Sadly, it didn't meet our expectations and wasn't like many people described. We trusted the reviews and sadly got fooled. The staff was unfriendly except for the cleaning lady, and the food was terrible. At the resort, you can only eat salad and rice.
It's sad that people eat something like that just because it's included in the price.
We booked all-inclusive because when you're on vacation, you don't want to worry about anything, but you have to pay extra for cocktails, for example. The bar doesn't open until 2:00 p.m. That's sad. There are drinks and snacks by the pool. Sadly, the snacks are inedible.
For children, there is only 5 minutes of entertainment in the evening with untrained staff. Coffee is only available from 2:00 p.m. That's really unbelievable!
The good thing is that there are many restaurants outside the resort.
We will definitely fly to Rhodes again, but never to this hotel.

We had an amazing stay for 5 nights. The cleaners where amazing and all the staff where very friendly. Only a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Pools where well maintained and entertainment lovely. My only suggestion would be more fresh fruit. Would definitely stay again

**Wonderful Stay at Virginia Family Resort – Special Thanks to Philip!**
We had an amazing holiday at Virginia Family Resort in Rhodes! The hotel is perfect for families – clean, comfortable rooms, great food with lots of variety, and several pools for both kids and adults to enjoy. The location is also convenient, just a short drive from Rhodes town and the beach is nearby.
What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the incredible service – especially from **Philip**. He went above and beyond every single day to make sure guests were happy and comfortable. Always friendly, professional, and full of positive energy, Philip truly stands out. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always available to help with anything we needed. People like him make a real difference in your holiday experience!
We highly recommend Virginia Family Resort to anyone visiting Rhodes – and if you go, make sure to say hi to Philip. He’s the best!

Very nice place to stay for a relaxing trip. Rooms are nice and clean and also cleaned daily. All of the staff is super friendly. Both pools were well maintained. The food at the all inclusive is great, there are plenty of options as well as themed nights. There is a range of different entertainment and events happening throughout the week. It’s very close to the beach and only ten minute drive from the old town, there are also nearby bus stops for other day trips. There is also a shop which is very convenient. Overall very happy with the service and hotel in general, had a great experience.

Just about to fly home after a wonderful week at the Virginia resort. All the staff were super helpful and super friendly and Philip and his restaurant team cannot be praised highly enough.
I do not understand how anybody could say anything negative about the food, here. The variety, the quality, and the desserts were all impressive every day. I’m not even a desert person in the UK, but could not get enough of the Greek desserts here.
The hotel cats are also a big positive. We loved them.
