Everything was great apart from no TV in room which when I asked reception said there was someone coming to fix which I suspect was lie asked other people at dinner and they said the same. If they updated there TVs it would of been a 5 star stay, even so you could log into Netflix or YouTube. Just handy after a long day exploring to relax with a movie or for kids to watch

Great hotel if your using it as a launching point for daily trips out. I would suggest getting a car hire once you step off your flight or pre book as the local taxi can be expensive. Rooms are fine however our TV didn't work (not a problem) room did have alot of bugs in it we had to buy a bug spray and the cleaners had to be reminded a few times to come and clean the room. Food is just your usual all inclusive slop so I would suggest eating out for one of your meals daily otherwise pork can become very boring. The arcades area, park, tennis court all could do with an overhaul. The pools are superb plenty of options for kids and adults alike. The bloke that does the night shift on reception is very unhelpful and rude just seem busy all the time even when there is nobody about and the hotel was pretty quiet. As stated at the start great for a base of operations for daily movement to other areas but I most definitely couldn't sit in the hotel all day for 7 days.

Absolutely love this hotel. We’ve never had any problems. Staff have always been polite and friendly. Yannis the manager has gone out of his way to make us comfortable. Food was standard and repetitive but there wasn’t a day that I went hungry. More pickier eaters can go into town for the restaurants. Shuttle bus outside takes you to the beach. Personally, I chose to use the bus service as some of the others beaches are far nicer. Perfect location to get into town and perfect for commuting via buses. Will definitely be going back again for the 6th time

Our family (10 of us) stayed at Golden Odyssey. It's functional, but the rooms are very hit-or-miss. You either get a nice-ish room with air-conditioning or something that hasn't been maintained since the 90s with a metal vent that buzzes. They were doing a lot of refurbishment in one part of the Hotel when we were staying, which meant we spent a lot of time navigating around stepladders, debris, and tools in narrow corridors with wet paint on the walls. The decorating is done to a "that'll do" standard, with wall paint making its way to doorframes, furniture being built on the piss (& missing chunks here and there where the builder has gotten frustrated). The toilet cisterns in all 3 of our rooms continuously overflowed and needed to be flushed multiple times before they'd stop. Rooms: Functional, open, and airy. There are no lights to speak of unless you hover by the door/balcony. Beds: The bloomin' beds are atrocious! Hard, lumpy, and sweaty. They seemed to me to have the effect of laying naked on a stone beach on a high gravity planet. I'd wake up contorted and bruised, with pains in my spine, hips, and gal bladder. The sun loungers are infinitely more comfortable, but they wouldn't let me take one upstairs to sleep on. The food: It was "food" in the sense that it was edible, but it lacked everything else that made food food. Everything down to the brocoli was oily and caked in salt. We only ate in the restaurant twice. Location: 20 minutes walk from civilisation 25 to the beach. If you have a buggy or a wheelchair good luck. The Hotel does offer a free shuttle that runs every couple of hours, but it has very limited space, and again, if you have a wheelchair or a buggy, good luck. Evening entertainment: Same 5-6 songs every night. Bar: Water with colourings. Pools: There are a few pools. One big one by the pool bar, that is the deepest. There's also a little shallow kiddy pool there. There's another kiddy pool with slides and a splash park. However, the floor of that one is slippery as all heck. Housekeeping: One, two, skip a few. Three, four, your room will be cleaned no more.

Lovely hotel! Staff are very friendly and are great with children, the cleaners were friendly and cleaned our room 4/5 time throughout our week stay. The staff in the restaurant are absolutely fantastic and hardworking. Entertainment here is fun and the whole family joined in! Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday with no complaints, will definitely visit again.

Fab hotel, nice spacious clean rooms and there is more than one pool. I stayed in a 1st floor room with a side view of the pool. The staff and animation team were great. I spent a lot of time out on boat trips/at the beach which is around a 10 min walk away. You can also hire e scooters and bikes. There is a decent shop on the resort too which is reasonably priced. In terms of the food...I tended to only occasionally eat there. It was lack lustre /not particularly hot. There are some really nice restaurants down by the harbour if you are open to going.

My husband and I stayed here in June for our anniversary! We had a swim up room which was lovely because we didn’t have to fight for a sun bed. The breakfast at the main restaurant didn’t have a big selection personally but the snack bar that opened between 11-4 has the most amazing pizzas and gyros so I can’t complain! Staff were very lovely and helpful. A little bit of kindness goes a long way, we learned a few Greek phrases to show our appreciation. Would definitely return!

I spent 10 days in this hotel. Every day was different. A large selection of food and very tasty. All day attractions, yoga, ping pong, water aerobics. Nice smiling staff, especially Billy and Leo. Clean rooms. Nearby is a nudist beach if you like. Beautiful peacocks walking around the area around the hotel, something special. I recommend this hotel.

Main restaurant food needs to be hotter, barely warm is not acceptable. Great choice, let down by temperature of it. Snack bar has hot fresh made tasty Pizza and Gyros. All hotel staff were very hard working, helpful and lovely to deal with. NO GREEN ALGEA IN POOL, LOOKS LIKE BOTTOM OF POOL IN PLACES,NEEDS PAINTING. Overall a positive experience at the Evita Resort.

Amazing Stay at Anavadia Hotel – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful time at Anavadia Hotel on the beautiful island of Rhodes. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the top-notch service – the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, authentic Greek cuisine that we looked forward to every day. You could really taste the quality and love put into every dish. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The entire hotel was kept very clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The pools were excellent, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off in the warm Greek sun. Everything was of the highest standard. The stay at the Anavadia Hotel was excellent. The hotel and its surroundings are very well maintained. The hotel also has two swimming pools, surrounded by soft sun loungers with umbrellas. There is also a bar, where all kinds of drinks were always available. The room was always tidy and clean, and the food in the restaurant was top-notch. Special thanks go to the extremely friendly and professional staff. Our legend was mr. Giorgios. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the sea. The beach is beautifully arranged and the sea is clean. Definitely, if we ever visit Rhodes again, we will stay at the Anavadia Hotel, so we recommend it to everyone. 10/10

Stayed here with my sister and 2 nephews in August 2023. We booked it as a last minute birthday trip for my sister. We stayed for 4 nights and booked through love holidays for i think £405 each for all inclusive. The hotel was situated in a very quiet area, there were some shops and the closest beach was a pebble beach. The food wasn’t great but for the price I wasn’t expecting it to be. Dessert and drink options were lovely on the plus side. The pool areas and bars were great too and all staff were lovely! The room was a decent size but we had issues with wildlife getting in which wasn’t pleasant. Didn’t like the bathroom either. No entertainment offered at all and the TV in our room didn’t work. Overall I think you get what you pay for with this hotel and i wouldn’t return again.

It is not perfect by any means, however it was inexpensive destination and my expectations were exceeded. We were worried because of some last year reviews reporting stolen property. I don't think it's the issue anymore and safe box in the room is for free if anyone is still worried. We were assigned room next to the pool which was a huge plus. The room itself was clean and serviced every day. Food was simple but good quality, staff was extremely nice, dedicated and helpful- p.ex. we needed to switch one of the beds for bigger one and it was instant. Drinks not so good but on par with every other all inclusive hotel we've been to. Great views, good service and overall very good experience.

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!! (Rated 4* in 2012 btw). Positives: most of the staff are really friendly and do their best to make you feel welcome, this is despite all the odds up against them! The location is great and is really close to the beach. Their al la carte restaurant Mamma Mia was the one good meal we had at the hotel. Negatives: the food was really poor, the quality isn’t there with the food being bland, only fatty cuts of meat and there being a limited choice of food, within a couple of days you’ve seen everything at the buffet which gets boring fast. The rooms are outdated, our bathroom flooded after every shower and the shower was no longer bolted to the wall. The air con was also broken in our room. The beds were like laying on an ironing board with a pillow for each of us which felt like you were laying straight on the mattress. Unlikely to be the best bed for somebody who has back pain. Also will note not all the arcade machines work and will take your money but the hotel are not able to access these so just take your money! In summary: staff are friendly and do their best but the hotel needs a lot of work and the food seems to be very cheap and needs work!

Hi everyone, I can't recommend this hotel. We were initially put in Block 4, on the top floor. The elevator was broken, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves. The beds were worn out, and the TV didn't work either. After we requested bed toppers, which weren't brought, we changed rooms. In the new room, the beds were also worn out, and the TV and hairdryer didn't work, so we had to go back to reception. The bed toppers were brought, the hairdryer was repaired, and suddenly, that same night, there was a cockroach in the room. The towels are replaced, but they're still dirty. You pay climate taxes, but the air conditioning doesn't work until June. The food is always the same and almost inedible. The soft drinks and "cocktails" are sugary sweet and therefore undrinkable. The supposedly sandy beach was created by the hotel itself, and most of it consists of huge rocks, making it difficult to reach the sea even with swimming shoes. The refrigerator in the room hums so loudly that you feel like you're in a spaceship. The room cleaning is superficial: they sweep, empty the trash cans, and make the beds. There's no mention of cleaning here; we still have the tomato stains from the previous guest on our room floor for a week. It's advertised as a four-star hotel, but these four stars are nowhere to be found at the entrance. I cannot recommend the hotel and appeal to people's common sense not to support this either!

The staff are incompetent. Left us 3 hours in the reception, trying to locate our booking for 10 people. They took our room tax before giving us keys. The rooms have bed bugs, run down , not maintained. The hotel towels were grey instead of brilliant white. I had dead insects on the bathroom wall, blood stains on bed sheets, rust and mould in the bathroom. Constantly long ques for a drink at the pool bar, sometimes they run out of drinks. The food was bland, not much variety. The best restaurant was the Italian restaurant. It suggests a 4* hotel, I would say it appears to be a 2-3 * Was very disappointed with the reception staff. And our overall stay. On the last day the manager was chasing us by the sun beds for hotel tax we already paid. What a shambles

Avoid this place - to be honest you shouldn’t stay here more than 3 nights if your here. The food is terrible, not many options. Like really bad terrible meals. The place looks abandoned. The staff are rude, only good thing id stay is the beach. I had high expectations for this place based on some of the reviews I’d seen but hands down the worst place to stay in Rhodes I’m sure theres better Phones do not work in the room Sauna is out of order U have to pay to keep ur luggage in a locker when u check out

I stayed at the Sunshine Hotel in Rhodes on an all-inclusive basis, and while there were some positives, the experience overall was quite mixed. Check-In & Staff: Check-in was quick and fairly straightforward. However, we were hit with a €100 hotel tax which felt steep, even if not technically hidden. Most of the staff were friendly – especially George, who was consistently helpful, cheerful, and a real standout. Unfortunately, others like Iris came across as quite rude and unhelpful. Room & Cleanliness: The room was spacious with a decent-sized bed but very bare and lacking in décor. The bathroom was a let-down – the shower leaked everywhere, there was black mould, and even a rusty nail was being used to hold up the sink plug. We had intermittent electricity issues and housekeeping was poor – they mainly made the bed and barely cleaned. Requests like new pillows took over a day and multiple asks. Facilities: The main pool area is lovely – clean and great for lounging. The kids’ pool area was okay. There’s a games room, but it’s hit or miss – some arcade machines like Guitar Hero just eat your money. The facilities online seemed a little overhyped, but the pool is a highlight. Food & Drink: Food was mediocre at best – very repetitive, often cold or overcooked, and extremely oily. Dietary restrictions don’t seem to be considered at all. The à la carte restaurant was especially poor – inedible food and very dismissive staff. On the upside, cocktails were nice (if overly sweet), but spirits often ran out and took ages to restock. Entertainment: There’s a solid range of activities like darts, water polo, and evening shows. Bingo on Fridays was fun. Billy, who runs most of the entertainment, really puts his heart into it and brings a lot of energy to the place. I appreciated that. Location: The hotel is in a great spot – right on a pebbly beach with beautiful views and some excellent restaurants just across the road. The area felt safe and convenient. Value for Money: You get what you pay for – it’s a decent option for a cheap, all-inclusive beach getaway. But you’ll likely notice the lower cost in the quality of food and service. That €100 tax at check-in still stings a bit. Final Thoughts: There were fun moments – sunbathing by the pool, playing air hockey with my boyfriend, and a few laughs at bingo. But the hotel has serious issues, especially with cleanliness and food. I’m not sure I’d return unless I was looking for a budget-friendly stay and had low expectations. For a bit more money, I’d try a better-rated option next time.

Blue Bay Beach Resort was the perfect escape. The staff were kind and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach was stunning. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful views everywhere. Great food, great service—everything I needed for a relaxing break. Highly recommend!

We are just home from a 10 night stay at blue bay. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff were amazing with the children. The evening shows were great fun. The food was tasty with plenty of options. You're right on the beach front with clear blue sea. My boys loved the water park! It's cold!!! None of the pools were heated but you soon adjust. I'd highly recommend this place. Very beautiful place we'll definitely visit again.

We are a three generation party (6 to 76) and we've all had a fantastic week here. Staff are brilliant, there's plenty of space, its spotlessly clean, food is good and there's plenty to do. Also lots of room and different areas to sit and watch the world go by. There are several pool areas and the beach. We can highly recommend and next time we come to Rhodes we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here last week. We had a fantastic family holiday. The food was excellent, plenty of choice everyday. The staff and animation team are helpful and friendly and there were plenty of activities for the whole family to join in with. The room we stayed in was a large family room with a sea view, it was a little dated but comfortable, cleaned everyday and you could see that efforts were being made to improve the hotel. There were plenty of options to visit Rhodes old town and Lindos. I would definitely bring the family back to Blue Bay for a holiday.

Been here a Week and leaving tomorrow, yes it's a budget hotel so give it 4 stars rather than 3, overall it's OK however the room's are small and not brilliantly maintained, hit and miss if tea and coffee is replenished same for toilet paper. The hotel is in need of a spruce up in places and it's location is a taxi ride to anything. Its a family hotel and now that it's school holidays it's a primary school! However good points again because all inclusive the food is good especially as mass production. Staff are very friendly and helpful, I think that is a Greek thing as well as the locals are also friendly. Overall good but just like my old school reports, could do better with a bit of a spruce up of the room's.

Wonderful hotel. Our room was amazing, sea view with not only a balcony that overlooked the pool and sea but also a big window so we could see the sea from the bed. Great food. Lovely cocktails. Loved the cakes that were at the snack bar. Entertainment team were really good. Evening entertainment was pretty good compared with other hotels we have been to.

Stayed with my husband and 2 sons aged 14 & 11 for a week in May 2025. We stayed in a family room with sea view which was perfect for us. Had an absolutely amazing time! The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. They decorated our room for my husband’s birthday. The entertainment team, particularly Sam, Bee, Boogie & Toni are such an asset to the hotel and really made our holiday fun. The hotel was always clean, we never had any issues getting sunbeds and found the food and drink very good. The location is perfect for the airport, Old Town and exploring the rest of the island. Cannot recommend enough!

We had the most amazing time at Avra Beach. It was my first experience at an all-inclusive resort and I was overwhelmed by how efficient the operation was while still providing an extremely relaxed atmosphere. The staff were simply outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. The food was outstanding and the variety was excellent. We were lucky to get an upgrade to our room. We requested the upgrade a day before we arrived and the room was terrific! We didn't really experience much of the entertainment as we were ready for bed by about 22:00 but everyone seemed to have a great time. The car rental business "Superior Rent a Car" located opposite was excellent and the easiest rental experience I have had to date. Thank you to everyone at Avra Beach. You were wonderful!!!

This was a fantastic holiday and it was the animation team who make it. A big shout out to Sam and the team. I've never left a holiday knowing each and every dance move before until today. This was also the first time I've ever felt comfortable leaving my daughter at a kids club for a couple of hours. The kids club was great and especially one member of the team, Glukeria, we could tell loved being with the children and made us feel completely at ease. During our stay there was a lot to do. Play in the sea, visit old town, new town and lots of places to eat outside of the resort along with great entertainment for the evenings. There was also someone at reception giving information and booking excursions for you. The only minor problem for me personally was the pool not being heated. But again it's a minor thing as the sea was warmer so we spent most of our time on the beachfront instead. The food was lovely too. All round we would go again. Thank you team for a unforgettable holiday.

Came here with my partner for a week, check in process was quick and easy. We were put in our room , sadly it was very out dated with a view of construction site. We asked reception to change rooms and thanks to lovely Kyriaki she was able to change our room the next day and we paid an upgrade to a more modern room (would recommend if you can) My partner has a severe nut allergy and the food options were all labelled clearly, he was able to eat almost everything which is more than great! Food was so delicious with lots of choice! 2 restaurants and snacks throughout the day, can never complain! As drinkers, we were not disappointed with the choices, loads of cocktail options, all the local spirits , the bar staff were more than lovely , serving the drinks quickly and with a smile. A fair few bars as well so queues were never too long for a drink. Soft drinks available to help yourself Entertainment each day was spectacular, darts , ping pong and more with the lovely animation team. I would like the specifically thank Boogie for his positive attitude and energy throughout our stay. The whole animation team is wonderful. There is also a kids club for families and evening entertainment each night including bingo, dance shows and karaoke Location wise , it’s near bars and other restaurants, shops and hotels if you fancy a nice walk. Beach is on the doorstep accessible from hotel, with comfy sunbeds and parasol's. Overall experience at Avra was amazing, would highly recommend to all. The resort is clean and lovely , if you upgrade to the modern rooms they are lovely , cleaners regularly visiting and replenishing items. Really could not complain about this hotel or experience .

We booked this is 2024 after staying at a different hotel and popping by to have a look.. We took our 11 year old for 2 weeks and can honestly say it is 1 of the best places we have stayed! From food to staff everything was amazing! I could write all day about things we loved but it genuinely was absolutely everything! The entertainment staff are beyond amazing every single 1 of them! We had so much fun and they are all so polite and sweet and always had a smile..the bar staff at the pool bar were fantastic! Maria thank u for my special cocktail u made i can't wait for it again in 2026! The slides every thing was amazing! The snack bar wow! There was definitely something to eat every single day. We love dit that much we booked to go back in may 2026 while we were still at the hotel. Genuinely 1 of the best places especially if u have kids! See you next year 💓

Great family friendly hotel for excellent value! The overall resort is excellent and extremely clean - staff were always on the go cleaning, tidying etc. The rooms could definitely do with updating, but I got the feeling that they are gradually renovating the whole hotel. There is a good selection of food, not gourmet of course, but it's definitely a good selection! The restaurant is modern and once again, always clean. Pool bar was good in general, but the cocktails tasted a bit cheap. Snacks were good though - tasty ice creams and freshly made doughnuts. Lots of entertainment for the kids, especially the mini disco. Location is excellent, only a 10-15 min walk from the beach. Is this the best hotel I've ever stayed in? No, of course not. But for how much I paid, I was pleasantly surprised and would consider it EXCELLENT value for money.

It’s a very nice hotel. Food is good. The only problem is that is the pools are a little bit cold but everything else is fine. There’s activities for kids in the very good location. The staff is very friendly and nice.

The hotel food was not bad for an all inclusive, bbq night was decent. Cocktail drinks were not great but wine wasn’t too bad. They had two really big pools which was nice. The location was decent, not too far from the centre. The hotel staff were very nice. However it was very loud until about 1am and noisy during early morning hours. There were a lot of ants in the room and beds weren’t very comfortable. I wouldn’t advise booking this hotel unless you have kids as it’s more catered toward them. Be wary of the excursions booked through the hotel as we booked an express bus to Lindos, hoping we had most of the day there, only to stop at the seven springs mid journey without being told. This then meant we only had like 2 hours in lindos which ended up being the highlight of my trip.

Holiday from hell. After 2 rooms not being fit for use. Run down.dirty.not to mention finding a huge 🪳 . We were moved yet again to only find more issues. The complex as a whole is nice.the food good the pools loverly the staff great. But the accommodation is far below a 4 star hotel as promised. The manager has tried his very best to resolve these issues and a lovery welcoming man he is. But the owners need to buck there ideas up.the absolute state of the apartments are nothing short of appalling!! I'm really not a fussy person and don't expect high high standards. But this holiday so far has been ruined by feeling I'm living like a complete tramp!! I'm so upset I never write reviews but I would absolutely hate for anyone to go through this. 1 bad review ahh it will be OK?? Take the risk at your own downfall. Many other round the pool are all saying the very same thing. What once may have been a great place to stay unfortunately doesn't seem to be anymore.

What a holiday! From the second we walked through the door we were welcomed so well all the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The pool and bar area was very nice and relaxing including an optional beach bar and area which was a massive bonus. The food was amazing which included local cuisine which we loved! The rooms very clean and nice sea views and even gifted with wine and fruit on our first day! William is the best bar man in Greece always very friendly. Definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a lovely getaway me and my girlfriend had the best time!

3rd time of staying at The Sunrise and each time we stay it only gets better. Beautiful hotel with a stunning view and on the beach. On arrival we had a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The staff are really lovely and extremely helpful. There are 2 pools and a separate bar for over 16s only if you like it a bit quieter. The food is amazing and always plenty of choice. We always come for the Greek Easter and the restaurant was done out beautifully and everyone joined in The Easter celebrations together. For us it's the perfect place to stay for our holidays, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Absolutely Do Not Recommend This Hotel! I'm currently staying at this hotel for my vacation, and I feel it's important to warn others about this place. First and foremost, the drinking water is salty – it seems they source it directly from the sea. The same goes for the bathing water. This is a significant issue! What's more, the cleaning staff has been stealing money from our room. Despite "do not disturb" signs being clearly displayed, they still enter. Not only was our money stolen; other Polish guests also reported thefts. We reported the issue to the police, but the police are doing nothing about it, constantly sending us from one place to another. The hotel's location is another major drawback. It's literally in the middle of nowhere, with absolutely nothing to do nearby. This place is only suitable for those who want to do nothing but relax at the hotel. There's nowhere to go for a walk; you can only go a few hundred meters left or right along a busy road that has a sidewalk for only a short stretch before it disappears, and cars drive incredibly fast. The only option for a walk is the beach, which is rocky and truly filthy, incomparable to beaches in Spain. When you walk on the beach, your whole body sinks into the tiny pebbles, and if you want to swim, you'll need water shoes because it's full of rocks and there's no clear seabed. The food is monotonous and repetitive. Pool issues are also a problem. Putting up a sun umbrella is torture because they're damaged. To open one, you have to go to the bar for some kind of screw – I've never encountered anything like it. Additionally, the bottom of the pool and the water filtering grates are genuinely dirty and not cleaned systematically. Finally, I've never experienced anything like this: while trying to relax by the pool, someone was mowing the lawn with a noisy gas-powered mower right next to us. It was incredibly disruptive. In summary, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Absolutely Amazing Stay – Can’t Wait to Go Back! I recently visited this beautiful hotel right on the beach in Pefkous with my friends and family, and we had the best time ever! The location is simply stunning – waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away was a dream. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and their genuine hospitality really stood out. And the food – wow! Every meal was delicious, with fresh local ingredients and a variety of options that kept everyone in our group happy (even the picky eaters!). Dining with a view of the sea just made everything taste even better. This was the perfect place to relax, have fun, and make amazing memories. We’re already planning our next trip back – can’t recommend it enough!

Nice hotel with good sized rooms. The staff were all very nice and itnis a nice location with easy bus routes to Lindos or Rhodes. Breakfast and lunch at the beach bar were good, evening meals and the a la carte restuarant were not great. The alcoholic drinks, mixers including beer were all poor. The shop on site stocked reasonably priced beers and was good value..We had great weather and enjoyed the pool and beach, we would visit again but would bring our own wine / spirits if we came again.

The animation team at this hotel truly exceeded all expectations! They were kind, fun, and incredibly talented - making our stay unforgettable. The kids enjoyed playing football and beach volleyball daily, while making many friends at the kids club. We participated in numerous activities including table tennis, boccia, and yoga. Special mention to the kind lady at the spa who made relaxation time perfect, and the warm-hearted gentleman at the crepe bar - such a lovely man who always had a smile for us. What made our stay special wasn't just the beautiful location or comfortable rooms, but these wonderful people who created memories we'll cherish. The bittersweet feeling of leaving is the true mark of a perfect vacation. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for both relaxation and fun activities!

We have just returned home after visiting during the Easter half term break. The hotel complex was very large and on the sea front private beach, you could easily stay on site for your entire break. However we decided to go out most days. It's ideally situated between the old town which was about 30 mins bus journey, and lindos to visit the ancient acropolis ruins again only 45 mins by bus which stops right outside the hotel main road. Hotel itself was kept very clean and room was visited by the cleaners daily with fresh towels. It was very spacious with 2 large pools and 2 bars for drinks during the day and evening. The only time we really queued was for crepes as only 1 man serving for everyone so line moved very slow! Food was very nice and a vast variety to choose from - even noticed a specific vegan section for the evening meal. On top we got a burger bar experience pass as well as 1 night ale carte menu meal where we got to try greerk cuisine. Overall we had a great stay and would whole heartedly recommend to family and friends.

Hotel well maintained and clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They clean the rooms daily. The food is 10+ ! A large choice of dishes, snacks and drinks. All dishes are delicious. The beach is clean, there are enough deckchairs on the beach. The only disadvantage is ‘Polish mums’ who go to relax with babies up to 1.5 years. Do these mums realise that a child who is screaming on the beach all day spoils the holiday, not only for you, but also for other people ?! Why do you sit on the beach with your child when it's 30°C and then go into the cold water with them! The child screams at the whole beach because he is uncomfortable (first hot and then cold). Is this hard to understand?! In the hotel there were a lot of people from different countries (Germans, French, Italians, Swedes, Belgians) but only Poles with babies ... The crying and screaming of Polish children completely spoiled the holiday.

Very nice staff, very happy to help. Sophia at the beach bar was very friendly and great with the kids. The restaurant had plenty of variation and loads of suitable options for the pickier eaters. The on site shop was was reasonably price for most things apart from suncream, paid €26 euros for a tiny bottle which I thought was sickening. Right on the beach no more than a 5 minute walk from the rooms. Very clean pools, all decent sizes. Not much for the younger kids to do on site

What an absolute blast i had coming here!🤩 The reception staff was so kind and helpful, as love holidays managed to mess up my room, which wasn’t the first time it had happened so watch out for that through love holidays. However reception sorted it and got me the room was an additional charge but so worth it! The breakfast don’t get me wrong wasn’t the best option, we didn’t eat any other meals here as we ate out instead, so i can’t comment on much food, but for the breakfast if you’re not a fussy eater you’d be fine! The cocktail bar at the hotel was really really good! Very more for kids not sure if it was cause we went out of season.. possibly. The supermarket on site was mint! and the lady who works there id genuinely pay the price again to go back and see her! What an amazing woman🤍 Rhodes is so beautiful and this hotel really made the effort to fit in! Loved my stay here and would 100% return… people are so unrealistic about their reviews on hotels… but this one was absolutely unreal👏👏

We had heard a lot of mixed reviews about the hotel just before we left, which made us quite uneasy about the trip. However, I couldn’t agree with any of the negative comments. The hotel was clean, the staff are lovely, the food is great, there is something for everyone, even if you’re super fussy. The swim up rooms were great with the boy. Yes, alright they had a few bits of tree and a few dead bugs on the surface of the water but that can’t be helped really with the winds in Rhodes. We would go back there for sure. The late check out option is great, for only 10e an hour after the 11am. Efcharistó again to all the superb staff.

From the large pool to the on-site mini market, the restaurant, and the lively evening entertainment at the bar – everything was perfect. Reception were extremely rude, not willing to be helpful or accommodating. They would only hear what they wanted to hear regardless of how many times you’d repeat yourself. We arrived early for check in so we had to wait which was fair but ended up having to wait an extra 2 hours. Our room was a 10 min walk to the other side of the resort through two lifts and was expected to find it ourselves. The room was above the swim up pool so it smelt like chlorine constantly. The hotel refused to change our room which was extremely dirty with ants crawling around. We had people barge in at the end of our trip constantly asking when we’d be leaving.The reception being our first point in contact ended up ruining the beginning and end of our trip. Room cleaners & the staff members at the restaurant were extremely helpful and polite. Helped us find our way around, always made sure we had everything we needed. Always helped and served with a smile. Hotel matters although it’s a beautiful hotel definitely would not recommend.

Overall the hotel area is spacious and clean. Main bulding is also clean and new. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kids have lots of space to run around and big pool for playing. Also direct acess to beach area (which is rocky) For us was a bit dissapointment the room we had. We had family room nr 4xx. You cant regulate the room temperature. Bed sheets were a bit moist at the arrival date. Ants were crawling around. Room build quality was rather 3-star hotel. It was hard to sleep at night because the walls etc let through every sound literally. When someone walked past your outdoor it felt like someone was in your room. Also the wifi in your room is not for free - have to pay extra.

PROS: Happy, eager and very polite staff (see picture with towels arranged by Mrs Eleni on our bed - another day she made a little elephant!). Good breakfast and "Theme nights" at the restaurant (we tried Italian and Chinese). Very well done "learn Greek dancing" event once a week with live music - great fun and finishes at 11pm so does not interfere with sleep! Lovely shingle beach just down the road. CONS: The rooms are a bit small, main area about 7 sq. m. Loo also small but cleverly laid out. Elevators also a little pokey. You need to cross the main road to get to the beach. This is the case with almost all hotels in the city of Rhodes. Although there is a pedestrian crossing, not all cars stop. I wouldn't let small children leave the hotel and go to the beach on their own.

Clean, well located and competitively-priced, but as a result popular with school parties and sports teams etc. Think competing with crowds of young people at breakfast, struggling to get a lift and raucous groups in corridors and neighbouring rooms late into the night! Possibly not the best choice for an entirely relaxing holiday then, but a decent hotel nonetheless. It's early in the season, and after reading other reviews, perhaps we were just unlucky with our timing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived a little earlier than the designated check-in time, but as our room was already ready, we were kindly allowed to check in early. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. Although fairly compact, it had everything we needed, and the mini fridge was particularly useful for keeping drinks cool. The air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated, though it did have a tendency to switch itself back on after being turned off, and it would come on automatically each time the balcony door was shut - which was slightly annoying. A couple of days before we left, we did notice quite a few ants in the room. However, after dealing with the ones we could see, we didn’t spot any more. The only other issue was that the shower door didn’t seal properly, which meant the bathmat and part of the bathroom floor got soaked every time we showered. We paid extra for a sea view and were really glad we did - the views were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, and it was lovely being able to sit out on the balcony with a view of the sea. Breakfast was included with our package price and there was a good variety of food on offer. However, a lot of the cooked food was cold and the pastries were quite dry. We didn’t find time to use the pool, which was very small and usually quite busy with most of the sun loungers taken. The hotel bar offered a great selection of drinks - the cocktails in particular were delicious. Service was excellent and we received a complimentary pot of nuts with each drink. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all our queries with a smile. When we wanted to send postcards, they kindly offered to post them for us as long as we had the stamps ready. Beach towels were available with a €10 cash deposit each, which was returned when the towels were handed back. You could also swap them for fresh ones as often as you liked. We enquired about somewhere to shower after check-out on our departure day, and while they said we could use a spare room if one was available, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked that day. When we came to check out, a large coach group had just arrived and filled the luggage room completely, so we were unable to store our bags. We had no choice but to leave our suitcases in full view in our rental car, which we weren’t particularly comfortable with, though fortunately theft doesn’t seem to be a major issue in Rhodes, and we were parked directly in front of the hotel in a busy area. Although there’s no dedicated hotel parking, we always found a space in the free parking area just opposite the hotel whenever we took the car out.

Upon arrival, we were told we would have to move to a sister hotel of the Eagles nest. With much back and forth and the help of the wonderful George at reception we managed to stay in the hotel. Although we had a bumpy start to our stay, our experience was very pleasant for the rest of the week. The rooms were perfect, although not absolutely spotless they were 95% there. We had a lovely private access pool in our room. The morning buffet breakfast was more than sufficient and the location was perfect. The hotel is situated less than a 10 minute walk from the beach, 3 mins to a supermarket and 10 minute walk to Pefkos town. Overall, I would recommend the Eagles nest if you are looking for a cost effective comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed for 5 nights here and it was amazing, the rooms were cleaned every day and towels replenished. Every one working was great and Jerry on the bar was the highlight of this hotel. Nothing was too much of an ask and he made the most amazing drinks we've had! We visited when it was heavy rainfall one day and our room did unfortunately flood, we was given a new room within half an hour and back in our original room within 24 hours. Thank you Jerry for carrying all our bags up! 😅 In our original room we didn't have hot water it was luke warm at best, we did raise this with reception but it was not dealt with. Luckily the weather was hot so a luke warm shower was needed, however it would have been nice to see the hot water fixed for the next guest. Breakfast was amazing, new fresh items every day and omelettes were cooked perfectly. We never had any problems with ants and we was on the ground floor. It's about an 18 minute walk to the main street and 6 euros taxi if you don't fancy the walk. It's 10 euros to Lindos which is the most beautiful place we have ever been to. We would definitely book again, thank you for a fantastic holiday.

No vegan or vegetarian options for anything, spotted flies land on a few things and there was no allergens listed next to the meals as I’d seen in my previous hotel. The hotel looks great and is being maintained well. Everything is clean and there are always free beds at the pool. The animation team is very fun! they do anything from yoga, waterpolo, football and even organizing tours to the clubs here in faliraki with the hotels. Very energetic guys and girls. The food however is not great... 9/10 days we have eaten in faliraki where are enough restaurants and take-outs.

Good, tidy hotel. You wouldn't say it was built in 1985. We traveled with an agency, got a better room than booked because there were no available standart rooms, which was very nice surprise. We lived in bungalow-type rooms. The only downside is that ants come, so it's very important not to leave food in visible place. In mid-May, the hotel was cozy and quiet, no big noise from the neighboring rooms. During our stay, most guests were older people. Food - varied, dinner is different every day. Some are tasty, some are not so good. Sometimes pancakes were overcooked at breakfast. In the evening, any drinks are paid, if the package is not all-inclusive. The staff is quite friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day if you want, we cleaned every other day. The quality of cleaning is excellent. Sunbeds on the beach are paid. By the pool they were free. The beach is rocky, it's difficult to swim without water shoes. The pool was open until 6 pm. The entertainment program - in my opinion weak. I don't know, maybe it's different during peak season. During our stay, all the activities were led by the same person. The daytime entertainment included stretching, darts, water aerobics. In the evening there was a concert program, karaoke, fire show, musical quiz. Bingo evening was paid, 10 euros. Beautiful surroundings, lots of greenery. I would be happy to return.

This hotel is extremely disappointing and far from what you’d expect from a 4-star establishment. The first thing that hits you is the unpleasant smell throughout the property. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained, and the rooms are basic and unattractive. The beds are uncomfortable and hard asf, with stiff mattresses and low-quality pillows and a table cloth as a blanket. The food is frankly terrible — closer to school cafeteria or institutional standards than anything remotely enjoyable. The atmosphere is chaotic, with loud music playing late into the night. It seems to mainly cater to older guests and families with young children, which could be a plus for some, but not for those seeking peace or a more refined experience. The staff left a lot to be desired — unhelpful at best, and in some cases, quite rude. We did not feel welcomed or well-treated during our stay. The guests were openly staring and judgmental, creating a tense and unpleasant environment. If you’re coloured, don’t go because you’re going to feel it ! On top of the poor quality, there are unexpected extra charges: no free parking (10€ per day) and a tourist tax of another 10€ per day, which quickly adds up. Overall, this place feels more like a 2-star hotel at best. It’s overpriced, underdelivers, and not worth the money. Don’t be misled by overly positive reviews — this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

Evening entertainment was also fantastic - got the gift of watching traditional Greek dancers, and shout out to Ben and Sami who performed stunts including flame throwing.

After reading the reviews we were worried but we really didn't have to be. We had a great stay here, the staff were lovely, the grounds and pool great and the location was perfect for us. The food was varied and for the money it's hard to complain. It would be good to have tea or coffee facilities in the room and rather than 2 vehicle rental desks maybe one and a tour booking desk would have been better. If you want a party holiday then this is probably not the hotel for you but it's peaceful, relaxing with access to the beach and a bus service to Falaraky and Rhodes town if needed Overall a great stay and we are even thinking about coming back next year.and bringing our family with us Thank you all for making our holiday one to remember.

We enjoyed our stay in the resort , huge shout out to the restaurant manager Mr Savvas who always made sure in person that we have some vegetarian meals to eat .. thanks for that ! 😊 but we were disappointed to know while checkin that our room was across the road and not at the beach front building ( which is a lot nicer). We had booked looking at the pictures of the beach resort. It should have been clearly mentioned while booking and unfortunately the rooms in the garden wing are always noisy. Nothing related to the resort but a fun fact : On the last day of our stay we also got to experience bit of earthquake in the middle of the night .. well there is always a first time for everything ..looking back at it just feels like a bad dream ! 🛌 😅🫣 But overall it was a good stay ! 🥰

We stayed in apartments with balconies overlooking the sea, which was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are of an older standard, but clean and well maintained with good housekeeping. The location is ideal, about 7 km from Rhodes town and around 6–7 km from the airport. There are beautiful walks to nearby villages with shops and restaurants. The restaurants offered well-prepared buffet-style meals. The selection was okay – not outstanding – but we didn’t get tired of the food during our week. It was also very helpful that we could switch our half-board option from breakfast and dinner to lunch and dinner, as we usually skip breakfast. Areas for improvement: We had planned to do some exercise and saw a beach volleyball court listed in the description, but unfortunately, it was not available during our stay – which was disappointing. The gym experience was below expectations. A ping pong table had been placed in the workout area, attracting kids and teenagers, making it hard to focus while training. The gym equipment was outdated and lacked basic free weights and mats. The space felt cramped, although the treadmills and bikes were in good condition. No cleaning spray for equipment was available, which affected the sense of hygiene. Other amenities: The pool area with the infinity pool was very fresh and calm, and the poolside bar added to the relaxing atmosphere. Final impression: This is a very good hotel with friendly service and a great location. With some attention to detail and updates to the gym and activity facilities, it could become an outstanding destination. And if you are disturbed by noise, be aware that inbound flights are flying above the Complex

Excellent service. Very very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and oh the beds were comfy. Especially when the sheets were changed daily. Just made it feel so fresh each night you slept. I would rather the bed be a double, rather than two singles pushed together but it was still great. The bathroom was nice and clean. The side we stayed on had a balcony with the sea view. No complaints at all.

Overall we had a nice time here however there are a few points that could be improved hence the rating. I never usually leave reviews however we were asked to by staff so felt we would. All inclusive buffet wasn’t great and many other people were heard complaining about it around the pool. Breakfast was the best out of the 3 meals. Food is lukewarm at best and there isn’t much for children at all. Pool bars only serve 3 sandwiches and chips, I’ve been to many other all inclusive 4 stars that serve a lot more and have variety on the snack bar. Especially considering it is the only thing open at 5/6pm. NOTE the buffet doesn’t open for dinner until 7pm which is really late for children. There is no entertainment for children and no activities for them. There is an abandoned kids club that I never saw open once during our whole stay and a very small children’s pool. The evening entertainment was poor until the last 2 days, where we believe they stepped up due to a number of complaints. Awful dancers that looked like teenagers dancing in their living room. DJ for Saturday night that was miserable and refused to take any requests. The passengers live band were the best entertainment that the hotel had all week. The lead singer engaged with the crowd and got people dancing and singing so definitely stick around for them. Hotel location is a bit out in the sticks so you’ll be paying for taxis or hire cars to go anywhere. Rooms were lovely and spacious and they replaced bottled water for you daily. Nothing else in the mini fridges. Grill on the hill restaurant was OK. Again nothing for children, we weren’t even asked if our child wanted any food she was just disregarded. The Italian restaurant mainly only serves seafood dishes or pizza - no bolognese or tomato pastas. Geo in the downstairs pool bar was great. We loved his presence and he played great music through the day! The other lad with dark hair on the pool bar was also really great. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again if I’m honest. I only have 3 photos from the actual hotel as we spent most of our time out for better food and entertainment.

Lovely hotel and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Variety of food options at the buffet but if you are fussy like me you will find it is mostly rice or noodles as safe options for dinner. The top pool with the crepe station is nice but I would warn you not to bother with food or drink from the poolside bar here as the barmaid clearly does not want to be working in hospitality. She refused to toast sandwiches as "she didn't have time for that", numerous excuses for certain people attempting to get chips and took many calls on her Bluetooth headset when mid order. 100% recommend the bottom pool that is as you leave/enter the hotel. Freezing cold water but warm and friendly staff. Grill on the hill needs to be booked in advance but worth a visit

Stayed for a week in early May in one of the Executive Suites with a private pool! The room was FAB, really spacious and the pool was much bigger than we thought it would be. These rooms balconies only really gets the sun until around midday though, which was actually fine as we usually took ourselves into Lindos or got out and about in the afternoon but thought it worth noting. A few afternoons we moved down to the main pool where you can get toasted sandwiches and chips etc which we didn't realise! That's one thing I will say about this hotel was that you kind of had to suss things out for yourself a bit. Maybe we are just total all-inclusive rookies as we'd never done it before, but there were things we didn't know and didn't find out until halfway through the holiday. After being there for a week I still don't actually know the rules around drinks at different bars. I stuck to beers or the cocktail list mainly but I'm not sure what you're allowed and not allowed after being told we had to pay for an aperol spritz on the first day at the reception bar. There only seemed to be a full bar menu at the reception bar, and only a cocktail list at the pool bar. Most of the staff were really friendly and nice, although there was a lady at the pool bar who would definitely rather have been anywhere else - I honestly dreaded approaching her for anything haha. The bartender at the main pool bar in the evening was great and the cleaning ladies were brilliant too. Food was very hit and miss if I'm being honest. The hot breakfast wasn't great, and the pastries were such a strange crunchy dry consistency like they had been heated a few times, so mainly stuck to greek yoghurt, honey and fruit on the couple of mornings we did go down. Lunch buffet was nice as they always had great salads. The evening buffet really wasn't for me unfortunately, but Greek night was good where they had gyros etc. There is an a la carte restaurant that alternates between an Italian and a Greek which is a lot nicer for dinner, the Grill on the Hill (Greek) one is brilliant. All-inclusive drinks were not that good to be honest. The only drinkable cocktail for me was the Pina Colada. But they were all really watered down pre-mixed kinda vibes. I was stone cold sober for the whole holiday, whether that's typical of all-inclusive drinks everywhere you go I'm not sure. In terms of the location, It's lovely but it really is super quiet especially when we were there at the beginning of the season. There isn't a lot to do if you stay in that immediate area.Taxis to and from the hotel to Lindos were generally costing us 12-14 euros a one-way trip. There is a much cheaper bus that runs maybe 3 times a day, but we were told it can be up to an hour late and we didn't want to waste time after 2 days of rain so stuck with taxis. The hotel should put a shuttle bus on really, we've had that in other places we've stayed and it's great to have that option. All things considered I thought this hotel was really decent and would go back. Lindos is a gorgeous area to visit so would definitely recommend. I just think it's worth managing expectations around all-inclusive food and drink, some days it was lovely and other days it wasn't great. I would say to expect to be venturing into Lindos a lot given the area of the hotel is really quiet. I'd also suggest to the hotel that more clarity around drinks at different bars would be ideal, and to consider a shuttle bus. The room and pool was a particular highlight!

The room was beautifully clean and well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All shared areas, including the lobby and hallways, were spotless and carefully maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request. The location couldn't have been better right in the center, with shops, restaurants, and the sea just a short walk away. Another great bonus was the on-site gym, perfect for keeping up with our fitness routine even while traveling.

Perfect location, everything so walkable. Rooms were great and fridges always fully stocked. Service was amazing however during a significant earthquake we felt the staff did not give us enough direction or support. We had no idea whether to go downstairs or stay in rooms and no one told us anything unless we asked, I know it’s completely normal in Greece however we were extremely shook up. Also if you’re looking for more of a girls holiday this is a very family oriented hotel and there was no one our age! Make sure to get a room with pool view if you’re concerned about the view as we were overlooking a building site. Not a problem for us the noise wasn’t bad. Overall lovely hotel would recommend!

Such a perfect location as you’re so close to everything. The rooms were amazing, minibar restocked everyday ! However, if you’re younger and looking for a more lively hotel I wouldn’t recommend going here, as it’s just older couples and families. The staff were really great and attentive, only thing I would say is that during our stay, an earthquake happened, and none of the staff said anything, no one was helping or telling us we were safe.

The location is fab! Hotel, slightly dated but still very nice. Staff lovely, always a smile on their faces and more than willing to help. We went all inclusive, food was lovely. Pool area not as big as I thought but lovely, welcoming and a sun trap. This is not the hotel's fault but there is a building site directly opposite so the noise can be disturbing at the front of the hotel. I would return.

We have spent a week at Castellum Suites – All Inclusive, and I can definitely recommend this hotel! Great location, close to the Old Town and the main attractions of Rhodes, and bus route to other towns, yet in a quiet area. The room was modern and very clean thanks to the daily cleaning. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with any request. The all-inclusive food was really good – a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and a variety of dishes, although a little cold at times – a great place for a comfortable stay in Rhodes. Excellent value for money, and we would highly recommend and happily return!

Food was good, my husband is a fussy eater but even he enjoyed the food .hotel staff were very good and helpful. Hotel is a 10 minute walk from old town, just where we wanted to be. Definitely returning to this hotel next time we are in Rhodes.

Great place! Had a lovely time here, got engaged here and the hotel has been so accommodating. Clean your room every day. The all inclusive food is actually fantastic. I have been to other all inclusive and it is usually not the best but here has been wonderful. Anastellys (I can’t remember his name unfortunately but he has glasses and dark hair and beard) has been great he handed my phone in when I lost it so couldn’t give a better review!!!! Food is below average and lacks variety and choice as restaurant (and the whole hotel) is small. No real bar area to sit at as there’s like 4 tables so people sit in the lobby, they close the pool area at 6:30 so you can’t sit out there either. Cocktails don’t contain much alcohol. Pool is freezing cold and the area around it small. You can hear everything from your room all night long, the walls must be thin.. neighbours/doors slamming etc. air conditioner leaked the entire time and wasn’t fixed, some staff friendly some not which is normal. Hotel was full of young teenagers as well. Best thing about this hotel is its short walk to new town and old town. Wouldn’t go back.

We just had a lovely stay at the Belair Beach Hotel. The hotel staff are lovely, the hotel is clean and comfortable. The food was very nice with a good variety. The pool area is very pleasant and luckily for us, the weather was great. It is a little way out from Rhodes Old Town and just over the road from a little beach, but if you're looking for a nice all inclusive, hotel break then this is a good choice.

I did have a very enjoyable stay but there were a few issues. We stayed in the executive suites which were clean and comfortable but not very soundproof. We could hear everything as people walked in the corridor and if we had the balcony door open you could hear everything the neighbours were saying. The exec suites do look out over the pool and on to the sea but there is also a very busy and noisy main road and you are on the approach to Rhodes airport. Most of the noise from the road and airplanes is sorted by closing the balcony door but sitting on the balcony is not very relaxing. I also overheard that people who stayed in standard accommodation had issues with old and tired rooms (I didn't see this but it might be worth a quick read of other reviews) The food was ok but you weren't allowed to help yourself to drinks (not even water) unless it was breakfast. This wouldn't have been an issue if the staff weren't so busy doing other things. We also weren't allowed to order water in a pint glass - only high ball glasses (about 1/3 of a pint). I even saw a couple of hotel guests bringing their own bottles of water to dinner so the didn't have to rely on being served by the staff. I also wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have any mobility issues due to the uneven floors, hidden lips/small differences in floor heights, ramps that are quite steep and sloping walkways without handrails. It would also help if we had been given a site map as the layout is not intuitive. On a more positive note, I did have a really good time at Belair. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the main pool is the best! A constant 1.3m deep - fully tiled (not painted concrete) with plenty of sunbeds and easy stepped entries. The design of the pool also makes it easier to find your own space even when the pool is busy.

Basic but exceptionally clean. No pressure from entertainment staff who made everyone feel welcome and included, even if they didn't want to participate. Food is medicore, be prepared to rely on pizza and rice every night and cereal fruit and eggs on a morning. Pools are pristine. Very well maintained. Enough sunbeds for a full capacity season. I felt that it was very overpriced (£1300 pp for a week in half-term) given how basic it was, but I'd come again if I found a deal 😊

Definetly not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Towels are also changed daily but they have seen better days. They are no longer white! Bathrooms is tiny, slippery and built in such a way that every turn you make, you will probably hit yourself. Disgusting that there is a gutter on the floor where foam rises up whenever one showers or washes hands. We got a room with view to the sea. Swimming pool area is clean, However you still have people booking the lounge charis with towels early in the morning. Average buffet. Somedays you get decent meals, others just plain boring. Avoid the salads/cold food section. Had stomach problems after eating salad for two days. Too many people at buffet making the whole dining experience very unpleasant. Staff in the restaurant is however very friendly. There is an outdated game room and gym. The gym is a massive disappointment. Rusty, broken down, outdated, self-made cable machine that should be in a junkyard. 4 sets of 6kg to 12.5 kg DB, 2 very old trendmills and a stepper. With this day and age of fitness, i would expect decent, modern and most of all SAFE gym equipments. Loud guest screaming past midnight. Very frustrating.

We stayed at this hotel in the “Villa” in April 2024. The villa we stayed in was un-livable. Here are some of our complaints. The shower in the bathroom that is attached to the bedroom did not drain. The shower was not clean! The water went up to my knees. The water was disgusting and never drained so I was never able to wash off all the muck that occurred from not draining. Because of that my husband showered in the second bathroom. Water came dripping down from the ceiling into the living room into my luggage that was open and got everything in there wet. Clearly this was not a new leak because damage was seen on the ceiling from previous leakage. That bathroom also had an infestation of ants. The ants were all over my son’s toothbrushes skin care, clothes and towels. It was really disgusting! So basically, we had two unusable showers, and one unusable bathroom. One of the 3 bedrooms smelled of mildew and mold. After trying to find the smell I found wet rags in the closet. They were covered in mold. My son had to sleep in that room. The entire villa felt dirty and was not cleaned properly. The lighting in the villa was horrible. We couldn’t see anything in the bathrooms or in any of the rooms. The lighting was so inadequate! I don’t know how you think that that is enough lighting for you to rent this villa. We also weeks before our stay for a transfer from the airport to the villa. That booking was confirmed via email They assured me they booked a van. I also confirmed with them a few days before we arrived. When we arrived at the airport, there was no one there for us. I had requested a large van specifically telling them we had four large suitcases and four carry-on suitcases. After waiting an hour for a driver we called the hotel and they had forgotten to arrange the transportation. After that call they sent someone in a small sedan car that would only fit less than half of our luggage. He had to find another car that could help get two of us and half of our luggage to the hotel. So we ended up with 2 cars. And we still had to pay for that, even though that mistake was on them. We stayed up until 2:00 am searching for a new hotel. When the gentleman that works there asked why we are checking out early we told him our issues and he seemed to know about all of them. They had no remorse or apology. They wouldn’t give us a refund. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and 100% the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my 55 years of life. Do not stay there!!! It won’t let me post 0 stars, but that’s what it deserves.

Very nice place to stay for a relaxing trip. Rooms are nice and clean and also cleaned daily. All of the staff is super friendly. Both pools were well maintained. The food at the all inclusive is great, there are plenty of options as well as themed nights. There is a range of different entertainment and events happening throughout the week. It’s very close to the beach and only ten minute drive from the old town, there are also nearby bus stops for other day trips. There is also a shop which is very convenient. Overall very happy with the service and hotel in general, had a great experience.

Looks nice from the outside. Room was ok. Not 4 star at all. Entertainment very poor. Food bland and boring, barely warm, very repetitive, the gym, well I’ve been to many gyms, this one has 1 treadmill 1 weights machine, how they can call that a gym is beyond me, I think they cater to the German guests, the so called entertainment team can barely be bothered to speak English, nor did they try and interact with my 3 kids, all of whom are under 10 years old. I’m just glad we only came for a week, I really think holiday companies give out 4 stars for anything. This hotel is 3 star at best. And that’s pushing it. Can’t wait to go home. I guess you live and learn.

The hotel is spotlessly clean with a beautiful pool area. The food is amazing with plenty of choice. The location is great. Just a 20-minute walk to Lindos with taxis available if needed. All in all, it's fabulous 👌.

We have just returned home from the most wonderful holiday and hotel experience at the Lindos Sun in Rhodes. If we were to write our own description of a perfect hotel, this would be it. It’s a bit bigger than a boutique with an intimate boutique feel. The room we were allocated was perfect and had a great balcony. It was very private, yet only took around 30 seconds to walk to the beautiful pool. There were always enough sun beds and places to eat at breakfast and dinner. The hotel was kept to the highest standard by everyone who worked there. There are two managers, one who leads the general hotel and one who leads the kitchen and they both do a greatly impressive job ensuring their guests have everything they need. The staff team; the cleaners, the maintenance, reception, the waiters, waitresses, the bar, the pool bar and the whole chef’s team could not do enough to keep everyone happy. It’s hard to give a special mention to anyone in particular because everyone was really incredible. However, we must mention the chefs and the waitresses for the most wonderful dining experience we have ever had, including in 5 star hotels. We would recommend this hotel to couples and families who are looking for a really quiet but fun accommodation. It’s more like an adults only hotel which made it even more perfect! We would recommend hiring a car and using Pefkos Mare in Pefkos who are very reasonable and you can email them beforehand to arrange it. Thank you to everyone at Lindos Sun for a really special holiday👌🏽Every guest we spoke to thoroughly enjoyed it.

My first solo trip and I couldn’t have picked a better place! I do have some negatives but not a lot in comparison to the positives. The breakfast was great. The place was spotless, the staff were lovely, housekeeping did an amazing job, free toiletries were great fully received (I only bought hand luggage so space was an issue) the shower was incredible as was the bed! Down sides are all financial. They take a €150 deposit which is advertised no where and if I hadn’t had my credit card with me I’d have been screwed! There’s no price lists. Not for the mini bar (generally €2.50 an item) or for the restaurant (€35.00 for evening meal which is expensive compared to the town although the food is very good) A medium glass of wine in the bar was €7 which is steep, I bought a bottle in town for €6 This is to be expected at a hotel bar but my gripe is with the lack of openness for prices! I’d deffo come back again though but this time slightly more educated. The walk into town gets easier. The Atmosphere bar is great, the supermarket in town is MUCH Cheaper than the one next to Ice bar. If money wasn’t a concern I’d probably have given it 5 stars, although no attempt to help with my bags was a tad poor! Beautiful place, lovely grounds, mostly great service and a short (but steep) walk into a stunning town.

Nice chilled quiet relaxing stay here. The pool was spotlessly keen, well kept beautiful gardens, friendly staff and fantastic views. Could maybe do with a few more facilities by the pool and bar. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

My boyfriend and I stayed here the first weeknof september and had the most amazing time. We had our own room with a pool and it was immaculately clean and very comfortable. We were half board so made use of the restaurant at breakfast and dinner which was absolutely delicious especially the lobster soup!! All of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful especially the two guys behind the bar who made our stay so much more fun!! We absolutely loved our stay and cant wait to come back!✈️

We just had our first family holiday abroad at Blue Sea Holiday Village. We wanted a pleasant, relaxed, reasonably priced, all-inclusive holiday, and this hotel delivered easily! We are very happy with our decision to stay here. The staff were mostly friendly and very hospitable. We were given food on (late) arrival and our rooms were clean, as was the hotel in general. We had an issue with one of our rooms which the hotel resolved quickly by moving us to a better room. There was always a lot of choice at mealtimes so we could always find something we wanted and everything we had was fine. People looking for alcohol free options will be limited to water, coffee, and soft drinks, which were also fine. The main pool has a relaxed vibe and is conveniently located near the snacks/drinks bars along with many activities arranged by the animation team, who were good, so we spent most of our time here. On one evening they brought in a Stevie Wonder/Aretha Franklin/James Brown tribute act from South Africa who were genuinely brilliant and very funny. We will be looking for a similar experience on our next holiday!

We had a great stay. Rooms were beautiful and cleaned thoroughly every day by lovely cleaning staff who left the room cared for and spotless. Staff were so friendly and hospitable (we loved Michael at the bar). Food was good, better than other inclusives I’ve been to. The only downside was the lack of wifi in certain areas of the hotel. Would come again!

We recently returned to the Blue Sea Holiday Village in Rhodes after a wonderful first visit in October, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed. As returning guests, we were delighted to see that the service had only improved. A small issue with our room was resolved quickly and professionally — the team moved us to a beautiful room with a stunning balcony and breathtaking sea views. Special mention goes to the fantastic animation team — Attilio, Francesco, and Greg — who brought so much energy and enthusiasm every day. Fantastic Stay at Holiday Village Blue Sea, Afandou We had a wonderful holiday at the Holiday Village Blue Sea in Afandou. The location is ideal — just a short 6-7 minute walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy both the pool and the sea. The beach itself is a stunning stretch of sand and pebbles that goes on for miles, perfect for long walks with the beautiful blue sea and a refreshing breeze. Just a heads-up: some kind of footwear is recommended if you have sensitive feet due to the pebbles. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and great options for vegetarians — we were never short of delicious choices. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and a special mention must go to Sotira in the dining room. Despite how busy she was, she always took the time to make us feel welcome and have a chat, which really added a personal touch to our experience. Our room was fresh, spotlessly clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The large bathroom was a nice bonus, and we loved sitting on our balcony, which overlooked a beautifully maintained garden — such a peaceful view to start or end the day. The pools and surrounding areas were lovely and well-kept, with great spots to relax and enjoy a drink. We also appreciated the comfortable reception lounge, where we often sat with hot or cold drinks to unwind. Overall, this was a fantastic holiday — a great mix of comfort, great food, kind staff, and a beautiful setting. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning! ⸻

No matter where you take a photo, it looks straight out of Pinterest. You could easily call this place luxurious. I highly recommend it! Special shoutout to the best bartender, Elli – her cocktails are phenomenal! Mr. Nicolas is always around, super helpful, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The hotel is old fashioned, the rooms are quite old as well as the furniture in them. However, the friendly staff, excellent service and regular cleaning improved our impression. But the best impression was left by the Maitre D, I forgot his name unfortunately, he came out to meet us and every day they prepared porridge for the our baby, at the exact agreed time according to our recipe. we will never forget this for him, and for him we would come back again. big greetings

What an absolutely amazing little place . The hotel is good and very clean , rooms are a little tired but still very clean and the staff are all fantastic, from the managers to the waiters/waitresses/bar staff entertainment team to the cleaning staff they all work really hard. My husband suffers from celiac disease and he was looked after so well . Fresh eggs cooked every morning and kept aside so they were cooked first and the same with lunch, fresh meats cooked separately. He was so well looked after especially by Costa ( the restaurant manager ) and the lovely lady at the show cooking area (hope she’s there when we go back next year) Would definitely recommend.

The rooms would need some renovation because the hotel is starting to get a little old, good food and drinks, placement close to the beach with free sun beds. Friendly stuff specially the lady in the pool bar and animation team. The stuff in the reception are welcoming and want to help when we had a problem. Different shows every evening but they could be longer, a girl does mini disco for the kids every day, and they also have a mini club where my kids loved to play so me and my husband could get some free time around the pool. But sadly there was a Barman that always made problems when we wanted to take drinks, a bit disappointing. I recommend this hotel for people who don’t spend much time in their rooms, and want to have a great time outside

we had a wonderful week of holidays. the location is perfect, there are a lot of buses or cheap rentals cars nearby if you want to travel by your own. Yes the airport is close but the sound of the planes is not that bad. As soon as we arrived we have been upgraded, so we had a sea view room instead of a garden one. The room are really clean, maybe some furnitures needs to be refreshed like the bed lamps but that’s just a detail. Otherwise the food is great, there’s different choices. But the most important thing is that all the staff is really kind, the entertainment with Micky and Ellen, the kitchen staff and all the waiters / waitresses, the receptionists, the cleaners.. Disastrous room, zero effort from reception – only the delegate and animators saved our vacation. We stayed at Pegasos Beach as a family with a small child. We had booked and paid for a superior room, but upon arrival, we were placed in rooms 213 and 214 – which were in absolutely unacceptable condition. The dirty carpet outside the door was just the beginning. Inside, we found old, rusty furniture, dirt everywhere – from the bathroom to the curtains, walls, and beds. Instead of relaxing, we had to start fighting for the room we had paid for. We contacted reception repeatedly and visited them daily, but we were constantly met with excuses: “Come back in two days,” then “Come back tomorrow,” then “We have no capacity.” No clear answers, just avoidance. Despite having booked and paid for the superior room, we were treated like we were asking for something extra. One young receptionist in particular made the experience worse by giving us constant judgmental looks, as if we were bothering her. On the other hand, we want to sincerely thank the other young woman and man working at reception – they were helpful and acted professionally. Eventually – after countless visits to the reception, calls with our delegate, and constant pressure – we finally got the correct room. But only after what felt like the hundredth attempt. The delegate had to constantly “bombard” the hotel to get things moving. Sometimes the staff claimed they knew about the issue, then they said it was solved, but nothing was actually resolved. When we finally got the keys to our new room, the receptionist kept asking for the old keys – even though we had already handed them over to the manager. This entire situation ruined our vacation. We only received the proper superior room on the fifth day, and by then, most of the trip was already gone. Were it not for our amazing delegate (who had nerves of steel!) and the excellent animation team, this vacation would have been a complete disaster. In conclusion: The hotel itself has potential, but the behavior of the reception staff, the filth in the rooms, and the way guests are ignored is a huge downside. If you’re booking a superior room – double-check everything and keep written proof. We had everything documented and still had to fight for what we paid for. Big disappointment for us. See for yourself.

We didn't get any help from other employees after several complains that the lady keep's coming at our room even when my husband and child lay on bed sick. We are never coming back here. I stayed at this hotel back in October, and the experience still haunts me to this day. I opted for the all-inclusive option and ate only at the hotel's cafe. On the second day of my visit, I started experiencing gastroenteritis symptoms, became severely dehydrated, and ended up in the hospital. I was discharged with antibiotics, lab tests were done (leucocytosis, CRP was increasing) and when I spoke with the staff, they didn't believe me. They said it was just a virus, even though I was discharged from the hospital with antibiotics. Additionally, the room cleaning wasn't the best. I will never return here and risk my health again.

Last weekend may 2025 our stay started . Yes this hotel has had a major refit over the last winter, spring. Not fully ready as of this weekend Eating area, bars , pools , kids play area , grounds, most rooms have had work done or still been finished off. Bedroom floors 4&5 still been done. From what we have learnt they are well behind schedule. From the pools looking up at the building you can still see rooms under refit. All staff are chipping in to try sort things out. Our first breakfast a bit poor offering , no juices ( only out of a gun system next to the Pepsi and fanta! ) no toaster but plenty of breads and sweet pastrys been offered, cooked breakfast and cold offerings. Kids play area has been ripped out to be repositioned somewhere. Kids club still under refit - not good when we picked this place because of our 5year old.

"Unforgettable holiday" at Pegasus Deluxe. Before our departure to Rhodes, I checked the reviews about this hotel. I was shocked by the reports of food poisoning. It was too late to cancel, so I took medicine and bought medical insurance. At first, everything seemed fine. We were given a nice sea-view room. But 48 hours into our stay at the hotel, I started experiencing bloating, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Even after 3 days, I still have stomach pain and can't eat normally. The hotel manager attributed it to a virus, but I didn't take a blood test, so I can't say for sure. However, I have never felt so miserable. I was unwell for half of our holiday. I wonder why my daughter didn't get sick. She eats only cooked meals, unlike me. So, I suspect the food was the main reason. Also, guests from nearby hotels did not report any food poisoning. The quality of the food is not great. Vegetables and fruits didn't taste fresh. There was no air conditioning in the restaurant, and they used reusable plastic glasses at the pool bar. Everyone had access to the ice cream. The only good thing about this hotel is its location on the beachfront and the good room cleaning service. The people I met also complained about food poisoning. After so many cases, the management should take measures to stop the spread of infection at the hotel. It should be closed for a while, and tourists shouldn't be staying there.

So disappointed in this resort. We previously stayed at the Grecotel in Corfu and it was amazing....this place is not. Rooms, hallways, elevators all need renovation. Currently the air-conditioning is not working. The first room we checked into last night had hot air coming out of the AC vents so we waited about 1- 1 1/2 hours for them to put us in another room just to have the same EXACT thing happen. We had to sleep with the sliding doors open and of course woke up with mosquito bites everywhere. If the resort as a whole is experiencing issues with their air-conditioning, we should have been notified of this when we checked in yesterday. The 2 meals we have had so far at this resort have just been mediocre at best.While the hotel staff are extremely polite and the ocean view and pools are very beautiful, that cannot make up for all the other things listed in this post. I would NEVER stay here again. It's so bad my husband is looking for a room elsewhere. Again, I cannot describe my level of disappointment at this resort compared to the one on Corfu. The one on Corfu is a 10, this is a 2.

Our 7 days family stay was amazing. Everything was top class from service, rooms, facilities to entertainment. Postives: 1. Special thanks to Martina who sang lullaby to our 3 months old when he was crying. 2. We booked directly via hotel website so there was free pickup/drop from/to airport. 3. There was a guy at dining service(don’t remember the name) who took really good pictures of our family. 4. We got a free upgrade to sea view room which was great. 5. We arrived at 9 pm and couldn’t have the dinner because the kids were tired. They gave us complimentary dinner in our room which was really a nice surprise as the other lady(from customer relations team) already denied twice for it. 6. There is a lot to do for everyone so no chance of getting bored. Negatives: 1. Some staff members specially at reception area looked overwhelmed with so much work and guests to handle. Reception desk should be bigger enough to handle more no. of guests at the same time. 2. There was a photography session at dinner service on 1 evening which was from an external company. The guy explained nothing before taking the photographs and was later charging different from different people for the hard and soft copies. There should be clear information about the price and everything before guests can opt for getting photos clicked. 3. Food was good but was getting a little boring as there were selected options for vegetarians. Just a suggestion to add may be quick vegetarian dishes to the menu(like samosas, easy curry options etc.)

I just stayed here with my husband for a few days, it’s a very beautiful resort with very amazing serving staff. All the bartenders, bar managers, servers, and waiters/waitresses were absolutely beyond amazing. I think our best night of our trip was visiting the Greek restaurant, because of the waiter we had. I will say, it did seem that one of the managers for the restaurant and beach bar that we had encountered many times on our trip was very harsh to the staff and it was quite uncomfortable to see them treated like that. The buffet food is one of the best that i’ve ever been to, the environment is very calm and peaceful and overall if you’re looking for a good place to tan, relax, and have great food, i would certainly recommend staying.

Very nice hotel. Staff are very helpful and polite. Communal areas are constantly being cleaned. The pool area is very busy, with holidaymakers getting up early to get a lounger. There are plenty of loungers on the beach and with a nice breeze, makes for a better experience.

Mixed review! From the photos online, this hotel definitely looked different in person and wasn’t quite what we were expecting (eg. Hallways, lifts and rooms were outdated but online they look new). Our room got upgraded on arrival and was still outdated/our view as you can see on the last photo wasn’t great. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star if this is what you are looking for. Glasses were also often dirty when given drinks. Food at the main buffet was decent but again I wouldn’t say 4*. Would recommend booking in the a la carte restaurants. You can only book each a la carte once during your stay. The Italian was the best food that we ate that week. Crepe and ice cream spot is lovely. One thing I have to say is the staff were absolutely lovely and made you feel very welcome. We did Pilates one morning and the woman that led this was lovely and accommodating, great session. We also took a bus into old town Rhodes for the day which I would recommend. It leaves from outside the hotel and goes every 30 mins. Cost us 2.50€ each way. We stayed for a long weekend and personally I couldn’t have stayed for longer than this given the food situation/not much to do in the area.

This hotel has been fantastic. Everything about our trip has been excellent, the swim up rooms were clean with amazing views of the sea and kolympia rock, and the food was great too. The service from the staff was exceptional and the entertainment each night really made the experience special. We have successfully returned to Slovakia after a night return from Rhodes, which was quite exhausting, but I still have enough energy to express my heartfelt gratitude to you. First and foremost, thank you for providing a smooth and very pleasant holiday experience. The yoga retreat hosted in your hotel exceeded all expectations, greatly thanks to your wonderful environment and excellent service. I also want to extend my gratitude for accommodating my gluten-free diet so thoughtfully. Even before our arrival, I appreciated the communication regarding my dietary needs. Upon our late arrival, each participant was greeted with a sandwich after the long journey, and I was delighted to find a gluten-free option prepared for me. In the restaurant, the dishes were mostly well-marked with allergens, and if a label was missing, there was always an English-speaking staff member to assist me. The gluten-free bread for breakfast was always provided upon request, and after a few days of dealing with undisciplined guests who cross-contaminated the butter, your team kindly brought me a piece of uncontaminated butter along with my bread. When I craved pasta, the receptionist took me down to the kitchen to meet the head chef. We agreed on a special gluten-free portion for me, which I waited about 25 minutes for. The chef even ensured that I had a separate sauce to avoid contamination from the regular pasta. After last year's gluten-free issues in Turkey, this experience was a very pleasant change. Your team's efforts made my stay truly enjoyable, and I am very grateful. Special thanks goes to: Chef Christos, Eleni – manager in restaurant and Aleksandra – receptionist. Additionally, I would like to thank your staff for their excellent recommendations for trips and public transport. We were very surprised when we arrived at the hotel after an overnight flight at night and received a tasty pizza. The hotel is located in beautiful place with mesmerizing views around. Great hotel located right on the beach. We had a room with shared pool which was lovely with views out to the sea. Definitely recommend one of these, great shower in a modern bathroom. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet food was excellent, meat great quality and cooked well. Had a variety of dishes to suit all ages and requirements. Location is between Lindus and Rhodes town, both about 45 minutes away using public transport. Ok for us, as we were going there for a relaxing holiday and the hotel definitely met all our requirements. Great value for money, booked all inclusive via Voyage Privee. Again would recommend both hotel and company.

Unfortunately we hand not such a great experience staying at Lutania. We stayed here for a week in August & we feel we were mislead by the photographs online and the holiday we thought we were getting just simply wasn’t. First of all it states that this is a 4* hotel, I would say it’s no more than a 3 at best. I’ll start with the good. The pool area, although the pool is small, was good. Lots of space to relax & just chill. The location. It’s not too far from the local bars and restaurants which are about a 10 minute walk away. The scenery is great, being surrounded by huge mountains & looking out onto the ocean. We took a walk to the old monastery on the cliff that’s nearby and it was a great view from up there. It’s right next to the beach so you simply just walk down some steps and you’re on it. The bad. Where to begin. Our room was poor. The bed was just a wooden framed bed that was so uncomfortable and sounded like it could break at any minute. The bathroom looked as though it was just plastered a few days before and was literally just a plastered floor and walls. The sink had a foul smell every now & then, mainly in the morning. It was the same for the balcony outside, when we opened the sliding door to go outside it would just smell of sewage every now & then. The furnishings were basic, it just looked like they had thrown the room together in a hurry so someone could stay in it. The vent for the air con had screws/nails which were loose/hanging off which was a concern. The staff were okay but never really looked bothered or like they wanted to help, more like they just didn’t want to be there. The food was edible but beyond that it was poor. The selection was the same every day, they just changed the type of meat that was in certain dishes. The drinks aren’t branded like your Coke/Fanta but what I’m guessing are the local off brand ones apart from Pepsi. Breakfast was about the only meal we could tolerate after the first few days but it’s hard to get breakfast wrong. So we ended up going to other restaurants nearby because of this & going to the local store to buy drinks & snacks, baring in mind we paid for all inclusive it was an absolute waste so save your time & money. You have to get up early if you want a decent sun bed by the pool, otherwise it’s a pick of what’s left. You have to pay to use the ones on the beach if you’re unlucky enough not to get any by the pool so keep that in mind. Overall not the best experience at this hotel. Would definitely recommend Kolymbia but would say this hotel is one to miss unfortunately.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at Lindos Princess Beach Resort & Spa for two consecutive years, and each visit has been fantastic! The location is unbeatable, especially for beach lovers – the resort is literally right on the beach, making it convenient for families. The food options were excellent, even for our toddler, with a great variety to keep everyone satisfied. We also indulged in some massage treatments at the spa, which were relaxing and professionally done – a real treat! The resort boasts great facilities for children, including a fantastic playground that kept our little one happy. Although our toddler was too young for the kids' club, we were impressed by how well the animation team engaged older children. The mini disco and evening entertainment for adults were both fun and enjoyable. Our child especially loved Lindo and Linda the donkeys – such a charming touch! A huge shoutout to the amazing animation team: Lea, Katy, Kim, Martina, Marco, Emanuel, Andrea, Elena(the Chef Animator)?, and everyone else – thank you for your energy and dedication! We’re also very grateful to Evgenia, who made our stay extra special this year. Thank you to Dalina for your bright smile and excellent service during breakfast, Florina for chatting with us and kindly tidying up after our messy toddler during snack time, and Georgina for always being so sweet with the ice cream and snacks. Kids Club The entertainment team does a great job and entertains children and adults perfectly. Especially in the Kids Club, Deborah and Nicole put their heart and soul into organizing great activities with the children. Crafts, ball games and painting. My daughter always wanted to play with Deborah from morning to night. I can really recommend vacationing here with children. My daughter had a lot of fun here! The other entertainers like Andrea, Nicole, Deborah, Elisa, Fabio make this vacation a very special experience for small children!

Great resort, fully recommend !👌🏿! Everything was perfect for its price, The service from all the staff was unequivocal. The number was excellent. The dining balcony was very precise and managed by great man. The food portions that were served were excellent, I couldn't let a day go by without the fresh and very delicious fruits.🍇 The spa and the sauna is the best in rhodos, professional and very kind staff. amazing pool area, bar with proper greec coffee and beach with unbelievably blue beautiful water. I would like to thank the cleaning staff on the 4th floor – you were all so kind, always greeted us with a smile, and were happy to help with anything we needed. A special thank you also goes to the chef who prepares the gyros at the snack bar – he always responded to my requests and made it perfectly every time. It was absolutely delicious! Thank you, Calypso Hotel, Rhodes Beach – we had a wonderful vacation at an excellent price!

Great place to stay for relaxing, no stress, resturant opening times allow for relaxed, no rush eating. Staff are super friendly, kind and helpful. Makis the resturante manager, very kind and helpful man. Food is the best all inclusive food ive had yet. Pool is freezing!! But massive and fun

Currently sat next to the restaurant and pool after enjoying our last meal before we depart home and we are sad to be leaving. The hotel is a typical, comfortable, family friendly hotel with all the basic amenities to cater to them. There are 2 large pools, a smaller pool and a toddler pool, all of which are well maintained and clean, although a little cold for the brits lol. But the cold is a welcome relief after a day of baking in the beautiful sunshine on the comfortable loungers provided. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily, the family rooms come with sliding doors to seperate the bedroom and livingroom/second room. The bathrooms have toilet, sink, shower over bath (no plug for a bath) and huge mirrors (great for the mom's and teens who want to do their hair and makeup). The staff are true to the stereotype that brits see in the Greeks. Super kind, super friendly, and always happy to help wherever they can. In particular, the manager of the restaurant, Makis, was really kind to our family throughout, and today went as far as reducing the price for lunch as our all inclusive had ended with us checking out this morning. We are extremely grateful for this especially with the long flight home we are facing. And finally the cats! We've seen about 15 cats around the hotel, and spent our meal times sharing bits off our plates with them. The Greek people seem to have a big love for cats and it shows with how well treated these animals are. We fell in love over and over with these cats. They aren't aggressive, they won't steal food or jump on tables and chairs, they will however give little shouts at people in the hopes of receiving food scraps which we are suckers for. The food is really good! Yes the selection is a little bit limited, but there are plenty of options for vegetarians aswell as those of us who enjoy meat and veg! I'm an extremely picky eater and yet I have had a full tummy every single day. The breakfast is very basic, but can't really complain when it's based on the English breakfasts. All in all I would give this hotel 5/5 and would happily return for another short stay in the future

Basic, clean budget hotel. The complex is spacious and spread out with various areas to relax such as lawn areas, snack bar seating, indoor bar area and a couple of lounge areas too. The food was to a good quality but poor choice with very limited options. If you’re a vegetarian you might as well just go out and buy dinner somewhere else. Breakfast was good but it’s the same ever day. The drinks were very limited on the all inclusive package, and the coke was the cheapest tasting cola you could get, in fact it was that bad we visited my parents hotel up the road and had drinks there, they were much better. The room was basic but very clean and spacious. The rooms are the best feature here and we were most comfortable in the room itself. The main pool is spacious and had seating / sun beds but the music playing was loud and not really music you’d want to relax to. There seemed to be another pool next to the restaurant which was out the way and quiet. Location of the hotel is a little out the was although frequent buses run from outside to Rhodes town and the airport. A single trip to town is €2,50 and for €8 you can get an all day pass. I would be unlikely to stay here again based on the poor choice of food and very poor quality of drinks

Rooms are very basic with no bath mats. The toilet suite was so closely located to the wash basin that one could not sit facing forwards.

Stayed in September of 2024 If you dislike being alone at night, this is the hotel for you. The cockroaches, as well as a variety of other insects, will keep you company all night long. For around €130 a night (per person) my expectations were high, and to say it was a let-down would be an understatement. I was welcomed into the room by an overpowering smell of mould. The bathroom was extremely dirty, from the limescale around the sink, to the green mould around the shower. I would discourage anyone from staying in this place, unless you have no standards for cleanliness or are looking for a nice way to waste your money.

Stayed at the hotel for a week, didint sleep a wink the whole time, because the door doesnt have any sound proofness, when its dark, you can see the light seeping out the contours, which resultated in hearing absolutely everything from the outside, kids in the morning, people passing through day and night, staff rolling their cleaning supplies, they took our "do not disturn sign" on the second day, so they could just come in as they wanted. The door is one thing, but we also had the room with the "sea view" the view was breathtaking, but the constant noise you could hear even with your balcony door shut, was maddening. The street is super busy in daytime, even more busier at night, plus it was over the dining area, where they also had events with loud music. The bed was okayish. Room was cleaned everyday with minimal effort, towels were changed(which was good!), we noticed that the sheets werent changed for atleast 4 days, which was probably because we didint tip, would have if there was effort. The food, for me, a vegetarian, there was little options that were good enough, the oven fish, alllways stale, but its a problem at many all inclusive hotels, mainly ate pasta and feta, sometimes there were more options. Boyfriend ate everything, but said the food was nothing special. The pool area was nice, the pool refreshingly cool, there were sun beds all over the place, we usually found a place, the pool bar served good drinks, always with a smile, i would give five stars for them. The staff was nice and friendly and helpful. The reception kept our ids as we checked in, which was a bit weird, since hotels usually just make a copy, but its probably because you have to pay the fee later, for the goverment, which resulted in 70 euros for a "four star hotel". The hotel is situated in a great area, you can walk to the city centre and there are bus stops everywhere. All in all, really not worth a four star status, really overpaid for the trip considering everything. But i had fun in Rhodes overall, the island is really friendly to foreigners.

We had a mixed experience during our stay, but we especially want to compliment the hotel staff. Despite an unpleasant situation with other guests (which was beyond the hotel's control), the staff showed great care and involvement. They listened to our concerns, took immediate action, and even surprised us with a fruit basket and wine to lift our spirits. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and varied, and the location of the hotel is excellent. Most of all, we were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. Thanks to their dedication, we were still able to enjoy our holiday. Thank you for the great care!

We (a couple without kids) had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. The food was outstanding, with delicious Greek specialties every day. The hotel and its surroundings were immaculately clean and smelled wonderful, giving a fresh feeling throughout our stay. The bar served tasty beer, and the beautiful pool area had a perfect grassy spot for relaxation. Internet was fast and reliable, and our room’s furniture was crafted from lovely solid wood, adding a touch of elegance. We stayed in a beautifully lit corner room with stunning sea views. The windows were well-insulated, so even though the hotel is close to the road, our sleep was peaceful, helped by blackout curtains that allowed for a long, undisturbed rest. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values a heartfelt, homely experience.

A wonderful all-inclusive. Beautiful pool and outdoor area. Overall, the staff is great, with most being better than a few. The room was adequate and the bed was firm but comfortable. The ocean view is awesome, but some street noise detracts from it a bit. The food is delicious with a great variety. The meals had more of a homemade feel than those at the bigger resorts.
