After reading mixed reviews...im so glad we decided to go here!
We were 2 weeks all inclusive and had such a great holiday.
On arrival in early hours we were given fruit, water and sandwiches. Room was lovely and clean (we were in the stand alone block not far from reception) clean sheets and towels each day. No issues.
Mealtimes we're great, staff were friendly and good choice of food even for fussy eaters.
Outwith meal times you can get Gyros to 5pm and pizza till 6pm.
The pool bar is busy with activities and music but you can go to the other pool behind tennis court or the waterpark area if that's not your thing.
Laurenc, elida and george were great on the bar, with Kyle walking miles for cups ☺️
Tomas and Spaghetti worked hard during day and entertainment at night. The entertainment area was seperate so you could choose to stay at bar and relax at night if you didn't fancy bingo, or karaoke etc
The staff make the place....so hardworking, so friendly, patient and helpful.
I would recommend coming to the Olive garden.

Great hotel for young children particularly under 10s.
Entertainment is very good, mini disco for the little children and then things like Bingo, karaoke, family disco.
Thomas, Spaghetti, and Anna all very good with entertainment, very friendly and helpful also. I think entertainment should go on 1 hour later maybe, especially for karaoke nights.
Pools seemed nice, clean and fresh.
Rooms cleaned each day.
The restaurant has quite a wide range of food but it was hit or miss. I thought it was great how there were different foods to try each day. A lot of the attempts at English food were not great, so better off trying new things.
The restaurant Staff were very friendly and hard working. The food is self service but the tables are cleared promptly between meals. The waiter Aris in particular is extremely kind and good at his job.
Overall Good value for money.
If you have a massage or treatments I would recommend you ask for a female masseuse if you are a female.

Had a lovely last minute holiday. This hotel is further down the south of Rhodes so if you don't mind a journey from the airport it's. for you. lovely rooms, staff helpful, food good. the only fault I personally had was there wasn't enough sunbeds as people would leave their towels on them apart from that had a really nice time.

One of the worst stays ever. As for the hotel:
The "peaceful surroundings" turned out to be a hotel "in the middle of nowhere" by a busy expressway. The beach is a 15-minute walk on asphalt (no sidewalks – be careful of traffic!). No complimentary water in the hotel – you can only buy it in the mini-market at double the regular price. The nearest shops/pharmacy/restaurants are 3 kilometers away.
The beach is rocky (not sandy-pebble as described), and private. €10 for ONE sunbed.
The family rooms were a disaster – falling-apart beds, protruding screws, rust, and dirt. Yes, they clean daily – but with one filthy rag. The room looked worse after cleaning than before.
Staff – the waiters were okay, but the restaurant manager and reception clearly don’t like Polish guests. No smiles, no willingness to help – just a constant “not possible.” Unless you're British – then they'll chat and make things happen. At the end of the stay, the woman at the reception tried to force me to pay €110 in taxes that I had already paid at the beginning. Luckily, I paid by card and was able to prove that the tax had already been settled. If I had paid in cash, it wouldn’t have been so easy.
The only positive was the entertainment team, especially for kids (Ms. Iga and Mr. Dawid were very well-liked by the children).
The nearest sandy beach is two bus stops away. It was completely burned down in 2023. You can still find metal debris in the sand.

Beware: there are multiple hotels around the world called the Olive Garden and, mistakenly, I booked this one for a stay instead of one in Japan as intended - paying upfront for the entire stay.
I immediately noticed my mistake upon receiving the confirmation and cancelled the booking: Literally a couple of minutes after the booking was made and around a fortnight before the intended stay. Unfortunately the hotel refused to refund any money whatsoever.
So this is not about the legal rights and wrongs of the situation - but more a warning to folks to not assume that a hotel management will be pragmatic and reasonable in this kind of situation.
Obviously, won’t be staying here.
