The staff are lovely and it's a really family feel, at this hotel. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle to the beach or you can walk around 20 minutes. There are plenty for the family to do here, with children/adult activities throughout the day. Would definitely recommend. The room service is good. The food is delicious and plenty to choose from. The staff work extremely hard and it's been a pleasure to visit here. Thank you all

Good: - Hotel staff very friendly and helpful with local information, taxi booking service. - Restaurant staff are excellent, a warm and professional welcome everytime. Hats off to the two gents in their 60’s, fantastic service. - Pizza in the restaurant cooked fresh in pizza oven - Plenty of fruit and salads to chose from Bad: The hotel is filthy, For the 2 weeks I was there, the room was not cleaned properly. Only sheets, towels and toilet cleaned. The décor in the rooms was from the 1990’s. When I arrived at the hotel I could see toothpaste rings from an electric toothbrush from the previous occupant and dirt on the walls, it looks like somebody had sneezed on the tiles and not wiped.. There was evidence of bed bugs in the hotel under the matresses, dead dark brown tick like bugs, maybe why lots of guests have rashes and bites over their legs? On the day I was due to checkout, I took my cases to the reception and still had items to pick up from the room, including items in the fridge, bottles of water for the journey etc.. I hadn't checked out at this point, the cleaning staff had already gone in my room and threw out all items in the fridge and I hadn't event checked out. Temperatures in Rhodes were 35 degrees but no airconditioning used in any public areas of the hotel, only private rooms. The slide pool has some serious defects and its only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt. The orange flume slide has a missing bolt on the flange connector bolting an entire section together. As a result, there is leaking water gushing out and onto the floor below from a height of 10 meters. One of the ladders on the pool has a loose rung which gives and twists when you stand on it. This was reported to staff and it was made known from staff that the issue has been there for over a month. The bar has a limited selection of drinks from 5pm to 11pm, outside of this time you have to pay. The bar man can be seen touching and giving women attention, i.e. kissing hands, entirely inappropriate. There is a pool bar available 11am to 5pm. There isn’t much choice of sugar free drinks. There are cockroaches in the pool bar that come out at night, there are cracks in the skirting board part of the tiles (right of the staff entrance to the right of the beer and wines taps) where they come out after dark, huge big ones. The hotel is in desperate need of attention, loose paint, unkept paths with grass and weeds growing through monoblocks paving. The TV in my room did not work and my room did not have any wifi coverage. There are other areas of the hotel that look bodged, welded scaffolding around the swan pool near the kids path, an exposed “live” 220volt light fitting at the low fence in the childrens playground which if touched could kill a child. I spent over £4000 for 2 weeks here for 1 adult and 2 kids, I feel ripped off. The hotel is not worthy of 4 stars and I stayed in much better for far less money.

We stayed 6 days in this hotel. All Inclusive, 2 people. Firstly i'd like to say that everyone who was taking care of us were extremely kind people. From reception, restaurant to room cleaning staff. Food was beyond mediocre. Nothing that you would pay alot money in a normal restaurant, nothing you wouldn't eat at all. Overall a good food and quite big choice for everyone. AC on room was working flawlessly, TV did too. Blackout was 95% there. Now, the worse stuff. Room was filled with mosquitoes the first 3 days, we were just fighting them on a daily basis. (Windows closed all the time) The bed was probably the worst thing about the whole vacation. No blankets whatsoever, 2 very uncomfortable pillows. We basically haven't slept more than 6/7 hours a night because of that. Buzzing noise the whole night, hearable even with ear plugs. I'm glad we had normal neighbours, because anything more loud than a normal conversation was very audible through the walls. Half of the shower heads didn't really work, very poor water flow. So these are the things that were not very nice about our trip. I suggest the owner should change the hotel stars to 3, cause that's where it belongs. And i'm not trying to be mean at all, that's just pure honesty. Other than that, Rhodos island is a beautiful place to go on vacation. Free Bus goes straight to the sea beach and back couple times a day, haven't noticed any tourist traps around us, just inflated prices which are OK considering you are on one of the most tourist occupated islands. Conclusion? if you take your own blanket, mosq. repellent and are you're not concerned about a bad matress, it's the Golden Odyssey Hotel that you should go to. Other than the room quality we've had one of our best vacations whatsoever.

Had a great time at The Golden Odyssey! There was lots of entertainment in the evening and the all inclusive food was great! Shout out to the barman Dmitri who made us feel welcome from the offset and made some great drinks too, also the animation team that were lively and ready to include everyone in the entertainment, all in all, a great time in Rhodes, Yamas!

Fab hotel, nice spacious clean rooms and there is more than one pool. I stayed in a 1st floor room with a side view of the pool. The staff and animation team were great. I spent a lot of time out on boat trips/at the beach which is around a 10 min walk away. You can also hire e scooters and bikes. There is a decent shop on the resort too which is reasonably priced. In terms of the food...I tended to only occasionally eat there. It was lack lustre /not particularly hot. There are some really nice restaurants down by the harbour if you are open to going.

My husband and I stayed here in June for our anniversary! We had a swim up room which was lovely because we didn’t have to fight for a sun bed. The breakfast at the main restaurant didn’t have a big selection personally but the snack bar that opened between 11-4 has the most amazing pizzas and gyros so I can’t complain! Staff were very lovely and helpful. A little bit of kindness goes a long way, we learned a few Greek phrases to show our appreciation. Would definitely return!

I spent 10 days in this hotel. Every day was different. A large selection of food and very tasty. All day attractions, yoga, ping pong, water aerobics. Nice smiling staff, especially Billy and Leo. Clean rooms. Nearby is a nudist beach if you like. Beautiful peacocks walking around the area around the hotel, something special. I recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful service, rooms very tidy on arrival and was cleaned to a good standard throughout our stay. We were situated in a block of rooms further from the hotel reception with a smaller pool and bar and a quieter atmosphere which was really nice.The food and drink selection was good and the snack bar (Pizza and Gyros’) were fantastic! Entertainment was very interactive and varied with great pool facilities, loved the aqua zumba! Would stop here again!

Amazing Stay at Anavadia Hotel – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful time at Anavadia Hotel on the beautiful island of Rhodes. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the top-notch service – the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, authentic Greek cuisine that we looked forward to every day. You could really taste the quality and love put into every dish. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The entire hotel was kept very clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The pools were excellent, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off in the warm Greek sun. Everything was of the highest standard. The stay at the Anavadia Hotel was excellent. The hotel and its surroundings are very well maintained. The hotel also has two swimming pools, surrounded by soft sun loungers with umbrellas. There is also a bar, where all kinds of drinks were always available. The room was always tidy and clean, and the food in the restaurant was top-notch. Special thanks go to the extremely friendly and professional staff. Our legend was mr. Giorgios. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the sea. The beach is beautifully arranged and the sea is clean. Definitely, if we ever visit Rhodes again, we will stay at the Anavadia Hotel, so we recommend it to everyone. 10/10

Not a 4-Star Experience – Would Not Recommend We were very disappointed with our stay at this resort. The property does not reflect the photos or its 4-star rating. The room we were first given had no lighting along the paths leading to it, the sink sprayed water everywhere, and the shower flooded the floor. Power was lost on our first night and didn’t return for over 12 hours—no generator, no support. We were moved to a second room only to find the bed, pillows, and sheets full of bugs. When we raised this with reception, we were told “that’s nature,” and only offered clean sheets. Not acceptable. The restaurant hygiene was also questionable. Food was left uncovered, attracting flies, and the bread was often stale. One of the pools was green/cloudy in colour and clearly not maintained. The only positive was the manager, Nikitas, who was kind, apologetic, and offered us a better room. But by then, the damage had been done. This resort needs serious maintenance, and a more professional staff approach. I would not stay here again

Great if you get a deal, probably wouldn’t recommend at full price. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Some staff were lovely and accommodating — they kept the buffet open when we were late for lunch and offered food even when we arrived at nearly 1am on our first day. While a few staff were a bit odd or rude, most were friendly and helpful. The pool by the main buffet (first two pictures) was really nice and peaceful, with only occasional road noise. We didn’t use the other pool (last picture) after another guest said the filter was broken. Although it looked murky throughout our stay, people still swam in it. It also had loud music playing, which wasn’t to our taste. Unfortunately, that was also the only pool with a bar open during the day, meaning we had to walk over just to get a drink. It wasn’t far, but still a bit annoying. The toilets near that bar were also filthy and flooded, so we used the ones in reception instead, which were much better, although you do need to put a cover up on to go in. Drinks were nice overall, with a decent selection included in the all-inclusive (including cocktails), though some drinks cost extra. The food was really enjoyable — not a huge variety, but always something we liked. We're not picky eaters, though we did hear some guests complain about selection. There was always some traditional Greek food available which was always delicious, the hummus in paticularly was fab. The location was excellent. The hotel was very tranquil, with mountain views, and the closest beach was only a 10-minute walk. Another beach in a cove was about 20 minutes away, and several others were accessible by bus, with a stop right outside the hotel. The reception staff were happy to help explain the bus services and routes. The bus was great for sightseeing or even going to Falaraiki in the evening as they ran fairly late. Tsambika mountain was amazing and also walkable if you enjoy walking (some scrambling involved, probably took us about 2 hours total in the end). Kolymbia town is a short walk away with some nice bars too. The biggest issue we had was access to drinking water. We received two bottles in our room on arrival, but the fridge wasn’t restocked after that. The restaurant had a postmix water tap, but signs said not to use it. There was a water machine by the main bar that we used for the first day or two, but it was removed without explanation. We later learned from another guest that their son had been electrocuted by it. After that, we had to ask bar staff to fill our bottles — the pool bartender was happy to, but the main bar bartender was reluctant and told us it could break their machine. When I asked where I should get water, he said, “you buy it.” So eventually, we did to avoid the frustration. It wasn’t too expensive at the hotel shop, but for an all-inclusive, it was very disappointing. No matter the quality of an all inclusive I would always expect water. Near the end of our stay, the machine was replaced, but the whole situation was frustrating. If you're not a big water drinker this is probably not too much of an issue but if you get through at least a few bottles a day it gets very annoying very quickly.

We arrived a couple of days earlier, and in the last minute we booked this hotel for 2 nights. The reviews were ambiguous. But we liked this hotel in terms of price/quality. This is a small hotel, but it will probably develop because there are other buildings further. If you are accustomed to the monstrous huge 4**, then this hotel looks like one segment. Very friendly staff. Geogios, Oksana and beautiful guys at the restaurant and bar; super-wonderwomans reception girls; Natalia and Olga from the service - all were very cool. Good room, clean bathroom, nice and big balcony. It is beautiful green yard, 2 swimming pools, good mini-billiard table, air hook, table football. Food was as well good, a lot of local home-made food. My son told he likes dinner the most. You can eat ice cream all day. We love deserts- pachlava and cake, it was tasty and not too sweet . Area where food serving is not so big, maybe because of this people told it’s not a lot of food. But in this small area you will find everything you need. Alcohol they have as well; me personally like beer and white wine . The huge problem of this hotel - the beach is far away and there is no hotel beach. We went on excursions and spent only 2 days where. But if I bought this hotel for a week, I do not know how I would handle. Mostly people go to Rhodes to the sea. But in general, we liked the stay in the hotel. Relax, constant food and drink, constantly free sun beds and clean pools.

Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Staff Care I stayed at this beautiful hotel and was truly impressed. The view of the sea is stunning, the food is both rich in variety and absolutely delicious — definitely top marks for the cuisine! What made the biggest impression on me, though, was the incredible care and kindness of the staff. I unfortunately suffered from heatstroke during my stay, and they looked after me so beautifully. A gentleman standing near the restaurant, probably part of the security team, fanned me with a hand fan for half an hour. The manager even called me personally in my room to check on how I was doing. I’m deeply grateful for their help and compassion. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!! (Rated 4* in 2012 btw). Positives: most of the staff are really friendly and do their best to make you feel welcome, this is despite all the odds up against them! The location is great and is really close to the beach. Their al la carte restaurant Mamma Mia was the one good meal we had at the hotel. Negatives: the food was really poor, the quality isn’t there with the food being bland, only fatty cuts of meat and there being a limited choice of food, within a couple of days you’ve seen everything at the buffet which gets boring fast. The rooms are outdated, our bathroom flooded after every shower and the shower was no longer bolted to the wall. The air con was also broken in our room. The beds were like laying on an ironing board with a pillow for each of us which felt like you were laying straight on the mattress. Unlikely to be the best bed for somebody who has back pain. Also will note not all the arcade machines work and will take your money but the hotel are not able to access these so just take your money! In summary: staff are friendly and do their best but the hotel needs a lot of work and the food seems to be very cheap and needs work!

This hotel offers mainly beautiful views if faced to the sea. Pools are very nice but always fully occupied and beds are booked by people at 5am which is shocking. It looks like is more people than the hotel can service. Beds are hard rock so don't forget anti-inflammatory pills. The food is limited to pork, chicken and fish. Sometimes available duck, turkey or lamb but make sure you are quick because ones is gone, it's just gone and replaced with chicken drumsticks. For full 7 days only banana, pears and apples, grapefruit and small oranges as fruits look pictures. Very disappointing was begging for watermelon as kids love them. The watermelon was served in the last day after formal complaint. People started to run for it and emptied the tray in 30 seconds. Downside is waiting sometime for 5 minutes at ques for a drink. *The Italian food restaurant is a misunderstanding. Pizza on ready baked pizza base, food is reheated when served as it was not completely fresh. Staff of this hotel is very nice, very helpful but this is widely offered in most Greek hotels. We were lucky that we booked another hotel as this was a mistake. Unfortunately

Genuinely a good hotel/resort. Breakfast was good. Lunch was good. Dinner was okay. Entertainment was okay. Soft drinks were not good I'll admit, they lacked fizzyness. The five swimming areas were very good. Room was good (303), bathroom was good, shower was very good, hot & fast, air con was freezing cold, 30°c ambient and you'd be shivering inside. On-site shop was good, affordable and good variety. Hotel location was great, by the beach, near the middle of Ialysos, bus routes to Rhodes for €3 each way. Not really much to complain about apart from the soft drinks, maids made beds every day and emptied bins, staff were lovely and really friendly towards our children. For what we paid, we would definitely go back, it's definitely worth it in that sense, didn't lack anything for us. Random photos without us or children inside added.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. It does not live up to the four-star rating in any way and, in our opinion, barely deserves even one star. Let’s start with the staff – unwelcoming, impolite, and lacking professionalism. The reception was cold and unhelpful from the beginning. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable. Everything was extremely outdated – probably untouched for 20–30 years. The bathroom was in a horrible state, the entire interior looked neglected, and the bedding was worn out, even chewed by moths. The mattress was filthy and stained. After our stay, the entire family had bite marks on our bodies, suggesting the presence of bed bugs or other pests. Housekeeping was superficial. Although the rooms were “cleaned” daily, the floors were never mopped. Once, we came back to find the walls splashed with dirty mop water. Water was unavailable several times, and the electricity went out repeatedly. We even witnessed electrical wires sparking dangerously on the street – a serious safety hazard. Food was one of the biggest disappointments. Every meal – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – was served cold. The food was not fresh, salads appeared to have been previously frozen, and the overall taste and presentation were very poor. The food warmers didn’t work – if you didn’t grab something immediately, you’d be stuck eating cold leftovers. The breakfast area had only two coffee machines, often running out of milk. Long lines would form because one was always out of order or empty. The pool area looked decent and well-maintained – probably the only positive aspect. However, the outdoor bar had a poor selection of drinks, and the grill bar food was equally bad. Even basic items like salads seemed old or spoiled. Fruit options were very limited – just apples, bananas, and oranges. Parking was another issue. Although the hotel advertised parking, we were told there was no space available for guests, even though a lot was clearly visible in front of the hotel. It appeared to be used exclusively by staff. We had to search for parking on the street. Late check-out was also poorly managed – we were only informed on the last day. Luggage storage was inconvenient, using coin-operated metal lockers. There was no proper place to freshen up – only dark, electricity-free cabins near the beach. After showering there, you had to walk across the entire hotel grounds with your luggage. It was uncomfortable and poorly organized. To sum up – I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. It is severely neglected and in desperate need of renovation. The staff is rude, and the overall experience was one of the worst we’ve ever had on holiday. A single star would be generous. I regret spending our time and money here.

Great family friendly hotel for excellent value! The overall resort is excellent and extremely clean - staff were always on the go cleaning, tidying etc. The rooms could definitely do with updating, but I got the feeling that they are gradually renovating the whole hotel. There is a good selection of food, not gourmet of course, but it's definitely a good selection! The restaurant is modern and once again, always clean. Pool bar was good in general, but the cocktails tasted a bit cheap. Snacks were good though - tasty ice creams and freshly made doughnuts. Lots of entertainment for the kids, especially the mini disco. Location is excellent, only a 10-15 min walk from the beach. Is this the best hotel I've ever stayed in? No, of course not. But for how much I paid, I was pleasantly surprised and would consider it EXCELLENT value for money.

We booked this is 2024 after staying at a different hotel and popping by to have a look.. We took our 11 year old for 2 weeks and can honestly say it is 1 of the best places we have stayed! From food to staff everything was amazing! I could write all day about things we loved but it genuinely was absolutely everything! The entertainment staff are beyond amazing every single 1 of them! We had so much fun and they are all so polite and sweet and always had a smile..the bar staff at the pool bar were fantastic! Maria thank u for my special cocktail u made i can't wait for it again in 2026! The slides every thing was amazing! The snack bar wow! There was definitely something to eat every single day. We love dit that much we booked to go back in may 2026 while we were still at the hotel. Genuinely 1 of the best places especially if u have kids! See you next year 💓

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Cyprotel Faliraki. From the moment we arrived, the room was clearly not properly cleaned. There were ants crawling around, and to make things worse, we found a dead cockroach on the floor near the bed. I immediately reported the issue, and while the guest relations staff assured me that housekeeping would take care of it, the follow-up was extremely poor. When housekeeping finally came, the job was rushed and careless. The floor was still dirty, with visible hair and dust, and no attention was given to detail. On top of that, basic essentials like clean towels were not restocked, and most surprisingly, the bed sheets were never changed — not even once during our stay. I had to repeatedly ask for basic services that should be done automatically in any hotel. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that presents itself as a comfortable resort experience. The lack of proper hygiene, pest control, and basic customer service shows a clear failure in management and staff training. Guests shouldn’t have to beg for clean towels, fresh sheets, or a bug-free room. For the price we paid, I expected a clean and relaxing stay — instead, it felt like I was constantly chasing the staff just to meet basic living standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes real changes.

Perfect hotel for family holiday. Restaurant good is amazing, reaI pizza, large variety of meats, would love to comeback as this hotel offers the most of things you are looking for. Clean rooms with daily cleaning service, Very comfortable double mattresses. Single mattresses on additional beds or bunk beds for kids are quite sturdy. Snack bar.

We stayed here for 5 nights, arrived fairly late at night and had booked a family room which was due to have 2 rooms both with 2 twin beds. The room we were given was appalling and more like a hostel. It had the tiniest bathroom and my daughters 'room' was a box with a dodgy sofa bed in that was filthy and falling apart. To top it off the lift was directly next to our room and the lift made so much noise, like a high pitched drilling all through the night. The room also did not have a working flushing toilet and the mattress me and my husband had was unbearable with springs coming through. I went to reception the first thing the following morning and told wait a few hours and will see what they can do. 4 times I went back to reception to be told at 8pm they couldn't do anything today but come back the next day. Roll on the next I was finally given a suitable room but no compensation was given except a bottle of wine and 3 pieces of fruit in our room that were from the all inclusive buffet. On our final day they let us have our room for a few extra hours. I spent 2 of my 5 days holiday chasing for a suitable room which isn't acceptable. Overall the food is fairly good, but long queues for everything, drinks, dinner, beach bar etc. The place looks nice in some places but really tired and worn in others, especially around the pool areas. The location is near the airport (its under a flight path which is fairly noisy) but that's about it. They use a travel company to provide buses into Rhodes old town but fairly pricey.

Just got home after 7 days. Overall a really enjoyable trip. Initially we booked the annexe and it was a big mistake. Old, tatty, not very clean, ants everywhere. For the price we paid it was pretty poor and after 2 days we had to pay for an upgrade. The family room we changed to was excellent. Lovely room with an amazing sea view, well worth the extra cost. If you’re interested in going, don’t expect to get a sunbed by the pool unless you’re up with the birds. In the 7 days we were there we NEVER got a bed! There are signs saying no towels to be left on beds but the masses snag them way before breakfast so anyone who doesn’t get up with cockerel has zero chance. Food is excellent. Drinks, a bit limited. No free ice cream for the kids in the all inclusive 🤔… bit strange. Staff helpful, nice and clean. Not much to do around the area outside of the hotel and a taxi to old town Rhodes is around €20 each way and 20 minutes away. Amazing weather though 👌🏼

I really liked the hotel overall. I am surprised why some people are exaggerating about the food and the rooms. The rooms were cleaned decently. At the reception, many of the staff was friendly and supportive. When it comes to the main restaurant, there was a wide range of starters, main dishes, and different salads. The food was good. In hospitality, it is all about service offered by the waiters and the employees. You need to feel special and welcome. Captain Aldo knows very well how to give that feeling to their guests and works with full passion. He really deserves all credits 👏👏

For a truly relaxing break, Blue Bay Beach Resort delivered on all fronts. The staff's kindness and welcoming nature immediately set a positive tone. My room was clean and comfortable, and the beach itself was breathtaking. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery created an ideal environment for unwinding. We are just home from a 10 night stay at blue bay. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff were amazing with the children. The evening shows were great fun. The food was tasty with plenty of options. You're right on the beach front with clear blue sea. My boys loved the water park! It's cold!!! None of the pools were heated but you soon adjust. I'd highly recommend this place. Very beautiful place we'll definitely visit again.

We had an amazing week at Avra Beach! The location is great, 10 minutes from Rhodes old town but lots of things around the hotel too! It is the perfect base to go exploring from but equally you could spend a week here with no need to leave the hotel. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The food was great always lots of variety! There is a car hire shop within the hotel which was great and very reasonable with a nice selection of cars. The hotel beach is stunning with lots of loungers to choose from. Thank you Avra Beach team! We will definitely be back :)

Wonderful hotel. Our room was amazing, sea view with not only a balcony that overlooked the pool and sea but also a big window so we could see the sea from the bed. Great food. Lovely cocktails. Loved the cakes that were at the snack bar. Entertainment team were really good. Evening entertainment was pretty good compared with other hotels we have been to.

We had the most amazing time at Avra Beach. It was my first experience at an all-inclusive resort and I was overwhelmed by how efficient the operation was while still providing an extremely relaxed atmosphere. The staff were simply outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. The food was outstanding and the variety was excellent. We were lucky to get an upgrade to our room. We requested the upgrade a day before we arrived and the room was terrific! We didn't really experience much of the entertainment as we were ready for bed by about 22:00 but everyone seemed to have a great time. The car rental business "Superior Rent a Car" located opposite was excellent and the easiest rental experience I have had to date. Thank you to everyone at Avra Beach. You were wonderful!!!

Stayed with my husband and 2 sons aged 14 & 11 for a week in May 2025. We stayed in a family room with sea view which was perfect for us. Had an absolutely amazing time! The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. They decorated our room for my husband’s birthday. The entertainment team, particularly Sam, Bee, Boogie & Toni are such an asset to the hotel and really made our holiday fun. The hotel was always clean, we never had any issues getting sunbeds and found the food and drink very good. The location is perfect for the airport, Old Town and exploring the rest of the island. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic … Nothing was too much trouble, had to email the hotel prior to our visit, due to special requests, all of which were honoured… Helen was amazing The hotel is so clean and well managed, every single member of staff happy, and friendly, all say hello, plenty to eat and drink, no need to go hungry here, something to suit all tastes Rooms were stunning, ( if I wanted to be picky, a full length mirror would be good !) Location, right on the beach, superb- always managed to get a sun bed, staff do remove towels every morning at 8, if nobody on beds- The entertainment team are certainly the icing on the cake- so friendly, happy and organise lots to do, encourage you to participate, however not forced and do not intrude ! Book this hotel, you won’t be disappointed- would we return- absolutely 100%, I think this is by far the best all inclusive hotel we have ever stayed at.

3rd time of staying at The Sunrise and each time we stay it only gets better. Beautiful hotel with a stunning view and on the beach. On arrival we had a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The staff are really lovely and extremely helpful. There are 2 pools and a separate bar for over 16s only if you like it a bit quieter. The food is amazing and always plenty of choice. We always come for the Greek Easter and the restaurant was done out beautifully and everyone joined in The Easter celebrations together. For us it's the perfect place to stay for our holidays, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel. Looking forward to our next visit already!

What a holiday! From the second we walked through the door we were welcomed so well all the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The pool and bar area was very nice and relaxing including an optional beach bar and area which was a massive bonus. The food was amazing which included local cuisine which we loved! The rooms very clean and nice sea views and even gifted with wine and fruit on our first day! William is the best bar man in Greece always very friendly. Definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a lovely getaway me and my girlfriend had the best time!

Absolutely Amazing Stay – Can’t Wait to Go Back! I recently visited this beautiful hotel right on the beach in Pefkous with my friends and family, and we had the best time ever! The location is simply stunning – waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away was a dream. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and their genuine hospitality really stood out. And the food – wow! Every meal was delicious, with fresh local ingredients and a variety of options that kept everyone in our group happy (even the picky eaters!). Dining with a view of the sea just made everything taste even better. This was the perfect place to relax, have fun, and make amazing memories. We’re already planning our next trip back – can’t recommend it enough!

Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Absolutely Do Not Recommend This Hotel! I'm currently staying at this hotel for my vacation, and I feel it's important to warn others about this place. First and foremost, the drinking water is salty – it seems they source it directly from the sea. The same goes for the bathing water. This is a significant issue! What's more, the cleaning staff has been stealing money from our room. Despite "do not disturb" signs being clearly displayed, they still enter. Not only was our money stolen; other Polish guests also reported thefts. We reported the issue to the police, but the police are doing nothing about it, constantly sending us from one place to another. The hotel's location is another major drawback. It's literally in the middle of nowhere, with absolutely nothing to do nearby. This place is only suitable for those who want to do nothing but relax at the hotel. There's nowhere to go for a walk; you can only go a few hundred meters left or right along a busy road that has a sidewalk for only a short stretch before it disappears, and cars drive incredibly fast. The only option for a walk is the beach, which is rocky and truly filthy, incomparable to beaches in Spain. When you walk on the beach, your whole body sinks into the tiny pebbles, and if you want to swim, you'll need water shoes because it's full of rocks and there's no clear seabed. The food is monotonous and repetitive. Pool issues are also a problem. Putting up a sun umbrella is torture because they're damaged. To open one, you have to go to the bar for some kind of screw – I've never encountered anything like it. Additionally, the bottom of the pool and the water filtering grates are genuinely dirty and not cleaned systematically. Finally, I've never experienced anything like this: while trying to relax by the pool, someone was mowing the lawn with a noisy gas-powered mower right next to us. It was incredibly disruptive. In summary, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I understand it's one of the cheaper options, and my expectations weren't sky-high, but I've stayed in similarly priced hotels that were far better.

Will not return. The bad: 1. Staff was not friendly 2. Food is mediocre, except for the pizza 3. Only instant coffee that tastes terrible 4. The drinks are just cheap. No real coca cola or anything. 5. Gym equipment is rusty and no ac or water dispenser. 6. Room cleaning is not very thorough. No proper mopping which leaves a lot of sand in the room. 7. The rooms are not soundproof, you hear everything from the outside. 8. Cleaning woke us up at 9am. 9. Long waiting times for drinks. 10. Trash next to the beach. (see pictures) 11. Animation is not great. 12. The water from the bar tastes like chlorine and you only get 2 bottled water in the beginning. The good: 1. The location at the beach. 2. There is always food available.

We booked this hotel after researching hotels in the nearby area and based on the reviews we booked, seven nights. To begin this review I’ll share that the hotel could be an amazing place to rest, enjoy and make memories with family and friends but it’d be fair to say that any pride the hotel once had has been lost - it’s clear it once prided its self on cleanliness, good hospitality and maintaining a 4* rating. A few things to consider before hitting that ‘book’ button: 1. The number of sun beds surrounding the pools is inadequate, for the ample space available. There is a beautiful empty space overlooking the pools that could accommodate lovely beds. 2. It was saddening to watch the neighbouring hotels clean their pool and pool sides daily with pride - the pool and pool areas here were not cleaned once, this was proven by having to join the towel rush at 5:30 and three of the days we decided to be by the pool! 3. The adult pool advertised is not accurate - children frequent the pool, not an issue for us but clearly frustrating for others! 4. The pool is leaking with holes to the infinity pool walls, which is noticeable through the green grime on them! 5. The beach and sun bed area of the beach is filthy, rubbish and sun beds scattered everywhere! 6. The daily room clean was non existent, which also included no new towels - unless you asked the very grumpy rooms team! 7. The main bar men are rude and dismissive - again contradictory to other reviews! 8. Food quality is really not 4* another indication that the hotel management has lost / has no pride in the quality of their food offering. There are some special points; 1. The Crepes and Crepe man are lovely - he’s there 7 hours of the day, smiling and happy to help. 2. The hotel has a couple of resident cats that are friendly. 3. The hotel will accommodate a late checkout at 10€ per hour! 4. It’s only a short walk or cab journey in to Faliraki for lovely dinners - which became a necessity 5. Car hire is very reasonable and on offer from the neighbouring hotel, who were happy to help! This meant we were able to explore wonderful Rhodes! This review sounds as though we had an awful week, we didn’t.. we had a great week! It’s unfortunate the hotel has lost its pride, which is a shame as it could be very special! Rhodes we’ll be back, but unfortunately not here! Be wise and read the reviews!

This was honestly one of the most disappointing vacations I’ve had. The hotel itself is decent, especially if you're looking for a family-oriented resort with a packed schedule. From morning yoga to evening shows, there's no shortage of activities, and kids will likely enjoy the lively atmosphere. My biggest issue was with the room we were assigned. At first, we were given a room for two, keep in mind, we are three adults, so my guess is that someone made a mistake, as the receptionist seemed flustered. Yet the solution wasn’t much better than the mistake. The second room was slightly larger but still had only one bed suitable for two people. They brought in an extremely uncomfortable couch for the third adult. It felt like sleeping on solid stone. I’ve traveled quite a lot in recent years with extra beds in hotel room, and I’ve never encountered such a poor quality “extra bed” before. All things considered, I’d avoid the chaos of this hotel in the future and choose a more dependable and professionally run resort.

It was very good, we were very satisfied with the entire hotel and the staff! We were at the hotel from June 11-18! Everything was absolutely fine! There was no problem with food, we always found something to eat, we did not leave with a hungry stomach! Our 4-year-old son also always found something delicious for himself! The beach bar was fantastic! The snack bar too! The beach is beautiful, the water was very pleasant, we spent a lot of time in the water every day! We were in room 434, the rooms had a view of the mountain, you could hear the traffic but it was not disturbing! The rooms were clean, the cleaners were very nice, along with the staff! The programs were fantastic! The cocktails were good, especially I drank Gin tonic and my wife drank Pina Colada!

The hotel was great with a huge swimming pool restaurant and bar at the pool. The room was big enough for myself, my husband, and 2 kids. The mini market was reasonably priced with enough necessities. The daily breakfast buffet had the usual breakfast items. The supper buffet would include some greek items. They even had 3 nights of theme dinners like Italian, Greek, and Asian. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The bus stop was right outside the hotel to get to different tourist sites to see.

Me and my partner enjoyed a lovely holiday here at Kresten Palace, we stayed in a room in the main block of the hotel which was very nice, though slight aging did show with cracks in the walls and tiles. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and during our stay, the cleaners kept our room clean and maintained and the dining staff were lovely whenever anything was wrong such as missing cutlery, the animation team provided lots of activites and night time entertainment which we enjoyed. The transport from the hotel was extremely easy with regular buses and help from the hotel staff if needed. The food was nice however did start to feel slightly repetitive at breakfast nearing the end of our stay. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend coming here 👍

What an absolute blast i had coming here!🤩 The reception staff was so kind and helpful, as love holidays managed to mess up my room, which wasn’t the first time it had happened so watch out for that through love holidays. However reception sorted it and got me the room was an additional charge but so worth it! The breakfast don’t get me wrong wasn’t the best option, we didn’t eat any other meals here as we ate out instead, so i can’t comment on much food, but for the breakfast if you’re not a fussy eater you’d be fine! The cocktail bar at the hotel was really really good! Very more for kids not sure if it was cause we went out of season.. possibly. The supermarket on site was mint! and the lady who works there id genuinely pay the price again to go back and see her! What an amazing woman🤍 Rhodes is so beautiful and this hotel really made the effort to fit in! Loved my stay here and would 100% return… people are so unrealistic about their reviews on hotels… but this one was absolutely unreal👏👏

Enjoyed 5 lovely nights here, can’t fault anything. Pool is lovely, not too crowded or busy like other hotels, bar on the pool decently priced cocktails tasty too. Have to give praise to the red headed lady (did not get her name!!) that I saw mainly work the pool bar she had good wit and was nice to talk to. Happy hour 5 euro cocktails inside the hotel bar was amazing too. Easy access to both ends of Rhodes, old town was just an easy bus and hotel had info on coaches to places like lindos and butterfly valley you can book and get picked up from the hotel itself. Rooms are clean, spacious and nice. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Was so confused about how this Hotel operates. Firstly I asked how I’d be able to connect to the WiFi and was told by the English gentleman at reception that it has to be paid for separately. When I asked how come all my family members were given free WiFi codes I was told it wasn’t part of my booking. He explained that through third party bookings it’s not part of it. Uhmmmm in which world in 2025 do you even think about having to pay separately for WiFi?! Anyhow the next day I inquired with a lady again of course after verifying that my family booked through the same provider and was given two codes for our room without any issues. I also asked to change rooms to the same building as my family. I was told no availability that day. Fair enough… until another family friend got to check in on the same floor in the same building later on in the day. Anyways I didn’t mind my room as it was situated directly above the pool, it was spacious and was great for the duration of our stay except the shower where the seal of the shower door was broken I guess and the entire bathroom was under water. After learning about this I made sure to strategically angle the shower head in a way to not flood the bathroom again. Now to the most confusing part where I called reception for an iron as we had a wedding to attend… I was told they have none and we should check the paid laundry service the following morning (after the wedding ofc) yes so we made do with the semi wrinkly shirt and said whatever! All in all I think the service and attitude of the staff could be slightly more pleasant. The price was great tho.

Location is good - 15 minutes walk to the centre of Rhodes, so no need for taxi. Beach 2 minutes walk, but its stones not sand. Hotel - it’s definitely clean, our beds are made every day and room tidied up. Many cleaners on the site so no issue here. They always came during the day when we are out, not waking anyone in the morning so that’s a plus. Pool - it’s small, but clean so i wouldn’t complain. Perhaps maximum of 5 adults at a time if you want a comfortable swim, but beach is just around. So far (20 July) there are not many people so there is no issue with having a sun-bed (around 20 of them in total). Staff - always friendly and nice. Food - that’s where my issue stands. Breakfast has some good options (fresh eggs/pancakes), however dinner is lacking. I was surprised to find out no drinks included (not even water!) so every day we have to spend extra 15-20€ which isn’t that great, considering the dinner cost 20€ per person already. There are very limited options, especially on meat. Maybe 2 main dishes with meat, but it’s mostly bones and vegetables in thick sauce. Then standard cheap fries, pizza. Unfortunately Greek salad has maybe 2-3 pieces of feta cheese so it’s disappointing, also using white onion instead of red like everywhere else. Bread is there; but nothing to put on top no cheese or ham etc left which is also dissapointing. We get real Greek Mixed Grill for less than one dinner here, and honestly 3 times we just had to go and eat out as the hotel options were not good and no meat left. At least desserts seems always fresh cakes so that was okay. Overall I think I would stay here again, however I wouldn’t take food option, simply way too expensive for what the dinner is. Hotel staff very kind and smile always that’s a bonus👍😀

Me and my partner stayed at Semiramis for 5 nights / 6 days, and I have to say I wish we were staying for longer. The staff and service are absolutely wonderful. The restaurant serves fantastic food, and we really enjoyed the theme nights. Savvas who served us most nights is a fantastic and kind individual who made our stay even more welcoming. The cleaners were lovely and cleaned and tidied and rooms daily, and even made some cute sculptures using fresh towels. Reception and bar staff always meet you with a smile and are also lovely, Bill was extremely professional, happy to chat, and did some amazing drinks. I'd happily return to Semiramis and will be my first choice should we visit again 😁

Had a stay of 7 days at this hotel. The location is 2 minutes from the beach, supermarkets and several restaurants. The staff were kind and cleaning of the room were nice. The elevator is very small, so would say that the hotel maybe isn’t for small children. You could also hear everything from the room, so they are not soundproof. The breakfast buffet was okay, the dinner buffet was good, with themes three times a week.

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely incredible! The location is breathtaking, quiet and we’ve had the pleasure of witnessing two weeks of absolutely stunning sunsets. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure we have a wonderful time. They also upgraded our room for free and they’re always there for us, thinking with us, and making sure everything is in order. And let me tell you, the rooms are spotless! Every single day, a cheerful team comes in and thoroughly cleans them. And oh boy, the breakfast! It’s freshly made and absolutely delicious every single day with smiling and welcoming staff. A friendly and clean, well presented hotel. We were met on our arrival ( late night ) by very friendly staff waiting for us. Pool is ample with bar close by and toilets. Always a greeting on leaving and entering the hotel. Rooms cleaned every day by lovely staff who also said ‘kalimara’ . A 15 minute walk to a plethora of bars, restaurants in the centre, but 1 minute to the first restaurant ! Breakfast was full of yummy choices again with a wonderful welcome and on our last day, a touching goodbye. I have to say the staff really work hard to make guests happy ☺️🤩👍👍👍

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options. The hotel was more than I expected! The all inclusive drinks were amazing but lethal🤣 and food was good with snacks available all day! The staff were lovely especially those who worked behind the bar and in the hotel shop! The reception easily arranged for taxis into the bar street in faliraki and had shuttles to the old town and beach! Only negative was that my fridge didnt work but other than that I would definitely return!

It was my first trip to Greece and we stayed at Cathrin hotel. The hotel was lovely, big clean rooms lovely balcony the hotel had everything we needed.. it is a buffet style restaurant with themed nights, could do with more of a variety of foods though, but I still enjoyed the food nonetheless! The staff were so attentive in making sure we were having a good time shoutout to the entertainment crew they were amazing such good vibes! - Johnny, Gabor, Julien! Also Bar man Giorgos, he was so lovely! The hotel even put a bottle of Prosecco in my room with some fruit for my birthday which was a wonderful touch. The Ladiko Beach and Anthony Quinn Bay is within walking distance, stunning views, and restaurants close to both. The air con in the rooms are great especially in the evening means you can get a good nights sleep. The pool is stunning, great size and nice to cool off with the warm weather. There is a shop on site which was helpful as it sells snacks drinks, souvenirs, tobacco things for swimming etc etc and the staff were so lovely, both ladies! Shoutout to Tula a lovely lady who always had a smile on her face at reception booked our taxis and ensured we were happy. Taxis are a good price - to the waterpark in Faliraki it was 20€, and to Kolona Harbour for our trip to Symi Island was 30€. Only down side was the hair dryer - is a bit outdated and we had a knock at the door at 8.15am ish on checkout day saying we needed to checkout, but they were incorrect as it says check out by 11am on the welcome sheet but housekeeping staff were adamant it wasn’t and they said we had to leave they gave us till 10am but we left at 9.30am. Thought it was a bit rude. I would definitely stay here again I thoroughly enjoyed it!! Going to miss the staff -Thank you Cathrin hotel❤️

Very disappointed rooms are old a bit damp smelling blood on curtains and on bed sheets had to ask to change my friend cried then they changed them . Deffo miss sold holiday nothing like photos food if you like stoge chips potatoes prosseded spam luncheon meat then your in for a treat . Can't fault waiting staff lovely and friendly and welcoming it's more of a 3 star not a 4 . Far from local towns taxi taxi if your looking for clubs disco then they open at 12 mid night till 4 in the morning . Pool lovely and clean not enough sunbeds padding cushions missing on a lot needs refurbished to bring it up to standard

I am very pleased to issue this review. We flew from Poland for a holiday in June. The hotel is nicely situated in an interesting place. The service of the entire hotel deserves special attention from the reception to the place of daily meetings, i.e. the restaurant. The service is nice, helpful and smiling. The manager Dimitrov deserves special mention (I think I didn't misspell it:)) of the restaurant is always smiling and the service Renia and Dimos with great pleasure I recommend the hotel the food is very good. A very successful holiday despite the earthquake ;)

To cut the long story short- if you are expecting 4* from this hotel you will be disappointed. Rooms are very basics, food is boring - every day was the same :/… and quite often you had to wait for cutlery, plates or something else. Staff was relatively friendly but sometimes you could see that they are tired and just wanted the day to finish. Location is good but to have a sun beds in first line, you have to pay to allegedly different company - quite disappointing. Free sun beds were about 50-70 meter from the see line. There was 4 swimming pools in total, but only one of them with paddling pool for kids. Since we were in group of 8 adult and 6 kids, we spend there most of the time and it was OK to accommodate us, but I imagine it will be very crowded in high season. Also, this pool was located on one end of the “resort” but the only open bar was located on opposite site, so you had quite a walk for a drink. After short search on google I found much better, true 4* options available on the island, so in terms of value for money it’s not me best either. We will not be returning to this establishment.

I was booked at Evita Resort. After 4 hours of waiting to check in I was told overbooked sent us to Evita Marte. Terrible accommodations food was disgusting. They were washing cement sidewalk. I slipped broke many bones. I was in Athens for 14? days. I would like to speak to someone that speaks English. I deserve some of monetary suffering. Also shower had no door water all over bathroom. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! We were warmly welcomed at reception by a very polite gentleman named Michael, who was extremely kind and helpful. All the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the delicious dinners – it was a real treat to enjoy different flavours each evening. The breakfast could be improved a bit, but overall we were satisfied. The sea gets deep quite quickly, and the beach is pebbly, so we’d recommend bringing water shoes. We rented a car and explored the island, which allowed us to discover even more beautiful beaches and hidden spots. Thank you for everything – we had a truly unforgettable and relaxing holiday!

Check-in was quick and smooth, and I immediately noticed how clean and beautifully maintained everything was. The room was cozy and tastefully decorated, with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. The breakfast each morning was fresh and varied, with both traditional Greek options and continental choices. Everything was delicious, especially the homemade pastries and the fresh fruits.

Excellent service. Very very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and oh the beds were comfy. Especially when the sheets were changed daily. Just made it feel so fresh each night you slept. I would rather the bed be a double, rather than two singles pushed together but it was still great. The bathroom was nice and clean. The side we stayed on had a balcony with the sea view. No complaints at all.

We are having a truly wonderful stay at Blue Horizon Hotel. The food is absolutely exceptional – fresh, varied, and full of flavor. Every meal feels like a treat. The staff is another highlight: warm, welcoming, and genuinely polite. They are going out of their way to make us feel comfortable and looking after throughout our stay. However, the one major downside – and unfortunately the reason I can’t give a full 5 stars – is the situation with the poolside sunbeds. The hotel allows guests to reserve them by leaving towels early in the morning, which means by 8 AM, every sunbed with umbrella is “claimed,” even if no one is actually using them for hours. Unless you’re willing to remove other people’s towels (which is awkward and likely to cause conflict), you’re left with no choice but to rent a sunbed with umbrella at the beach for 4 euros per day or take a spare sunbed and hide in the bushes. It’s frustrating and feels unfair, especially at an otherwise high-standard hotel. Such a simple issue to fix, yet it really affects the experience. If the hotel addressed this, it would be a solid 5-star stay without question.

Good, tidy hotel. You wouldn't say it was built in 1985. We traveled with an agency, got a better room than booked because there were no available standart rooms, which was very nice surprise. We lived in bungalow-type rooms. The only downside is that ants come, so it's very important not to leave food in visible place. In mid-May, the hotel was cozy and quiet, no big noise from the neighboring rooms. During our stay, most guests were older people. Food - varied, dinner is different every day. Some are tasty, some are not so good. Sometimes pancakes were overcooked at breakfast. In the evening, any drinks are paid, if the package is not all-inclusive. The staff is quite friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day if you want, we cleaned every other day. The quality of cleaning is excellent. Sunbeds on the beach are paid. By the pool they were free. The beach is rocky, it's difficult to swim without water shoes. The pool was open until 6 pm. The entertainment program - in my opinion weak. I don't know, maybe it's different during peak season. During our stay, all the activities were led by the same person. The daytime entertainment included stretching, darts, water aerobics. In the evening there was a concert program, karaoke, fire show, musical quiz. Bingo evening was paid, 10 euros. Beautiful surroundings, lots of greenery. I would be happy to return.

This hotel is extremely disappointing and far from what you’d expect from a 4-star establishment. The first thing that hits you is the unpleasant smell throughout the property. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained, and the rooms are basic and unattractive. The beds are uncomfortable and hard asf, with stiff mattresses and low-quality pillows and a table cloth as a blanket. The food is frankly terrible — closer to school cafeteria or institutional standards than anything remotely enjoyable. The atmosphere is chaotic, with loud music playing late into the night. It seems to mainly cater to older guests and families with young children, which could be a plus for some, but not for those seeking peace or a more refined experience. The staff left a lot to be desired — unhelpful at best, and in some cases, quite rude. We did not feel welcomed or well-treated during our stay. The guests were openly staring and judgmental, creating a tense and unpleasant environment. If you’re coloured, don’t go because you’re going to feel it ! On top of the poor quality, there are unexpected extra charges: no free parking (10€ per day) and a tourist tax of another 10€ per day, which quickly adds up. Overall, this place feels more like a 2-star hotel at best. It’s overpriced, underdelivers, and not worth the money. Don’t be misled by overly positive reviews — this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

The worst vacation experience I've ever had. The hotel manager is evil and incapable of holding a conversation. A shocking experience, poor service, an outdated hotel with no facilities. We were promised several things in an email before we arrived at the hotel, but in reality the manager belittled us and spoke in a degrading and disgusting manner. Lovely clean well maintained hotel, friendly staff. Well situated near restaurants, gift shops and easy transport links for excursions. Buffet dinner varies every night which is great. Evening entertainment was also fantastic - got the gift of watching traditional Greek dancers, and shout out to Ben and Sami who performed stunts including flame throwing.

We spent a total of 7 nights at Castellum Suites — the first 5 nights of our Rhodes holiday, and another 2 nights after a short stay at one of their sister hotels. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Old Town and local shops. It’s a lively place, mainly visited by younger guests, but the atmosphere was very respectful, and we felt comfortable and welcomed the entire time. All of the team members were incredibly friendly and helpful — from reception to restaurant staff and housekeeping, everyone made a great effort to create a positive, relaxed atmosphere. A very special thank-you to Rania at reception, who went out of her way to arrange a two-night stay for us at the sister hotel, Kamari Beach Resort Plus. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference in our experience. Just returned from a week in this lovely hotel , cannot fault it , staff were friendly and attentive , most always asking if you were OK or needing anything . The food choice was plentiful and also tasted really nice , the meats available were in no way salty which I have found in many Greek hotels, we really enjoyed the choice of food available, something for everyone to enjoy , drinks were good also , there were a good choice available in the all inclusive option ... only thing is the pool is freezing ,but wouldn't say that is the hotels fault ,just where its situated, so doesn't get sun as long as maybe others , hotel is In a fantastic location as the Old and New town is only about 5/10 minute walk away.... Day before we left asked reception about if there was somewhere we could shower and freshen up before our flight home as we were to check out at 11am ,but flight wasn't till 11pm ,so the very helpful girl on reception said we could book an hour slot so we could change , there was no charge either for this , it allowed us to get showered before we left ... would recommend this hotel ...if we do go back to Rhodes we would most definitely book this hotel again .

We have spent a week at Castellum Suites – All Inclusive, and I can definitely recommend this hotel! Great location, close to the Old Town and the main attractions of Rhodes, and bus route to other towns, yet in a quiet area. The room was modern and very clean thanks to the daily cleaning. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with any request. The all-inclusive food was really good – a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and a variety of dishes, although a little cold at times – a great place for a comfortable stay in Rhodes. Excellent value for money, and we would highly recommend and happily return!

Was going to leave 2 stars but some factors push this hotel to 3 for me, the rooms are nice enough, spacious and air conditioned alongside being cleaned daily by friendly maids and towels being replenished etc, we could leave belongings out on the table without fearing they’d be stolen etc. Food is absolutely awful, if you don’t like fish you are absolutely doomed i am afraid, same with breakfast, no sausages just these tiny hotdogs and “bacon” which is fried slices of ham, every night apart from one in this hotel we had to walk to a local takeaway and get something after dinner as we both don’t like fish and there was no other options for dinner, friendly enough staff taking drink orders at your table at lunch and dinner, the thing that really let this holiday down for us was the bartender in the afternoon-evening shift, he is so miserable and demanding, just constantly looks like he doesn’t want to be there, many a time i went up to the bar for a drink in just shorts and no t-shirt and also seen other girls in bikinis being served (with him staring at their behind as they walked away, distracted from serving others, creep!) and i was served however the one time my girlfriend goes up to the bar in her bikini she is told by this bartender she cannot be served as she is not wearing proper attire, we complained to the receptionist as we found this extremely sexist but he did not seem to understand our issue, taking our room number and just saying “sorry”. One final grumble about the hotel is there are no sun loungers at the pool?!, instead just these sofa beds, I have been to 7 different countries for an all inclusive holiday and not once have i been to a hotel that don’t have sun loungers, meaning you have to just lie across a couch, and even at this, there are maybe only 30 of these at a push for around 300 guests, meaning if you don’t get down early enough for one, you have to sit inside all day missing the sun. This hotel is okay if you don’t really care about what you’re eating or don’t want to lounge around all day but for £110 a night i would have expected a lot better!

We booked our one-week stay at this hotel through the Swedish tour operator Ving, with breakfast included, and overall had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautifully located right by the beach. As others have noted, the beach is made up of small pebbles rather than soft sand, so beach shoes are a good idea. Also, the hotel is situated quite close to the airport, which means you will hear planes from time to time. However, once you set your expectations accordingly, these are minor issues compared to everything the hotel has to offer. There was plenty to do for both kids and adults. Even during peak hours, we never had a problem finding available sun loungers by the pool, which was a pleasant surprise. One of the highlights for our family was the kids’ club — our children loved it and wanted to go back every day. In short, a lovely and well-run hotel that’s perfect for a relaxed and fun family vacation. We’d happily come back again!

Not Worth the Price – Disappointing Stay We booked in January for 2 adults + 2 kids, paid €2700 for 7nights with half board. Sadly, the experience didn’t match expectations. We were placed in an old, damp-smelling room in a separate building – nothing like the photos online. AC was leaking, room was outdated, and cleaning was very superficial. Food was poor: repetitive breakfast, tasteless fruits, no real salads, terrible coffee and juice, overly sweet desserts. Dinner also bland and low quality. Beach is nice but rocky, and you pay €5/day for sunbeds. Pools are decent, and there’s a handy supermarket on-site. A few evening activities for kids/adults, but nothing special. Definitely not a 4-star experience – I’d rate it 2 stars at best. Feels like only UK/Nordic guests get better rooms. Wouldn’t recommend.

We had a week’s break here in April 25 and unfortunately the weather was better back in Scotland than it was here. The first few days were wet and windy. It brightened up after that but it wasn’t exactly scorching. Instead a temp that I found tolerable. Despite the unexpected weather, we still had an enjoyable trip. I feel like this hotel has potential as it is modern looking and most parts were clean, great location right on the seafront and nearby to amenities. However, the service was a real let down. Firstly the mannerism from some of the staff, particularly one of the women on the reception, was poor. Very miserable, couldn’t crack a smile and she nit very helpful. We had issues with room bookings, firstly given rooms on the ground floor which were unclean, noisy and drafty. Then we realised we were given a room which were for kids as they had the children’s furniture out, kids plastic plates and cutlery etc. we requested a room move which took nearly 2 days to complete. Don’t get me wrong, not all staff were bad at their job. A lady at Customer relations was friendly, so was the man that took our cases and the restaurant staff were particularly nice and friendly. I am surprised the gym has passed its H&S inspection because some of the equipment was old and temperamental. Some of the machines were very squeaky and there was 1 treadmill that kept automatically alternating between a fast and a slow pace. The food in the restaurant was good, particularly the hummus. Overall, now the restaurant isn’t bad but certainly not a place we will be back to in a hurry.

The staff looks rather bothered with the guests. And it was hard to get to order stuff in the bar. Quite expensive for a not top hotel considering the food, the breakfast was disappointing and the dinner was okay. I do not recommend this as an all inclusive hotel . But really great location , it’s the best restaurant area around the hotel . I think it’s quite child friendly and practical because you are close to the airport and the city (15 minutes with taxi) . But I miss the regular sweet politement and good mornings from the staff. The only person that actually was quite nice was the cleaning lady, the kids loved her so much. Kudos to the mini marked over the hotel - they had almost everything (for not the biggest cost either) Just remember - this hotel takes payment for sunbeds also😅

We enjoyed our stay in the resort , huge shout out to the restaurant manager Mr Savvas who always made sure in person that we have some vegetarian meals to eat .. thanks for that ! 😊 but we were disappointed to know while checkin that our room was across the road and not at the beach front building ( which is a lot nicer). We had booked looking at the pictures of the beach resort. It should have been clearly mentioned while booking and unfortunately the rooms in the garden wing are always noisy. Nothing related to the resort but a fun fact : On the last day of our stay we also got to experience bit of earthquake in the middle of the night .. well there is always a first time for everything ..looking back at it just feels like a bad dream ! 🛌 😅🫣 But overall it was a good stay ! 🥰

Lovely hotel would absolutely recommend. Only a short walk from the old town and surrounding by restaurants and bars. The rooms were rather outdated but this was never really an issue, the fridge was refilled with water, soft drinks and beers every other day and it was honestly such a pleasant surprise 😭 the staff really made the trip though, there was one woman who I was devastated not to catch the name of who was constantly working and I'm not gonna lie it was partly to make up for a male worker who was kinda lackluster. All staff were welcoming and were great for getting information from, again they really boosted the hotel for me. The place was always immaculate because it felt like there were always cleaners going around. Perfect service, the staff were outstanding. Food was AMAZING too, next level for all inclusive. Like sea bream?? Felt like royalty in there it was awesome. Pool was kinda small though but there wasn't much rush for sunbeds. Opened at 9 so you'd queue indoors for it.

Wonderful holiday!! Elegant hotel, very good-sized room. There's an outdoor pool with a bar and a small gym. We had no problems with the food, as it was varied and never repetitive, but above all, excellent quality. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were professional and always available to answer guests' questions, especially the young Antonis and Maria, who were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well-positioned in the wonderful setting of Rhodes. Recommended!!

Nice boutique hotel. Lovely stay. Room looked better in photos than in person. Nevertheless, room was cleaned and comfy. Lots of noticeable wear and tear, particularly in the bathroom. Had no hot water the first night, but that was fixed immediately and no issues afterwards. Breakfast was a bit of a let down upon first glance. However, it was delicious and filling. Customer service was phenomenal. No complaints with service. The home cooked meal was delicious and enjoyable. Location was perfect for seeing old town and close enough to catch publuc transport. Overall, would stay here again if visiting Rhodes.

We have just come back from there is can't fault the hotel was very clean the room was lovely right on the sea front where you could see the sun set which was spectacular the sea view room overlooks the main road which is also nice to see especially in the night the room had a kettle and fridge the pools were lovely. Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 9 days, just come back home. Unless you’re paying extra money for an executive there isn’t anything special about this hotel. The room is simple, cleaned everyday and still somehow dirty after the cleaners leave. The food was basic, not much variety and repeated every night. There is a 2 drink limit for all inclusive and when eating in the restaurant hall you have to pay for any drinks that aren’t water. The only pro of this hotel was the location. This hotel was not worth the stay and you can’t even get a sunbed next the pools from all hours of the day because they get “reserved” by towels from other guests which is against hotel regulations that the hotel doesn’t care about. It’s a very simple hotel and good enough to sleep in but is definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed!

This was the first time for me at an all-inclusive hotel, beautiful beach view. Rooms are ok with air-conditioning and decent space and balcony. Can be noisy at night when other people talk loudly on the hallway or bang their doors. If you don't go early to the pool to reserve your sun loungers in high season, you may not get any. The food is ok, different choices every day but to be honest I enjoyed the food and the drinks 🍸. 10 min away from the old town by car/taxi/ bus. Activities such as live music and Greek live music every other night from 9pm till 11pm.

We just had a lovely stay at the Belair Beach Hotel. The hotel staff are lovely, the hotel is clean and comfortable. The food was very nice with a good variety. The pool area is very pleasant and luckily for us, the weather was great. It is a little way out from Rhodes Old Town and just over the road from a little beach, but if you're looking for a nice all inclusive, hotel break then this is a good choice.

Had a lovely 2 week stay in June 2025 . The hotel complex is a 2 minute walk to the beach which is lovely and clean . The sun beds are €15 per day for 2 ( can be charged to room )which can add up if you go every day. The hotel is lovely and the staff are super friendly. The bottom pool is busy and is where most of families go. The top pool is where you can get a sunbed at any time ( both pools only open at 10.00am) The food in the restaurant is varied and very plentiful and good quality. The pool bars serve all drinks in small plastic cups . The main hotel bar serves in glasses. Towels are provided for the pool and beach . Lindos is a 5 minute walk taxi ride away around €10 - 14 . The village is lovely with loads of restaurants and bars. Had a couple of evenings out there. Overall it’s a lovely hotel in a nice area.

We stayed in an executive suite with hot tub, the most beautiful room we have ever stayed in for 8 nights in june. The addition of the free mini bar gets you to make the most out of the hot tub and beautiful view. Some nights we did struggle with the food options as there wasn't many different options to choose from but the food was nice and fresh. We enjoyed the 2 a la carte as it breaks up your holiday. The 2 ladies who cleaned our room every day was friendly and great at their jobs, extremely trustworthy too. I loved the resident cats but it seemed that some staff embraced them and others weren't particularly nice to them which was upsetting as one of my favourite things about coming to Greece are the cats. Staff members particularly a man at the pool bar in the evening was great, he even found my bag and kept it to one side for me. Great service from reception too. We really loved the extras we got as an executive suite customer such as the free sunbeds at the beach, we used these a lot. They were extremely comfy too. I can imagine if I was in a normal room my experience would not be anywhere near as positive so I advise that if you want to stay here, please ensure you're VIP. One downside is the smell of the drains by the pool which is also where entertainment is in the evening. It seems to be everytime someone flushes the pool bar toilet, so definitely needs to be sorted. Location could be better but we didnt mind getting a taxi to lindos and the buses were great. Also the cabaret act was extremely awkward and bad, but we loved the dj and the visiting band act. Greek night also was a highlight! Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Had an enjoyable week here in July 2025 and would visit again. Most staff are very friendly (especially reception ladies), lady serving drinks at top pool was a tad grumpy. Spotless rooms and communal areas - not an easy task I'm sure in the heat experienced. Food in main restaurant was good quality and never ran out, pretty varied but could have been a little hotter. Restaurant up the hill was superb both Italian and bbq grill nights. The only downsides were having to pay for use of the safe and water only provided free of charge for the first day.

Definitely more 3star than 4 overall. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Could perhaps do with a more thorough deep clean between guests in bathroom area, under beds and surfaces. Very effective air con to keep us cool. However, seemed to be an unpleasant smell in our room most days from drainage. Room a good size for a family of 4. Cleaners friendly and helpful. Some reception staff were great, others were unable to give us any help or information. Restaurant staff were mostly attentive and polite. Bar staff, some better than others! Food in restaurant was lukewarm at best. Not the standard we expect from a 4 star hotel. Lots of similar dishes each day, food not covered so flies around at times. Drinks were poor quality and not much variety for 4 star. Unable to have sparkling wine or bottled water. Pools were relaxing and spacious no issues to get beds but sunbed quality needs improved. Entertainment was terrible and lacking day and night Animation ladies had no enthusiasm for getting guests involved so virtually no activities took place. Kids club very unwelcoming, staff even refused to replace a missing ping pong ball that went into pool table by accident. We liked the location of the hotel, quite area, near beach, short taxi into Lindos. Were able to hire a car from the hotel to explore beautiful Rhodes.

Just returned from a 10 day holiday and if you have booked here you won't be disappointed. The hotel is simply beautiful, it traditional, yet modern. It's spotlessly clean, spacious rooms and a gorgeous pool area. However I think it's the staff that make the hotel. They genuinely are there to make you have a perfect holiday. Shout out to the sisters in the pool bar, the 2 fabulous ladies in the restaurant and especially Neil who always has a smile on his face. We ate in Le Grec and it was fine dining at it's best with the chef taking pride in his food. It's about a 15 minute walk into Lindos but there's a bus outside that takes you as far as Rhodes Town. We can't wait till we return to Lindos Sun.

Just returned from a Fabulous week at the Lindos Sun ! Everything about it was amazing the staff especially Nadia,Raffaella,Evie and the young men waiting and serving the guests!! Everyone was very friendly,helpful and nothing was too much trouble!! Highly recommend this hotel especially for couples wanting a nice relaxed,chilled vibe !! Just a short hop on a bus into the Beautiful Lindos village and very reliable Cabs back home !! You could walk it but it's a long and winding uphill walk in very hot temperatures !!! We have just returned from our 4th stay at Lindos Sun, which should tell you everything really! The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, which makes for a wonderful relaxing holiday. The hotel is spotlessly clean with a beautiful pool area. The food is amazing with plenty of choice. The location is great. Just a 20-minute walk to Lindos with taxis available if needed. All in all, it's fabulous 👌.

We have just returned home from the most wonderful holiday and hotel experience at the Lindos Sun in Rhodes. If we were to write our own description of a perfect hotel, this would be it. It’s a bit bigger than a boutique with an intimate boutique feel. The room we were allocated was perfect and had a great balcony. It was very private, yet only took around 30 seconds to walk to the beautiful pool. There were always enough sun beds and places to eat at breakfast and dinner. The hotel was kept to the highest standard by everyone who worked there. There are two managers, one who leads the general hotel and one who leads the kitchen and they both do a greatly impressive job ensuring their guests have everything they need. The staff team; the cleaners, the maintenance, reception, the waiters, waitresses, the bar, the pool bar and the whole chef’s team could not do enough to keep everyone happy. It’s hard to give a special mention to anyone in particular because everyone was really incredible. However, we must mention the chefs and the waitresses for the most wonderful dining experience we have ever had, including in 5 star hotels. We would recommend this hotel to couples and families who are looking for a really quiet but fun accommodation. It’s more like an adults only hotel which made it even more perfect! We would recommend hiring a car and using Pefkos Mare in Pefkos who are very reasonable and you can email them beforehand to arrange it. My first solo trip and I couldn’t have picked a better place! I do have some negatives but not a lot in comparison to the positives. The breakfast was great. The place was spotless, the staff were lovely, housekeeping did an amazing job, free toiletries were great fully received (I only bought hand luggage so space was an issue) the shower was incredible as was the bed! Down sides are all financial. They take a €150 deposit which is advertised no where and if I hadn’t had my credit card with me I’d have been screwed! There’s no price lists. Not for the mini bar (generally €2.50 an item) or for the restaurant (€35.00 for evening meal which is expensive compared to the town although the food is very good) A medium glass of wine in the bar was €7 which is steep, I bought a bottle in town for €6 This is to be expected at a hotel bar but my gripe is with the lack of openness for prices! I’d deffo come back again though but this time slightly more educated. The walk into town gets easier. The Atmosphere bar is great, the supermarket in town is MUCH Cheaper than the one next to Ice bar. If money wasn’t a concern I’d probably have given it 5 stars, although no attempt to help with my bags was a tad poor! Beautiful place, lovely grounds, mostly great service and a short (but steep) walk into a stunning town.

Sadly, it didn't meet our expectations and wasn't like many people described. We trusted the reviews and sadly got fooled. The staff was unfriendly except for the cleaning lady, and the food was terrible. At the resort, you can only eat salad and rice. It's sad that people eat something like that just because it's included in the price. We booked all-inclusive because when you're on vacation, you don't want to worry about anything, but you have to pay extra for cocktails, for example. The bar doesn't open until 2:00 p.m. That's sad. There are drinks and snacks by the pool. Sadly, the snacks are inedible. For children, there is only 5 minutes of entertainment in the evening with untrained staff. Coffee is only available from 2:00 p.m. That's really unbelievable! The good thing is that there are many restaurants outside the resort. We will definitely fly to Rhodes again, but never to this hotel.

Very nice place to stay for a relaxing trip. Rooms are nice and clean and also cleaned daily. All of the staff is super friendly. Both pools were well maintained. The food at the all inclusive is great, there are plenty of options as well as themed nights. There is a range of different entertainment and events happening throughout the week. It’s very close to the beach and only ten minute drive from the old town, there are also nearby bus stops for other day trips. There is also a shop which is very convenient. Overall very happy with the service and hotel in general, had a great experience.

I can honestly say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had The staff were nothing but accommodating and friendly always there to help our needs. First of all, the location is absolutely breathtaking — nestled perfectly between stunning views of the sea and charming local surroundings. The hotel area is near to rodos centre by bus about 20minutes. The food buffet was another highlight of the stay. Every meal was a treat! — it was clear the kitchen team takes great pride in their craft. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and cared for. From the front desk to the restaurant servers, everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful — always with a smile. You can really feel the hospitality and heart in everything they do. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you’re looking for a place in Greece that combines beauty, comfort, exceptional food, and outstanding service this is the place I’m already dreaming about coming back!

I don't even know where to start from. From the cockroaches in the rooms. I have never seen cockroaches that big. Absolutely disgusting. The hotel DOES NOT HAVE A BEACH. There is a road that has crumbled into the sea, but if you want the beach you have to go to beaches above or below the hotel. Room is cleaned once a week at best, otherwise they will change your towels. Maybe the price is ok, but it's definitely not worth it. The hotel is simply dirty, pools have not been cleaned once in 8 days I've been there.

Not going to lie - I read the reviews a day before coming to this hotel and I was panicking. BUT IT WAS ALL LIE - DO NOT LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. On arrival because we landed quite late there were some sandwiches provided and yes they were basic but they were actually quite delicious and there are places restaurant very close. There was a place called I think Billy's bar highly recommend it as it is good for midnight snack. I was upgraded to a paranomic room and the view on the balcony was amazing. The service was just outstanding. There were no cockroaches as many reviews has posted in the past. The bed was super king-size and the amenities provided were good and topped up. The housekeeping cleaned the rooms every day and they would do it at the time where it was conventional. They did the beds. They cleaned the bathrooms and provided the towels daily to be honest the housekeepers were super friendly. These two ladies they were from Albania and they were just super sweet. The bar was also good yes there were some drinks that were not included in all inclusive however the selection that was provided in all inclusive was more than enough and bartenders like Jordan and his colleague were just super sweet and amazing again they were friendly and fast too. The restaurant staff was quite friendly although I do have to say the vegetarian options were limited, but I have to say they were tagged unlike some reviews mentioned. Apart from that I think the only different thing is probably the culture difference. Food does have quite a lot of salt which I thought it was just a restaurant thing but no it's just I think it's a generally salt food. Yes the downside for some people might be that there are planes flying over the resort but I think that's mentioned anyway and if noise is not a problem then most of us enjoy looking at the planes. it is a lovely little village you can walk around and explore the village which is quite cute enough? We felt quite safe not going to lie overall it's just very scenic.

A well-situated hotel - just about 30 minutes from the airport, at the eastern part of Rhodos. The hotel is very nice, it has a main building and some other buildings around. The room is fine. The food (and also a food service) is perfect/delicious - a lot of vegetables, salads, fish, pasta, Greek foods, pizzas, desserts. I'm not a fan of hotel swimming pools (anyway they are really beautiful here) so I appreciated a short distance to the sea. The beach is very long (even the longest one on the island) - you can find 'your place' very easily, it's a calm place. We were lucky to enjoy an evening with African singers in the hotel - it was a fabulous evening (excellent singers, nice atmosphere). I was really happy in the Blue Sea Holiday Village.

Highs: - We had a room with a pool looking out to sea which served us great to the point where there was no real need for us to even use the main pool. - Reception and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. - Grounds of the hotel were nice and clean - Nearby to stores, bars and restaurant (all within about a 5-10 min walk). -Beach below offers a range of watersports Improvements: - If this hotel was 3 star, I would have given my experience 5 stars! BUT, for a 4 star hotel, it just fell a little short in some areas. - Food is a little repetitive and basic. - Evening entertainment was typically just people standing and singing. It needed some lights, a stage, props or something! - The hotel team could do with a pumped up and energetic entertainment team. We only saw one guy who led the water Aerobics and he barely interacted with any hotel guests outside of that and just kept himself to himself most of the time.

Disastrous room, zero effort from reception – only the delegate and animators saved our vacation. We stayed at Pegasos Beach as a family with a small child. We had booked and paid for a superior room, but upon arrival, we were placed in rooms 213 and 214 – which were in absolutely unacceptable condition. The dirty carpet outside the door was just the beginning. Inside, we found old, rusty furniture, dirt everywhere – from the bathroom to the curtains, walls, and beds. Instead of relaxing, we had to start fighting for the room we had paid for. We contacted reception repeatedly and visited them daily, but we were constantly met with excuses: “Come back in two days,” then “Come back tomorrow,” then “We have no capacity.” No clear answers, just avoidance. Despite having booked and paid for the superior room, we were treated like we were asking for something extra. One young receptionist in particular made the experience worse by giving us constant judgmental looks, as if we were bothering her. On the other hand, we want to sincerely thank the other young woman and man working at reception – they were helpful and acted professionally. Eventually – after countless visits to the reception, calls with our delegate, and constant pressure – we finally got the correct room. But only after what felt like the hundredth attempt. The delegate had to constantly “bombard” the hotel to get things moving. Sometimes the staff claimed they knew about the issue, then they said it was solved, but nothing was actually resolved. When we finally got the keys to our new room, the receptionist kept asking for the old keys – even though we had already handed them over to the manager. This entire situation ruined our vacation. We only received the proper superior room on the fifth day, and by then, most of the trip was already gone. Were it not for our amazing delegate (who had nerves of steel!) and the excellent animation team, this vacation would have been a complete disaster. In conclusion: The hotel itself has potential, but the behavior of the reception staff, the filth in the rooms, and the way guests are ignored is a huge downside. If you’re booking a superior room – double-check everything and keep written proof. We had everything documented and still had to fight for what we paid for. Big disappointment for us. Avoid this hotel. We stayed here at the beginning of June 25 and raised the concerns with easyjet on the first day. The hotel is not a 5 star resort more like a 3 star. It is also a building site with many unsafe elements and should not have been open for tourists to book. Food was awful only the same Basic dishes without taste. No playground or kids club available. The hotel had no entertainment and heavily bias towards Italian speaking only. Reception team did not want to resolve concerns with the room and the hotel. Staff blamed management for opening to early as an excuse for many issues raised by ourself or others. The child's pool had open live wiring and an active building site within 5 metres.

Last weekend may 2025 our stay started . Yes this hotel has had a major refit over the last winter, spring. Not fully ready as of this weekend Eating area, bars , pools , kids play area , grounds, most rooms have had work done or still been finished off. Bedroom floors 4&5 still been done. From what we have learnt they are well behind schedule. From the pools looking up at the building you can still see rooms under refit. All staff are chipping in to try sort things out. Our first breakfast a bit poor offering , no juices ( only out of a gun system next to the Pepsi and fanta! ) no toaster but plenty of breads and sweet pastrys been offered, cooked breakfast and cold offerings. Kids play area has been ripped out to be repositioned somewhere. Kids club still under refit - not good when we picked this place because of our 5year old.

We have stayed at your hotel five times already and have always been satisfied. However, this time we are truly disappointed – and by something I never expected to matter so much: the animation team. We are staying for 12 days, and since we’ve visited several times before, we have a basis for comparison – this review is not written after just one day. There is a complete lack of communication with guests. Nowhere can you clearly find the daily program. Technically, yes, it is posted – but in a room used for luggage storage, where no one goes to read announcements (whose idea was that?). The animation team seems to focus exclusively on Italian guests and barely interacts with anyone else. After ten days, we still had no idea when activities like darts or beach volleyball were happening. The animators literally walk past people on the beach, looking down at the ground. Has anyone taught them to at least shout, “Darts in 10 minutes!”? When nothing is happening, you don’t see the animators at all. In previous years, they would at least walk around and give you the basic information. I had a good feeling from them. Now, even when they stand in front of the restaurant before dinner, they often don’t greet you – and not once did they tell us what the evening program would be. Minidisco: Why are 8 animators dancing around the children? Parents can’t see anything and kids don’t know whom to follow. The song selection is completely inappropriate and frankly tragic. They play several unknown Italian songs that the children don’t recognize. The songs are too fast and would be more suitable for a Zumba class than a kids’ dance. It’s obvious that the animators are inexperienced and afraid to speak with anyone who isn’t Italian. I dare say most of the guests are not Italian. The evening programs lack any personal interaction and are so impersonal that they’re barely worth commenting on. One specific example: before the fire show, 8 animators are dancing at the minidisco, but no one tells the guests that a fire show is coming. No space is prepared in advance, and just before it begins, guests are suddenly rushed into place. Everyone has to organize themselves while the 8 animators stand by, showing no interest. Unfortunately, the animators – especially their team leader – lack even basic organizational skills. If you are not able to analyze this yourselves, then something is seriously wrong. Please take this feedback seriously. I’m only writing it because I believe it can help you improve. Sadly, we are now seriously considering not returning to your hotel in the future.

So disappointed in this resort. We previously stayed at the Grecotel in Corfu and it was amazing....this place is not. Rooms, hallways, elevators all need renovation. Currently the air-conditioning is not working. The first room we checked into last night had hot air coming out of the AC vents so we waited about 1- 1 1/2 hours for them to put us in another room just to have the same EXACT thing happen. We had to sleep with the sliding doors open and of course woke up with mosquito bites everywhere. If the resort as a whole is experiencing issues with their air-conditioning, we should have been notified of this when we checked in yesterday. The 2 meals we have had so far at this resort have just been mediocre at best.While the hotel staff are extremely polite and the ocean view and pools are very beautiful, that cannot make up for all the other things listed in this post. I would NEVER stay here again. It's so bad my husband is looking for a room elsewhere. Again, I cannot describe my level of disappointment at this resort compared to the one on Corfu. The one on Corfu is a 10, this is a 2.

Grecotel is an amazing hotel with premium quality service which you do not expect for the price. Upon arrival hosts were waiting to take our luggage and the check-in procedure went smoothly (they even gave us a welcome drink). Bags were brought to our room and after having a drink at the bar, the host brought us to our room. The quality of the food in the restaurants are alright. My girlfriend is vegetarian so we didn't make use of the a la carte restaurants since they don't provide many vegetarian options. But the buffets were alright. however i was blown away by the service and how professional the staff is. 9 out of 10 staff members from the restaurants were really really well trained, always greeting you and asking how you are, never seen tired (even though i can imagine they are, 6 days with at least 10h long shifts from what i noticed). There are a few staff members i want to give special thanks to. These sre: - Valerios, he was the first server we saw (at the bar in the lounge), really funny guy and mega professional, gave us a very warm welcome. - Adam, a server at the buffet restaurant, he didn't stand still a single second during the entire evening, came to us, bottle prepared asking if we wanted another glass of wine and recognized us throughout our stay asking how the vacation is going. I work in the restaurant industry myself and i wish my personnel were like him. - Kristin, i believe she is a host/supervisor in the buffet restaurant, i was amazed by how professional she is. Helping colleagues, walking guests and having eagle eyed vision over all the tables, all without breaking a sweat. A model employee in my eyes. The swimming pool is great, although the towel service isn't always stocked. Had to wait multiple times throughout my stay for them to be restocked. I didn't see much of the Entertainment, but what I did see was very good, high energy performers that know how to liven up a crowd and treat guests like they are friends, which makes for a great ambience. The rooms were cleaned daily, even when you think you definitely left the room too late for it to be cleaned. And even your pyjamas are folded in a cute way on your bed, made for a fun surprise when coming back to the room later the day. I would highly recommend this hotel and its services to friends and family and I'm sad our stay came to an end, I hope my positive points reach the employees because they are all doing an amazing job and I will definitely consider coming back here!

We had a really lovely stay – the hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety every day. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxing and enjoyable. However, one major downside really affected our overall experience: the sunbed situation. Unfortunately, almost all sunbeds – both at the pool and by the beach – were reserved by guests extremely early in the morning, often with towels left unattended for hours. Despite the beach being nearly empty at times, every single lounger was “taken,” making it nearly impossible to find a place to relax unless you got up very early yourself. This issue seriously needs to be addressed by hotel management to ensure fair access for all guests. In summary, it’s a great hotel in many ways, but the sunbed reserving culture was frustrating and disappointing.

I have just returned from a week at the luxme dama dama and I can truly say it was magical from start to finish , the location the hotel the environment , the Staff made it a fantastic holiday , the food was amazing both buffet and ala carte , alcohol was premium , and the setting and atmosphere of the beach bar blew my mind , I genuinely didn't want to leave to go home and will definitely be back again ASAP , our only gripe was the main pool we just couldn't get a bed there mainly due as always to selfish people up a 6am to claim there seat ! but do feel something could be done about towels left on beds but not used by management ? Overall our holiday was fantastic and we were very sad to leave , Until next time , thank you

Our stay has just ended and we had a wonderful week. All the staff are warm, welcoming and do their utmost to ensure we have a wonderful stay. Special mention to the hotel reception who helped us find our bag left in a taxi! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! The rooms are spacious, clean, the bedding is good quality. The cleaning ladies in room 2170 took great care of us. The food is very good and fresh with a choice of raw vegetables, always fresh fish. Small downside, to get a deckchair you have to get up early otherwise they will all be reserved and we had the unpleasant surprise that our towels were removed and our bag moved but otherwise very pleasant stay, ideal for families. Hotel to recommend in Rhodes!

The first thing to highlight is the amazing staff – always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything. The hotel grounds are beautiful, spacious. Even when the hotel is full, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are large and perfect for families, providing enough space for both adults and children. The location is alto great – there’s a bus stop nearby, which makes it easy to explore the island. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

A beautiful, spacious resort with perfect staff and services. We spent our vacation here with two small children at the turn of June/July 2025. Every single hotel employee was nice and willing to help, which made us feel great. They were always asking if we had everything, refilling the water in the rooms, cleaning everything non-stop, and meeting even non-standard requirements. Since the hotel is really large in terms of space, you don't feel crowded anywhere. Lots of pools, several restaurants, bars, a beautiful beach with sun beds and parasols, also with showers, sports fields, an amphitheater for children's evening programs, absolutely everything you can think of. I'm not a fan of repeated vacation spots, but I believe we'll come back here again.

All inclusive. Everything was great, the hotel is so nice, the food was very delicious and the staff were very friendly , kind and helpful. It is a little far from the center but that is fine you can take a taxi there. Andrea was the best worker I had ever seen, he loves his work so much , so lovely and kind . We had so much fun during the activities with him and his team , especially the karaoke session. The internet is low sometimes I think it’s because of the pressure on it, I recommend to fix that problem. I recommend you to visit after 15/6 because the water would still be cold before even though the weather is good. Might visit this hotel another time.

Kids Club The entertainment team does a great job and entertains children and adults perfectly. Especially in the Kids Club, Deborah and Nicole put their heart and soul into organizing great activities with the children. Crafts, ball games and painting. My daughter always wanted to play with Deborah from morning to night. I can really recommend vacationing here with children. My daughter had a lot of fun here! The other entertainers like Andrea, Nicole, Deborah, Elisa, Fabio make this vacation a very special experience for small children!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend. This was our first mini holiday together & we both had a great time. Hotel staff are friendly & provide great service. This hotel is clean & tidy in all areas. The bedroom (617) we stayed in was a family room as I think that's all they had left @ the time of booking. Bedroom is very nice, clean & spacious. The bedroom also had a mini fridge, great storage spaces, with bathroom which had a walk in shower. The cleaners came to the room every day with towels & fresh bedding. The food in the restaurant is actually really tasty! Pour your own drinks in the restaurant too. Food at the snack bar is not worth getting, only the pizza is though! Drinks are served at the pool bar, with only ordering 2 at a time per person. A queue can form if staff are not speedy at serving people. The pools are DEEP! (2-3m). Not ideal if you are not a strong swimmer. When you get in it's a little cold for a moment but afterwards your fine. We got a lilo to share which we got from the shop at the front of the hotel which we had loads of fun on. STAY AWAY from the entertainment area on the evening as we got mosquito bites the day after we sat there, if you want the entertainment then I would definitely recommend using repellent so you don't end up making the mistake we did! We went to the water park & it was really busy we left within minutes. The lazy river wasn't as good as we thought it would be.

Currently sat next to the restaurant and pool after enjoying our last meal before we depart home and we are sad to be leaving. The hotel is a typical, comfortable, family friendly hotel with all the basic amenities to cater to them. There are 2 large pools, a smaller pool and a toddler pool, all of which are well maintained and clean, although a little cold for the brits lol. But the cold is a welcome relief after a day of baking in the beautiful sunshine on the comfortable loungers provided. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily, the family rooms come with sliding doors to seperate the bedroom and livingroom/second room. The bathrooms have toilet, sink, shower over bath (no plug for a bath) and huge mirrors (great for the mom's and teens who want to do their hair and makeup). The staff are true to the stereotype that brits see in the Greeks. Super kind, super friendly, and always happy to help wherever they can. In particular, the manager of the restaurant, Makis, was really kind to our family throughout, and today went as far as reducing the price for lunch as our all inclusive had ended with us checking out this morning. We are extremely grateful for this especially with the long flight home we are facing. And finally the cats! We've seen about 15 cats around the hotel, and spent our meal times sharing bits off our plates with them. The Greek people seem to have a big love for cats and it shows with how well treated these animals are. We fell in love over and over with these cats. They aren't aggressive, they won't steal food or jump on tables and chairs, they will however give little shouts at people in the hopes of receiving food scraps which we are suckers for. The food is really good! Yes the selection is a little bit limited, but there are plenty of options for vegetarians aswell as those of us who enjoy meat and veg! I'm an extremely picky eater and yet I have had a full tummy every single day. The breakfast is very basic, but can't really complain when it's based on the English breakfasts. All in all I would give this hotel 5/5 and would happily return for another short stay in the future

Positive: 1. Very friendly staff everywhere. I especially want to highlight the bartender, who makes excellent cocktails – the balance of flavors and the presentation are wonderful! 2. The food is very tasty, with many different Greek dishes. 3. Beautiful area around the pool. There are several spots for sunbathing: by the pool, on the grass, and on the terraces. The view of the sea and mountains is stunning. 4. You can walk to Rhodes in about 40 minutes. But the walk is truly beautiful, as it goes along the sea with lovely scenery all the way. Negative: 1. I am very disappointed with the cleaning quality. Let me remind you that cleaning a room is not just about changing towels! The floor was not cleaned, and the bed linen was changed only twice during our 10-day stay. 2. My husband and I did not pay for two single beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart all the time. 3. There was trash right by the pool (sugar packets, candy wrappers, and plastic bags were “sunbathing” there for all 10 days of our stay). 4. Sadly, the beach itself is uncomfortable and quite dirty (broken buckets, bottles, plastic bags). The sunbeds are not owned by the hotel, so you have to pay for them. Wishing you success, great reviews, and satisfied guests! But please, make sure to improve the cleaning quality throughout your hotel.

We had a very nice and calm stay in this hotel! Everything was veeery clean, food was delicious, many options, staff very friendly and kind. Every night there was a special music performance and drinks, which was soo nice. The beach was also very nice, right across the street. Definitely recommending if you don't want a gigantic hotel.

We had a mixed experience during our stay, but we especially want to compliment the hotel staff. Despite an unpleasant situation with other guests (which was beyond the hotel's control), the staff showed great care and involvement. They listened to our concerns, took immediate action, and even surprised us with a fruit basket and wine to lift our spirits. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and varied, and the location of the hotel is excellent. Most of all, we were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. Thanks to their dedication, we were still able to enjoy our holiday. Thank you for the great care!

Stayed at the hotel for a week, didint sleep a wink the whole time, because the door doesnt have any sound proofness, when its dark, you can see the light seeping out the contours, which resultated in hearing absolutely everything from the outside, kids in the morning, people passing through day and night, staff rolling their cleaning supplies, they took our "do not disturn sign" on the second day, so they could just come in as they wanted. The door is one thing, but we also had the room with the "sea view" the view was breathtaking, but the constant noise you could hear even with your balcony door shut, was maddening. The street is super busy in daytime, even more busier at night, plus it was over the dining area, where they also had events with loud music. The bed was okayish. Room was cleaned everyday with minimal effort, towels were changed(which was good!), we noticed that the sheets werent changed for atleast 4 days, which was probably because we didint tip, would have if there was effort. The food, for me, a vegetarian, there was little options that were good enough, the oven fish, alllways stale, but its a problem at many all inclusive hotels, mainly ate pasta and feta, sometimes there were more options. Boyfriend ate everything, but said the food was nothing special. The pool area was nice, the pool refreshingly cool, there were sun beds all over the place, we usually found a place, the pool bar served good drinks, always with a smile, i would give five stars for them. The staff was nice and friendly and helpful. The reception kept our ids as we checked in, which was a bit weird, since hotels usually just make a copy, but its probably because you have to pay the fee later, for the goverment, which resulted in 70 euros for a "four star hotel". The hotel is situated in a great area, you can walk to the city centre and there are bus stops everywhere. All in all, really not worth a four star status, really overpaid for the trip considering everything. But i had fun in Rhodes overall, the island is really friendly to foreigners.
