We had an amazing stay at this hotel! 🏖️
The property is stylish and modern, with a perfect location right by the beach and close to everything. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a breathtaking sea view 🌊.
The food was delicious and varied, and everything felt truly five-star. The atmosphere made us feel special throughout our stay. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back! 💫

Can’t wait to come back to Rixos Premium Dubai.
Fabulous hotel , facilities and staff .
We have stayed in many hotels but this one has been top class from our beautiful room to an amazing breakfast selection .
The beach front has a top quality position .
The attention to detail is excellent, makes a big difference to our stay.
Our room was looked after daily by Arunpandi
Who again provided the little details that matter , simply excellent, he looked after all our requests efficiently and graciously.
All these things add up to a great experience.
Looking forward to next year already.

Rixos JBR competes well with its rivals Address Beach Resort and Five Luxe. All provide excellent accommodation, great facilities and a true 5 star experience. Rixos is better located than Address. It has the best fitness experience out of all three of these prestigious hotels. Its pool experience beats Five Luxe (for anyone over 40) but not Address. Great location in the middle of JBR, great staff, only criticism is the very poor quality of the pool table (cloth ripped) in it onside pub Lock Stock and Barrel. Otherwise great stay.

Our stay at Rixos Premium was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The staff were highly professional, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.
Housekeeping (special thanks to Chiku and the team) worked tirelessly to keep our large and often messy room with children clean and tidy every day, always promptly and with a smile. The restaurants were outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious, high-quality food and drinks, and more than enough staff to take care of every guest’s needs. The restaurants, our room, and the entire hotel were spotless at all times.
The spa was an amazing highlight – a beautifully designed, relaxing venue where we were warmly welcomed. Amal gave me excellent massage, always checking the pressure and ensuring I was comfortable. I was even given treats and truly felt cared for throughout my visits.
At the pool, staff were attentive and professional, and the pool itself was always sparkling clean with plenty of space for both swimming and relaxing.
We were also very impressed by the management team. Yilmaz Ates (Director of F&B) and Chef Ozer Ozden were often present in the Turquoise buffet during breakfast and dinner, always approachable and attentive to guests’ needs. Turgay Erdogan (General Manager) was very welcoming and professional, and it was clear that he and his team are running the hotel with great care and efficiency. Front Office Manager Salman Khan was especially helpful, as were the reception, guest services, bell desk, and valet parking staff – all efficient, proactive, and ready to assist at any time.
Overall, our family is absolutely thrilled to have visited Rixos Premium. The hotel exceeded every expectation, and we have created unforgettable memories thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality we received. We cannot wait to return!

I always hate leaving a low score but what a disappointment this hotel was compared to others we stayed in, we stayedin 3 different hotels & the service here was nowhere near as good as the others. WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU IS THE BEACH & SEA ISN'T USABLE FOR GUESTS ,ITS LIKE A BUILDING SITE. if your looking for a beach resort please choose a different hotel. When we made a complaint to the guest relations manager yurie his attitude was disgusting. Shrugged his shoulders & couldnt careless, no apologise, we then found out on check out he'd not reported the complaint & the rixos then offered us a day pass at the sisters hotel on the palm (not a lot of use when we were checking out) I see a lots of these 5* are based on the maids cleaning the rooms. Everyday they pestered us to use there phones to make a review. Very annoying. The service was so poor from the moment we got out of the ubber, 1 person, collecting everyone luggage, no one to welcome you around reception area, our room still wasn't ready at 5pm. Not a good sign at checking people complaining about various things . In the buffet restaurant, no-one asked if we had any allergies 2 days running(not safe if some one in your party has allergies) at breakfast / dinner, no-one to take drinks orders you have to constantly ask to get someone attention. The hotel lacked staff & training in my opinion. It did have some positives, location good, The pool area was nice, some of the lifeguards would speak, The head chef came out after we made them aware off my wife dietary requirements & cooked her some lovely food & made sure she was taken care of every time we were in the restaurant. Food was excellent but repetitive at times. I think if the guests relations manager dealt with our issue's professionally like the people at check out did, our stay might have been better but it started the holiday off on a bad note. They should also tell everyone in advance thats the beach isn't accessible because thats upset a lot of guests.
