Great location, good facilities and honestly, one of my most annoying experiences. i am here with my 3 kids (5y,3y and 3m) so i put them to sleep in the afternoon which is not so easy and just after they've fallen asleep i get a call "hello, i see your do not disturb sign is on, so i was wondering when would you like for us to come clean your room? "
so i complain to reception that we get calls from staff who know that we do not want to be disturbed at this moment. i get an apology and no solution.
next day - fire alarm drill which noone mentioned would be done and i had forgotten that they do it so i get my baby woken up
next day - it is exactly 12:00 midnight, kids just lying in bed ready to fall asleep (not afternoon!!) when we hear a loud ring and can't believe that it is someone at our door, because it is midnight.. so my husband opens the door and someone says "hey, we are here to take your fridge " (we have never mentioned we want our fridge taken or anything about the fridge at all ) after a few polite exchanges between him and the staff, they leave. so i complain again at reception and ask them what it would take for us to not be disturbed when our DND is on
they apologise again and promise this will not happen again and that NOONE will bother us for the rest of our stay
next day we get a leak from that thing that fills with water to flush the toilet - they fix the leak.. but now we have to pump the buttons quite a few times, so it fills so we can flush (didn't really want to talk to anyone anymore so i just decided that if we can sleep when we want to i am more than willing to pump to flush)
so came the next day and while our kids are sleeping with the DND on in the afternoon we gat a call, the exact same one "hello, we see your DO NOT DISTURB IS ONSO WE WANTED TO REMIND YOU YOU CAN CALL US WHENEVER YOU NEED SOMETHING"
i complain to someone claiming to be a manager whose solution was to turn off the receivement of calls on our phone. so now the rest of our company can not call us, but at least hey, the hotel staff can't either.
the only place that doesn't feel like poor excuse of hospitality is the main restaurant - people ask you if you would like anything and if you say yes, they do what you want them to, if you say no, they leave you to yourself, it is clean, has good variety for a buffet and the food that we like to eat is tasty.
edit : Ren at concierge was nice too.

Amazing hotel. Second time staying here and they honestly could not do enough for you to make your stay the best. If you’re looking for a relaxing break that’s not overly pretentious of an hotel I feel like this hotel gives you the right luxury feel, family orientated yet romantic for couples too. The perfect balance that’s 5 stars all around. The food quality with half board is exceptional. Zengo, maya and indya by vineet was unreal. The hotel caters for every specialist cuisine.
I also want to pay special thanks to shiju in guest services and our cleaner sinam. Both were so kind, went over and beyond to make sure we were happy and has everything we needed. I hope le royal Meriden and Marriott hotels recognise how amazing these employees are at their job. They are a credit to the hotel.
But that also goes for everyone working for the hotel.

Quite big and nice hotel with all the amunities available, excellent service, amazing restaurans with nice executive loungue on first floor.
The most beautiful part is the private place of beach with amazing views. Close to Marina walk with loads of restaurants choice to eat.
Taxis are always available on site, the hotel offers shuttle service 4 times a day to Mall of the emirates.
Highly recommend to stay.

So impressed with this hotel. It is stunning!! From the moment of arrival, you are greeted at your car , your bags whisked away, reception staff efficiently assist your checkin. We were super early 5am from our flight and were given a complimentary room to use until our room was ready.
The hotel itself, the restaurant, the rooms all high standard, immaculate.
Food, service , drinks in our Club Room Package were amazing.
Our suite (upgraded- thankyou Le Meridien) was luxurious, with evening turn down service, high class amenities, robes, Slippers, coffee machine & fresh fruit daily.
The outside resort grounds, superb. You could easily spend a week here just using the hotel amenities and relaxing.
I highly recommend this hotel. I have to make special mention, the staff - always helpful, smiling, nothing was ever a problem .
Special mention to Nitvin our housekeeper, for all the extra great service of looking after our suite.
Thankyou to the staff at reception who kindly ensured all our requests were met.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Dubai and it was truly an outstanding experience.
From the very first moment of arrival to the day of departure, everything was flawlessly organized. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to go above and beyond – you immediately feel welcome and cared for.
The rooms are modern, spotless, and offer breathtaking views of either the skyline. The luxurious amenities, incredibly comfortable beds, and beautifully designed bathrooms make the stay even more enjoyable.
The pool area as well as the private beach are perfect for relaxation – with excellent service brought directly to your sunbed. The hotel’s restaurants are another highlight: an impressive variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all freshly prepared and served to the highest standard.
The location is ideal for exploring Dubai’s famous attractions and exclusive shopping malls, yet the ambiance inside the hotel is peaceful and relaxing.
All in all, a wonderful experience – I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I am already looking forward to my next stay!
