I wouldn't rate the hotel as a 4 star!
Always a que for the bar ( never enough staff)
Watered down cheap alcohol.
Not enough seating around the bar.
Smell of sewage outside our room (413)
Always queuing to get into the restaurant.
Included in our stay was one meal in the Greek restaurant.
We was shown our table and no menu was given. It was a meze with no choice of anything else but it was the same crap from the main restaurant downstairs. If you wanted a drink you had to pay for it even though we was in an all inclusive hotel!
A total rip off!!!
House keeping was excellent.

The first impression was a bit bad, we could not find the entrance and came from the back and which did not look so good. The hotel really needs maintenance and renovation. The airco was very old and made a lot of noise and did not make the room cold. So we received a ventilator on request. They brought it immediately. We thought first the hotel was abundant, but it turned out that everybody was in the dining room, which was suuuuper crowdy in the weekend. Once we checked in, it looked better. We had a very nice room with a lot of space, again: it’s old, the chairs, the beds, but it was very big for a hotel. The sun beds next to the pool are very old and in the dining room as well. It’s not a luxere hotel BUT the staff was truly amazing, everywhere it was really really clean, the food was every day different, always fresh made meat, chicken or fish. There were so many choices, that you can always find something nice. The drinks were not so nice, you need to pay 2 euro for real orange juice (even tho its all inclusive) there was fake cola and the drinks tasted fake, there was no barista, only cappuccino from the machine. BUT again We enjoyed very much, it was next to one of the most beautiful beaches, and everything is super nearby with the car! In 12 min driving you are in Rhodes old city, to the free parking and from there its like 8 min walking and you also have free shuttles. It was really really nice. And we want to thank the staff, that made us feel every day special!!

Midway through my week here and I have nothing to fault. All the safe are very friendly and welcoming! The atmosphere is amazing. We have stayed in a luxury 2 person room which is a lovely room. We have been greeted by Marios every morning for breakfast with a big smile. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I have no idea how this is a 4* it should be a 3 at best. I could honestly write a book about how bad this hotel was.
Food is always bad and cold. There was one Asian night out of the 8 nights we stayed and that was the actual only decent meal we had that was warm and tasty. Need better equipment to keep the food warm once it’s cooked, try not putting cooked food on cold plates that might help a ton
The restaurant food was terrible. The Greek one don’t even bother with if you want properly cooked meat that’s not like jelly. The Italian one was the one decent one but we sent all the starters back as they were terrible. We had pizza for main which was an actual hot meal (finally) but there as a hair in my cheese which was just brilliant. Tiramisu was actually really nice so out of 8 nights only 2 we had a decent meal. Restaurant is also dirty chairs look they haven’t been changed in ten years.
If you like Lidl’s branded coke then this is the place for you, they don’t serve actual proper coke and only 1 diet soda option. 6 cocktails for free, 4 of them just vodka and pop, the other gin and tequila. Not good value for money at all, I would not recommend this at all.
Hot drink section isn’t great, the coffee isn’t nice and the tea is very strange doesn’t taste like a breakfast tea. There are ants everywhere here. There were flies around one of the drinks machines and when I poured myself a drink an ant fell into the cup from inside the machine. Limited selection of toppings for pancakes for breakfast, don’t pick the chocolate spread unless you like the taste of dust and staleness. Also pancakes were cold as they cook them and then put them on a cold plate to sit there, same for 90% of the other food.
Our room was cleaned but only the bed linens and replaced towels. They never swept or cleaned the balcony so the dirt just accumulated and to add to that, it was already dirty when we got there so it just made it worse. Pillows uncomfortable. The walls in the room were dirty. The showers make no sense. They are almost like a wet room but the bottom fills up with water so it floods and the glass screen isn’t long enough to stop the water going everywhere so every time you shower the floor is soaked even with a towel down.
Had ants in our room for two days and only after seriously complaining they sent someone up to deal with it, we had to squish them each morning and take our bin outside to try to stop them coming in. Told the food manager about the issues we were having and he basically said that’s my opinion and he wanted me to bring every single plate to him that was cold to prove I wasn’t lying. We ended up using all our euros to get food for our evening meal and only eating twice a day because the food was just awful and by the looks on people faces they thought the same.
Location is ok. Two restaurants round the corner that did good food, overpriced shop on site and then a ten minute walk to the nearest little town. Good location for bus routes only 20 mins to Rhodes and Faliraki, 10 mins to Kalithea. Bus comes every 20 minutes but that’s give or take as sometimes they don’t turn up. Make sure you visit the old town as that was simply amazing.
There is a beach right over the road which was brilliant.
Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything that’s going on outside and in the lobby as for some reason they held all the entertainment in the hotel lobby often started at about 9:30/10pm. No idea how some people were sleeping through this as on our first night we didn’t sleep till 3am due to the noise.
Two separate pools, which was nice as one was quiet and the other for families but the water is freezing cold!!!!. It was hot weather when we went but it would have to be pushing 40 to be a swimable temperature. Couldn’t even dip my feet in the top pool as it was too cold.
Wouldn’t recommend, poor value for money and food/drinks were terrible so you waste your money on buying food to eat. There are better cleaner places to stay in Rhodes. No idea how this place has got some of the good reviews it has.

Dont book this hotel!! Have no idea how they got good reviews at all. The service is horrible! Or non existing.
Won’t go into too many details but a man from the staff walked in to our room at 9.45 pm when we were sleeping!! He locked himself in to our room and claimed it was an accident. It was just after the entertainment show had started. But we had gone to sleep. Our girls were totally frightened.
The staff tried to apologize and gave us an a la carte dinner but the food was so bad. And the apology never really came from the head of the hotel.
The food in the all inklusiv menu was also very boring. If you like meat don’t expect anything eatable. The juice in the buffet costs 2€
The staff in the reception is only nice if you don’t have any complains.
Do. Not. Book. This. Horrible. Hotel!
We have travelled many places and this was by far the worst! We had cockroaches at the terrace. Gross.
The beverage at the all inklusiv bar is so bad. Nothing positive to say about this place. Mirella and Pannagiotis takes the price for being helpless and rude. What a disaster.
Last whole day today and we were told by the hotel to leave, since we wrote a bad review…..
