Food - terrible, same thing every bloody night, they have pork and meat sitting right next to vegan/vegetarian dishes. They dont seem to understand the concept of not eating meat. Cross contamination everywhere, they mix utensils with everything. They literally DEEP FRY the eggs at breakfast - so much oil its shocking.
None of the food is covered, flies everywhere.
No napkins at the tables, you have to ask.
Nobody at the food hall to ask or speak to about any concerns.
The rooms are very average, no shelves or hooks in the bathroom, no slippers or robes. Towels are very clearly old. Water is not topped up, as it always is at other all inc resorts. Found a cockroach in our room, stains on the tiles in bathroom.
Unfortunately definitely won’t be staying here again.

✅The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and a nice environment. ❌However, I was disappointed with the staff's attitude. The room provided was not the one I had booked, and instead of offering a proper solution, I felt that I was given misleading explanations regarding the issue. Fortunately, I was able to obtain a partial refund through the booking agency.
❌I had booked an all-inclusive package, but the food quality and variety did not meet my expectations. In particular, there were very limited options for guests who do not eat pork.
❌Another disappointment was the drinking water policy. Complimentary bottled water was provided only on the first day, and no additional water was supplied for the remainder of the stay.
Overall, the atmosphere was good, but the handling of the room issue, the food selection, and some aspects of the service were disappointing.

We had a great experience during our stay and were very impressed by the level of care and service throughout. My daughter has a milk allergy, and the team handled her meals with great attention and professionalism. We were so relieved that she had no reaction, which made our stay much more relaxing.
The food was flavourful, rich, and clearly prepared with care. Special thanks to F&B team members Teo at bar also both the ladies and Annetta at the buffet, and the head Chef and chef arris, who were attentive, kind, and made sure allergy requirements were well taken care of.
Receptionist Natalie was welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived and had solution to every problem, and housekeeping by Mayola was excellent, keeping everything spotless and comfortable.
Lastly can't forget the guest relation Marisol would magically appear when you need her.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

We came with a travelagency in the offseason (february), we did not know where we would stay.
After a short bus drive we where brought to the „Virginia Hotel Resort“.
The hotel is placed directly in front of the beatiful see, and although the staff was just „starting“ and preparing for the upcoming season, everything was extraordinary nice. Teo ( the general Manager) was superfriendly and even took time every morning to make me a cappucino although having many guests he was giving all his heart to make our stay nice. The rooms where clean and ok, but no unnecessery luxus, so dont expect s presidents suite, but a normal fair room.
We will be back for sure 😉

Lovely room. As an older person with mobility issues I found the lack of rails on stairs to be a big problem. Also the toilets in the dining area is two set of stairs down to find out they are out of order, a sign at the top would have been very helpful. Considering the age of the groups they are catering for I felt disabled facilities to be lacking
