The Hotel is a great place to stay. The cleanliness is spot on and the staff are excellent. They all seem happy.
You can walk into Rhodes town with ease approx 45 mins at a leisurely pace.
The pool bar area is very good and you will never need to worry about getting a sun bed as there is so much space.
However, you need to know the following:
-There are no towels issued for the pool or beach so pack your own
- The hotel is right off the main road and the traffic is constant so if you book a sea view you are facing this very noisy road
- The food is varied and adequate for what you expect from an all inclusive
- You have to pay extra for your room safe
- The beach is across the road but it is stony and untidy and not family friendly in my opinion. The sea can be rough at times.
There is entertainment each night from singers etc but the disco and karaoke were pretty poor.
For the price paid, it is good value. Take the trip to Symi as its beautiful.
We went at the end of September as two friends looking to chill out.

Great hotel. Not the biggest, but It got all you need. Great all inclusive buffet.
Very friendly staff, that's always ready to help.
Great pool area. And near the beach. Great pool bar with a wide variety of drinks and snacks.

The hotel rooms were not the best as I would expect a bit more from a 4 star hotel, but the services were great. The food was also great and always tasty, and the staff was always kind and helpful. The location is great as it very close to the sea (you only have to cross the road and you're there), but it is a bit sad that the hotel does not have their own seashore as there is plenty of space where they could have arrange one. At least both the hotel and who has sunbeds there are letting you bring drinks from the hotel. An important note is that the hotel does not offer beach towels (even though they have a pool), so you'll have to buy some if you had not bring some with you.

In general a nice hotel with nice staff and food, specially nice lunch and hardworking staff. It’s an older hotel which is clear to see, looking at the rooms. Drinks were not good, tasted weird and watery like cheap alcohol. You can’t get a real cocktail at the bar like mojito, aperol spritz, gin and tonic etc. Without paying. All the free drinks are with some weird tasting liquoir and soda. Really really bad wifi connection though which was a big minus for us. We didn’t have wifi in our room and when we adressed this issue, we were told by the nice receptionist that they would figure it out the next day and if not, we would get a new room. The next day, when asked, another receptionist told us that somebody had looked at the routers etc. and it “should” work everywhere, we just need to disconnect and Connect again, as if we hadn’t already tried this. It didn’t work but the receptionist basically told us it’s free wifi and that it wasn’t her problem. Really bad service if you ask me…she didn’t even offer a new room like the other receptionist until we said that her colleague had offered a new room. The wifi worked better in the new room (still not good though) and the new room was 10x times better (newer and better AC, better and bigger balcony etc) which is weird Cause the room was in the same pricerange as the first room? All in all an okay stay, but wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel crew fully profesional aspecialy barman. He has a good manners and always positive mood.
Rooms clean but little bit old style. 4 star hotel should have much more modern rooms.
Food was just fine.
In general good hotel thanks to personnel.
