I had a really lovely stay at the W Dubai. The overall experience was enjoyable and memorable.
The room was beautiful, with a well furniture layout that felt both stylish and comfortable. The balcony was absolutely stunning and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. I also really appreciated the bathroom design, it was smartly divided, making it easy to use while keeping everything clean and organized.
The food was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were very diverse and delicious, with a great variety of options.
The pools were nicely designed and well distributed, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
A few small suggestions that could make the experience even better: adding a pleasant signature scent in the lobby would enhance the ambiance and create a stronger identity for the place. Also, the cleaning of lobby tables and chairs seemed a bit slow and could use more attention. The pool water could be slightly warmer for more comfort, and the beach could benefit from more wave movement to reduce algae and floating debris.
Overall, it was a great experience and I truly enjoyed my stay.

This is a long overdue review. I stayed at the W the palm in August 2025. My experience was extremely disappointing considering I have tried tens of Marriott properties globally. Service is low-quality, when it comes to luggage delivery to the room, room maintenance (AC, toilet functionality), and assistance in leaving the facility. I was also sent a note before my final night to vacate early due to long check-out times, which only made me feel less welcome at the W. On the bright side, breakfast and location are great but there are a lot of improvements that need to be done to the quality of service offered if we compare it to other Marriott Dubai properties.
