We absolutely loved staying here! The hotel itself was stunning, the room was spacious & the balcony was lovely and big! I can’t put into words how lovely and kind the staff were, they made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious & the drinks were great! The pools and everything else were just amazing. The area is lovely with so much to do & the locals are very friendly. Entertainment was very good too and there’s a kids club that my son really enjoyed, a big thank you to Samia who was so incredibly lovely and so good with my little boy! We landed early hours this morning and we are already missing this place so much! We will definitely love to come back!

Hotel was amazing! Service from all staff was fabulous. Rooms were massive and cleaned to a very high standard. Food and drink was lovely, with lots of choice. Entertainment was first class, Michael Jackson show was my favourite, but all shows were brilliant. Area is very good for excursions or relaxing at beach. No complaints. Brilliant holiday.

Stayed here for a family holiday of 8. We really enjoyed our stay the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you!
Rooms were modern, spacious and clean. Although cleaners could do with wiping over sides in bathroom and mopping floors more.
Food was good quality with various selections of tagine, pizza, pastas, soups, veg and salads but not enough meat selection for me and got a little repetitive. I don’t do breakfast but I did a couple of times for excursion days and they offer omelettes 👌
All inclusive drinks were great! The wine is the best I’ve tasted in all inclusive, in the evening there is a champagne and cocktail bar and they will make pretty much anything you ask for.
There are plenty of sun beds around the pool but people do get up at silly o’clock to reserve the front row ones directly around the pool and some are claimed and not used all day so I think a sun bed monitor should be put in place.
Daytime entertainment needs improving a little with more variety and better quality but again the entertainment staff are so much fun!
Night time entertainment was mediocre just the same ‘Brazilian dancers’ every night with a different theme. Could do with bringing in the occasional professional act to mix it up a little.
All in all fabulous hotel and amazing staff, I would definitely visit again.

Where do I start defiantly not a 4 star at all.i just had 10 nights here won't visit this hotel again.
(Pro's )nice pools but very cold.
Staff OK once they get to know you.
Drinks fine.
Beach is lovely.
Unfortunately there are issues with the food massively cold, you can't read the signs to small of what your eaten hardly no meat, don't waste your time on the toasters unless you got 10 min spare.
The pool food is a little better but needs covering as rolls hard not much selection.
Be up early for sunbeds or you won't get one and once you check in ask for a towel card we didn't know this to day 3 as there's no iternary in your room or paperwork.
This hotel is not mobility friendly at all alot of stairs, they have wasted space out the front could do with more sofas or table a chairs as never enough room on veranda, entertainment in 2 placed very repetitive. No supermarket around have a tiny shop on site if you can find it open, another waste of space as there's room for a large supermarket there.
But I won't visit this hotel again unfortunately.

Firstly, we are a couple in our early 30's and have been on many all inclusives, as well as self catering holidays and backpacking trips. So we're used to mixing between 'luxury' and roughing it up. Our review is based on what you'd expect for the money you pay, and this is by far the worst, not only all inclusive, but holiday overall.
I believe the high rating, and sheer volume of reviews, is from repeat visitors; retirees who pay their money to do very little and expect even less. This is the genuine routine of the food operation here: -
The local cuisine that people rave about is the same six tagines every single day for lunch and dinner - meatless btw. IF you are lucky to have a meat option, it will be the chicken that is left over from the snack bar in the day. On two occasions, the meat option for this amazing local cuisine, was the tiny sausages from breakfast mixed into a tomato sauce, and once they did the same with chicken nuggets! Aside from the local stuff, the only other meat options I have seen during my stay was a white fish and 'shredded' chicken, which is basically the same chicken as the snack bar, cut into little pieces so it fills the small casserole dish and appears plentiful, and that is your lot! In summary, it is the exact same food every single day for every single meal and it's absolute garbage.
One evening we entered the lobby for drinks before dinner, and couldn't believe the service, waiters everywhere, couldn't do enough for you. Then the food had changed, there was lamb, prawns, even sushi! We couldn't believe it and felt so guilty for judging the hotel only 3 days in. But as we were eating, a company not associated directly with the hotel was handing out iPads and asking for our reviews! This was on the evening that a big influx of people arrived to the hotel which was convenient. I challenged management on this and knew exactly what was going on and what would happen the next day, and guess what; next day you had the same pathetic dishes, repeating, like a Scooby doo sketch, one after another!
I could go on but a brief summary: -
Zero culture, zero service, zero personal experience, everything is absolutely basic!
I write this whilst sitting on my sun lounger, counting down the minutes till I go home on Thursday.
UPDATE:
The hotel itself and it's grounds are really nice. Very well kept grounds. The hotel decor and theme definitely stands out from the others. The staff obviously work hard and do a great job which ensures the place is kept clean, tidy and ticking over between meals etc. this leads on to the level of service. Apart from the evening when they wanted our reviews, we were never asked if we wanted a drink at our table, not even water. This goes for around the pool and when sitting outside on an evening. I don't expect to be waited on by any means but I do feel some level of service from a four star. I will give props to the self service wine though, the snack bar and buffet are well stocked with bottles of wine on ice. They also have self service beer taps at both bars but only found one working during evening meals in the buffet part. So, this means you are queuing for every drink, which is fine but not when your lobby bar, which should be your main attraction in what is a lovely lobby area, is a tiny bar tucked away in a dark area. This bar has a maximum of two people serving at once, maximum, no matter how long the queue is, and I seen it going out the door on the evenings. It makes zero sense when your reception desk dominates the lobby area but only ever has one person working it... And you don't even check you in at the desk! You sit inside an area in the lobby, excluded just for checking in guests - makes zero sense!
This hotel simply needs better management, who understand what the guests would like but also deserve for their money, it has all the facilities here to do that, it's just not run efficiently. If the level of service, quality of food, drink, and overall experience was the same as that one night they wanted reviews, I would be giving this a good review.
