⭐️ Outrageously Overrated – Do Not Trust the 4.7 Rating!
I cannot understand how this hotel has a 4.7 on Google or a 9+ on Booking. It is a total illusion. If I am being entirely fair and comparing it to actual high-quality resorts, this is a 3.9-star hotel at the very best. I am leaving a 1-star review specifically because the current score feels like a complete scam, and travelers need to know the reality before booking.
The hotel is plagued by management issues, understaffing, and major daily frustrations.
🚫 The Food: A Massive Disappointment
The food was the biggest issue of our stay. It is low-quality, and the variety is incredibly poor. Because the hotel is severely understaffed, the service cannot keep up, and you will routinely find yourself standing in front of completely empty buffet stations. It’s incredibly frustrating. To put it into perspective: the best culinary experience we had here was eating basic pizza slices by the pool. For a resort with this rating, that is tragic.
🚫 The Pool & Sun Chair Chaos
While the pools themselves are okay (though definitely showing their age), the management of the sun chairs is an absolute mess. There are nowhere near enough chairs for the number of guests. Tourists are out throwing their towels on chairs at 7:00 AM before going back to sleep or heading to breakfast. If you show up at a reasonable hour like 9:00 AM, there is not a single chair left. Management does absolutely nothing to police this.
🚫 The Towel Fiasco
The "old-school" management rules here are ridiculous. You can only get fresh pool towels starting at 10:00 AM. My wife stood in a long line for over 10 minutes, only for the staff member to announce they had completely run out of towels and she would have to come back in 30 minutes. For a highly-rated resort, running out of basic pool towels after making guests wait in line is an absolute no-go.
🛑 The Verdict
The *only* saving grace of this entire place is that the renovated rooms are pretty nice and comfortable. But nice rooms do not make up for terrible food, severe understaffing, and stressful daily logistics. Do not let the high online scores fool you—this place does not deliver a premium experience.

Fantastic resort for all ages and life stages
We had the most wonderful holiday at Lindos Princess in this beautifully well kept resort catering for all ages and life stages. Rooms were spacious and recently renovated to a very high standard. It’s laid out perfectly so you are not walking miles and miles from where you need to be - beach, park, pools, slides, lunch terrace, bars, restaurant and rooms. Food catered for everyone with a mix of baked dishes, grilled meats, salads, antipasti, amazing pizza at the pizza bar that’s better than my local back home, delicious cocktails made quickly. Staff were super friendly and attentive and helpful. Especially Evgenia who really looked after us. Kids club saw our little one keep coming back. Beautiful beach, lovely sun rise and sunsets between the two mountains you sit in between. They even had a hire car service extremely affordable in reception. The Italian al la carte restaurant was extremely impressive with elegant delicious food.
We will definitely be back.

We returned to this hotel in May 2026. We are very happy we found this amazing resort. It is ideal for families with kids. The rooms are spacious and offer comfortable accommodation for children. Last year we had a familly room with a separate area for our child which felt like a little apartment for us. The rooms have been refurbished with a modern look, they are cosy and easy to keep clean. Also the clening staff was amazing, our room was cleaned daily and towels changed. The mini bar was restocked evey 2 days which also was a luxury add on. The rooms have also huge balconies, great for having morning coffee or an evening drink and also for drying the towels after a full day at the pool.
There are 3 main pools and 2 mini pools for toddlers and one pool with slides. The pools are very clean and have fun areas for kids. You are offered pool towels which can be changed every 2 days.
There is a restaurant close to the beach and a food street corner which has very tasty pizza, delicious gyros and ice cream, as well as a variety of drinks. This was our kid favourite. The beach restaurant and the main one have a great variety of food, with healthy options like lots of vegetables, and all sorts of meats. You can find fresh fruits all the time. I must mention the deserts - absolutely delicious and large variety of cakes and sweets from local cuisine and international as well. There is a speciality in the main restaurant every evening which seems to be inspired from other cultures around the world. Also, a nice touch is the kids food area where you can find kids favourites like fish fingers, chips, cheese, chicken nuggets.
The beach is a mix of sand and pebbles. When entering the water though, there are some rocky areas, so it would be a good idea to use water shoes. The sea water is clear and we found in May to be warm enough, around 20 deg C.
We loved the buildings and the architectural details of the resort. Garden areas with lovely flowers and palm trees are beautifully lit in the evening, lovely to have a stroll.
And finally, the best part of this resort is the staff. We arrived late in the night, and we have been welcomed with sandwiches. They are always polite and pay attention to details, happy to help. A special mention for the main restaurant staff, especially Cristina who made us feel very welcomed and they were careful at every detail when setting our table. The animation team were exceptional, full of energy offering us multiple activities during the day and every evening a show and a mini disco for kids. Shows and mini discos are entertaining and they try to include everyone from a multitude of countries.
The resort is in a quiet location, but close to Lindos which us a very charming greek village with a beatiful acropolis to visit.
Our holiday was perfect!!! I love this hotel and definitely we will come back. Thank you Lindos Princess Beach Resort for being amaizing!

Stayed there at the of end of October and it was the end of the 2025 season for the staff. The staff tried hard to support everyone. We had very nice barmaids to so so barman. The animation team was full of energy and deserved the praise they are given. The resort was excellent with 3 pools and access to the pebble sea front. You may want to bring or invest in footwear to enjoy the lovely clear waters. The main & beach restaurants became our chosen spot with two kids. They enjoyed the gyros and pizza snack but the queues are immense, overall the food is good with a signature theme every night and plenty of demand.
Visited the old town of Rhodes and Lindos all very picturesque and full of history.
The onsite Spa is separate company but made our treatments very special. A big thumbs up to Stella and her therapy and advice.
The end of season vibe sent us on our way back too. We caught the staff taking their end of year picture outside.
If you need a relaxing place to stay this could be for you.

We stayed as a group of 8,4 adults 4kids aged 5-10, staying 7 nights, we had an amazing time, the hotel is stunning and in great clean condition, location is superb, only a 20 min taxi to lindos at 30 euros for an 8 seater well worth it, food was excellent and very varied each night, the staff were amazing and always interacted with the kids, the stand out was the guys at the pool bar, marios,Mihalos and kosta (please excuse the spelling hopefully there right) the guys were super and we really left felling like we had made new friends, the hotel has a number of pools so we had no problem getting some relax time on a lounger, there is slides in 2 of the pools one for the younger kids and one for older /adults the life guards were very attentive and always watching, the beach was clean and had its own loungers, all in all thus is an amazing resort and i will definitely be back and woyld highly recommend.
