurant looking after us. The food has been delicious, ate in the Mezzerie Restaurant for most meals, so much choice! Thanks to Shivani, Nicol, Abolu and Eolith. Think my favourite dish was the salmon!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Waldorf Astoria Jumeirah. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was excellent—every staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and truly committed to making our stay comfortable.
The room was spacious and clean with a breathtaking sea view that really set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The hotel has a very family-friendly atmosphere. Our kids especially loved the kids club—it was well-organized and full of engaging activities. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of space and a great vibe for both kids and adults to enjoy. The beach had a calm, resort-like ambiance with beautiful surroundings and excellent service.
One area that could use improvement is the water pressure in the shower. It was noticeably weak and didn’t match the standard you’d expect from a 5-star resort. It’s a small detail, but it did affect the overall experience.
Despite that, we had a great time and would definitely consider coming back—especially if that one issue is addressed.
