We had an amazing beach and pool day at Rixos Jumeirah Beach. The service was outstanding — especially Krishna, who welcomed us with a big smile, set up our beds beautifully, and made sure our server Niraj, came right away. He was attentive the whole time and very friendly. The beach is clean, spacious, and close to all the water activities, while the pool has a fun vibe with music. If you want relaxation, go for the beach; if you want energy, the pool is perfect. They also offer workout classes in a beach cabana — I joined the yoga session with a yoga master and absolutely loved it. Truly five-star service all around.

I had a great stay for the second time at Rixos JBR for 16 nights. The location is perfect as all of the restaurants are within walking distance.
The rooms are modern and well designed and kept immaculately clean. The housekeeping team did a great job at maintaining the cleaning standard - a special shout out to Lynn from housekeeping and Bishal, who always greeted us with a smile. The staff members here have impeccable manners which is definitely something that stands out to me.
I am giving 4/5 stars as we did have some issues with the hotel phone not working. However, this was resolved promptly. We did experience some leaks in the room from the heavy rain.
The staff outside are always helpful and go the extra mile to find you a taxi if you need.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I will definitely be back.

We have just checked out of our stay at Rixos JBR and can not complain about absolutely anything. The location of this hotel is what initially made me book along with my knowledge of how nice Rixos hotels usually are. This one definitely raised the bar, the breakfast was beautiful so much selection and always happy as a Brit to see hashbrowns and baked beans at a breakfast spread! The cleanliness of the rooms was many thanks to our housekeeper on Level 13 in the hotel, who was a lovely kind gentleman who always ensured that our room was clean. He never knocked to wake us up and must have monitored the time we went to breakfast as when we arrived back to our room it was spotless! The hotel was decorated for Christmas and it added a lovely festivity to our stay in the lovely weather. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend to family and friends, from Room 1316!

Rooms (4★): Comfortable and well maintained and quiet spacious. Very solid, though not completely flawless, which is why I’d rate them four stars rather than five.
Service (5★): Staff were consistently professional, attentive, and efficient throughout the stay. Special thanks to Hussain from the maintenance/cleaning team — his attention to detail and speed was nice and always responsive and nice to talk to while also being very easy to schedule different cleaning times and since I work quite a lot this had to be rescheduled quite often.
Location (4★): Prime JBR beachfront location with great access to restaurants and the beach. Busy at times, but still a strong location overall though quite far from places such as the Dubai Moll I wanted to visit and with quite high traffic especially during the holiday season.

I attended the Rixos New Year’s Eve gala dinner. It was a magnificent organization. From the moment I made the reservation until the end of the night, everything was handled in an extremely professional manner.
Despite hosting hundreds of guests, the service ran smoothly without any issues. The level of service was comparable to what you would expect at a fine dining restaurant.
The buffet they prepared was outstanding.
