We had an amazing stay at Grecotel LUXME Dama Dama The **Guest Services team was outstanding** shout out Kristina! friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our trip special. Every staff member we met was warm and professional, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere.
The **food was exceptional**—fresh, delicious, and varied. We especially loved the lunch buffet best giros we’ve had!

So disappointed in this resort. We previously stayed at the Grecotel in Corfu and it was amazing....this place is not. Rooms, hallways, elevators all need renovation. Currently the air-conditioning is not working. The first room we checked into last night had hot air coming out of the AC vents so we waited about 1- 1 1/2 hours for them to put us in another room just to have the same EXACT thing happen. We had to sleep with the sliding doors open and of course woke up with mosquito bites everywhere. If the resort as a whole is experiencing issues with their air-conditioning, we should have been notified of this when we checked in yesterday. The 2 meals we have had so far at this resort have just been mediocre at best.While the hotel staff are extremely polite and the ocean view and pools are very beautiful, that cannot make up for all the other things listed in this post. I would NEVER stay here again. It's so bad my husband is looking for a room elsewhere. Again, I cannot describe my level of disappointment at this resort compared to the one on Corfu. The one on Corfu is a 10, this is a 2.

I just stayed here with my husband for a few days, it’s a very beautiful resort with very amazing serving staff. All the bartenders, bar managers, servers, and waiters/waitresses were absolutely beyond amazing. I think our best night of our trip was visiting the Greek restaurant, because of the waiter we had. I will say, it did seem that one of the managers for the restaurant and beach bar that we had encountered many times on our trip was very harsh to the staff and it was quite uncomfortable to see them treated like that. The buffet food is one of the best that i’ve ever been to, the environment is very calm and peaceful and overall if you’re looking for a good place to tan, relax, and have great food, i would certainly recommend staying.

had the pleasure of staying at Grecotel LuxMe Dama Dama as a single parent with my three children for 6 nights and 7 days, and I can honestly say this has been one of the most heartwarming and memorable holidays we’ve ever had.
From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and kindness. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and made every effort to ensure that we felt comfortable and cared for — it truly felt like a home away from home.
One of the most touching moments for us was when the team surprised my daughter with a birthday cake for her 16th birthday. It was such a thoughtful and emotional gesture that meant so much to both of us. This kind of attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality is what sets this hotel apart.
The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of choices for every taste — whether you’re into Mediterranean, international dishes, or lighter options, there was something for everyone. The pool was always clean and spacious enough, and the minibar in our room was refilled every day, which was a nice touch, especially with kids.
Every single staff member we interacted with — from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant staff — was kind, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making guests happy.
If you are looking for a place where you can relax with your family, feel safe, enjoy amazing food, and be treated with real warmth, this is the place. Thank you, Grecotel team, for giving us memories we’ll cherish forever. I will definitely return and recommend this beautiful hotel to all my friends and family.

Just arrived home from a week at this absolutely amazing hotel. I was a little anxious after seeing some reviews especially regarding the rooms. Luckily we were upgraded to a bungalow poolside and it was basic but immaculate and well situated. The fridges are fully stocked with cans of fanta and coca cola and water bottles are left daily too which is a lovely touch. The staff are so friendly and helpful from the cleaning team to the handy man nothing is a trouble. Lots of variety with food and drinks, coconut mojito, pina colada and passionfruit frozen daiquiri were a holiday highlight! Highly recommend booking Asiana restaurant food was absolutely phenomenal! There is always some form of activity/entertainment if relaxing isnt for you. Nice change visiting the beach bar for lunch as opposed to the dama dama restaurant especially if you want a gyros or a more chilled vibe . Lots of ice cream and sweet treats to pick from daily. We did visit the Old Town and a boot beer & frozen mango daiquiri is a must, taxi was €24 each way but a bus outside the hotel is also available. Overall amazing holiday and would highly recommend!
