We had a great time at this hotel and was very impressed. Our stay from start to finish the staff were very friendly and looked after us well. Value for money you cannot go wrong, they have all the amenities including a 24 hour bar, gym, sauna and steam room available. We booked 3 separate rooms which they gave us all next to each other which was a nice gesture. Rooms were very clean and everything was as it should be, rooms decorated and finished to a nice standard. They have plenty of entertainment and activities, games for adults and kids to play as well as a kids club so parents can enjoy time to themselves if wanted. A special thanks to Anil (waiter on roller skates) who was a great waiter and lovely host for us, always smiling and happy to help. The only thing I could pick on was that they should have more than 2 irons and a stand in each room or available separately for a 200 room hotel, other than this everything was perfect. Thanks again to all the staff.

The hotel, which does not meet the 4-star standard, is old and in terrible condition, and it is not called Sirius Deluxe. The restaurant on the beach has a terrible employee who bakes Viennese waffles, does not follow sanitary standards, is rude, and behaves in an extremely inappropriate manner. Today, I changed my opinion about the hotel. The restaurants were clean, and the evening disco was amazing! Before, it was dull and sad!

I would give it a solid 4. I chose this hotel for my birthday and spent there a week. First impression was awful because reception was not welcoming whatsoever, not even a smile and yes I did expect at least a genuine happy birthday from you guys. I was working in hospitality for longer than 8 years and never seen reception staff being so nonchalant. There is only one gentleman who really genuinely tried. I was surprised by the treatment I’ve received in Spa. Angelika, bless your heart!Thank you for being so lovely all the way through our stay. Likely I wasn’t interacting with reception at all and avoided at all costs so the rest of my holiday was fabulous. We got a room facing another hotel and got really upset but then realized that only our rooms facing sunsets. Beautiful hotel and absolutely fantastic food. Guys, I can’t stress enough how happy I was everyday with the selection and those waffles on the beach took my heart. Animation team was the best I’ve seen in my life, really appreciate every day interaction and want to come back there again to see you guys! Evenings was full of beautiful show or DJ sets with fireworks. The hotel was full of people with kids but I haven’t been disturbed even once because they have been sent to the kids room or spent majority of the time on the beach and the best part is that pear can give you privacy and peace far from family’s. Overall it was really great holiday and please do go and play darts near pool, you have a great chance to meet the best people from different countries and then have a wholesome and meaningful conversations with actually very good quality beer at the bar up until five am haha Please avoid vodka and tequila in this hotel-poison… If you need atm please go out and then get straight to the main road, then turn left and walk down the road for about 5 minutes, you will see 3 different atm with good rates on the left hand side from you. defo recommend and thinking of coming back.

Just came back from a 5 day stay at this hotel with my mum and sister. It was a very clean, grand and deluxe hotel with many amenities. CONS: - entertainment team was not good. They weren’t personable and didn’t get everyone involved in activities( I didn’t see many occurring). They need to work on getting people involved and recognising guests. - Food was too repetitive. Even on different themed nights, the food was the same. Most was tasty but breakfast was boring so thre needs to be some variety with all foods at different times of the day and the desserts. Also, the “snack time” should not be a repeat of the food that was served at dinner. PROS: - The bar service. The iced coffees, drinks and bottles at all time were amazing, especially when it’s so hot outside. Only thing I wish there was more non alcoholic cocktails. - The hotel was clean and beautiful - The security was amazing especially the man with white hair, who always used to park my car. - The rooms were always cleaned well and with great additions - All hotel staff tried to help at all times. - Good location for public transport but I would recommend taxis and cars if trvavlling to main Antalya. - Shops around hotel have good prices and are friendly. Overall, a really wonderful stay that we enjoyed and can’t wait to be back!!!

Honestly, 4 stars don’t do this hotel justice – it truly deserves more. Before our trip, I had some doubts after reading a few mixed reviews, but once we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the food was absolutely excellent – always fresh and constantly replenished right up until the end of service. The variety of desserts, pastries, and fresh fruits was outstanding. There were several large pools, and the solarium area facing the sea was quiet, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. In the evenings, there were fun and varied programs in the lobby with a nice bar and great atmosphere. Everything was included and available without extra charge. We spent a truly wonderful week here – highly recommended!

Nice hotel with some positive aspects, but definitely not 4 star standard. Positives include clean modern rooms with lots of space, and the majority of staff are helpful and friendly. However, aspects of the hotel are run down. One of the main pools are missing tiles, walls are stained, the gym and kids club look run down. The food was the worst part of the holiday, the selection was barely 3 star standard (and also often cold). Location wise is in a nice golfing area but about half an hour away from everything going on (an hour by bus - taxis are about 35 euro to get to the busier areas). Some really nice bars below the hotel. There was also a limit to 1 drink per person for the all inclusive deal and you needed a token for a drink … and 10 euro per towel… not ideal. Evening entertainment also wasn’t great. Ultimately we had a nice time but there is definitely a lot of work to be done to call this hotel ‘four stars’.

We have just stayed here for a week & have so many good things to say about it!! 💫 The cleaning staff work above and beyond! The rooms were cleaned spotless every day and really quick too. I didn’t get the man’s name but the male cleaner was friendly and so good at his job! 💫 the entertainment team seemed great and fun from what I saw during the week. Always friendly around the hotel too 💫 the canteen / chefs are incredible. I don’t know how they work to the standards they do in the busy hectic environment. The food was exceptional and the themed nights are so good!! We’ve had Asian / Italian / Spanish / Mexican whilst we’ve been here. The salad section is so good and a wide choice of healthy foods. I can’t rate the food enough!! They deal with so much as well with people leaving the tables a mess and people making a mess when serving their own plates. These guys deserve a special mention! The only bad thing I will say about the hotel is the pool area can get quite slippy. Myself and my little boy slipped and noticed a few others too during the week. Also ( not the hotels fault at all) other guests putting their towels out in the morning on the sun beds and leaving no room for anyone else was rather irritating as the week wore on. If you weren’t up before the sun you weren’t getting one! I can’t fault the hotel at all. We had a great stay here and all the staff are wonderful at their jobs I wish I could tip them all!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. ☀️ 🌊 🦎 🌺

I'm writing this review laying on my lounger drinking an ice cold drink (which maybe alcoholic??!! ). On the last full day of our holiday, which has been wonderful so far. My wife and I are a couple in our fifties. So our kids have grown up and don't sponge of us for their holidays anymore. Anyway we booked this hotel 2 days before we travelled out here. We knew this was a family friendly hotel but that was ok with us, plus we had upgraded our room to a seaview. The transfer from the airport was quick and easy. The hotel from outside looked lovely. At reception we was greated with a smile from a helpful young lady who explained everything about the hotel we needed to know. Because we already upgraded, this entitled us to what they call My Favourite Club. Which I would highly recommend all couples to do. This gave us access to a more private area in the buffet restaurant, private sun terrace but best of all, My Favourite Lounge. In there you can make your own drinks (cocktails! ) and nibbles are provided. Ok let's speed this up a bit. Our hotel room, tick! Large, very comfortable and the maid service was outstanding. Bars tick again! I found all the staff very pleasant and hard working. Buffet restaurant a BIG tick! Food was wonderful, always well cooked and a great variety. Never the same old food. That's down to some people who think that putting Pork, Chicken, Beef and Fish on their plate in one go is how to enjoy a tasty meal. Pool bar food, a tick again. Adult pool area tick again. It's not a swimming pool but a shallow cool down pool. Sun loungers comfortable and a very big tick you don't have to get up early to find one. OK so far so good a 5 star review. But unfortunately one star gets knocked off for the following. There are two so called A la cart restaurants here. We booked for both of them, I wished I hadn't. The Enyesque was lovely but I did find the main meal was a bit salty for my taste. Unfortunately however Chido the Mexican restaurant wasn't great. Let's just say if Wetherspoons was doing a Mexican night it would be far better than here. Next keeping the public areas clean. The hotel must be cleaned over night, because I never saw anyone cleaning around the pool areas during the day time. So unfortunately because of the wind you get here in Tenerife drinks and food will get spilt and remainder not cleaned up. Next the ice crusher that makes cocktails it the pool bar is so loud you can hear it everywhere. I'm sure the bar staff wish they had ear defineders on and I'm also sure if the wind is blowing in the right direction you can hear it back in the UK too!! .And finally, a couple of my own little things that would make our stay better. The sun parasols in the My Favourite Club look lovely but are far too small to keep the mid day sun off you. Also I think the My Favourite Club Lounge should be adults only in the evening. All in all this is a lovely hotel and yes I would come back here again and maybe in years to come I might come here with our grandchildren too. So may be if these issues are fixed I'll be leaving a 5 star review next time!

I’ve been twice this year! January and May! Had an absolute blast! Amazing hotel, well looked after! The entertainment team were incredible! Drinks were free flowing and the food was yummy. Two pools, the main one and one over looking the sea which is a lot quieter and more of a sun trap. Ocean restaurant you need to book on the app which is super easy. Great for a quiet dinner after a day in the sun. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to other towns.

This hotel is lovely and as long as you are going with the expectation that you are staying in a 3* hotel and not a 5* hotel you should have a wonderful time. Pros- Clean and spacious hotel. Housekeeping are wonderful and keep rooms/communal areas clean to a high standard. Reception staff and bar staff are always happy to help and friendly. 3 different pool areas to suit everyone NO FIGHTING FOR SUN LOUNGERS, you can find one at any point in the day as people don't leave their towels on all day and only use it for an hour. Food plentiful and fresh. Room adequate for the amount of time spent in them. Cons- Any local shop is around a 20 minute walk apart from the on site shop which is rather expensive. Food can be a little repetitive. Childrens entertainment can be a little rubbish depending on which staff is doing the mini disco which is only half an hour long at 20.30 which is a little late. Unless your child is put into kids club during the day they are not included by staff on an evening. The bunk beds are not adequate for a young child to sleep on top as there is only half a bar that stops them from falling off. (My 10 YO didn't feel overly safe up there)

Stay as far away from this hotel as possible! Everything about mine and my friend’s experience here was awful, start to finish. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are extremely poor, the carpets throughout the hotel lobbies and stairs are covered in stains, both the inside and outside the tables were hardly ever clean and the reusable cups aren’t cleaned properly, they’re just sprayed and rinsed, no proper cleaning or sanitation of the rims of the cups where you drink from, and the bar staff were always annoyed whenever we asked for new cups. The staff in general had an appalling attitude towards us, reception staff were blunt and not helpful, the bar staff were always annoyed whenever you asked for anything, the beach transfer driver had no regards for safety and would constantly overfill the minivan. The only shining light of the staff was the lovely woman in the hotel shop, she was always smiling and happy and would dance and joke with me and my friends whenever we entered her shop. The manager, who told us his name was GM, was the most unprofessional and rude person we encountered. He demanded us into his office, and originally only tried getting the girls of the group in the office with him and refusing to let the boys come in with them. We refused this and all went in together, where he was extremely aggressive and nasty in tone towards us and our complaints about the quality of the hotel. He was condescending and confrontational and was trying to abuse his power over us asking questions like “do you know who is the one giving the orders here? Me.” The whole conversation he was arguing with us against our complaints and not being cooperative to resolve any of them, and using it being 3 star hotel as an excuse for all the faults rather than wanting to improve our experience. He also stereotypes us from the beginning of the conversation, assuming we came for a party holiday and to be clubbing, when all we were looking for was a relaxing poolside holiday. The pool area was also disgusting, the first day we arrived the pool was taped off for “cleaning purposes” but there was no cleaning happening, it just reopened and nothing had changed about it. The food was always freezing cold, even the hot food had no warmth at all, we tried the beans, sausage, and bacon and they were all stone cold. The bread rolls were the only thing we ate after this and even they weren’t the best. We saw countless other reviews from the last month about how the food was making people ill and after visiting the hotel, we can see exactly why it made them so ill. The hotel is also full of bugs and animals, we saw a rat scurrying around the pool bar, and found silverfish, ants, earwigs, and countless other bugs and creatures in our hotel rooms. The rooms aren’t cleaned properly, they are full of stains and black mould, and feel extremely dirty to be in. I had some sort of slime come off the door and stain my finger, as well as the lights coming out of the wall, flooding bathrooms, and the no locks on the door. Everything about this place made me and my friends feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Definitely not a family friendly hotel and definitely not a place to ever consider staying.

Just back from a week at HSM Canarios Park with my Wife and 2 kids, ages 2 and 4. We all had the best time. This hotel is ideal for families with kids. The food is good, nothing fancy but plenty options for the kids and fresh fish or meat cooked at the buffet every day. The restaurant is open for long periods which makes it easier to plan your day and means you can avoid busier times. The staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful which really adds to the overall experience of feeling welcome at the hotel. The rooms are cleaned so thoroughly and beds were always made up and room tidied and cleaned throughout the day. The staff would even make the kids beds and then lay their teddies on top. There are 3 pools at the hotel so always space to find a couple of sun loungers. The kids pool was great, so shallow so easy to relax and not have to worry. There are shuttles into the town but we always opted to walk as it's a straightforward route that's pleasant and safe to walk - about 20 mins or so. The tourist markets in the town are great and well worth the walk. Some nice bars and cafes too. At the end of the week none of us wanted to leave so I think that says it all!

I recently visited HSM Canarios Park with my friends for a nice memorable holiday. However it wasn’t nice at all and memorable for all the wrong reasons!! When we first arrived we were greeted by reception and when we checked in we were given a sheet of paper which was for a single cup for drinks for the WHOLE HOLIDAY!! I found this appalling as we paid for an all inclusive, so having to have one cup the whole holiday shouldn’t be right and definitely not very hygienic. On our first day we made a complaint to the holiday company we flew with as the hotel was not how it was described when we booked it and VERY unhygienic. The tables were dirty, our food was cold at breakfast, the ceiling in our bathroom had mold on it (which was unsafe for me as i have asthma), the bathroom would flood after one use of the shower, the walls were paper thin so we could hear everything from the room next door, stains on the bed sheets and around the room, there was no inside lock on the door and there was loads of bugs in our room (ants, silverfish on my bed, A RAT, and other creatures). We then got called in the managers office and the way he spoke to us was appalling!!! We were a group of 3 girls and 2 boys and in this ‘meeting’ he only wanted to speak to the girls!!!! This was because he was trying to single us out and saw us as easy targets. When we finally argued that we aren’t going in without the boys he let us all in. When we were in there he singled me out made me sit down on a chair and asked me condescending questions like ‘do you know where you are?’. Throughout the whole meeting he was very condescending, unapologetic, unprofessional and just out right rude treating us like children and constantly stereotyping us! We never stayed in the hotel as we didn’t feel safe we was only there to sleep and shower. In the day we would take the beach shuttle to the beach which was VERY unreliable. The man driving the 8 seater van would try and fit around 15 people in the van which was very unsafe! And he said to me and my friends if we didn’t squeeze in the van, which already had 15 people in there we would have to wait for an hour! This was RIDICULOUS as when I spoke to reception they said he should come back until there is no one waiting, which was a lie! Overall all of the staff made us all feel extremely uncomfortable the whole trip, the staff was talking and pointing at us all the time and just being very unhelpful! The only member of staff in the entire hotel that was kind, fun and made us feel welcome was the lady in the shop! She would dance with us when we would enter, and had amazing energy! She deserves all the praise and deserves better than working in that dump!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I understand that the hotel is only listed as a three star, but some of things we experienced during our stay wouldn’t even qualify for a one star hotel.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of June. The hotel was clean, lovely pools - but what really made our holiday was the quality of the kids club and the entertainment team. They brought our shy 7 year old completely out of her shell, Angie, Jordan and Daniel are always talked about in our household this summer! The food was repetitive and more child friendly options would have been welcomed, however, it is a 3 star hotel therefore somewhat expected. We would 100% come back just for the entertainment team alone!

One of the best budget hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are basic but the air con is unreal, and you’ve got everything you need. People booking this should understand it’s not a 5* luxury hotel – it’s cheap, cheerful, and perfect if you just need a place to get your head down. The location is spot on: only a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach, with the Old Town right outside the hotel, full of restaurants and bars. The New Town is around 10–15 minutes away, which is actually nice because you’re close enough to enjoy it but far enough to avoid the noise. Great little spot if you’re after value for money and a comfortable base.

I'd stay again as super value for money and in such a great location for the beach and the old town. If your looking for cheap clean accommodation this is the one. Can't comment on the food etc as didn't eat here.

We've just returned from spending Easter weekend here. Great location and we were lucky to watch the Easter processions as they passed through the old town. Room was great, but no balcony which wasn't a big problem as we spent most of our time on the beach / in the bars. Breakfast basic, but we enjoyed it. Nice ambience, very quiet. Perfect for a visit to the old town Benidorm. Rooms are basic but very clean. We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a view. Shower was very good and always hot water. No fridge, kettle or hair dryer but that wasn’t an issue for us. One thing we did find that could be addressed is a handrail to get in and out of the bath/shower. There is some noise early mornings from outside but wasn’t too much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Best holiday, great location, good service, best entertainment and very clean overall. Me and my family just returned from the hotel, we were extremely satisfied and had the best time. I have been to more luxurious hotels in Turkey however, this hotel was by far cleaner, the staff were family friendly. The variety of food can be repetitive and didn’t not enjoy most of the desserts as they were too sweet and lack flavours.

Honest review after 10 day family holiday It was absolutely roasting ☀️☀️☀️🤣 All staff were amazing specially Cengiz (or pronounce like jengo picture attached) Adem and Muhammad from the stone bar (bar at main pool) very helpful looked after us well. They were absolutely amazing. We were in a bungalow double, single and a z-bed (which collapsed as soon as my son sat on it) 🤣. The room was a good size, clean (ish) dusty in some areas eg tops of headboard. During our stay the rooms were cleaned on basic, coffee/tea and water was replaced once had to ask. Bathroom was very clean on arrival but noticed the sink and toilet weren't cleaned daily a medium length black hair appeared on the sink vanity (none of us have that colour or length of hair) i deliberately left it there to see how long it would take to be cleaned away it didn't so I washed the bathroom myself. Flush broke on the toilet and didn't have hot water for a night. Which wasn't really a big deal I was happy to have a cold shower. The mess from the maintenance man fixing it wasn't cleaned. Again. Cleaned myself Air con in the room was absolutely rubbish was cool when you first entre the room but after 10 minutes it was very warm and sweaty. Room was constantly at 21° I asked for it to be fixed but was still the same. Spoke to a few other guests and they said the same. I won't even moan about the sunbed situation at the end of the day it is the hight of their season so to be expected. But I do agree with some of the reviews there's no need to reserve a bed for your children they can share. Food it samish got sick of it near the end. One of my sons are very fussy so he ate chips 8 out of 10 days. Im not blaming the restaurant my son is just a fussy wee bugger. Although I did try their nuggets and they weren't very nice actually worse than turkey dinosaurs (and that he would eat) Evening entertainment was very good, one night there was a famous singer (sorry forgot her name) yes she was probably very good but alot of the guests and myself felt it was more for the Turkish as we heard tickets were sold for that evening. That night was not really catered for uk etc. Taxi to mamaris will cost you roughly £10 and to ichmeler £8 hotel will book one for you but taxis are normally up at the gate. Less than 10 minutes to both areas. Could walk along beach front to both areas. I know this review sounds really stuck up but coming from a hospitality background myself believe me I understand how hard it is and is probably harder for them due to amount of guests and heat that the staff work in. I'd personally give the hotel itself a 7 out of 10 as it definitely needs updating and room cleaning needs a bit more attention. But staff would get a 10 very friendly and working in that heat I take my hat off to them. *edit* also toilet roll wasn't replaced daily ran very low to the point it would have been a square each had to ask for rolls on a few occasions. Roughly 2 hour transfer from dalaman airport we booked a private transfer. Was nice to have our own space but didn't arrive much earlier than the coach half hour at most

We took our two kids and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect. The food is great - especially the desserts. The best part was the kids disco and performances every night. That's on top of the amazing pools and seaside access. Would stay again.

Just returned from a week's inclusive plus holiday there and can't rate this hotel high enough. The food range and quality is amazing and the staff are second to none. So friendly funny and welcoming. Treating them as you'd like to be treated is the key, not something all visiting guests remember! This was our first trip to Turkey and if we return, we will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel. Very highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay! Block B, the thermal section, was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The thermal pools, healthy and delicious bio meals (including gluten-free, lactose-free, and plant-based options), and the friendly staff made everything perfect. Special thanks also to the reception team – always welcoming, helpful, and professional. We truly felt at home. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel – especially Block B and the amazing team across the whole hotel!

A lovely stay at HL Paradise Island, Playa Blanca ( we are currently here). Staff works very hard and very friendly, I found reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, thank you Cedric, Tyesha and Alfredo! The only down side is - the pool gets extremely crowded and it’s very hard to get a lounger around the pool. Guests reserve the sun loungers despite the hotel policy and nobody seems to care much or consider other guests. The food is good and the rooms and very spacious and clean. Thank you staff, you do your very best!

Was a bit worried after reading other reviews but we went anyway. We found all staff to be really friendly and couldn't fault them, they work really hard! Our room was nice, basic with a kettle which was what needed. Could of done with an iron but managed without. I asked dor extra pillows, they were delivered promptly. The main pool was a bit lively but we stayed by the water slides all day and was very relaxing, the splash pool was fun for kids too! Food was delicious every day and staff were zooming about cleaning up as fast as they could. Entertainment on an evening was a good variety of different things each night and we enjoyed it. We loved every minute there

We have just come back from a fantastic family holiday here. Great service from the staff, lovely clean rooms, the food was good for an all in inclusive and drinks were great. The only slight downside was that the hotel policy is that you cant reserve sunbeds yet all the sunbeds were taken by 6am. There should be staff enforcing this rule.

To be honest that’s not a 4 stars hotel, from outside the bungalows looks nice but once you step inside everything looks like is going to fall apart because the furniture, the beds, the sliding door (my wife couldn’t even slide it), are old and had a poor maintenance over the years, the mattresses are an absolute joke, the pillows you cannot named like that, the wifi is free just for the first day. At 9 in the morning you can find the bins around the main pool still full. Unfortunately because they use paper cups for drinks most of it end on the floor and the content attracts a lot flies. The only good things that I can say is that the pools are open till late in the evening, and you can help yourself with beverages during meals. That can be a great hotel with some serious money invested in it, otherwise will go down.

The hotels locations is approx 2km from the edge of the strip. Not much close to the hotel. The hotel itself is poorly maintained and filthy. There doesn’t seem to be any pride in the facility. In the rooms round the couches, the floors were filthy. The rooms are poorly cleaned also, dust under couches, bed covers dirty and stained. No microwave or remote so air-con couldn’t be used. Floor covering didn’t fit properly either. Upstairs property had bedbugs and family had to move while we were there, thankfully we didn’t. The outdoor ground tiles in public areas covered in drunk stains and left to become sticky. In the restaurant the plates and cutlery in the restaurant are dirty in the clean pile with sauces and food stuck to them. Children’s high chairs never seen a cloth. The bar area tables were still covered with tables and drinks in the mornings. Paper cups floating round everywhere. There is no environmentally friendly measures, no reusable glasses, all single use cups which are strewn around the hotel. Pools are nice however and kept clean. Plenty of space. The dino park and its slides is great for kids of all ages. There are plenty of arcade games and pool, ping pong tables. Food in the restaurant was not bad either and was typical all inclusive Buffett. Overall costs seem to be cut at every corner.

I don’t normally write a review but this has been the worst All-Inclusive Holiday We’ve Ever Had. I just wanted to share how disappointed we were with our recent stay, as it was honestly the worst all-inclusive holiday we’ve ever had. Yes, the pool looked nice, but we could barely enjoy it because we were constantly pestered by staff trying to sell trips — not just once, but three or four times in the space of half an hour. Mealtimes were a nightmare too: nowhere to sit, long queues, and when you finally did get food, it was really poor quality. The service from the staff was terrible. I genuinely don’t understand how there are positive reviews, unless they’re from staff or people who just didn’t experience the same things we did. This holiday was such a letdown and definitely not what we were expecting or promised. Never coming back to this hotel .

This hotel is far from being a 5-star resort – I would rate it as 3 stars, or 4 low-quality stars at most. The entire hotel is under construction, and we had to cross unsafe areas with construction materials scattered on the ground just to get to our room, which could be dangerous especially for children. Our room was big enough for three people but not very clean, with visible damage especially in the bathroom. The food was extremely repetitive – mostly two types of chicken and a few beef dishes. Shrimps were served only twice in 15 days, and you had to queue more than 5 minutes just to get 3 pieces per person. Another very uncomfortable issue: almost every staff member constantly tried to sell something, offer paid services, or even ask to change their coins for paper money. It felt like we were approached every few minutes, making it hard to relax. The pool was fine, but the bar next to it had a strong, unpleasant smell. The only really good part was the animation team, who were fun, energetic, and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless your main goal is to enjoy the shows and activities by the animation team. Everything else needs serious improvement.

Amazing Stay in Egypt! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and were regularly serviced every day. One of the best parts was that we didn't experience any food poisoning, which can sometimes be a concern when traveling. While the food options weren't overly extensive, we certainly didn't go hungry and found something to enjoy at every meal. Another highlight was the cleanliness throughout the hotel, no insects or mosquito bites during our stay, which was a huge relief. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, Overall, a great experience, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt!

Very loud disco music usually accompanied by a voice screaming something "entertaining" all the time makes it impossible to sleep before 11pm. This is probably the reason why I'll never stay in this hotel again. The food is ok, but not extraordinary. GSM signal is weak in the area and hotel WiFi is slow (15mbit) however stable. The beach 300m down the hill is small. The sunbeds cover every square meter of the beach, so you won't see the sand until you actually stand on it. It is not overcrowded, but it feels like a furniture store. There is 30m strip of the sunbeds owned by the hotel so you don't need to pay 15€ for the sunbed. The hotel has 2 small swimming pools, closing at 6pm. Why? You can play disco until 11pm, but close the swimming pools at 6? The outside tennis court, ping pong and gym area is mostly useless during the summer due to the hot weather. The price-performance ratio could definitely be better. I think we could have chosen a better place to stay for the price.

We liked the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the grounds are well-maintained, and the staff is polite. Upon check-out, wristbands are not removed, so you can still enjoy meals and the bar. There is also a shower and a luggage storage room. The hotel has a small water park for children aged 6 and up (minimum height 120 cm). There were enough sun loungers on the beach. There’s also a kids’ room for younger children — my daughter enjoyed going there to draw. On my birthday, there was no attention at all — no card, no small gift. The birthday package must be ordered in advance online or at the reception, but this was not mentioned at check-in, even though my birth date was clearly visible in the passport. The process of ordering the package felt inconvenient. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a family vacation, but service for special occasions could be improved.

I stayed at this hotel in May 2025 with my family and had a very pleasant experience overall. Highlights: Cleanliness: The entire property was spotless: lobby, swimming pools, rooms. Friendly staff: The team was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Renovated rooms: Some rooms have been recently renovated, with a fresh and modern touch. Terrace and lawn access: One of the best features was the easy access from the room to a terrace and green lawn – perfect for relaxing outdoors. Kids club: Very engaging for my 4 y.o. daughter. Bar: Nice selection of drinks. Downsides: Poor sound insulation: The soundproofing in the connecting rooms was not great – I could hear my neighbor snoring through the door. Cold pool: The swimming pool was quite cold, which made it less enjoyable, especially for younger children. Pool slide access: The water slides are only available for children aged 6 and up. Although this is mentioned on the hotel’s website, I missed this detail when booking through a third-party platform, which was quite disappointing for my daughter. Limited fresh fruit variety: The buffet food was good overall, but the variety of fresh fruit at meals was quite limited. We would have enjoyed less cakes and more fresh fruits. Overall, despite a few small drawbacks, we had a very good stay!

The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. During our stay, the second pool was being renovated, but it didn't bother us in any way, in fact it was nice to see that someone actually cares about the visual aspect. The rooms are spacious and clean, cleaned every day. The cleaning staff and reception staff are very nice, friendly, smiling and helpful. Unfortunately, that's all the pluses. The food is boring, repetitive, often poorly prepared. We expected a low standard of food from such a cheap all-inclusive offer, but what we got was very basic. The birds that ate from the bowls were chased away, and the bowls continued to be left on the buffet as if nothing had happened. Carbonated drinks were not available during breakfast, and the water, tea or coffee smelled of chlorine. As for alcohol, some bartenders tried to charge us for something that was in the all-inclusive offer, which we also didn't like and made us prefer to buy alcohol in the store than constantly ask for it. As for the animation team, this was the thing that bothered us the most. If you don't speak French, forget about any interaction with them. All the entertainment during the day or in the evening was only in French, and if you tried to take part in it, you were ignored. I wouldn't go back to this hotel again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed at the Alua Village Hotel in August and, while there were some positives, unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing and not what we expected from a 4-star resort. To start with the positives, the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. However, unless you pay extra for a sea view, the standard rooms offer little to no view at all. Our outdoor area was located right next to a pathway, meaning there was a constant stream of people walking past on their way to the pool or beach, which didn’t make for a relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel advertises beach access, the reality is far from convenient. The walk back from the beach is extremely steep, with uneven ground, making it quite difficult—especially for those not used to hiking terrain. It's not suitable for families with young children, the elderly, or anyone with mobility concerns. The location of the resort is also quite remote. The nearest town is around €10 each way by taxi, and we found ourselves leaving the hotel most days just to find things to do. The hotel did not cater to English-speaking guests at all, which left us feeling quite isolated. Daytime activities and entertainment were not accessible or engaging for us, and we felt very disconnected from the resort experience. The food was one of the biggest letdowns. It was very repetitive and on several occasions, there was nothing my partner could eat. She had to resort to buying snacks from the on-site shop, which was massively overpriced—€4 for a packet of crisps, for example. Additionally, dishes were often mislabeled and staff in the restaurant didn’t speak English, making it difficult to understand what we were being served. Service was also hit-or-miss. The bar staff at the daytime snack bar were frequently rude and made us feel uncomfortable when ordering drinks. In the evenings, the main bar was clearly understaffed, and long waits for drinks were the norm. As for the nighttime entertainment, again, it was not tailored to English guests at all. Most evenings we ended up just sitting outside, drinking quietly without much atmosphere. In summary, while the hotel looks good on the surface, it doesn’t deliver when it comes to comfort, inclusivity, and overall guest experience—especially for English-speaking visitors. We wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it unless some major improvements are made.

I thought I came to Spain to explore Spanish culture, but it turned out I found myself in the middle of France. I didn’t know that in Spain people speak almost exclusively French.……… Starting from the beginning, A very nice hotel with an impressive lobby and a view of the ocean. The transfer takes about 1.5 hours. There are two large outdoor pools plus a small one for children. Everything looks very nice, but it could use a small renovation because some of the little tiles are falling off the pool walls, and it’s possible to hurt yourself. In fact, two people cut their feet. The indoor pool with heated water and a jacuzzi is a bit shabby around the edges, but it works as a plan B in case of bad weather. There is also a sauna, but it’s in very poor condition — dirty and completely dark for some reason. Being here in September, there were almost no children, which was a huge plus, but it seems you could easily come here with kids as well. The way down to the beach is indeed a bit steep, but manageable. It’s worth taking some nuts (you can grab a few at breakfast) to feed the squirrels — there are lots of them, and they happily come up to take nuts straight from your hand. The beach has beautiful turquoise water, toilets, bars, surfing, showers, and sunbeds (paid). It’s worth bringing some cash if you like extra amenities. Walks along the seashore are very pleasant and a great alternative to spending the evening on entertainment — especially if YOU DON’T SPEAK FRENCH. And speaking of entertainment… Unfortunately, I didn’t know I had to learn French to take part, because the music was in French and the entertainers spoke only that language, as did part of the staff, which is ABSURD!!!! But that’s not all — they practically ignored anyone outside the French-speaking group. Only on the last day, Sunday, September 13th, when the whole French group left, the “French nightmare” quieted down a bit. Then a man named Ozz, a Croat who spoke several languages, appeared at the activities — he was super friendly, polite, and finally we could join in and actually interact. It was also one more girl name Sifa which I can say she tried her best to speak as soon as she understood that one of us speaks in Spanish, so at least them… the rest is don’t have comment barely can speak in English. Many times you could hear the dissatisfaction, especially from Spaniards, as well as English and Polish guests. The best example is when something was said in French for 20 minutes, and then at the very end the lady said one sentence in English: “I hope you enjoyed…” — this is a joke! I can understand everything in Spanish, since I’m in Spain — but French? What is actually going on there? Food — I can’t complain much. Sometimes a bit repetitive, and most desserts are strange mousses and purees, while the good cakes disappear in seconds. Rooms — everything was fine, but the hotel definitely needs some renovations. The dining room floor tiles are dirty and damaged, with grimy grout, blackened joints or mold in the bathroom, and tiles sloppily painted over. The bathtub handles didn’t work. I saw three large COCKROACHES outside the entrance to the whole complex and one on the paths from the rooms to the lobby, but none inside the room. Overall, it’s okay, but three years ago I stayed at Princess Jandia, literally the hotel next door, and it was definitely better. So if you can pay extra, I recommend staying there instead.

Overall it didn’t feel luxurious and wouldn’t hurry back. Staff weren’t very helpful, and was told different information from different employees. I had to ask three different members of staff before I was able to find the towel exchange (which was inconveniently only available between 10:30am-11:30am instead of just having bins of clean and dirty available throughout the day) and was hidden away near trees, so difficult to find. Felt like I kept getting palmed off by staff members trying to find it. For all inclusive snacks were only offered between 3pm-5:30pm. A lot of drinks you had to pay for separately. And no tea or coffee was available in the buffet area with lunch or dinner. Food was decent otherwise. Cleanliness was very mid. On our first day there were dirty shoe marks in our shower and balcony furniture was covered in a film of grime - so we didn’t want to use for our trip. Plenty of sun beds. Bottom of the pool was dirty.

The rooms are always kept clean and if there’s an issue they fix it right away, spacious and comfortable, it’s situated in the perfect area with lots to do at the beaches, boat trips , parasailing, banana boats dolphin exploring and markets and restaurants! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I felt well taken care of right from the start. The room was beautiful with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail from the fresh linens to the complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. We have just got home from our holiday here. First holiday abroad with our kids (10,8,5). We have had an amazing time. All of the staff were very friendly and polite and always had a smile on their faces. Our room was a family room and we found this perfectly adequate with 5 of us in there. Lovely views over the sea. Beds comfortable and all nice and clean. Plenty of storage with safe provided and mini bar stocked I think every day. The food was delicious and to be honest careered for every taste. You couldn't think of what more they could have offered, the range was brilliant. The beach is literally on the edge of the resort with beach bar, toilets and loungers all on the beach. There was a bus stop directly outside the hotel which was very convenient for any sightseeing and the concierge kindly provided information on the timetable for this. Highly recommend this hotel, we were all sad to leave after an absolutely amazing week.

Just back from a very hot and sunny week here in Rhodes. The positives for me are the great location overlooking the sea and the grounds of the hotel are kept beautifully. The room is a decent size and the balcony is lovely too. The bar staff and the lady making the amazing crepes were also friendly and happy to help. I found the other staff to be very hit and miss - some of them really looked like they didn’t want to be there at all, especially on reception. I do not know how the hotel secured its five star status - it’s more of a three star I think. Improvements are definitely needed: - the bathrooms are old and our shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it. It’s just a dated shower over a bath system - the main restaurant is very busy and the air conditioning units are no way enough to cover the size of the room so it was always uncomfortably hot. - I think for the amount of guests, a 3rd pool is needed. The sunbed/towel situation every morning was pretty annoying and the sunbeds themselves are old and whack you in the head whenever you sit on them! - trying to secure a late checkout was very frustrating and again the staff weren’t especially helpful I enjoyed my stay as I was with family but I would not return here.

Amazing stay at Mitsis Rodos Maris – we’ll definitely be back! We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Mitsis Rodos Maris! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was incredibly delicious – we especially loved the variety and taste at the main restaurant, and the brunch was a real treat! We also visited the à la carte restaurants – both the Greek and Asian restaurants were outstanding. The flavors, the presentation, and the service were all top-class. The cocktails at the main bar were amazing, and the coffee was excellent – we enjoyed it every single day! The beach bar was super convenient and made relaxing by the sea even better. And the pizza on the beach was unexpectedly delicious – a big plus! The beach was clean, beautiful, and the sea was crystal clear. There were always enough sunbeds available at the beach. Around the pool, they got taken quite early in the morning, but honestly – that wasn’t a problem for us since the beach was so great. A special thank you to the hotel staff for the surprise on my husband’s birthday – we received a delicious cake and sparkling wine in the room. Such a thoughtful and kind gesture that made our stay even more memorable! Our room was cleaned every day, and the mini-bar was refilled regularly, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel – the service, food, drinks, beach, and atmosphere were all amazing. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommend this hotel – it’s a real gem in Rhodes!

I would recommend this hotel if you would like a chilled getaway. The hotel was stunning, the rooms were lovely and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The food at this hotel was amazing for an all inclusive. There was a great range of food options, and I liked how the lunch menu was different everyday. I also liked how you can book restaurants within the hotel, as it felt more convenient than going outside the hotel as there isn’t too much to do in this location. The staff were so lovely and so attentive. One thing I would say is I wish there was more evening entertainment rather than a DJ, as there is a DJ at the pool and it was the same music all day (which was nice), however I think it would be nice to get evening entertainment. Would stay here again in the future!

Honestly brilliant. Great vibes, great staff, great rooms, great food. Food was pretty healthy so if you're hoping for classic all inclusive food, this isn't for you but allergens we're well catered for (my partner is gluten and dairy free). Also, huge shout out for the sound bath/sound healing session that was included with the booking. The instructor was a gorgeous human being and we left feeling so energise and relaxed. Gym is small but well equipped for a holiday gym. Walking distance from bars, shops and the like. Genuinely really enjoyed our stay and planning on trying all the different cooks clubs in the portfolio.

The location, despite being largely in the middle of nowhere, is well serviced and easy to get to. There really isn't much around the local area but the bus does stop outside, so it's easy to get away for a trip around Corfu. Our Welcome to the hotel wasn't exactly ideal, we got in late and were expecting food but only received a cold wrap from the people behind reception. Who didn't seem happy that we'd arrived late, as if that's our fault. I was expecting more than this when you market yourself as a 5 star. The rooms were nice but had some problems. The bathrooms aren't private at all, a tiny area of the room that only has a semi-fogged up glass door. You'll need to be real comfortable with the people you are travelling with to make it work. Also, the double bed is two singles pushed together, which just aren't comfortable. Again, not features I'd associate with a 5 star. Food was decent but not amazing. You'd expect a Michelin restaurant with a 5 star rating but that wasn't the case at all. Breakfast is a buffet, not good enough quality fresh fruits or cooked breakfasts. Lunch might have been the saving grace, burgers, chips, sandwiches etc, not mind blowing foods but still solid. Dinner was often disappointing, you pay for all inclusive but quickly find out that the options are very poor and are expected to pay for any decent meal. Staff were obviously told to promote the Paid menu at every chance. Too many nice meals not included with all-inclusive. Same goes for drinks, anything nice wasn't included. The pool was nice and modern. The sunbeds were often taken from early in the morning. They only give out towels at 10am, so if you haven't brought your own towel, all of the beds will be taken. Again, any good establishment would keep on top of this and actively remove towels. The music was horrible, DJ playing music with no lyrics, as if they were going to get copyright infringed. Your experience may be made worse by other guests who are staying, but this really depends on luck. I fear for anyone staying here if there's a rowdy Stag/hen party also in attendance. Overall, I'd give the place between 3-4 stars. Certainly not a 5 star, anyone giving it these ratings has simply never stayed in an actual 5 star.

We had a wonderful stay at Cooks Club Corfu, my husband and I needed a little break & re-charge from our busy work-life. We wanted somewhere relaxing in a lovely setting and this was perfect. Beautiful hotel and rooms. The food was great, different all inclusive experience ordering from the app, but the food was amazing... the best part is, they also catered well for Vegans with a separate menu to order from. We also loved the cocktails and drinks selection, cocktails with chilli syrup is a game-changer! delicious. I miss my morning iced coffee by the pool. Please say hello to the local cats for us, until we return again :) J&J

The Guardian’s Cook’s Club in Corfu is visually stunning — the aesthetics and overall design of the hotel are truly impressive, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a relaxing and stylish environment. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The food was deeply disappointing. Despite being advertised as five-star quality, the meals were mediocre at best. To make matters worse, I experienced food poisoning/upset stomach during my stay, which completely ruined my enjoyment of the hotel. What was even more shocking was the way management handled the situation. When I approached customer relations about the issue, the manager responded aggressively, shouting and telling me to be quiet. There was no attempt at empathy, no accountability, and absolutely no apology. Their behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected. While the hotel itself may look nice in photos, the combination of poor food quality and the aggressive, unhelpful management makes it impossible to recommend. A beautiful hotel should never come at the cost of feeling unsafe or mistreated when raising legitimate concerns.

Room layout is nice however there is a constant smell of mould/dampness in the room. The floor in the room was not swept for our whole stay. The shower head comes flying off if you put the shower on full. On the last day just before your flight, they take off the all inclusive wristbands and so you’re not allowed any food or drink until your flight as they put temporary yellow wristbands on, which just allow you to stay in the hotel buildings and use the pool. There was also a lot of people who on several days, got into the hotel and was on the top floor pool area without a hotel wristband, which they were escorted out.

Had a great holiday here. We were upgraded to a sea view room with stunning views! Good breakfast buffet, we didn't do all inclusive so can't comment on dinner but service was excellent. The Spa was lovely and the rooftop pool was really fab. Enjoyed our stay a lot.

Such kindness and helpfulness are rarely seen in any hotel! The hotel staff found a solution to every one of our requests—and always with a smile! We stayed for 7 days; the rooms are beautiful, cleaned daily, spacious, and comfortable. Every day, we were welcomed with coffee and milk. There is food for everyone, and they pay attention to every little detail. This was one of those holidays where we felt more than comfortable. This hotel comes with our highest recommendation—you won’t regret it, just as you won’t regret experiencing the beauty Malta has to offer!

Hotel is nice and clean, we had a courtyard view room which the balcony’s are in a square. Not hotels fault but small Island limited space. Hotel has 3 pools. Outdoor family pool is freezing and Salt water. Indoor pool is hot and roof top pool is amazing but adults only. The hotel has an unusual set up as it’s on a main road and the family pool and hotel are separated by a road. (Access via a tunnel under road). While relaxing round the pool you regularly hear cars beeping each other which will annoy some people. There isn’t a beach but there are access points to the sea and the sea is decent. The food is decent quality and cooked very well by the chefs, although not a huge selection you would have to be awful eaters to not find suitable food. They have 3 restaurants (themed) which is decent. Outside the hotel turn left and left again there is a shop called Dave’s which is not ripping tourists off, and Irish bar etc too. Staff seem friendly. I would have rated it 5* if the family pool was either warmer or not salt water and a slightly bigger selection of food. Evening entertainment is ok, and good standard performers Overall a lovely destination for a family

I just want to say that Abby Sheikh, the manager, is really lovely and caring. I had an awesome experience with him. I was nervous about getting into a taxi, and he went out of his way to speak to the driver for me, which made me feel so much safer. He truly deserves recognition for how kind and supportive he is. Unfortunately, I’ve seen people be very rude to him, and it’s honestly not fair. At the end of the day, he’s just doing his job—obviously he can’t let people into rooms without a wristband—and yet people start kicking off at him for no reason. From my experience, he’s one of the nicest and most genuine managers I’ve ever met.

This hotel is not really 5 star, maybe more like 2 or 3 star. Food is very basic, not much choice. They say cocktails are available, but staff don’t seem trained to make them properly. Bar staff were not friendly, no eye contact, no welcome. One bartender, Diego, was unbelievably rude. I had to speak to management at reception. They said they will look into it, but I am not sure anything will happen. Rooms are old and need renovation. No entertainment at all. I can accept simple food or old rooms, but not bad attitude from staff. If someone doesn’t want to do their job, maybe this is not the right place for them. DISAPPOINTED. Not suitable for families, better for stag or hen party groups. If you are in holiday with kids, I recommend avoiding this hotel.

We stayed at Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club in July 2025, expecting a 5-star holiday, but in reality, this hotel barely meets 3-star standards. The reception staff were abrupt, unfriendly, and not welcoming at all—not even a smile at check-in. The room was outdated, with very old, unattractive furniture that clearly hasn't been updated in years. It felt tired, basic, and far below what you'd expect from a so-called luxury resort. The restaurant was small and offered very limited food options, especially considering we were on an all-inclusive package. The quality was average at best. The bar had restricted opening hours, and worse, the bar staff made all-inclusive guests feel like a burden—drinks were served with an obvious lack of interest and even visible annoyance. To make things worse, there was absolutely no entertainment or animation at all—no evening shows, no music, no daytime activities, nothing to create any kind of atmosphere. It felt completely lifeless for a supposed resort. On top of that, the extra charges were unacceptable: €20 per person for a beach towel, plus a €10 deposit. Additional fees to use the beach sun loungers. These hidden costs made the “all-inclusive” label feel like a bad joke. All in all, this hotel is falsely marketed as 5-star. The service, facilities, and overall atmosphere were all disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I’d strongly suggest others look elsewhere if you’re expecting anything close to a true resort experience. Another absurd policy: if you accidentally damage your wristband, they charge you €25 to replace it. How they even came up with that amount is beyond me—it’s just a flimsy band, not a designer bracelet.

It's hard to believe the Grand Muthu advertises itself as a 5-star hotel. The entire property feels dated and neglected. There are no complimentary hotel loungers on the beach; instead, guests must pay extra. Hotel-provided beach towels can be hired for €20 each, with only €10 refunded upon return. Our room was worn-out and showed signs of poor maintenance, including some areas that weren't properly cleaned. The bathroom fixtures appeared to be decades old, well past their prime. Access to the themed restaurants required advance booking, but they were already fully booked for the next two days when we checked in. The drink selection was underwhelming—beer was the only decent option, and even that was served in small plastic cups. There were also signs and rules posted saying things like no loud music from balconies and that towels left on loungers would be removed if people were trying to “reserve” them. But none of these rules were actually enforced, so people just did whatever they wanted. It made the place feel kind of chaotic. The outdoor pool was pleasant when groups of people weren't playing there own music loudly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. That said, I won’t be looking to stay at any Grand Muthu property again soon.

Not 5-Star Quality – Poor Conditions and No Deposit Refunded I stayed at the Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club and was very disappointed with the overall experience. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it’s honestly more like a 3-star at best. To begin with, I paid a €100 (£90.04) deposit, which was supposed to be refunded on 15/07/2025, but I still haven’t received it. I’ve followed up with no response from the hotel, which is unacceptable. The condition of the room and facilities was far below what I expected. Doors had visible holes that had been poorly covered over, and the bath was stained. The pool wasn’t even on the same property—it was located in another complex, which wasn’t clearly communicated. I was also placed in a completely different complex of apartments, not the main hotel. While walking back from the beach through the hotel at night, we saw numerous cockroaches, and our balcony was infested with ants. Worse still, when we checked in, the ants had already entered the kitchen inside the apartment. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, pest problems, and poor communication—not to mention the missing deposit—made this stay very frustrating. Definitely not 5-star standards, and I would not return.

We were here mid-May. We had booked an apartment. The view was beautiful, the apartment spacious and complete. Nice finish, very spacious balcony, good beds. The location is great. And altho the hotel is near the Strip, it was a very quiet location. Right on the beach and shops also close by. The indoor pool was nice and quiet. Unfortunately we didn't use the spa, because the steam sauna was broken. So no need to go there. What i didn't like was that you can't take a decent shower anywhere after checking out (we specifically asked for it and they insured us that it was possible, but after checking out they said you can't!). So..it isn't a five star hotel, but overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. The only thing that could be better is the cleaning of the rooms during the stay (like the floor was not wiped even once in a week).

I had a lovely break from start to finish! We arrived late at night on 27/07/25, after 10 PM. Even though dinner time had finished, Loretta at reception kindly offered us dinner. She is such a lovely and welcoming person – thank you, Loretta! All the hotel staff were professional, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard – thank you to the housekeeping team! Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. My son and I also really enjoyed using the gym and sauna – everything was fantastic. The food was amazing – honestly some of the best I’ve had on a holiday. I felt completely relaxed and was able to make the most of all the facilities, which meant a lot given how busy my life usually is. This was truly one of my most unforgettable holidays. A very nice hotel that I would definitely love to return to!

The only shame is that in the evening you can hear the music quite a bit from the hotel room... and regarding the meals, a little more variety would have been great, but it's still super good, so not too disturbing. Otherwise, having booked on Booking.com, we were told there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, but on site there isn't all that... it's a shame... but otherwise GREAT

The hotel has wonderful facilities and potential; the staff seemed to do their absolute best with what has been offered to them. The stay was pleasant albeit that there are some down sides… Waiters were wonderful. The pool is continuously cleaned and the grounds are maintained but THE HOTEL IS VERY OUT OF DATE … there is alot of maintenance that needs to take place, polishing the floors, vacuuming the carpets (appalling), sliding doors don’t close nor lock; the elevators are absolutely disgusting… the entertainment was enjoyable as they really tried their best to keep the guests happy. The hotel store is extremely overpriced- All in All this Hotel needs to be Updated.

Room was nice and tidy. Cleaners was wonderful. Staff members Keya, Kawsar and Asif really stood out providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The pool was great and the hotel is located near the coral bay beach which is wonderful. This review is a 4 star and not a 5 because 1: the gym opening hours are not available before or around breakfast or around dinner. The opening hours are strange as people will be busy doing other stuff during 10am-6pm. 2: whilst hotel suggests beachfront, not the best beachfront and cannot access the water as surrounded by stones and rocks. 3: barman by the poolside needs to work the bar more fairly by seeing who arrived in what order to the bar so customers are served fairly.

Cannot fault this hotel after reading reviews was worried however there is a new entertainment team which are great, rooms cleaned daily, good food and the staff and incredible. Had an amazing stay thank you. Would definitely come back here. Each night are themed foods my only gripe is the beach which is difficult to get in with all the ticks but not the hotels fault. Manager was very accommodating also meeting my child’s additional needs. Only thing I would recommend is disability pool access as the older people staying struggled to get in. But for us 4 star absolutely

The room was very nice with a balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the beach was good. Drinks at the beach and pool bar were always fast and good. On the day we arrived there was hair and pieces of glass on the floor. There was no shower gel. We left a note for the cleaning lady and asked at the reception. We received it 2 days later. The luggage room is always open and unsupervised, so be careful.

The waiter around the main pool Miltiadis is extremely attentive, funny and hardworking offering a fantastic customer service to all. The rooms are spacious and clean. We have had a wonderful time staying at the Mitsis Ramira. The location is perfect with a wide selection of pools, bars and restaurants. The staff have been incredibly helpful and everything we have needed they have made sure to accommodate our every need. During meal times the staff are always so kind and engage so well with our family especially our three year old. Anna has been exceptional and always makes a fuss of our little one and comes and puts a smile on his face every meal time. So much so he asks for her every time we have breakfast, lunch or dinner. A place I would definitely recommend to others and would definitely visit again.

Stayed here for a family holiday of 8. We really enjoyed our stay the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you! Rooms were modern, spacious and clean. Although cleaners could do with wiping over sides in bathroom and mopping floors more. Food was good quality with various selections of tagine, pizza, pastas, soups, veg and salads but not enough meat selection for me and got a little repetitive. I don’t do breakfast but I did a couple of times for excursion days and they offer omelettes 👌 All inclusive drinks were great! The wine is the best I’ve tasted in all inclusive, in the evening there is a champagne and cocktail bar and they will make pretty much anything you ask for. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool but people do get up at silly o’clock to reserve the front row ones directly around the pool and some are claimed and not used all day so I think a sun bed monitor should be put in place. Daytime entertainment needs improving a little with more variety and better quality but again the entertainment staff are so much fun! Night time entertainment was mediocre just the same ‘Brazilian dancers’ every night with a different theme. Could do with bringing in the occasional professional act to mix it up a little. All in all fabulous hotel and amazing staff, I would definitely visit again.

We’ve stayed at Iberostar Founty Beach around 7–8 times over the past 6–7 years, and it’s been great to see how much the service and food quality have improved. The buffet now offers a wide variety of options and the food is consistently excellent. Location-wise, it’s perfect – right by the beach, which is a big plus. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and there’s usually plenty of space in the dining area, even at busy times. Afternoon tea is a lovely touch – the fresh donuts are a huge hit! That said, the 4–5pm serving window causes long queues. It would be great if they could serve them earlier or have more staff preparing them to ease the wait. A few things could still be improved: the room lighting is quite dim and could definitely be upgraded. Also, even though we booked a double room, we were given two singles pushed together, which made for a poor night’s sleep. Lastly, it would be nice if the hotel ensured there were no pork items on the buffet, as it would be more inclusive for many guests. Another small issue is the pool deck chairs – they’re often “reserved” with towels early in the morning and left unused for hours. The hotel should try to manage this better so everyone has a fair chance to relax by the pool. Overall, despite a few areas to improve, it’s a hotel we keep coming back to, and we’d definitely recommend it for its location, food, and great service.

Had the best time here on holiday with my mum, the service was amazing- the entertainment team work so so hard, it’s lovely to see how appreciated they are by the guests! The food in the hotel is amazing, as a vegan I’m very wary about an all inclusive holiday but the options were incredible and I never went hungry and there are so many options of different pulses for protein which was something I’ve never seen before. Rooms were nice, we had a sea view and it was so nice waking up to the waves every morning! 10/10 experience, already thinking of a trip back but for longer next time!

Just got back from a 3-night girls holiday here and overall had a lovely stay. The hotel itself is beautiful with plenty of entertainment going on throughout the day. If you’re looking to relax in the afternoons though, be prepared for quite loud, heavy music around the pool as they do try to get everyone involved in activities, although the music is loud, it’s still a relaxing hotel. The food was great with lots of choice fresh pizza made throughout the day and a nice selection of rolls and snacks. You definitely won’t go hungry at this hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although we did have an issue with ants. As soon as we called reception, housekeeping came straight out to deal with it which we really appreciated. There’s also a free shuttle running to the markets, and you can book tours directly through the hotel. We did quad biking and a sunset dinner, and honestly can’t fault it. I’d definitely return to this hotel again perfect for a fun, lively holiday (with enough relaxation too).

This hotel was outstanding for so many reasons. Staff - all staff were exceptional. From the front desk, to the bars and restaurants and the animation team - everyone was fantastic. But an extra special shout out to Jenna, Mo and Soufiane who really stood out as exceptional people that are a credit to the hotel and made our stay very special. Entertainment/Animation Team - the whole team were excellent and had a wonderful ability to get you involved. They create a wonderful atmosphere through the hotel and make a real effort to get to know people. The best team we have seen by some way. Food - excellent variety and very good quality. The head chef also took a real interest in our experience from the start. Rooms and facilities - the whole resort is incredibly clean, including the public toilets. Our room was lovely and very spacious (Family Suite). We would return for sure!

Just finished a week at this hotel and we were really impressed. The staff here were absolutely brilliant and so helpful.. from reception, to entertainment and the catering/waiting staff. We have travelled a fair bit and I can’t say I’ve experienced hospitality like that anywhere else! There is plenty to do around the pool which is good for kids, and adults (although for those who like lie there and to do nothing it may be a bit much at times). It is a bit of the centre but the hotel run a free shuttle bus which takes you in and collects so you can still visit key areas. They also run trips from the hotel which you can book from reception t a reasonable price. It was a generous All Inclusive which didn’t scrimp on food/choice with cocktails included to your hearts content. The room are small but really clean and nicely decorated with room service mostly everyday (bar one where we slept in). I will say to expect some tummy issues in Morocco and come prepared with medication and also electrolytes if you’re not climatized to the hot weather (I am and I still struggled to stay hydrated). We would definitely visit this hotel again and recommend for families with small children.

The entertainment team are friendly and energetic - they ensure that all guests are having fun and there are activities throughout the day with great shows in the evening. The hotel is great, we are very satisfied. We stayed for 11 days in July. First we got very large room on the fifth floor but we change it because it was loud (central ac) than we got on the first floor and it was very nice and quiet. Great stuff, great people, very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The entertainment was great, specially yoga guy and Maya from mini club. She is great with kids. Our daughter loved going to the mini club and disco. The beach is beautiful and the sea also with a lot of shells. We highly recommended this hotel.

This hotel was quite a unique experience. The staff at the checking were a little bit rigid, with the exception of the bellboys , who were very decent. The animation team were great and very engaging with all of the guests. Very fun ,very decent crowd. The room were very neat and clean. The housekeeping staff were also great and lovely. Again the alcohol was terrible, all local produce included, no decent alcohol was in the all-inclusive. With the exception of Kingston gin everything else was .... Just ok. Some of the waiters were very very nice. Son of the bar staff were very weird and arrogant. Water in this place again was an issue. The gym was terrible, completely dated , machines creaking. No water for anyone who wants to work out. The restaurant.... The same food was repeated almost every day, would not say it was five star quality with the exception of the pasta stand. The fresh grilled food was decent. The waiters and the service staff were decent. One exception was the fresh fruits, I normally eat a handful of dates every morning, one serving the dates will completely infested with dead insects.... When I brought this to the attention of the staff they shrugged their shoulders and said sorry better luck next time. Don't expect this from a five star.... Therefore I would give this place more of a four-star rating.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very good experience, although there are a few areas that could be improved. Pros: •Beautiful and well-kept hotel grounds with lush greenery. • Brand new, comfortable sunbeds by the pool. • Clean and well-maintained swimming pools. • Delicious food with surprising touches like homemade fries and freshly baked croissants for breakfast. • High-quality desserts, far above the usual all-inclusive standard (no cheap cream-and-gelatin combinations, but real, tasty ingredients). • Well-stocked shops on-site, very convenient. • Friendly and helpful hotel staff, always willing to assist with a smile. Cons: • The beach was disappointing: dirty, poorly maintained, and with much worse sunbeds compared to the hotel grounds. There are about 3-4 sunbeds for 1 beach umbrella which take all the free space on the beach. If you want to get 1 sunbed you will have a stranger „neighbour” 20 cm next to you. • Too few elevators for such a large hotel, leading to long waits.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Tunisia, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly warm and welcoming. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home — always smiling, attentive, and eager to help. A special shoutout to the entertainment team, who were the absolute highlight of our stay. Their energy, enthusiasm, and friendliness were contagious! Whether it was pool games, evening shows, or simply chatting with guests, they created such a fun and lively vibe every day. They truly made a difference and kept everyone, young and old, engaged and happy. The food was another standout — absolutely delicious and full of variety. Every meal offered something new, with a great mix of local Tunisian dishes and international favorites. Amazing vacation. I spent 5 days- 4 nights with my family at Stella Gardens. The hotel is amazing, the service is great, staff are very friendly and respectful. You can feel safe, comfortable and confident that your kids are safe and enjoying everything. The food is very nice, high quality and very tasty and clean. The shuttle is always ready to take you to / from the beach. The beach water is crystal clear. You can see fish swimming around you. If you go the end of the pier, you’ll be able to enjoy one of your best snorkeling spots. Make sure to take your own snorkeling tools or you can buy them from the hotel store. Excited to go again one day. Thank you for the amazing vacation!

Came on the 09.09.25 and quite honestly one of the best holidays I have been on. The entertainment team are amazing. A special shout out to Mia, Tito and Momo. So much energy and entertainment and so friendly and welcoming. Had to go to the clinic for a medical emergency and the team there were amazing. The food is great and they have themes every night. I highly advise booking this!!!!

Absolutely amazing family holiday! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa in July 2025 and honestly – it was just perfect. I was there with my family and we had a super clean and spacious family room with the most beautiful sea view you could ask for. The hotel facilities are top-notch – everything is well maintained and looks stunning. The food? Delicious! We especially loved the Greek dishes and the local wine – absolutely spot on! 🍷😉 There’s a great mix of activities if you want to stay busy, but also plenty of space to just chill and enjoy the calm. Access to the sea is super easy, and the beach was clean and not overcrowded – just how we like it. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality vacation. Big thumbs up from us! 👍 — Petr

Superb Hotel – Highly Recommend! This was our first time in Greece, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! From the moment we walked into the lobby to check-in until the day we left, the service from the staff was truly impeccable – warm, professional, and always helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed – the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. The pool area felt like a true paradise: relaxing loungers, a great atmosphere, and a fantastic bar serving delicious cocktails (not watered down or overly sweet – just right!). The food exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Every meal had something for everyone, and the quality was consistently great. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes.

We just got back from our vacation and we’re really delighted with our stay at the hotel! Everything was just excellent and exceeded our expectations. We especially want to thank the hotel staff, everyone was super kind, genuine, and always ready to help. Especially the administrator Mariana and Oksana from the buffet (her desserts were so delicious; truly a master of her craft). The animation, the food, the cleanliness - everything was top-notch. We had such a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

I am currently in the hotel, I would not recommend this place. The service is not the best, nor is the level of cleanliness and comfort. In the main restaurant, for breakfast, we were offered drinks (coffee and water) only 3 times in 10 days, the rest of the time they simply ignored us. And this was early at 7-7.30 when the workload is minimal. At lunch, the situation with drinks is much better, in the street part of the main restaurant, the men serve very well, thank them. But as soon as you go to lunch, at the entrance there is a girl with such a face as if she is forced to work there. So, in general, all the cooks are the same, they are all very, very tired. For dinner, somehow they did not offer any drinks at all, even when we finished eating, no one came up. Although the waiters nearby approached people, offered them drinks, they ignored us. In short, the managers of this hotel simply cannot cope with their work, they do not control what is happening. The hotel is unsafe, as all the elevators I have used have had their technical inspections expired for over a year, the elevator leading to the main restaurant simply creaks and makes noise when moving, it is even a little scary. On one of the landings there is sharp dangerous glass on the corner, children can cut their hands. The beach infrastructure is outdated and requires repair and renovation, there you can simply trip while moving along wooden paths. I live in a room in the main building, the room itself is normal, but for example, when you wash yourself, very hot water can suddenly start, then suddenly cool, etc., it is quite uncomfortable. There are ants on the balcony, we talked about this a couple of times at the reception, but they just came and swept them away, after a couple of hours they returned. By the way, the floor on the balcony has not been washed even once in 10 days. At the reception there is a young girl who simply hates her job, with a dissatisfied face and clearly makes it clear to the guests that they are unpleasant to her. The Italian restaurant had delicious food and the best service, I didn't like the desserts, it's a matter of taste. The Moonlight restaurant had the worst service, the young guy didn't offer a salad. We ordered coffee with desserts, for some reason it was brought first, no one offered other drinks. Although the neighboring tables were offered everything and told. The American restaurant had good service. Excellent service and communication only in the main bar both during the day and in the evening, the guys there are great. It seemed that some of the staff were simply kidnapped and forced to work. If so, give me a sign, I will try to help. During the entire vacation, you could reserve restaurants 4 times for free, but I was only able to reserve 3 restaurants, since other restaurants were not available 10 days in advance, keep this in mind.

Enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and attentive. Main food hall is classic all inclusive canteen, food is okay but lacking in atmosphere. House wine is nasty but local beer is nice. You’re supposed to get 4 nights in an a la carte restaurant if you stay 1 week, but it seems they get fully booked by people staying longer periods before you get chance to book, so good luck. Local restaurants are nice and worth a visit though. We had a junior suite which is just a bigger normal room really with its own little pool which our daughter loved. Bed was super comfy which is a nice surprise for an all inclusive abroad.
