I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah. From the moment I arrived, the staff made sure I was well taken care of, and every detail of my experience was handled with genuine warmth and professionalism.
Housekeeping was outstanding throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Resham, as well as everyone on the team that did an incredible job keeping my room spotless and perfectly arranged every day. The attention to detail and care put into the service really made me feel at home.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is serene and luxurious, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I will definitely return again.

The pool was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of The Palm, and the buffet staff were equally kind and welcoming. My husband and I truly enjoyed every moment. Overall, our stay at the Waldorf Astoria was quite good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. However, I have to mention that the side facing the skyline is currently impacted by construction noise in the early morning, which makes it impossible to use the balcony—there was a lot of sand and dust as well.
On the positive side, I would like to give special thanks to Amy from the Kids Club. She was truly fantastic with the children, very patient, responsible, and clearly experienced in her role. Also, the young woman at the front desk who speaks Chinese was extremely helpful, professional, and made our check-in process much easier. The housekeeping team responded very quickly and kept our room clean and comfortable, and the concierge staff, especially the young woman who assisted us, was always friendly, sincere, and professional.
Although there were some aspects that were not ideal, the kindness and professionalism of the staff made our holiday enjoyable overall. Thank you to the team for their hard work!
