Overall, this hotel provided a very pleasant stay. The location was excellent, just a few metres from the beach, with a small pool and sunbathing area available for guests. Breakfast was enjoyable, with fried eggs and omelettes cooked to order, along with delicious homemade crepes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, particularly Michael at reception. The room was kept clean and tidy, and the inclusion of a fridge and a few complimentary condiments was appreciated.
There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The room was quite compact, and there was limited space for storing luggage, so we ended up placing our suitcase under the sink in the bathroom. The décor felt a little dated, although this did not detract significantly from our overall experience.
In summary, a well-located hotel with excellent service and good facilities, ideal for a relaxing beach break.

Mitsis La Vita will always stay in our hearts, as we chose it to celebrate our honeymoon. From the very first day, the hotel felt welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bathroom amenities provided. Our room had a breathtaking view, and we truly enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets together. The beach just across the road, belonging to the Mitsis chain, was another wonderful highlight of our stay.
We would like to mention that right across the hotel there is a large construction site. Luckily, our room faced the other side, so we didn’t hear any noise, but it’s something future guests might want to keep in mind when booking.
Breakfast and dinner were always delicious, with a great variety to choose from.
If we may point out one thing, the hotel would benefit from a renovation. Everything was kept very clean, but the facilities and furniture felt a little dated.
Most importantly, we want to sincerely thank the staff — the reception team and housekeeping — for their warmth, attentiveness, and kindness. They truly made our stay special and memorable.

Fabulous Hotel. Lovely Staff. Clean rooms. Great shower pressure. The omelette and crepe lady at breakfast was excellent. Great location for everything. Very nice relaxing place. The building work across the road did not detract from our experience at all. In fact we would say it added to it. Very interesting to watch. Free beach towels and safe. Everyone very helpful. Evening meal just up the road at their sister hotel was also great with lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay.

VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY AT MITSIS LA VITA
unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing overall.
On arrival, we were checked into a twin room with a large pillar positioned between the two beds, making it impossible to use the room comfortably. We had to manually move the beds around the pillar ourselves — as you can see from the photo I’ve shared, this was awkward and shouldn’t have been left for guests to deal with.
The bathroom also had several issues: the bathtub initially wouldn’t drain properly, so it filled up during showers until we asked for it to be fixed. The bathroom door handle was faulty and very difficult to open and close, and the balcony light didn’t work throughout our stay.
Most disappointing was that our room wasn’t cleaned at all on our final day — even though we were out from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. When we returned, nothing had been tidied or refreshed. When speaking to the male receptionist that evening about this we were offered a change of fresh towels and that was all. They did eventually clean our room as we were persistent.
Breakfast was, unfortunately, another low point — very poor quality and limited selection, especially compared to other Mitsis hotels we’ve stayed at before.
Overall, the hotel’s location is convenient, but the quality and upkeep of the rooms, as well as the service, fell well below expectations. Definitely not the standard I’d expect from a Mitsis property.

Overall, really good and I'd stay again. Its about 10 minutes from the town centre which is a lovely walk on warm evenings. Tech wise, there could be more plugs so the lights can be on as well as charging a phone. The fridge is a lovely touch. Possibly more TV channels or hook it up to WiFi ao we can use Netflix. The staff are brilliant though.
