I stayed one night at this hotel during a business trip to Rhodes, and it was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I have had across many years of travel. I've seen hostels provide better quality of service for a fraction of the cost.
The infrastructure is completely inadequate for the size of the property. Two tiny elevators that barely fit one person and their luggage mean that during breakfast hours you can easily waste 10 minutes just waiting to get to your floor. This is unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one charging €130 per night.
The biggest issue, however, was the heat. I arrived to a boiling room and discovered that the AC unit has a centrally imposed lower limit of 24°C any attempt to go below that is met with a "Hard Lock" message. To make matters worse, the unit was visibly dirty and completely underperforming, meaning the room never even reached that already-inadequate temperature. I contacted reception, who were polite and did try to help by adjusting the temperature remotely, but after multiple attempts they failed. Their solution was to bring me a fan, a fan, for €130 a night in the middle of summer.
The complete absence of air conditioning in any communal area corridors, reception, everywhere makes it abundantly clear that this hotel is deliberately cutting costs at the direct expense of guest comfort. I spent the entire night sweating and unable to sleep properly, which is simply not something that should happen at this price point.
The room and bathroom were also extremely cramped. I cannot imagine enduring more than one night here, and I would have changed hotels entirely had I not arrived so late.
To my surprise, the breakfast was rather good and had a variety of options.
Avoid this hotel if comfort and value for money matter to you.

Only good thing in this hotel is the location, otherwise it was really, really bad. The room was dirty, hair and dust all over, and there were dangerous gaps on the floor that hurts your feet. The wine glasses in the room were so nasty that they had stuck to the napkins underneath them. Also all the glasses, tables and chairs in breakfast room were also dirty.
We were there in mid-November when the temperature was still over 20 degrees and they only had the heating on in the rooms, no possibility of cooling the room so we had to sleep at almost 30 degrees inside. Their website said there was air conditioning.
It did not help to complain to the staff, they just raised their hands and said that it is what it is. Do not waste your money as we did.

It was our first time in Rhodes for my birthday and we found this hotel through an agency. Normally the check in time is 15:00 but they checked us at 13:30 which was good. The room they gave us was small and the bathroom is way smaller. It is hard to move in bathroom. They do not have king size beds so they put two single beds next to each other but they are constantly moving away. Unfortunately the cleaning was quite poor and it was evident that the cleaning had been performed superficially. There were stains on towels as well. Good thing we had pictures of all because the management of this hotel really sucks!
Because they do not bother solving your problems instead they choose to turn a blind eye.
Let me add something positive lastly, Mr. Savvas in breakfast was super helpful and sincere like a real hotelier. It was always good to see him in the morning.

The hotel has the best view! Every morning I could see the sea and enjoy my peace and quiet. The hotel provided theme nights which offered us the possibility to try different cuisine. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Terrible customer service. I contacted them in advance to inform there would be 2 of us in one room. They said it would be the same price. When I arrived there, bringing multiple others to stay at their hotel for my wedding, they charged me extra. I explained and showed them emails. They insisted I pay anyway.
