We have spent a week at Castellum Suites – All Inclusive, and I can definitely recommend this hotel! Great location, close to the Old Town and the main attractions of Rhodes, and bus route to other towns, yet in a quiet area.
The room was modern and very clean thanks to the daily cleaning. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with any request. The all-inclusive food was really good – a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and a variety of dishes, although a little cold at times – a great place for a comfortable stay in Rhodes. Excellent value for money, and we would highly recommend and happily return!

I loved this hotel and definitely will return. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious with an amazing bathroom. The food was excellent with choices for all tastes. Lastly, the location is ideal. It is an easy walk from the old town, the new town and even the beach. In the morning i enjoyed a walk around the moat of the old town.

The all-inclusive food was really good – a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and a variety of dishes. Everyone can find something to their taste.
In summary – a great place for a comfortable stay in Rhodes. Excellent value for money, and I would happily return!

Spent a week here 30th March. Hotel rooms were comfortable, all inclusive food was fair (could have been hotter at times) all inc drinks were good quality. Stand out service received by bar and waiting staff. Thanks for a lovely weeks stay.

Hotel and room looked nice, no draws for clothes, room was lovely to stay in, just a shame when the cleaners been in, they never wiped sides ,so we cleaned it, couldn't go in pool as looked like it had not been cleaned for a while, one member of staff threw a bucket of mop water from bar area outside and went into pool, only 3 people in reception was helpful Basiliki, katrina,didn't get other young ladies name, no information book in room, small bar man and some resturant staff looked miserable,kids and adults shouting in corridors after midnight, iv stayed in all inclusive and b&bs, in Rhodes town and never experienced such disappointment in a hotel, and I go each year, it was my friends first time, and it has put her off going again, it was a last minute change of hotel by our tour operator due to work being done in original, I will be going back to Rhodes in next couple months, but definitely will not stay here again,
