Our stay was wonderful! One of the best hotels we’ve been to in Dubai so far!
Rooms were clean first thing in the morning right after we had breakfast which is impressive because usually it get cleaned only after the lunch. The room cleaning were very kind and nice, Srikanth answered every little question we had and made out stay ways better! Especially we loved the surprise he made by his own hands for my mum’s birthday, we loved that! We are definitely gonna come back and recommend Rixos Premium to our friends and family :)
Food also was delicious, we had everything and even more!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family. The rooms were spacious and the view was amazing. Breakfast was included which was very convenient and delicious.
Our rooms were regularly maintained and cleaned by one of the staff named Mr. Mahipal. He made sure we were taken care of and our rooms were regularly meeting our needs.
The pool is open and clean. Paired with the beach, we regularly spent time outside. I would give this place a 10/10 & recommend for a vacation.

A Perfect Stay Experience!
Our stay at Rixos JBR was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and attentiveness, making us feel very special. Our room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and everything we needed was readily available.
The breakfast was served as an open buffet and offered a wide variety of options. Everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel’s location is also very central, making it easy to access nearby attractions.
What we appreciated the most was the kindness and hospitality of Ms. Berna. She took great care of every request we had and truly made us feel at home.
Whether for a holiday or a business trip, I highly recommend this hotel. Looking forward to coming back soon — thank you to the Rixos family!

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium!
The service was absolutely top-notch – staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. One of the highlights was the delicious food available 24/7, delivered right to the room – super convenient and always fresh.
The pools were beautiful and well-maintained, and the beach is just a 3-minute walk away, making it perfect for relaxing or swimming. Breakfast was quite tasty – I’d rate it 8/10, with a good variety of options.
The room was spacious, featuring a large, elegant bathroom and a stunning panoramic view that made the stay even more enjoyable.
Special thanks to Naw, the housekeeping manager, for the excellent and timely cleaning service – the room was always spotless and well-prepared.
Also, for those who enjoy some adventure, there are jet skis available on the beach for 600 AED per person for 30 minutes – a great experience!
Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and luxury!

The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with amazing views that really added to the experience. The service from the staff was excellent—they were helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is in a good location, convenient for getting around, but it’s worth noting that the on-site nightclub attracts a lot of guests, which may not be ideal for families or those seeking a quiet environment. Overall, a great stay for couples or solo travelers, but probably not the best fit for a family trip.
