The perfect family holiday! This was our first abroad family holiday and we were quite nervous. However, we cannot fault this place in the slightest! The staff are outstanding - especially the restaurant team who are charming, efficient and considerate. We loved the pools, the views and the extras the hotel offered (like a free shuttle bus to the beach). The animation team were brilliant, making sure we had lots to do but not being pushy about it. The cleaners we wonderful and thorough, they even helped us locate a missing teddy! The lifeguards are very diligent and polite when helping people stay safe. We couldn't thank Michael and his team enough for how perfect they made this trip for us.

We were quite disappointed with this resort and wouldn’t recommend it if your goal is to explore Rhodes. While there are some positives, the negatives outweighed them for us. Positives: • Pools are nice and family-friendly. • Handy on-site store. • Rooms are clean, modern, and the main bed was comfortable (kids’ bed less so). • Air conditioning works well, though a bit noisy. • Most of the staff were nice especially the car rental guy next to reception, the bartenders and the cafeteria greeters. There were a few that were cold however. Negatives: • Food was bland, repetitive, and the snack bar served the same options daily. • All-inclusive cocktails tasted watered down and overly sweet. • Entertainment was mediocre, with the same songs on repeat by the pool and at night. • Location is very isolated — car rental was €100 for 12 hours, and taxis around €100 for a round trip. • Free shuttle to the beach is available, but the beach isn’t great and sunbeds cost €15 for two, with little space to just lay towels on the sand. • The Wi-Fi was terrible and barely ever worked Overall: If you want to explore Rhodes, this resort isn’t the best choice due to its location and high transport costs. But if you’re looking for a place to stay with kids and don’t plan on leaving the resort much, it may be a better fit.

Stayed here for 5 days with my three teenagers. Was a bit worried after reading negative reviews before we came. But we had a really lovely time, the family room was better than the pictures, had sliding door which gave us needed privacy. Fridge was handy. Ground floor room was ideal position to pop back from the pool. Never struggled to get 4 sun loungers together by the pool. Plenty of food options, we all went back for seconds on occasion. Limited alcoholic drinks during the day, but that didn't matter to me. All the staff were lovely and everywhere was super clean and tidy. The entertainment was fun during the day and in the evening, the Jersey Boys tribute were fantastic. The hotel is slightly secluded, we took the free minibus down to the beach and shops 1 afternoon.

So me and my family were at the Golden Odyssey for 5 days and we had a very average stay. When we arrived nobody escorted us to our rooms and we arrived late in the night, so we were walking around for about 5 mins trying to find our rooms. The pool facilities may have been the best thing there. The all inclusive food was very repetitive and not that great. The selections of drinks were awful. The staff at the desk were slightly standoffish however bar staff and the rental staff were lovely. Golden odyssey is located very far from everything so you have to rent a car or pay high prices for taxis. There’s not much to do on the actual resort. The rooms actually weren’t too bad. Overall our stay was a 2/10, personally I wouldn’t recommend staying here as it wasn’t a good experience. Also they charge tax at the beginning of your stay , there were 5 of us so we paid 100 euros.

Overall, the hotel is quite good and offers decent value for money. The service was generally excellent. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful — especially the team in the restaurant and the managers there. They were always very welcoming, smiling, and kind, which made our dining experience enjoyable every day. A special mention goes to the lovely woman and her son who run the on-site mini-market. They were incredibly sweet, polite, and helpful — truly lovely people who made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the manager at the pool snack bar. He was rude, unhelpful, and seemed to lack basic manners. One particular incident left a bad impression: I simply asked for some water for my children while we were at the pool — something very basic — and he made a big deal out of it for no reason at all. He refused to give me water, even though I saw other guests the next day taking drinks before the official opening time without any problem. He said nothing to them. It felt unfair and unprofessional. Aside from that, the rooms are basic but clean, and the hotel grounds are well-kept. The pool area is great for families, and the buffet has a decent selection, though the food can get repetitive after a few days. The beach isn’t right next to the hotel, but there is a shuttle service available. In summary, we had a good stay thanks to the majority of the staff, the relaxed atmosphere, and the cleanliness. However, the rude behavior of the pool snack bar manager was a real letdown and something management should definitely look into. With better consistency in staff attitude, this hotel could be an even better experience.

This was our second time visiting Evita Resort, and once again it was absolutely amazing! The food was fantastic with so much choice, the service was excellent, and everything about the resort makes for a perfect holiday. What really made our stay unforgettable was the entertainment crew – especially Sam. His energy, friendliness, and the way he gets everyone involved made such a difference. He truly went above and beyond to make our holiday special, and it wouldn’t have been the same without him. Evita Resort never disappoints, and we’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, great service, and an all-round brilliant experience!

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I travel with my family a couple of times a year, but this place was just a nightmare. If you’re reading this – honestly, don’t book it. We had to wait for hours in the heat to check in, didn’t get the room until 6 pm. The room was in bad shape, the food was awful, and the pool… disgusting. There was literally poop floating in the water. Sunbeds around the pool were broken too. Nothing good to say about this hotel. Total waste of money.

A really nice all inclusive resort. Plenty of activities. The Faliraki beach is great for snorkeling, but full of rocks. If you would like to relax on the beach I would recommend the other beaches in the south. Only negative thing is related to the cocktail bar and the pool. You are allowed to swim in the pool only between 10 AM and 6 PM, what I find nonsense. Also the all-inclusive package ends at 11PM. But maybe this is the case for every resort in the area. Many of the negative comment here are unjust.

I recently stayed at Evita Resort in Faliraki and while the hotel itself had some positives, I was really disappointed with the restaurant. The food in the main restaurant was extremely poor – very little variety and the same options repeated night after night. On top of that, the food often looked unappealing, which made it hard to enjoy. For a hotel advertised as all-inclusive, this was definitely not up to standard, especially considering the price paid. That being said, I have to give credit where it’s due – the men at the snack bar running from 12-4 every day were fantastic. They made the best gyros and pizza I’ve ever had.

We’ve just got home from our week stay at Evita Resort. After reading reviews before coming, I was hopeful to what to expect. We arrived late at night, and the paper and pen was given to us to fill out before a hello. We were then told we needed to pay 35€ tax (which we expected) and the all inclusive bands were put onto us. We were then told all of the facilities at this hotel. But told we are to wait for a taxi to take us to Evita Alegria as the resort was full. We were told that they don’t have all inclusive but we can still have it and that they will pay for the taxi. I asked to speak to manager who wasn’t working, I asked to speak to the supervisor who also wasn’t available. I then asked for the situation to be put into writing and I was told that the reception staff had no authority to do this and that someone would get in touch the next day to discuss compensation!!! And a manager would be available from 11 am the next day. I asked to be sent to another equivalent hotel to what I had paid for when Petros (a very rude receptionist!) began to raise his voice and just tell us he has no authority and we have no choice but to go to Alegria and the taxi is waiting. The taxi left as we were taking too long trying to get an alternative to which Petros wasn’t happy about at all. When the reception staff refused to let us speak to a manager and had no authority to do anything else. We went to Alegria where the staff were incredible. They made us feel so so welcome and greeted us with a smile. The next day we came back to the resort, and Mika on reception had a brilliant manner. She told us (at 11:47) that no manager was available and the compensation should have been discussed with us at check in 🤔 . We then spoke with the excursion desk and were offered a car for free for 3 days (of our 7 day holiday) for compsentation. We refused this and said we need a room here or another equivalent hotel. Then at 2 pm, with the travel agent involved, we had a room at the resort! After an overally disappointing start and first day! We finally felt ready to start the holiday. We had a clean and spacious room. Perfect facilities and everything is close to the main areas of the resort. They say no sun bed reservations but they don’t monitor this, so by 9am you can’t get a bed by the pool. But we stayed at the smaller one and it was perfect! Food was always hot and fresh. The gyros and pizza from the snack bar were great. Neither of this can be faulted. Staff were all so kind. Petros at reception was the worst staff member we came across. Not friendly, not helping us out. No customer service skills whatsoever.

Amazing Stay at Anavadia Hotel – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful time at Anavadia Hotel on the beautiful island of Rhodes. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the top-notch service – the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, authentic Greek cuisine that we looked forward to every day. You could really taste the quality and love put into every dish. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The entire hotel was kept very clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The pools were excellent, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off in the warm Greek sun. Everything was of the highest standard. A big thank you to Georgios and the lovely ladies at the reception – your kindness made our stay even more special. Warm greetings from Janek and Milena from Poland – we hope to come back soon!

Overall it was quite good. The rooms did have quite a few spots and stuff but that's just nit picky. The resort is in really close proximity to many beaches and activities such as mini golf. The best thing for me was the staff. Special thanks to bobby who truely made my holiday this month (July 2025 ) as well as Angel. They both made great effort to help my holiday be the best it could and are incredibly helpful, funny and kind.

The stay at the Anavadia Hotel was excellent. The hotel and its surroundings are very well maintained. The hotel also has two swimming pools, surrounded by soft sun loungers with umbrellas. There is also a bar, where all kinds of drinks were always available. The room was always tidy and clean, and the food in the restaurant was top-notch. Special thanks go to the extremely friendly and professional staff. Our legend was mr. Giorgios. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the sea. The beach is beautifully arranged and the sea is clean. Definitely, if we ever visit Rhodes again, we will stay at the Anavadia Hotel, so we recommend it to everyone. 10/10

Not a 4-Star Experience – Would Not Recommend We were very disappointed with our stay at this resort. The property does not reflect the photos or its 4-star rating. The room we were first given had no lighting along the paths leading to it, the sink sprayed water everywhere, and the shower flooded the floor. Power was lost on our first night and didn’t return for over 12 hours—no generator, no support. We were moved to a second room only to find the bed, pillows, and sheets full of bugs. When we raised this with reception, we were told “that’s nature,” and only offered clean sheets. Not acceptable. The restaurant hygiene was also questionable. Food was left uncovered, attracting flies, and the bread was often stale. One of the pools was green/cloudy in colour and clearly not maintained. The only positive was the manager, Nikitas, who was kind, apologetic, and offered us a better room. But by then, the damage had been done. This resort needs serious maintenance, and a more professional staff approach. I would not stay here again

Great if you get a deal, probably wouldn’t recommend at full price. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Some staff were lovely and accommodating — they kept the buffet open when we were late for lunch and offered food even when we arrived at nearly 1am on our first day. While a few staff were a bit odd or rude, most were friendly and helpful. The pool by the main buffet (first two pictures) was really nice and peaceful, with only occasional road noise. We didn’t use the other pool (last picture) after another guest said the filter was broken. Although it looked murky throughout our stay, people still swam in it. It also had loud music playing, which wasn’t to our taste. Unfortunately, that was also the only pool with a bar open during the day, meaning we had to walk over just to get a drink. It wasn’t far, but still a bit annoying. The toilets near that bar were also filthy and flooded, so we used the ones in reception instead, which were much better, although you do need to put a cover up on to go in. Drinks were nice overall, with a decent selection included in the all-inclusive (including cocktails), though some drinks cost extra. The food was really enjoyable — not a huge variety, but always something we liked. We're not picky eaters, though we did hear some guests complain about selection. There was always some traditional Greek food available which was always delicious, the hummus in paticularly was fab. The location was excellent. The hotel was very tranquil, with mountain views, and the closest beach was only a 10-minute walk. Another beach in a cove was about 20 minutes away, and several others were accessible by bus, with a stop right outside the hotel. The reception staff were happy to help explain the bus services and routes. The bus was great for sightseeing or even going to Falaraiki in the evening as they ran fairly late. Tsambika mountain was amazing and also walkable if you enjoy walking (some scrambling involved, probably took us about 2 hours total in the end). Kolymbia town is a short walk away with some nice bars too. The biggest issue we had was access to drinking water. We received two bottles in our room on arrival, but the fridge wasn’t restocked after that. The restaurant had a postmix water tap, but signs said not to use it. There was a water machine by the main bar that we used for the first day or two, but it was removed without explanation. We later learned from another guest that their son had been electrocuted by it. After that, we had to ask bar staff to fill our bottles — the pool bartender was happy to, but the main bar bartender was reluctant and told us it could break their machine. When I asked where I should get water, he said, “you buy it.” So eventually, we did to avoid the frustration. It wasn’t too expensive at the hotel shop, but for an all-inclusive, it was very disappointing. No matter the quality of an all inclusive I would always expect water. Near the end of our stay, the machine was replaced, but the whole situation was frustrating. If you're not a big water drinker this is probably not too much of an issue but if you get through at least a few bottles a day it gets very annoying very quickly.

We are a Family of 4 who stayed there for a week in mid August with rooms 453 and 455 This very obviously doesn't deserve a 4 stars rating (which we suspect to be either expired or fraudulently acquired). Upsides are the proximity to the beach & sea, and the pools; also the friendliness of the guest-facing staff and their good level of foreign languages Most other things are downsides; particularly the food which is either bland or plain disgusting even for the greek specialities apart from the fruits (but there are not many to chose from). It's very clear that they put the very cheapest items they could for everything; Including the drinks which are too sweet. For example, we checked a sample of food, and found that some would be illegal to sell in France. Closing hours are too early (pool closing at 18:00, every dinner's plates removed from 21:00, even deserts) The beach and sea never closes but there are also never been a single lifeguard at the beach in the whole week (they are at the pools). Also some sunbeds are broken and never repaired Appliances are old and dated. The bathroom doors, the fridge, and the A/C (at slow speed) can get noisy The neighborhood in itself is quite bad compared to what's in Rhodes; Rhodes city is at ~20m drive The quality of the guests varies. There are a few unmannered and dirty people. Some families so fat we witness for the first time they needed multiple sunbeds for each person There are planes flying above very often. You will hear around a few dozens a day (including night). There are not so inconvenient during the day but during the night, I believe it would be hard to sleep for some I am quite confident they are absolutely aware that most of the guests would never come back but don't care since Sunshine took their money already

From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, it was the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. First my daughter required a family room with easy access for me having walking difficulties, was put in the block at the other end of the complex. The room was a disgusting, did get offered a move after 3 days, But further away so stayed put. No kettle in the room, if i wanted a cup of tea had to go to the other end of the complex. Food in the restaurant was terrible same thing every day, so we ate out most nights. The only thing that was nice was the pool and the location. If you thing of booking this hotel DON'T

The hotel is very large and offers an all-inclusive experience, which is great for families or groups looking for plenty of options. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. The cocktails and drinks are very sweet and not of high quality—more sugar than flavor. The rooms feel quite old and could really use some renovation. Also, the swimming pools and activity areas are spread out too far from each other, which makes it inconvenient to move between them. Some of the rooms are also located far from the main dining area, which can be tiring, especially in hot weather. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you like large resorts, but some improvements are definitely needed in terms of food and drink quality, room conditions, and layout.

Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Staff Care I stayed at this beautiful hotel and was truly impressed. The view of the sea is stunning, the food is both rich in variety and absolutely delicious — definitely top marks for the cuisine! What made the biggest impression on me, though, was the incredible care and kindness of the staff. I unfortunately suffered from heatstroke during my stay, and they looked after me so beautifully. A gentleman standing near the restaurant, probably part of the security team, fanned me with a hand fan for half an hour. The manager even called me personally in my room to check on how I was doing. I’m deeply grateful for their help and compassion. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!! (Rated 4* in 2012 btw). Positives: most of the staff are really friendly and do their best to make you feel welcome, this is despite all the odds up against them! The location is great and is really close to the beach. Their al la carte restaurant Mamma Mia was the one good meal we had at the hotel. Negatives: the food was really poor, the quality isn’t there with the food being bland, only fatty cuts of meat and there being a limited choice of food, within a couple of days you’ve seen everything at the buffet which gets boring fast. The rooms are outdated, our bathroom flooded after every shower and the shower was no longer bolted to the wall. The air con was also broken in our room. The beds were like laying on an ironing board with a pillow for each of us which felt like you were laying straight on the mattress. Unlikely to be the best bed for somebody who has back pain. Also will note not all the arcade machines work and will take your money but the hotel are not able to access these so just take your money! In summary: staff are friendly and do their best but the hotel needs a lot of work and the food seems to be very cheap and needs work!

Cyprotel was our first family holiday abroad. We were greeted by a very friendly and funny lady on reception, and headed for our room, 4113. The room was spacious with a large double bed plus bunk beds. The air con worked really well, and we had a great view of the slide pool. We loved all of the 3 swimming pools, but stayed mostly at the slide pool. Our boys had so much fun playing in the smaller pool and of course, on the slides! The slides were a huge hit! Always managed to get sunbeds at all pools, at any time. Food was absolutely fine, we always found something to eat and never went hungry. My kids loved the selection of puddings 🤣 ice cream and donut balls were available in the day and both were lovely, the ice cream was perfect to cool us down, but the donut balls with white chocolate sauce were my personal favourite 😍 the ladies in the hotel shop upstairs were all lovely and really friendly, and Nick on the ice cream counter/restaurant was also really funny. Overall we had a brilliant family holiday 🥰 thank you for the memories 🧡

I like this place and would go back It's a good location Lovely views from the restaurant. Food is generally good and something for everyone. The 3 pool are good. The quiet one is actually quiet. The slides are very good. My usual annoyance is people putting their towels on sun beds. The beach is a 15 minute walk. Totally worth it and so close to Faliraki. The rooms need a little updating on my opinion. There were 2 power sockets in the entire room. Luckily I had 2 extension cables.

Great family friendly hotel for excellent value! The overall resort is excellent and extremely clean - staff were always on the go cleaning, tidying etc. The rooms could definitely do with updating, but I got the feeling that they are gradually renovating the whole hotel. There is a good selection of food, not gourmet of course, but it's definitely a good selection! The restaurant is modern and once again, always clean. Pool bar was good in general, but the cocktails tasted a bit cheap. Snacks were good though - tasty ice creams and freshly made doughnuts. Lots of entertainment for the kids, especially the mini disco. Location is excellent, only a 10-15 min walk from the beach. Is this the best hotel I've ever stayed in? No, of course not. But for how much I paid, I was pleasantly surprised and would consider it EXCELLENT value for money.

Love this place. The service is absolutely top notch. Food is great, swimming pools are a lot of fun, rooms are clean and comfortable. There's an event every night if you're into this sort of things, but if you'd rather relax with friends afar the noise you'll find a place for yourself easily on the enormous grounds.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Cyprotel Faliraki. From the moment we arrived, the room was clearly not properly cleaned. There were ants crawling around, and to make things worse, we found a dead cockroach on the floor near the bed. I immediately reported the issue, and while the guest relations staff assured me that housekeeping would take care of it, the follow-up was extremely poor. When housekeeping finally came, the job was rushed and careless. The floor was still dirty, with visible hair and dust, and no attention was given to detail. On top of that, basic essentials like clean towels were not restocked, and most surprisingly, the bed sheets were never changed — not even once during our stay. I had to repeatedly ask for basic services that should be done automatically in any hotel. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that presents itself as a comfortable resort experience. The lack of proper hygiene, pest control, and basic customer service shows a clear failure in management and staff training. Guests shouldn’t have to beg for clean towels, fresh sheets, or a bug-free room. For the price we paid, I expected a clean and relaxing stay — instead, it felt like I was constantly chasing the staff just to meet basic living standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes real changes.

We were in this hotel for the second time. Overall we were satisfied, we just had to request a room change each time. The first time we got a room oriented directly on the busy road, the second time in the busier and noisier part of the hotel. In both cases the reception always came to our rescue and gave us another room. So although at the beginning of the stay you immediately solve the inconvenience, but we have always been willingly accommodated. The hotel has new and older rooms, some are renovated and some are not. The rooms were always clean. The food was also good, always tasty, excellent salads, plenty of everything. We love baklava and there are endless amounts of it :) The staff is very nice and helpful, they have my admiration that despite a lot of work they smile at the guests. The location of the hotel is nice, the hotel is smaller, from the beach you can go straight to the bar for lunch, everything is close. The beach and the sea is very nice, I recommend water shoes. Overall, we had a very pleasant holiday.

Stayed at the end of August as a family of three. We had a ‘superior’ room that was plenty big enough for us, modern, comfortable bed and excellent shower. Rooms cleaned daily. The pool is a reasonable size. It can get busy but you can always find some space. Struggled to get sun lounger by pool or beach earlier in the day so often had a table and chairs in the bar area and then loungers later on in the day. Access to the beach is great. Rocky at first and then sand once in the sea. Food was excellent. Plenty of choice and variety throughout the day and at the buffet restaurant in the evening.

Wonderful hotel. Our room was amazing, sea view with not only a balcony that overlooked the pool and sea but also a big window so we could see the sea from the bed. Great food. Lovely cocktails. Loved the cakes that were at the snack bar. Entertainment team were really good. Evening entertainment was pretty good compared with other hotels we have been to.

We had the most amazing time at Avra Beach. It was my first experience at an all-inclusive resort and I was overwhelmed by how efficient the operation was while still providing an extremely relaxed atmosphere. The staff were simply outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. The food was outstanding and the variety was excellent. We were lucky to get an upgrade to our room. We requested the upgrade a day before we arrived and the room was terrific! We didn't really experience much of the entertainment as we were ready for bed by about 22:00 but everyone seemed to have a great time. The car rental business "Superior Rent a Car" located opposite was excellent and the easiest rental experience I have had to date. Thank you to everyone at Avra Beach. You were wonderful!!!

Stayed with my husband and 2 sons aged 14 & 11 for a week in May 2025. We stayed in a family room with sea view which was perfect for us. Had an absolutely amazing time! The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. They decorated our room for my husband’s birthday. The entertainment team, particularly Sam, Bee, Boogie & Toni are such an asset to the hotel and really made our holiday fun. The hotel was always clean, we never had any issues getting sunbeds and found the food and drink very good. The location is perfect for the airport, Old Town and exploring the rest of the island. Cannot recommend enough!

Please ignore the negative reviews we nearly changed hotel last minute so glad we didnt. The hotel is on a flight path so yes plans do come over regularly so dont book if this is an issue for your party.The postive to this is hotel is only a ten minute transfer from airport we were the first drop off and last to be picked up. The rooms were clean and tidy however in some places could do with redecoration but this didnt effect our stay. We found reception staff to be kind and helpful and nothing was too much for them.Juat a heads up the service tax for your stay has to be paided in cash on arrival.The rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh bottle of water left for us as well.We had booked a sea view rooms would reccomend this the views are out of this world. An amazing animation team great programme of activities on 6 days a week during the day and in the evening they are all worth there weight in gold and tried to get as many diffrent people involved as they could. Pool bar yes you do have to queue at busier times but not for long.A tip by the pool there is a self service Fizzy drinks and water machine for use during day so I took my own stanley cup to fill up there. The food in the resturant as per some previous reviews can be the same most meals however in our weeks stay we always found something to eat. I would recomend booking one of the three resturants on site which you can go to one during your stay you book your reservation through an app upon check in we went to the burger resturant it was amazing. The cats are in resturant areas however they do not get up on tables or counters and are only looking for scrap pieces of food.The waterpark attached to this hotel is good - Only 4 slides however is good fun for a few hours. The hotel offfers a place to leave luggage on departing and gives you access to a shower room if booked at recption ready for you return flight home for free rather than having to pay 10euros an hour for late checkout. The hotel is an excellent location as the beach easily accesible but is rocky we expect that in Greece so was prepped.It is a 40 minute walk to the nearest town strip.However the hotel does offer a minibus services to local attractions Rhodos Old Town,Butterfly Park,Water Park etc for a fee. Overall a really good holiday thankyou to all the staff who are incrediable helpful and made us feel welcome.

We stayed here for 5 nights, arrived fairly late at night and had booked a family room which was due to have 2 rooms both with 2 twin beds. The room we were given was appalling and more like a hostel. It had the tiniest bathroom and my daughters 'room' was a box with a dodgy sofa bed in that was filthy and falling apart. To top it off the lift was directly next to our room and the lift made so much noise, like a high pitched drilling all through the night. The room also did not have a working flushing toilet and the mattress me and my husband had was unbearable with springs coming through. I went to reception the first thing the following morning and told wait a few hours and will see what they can do. 4 times I went back to reception to be told at 8pm they couldn't do anything today but come back the next day. Roll on the next I was finally given a suitable room but no compensation was given except a bottle of wine and 3 pieces of fruit in our room that were from the all inclusive buffet. On our final day they let us have our room for a few extra hours. I spent 2 of my 5 days holiday chasing for a suitable room which isn't acceptable. Overall the food is fairly good, but long queues for everything, drinks, dinner, beach bar etc. The place looks nice in some places but really tired and worn in others, especially around the pool areas. The location is near the airport (its under a flight path which is fairly noisy) but that's about it. They use a travel company to provide buses into Rhodes old town but fairly pricey.

Just got home after 7 days. Overall a really enjoyable trip. Initially we booked the annexe and it was a big mistake. Old, tatty, not very clean, ants everywhere. For the price we paid it was pretty poor and after 2 days we had to pay for an upgrade. The family room we changed to was excellent. Lovely room with an amazing sea view, well worth the extra cost. If you’re interested in going, don’t expect to get a sunbed by the pool unless you’re up with the birds. In the 7 days we were there we NEVER got a bed! There are signs saying no towels to be left on beds but the masses snag them way before breakfast so anyone who doesn’t get up with cockerel has zero chance. Food is excellent. Drinks, a bit limited. No free ice cream for the kids in the all inclusive 🤔… bit strange. Staff helpful, nice and clean. Not much to do around the area outside of the hotel and a taxi to old town Rhodes is around €20 each way and 20 minutes away. Amazing weather though 👌🏼

Food,rooms and location all good. Drinks are generic and not the proper thing. Don't expect coke or orange juice as it doesn't taste anything like. Evening entertainment is good for the kids, a bit hit and miss for the adults. Overall a great hotel for the price with families. Water park is great as are the pools dotted around the complex. You can get away from the hubub at one of the smaller ones. Breakfast at the beach bar is lovely. Planes do fly over the hotel, low, as they are landing at airport.

What a holiday! From the second we walked through the door we were welcomed so well all the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The pool and bar area was very nice and relaxing including an optional beach bar and area which was a massive bonus. The food was amazing which included local cuisine which we loved! The rooms very clean and nice sea views and even gifted with wine and fruit on our first day! William is the best bar man in Greece always very friendly. Definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a lovely getaway me and my girlfriend had the best time!

3rd time of staying at The Sunrise and each time we stay it only gets better. Beautiful hotel with a stunning view and on the beach. On arrival we had a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The staff are really lovely and extremely helpful. There are 2 pools and a separate bar for over 16s only if you like it a bit quieter. The food is amazing and always plenty of choice. We always come for the Greek Easter and the restaurant was done out beautifully and everyone joined in The Easter celebrations together. For us it's the perfect place to stay for our holidays, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Absolutely Amazing Stay – Can’t Wait to Go Back! I recently visited this beautiful hotel right on the beach in Pefkous with my friends and family, and we had the best time ever! The location is simply stunning – waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away was a dream. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and their genuine hospitality really stood out. And the food – wow! Every meal was delicious, with fresh local ingredients and a variety of options that kept everyone in our group happy (even the picky eaters!). Dining with a view of the sea just made everything taste even better. This was the perfect place to relax, have fun, and make amazing memories. We’re already planning our next trip back – can’t recommend it enough!

Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Absolutely Do Not Recommend This Hotel! I'm currently staying at this hotel for my vacation, and I feel it's important to warn others about this place. First and foremost, the drinking water is salty – it seems they source it directly from the sea. The same goes for the bathing water. This is a significant issue! What's more, the cleaning staff has been stealing money from our room. Despite "do not disturb" signs being clearly displayed, they still enter. Not only was our money stolen; other Polish guests also reported thefts. We reported the issue to the police, but the police are doing nothing about it, constantly sending us from one place to another. The hotel's location is another major drawback. It's literally in the middle of nowhere, with absolutely nothing to do nearby. This place is only suitable for those who want to do nothing but relax at the hotel. There's nowhere to go for a walk; you can only go a few hundred meters left or right along a busy road that has a sidewalk for only a short stretch before it disappears, and cars drive incredibly fast. The only option for a walk is the beach, which is rocky and truly filthy, incomparable to beaches in Spain. When you walk on the beach, your whole body sinks into the tiny pebbles, and if you want to swim, you'll need water shoes because it's full of rocks and there's no clear seabed. The food is monotonous and repetitive. Pool issues are also a problem. Putting up a sun umbrella is torture because they're damaged. To open one, you have to go to the bar for some kind of screw – I've never encountered anything like it. Additionally, the bottom of the pool and the water filtering grates are genuinely dirty and not cleaned systematically. Finally, I've never experienced anything like this: while trying to relax by the pool, someone was mowing the lawn with a noisy gas-powered mower right next to us. It was incredibly disruptive. In summary, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I understand it's one of the cheaper options, and my expectations weren't sky-high, but I've stayed in similarly priced hotels that were far better.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at the Kersten Palace Hotel Rhodos with the receptionist named Mrs. Nena. When I asked for her last name, she refused to give it, saying that hotel staff are not allowed to share their family names. Her behavior was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I often felt that she was deliberately trying to confuse or unsettle me. Instead of assisting me in a helpful and respectful manner, she repeatedly responded in a dismissive and disrespectful way. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable, especially for someone working at the front desk – the first impression of the hotel. It was truly disappointing, especially since the rest of the stay could have been enjoyable. I sincerely hope that the management takes this kind of feedback seriously and works on improving the reception service. Courtesy, respect, and helpfulness should be standard – unfortunately, that was not the case here. A heartfelt thank you also to Mrs. Elena, the manager at the reception. She was very professional and truly tried to solve all the issues. I understand that her job is not easy – especially when she has to work alongside people like Mrs. Nena. We genuinely appreciate her efforts. Outstanding Service at the Kersten Palace Olympia Restaurant – A Heartfelt Thank You! I would like to express my deep appreciation and sincere thanks to the entire restaurant team at Kersten Palace. The service was truly outstanding! The whole team was incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Every meal at the restaurant was a wonderful experience – not only in terms of the food but also because of the wonderful people. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Eleni , the restaurant captain– she is the heart and soul of the place! Her presence, care, and leadership make a noticeable difference. We were very disappointed with few points at this hotel. 1.The bathroom was not clean and looked very old. 2.There was a constant bad smell coming from the bathroom as soon as we entered the room. 3.The safe box is not included and they charge €2 per day to use it. 4.Towels provided were very old and not up to standard. 5.There is no iron in the room, and the hotel does not provide one if requested. 6.The air conditioner is not cold at all. 7.They provide you only 1 key for the room. 8. If you want internet you have to pay for per device and the hotel internet is poor On top of that, when we asked the reception why we had to pay for the safe box, the staff member’s response was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said, “because what you paid for the hotel is nothing, so we have to charge you for each service.” The Hotel location is Good and the view is very good and the restaurant staff are friendly.

Me and my partner enjoyed a lovely holiday here at Kresten Palace, we stayed in a room in the main block of the hotel which was very nice, though slight aging did show with cracks in the walls and tiles. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and during our stay, the cleaners kept our room clean and maintained and the dining staff were lovely whenever anything was wrong such as missing cutlery, the animation team provided lots of activites and night time entertainment which we enjoyed. The transport from the hotel was extremely easy with regular buses and help from the hotel staff if needed. The food was nice however did start to feel slightly repetitive at breakfast nearing the end of our stay. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend coming here 👍

What an absolute blast i had coming here!🤩 The reception staff was so kind and helpful, as love holidays managed to mess up my room, which wasn’t the first time it had happened so watch out for that through love holidays. However reception sorted it and got me the room was an additional charge but so worth it! The breakfast don’t get me wrong wasn’t the best option, we didn’t eat any other meals here as we ate out instead, so i can’t comment on much food, but for the breakfast if you’re not a fussy eater you’d be fine! The cocktail bar at the hotel was really really good! Very more for kids not sure if it was cause we went out of season.. possibly. The supermarket on site was mint! and the lady who works there id genuinely pay the price again to go back and see her! What an amazing woman🤍 Rhodes is so beautiful and this hotel really made the effort to fit in! Loved my stay here and would 100% return… people are so unrealistic about their reviews on hotels… but this one was absolutely unreal👏👏

Enjoyed 5 lovely nights here, can’t fault anything. Pool is lovely, not too crowded or busy like other hotels, bar on the pool decently priced cocktails tasty too. Have to give praise to the red headed lady (did not get her name!!) that I saw mainly work the pool bar she had good wit and was nice to talk to. Happy hour 5 euro cocktails inside the hotel bar was amazing too. Easy access to both ends of Rhodes, old town was just an easy bus and hotel had info on coaches to places like lindos and butterfly valley you can book and get picked up from the hotel itself. Rooms are clean, spacious and nice. Definitely recommend this hotel!

A lovely hotel for our first trip to Rhodes. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well presented with a welcome drink and snack plate waiting for us on arrival. Did have a problem with a blocked sink and a faulty door lock but both were sorted very quickly. Pool area was nice and relaxed with great views over the beach, you could even see Turkey in the distance!

Wonderful staff, delicious food, very tidy, and a very convenient location. The beach is just across the road and multiple bus stops just outside the front, making it very easy to get into the old town. The pool was never too overcrowded and always kept clean what's a bonus! Props to the couple who host the entertainment aswell, apart from them picking on me 24/7 and using me as a subject in front of every hotel guest. They took a liking to me arfter my questionable karaoke. Would stay again!

Let’s start with the good- great staff, helpful and cheerful. Nice looking outdoor pool though I never used it. Beautiful sunset views . This is not a 4 star hotel . Where do I start . There’s no room service so forget having snacks. No water bottles in the fridge even on arrival No food at the bar. No ironi or ironing allowed in the room. My room- an end room and the next room half floor up could see completely into my balcony as I into theirs - and I mean completely.or jump into each others! There is a charge for the use of the safe. Gym room - two running machines and two benches. reception area bare and shabby. One liquid soap in the shower. And over the sink couldn’t work out what it was. I had my own pool of water on the bathroom floor after taking a shower as the cubicle is so small and the flimsy curtain did nothing. The cleaners large trolley with sheets towels etc Was left every single day outside my room. The beach is across the road so it’s dodge the cars on a very busy main road - there’s no safe crossing but have to say many drivers do slow down or stop to allow safe crossing.

We have just come back from there is can't fault the hotel was very clean the room was lovely right on the sea front where you could see the sun set which was spectacular the sea view room overlooks the main road which is also nice to see especially in the night the room had a kettle and fridge the pools were lovely. Great location – close to the beach, both the new and old town of Rhodes, as well as many shops. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of options, and dinners were even better – different mix of cuisines every night, including a special Greek dinner. Drinks were generous, desserts delicious, though the selection of fresh fruit was a bit smaller. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with a particularly kind and professional restaurant manager. You can see they are proud of the food they serve. Rooms and common areas were kept very clean. The only downside was a booking error – we were given the wrong room for the first night due to a reservation mistake. Thankfully, the staff resolved it quickly the next day and we received the correct room by lunchtime. Because of this experience, I can only give 4 stars overall. If we ever return to City of Rhodes, we would be very happy to come back to this hotel.

Location is good - 15 minutes walk to the centre of Rhodes, so no need for taxi. Beach 2 minutes walk, but its stones not sand. Hotel - it’s definitely clean, our beds are made every day and room tidied up. Many cleaners on the site so no issue here. They always came during the day when we are out, not waking anyone in the morning so that’s a plus. Pool - it’s small, but clean so i wouldn’t complain. Perhaps maximum of 5 adults at a time if you want a comfortable swim, but beach is just around. So far (20 July) there are not many people so there is no issue with having a sun-bed (around 20 of them in total). Staff - always friendly and nice. Food - that’s where my issue stands. Breakfast has some good options (fresh eggs/pancakes), however dinner is lacking. I was surprised to find out no drinks included (not even water!) so every day we have to spend extra 15-20€ which isn’t that great, considering the dinner cost 20€ per person already. There are very limited options, especially on meat. Maybe 2 main dishes with meat, but it’s mostly bones and vegetables in thick sauce. Then standard cheap fries, pizza. Unfortunately Greek salad has maybe 2-3 pieces of feta cheese so it’s disappointing, also using white onion instead of red like everywhere else. Bread is there; but nothing to put on top no cheese or ham etc left which is also dissapointing. We get real Greek Mixed Grill for less than one dinner here, and honestly 3 times we just had to go and eat out as the hotel options were not good and no meat left. At least desserts seems always fresh cakes so that was okay. Overall I think I would stay here again, however I wouldn’t take food option, simply way too expensive for what the dinner is. Hotel staff very kind and smile always that’s a bonus👍😀

Me and my partner stayed at Semiramis for 5 nights / 6 days, and I have to say I wish we were staying for longer. The staff and service are absolutely wonderful. The restaurant serves fantastic food, and we really enjoyed the theme nights. Savvas who served us most nights is a fantastic and kind individual who made our stay even more welcoming. The cleaners were lovely and cleaned and tidied and rooms daily, and even made some cute sculptures using fresh towels. Reception and bar staff always meet you with a smile and are also lovely, Bill was extremely professional, happy to chat, and did some amazing drinks. I'd happily return to Semiramis and will be my first choice should we visit again 😁

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely incredible! The location is breathtaking, quiet and we’ve had the pleasure of witnessing two weeks of absolutely stunning sunsets. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure we have a wonderful time. They also upgraded our room for free and they’re always there for us, thinking with us, and making sure everything is in order. And let me tell you, the rooms are spotless! Every single day, a cheerful team comes in and thoroughly cleans them. And oh boy, the breakfast! It’s freshly made and absolutely delicious every single day with smiling and welcoming staff. A friendly and clean, well presented hotel. We were met on our arrival ( late night ) by very friendly staff waiting for us. Pool is ample with bar close by and toilets. Always a greeting on leaving and entering the hotel. Rooms cleaned every day by lovely staff who also said ‘kalimara’ . A 15 minute walk to a plethora of bars, restaurants in the centre, but 1 minute to the first restaurant ! Breakfast was full of yummy choices again with a wonderful welcome and on our last day, a touching goodbye. I have to say the staff really work hard to make guests happy ☺️🤩👍👍👍

We spent a total of 7 nights at Castellum Suites — the first 5 nights of our Rhodes holiday, and another 2 nights after a short stay at one of their sister hotels. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Old Town and local shops. It’s a lively place, mainly visited by younger guests, but the atmosphere was very respectful, and we felt comfortable and welcomed the entire time. All of the team members were incredibly friendly and helpful — from reception to restaurant staff and housekeeping, everyone made a great effort to create a positive, relaxed atmosphere. A very special thank-you to Rania at reception, who went out of her way to arrange a two-night stay for us at the sister hotel, Kamari Beach Resort Plus. Just returned from a week in this lovely hotel , cannot fault it , staff were friendly and attentive , most always asking if you were OK or needing anything . The food choice was plentiful and also tasted really nice , the meats available were in no way salty which I have found in many Greek hotels, we really enjoyed the choice of food available, something for everyone to enjoy , drinks were good also , there were a good choice available in the all inclusive option ... only thing is the pool is freezing ,but wouldn't say that is the hotels fault ,just where its situated, so doesn't get sun as long as maybe others , hotel is In a fantastic location as the Old and New town is only about 5/10 minute walk away.... Day before we left asked reception about if there was somewhere we could shower and freshen up before our flight home as we were to check out at 11am ,but flight wasn't till 11pm ,so the very helpful girl on reception said we could book an hour slot so we could change , there was no charge either for this , it allowed us to get showered before we left ... would recommend this hotel ...if we do go back to Rhodes we would most definitely book this hotel again .

I don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel, we are just home from a week’s stay. The rooms were lovely , very comfortable, cleaned every day, clean towel every day. Food was good, my husband is a fussy eater but even he enjoyed the food .hotel staff were very good and helpful. Hotel is a 10 minute walk from old town, just where we wanted to be. Definitely returning to this hotel next time we are in Rhodes.

This was our first visit to this lovely hotel and we enjoyed it. The highlight for us is definitely the beautiful pool. It’s never too busy, making it perfect for me to relax. There are always sunbeds available, no matter what time of day, which really adds to the relaxed, wonderful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the housekeeping from Ukraine, and a special thanks to nice lady Georgia who works in the cafeteria, and she was always around with a smile and happy to help. We had an amazing time in the pool every day — we could hardly get out of it! The rooms are updated since our current stay, and the bathrooms are a big improvement — so clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to local Mini Market and the beach Ladiko Bay. You do need to cross and walk along a main road, but it’s manageable and didn’t bother us. Food is nice. Food options are great - the fresh fruit is always good and plentiful, and poolside facilities such as the bar and restaurant serving a variety of well cooked dishes. Overall, this hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is especially great for families with kids. Thank you to all the team for wonderful stay!

We had a nice stay overall, especially thanks to the great staff — they were truly friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and lovely, and our kids enjoyed the mini club and entertainment activities a lot. The beach is also within walking distance (around 10 minutes), which was a plus. The hotel's small supermarket was very convenient and well-stocked. However, there were also some downsides. The hotel is quite isolated, which made it harder to explore the area. Our room felt very outdated — there were no sockets near the bed and none at all in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. While the internet in our room worked well, the overall comfort could be improved. The food at the restaurant was average at best. Both breakfast and desserts lacked flavor, and it was disappointing that drinks are chargeable after 11 p.m., even though we had an all-inclusive package. In short: great staff, clean pool, and family-friendly activities — but the rooms and food could use some updating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect close to everything you need, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options. The hotel was more than I expected! The all inclusive drinks were amazing but lethal🤣 and food was good with snacks available all day! The staff were lovely especially those who worked behind the bar and in the hotel shop! The reception easily arranged for taxis into the bar street in faliraki and had shuttles to the old town and beach! Only negative was that my fridge didnt work but other than that I would definitely return!

Nice Hotel, rooms a Little basic maybe it was the package we bought. Location was 10mins from faliraki. With the scooters wasn't too bad would hire a Scooter or car ideally. Local walks are lovely. Pool was nice and staff were friendly and engaing but not in your face. Breakfast was Ok as far as all you can eat ones go.

We stayed there for 7 days. We got a room for four people even though we were 2, but we didn’t change it because it was quiet. After some days we found this cockroach at the bathroom door. Also, the room service was not so great as we asked for more shower gel, but the cleaning ladies must have forgot. They also only changed the bedsheets, they didn’t vacuum the floor and we had so much sand from the beach. The food was good, with nice and friendly service. There is a big variety of food options, they also have a live cooking service. Beverages are not the best (cheap wine, cheap juice, etc). The beach is close, but if you want to sit near the beach on sundbeds you have to pay extra (10€ for one sunbed). If you stay near the bar or pool is free. Many people were complaining about overbooking at the reception with no options available. Moreover if you arrive there, you may (or may not) have to wait for about 2-3 hours to get your room. If you have the check out at 11 am and your flight is later than that, you can stay at the reception/beach/pool (means that you can use all the privilege), but you’ll not get a room to have a shower/to change your clothes (only if available, which was not our case). This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, I’ll give it a 3. Location is good, we had so many trips with a rented moto (very close to Anthony Quinn Bay, Traganou Beach, Rodos Medieval Town/New Town, etc).

We arrived home from this hotel at dawn. Before our trip, we read many positive and negative reviews, but we still decided to go there — and we don’t regret it. We stayed in room 517, near the pool area. The room was clean, and upon request, we received a baby cot for our little daughter. The young blonde lady at the reception was very kind, and actually, everyone working there was really nice. Our daughter is usually afraid of strangers, but here she smiled at everyone. The all-inclusive service was a bit weak, but there was always something to eat — it just wasn’t very varied. We spent a wonderful week here — it was our first holiday as a family of three. Downside: there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, but it didn’t ruin our mood. The beach is very close, the water is clean, and the shore is sandy. The beach bar was open from 10 AM to 11 PM, and the beer was cold and tasty. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t have high expectations when it comes to food. We don’t regret choosing this hotel! Thank you very much!

The rooms were decent, the animator Leo and the barman Renato were great and very friendly,the pools were good and the beach was great but a lot of rocks. Me and my family were here on vacation for 12 days and we were very satisfied. Overall 4/5 stars. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was decent overall, but a bit underwhelming. The atmosphere felt quite dull in the evenings — the entertainment was slow and not very engaging. We missed having proper shows or performances to enjoy and relax. Unfortunately, some money was stolen from us, which was really disappointing. Please be extra careful with your valuables. The food was repetitive and lacked variety, though the staff was kind and attentive, which we appreciated. In summary, an average stay — fine for a short trip if you’re not expecting too much.

Really good location, lots of shops, restaurants and activities around the hotel. Rooms were great and cleaned everyday, fresh towels and toiletries. We had bed and breakfast which was really nice. Staff were amazing and helped with anything we needed. Also get to use the beds on the beach and hotel gives towels. Pool area was never too busy and the bar staff were lovely. Great stay!

Great hotel in a brilliant location offering value for money! Yes there is currently some building work going on across the road but it honestly didn't bother us. Rhodes Town is such a busy, buzzing place that if you're looking for peace and tranquility you wouldn't want to stay there anyway. Rooms a little on the small side but lovely and clean. Breakfast was fine, nothing exciting but a mass produced buffet never is and they make crepes, omelettes to order so that's fab! The beach is just across the road, very pebbly so would recommend beach shoes. All in all, we loved our stay here. Used it as a base to do some great day trips before heading to Lindos for a few chill days.

Breakfast has a good collection all-round and the lady who cooks your fried eggs or omelette is so happy and welcoming. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Our room was lovely and spacious, and had a balcony. The roadworks across the road were not an issue as the room was pretty much soundproof. Amazing location right next to the beach where you can get a towel from reception to use the hotel exclusive sunbeds there. For daily excursions the hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk to the marina for boat trips etc. Service was fantastic, the staff were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable to us throughout our trip and able to help answer any questions we had. We were even offered an upgrade to a sea view room during our stay. Dinner was lovely, a great variety of food and the hotel for dinner was literally a 2 minute walk across the street, not a problem at all. Overall I cannot fault this hotel as it went above and beyond in every aspect to make our holiday special, thank you!

Stayed here for 10days in July 25. Amazing hotel with amazing friendly staff. We stayed half board and the food was tasty and varied throughout the 10days. Pool was a good size and never had problems getting loungers. It's set on a pebble beach with views towards Turkey mountains with amazing sunsets. Ben and Sammy the entertainment team work so hard every day making it fun for all the guests. Highly recommend a visit.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel from start to finish. Everything about it location the staff the room was very good. The food is plentiful and there is loads for different tastes for everyone. The only minor bad point is not the Hotel but the dust men in the morning there are so loud and we were on that side of the hotel where they came every morning. So if you're on the left side of the hotel be warned they are noisy it's not the hotel itself 👍

2 Families - 4 x adults, 4 x 15 year olds, 1/2 board. We had a lovely time here, the food buffet was varied each evening and the food both in the morning and evening was very nice. Our waiter, Vassili was brilliant, very friendly and provided a great service. The rooms were modern and cleaned to a high standard. The animation team (Ben and Sammy) were great, kept us all entertained throughout the day and evening, both had lovely personalities and went above and beyond. The 4e sunbed charge (for beach sunbeds) I feel was a bit out of order & the pool lifeguards people skills were not the best. Would recommend.

We are having a truly wonderful stay at Blue Horizon Hotel. The food is absolutely exceptional – fresh, varied, and full of flavor. Every meal feels like a treat. The staff is another highlight: warm, welcoming, and genuinely polite. They are going out of their way to make us feel comfortable and looking after throughout our stay. However, the one major downside – and unfortunately the reason I can’t give a full 5 stars – is the situation with the poolside sunbeds. The hotel allows guests to reserve them by leaving towels early in the morning, which means by 8 AM, every sunbed with umbrella is “claimed,” even if no one is actually using them for hours. Unless you’re willing to remove other people’s towels (which is awkward and likely to cause conflict), you’re left with no choice but to rent a sunbed with umbrella at the beach for 4 euros per day or take a spare sunbed and hide in the bushes. It’s frustrating and feels unfair, especially at an otherwise high-standard hotel. Such a simple issue to fix, yet it really affects the experience. If the hotel addressed this, it would be a solid 5-star stay without question.

This hotel was much more than we expected it was very clean both inside and out all of the staff were so friendly and polite we felt like we were part of their family cannot thank enough the two maids who kept our room spotlessly clean leaving bottles of wine and a beautiful display of the towels and notes for our wedding anniversary, the waiters and waitresses went above and beyond to be friendly food was exceptional loads of choices the female chef even told us what she had made and how she made it,bar staff were second to none,the lifeguard was very friendly and the entertainment team Ben & Samy were brilliant my wife got a fantastic massage by the in-house masseuse all in all a fantastic place to have a beautiful two weeks holiday the only downside was having to leave for home

We arrived late at night and initially were amazed at how stunning the hotel was. When checking in we were bluntly told we were not in this building but were in fact in a separate hotel across the road which was disappointing. The garden view room we had in this hotel smelt damp, it was small for 3 people and the balcony door did not lock which was not ideal being on the bottom floor. After raising our concerns the next morning we were moved to another room but still, in the same building which was disappointing as it wasn’t what we hoped for, but a lot better. Main issue to raise is We did ask for a late check out but this was not possible, however we were told we could have the room until 12:30 which was perfect. However due to lack of communication between staff, a female staff member entered the room at 11am in an extremely rude manner and told us to get out. When we tried to explain the time we had been told, she dismissed us, told us to get out and tried to grab a suitcase and drag it outside. Please improve your staffs manners in future and COMMUNICATE. However, The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. We also had full access to the other hotel facilities. The adult pool area was stunning when you could get a bed. (Advise no later than 10am) and right on the beach.

Lovely and clean, not the best location as towards the end of the resort but would recommend. Staff friendly, rooms cleaned daily. We had a sea view suite and wasn't disappointed. 3 pools all usual amenities and plenty of places to eat. Had a great stay there for family of four.

Stayed here last year in April for a last minute solo trip. The room size was perfect as it was just me. I booked the sea view room for an extra £10 and it was worth it. The staff were nice and helpful for when I asked about things to do and how to get around. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, bus stop close by and the pool was nice.

We booked our one-week stay at this hotel through the Swedish tour operator Ving, with breakfast included, and overall had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautifully located right by the beach. As others have noted, the beach is made up of small pebbles rather than soft sand, so beach shoes are a good idea. Also, the hotel is situated quite close to the airport, which means you will hear planes from time to time. However, once you set your expectations accordingly, these are minor issues compared to everything the hotel has to offer. There was plenty to do for both kids and adults. Even during peak hours, we never had a problem finding available sun loungers by the pool, which was a pleasant surprise. One of the highlights for our family was the kids’ club — our children loved it and wanted to go back every day. In short, a lovely and well-run hotel that’s perfect for a relaxed and fun family vacation. We’d happily come back again!

The staff were all friendly and helpful, highlights being Marianne at Reception who booked an amazing restaurant for us on our last night with a view of the sunset, suitable for vegetarians, and also the pizza guy at the restaurant who cooked the most delicious pizzas with great enthusiasm. Great location within walking distance of the beach and the town. The hotel, pool, food and bar areas were all perfectly clean. They also kindly arranged a pack up lunch for us to take with us to the airport when we left. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you :)

People before everything else: I will start from the People that are behind this hotel and made our stay an unforgettable and lovely experience: the Team consisting of Aida, Marianthis, Iliana, Amalia, Zara, Maria, Ersi, Mike, Popi, Michael (the swimming pool lifeguard), Violetta, Tsampika, Konstantinos, Nektarios, Demian, Aldo, Fabiola, Anthonis and Apostolis made each one in their way our holidays as pleasant as possible and cuddled our small baby as if he were their own. Our small baby was 9 months old and this was his first holiday; yet everything went well 😊 Type of formula: We booked with the All Inclusive Formula which includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Swimming Pool Bar, Indoor Bar and Sunbeds with umbrellas in the Western shore and towels that you can use both inside and outside of the hotel. Rooms: At a first sight you feel that the rooms need to be renewed but after the first day this feeling is taken over but the comforts that the room provides you with: good rigidity single materasses (I would replace single ones with a twin for double rooms though), A/C, baby cradle for free on request. Our room was with sea view and big balcony which allowed us to relax while our baby was sleeping in his cradle inside of the room. In the room we found more than the essentials: there were also 4 different cosmetics in the bathroom (body soap, hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion) Service: The level of service was top notch, any our request was met in the blink of an eye, no matter if I'm the room, at the restaurant, at the swimming pool or at the reception. We were treated as more than simple customers, we felt part of a family. The attention to small details was very high. Location: The location is quite comfortable especially if you do not want to rent a car because you have a very small baby: the old city is just 20 minutes on foot from the hotel and the beaches are at less than 10 minutes (there are two shores, the Western usually quite windy and the Eastern almost waveless, from which you can admire both sunrise and sunset). We thank also the restaurant Chef that cooked the food for our small one (both blended and plain meals) for both lunch and dinner. Thanks to him we had one less thing to think about for our baby. Eventually, a Thank You from the heart to all the Mitsis Petit Palace Team that made the first holiday of our small one unforgettable and happy. When we arrived in our room we did not appreciate the view. The reception immediately gave us another room with a nice view, which we very much appreciated. The people in the restaurant were lovely. After eating there a couple of times, we really connected with some of the staff (Popi, we will miss you). Also the food was of high quality and with a lot of variety every day. Nice boutique hotel. Lovely stay. Room looked better in photos than in person. Nevertheless, room was cleaned and comfy. Lots of noticeable wear and tear, particularly in the bathroom. Had no hot water the first night, but that was fixed immediately and no issues afterwards. Breakfast was a bit of a let down upon first glance. However, it was delicious and filling. Customer service was phenomenal. No complaints with service. The home cooked meal was delicious and enjoyable. Location was perfect for seeing old town and close enough to catch publuc transport. Overall, would stay here again if visiting Rhodes.

We stayed at Blue Sea Holiday Village and really enjoyed the overall experience. The hotel was beautiful, the food was tasty, and the staff were friendly. The beach was a little further away than we expected, but still easy to reach. One thing that took us by surprise was finding a scolopendra in our bed around 1 a.m. on the second-to-last night. While we understand that such things can happen in nature, it did make us feel less comfortable for the rest of the stay. Apart from that, we had a lovely holiday and appreciated the atmosphere of the place.

Perfect Family Getaway – Amazing Stay at Blue Sea Holiday Village! We had a wonderful stay at Blue Sea Holiday Village! This all-inclusive resort truly exceeded our expectations. The 3-course meals were delicious with plenty of variety, and we appreciated the option for after-hours snacks as well — great for late-night cravings. Our family especially enjoyed the five large pools, the kids’ pool, and the fun water slides — our children had the best time! The beach access was also a huge plus — just steps away and so relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. A special thank you to Manager Kiki, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. She helped us with everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend this resort for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and well-catered vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Sadly, it didn't meet our expectations and wasn't like many people described. We trusted the reviews and sadly got fooled. The staff was unfriendly except for the cleaning lady, and the food was terrible. At the resort, you can only eat salad and rice. It's sad that people eat something like that just because it's included in the price. We booked all-inclusive because when you're on vacation, you don't want to worry about anything, but you have to pay extra for cocktails, for example. The bar doesn't open until 2:00 p.m. That's sad. There are drinks and snacks by the pool. Sadly, the snacks are inedible. For children, there is only 5 minutes of entertainment in the evening with untrained staff. Coffee is only available from 2:00 p.m. That's really unbelievable! The good thing is that there are many restaurants outside the resort. We will definitely fly to Rhodes again, but never to this hotel.

Lovely hotel But was so disappointed with the beds !! Family room with jacuzzi on balcony all lovely apart from there is one double bed then the rest are sofa beds !!! So with 2 20 year old sons sleeping on sofa beds was very uncomfortable there feet hung off !! Paying out for 4 star plus hotel people expect beds When we complained the lady was very rude. We stayed in an executive suite with hot tub, the most beautiful room we have ever stayed in for 8 nights in june. The addition of the free mini bar gets you to make the most out of the hot tub and beautiful view. Some nights we did struggle with the food options as there wasn't many different options to choose from but the food was nice and fresh. We enjoyed the 2 a la carte as it breaks up your holiday. The 2 ladies who cleaned our room every day was friendly and great at their jobs, extremely trustworthy too. I loved the resident cats but it seemed that some staff embraced them and others weren't particularly nice to them which was upsetting as one of my favourite things about coming to Greece are the cats. Staff members particularly a man at the pool bar in the evening was great, he even found my bag and kept it to one side for me. Great service from reception too. We really loved the extras we got as an executive suite customer such as the free sunbeds at the beach, we used these a lot. They were extremely comfy too. I can imagine if I was in a normal room my experience would not be anywhere near as positive so I advise that if you want to stay here, please ensure you're VIP. One downside is the smell of the drains by the pool which is also where entertainment is in the evening. It seems to be everytime someone flushes the pool bar toilet, so definitely needs to be sorted. Location could be better but we didnt mind getting a taxi to lindos and the buses were great. Also the cabaret act was extremely awkward and bad, but we loved the dj and the visiting band act. Greek night also was a highlight! Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Had a lovely 2 week stay in June 2025 . The hotel complex is a 2 minute walk to the beach which is lovely and clean . The sun beds are €15 per day for 2 ( can be charged to room )which can add up if you go every day. The hotel is lovely and the staff are super friendly. The bottom pool is busy and is where most of families go. The top pool is where you can get a sunbed at any time ( both pools only open at 10.00am) The food in the restaurant is varied and very plentiful and good quality. The pool bars serve all drinks in small plastic cups . The main hotel bar serves in glasses. Towels are provided for the pool and beach . Lindos is a 5 minute walk taxi ride away around €10 - 14 . The village is lovely with loads of restaurants and bars. Had a couple of evenings out there. Overall it’s a lovely hotel in a nice area.

Its nice here and have no complaints about my stay, when we arrived I our room was not ready and had to go to another hotel for a night which wasnt the best however the staff when we arrived back upgraded us to all inclusive. Area is nice and Lindos town is only 5 minute taxi drive. Beach is on the doorstep with watersports, boat trips and loungers for a fee. Rooms are clean and food is nice. Wouldn't bring the kids a Here as hotel entertainment isn't really engaging for kids but if ur looking for a chilled adult break with some culture, sun sea and sand then it's a great shout .

The restaurant chef was amazing — not just for the delicious food, but also for his great personality. The manager really stood out as well, showing genuine kindness, humility, and generosity. Mikey and the entertainment team were great. So great at what they do. The barmen were also very nice and friendly. However the food was terrible. Same thing every day and it was cold. The pool area was nice. All inclusive service ends at 23.00 even though the bar is open a few hours later. Location is alright, not too far from Rhodes city by bus however the bus can get VERY crowded . Close to the sea, however there is no sandy beach just rocks. Overall decent hotel, however the lack of good food significantly decreases my overall opinion.

The service at the restaurant was outstanding – the staff were polite, attentive and kept everything spotless. Went there for the first week of july and loved every minute of it. The staff - fun, nice and welcoming. We usually shy away from hotel entertainers, but Mikey and Jenny - we would go to any hotel where you entertain. The people made this vacation extra fun. Also the other guests were extra nice and fun too. As for airplanes - we actually enjoyed watching them land. Didn’t wake up once during the night because of it. The food was great. As for the rooms - sure, could use a touch up, but if you are a traveler like us and use the room only for sleeping and shower, you’ll be fine.

We arrived home today, I spent six days with my family. We loved it so much, the hotel is beautiful, everyone was very nice, especially the bartender boys (Jordan and Daniel). Also the receptionists and Helene in the restaurant. We were satisfied with everything, we can't say anything negative. The food is delicious, the rooms are nice and spacious. And the animators were very nice, Mikey and Jenny always created the atmosphere, we loved it. Special thanks to Jordan and Daniel. We will definitely be back next year.!!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast buffet, spotlessly clean rooms, and a large swimming pool with its own restaurant at very reasonable prices. The location is excellent—close to the most beautiful beaches in Lindos. If I ever come back to Rhodes, I will definitely stay again☺️

Just returned from a 10 day holiday and if you have booked here you won't be disappointed. The hotel is simply beautiful, it traditional, yet modern. It's spotlessly clean, spacious rooms and a gorgeous pool area. However I think it's the staff that make the hotel. They genuinely are there to make you have a perfect holiday. Shout out to the sisters in the pool bar, the 2 fabulous ladies in the restaurant and especially Neil who always has a smile on his face. We ate in Le Grec and it was fine dining at it's best with the chef taking pride in his food. It's about a 15 minute walk into Lindos but there's a bus outside that takes you as far as Rhodes Town. We can't wait till we return to Lindos Sun.

Couldn’t have chosen a worse hotel at Lindos for 400 USD per night. No one takes responsibility. Jacuzzi doesn’t work. Bathroom smells. The balcony door is broken. Ac on the top floor of the duplex doesn’t cool enough. I regret having booked this hotel and would advise everyone against staying here. Reply to hotel: Your lies have no end. You told us that the maintenance staff came at 6am but when he came later in the morning around 10am, he confirmed that he never came in earlier. You also falsely accuse us of changing the setting as the maintenance guy had to change the control panel. He spent half an hour on it and confirmed that it had an issue. He also later on gave us a cover for the jacuzzi only after we repeatedly ask as that’s essential to let the jacuzzi warm up. I was planning on editing the review after the problem was fixed in the problem but your reply and false accusations further affirm my first conclusion. Please learn to admit your mistakes and treat your customers better.

Just returned from a Fabulous week at the Lindos Sun ! Everything about it was amazing the staff especially Nadia,Raffaella,Evie and the young men waiting and serving the guests!! Everyone was very friendly,helpful and nothing was too much trouble!! Highly recommend this hotel especially for couples wanting a nice relaxed,chilled vibe !! Just a short hop on a bus into the Beautiful Lindos village and very reliable Cabs back home !! You could walk it but it's a long and winding uphill walk in very hot temperatures !!! We had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel. The food was varied and delicious – there was something new every day, with a wide selection to suit all tastes. Additionally, the beachside restaurant offered drinks, fresh fruit, snacks, wood-fired pizza, and lunch throughout the day – everything fresh and well-prepared. One of the biggest advantages was the always-available, free sunbeds by the beach – no need to get up early to reserve a spot. Both the beach and the pool area were clean and well-maintained, creating perfect conditions for relaxation. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful at all times. In the evenings, there was entertainment that added to the atmosphere and made the nights enjoyable. The hotel also offered various sports facilities including tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, and a ping-pong table – all in good condition. The hotel surroundings were beautiful, with lush greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. There were excursions available on site, as well as a car rental service – we used the rental and everything went smoothly. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily return in the future.

Very good. Read full review before forming opinion based on this review. Located quite far from both Faliraki and Kalithea. Yet the hotel offers more than enough. There is mini-market epsilon nearby, with best prices around. Rooms are old, but everything works, cleaned thoroughly. It’s not like you will spend much time there anyway. A renovation is due. Staff is friendly, helpful, receptionist is a polyglot. Pool baristas are exploding with energy. Diner’s boss and waiters are very helpful, respect personal boundaries and work like they’re invisible. In a good way. Evening concerts and disco is good. People work from heart. Especially liked the african trio. Singing popular songs like they’re original singers. I hope they are paid well. Food is good. Been in greece three times, this time is best of the three. Selection varies, can get boring quick if you’re picky or eat too much. For a regular person it’s great. Beer is good, cocktails are good. Pool is the best addition. A center of life during the day. Accomodation for children is a bit lacking. Children’s playroom is always empty for some reason. Playground outside is empty due to heat. Sea access is great. Can be shallow one step and deep another. Good for snorkelling.

Beautiful hotel with great food. We stayed in July 2025 and originally was meant to be in the neighbouring hotel however we moved here and was so impressed we decided to stay there for the whole trip. The food options around the pool has been amazing and has made each day very special for us. The options of pools was great and we never felt the need to reserve sunbeds as there is plenty of space, which allowed each day to be relaxing. Dimitris was very helpful at the front desk and made us feel very welcome from the start.

Disastrous room, zero effort from reception – only the delegate and animators saved our vacation. We stayed at Pegasos Beach as a family with a small child. We had booked and paid for a superior room, but upon arrival, we were placed in rooms 213 and 214 – which were in absolutely unacceptable condition. The dirty carpet outside the door was just the beginning. Inside, we found old, rusty furniture, dirt everywhere – from the bathroom to the curtains, walls, and beds. Instead of relaxing, we had to start fighting for the room we had paid for. We contacted reception repeatedly and visited them daily, but we were constantly met with excuses: “Come back in two days,” then “Come back tomorrow,” then “We have no capacity.” No clear answers, just avoidance. Despite having booked and paid for the superior room, we were treated like we were asking for something extra. One young receptionist in particular made the experience worse by giving us constant judgmental looks, as if we were bothering her. On the other hand, we want to sincerely thank the other young woman and man working at reception – they were helpful and acted professionally. Eventually – after countless visits to the reception, calls with our delegate, and constant pressure – we finally got the correct room. But only after what felt like the hundredth attempt. The delegate had to constantly “bombard” the hotel to get things moving. Sometimes the staff claimed they knew about the issue, then they said it was solved, but nothing was actually resolved. When we finally got the keys to our new room, the receptionist kept asking for the old keys – even though we had already handed them over to the manager. This entire situation ruined our vacation. We only received the proper superior room on the fifth day, and by then, most of the trip was already gone. Were it not for our amazing delegate (who had nerves of steel!) and the excellent animation team, this vacation would have been a complete disaster. In conclusion: The hotel itself has potential, but the behavior of the reception staff, the filth in the rooms, and the way guests are ignored is a huge downside. If you’re booking a superior room – double-check everything and keep written proof. We had everything documented and still had to fight for what we paid for. Big disappointment for us. See for yourself.

We booked this hotel to be close to our daughters wedding venue. When we arrived on 21 June 2025 at 1.30am we were told there were no rooms for us due to refurbishing two floors of the hotel. The manager was unavailable when we arrived at 1.30am. Our booking was made over 12 months ago and at no point were we informed of any hotel change until we arrived. This change was clearly pre-planned as there was already a taxi waiting to take us to the relocated hotel 20 minutes away, yes that is also a 20 minute drive away from the wedding venue! We were forced to leave as had very little options at the time of arrival and the man on reception had very poor English and showed very little empathy towards us only to usher us outside to the taxi waiting. The next day we spoke to the General Manager who informed us that he had found us three Mountain View rooms, not the sea view rooms we paid extra for, but at that point we needed to get back there to be closer to the wedding venue so packed up ready to go! The following morning we received a note through the door from reception advising us that staff at Pegasos had contacted them that there we were staying there for the duration of the holiday. The hotel we were relocated to was lovely but it was a hillside location and proved difficult for my mum to get around as she has difficulties walking. When we rang to check with the staff at Pegasos, of course the General Manager wasn’t available again, but reservations advised no rooms had been reserved and there were no rooms available! Why lie to us?! Hadn't we been through enough already?! We never did receive an apology from the staff at Pegasos! Luckily we have all the calls recorded as proof of what was discussed and offered and are now in the process of seeking advice now we are home as the staff at this hotel caused significant distress for our daughters upcoming wedding! Nobody should have to experience what we have experienced especially given how much we paid for this holiday! Steer clear of Pegasos Beach Resort if you want a stress free holiday!!

The hotel has been recently renovated. Overall, we had a good stay! Highs: - We had a room with a pool looking out to sea which served us great to the point where there was no real need for us to even use the main pool. - Reception and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. - Grounds of the hotel were nice and clean - Nearby to stores, bars and restaurant (all within about a 5-10 min walk). -Beach below offers a range of watersports Improvements: - If this hotel was 3 star, I would have given my experience 5 stars! BUT, for a 4 star hotel, it just fell a little short in some areas. - Food is a little repetitive and basic. - Evening entertainment was typically just people standing and singing. It needed some lights, a stage, props or something! - The hotel team could do with a pumped up and energetic entertainment team. We only saw one guy who led the water Aerobics and he barely interacted with any hotel guests outside of that and just kept himself to himself most of the time.

The all-inclusive food was delicious, varied daily, and there was something for everyone. The hotel is not large, which we appreciated – we don’t like overcrowded mega resorts. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. Location looked very beautiful. We were happy to have a car, though. Overal, the staff was friendly. Ladies at the reception always helped when asked. When we had an issue with the safe and later with the shower, we were helped right away. Food was fine. The quality was great but after 10 days choices felt limited. Drinks were good, depending on barman it could be extra good. Snacks at the healthy poolbar werent so good. The lady wasnt so friendly all the time. When we arrived we saw "employee of the month" during our stay we would pick Vasillis. He was very friendly, made the best drinks and always looked like he really enjoyed his job and was always smiling!

So disappointed in this resort. We previously stayed at the Grecotel in Corfu and it was amazing....this place is not. Rooms, hallways, elevators all need renovation. Currently the air-conditioning is not working. The first room we checked into last night had hot air coming out of the AC vents so we waited about 1- 1 1/2 hours for them to put us in another room just to have the same EXACT thing happen. We had to sleep with the sliding doors open and of course woke up with mosquito bites everywhere. If the resort as a whole is experiencing issues with their air-conditioning, we should have been notified of this when we checked in yesterday. The 2 meals we have had so far at this resort have just been mediocre at best.While the hotel staff are extremely polite and the ocean view and pools are very beautiful, that cannot make up for all the other things listed in this post. I would NEVER stay here again. It's so bad my husband is looking for a room elsewhere. Again, I cannot describe my level of disappointment at this resort compared to the one on Corfu. The one on Corfu is a 10, this is a 2.

I just stayed here with my husband for a few days, it’s a very beautiful resort with very amazing serving staff. All the bartenders, bar managers, servers, and waiters/waitresses were absolutely beyond amazing. I think our best night of our trip was visiting the Greek restaurant, because of the waiter we had. I will say, it did seem that one of the managers for the restaurant and beach bar that we had encountered many times on our trip was very harsh to the staff and it was quite uncomfortable to see them treated like that. The buffet food is one of the best that i’ve ever been to, the environment is very calm and peaceful and overall if you’re looking for a good place to tan, relax, and have great food, i would certainly recommend staying.

Just arrived home from a week at this absolutely amazing hotel. I was a little anxious after seeing some reviews especially regarding the rooms. Luckily we were upgraded to a bungalow poolside and it was basic but immaculate and well situated. The fridges are fully stocked with cans of fanta and coca cola and water bottles are left daily too which is a lovely touch. The staff are so friendly and helpful from the cleaning team to the handy man nothing is a trouble. Lots of variety with food and drinks, coconut mojito, pina colada and passionfruit frozen daiquiri were a holiday highlight! Highly recommend booking Asiana restaurant food was absolutely phenomenal! There is always some form of activity/entertainment if relaxing isnt for you. Nice change visiting the beach bar for lunch as opposed to the dama dama restaurant especially if you want a gyros or a more chilled vibe . Lots of ice cream and sweet treats to pick from daily. We did visit the Old Town and a boot beer & frozen mango daiquiri is a must, taxi was €24 each way but a bus outside the hotel is also available. Overall amazing holiday and would highly recommend!

From Yoga and Water Polo for the adults to differently themed days full of arts and crafts and fun games in the kids club. The Animation Team is really putting a lot of passion and love into their job. You can tell that also from the incredible shows that they are performing every night! 10 amazing days in a standard family room. The all-inclusive is great (with a cocktail bar). The shows and the animation team are great.. There are 3 large swimming pools (freshwater) with fun slides for kids. You need to wake up at 6 o’clock to reserve a spot, but that’s the same game in every big hotel... And finally, Rhodes is a beautiful island to visit.

A wonderful hotel! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms after renovation are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The sea is clean, calm, without waves or jellyfish, with an easy entrance and pleasantly warm water. We especially enjoyed the beach restaurant – delicious grill and excellent pizza. We stayed with our family for almost a week and were very satisfied. The animation team is great: volleyball and water polo for adults are really good, and there are plenty of activities for children as well. Our stay has just ended and we had a wonderful week. All the staff are warm, welcoming and do their utmost to ensure we have a wonderful stay. Special mention to the hotel reception who helped us find our bag left in a taxi! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! The rooms are spacious, clean, the bedding is good quality. The cleaning ladies in room 2170 took great care of us. The food is very good and fresh with a choice of raw vegetables, always fresh fish. Small downside, to get a deckchair you have to get up early otherwise they will all be reserved and we had the unpleasant surprise that our towels were removed and our bag moved but otherwise very pleasant stay, ideal for families. Hotel to recommend in Rhodes!

Will not return. The bad: 1. Staff was not friendly 2. Food is mediocre, except for the pizza 3. Only instant coffee that tastes terrible 4. The drinks are just cheap. No real coca cola or anything. 5. Gym equipment is rusty and no ac or water dispenser. 6. Room cleaning is not very thorough. No proper mopping which leaves a lot of sand in the room. 7. The rooms are not soundproof, you hear everything from the outside. 8. Cleaning woke us up at 9am. 9. Long waiting times for drinks. 10. Trash next to the beach. (see pictures) 11. Animation is not great. 12. The water from the bar tastes like chlorine and you only get 2 bottled water in the beginning. The good: 1. The location at the beach. 2. There is always food available.

It was very good, we were very satisfied with the entire hotel and the staff! We were at the hotel from June 11-18! Everything was absolutely fine! There was no problem with food, we always found something to eat, we did not leave with a hungry stomach! Our 4-year-old son also always found something delicious for himself! The beach bar was fantastic! The snack bar too! The beach is beautiful, the water was very pleasant, we spent a lot of time in the water every day! We were in room 434, the rooms had a view of the mountain, you could hear the traffic but it was not disturbing! The rooms were clean, the cleaners were very nice, along with the staff! The programs were fantastic! The cocktails were good, especially I drank Gin tonic and my wife drank Pina Colada!

This was honestly one of the most disappointing vacations I’ve had. The hotel itself is decent, especially if you're looking for a family-oriented resort with a packed schedule. From morning yoga to evening shows, there's no shortage of activities, and kids will likely enjoy the lively atmosphere. My biggest issue was with the room we were assigned. At first, we were given a room for two, keep in mind, we are three adults, so my guess is that someone made a mistake, as the receptionist seemed flustered. Yet the solution wasn’t much better than the mistake. The second room was slightly larger but still had only one bed suitable for two people. They brought in an extremely uncomfortable couch for the third adult. It felt like sleeping on solid stone. I’ve traveled quite a lot in recent years with extra beds in hotel room, and I’ve never encountered such a poor quality “extra bed” before. All things considered, I’d avoid the chaos of this hotel in the future and choose a more dependable and professionally run resort.

We booked this hotel after researching hotels in the nearby area and based on the reviews we booked, seven nights. To begin this review I’ll share that the hotel could be an amazing place to rest, enjoy and make memories with family and friends but it’d be fair to say that any pride the hotel once had has been lost - it’s clear it once prided its self on cleanliness, good hospitality and maintaining a 4* rating. A few things to consider before hitting that ‘book’ button: 1. The number of sun beds surrounding the pools is inadequate, for the ample space available. There is a beautiful empty space overlooking the pools that could accommodate lovely beds. 2. It was saddening to watch the neighbouring hotels clean their pool and pool sides daily with pride - the pool and pool areas here were not cleaned once, this was proven by having to join the towel rush at 5:30 and three of the days we decided to be by the pool! 3. The adult pool advertised is not accurate - children frequent the pool, not an issue for us but clearly frustrating for others! 4. The pool is leaking with holes to the infinity pool walls, which is noticeable through the green grime on them! 5. The beach and sun bed area of the beach is filthy, rubbish and sun beds scattered everywhere! 6. The daily room clean was non existent, which also included no new towels - unless you asked the very grumpy rooms team! 7. The main bar men are rude and dismissive - again contradictory to other reviews! 8. Food quality is really not 4* another indication that the hotel management has lost / has no pride in the quality of their food offering. There are some special points; 1. The Crepes and Crepe man are lovely - he’s there 7 hours of the day, smiling and happy to help. 2. The hotel has a couple of resident cats that are friendly. 3. The hotel will accommodate a late checkout at 10€ per hour! 4. It’s only a short walk or cab journey in to Faliraki for lovely dinners - which became a necessity 5. Car hire is very reasonable and on offer from the neighbouring hotel, who were happy to help! This meant we were able to explore wonderful Rhodes! This review sounds as though we had an awful week, we didn’t.. we had a great week! It’s unfortunate the hotel has lost its pride, which is a shame as it could be very special! Rhodes we’ll be back, but unfortunately not here! Be wise and read the reviews!

I've never seen such a friendly and helpful staff at any hotel in my life. The hotel was wonderful, the beach was magnificent, and the food was delicious and varied. Everything was perfect, and the animation team was incredibly energetic. Highly recommended, especially for families and newlyweds. It deserves more than 5 stars. I hope we'll be back soon with a larger group.

Great resort, fully recommend !👌🏿! Everything was perfect for its price, The service from all the staff was unequivocal. The number was excellent. The dining balcony was very precise and managed by great man. The food portions that were served were excellent, I couldn't let a day go by without the fresh and very delicious fruits.🍇 The spa and the sauna is the best in rhodos, professional and very kind staff. amazing pool area, bar with proper greec coffee and beach with unbelievably blue beautiful water. Rooms & Facilities (5/5) The hotel facilities and lounge areas are beautifully designed and very well maintained. You feel welcome and relaxed from the very first moment. Service & Staff (5/5) All staff members were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Their kindness truly made the stay special. Food & Drinks (4/5) • Breakfast: Good, but unfortunately lacking variety as the options were almost the same every day. • Lunch & Dinner: Excellent – delicious, fresh, and different dishes served daily. • Bars: Everything was well organized, offering great and tasty cocktails. Beach & Extras (3/5) The beach crêpes were tasty, but only one staff member was preparing them, which led to long waiting times (10–15 minutes). With two staff members, the service could be much smoother. Transport & Organization (3/5) Ordering taxis through the hotel, especially on Fridays, was inconvenient since they had to be booked at least one hour in advance. Tip for future guests: better book taxis on weekends directly yourself, not through the hotel. Entertainment & Activities (3/5) • Daytime: Very nice and enjoyable activities with a lot of variety. • Evening: Mostly dancing shows – more diversity would have been appreciated. • Fridays: The entertainment team took a well-deserved break, which is understandable, but it would have been nice to at least have some music around the pool. Without it, Fridays felt a bit quiet unless going out to Faliraki. Wi-Fi (2/5) Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was weak and unstable in several areas of the hotel. For a 4-star resort, this could be improved significantly.

Kids Club The entertainment team does a great job and entertains children and adults perfectly. Especially in the Kids Club, Deborah and Nicole put their heart and soul into organizing great activities with the children. Crafts, ball games and painting. My daughter always wanted to play with Deborah from morning to night. I can really recommend vacationing here with children. My daughter had a lot of fun here! The other entertainers like Andrea, Nicole, Deborah, Elisa, Fabio make this vacation a very special experience for small children!

Lovely big family room for myself and my grandaughter. 4 beds in total, large balcony. Room cleaned and towels changed as often as we requested Good air-conditioning. Bed was a bit too hard for me. Breakfast had a great selection to suit all tastes,and nationalities, plenty of choice. We chose the snack bar at the pool for lunch,the pizzas are cooked there,really tasty. Evening meal, the specials, such as bbq meat and pasta dishes were very good although could do with being warmer. Lots of salad, breads and vegetables always on offer. Reasonable selection deserts,plenty of fruit. Beer, red and white wine on tap in the restaurant as well as soft drinks and water. Life guard ( Spanish girl) was fabulous with the children. Entertainment during the day was ok. Evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss. Reception staff were helpful with booking excursions. There is a very useful, well stocked shop on site. Negative stuff now.. not enough sun loungers, people reserving them and not using them. Bar manager (I'm guessing) rude ,slow, foul language, very mean with the drink,which was not good quality anyway. Well located for the airport and visiting Lindos and Rhodes town.

We had a wonderful vacation in Filerimos Village Hotel and cannot wait to get back, from our experience I cannot comprehend the previous harsh reviews as they are so far from what we experienced ourselves. Both myself and my wife are extremely satisfied, and our kids are still over the moon. Starting with the check-in process it was what you can expect from an hotel, some hassle with that the tourist tax needs to be paid in cash and not card, however we were allowed to pay it the day after so that we could find an ATM nearby. The All-inclusive instructions were very clear and timeslots for all activities were suitable for us. Breakfast had a great selection and was normally the same everyday (however it has something for everyone). Lunch was great with many salads to choose from and always something different meat or pasta to choose from everyday. Dinner was also really good with great options on salads but also the main course was different each day. People who are saying same food everyday must have picked the same food from the options they liked, however the presentation was never the same each day. Desserts and fruits were also good and many things to choose from. Cleaning was done on the spot straight after people left which made the restaurant spotless with staff going around more or less all the time to take care of the service. Wonderful ladies interacted with our kids and made them laugh everyday so they really made our experience even better. Some baby-chairs available as well, which we used on each visit. The snack bar had great drinks and ice-cream, food was also okey but we mainly ate in the restaurant. Our kids loved the pizza, however the 2 slices per person setup we personally thought was unnecessary as it was mainly kids eating pizza and the lines were long due to many parents had to follow to get more slices. The pools in the hotel complex were great in size, it never felt crowded if you want to be by yourself the pool close to the restaurant was great for that. If you want music and more people then the other pools by the snack bar were a great option. I agree with the cleaning of the pools, that could be improved as one of the pools had green water as there were many people all day in that pool and also water-activities were done in that pool, so might worth looking into how to clean it better. The water park was very exciting and great for the kids, the water-slides were fun for both adults and kids and this area was a great "break" from the hotel complex. Our room (bungalow) was very clean and great in size for us, 2 adults and 2 kids. Cleaning was done on the first 4 days of 7, however our last 3 days there was no cleaning. Check out was smooth and quick. Considering only paying by cash for the tourist taxes, the pizza "2 slice rule", the green water in one of the smaller pools and the cleaning of the rooms, that brings our review to 4 out of 5 stars, otherwise I could easily sum up our experience with 5 stars. I will definitely look into coming back to this Hotel if we choose Rhodes again in the future.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend. This was our first mini holiday together & we both had a great time. Hotel staff are friendly & provide great service. This hotel is clean & tidy in all areas. The bedroom (617) we stayed in was a family room as I think that's all they had left @ the time of booking. Bedroom is very nice, clean & spacious. The bedroom also had a mini fridge, great storage spaces, with bathroom which had a walk in shower. The cleaners came to the room every day with towels & fresh bedding. The food in the restaurant is actually really tasty! Pour your own drinks in the restaurant too. Food at the snack bar is not worth getting, only the pizza is though! Drinks are served at the pool bar, with only ordering 2 at a time per person. A queue can form if staff are not speedy at serving people. The pools are DEEP! (2-3m). Not ideal if you are not a strong swimmer. When you get in it's a little cold for a moment but afterwards your fine. We got a lilo to share which we got from the shop at the front of the hotel which we had loads of fun on. STAY AWAY from the entertainment area on the evening as we got mosquito bites the day after we sat there, if you want the entertainment then I would definitely recommend using repellent so you don't end up making the mistake we did! We went to the water park & it was really busy we left within minutes. The lazy river wasn't as good as we thought it would be.

This hotel is nice but the all inclusive is terrible worst I have ever had all the drinks are flat the whole week . The food is not amazing at best and there is not enough tables or staff , worst all inclusive I have ever had not worth it at all , 1 toaster in whole hotel que was huge . Not enough sunbeds either we had to get up at 5 am to put towels down . Breakfast one morning there was no bowls no plates no knives no hot drinks and the staff seem to doodle about doin nothing about it

The staff is not welcoming at all, there is not a lot of light on way to the rooms, soke members of the staff were grumbling and sometimes were complaining on us because we ask some things from them (it's their jobs, come on) we felt really oppressed and unwelcomed, that's very sad for the price we pay plus the expensive tax, we expected more satisfying welcome, we don't expect kiss on the feet, simply a smile and a nice talking. Another complain, the hotel keep the id's during the stay, quick reminder A HOTEL CANNOT KEEP THE IDS OF IT'S GUESTS NO MATTER THE REASON SINCE IT IS ILLEGAL! so if the people at the counter ask for your id's, ask them back right after your registration, if they refuse, call the police.

All inclusive was a surprise we didn't know about before arriving ;) Bus stop right next to hotel. Great, kind and helpful staff. Pool after long day of exploring town and hills is always great. Take beach shoes for stoney beach! Street next to hotel is one of the main streets in the island so it's bit noisy. Great place if you don't want drunk people all night long around.

Positive: 1. Very friendly staff everywhere. I especially want to highlight the bartender, who makes excellent cocktails – the balance of flavors and the presentation are wonderful! 2. The food is very tasty, with many different Greek dishes. 3. Beautiful area around the pool. There are several spots for sunbathing: by the pool, on the grass, and on the terraces. The view of the sea and mountains is stunning. 4. You can walk to Rhodes in about 40 minutes. But the walk is truly beautiful, as it goes along the sea with lovely scenery all the way. Negative: 1. I am very disappointed with the cleaning quality. Let me remind you that cleaning a room is not just about changing towels! The floor was not cleaned, and the bed linen was changed only twice during our 10-day stay. 2. My husband and I did not pay for two single beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart all the time. 3. There was trash right by the pool (sugar packets, candy wrappers, and plastic bags were “sunbathing” there for all 10 days of our stay). 4. Sadly, the beach itself is uncomfortable and quite dirty (broken buckets, bottles, plastic bags). The sunbeds are not owned by the hotel, so you have to pay for them. Wishing you success, great reviews, and satisfied guests! But please, make sure to improve the cleaning quality throughout your hotel.

Nice hotell and staff. Got a room upgrade to a beautiful room with a beautiful view to the ocean. Overall nice staff, and a good and varying buffet for every meal. The pool and outside area was nice and the all inclusive got all you need, only thing I can complain about is that the «cola» tasted watery but the «Fanta» was VERY good. The hotell is also close to the beach, it’s just over the road and it was fast and easy to go down for a swim in the ocean or you can go for a swim or cool down in the hotell pool. Some nights there was singing and dancing in the restaurant, and for the dancing the guests were invited. Have seen someone complain about the WiFi, but I didn’t find any problems and anyways, you’re not on vacation to sit on your phone ;) Overall everything was what I expected and more. Would recommend and would use the hotell again.

A special thank you to the wonderful cleaning staff, who not only kept our room immaculate but also went the extra mile by fitting a mattress topper to our bed. Stayed at the hotel for a week, didint sleep a wink the whole time, because the door doesnt have any sound proofness, when its dark, you can see the light seeping out the contours, which resultated in hearing absolutely everything from the outside, kids in the morning, people passing through day and night, staff rolling their cleaning supplies, they took our "do not disturn sign" on the second day, so they could just come in as they wanted. The door is one thing, but we also had the room with the "sea view" the view was breathtaking, but the constant noise you could hear even with your balcony door shut, was maddening. The street is super busy in daytime, even more busier at night, plus it was over the dining area, where they also had events with loud music. The bed was okayish. Room was cleaned everyday with minimal effort, towels were changed(which was good!), we noticed that the sheets werent changed for atleast 4 days, which was probably because we didint tip, would have if there was effort. The food, for me, a vegetarian, there was little options that were good enough, the oven fish, alllways stale, but its a problem at many all inclusive hotels, mainly ate pasta and feta, sometimes there were more options. Boyfriend ate everything, but said the food was nothing special. The pool area was nice, the pool refreshingly cool, there were sun beds all over the place, we usually found a place, the pool bar served good drinks, always with a smile, i would give five stars for them. The staff was nice and friendly and helpful. The reception kept our ids as we checked in, which was a bit weird, since hotels usually just make a copy, but its probably because you have to pay the fee later, for the goverment, which resulted in 70 euros for a "four star hotel". The hotel is situated in a great area, you can walk to the city centre and there are bus stops everywhere. All in all, really not worth a four star status, really overpaid for the trip considering everything. But i had fun in Rhodes overall, the island is really friendly to foreigners.
