Well, W certainly does stand for Wowza. What can I say… we’ve just returned from the most incredible week at this hotel, and I already can’t wait to go back.
From the moment you arrive, this hotel exudes luxury and true 5-star service. The valet staff were an absolute delight. Travelling with a toddler can be tricky, but they genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. We arrived well before the 3pm check-in time and were immediately met with thoughtful solutions. Changing rooms to freshen up, a space to unwind, and we were given a room as soon as one became available. The lady who checked us in was delightful and so friendly.
When we arrived at our room, we were blown away. It was spacious and quite possibly the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The balcony offered an incredible skyline view with comfy seating, allowing us to truly relax in our own private space.
Throughout our stay, the resort made us feel like nothing was ever too much to ask. The wonderful ladies at the LIV desk were an absolute joy, greeting us and our daughter every morning. The food at LIV was fantastic, and the buffet was spectacular, with such an impressive variety. A huge shout-out to the kitchen team.
Rita truly spoiled our little girl by decorating our bedroom and providing small gifts. Such a special and thoughtful touch. Thank you, Rita, for making our stay even more memorable.
The pool deck team, both at the reservations desk and out on the floor, Darius, Brian, Memory, and Charles, thank you for completely spoiling us on our pool days. The cabanas were an incredible addition, allowing us to relax during our toddler’s nap times.
The family wet deck area was perfect for us, with three pools to enjoy. We also loved the family terrace and were so well looked after during happy hour by the wonderful Cynthia.

To say this is next level luxury is an understatement.
Rooms amazing, the buffet is next level amazing. These chefs sure are talented with masses of choice for every taste.
On-site beach club is amazing with a ladies day and no minimum spend during the week. The pool was warm along with the hospitality. The curb side staff are funny and attentive and will do anything to help.

We celebrated our 17-year anniversary on New Year’s Eve, welcoming NYE 2026 from a beautiful room near the corner of the hotel, which gave us a full view of the beach and the New Year’s countdown — truly unforgettable. The surprise decorations and photo collage made the moment even more special.
The hotel’s architecture and service were wonderful, with elegant dark marble interiors creating a refined atmosphere. However, because there were no bright lights in the bathroom or the room, and since in January it gets dark very early, I had no choice but to use the balcony light to do my makeup and hair, which was quite stressful.
Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay — with just one important detail that could truly make it perfect.

Sorry for the 2 star for room as we didn’t came to check in. We are giving this review as we had noticed 1 of the valet parking concierge name “HADI” who shift just now evening after we’ve been in sobe. We love his smile and way he was doing his job so normal and no fake from his smile. He’s so genuine and showing that he’s love what he’s doing without expecting anything in return. Keep it up! Whenever we’ll go back in w hotel we loved to see him again. He deserves to be acknowledged! More than 5 star ⭐️ for him!

I had a great stay at the W Hotel. The room was very stylish, comfortable, and well maintained. What truly made my experience stand out was the exceptional service. Jazzen and Michelle(room stylish) were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to assist me, and their positive attitudes made my stay even more enjoyable. They are truly amazing people. I would definitely recommend the W Hotel and look forward to staying again.
