We had a great time at this hotel and was very impressed. Our stay from start to finish the staff were very friendly and looked after us well. Value for money you cannot go wrong, they have all the amenities including a 24 hour bar, gym, sauna and steam room available. We booked 3 separate rooms which they gave us all next to each other which was a nice gesture. Rooms were very clean and everything was as it should be, rooms decorated and finished to a nice standard. They have plenty of entertainment and activities, games for adults and kids to play as well as a kids club so parents can enjoy time to themselves if wanted. A special thanks to Anil (waiter on roller skates) who was a great waiter and lovely host for us, always smiling and happy to help. The only thing I could pick on was that they should have more than 2 irons and a stand in each room or available separately for a 200 room hotel, other than this everything was perfect. Thanks again to all the staff.

Just came back from a 5 day stay at this hotel with my mum and sister. It was a very clean, grand and deluxe hotel with many amenities. CONS: - entertainment team was not good. They weren’t personable and didn’t get everyone involved in activities( I didn’t see many occurring). They need to work on getting people involved and recognising guests. - Food was too repetitive. Even on different themed nights, the food was the same. Most was tasty but breakfast was boring so thre needs to be some variety with all foods at different times of the day and the desserts. Also, the “snack time” should not be a repeat of the food that was served at dinner. PROS: - The bar service. The iced coffees, drinks and bottles at all time were amazing, especially when it’s so hot outside. Only thing I wish there was more non alcoholic cocktails. - The hotel was clean and beautiful - The security was amazing especially the man with white hair, who always used to park my car. - The rooms were always cleaned well and with great additions - All hotel staff tried to help at all times. - Good location for public transport but I would recommend taxis and cars if trvavlling to main Antalya. - Shops around hotel have good prices and are friendly. Overall, a really wonderful stay that we enjoyed and can’t wait to be back!!!

Flawless top to bottom. Greeted on arrival at 2am helped with baggage, room upgraded and food/drink available at 2am for guests who arrive late. Hotel was extremely clean, from pool lobbys, beach, sun deck, rooms. Food had SO MUCH variety more than i could count as well as desserts. Unlimited drinks all day, streetfood bar next to beach downstairs. Paradise level experience. Service from team was excellent, all very friendly prompt and so so respectful. I genuinely couldnt fault this hotel even if i tried. Ahmet needs a raise, works very hard and service is amazing- true gentlemen

I would give it a solid 4. I chose this hotel for my birthday and spent there a week. First impression was awful because reception was not welcoming whatsoever, not even a smile and yes I did expect at least a genuine happy birthday from you guys. I was working in hospitality for longer than 8 years and never seen reception staff being so nonchalant. There is only one gentleman who really genuinely tried. I was surprised by the treatment I’ve received in Spa. Angelika, bless your heart!Thank you for being so lovely all the way through our stay. Likely I wasn’t interacting with reception at all and avoided at all costs so the rest of my holiday was fabulous. We got a room facing another hotel and got really upset but then realized that only our rooms facing sunsets. Beautiful hotel and absolutely fantastic food. Guys, I can’t stress enough how happy I was everyday with the selection and those waffles on the beach took my heart. Animation team was the best I’ve seen in my life, really appreciate every day interaction and want to come back there again to see you guys! Evenings was full of beautiful show or DJ sets with fireworks. The hotel was full of people with kids but I haven’t been disturbed even once because they have been sent to the kids room or spent majority of the time on the beach and the best part is that pear can give you privacy and peace far from family’s. Overall it was really great holiday and please do go and play darts near pool, you have a great chance to meet the best people from different countries and then have a wholesome and meaningful conversations with actually very good quality beer at the bar up until five am haha Please avoid vodka and tequila in this hotel-poison… If you need atm please go out and then get straight to the main road, then turn left and walk down the road for about 5 minutes, you will see 3 different atm with good rates on the left hand side from you. defo recommend and thinking of coming back.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! One of the worst hotels i have been to and what i describe as a nightmare of hell. Firstly when we arrived we was told our rooms which were booked are not avaliable specifcally being a wheelchair accessiable room and further told no food will be served until morning although promising food was avaliable all night. When speaking to the receptionest the next moring , i was shouted and abused by the staff regarding the rooms. The receptionest was very rude , aggresive and intimidating and felt very unsafe. For being classed as 5 star hotel , service was abosultley shocking with attitude from the staff. Secondaly the staff was not friednly towards me and my family having a disable wheelchair user child and no point ever asked if we needed anything or help. If you are not white then this is also a huge issue as it seems the staff are only accomodating white members of public. Food was bland and the same everyday and no options for children meals. This visit has made me never want to come back to Turkey again. People save your money and spend elsewhere and not in turkey or this resort. The staff lie and export money out of you - if they could charge you for breathing they would alongside for using the toilets - Overall that sums the experiance at this hotel.

This is truly an amazing place to go, and I will absolutely be back next year! The staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond, anticipating your needs with a genuine smile. The people around are just as lovely, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. And the food? Oh, the food is beyond amazing - each meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, local ingredients and a vast array of options. Our room was a luxurious sanctuary, incredibly spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and that big TV was perfect for unwinding. It's not just a hotel; it's an experience that makes you feel utterly pampered and relaxed. I can't recommend it enough!

I had a great stay at Alua Atlántico Golf Resort in Tenerife. The hotel is in a quiet area near the sea, perfect for a relaxing holiday. It’s close to the airport and has beautiful ocean views. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with nice balconies. The pools were great—there are several to choose from, including one just for adults. There’s also a gym, spa, and entertainment in the evenings. The food was good, with lots of variety at the buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

If Carlsberg did hotels . . . Excellent in every respect. The staff throughout the complex were so friendly and helpful, (special mention to Julia in the Spa and all the reception staff especially Carmel/Carmen and a very tall gentleman who spent the holiday writing directions for me on maps!) The food was delicious, fresh and varied, and for those, like my husband who likes his mouth burnt off, there are microwaves. We didn’t book the speciality restaurants because we were only staying for a short time and they were booked, but we could have if there had been a free slot, for €15 per head, which is still incredible value. (They are free in the inclusive package if you are staying for at least a week). Everywhere, inside and out, was scrupulously clean and the cleaning staff were very courteous and friendly. We had access to a lovely quiet lounge where there were nibbles, drinks, tea, coffee, and a lovely calm atmosphere, which we really appreciated. I’ve no idea why we qualified for this treat, but we appreciated it! An absolute gem of a find, and hopefully we’ll return soon. We frequently stay in Tenerife and have never had a bad experience but this hotel was a definite 5* and ten minutes from the airport.

Two-Star Review for Alua Hotel I’m giving the Alua Hotel two stars, and that’s being generous. One star is for the decent location, which was convenient. The second star is for the pools, which were a highlight, though the surrounding areas were dirty, with visible ant nests between the small pool and the restaurant. However, the overall experience was appalling. The rooms were filthy—despite daily housekeeping and tips, the floors weren’t mopped once in a week, and dust coated the TV, under beds, ventilation grilles, and every lamp. Maintenance was a nightmare: the main door was sagging, scraping, and required shoulder force to open. In the bathroom, a loose cable box hung dangerously under the sink. The balcony doors had broken locks, leaving them impossible to secure, which felt unsafe. The lack of basic cleanliness and functional upkeep made this stay deeply disappointing. The hotel needs serious improvements to meet even basic standards. Would not recommend until these issues are fixed.

The hotel itself looks lovely on the surface, we had My Favourite Club access so had a bigger room with slightly better facilities, would hate to have seen a normal room as there was nothing amazing about our room. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and there was a burn mark on the balcony table. The view was lovely but not enough privacy when sitting out on the balcony, everyone else across the way can see you. We were provided with robes to use in the room, mine was stained and my partner's was ripped. The staff were extremely unfriendly and any questions we had for them just seemed like an annoyance. We had to borrow an iron, no board included for a couple of hours at the hotels say so with a deposit required. Towels for the pool were given on a deposit but were not able to be changed every day, meaning the hotel expects you to use the same towel at the pool for more than 1 day. The pool area isn't the cleanest, there is no rules about food being allowed there, something I've never seen before so there were children and adults with abandoned sweets and food strewn all over the place inviting insects, we spotted the odd cockroach but nobody else seemed to be bothered. The tiles around the main pool are very slippy, witnessed 1 guest slip and fall and require first aid for a cut to her knee. The food quality was poor although there was plenty of choice, the breakfast in particular was atrocious, everything is lying around for so long going cold and stale, my partner had such a bad stomach from the food, we stopped eating at the hotel and eventually flew home earlier than planned. The drink selection wasn't great either, it's standard AI non brands but having to keep returning the shabby little plastic cups every time does become tedious as the main pool bar is quite far away from the club area and the quieter side of the pool. There is a children's pool but the amount of kids around the main pool suggested the adults wanted to be as close to the food and drink as possible. The amount of kids in general was extremely off putting as we were there towards the end of May and didn't expect so many kids. As I mentioned we had club access so it was a little room we could go and pour our own drinks, the room smelled very musty and it had windows looking onto the main corridor leading to the toilets and reception so anyone that passed looked in and made us feel like zoo animals. The private area to sit was not nice and so far away from everything, it was the perfect place for some ladies to go topless as there were no staff to intervene, we hardly sat there as that was so off putting. All in all I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on our experience. We booked it for the close proximity to the airport and the fact it is part of the Hyatt family but there are no similarities past the fact they belong to the same group.

Not the Holiday We Hoped For Unfortunately, this hotel wasn’t for us. What we anticipated as a peaceful getaway turned out to be more like a summer camp for kids. From the pool to the restaurant and even in the hallways, there was constant noise—screaming, yelling, and door slamming, often caused by unsupervised children. We were hoping for a relaxing, quiet escape, but that simply wasn’t possible here. While the staff were friendly and the basic services were good, the overall ambiance was not what we had hoped for. It’s worth noting that this is not a great option for vegetarians or those who follow a halal diet. Pork was widely available, but there were no halal meat options at all. Vegetarian and seafood dishes were often placed next to meat dishes, leading to frequent cross-contamination—again, often due to kids helping themselves without supervision. The hotel may be ideal for families with children looking for activity-filled holidays, but for couples or individuals seeking tranquility, this is not the place. Sadly, our holiday felt more stressful than relaxing, and we won’t be returning.

Good points. Friendly staff, rooms and hotel are kept clean and tidy. Very good water pressure in the showers. Check outs is at midday not early mornings. Big shower facilities if your traveling after check out . Not so good points Food is very bland and you will end up eating the same things regularly. Banks are the left overs from dinner and lunch, no sandwiches or crisps. Parking is horrible, it's like parking wars not enough spaces available, you will find yourself parking a bit far and walk down to hotel not ideal after a day our or night out with the family.

Service. Excellent, staff really helpful. Very clean. Location. Ok, walking distance to some nice beaches if you don't want to stay at the pool and a little shopping centre. Food. Good if you're a meat eater, bad if you're plant based. Same ok salad and bread selection. Really nice chips. Quality was all good, very little Spanish food. Changed the main course daily. Good bacon and eggs for breakfast. Clientele. Working class northern Brits mostly then a mix of Spanish, French, Eastern European. Generally good atmosphere I didn't see or hear anyone causing trouble from too much free booze. Estrella is the free beer and didn't taste watered down. The wine wasn't the best...cava with a splash of vinegar. Cheap n cheerful worth the money. Very family orientated and the staff who run the kids club were lovely.

We arrived late, and the night receptionists were a bit confusing on the check-in procedures. Good size of the hotel room, but very small TV screen (about twice the size of a tablet). Very clean room, and our room was cleaned every day during the two weeks of our stay. Restaurant was clean too, and the staff were trying their best to provide a safe and good service, taking into consideration that it was a buffet restaurant. Food is labelled specifying allergies, but the only fault is that vegetarian options were placed next to meats. And unfortunately, with plenty, plenty, and plenty of screaming kids around—abandoned by busy parents more interested in their phones—there was plenty, plenty, and plenty of food cross-contamination. Bar options were okay, with local spirits and plenty of soft drinks, but very disappointing when it came to cocktails. Every bar had a pre-made machine with 6 different cocktails tasting horrible — DO NOT GO FOR COCKTAILS. One small swimming pool at the back of the hotel and a larger one at the front. Unfortunately, we decided not to use either of them because of plenty, plenty, and plenty of screaming and crying kids. HELL.... Definitely we are not going back — because of the plenty, plenty and plenty kids. Obviously, it was our fault not noticing that this hotel is more for families with children. We learnt our lesson... Avoid this hotel if you're planning to have a great paradise holiday with relaxation. It was a holiday with plenty, plenty, and plenty of yelling kids.... This was not Holiday this was Hell....

We've just returned from spending Easter weekend here. Great location and we were lucky to watch the Easter processions as they passed through the old town. Room was great, but no balcony which wasn't a big problem as we spent most of our time on the beach / in the bars. Breakfast basic, but we enjoyed it. Nice ambience, very quiet. Perfect for a visit to the old town Benidorm. Rooms are basic but very clean. We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a view. Shower was very good and always hot water. No fridge, kettle or hair dryer but that wasn’t an issue for us. One thing we did find that could be addressed is a handrail to get in and out of the bath/shower. There is some noise early mornings from outside but wasn’t too much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed there for the week,arrived in afternoon and we got to the room had a look around having to find black Pubes all over the bath black hair on the bed. The beds weren’t the best and the shower was so tiny the water drains kept on flooding the bathroom floor so we had to use out towers to stop it going through to the hall. The main thing was charges they had for using the kettle iron and what hotel charges to change there bed sheets. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Friendly staff nice bar but shocking rooms so outdated.

We booked to stay here for 8 nights and had a wonderful time. The entertainment each evening was to a good standard and we enjoyed all the shows that we went to. The disco and party night were also very good. Food wise, the buffet was probably one of the best we’ve experienced with lots of choice. The dishes were regularly replenished and always hot. There was also a large dessert choice. Most days we were looked after by Halim who ensured that we were promptly seated and had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. There are also a number of a la carte restaurants that provide an alternative if you fancy a change from the buffet. The Italian restaurant also served a lunch menu and the team here were very helpful and friendly. There are a number of swimming pools but most days we went to the Kiyi beach, adult only, jetty. The jetty has steps in to the sea and there was a pontoon that you could swim out to. The Kiyi beach has a dedicated bar and each day Yayla would serve up the drinks of our choice. The service she provided was very good and she worked hard making sure that everyone was served promptly. There are a number of bars located in various places. We often went to the Pine Bar where Kenan would serve up a delightful cocktail, sometimes off the menu and sometimes one of his ‘specials’. The rooms are spacious and modern and the shower very good. Wi-Fi is available all around the hotel although it is not always very quick. During our stay we did have one or two issues that needed sorting and the guest services team made genuine efforts to resolve them. The team here actively sought feedback to ensure that we had a good holiday. They would often approach you whilst out and about just to ensure things were going well. Yagithan spent more than a few minutes chatting with us over drinks so that he could really understand our perception of the hotel. We had a great time here and would definitely return.

Not only is she incredibly kind and welcoming, but she also makes the absolute best coffee I’ve had at any hotel — smooth, rich, and always made with care. The staff were lovely, and the food in the day was good. Snacks at night are not so good, it was the same bread, meat and salad. The staff was also eating it! I suppose it doesn't matter now, as they had a fire when I was there, perhaps it's closed for the rest of this season It'll give them the opportunity to put in fire alarms and train staff on evacuation procedures!!

Our second visit here. Staff and guest relations are superb. It was my wife's birthday when we were here let is book a restaurant in advance and arranged a birthday cake. Met our request for a room and nothing has been issued since here. Second time and will be our family holiday destination going forward

Beautiful place , hotel and food is great although there is a lot of Russians and is better to stay at hotel as in the city they all want your money. My daughter was approached by some weirdo who was apparently some boss son. Not the best experience for me and my family overall. Spain is much better .

The hotels locations is approx 2km from the edge of the strip. Not much close to the hotel. The hotel itself is poorly maintained and filthy. There doesn’t seem to be any pride in the facility. In the rooms round the couches, the floors were filthy. The rooms are poorly cleaned also, dust under couches, bed covers dirty and stained. No microwave or remote so air-con couldn’t be used. Floor covering didn’t fit properly either. Upstairs property had bedbugs and family had to move while we were there, thankfully we didn’t. The outdoor ground tiles in public areas covered in drunk stains and left to become sticky. In the restaurant the plates and cutlery in the restaurant are dirty in the clean pile with sauces and food stuck to them. Children’s high chairs never seen a cloth. The bar area tables were still covered with tables and drinks in the mornings. Paper cups floating round everywhere. There is no environmentally friendly measures, no reusable glasses, all single use cups which are strewn around the hotel. Pools are nice however and kept clean. Plenty of space. The dino park and its slides is great for kids of all ages. There are plenty of arcade games and pool, ping pong tables. Food in the restaurant was not bad either and was typical all inclusive Buffett. Overall costs seem to be cut at every corner.

We came back from our holidays and I need to say we had absolutely amazing time! I was so scared of the hotel because of the reviews. We arrived 11pm and we were asked to go to the restaurant to eat which was a nice surprise. The room was massive and clean. No bugs. The beds weren't the best but also not too bad. Our towels were not changed during the stay and we didn't have shower gel in the bathroom but we got our own. The children entertainment was great, Samantha has an amazing attitude, our little boy loved her. Mini disco is also great. The food was great, everyday something new, we were amazed by the choice. The only issue at the hotel was that people were not throwing their cups to the bins. Bins were everywhere but people were too drunk/lazy to throw their own rubbish, but the staff were trying to clean it as much as they can. The water at the swimming pool was cold but it was May, I am sure during summer months it gets warmer. The hotel had a free bus to the beach, which was a nice surprise. Overall we had an amazing time and we are planning there next holiday.

Can’t fault the staff, they have been great. Especially the receptionists, very helpful and polite. Well aware of the location when booking so can’t fault that either. The hotel it self however is absolutely filthy. Iv never seen a cockroach in my life until I come here. Killed 5 on the first night and at least 2 on the nights after. They must be in the walls in the bedroom somewhere as that’s where they are appearing. Brown smudge marks on pillows, and the bathroom smells vile. This hotel has so much potential if it wasn’t so dirty. We’ve had cleaners in once since we have been here, even with the sign on the door. I’m petrified that I’m going to bring a roach back in my luggage with me. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again purely because of how disgustingly filthy the place is. Food everywhere round the pool, which the seagulls hover about for.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Very suited for families with a water park and loads of entertainment for kids. The food in the restaurant is top class with a huge variety. Also snacks available at the pool bar include burgers, hot dogs and pizza. The rooms are nice and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just returned from here after a weeks stay. Plenty to do for the kids, the dino water park and kids club area is great for them. The big slides are very cool too! Good variety of food, very tasty! The only thing I couldn't get on with was the bed, was quite hard but other than that everything was amazing, good entertainment for kids and adults in the evenings too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Amazing Stay in Egypt! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and were regularly serviced every day. One of the best parts was that we didn't experience any food poisoning, which can sometimes be a concern when traveling. While the food options weren't overly extensive, we certainly didn't go hungry and found something to enjoy at every meal. Another highlight was the cleanliness throughout the hotel, no insects or mosquito bites during our stay, which was a huge relief. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, Overall, a great experience, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt!

Amazing 2nd family holiday here. Rooms are clean staff are very attentive. Food is good, the international a la carte was my favourite. Bar staff, housekeeping and reception staff are excellent. The best part of the hotel is the amazing animation team. My daughter is 4 and everyone in the team made it an amazing experience from kids club to kids mini disco. Adam is an amazing choreography his afro beats dancing is certainly very entertaining. Thanks to Angie and Erika for the mjni disco and kids club. A special thanks to Salsabeel who made extra effort especially with my 6 month old. I was shocked that she had only just joined yet was absolutely amazing. She always had a smile kn her face and played with both my kids. They loved her. If you are looking for a fun filled relaxing time come to royal Lagoons.

After the rest, I had a very pleasant impression. The room was spacious, the furniture and plumbing were in good condition, cleaning was done every day. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly, the cleaner surprised me with figures made of towels every day, the animation team was great, they held fun interactive activities and set a great mood, Thomas, Kira and Adam are very cool) The choice of food is quite large, it was delicious, the waiter Sameh is attentive and friendly - a real professional with a very kind heart. The disco on the territory of the hotel is only twice a week, but you can go to the after party every day for an additional fee to another hotel or club. There are different performances almost every night, we liked the fire show the most, it was amazing) The hotel territory is very beautiful, green and well-groomed, many pools. The pools are clean and large with different depths, lifeguards are on duty for your safety, there are fun slides that lead into the heated pool.

First stay in Hurghada. Really impressed with the staff and resort Whilst bathroom slightly tired, room cleanliness is exceptional. Service from staff is great and I cannot fault the restaurant staff. Being celiac they have gone above and beyond Fresh gluten free pancakes at breakfast and fresh fish/meat for lunch and dinner. All staff are really helpful Spa is amazing, having the best massage- highly recommend. Location is great with very easy access to the promenade shops and restaurants at the rear of the resort Private beach is lovely and shuttle bus runs very regular. Access to all inclusive drinks and hot snacks Toilet facilities and lots of sun loungers. Whilst sandy beach would recommend beach shoes Entertainment staff are great with games and activities during the day,and foam party on a Wednesday. Lots of pools and sun loungers. We will be back

I stayed at this hotel in May 2025 with my family and had a very pleasant experience overall. Highlights: Cleanliness: The entire property was spotless: lobby, swimming pools, rooms. Friendly staff: The team was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Renovated rooms: Some rooms have been recently renovated, with a fresh and modern touch. Terrace and lawn access: One of the best features was the easy access from the room to a terrace and green lawn – perfect for relaxing outdoors. Kids club: Very engaging for my 4 y.o. daughter. Bar: Nice selection of drinks. Downsides: Poor sound insulation: The soundproofing in the connecting rooms was not great – I could hear my neighbor snoring through the door. Cold pool: The swimming pool was quite cold, which made it less enjoyable, especially for younger children. Pool slide access: The water slides are only available for children aged 6 and up. Although this is mentioned on the hotel’s website, I missed this detail when booking through a third-party platform, which was quite disappointing for my daughter. Limited fresh fruit variety: The buffet food was good overall, but the variety of fresh fruit at meals was quite limited. We would have enjoyed less cakes and more fresh fruits. Overall, despite a few small drawbacks, we had a very good stay!

The hospitality at Mitsis Bali Paradise impressed me during my vacation at this hotel. The hotel staff greeted us with kindness and provided immediate assistance throughout our entire stay. The welcoming environment created an immediate sense of comfort for us. The hotel stands out because it caters to different guest profiles including families with children and couples and groups of friends. The hotel offers something for every guest which creates a complete vacation experience. The hotel served fresh and diverse food and drinks that remained delicious throughout our entire stay. The hotel maintained excellent organization while keeping its dining areas spotless and welcoming to guests. The trip experienced an unpleasant moment because a group of French tourists displayed inappropriate behavior. The hotel maintained its high standards and excellent service despite this incident which was unrelated to the hotel. I strongly suggest this hotel to anyone seeking relaxation in a professional environment that welcomes families and exudes positive energy. 🤝🏾

We really enjoyed our stay at Mitsis. The staff were lovely and generally helpful, food was great and the location was perfect! Food: At each meal there was a wider verity of choice at the buffet. With Veggie and vegan options easily available. It included both Greek classics and home comforts (like scrambled eggs, beans and toast). Each day was slightly different too so you never get bored of it! The Cocktails on offer were tasty too and included spritzers, tequila sunrise and Long Island ice teas to name a few as well as non-alcoholic options. Rooms: unfortunately the rooms are very outdated and basic. The bathroom includes a shower with weak water pressure and the walls are very thin so there are a lot of disturbances in the night. That being said they were kept pretty clean and room service came around every day to clean empty the bins and give us new towels Location and atmosphere: we went in May and were very happy with this timing as the hotel and area wasn’t overly crowded but had a fun atmosphere. There were holiday reps that came to the hotel and led activities such as aqua fit to keep everyone entertained. The pools are lovely and overlook an amazing view. And the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the closest beach, there are also 2 other beaches close by within a 20 minute walk and you can do activities like canoeing, jet skiing and pedalos. Overall for the price we were very happy with our stay and would recommend Mitsis to anyone heading to Crete!

We stayed at the hotel for five days and four nights, and truly enjoyed our time there. The service was excellent — the staff was kind, helpful, and always available when we needed something. Even though most of them spoke primarily French, they made a big effort to understand us and assist us in every possible way. It really showed how much they cared. The food was absolutely delicious — rich, varied, and plentiful. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, and we always found something fresh and tasty to enjoy. Although we visited during a rainy period, it didn’t take away from the experience. The hotel offered plenty of indoor activities and entertainment, so we were never bored. Honestly, if we had such a great time in rainy weather, I can only imagine how amazing it must be in the summer! In short — a warm and welcoming vacation, with great service, wonderful food, and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates genuine hospitality and a hotel that truly invests in its guests.

The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. During our stay, the second pool was being renovated, but it didn't bother us in any way, in fact it was nice to see that someone actually cares about the visual aspect. The rooms are spacious and clean, cleaned every day. The cleaning staff and reception staff are very nice, friendly, smiling and helpful. Unfortunately, that's all the pluses. The food is boring, repetitive, often poorly prepared. We expected a low standard of food from such a cheap all-inclusive offer, but what we got was very basic. The birds that ate from the bowls were chased away, and the bowls continued to be left on the buffet as if nothing had happened. Carbonated drinks were not available during breakfast, and the water, tea or coffee smelled of chlorine. As for alcohol, some bartenders tried to charge us for something that was in the all-inclusive offer, which we also didn't like and made us prefer to buy alcohol in the store than constantly ask for it. As for the animation team, this was the thing that bothered us the most. If you don't speak French, forget about any interaction with them. All the entertainment during the day or in the evening was only in French, and if you tried to take part in it, you were ignored. I wouldn't go back to this hotel again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay in Feb ‘25. Weather was around 24°c for the stay. Clean hotel with great views and access to the beach. Mostly French guests, very relaxed vibe here. Good food through the day and selection of drinks. Rooms were spacious with good views. Cons - Water was a nightmare to get at times, you have to pay an extra €1 for a fresh towel. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. All staff made the effort to ensure you had a nice stay. The hotel isn’t luxury but it’s comfortable, well laid out and is superior to the Occidental resorts down the road.

The hotel rooms are a good size with nice en suits facilities and the excellent food in the buffet restaurant was varied, with themed evenings. The outdoor pools were a tad cold but the indoor pool and jacuzzi was always available ( best time to go was after midday as people got ready for lunch )The beach is superb, but accessed by a walk down.

Dina also lovely and good at serving the wine Sea view beds were so comfortable, plenty of food choices and multiple bars throughout the day open. The drinks are good however the cups are kind of small we have enjoyed the food and always found someone to eat however we do miss having pizza. The entertainment is good and has different entertainment all day long and that night time we really enjoyed the karaoke. Overall, the hotel is really good.

There is always a large selection of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner: meat, fish, side dishes, fresh vegetables, fruits, sweets. I was especially pleased with the availability of dishes for children. Animators — special thanks! The guys are really trying, they hold games, contests, evening shows, and children's animation — they are at their best. The child was delighted, and we were at peace. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. Always with a smile, ready to help and answer any questions. The check-in was quick, the reception explained everything, provided the necessary information. The room is cleaned every day, always clean, fresh towels and a bed. There were no complaints. The room itself is cozy, modern, everything was working properly, air conditioning, TV, plumbing. Overall, the impressions are very positive, I want to come back again. Suitable for both families and couples. We recommend it!

Very varied food, nice animation (not too pushy), clean pool/hotel in general, good variety of cocktail for the All In,… There was also always place, every time we went to get food we could sit outside independent from the time we went, same counts for the beds around the pool. Would really recommend to people who love relax om holiday and eat different foods.

A fantastic choice to stay for your holidays, we came back second year in a row, room is always clean and with all the necessities. You have the option of half board or full board, we personally like half board as we like exploring more local places instead of having lunch/dinner in one place. There is a big variety of choices but if you are vegetarian like me you might feel a little bit limited and if you are vegan you have only a couple of choices. The pool is absolutely great, there is a wellness area for massage, jacuzzi, spa, sauna. There are also plenty of morning classes such as Yoga, Pilates and more. In the evening you have live music themes which can be a lot of fun but there are more options around the area if you want to be more adventurous. Lastly, we wanted the same room we had last year, we requested it via emails and they honoured their promise which we truly appreciate it! -overall experience, I highly recommend princess hotel!

Holiday review. We have just spent an amazing week at the Gran Canaria Princess. Having read previous reviews we came with an open mind as we tend not to concern ourselves with a single crack in a tile or that other people coming to the same location have the audacity to speak to each other in thier native tongue. Overall we found the hotel clean, well maintained and with friendly staff only too happy to make our stay enjoyable. Previous reviews make mention of issues with the lifts, stating there are only 2. There are 3 if you count the less obvious single lift usually used by hotel staff. We found the only wait tended to be peak times and was not an issue. Other people have said the food was not varied and lukewarm. Again this was not our experience and had we had concerns about the temperature of the food, Despite that the hotel have a microwave should guests feel the need to nuke their food. We stayed 7 nights and all in all a good hotel.

12 May 2025 This is my second time staying at Princess Hotel. The first time was in 2023, and everything was truly excellent, except for a few minor issues. However, unfortunately, this time I noticed a clear drop in the quality of the food, with very limited variety. Also, I couldn’t feel the same positive energy and happiness from the staff as before. The room cleaning service was also not as good as expected. That being said, I would like to mention that the reception staff and some of the bar staff are still doing a great job and deserve appreciation. Sadly, this will probably be my last visit to this hotel. I hope my feedback will get the attention of the management, and that Princess Hotel will regain its previous high standards in the future. We have just got home from our holiday here. First holiday abroad with our kids (10,8,5). We have had an amazing time. All of the staff were very friendly and polite and always had a smile on their faces. Our room was a family room and we found this perfectly adequate with 5 of us in there. Lovely views over the sea. Beds comfortable and all nice and clean. Plenty of storage with safe provided and mini bar stocked I think every day. The food was delicious and to be honest careered for every taste. You couldn't think of what more they could have offered, the range was brilliant. The beach is literally on the edge of the resort with beach bar, toilets and loungers all on the beach. There was a bus stop directly outside the hotel which was very convenient for any sightseeing and the concierge kindly provided information on the timetable for this. Highly recommend this hotel, we were all sad to leave after an absolutely amazing week.

We have absolutely loved our stay. The staff are amazing and go beyond welcoming. Everyone is very attentive. The rooms are spotless every day. We have had the mini fridge stocked with normal and alcoholic drinks every 2 days which was great as you can enjoy a drink on your balcony. Pizza oven on the beach was a great touch. We really enjoyed the fact that you can book x1 A la carte restaurant every single day meaning you got the options of eating out rather than just sticking to the buffet. Also you can get as many dishes as you want from the menu you are not limited so means you can try different things. There should definitely be more information on the gyros corner as it is very hard to find and possibly more bar staff in the bottom area of the Gelateria as it tends to get very busy when the entertainment is on so you tend to wait a very long time to her served. There was unfortunately only one person working that bar. Another great touch from Mitsis is that we were upgraded to a different hotel for our last night so we could enjoy another ultra- all inclusive resort. We would like to say a massive thank you to the lady at the front desk of guest relations. She has been absolutely lovely and helped us out so much with a mistake that happened with our transfers.

While the food quality has been very good, I have to say that the overall service does not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. One particular disappointment occurred tonight when I wanted to take the remainder of my dessert to enjoy later in my room. I was informed by the head waiter that this was not allowed. In an ultra all-inclusive hotel, I find this policy surprising and unwelcoming, especially as it also leads to unnecessary food waste. Additionally, there have been a few other service-related issues that have negatively affected our stay: At the beach, there were no towels available (around noon). We had to walk to the pool area to pick up clean towels and return to the beach, which was inconvenient. There are very limited in-room amenities. Aside from shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, there were no basic items such as a shower cap or slippers provided. The rooms are not soundproof. Every morning around 8:30 AM, we are woken up by the sound of the cleaner moving furniture in the room above us. We booked a bungalow with a garden view, but to my knowledge, bungalows are typically single-level accommodations. Ours is clearly part of a two-story structure, which is not what we expected. On a more positive note, I would like to mention that the massage at the spa was good and appreciated. Unfortunately, due to the issues mentioned above, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

3 star hotel with 2 star rooms! Entrance to the hotel is lovely, including the main bar and the restaurant, unfortunately that's where is stops. Pool are is in need of an update and a good deep clean! The bungalow rooms, especially 1052 when I stayed on the 6th May, is 2 star, 1980's room, very tired and shabby! Very disappointed! No Information given when checking in, only found out 3 days in that there is a kids club, I had my 6 year old granddaughter with me, we didn't know that there is a fitness club on, didn't know that there was entertainment at night for the kids! (Maybe issue a list of what's on for guests) we didn't know that the other restaurants on site has to be booked and are not just turn up! The main pool is salt water, we never used it, granddaughter spent her time in the kids pool. On the up side the food is good, and the staff are above average friendly! Unfortunately the room was a serious let down given the 5 star rating! On the last day we got a room to shower in, which was in the hotel itself (room 224) which is more like the 4 star rooms we normally stay in! Also sack who ever painted the place as they would have been better using spaghetti as a brush, as the paint was everywhere!

We have just returned from a beautiful 3 night stay at the hotel on the all inclusive package. I had initial reservations regarding the hotel after looking through reviews but was glad that they didn't reflect our experience. - The room was gorgeous and well set up, lovely balcony and view of the pool. - food was enjoyable but nothing special. The buffet in the morning has a great selection and lunch + dinner you order from the app at your table, with salad options by buffet. The a-la-carte restaurant was fully booked which was a real disappointment. Avoid the bar snacks in the day though, dry and inedible. - The drinks were awesome, great selection and delicious cocktails. - Staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to support. We really enjoyed the service from Chris at the pool bar. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable escape from life. It's not the "foodie experience" promised on the website, but I'd return :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although we went during a festival so we could not visit the old town of Corfu liked we wanted it was still a lovely get away. The rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely balcony’s. The whole hotel was decorated and stunning. The food everyday throughout the breakfast, snacks and dinner were delicious. The all inclusive only option was amazing as we had as many cocktails as we wanted. We got to enjoy the pot smashing and also the fireworks on one night. The whole atmosphere at Cooks Club was fantastic. Location wise not that great but a bus stop is right outside the hotel so you can travel.

A wonderful stay here! We had a swim-up room which was sunny until early afternoon which was perfect. The chill pool up the top was more our speed and there was always sunbeds available. The breakfast is excellent - so much to choose from, lots of fresh fruit and Greek options. We ate at the bar a few times for lunch which was good too and also enjoyed our dinners - especially orange cakes and the fresh doughnuts for dessert. The location is good for heading into Corfu town for a day and you can also wander down to Gouvia Bay or over to others. The service was always pretty flawless - a special thanks to our lovely cleaning lady who was always so friendly and kind. Would absolutely come back at any time.

Hotel looks GREAT, but reality is, it’s instagrammable but not great. Food is poor / average. Menus sound great, but reality is most things either in the snack bar or main restaurant were pretty poor. Sun loungers super uncomfortable. No AC in the hotel rooms. Walls super thin so can hear your neighbour speaking / watching TV. Service and staff nice. Pool was nice. Gym was ok, but again no AC. Electricity would fail and turn off cardio kit. Wasn’t ideal. Overall, the pictures were great and sold it To us but I wouldn’t go back to the hotel in Corfu. Overall 4/10

I stayed here at the beginning of May with my boyfriend. We opted for all-inclusive, which was definitely a good decision - great drinks and the food is about 7/10 but it’s good for all in inclusive if you know what I mean. The hotel is great! Spacious rooms, we had a double balcony which was a nice feature, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a massage in the spa as well which was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here and I would stay here again. There is a beautiful Italian restaurant right opposite the hotel. St Paul’s bay is a nice and relaxing area.

We were a family of 4 in a family room. Sleeping arrangements were fine, however, the bathrooms were a disaster. From the shower tray looking like someone took a golf club to it to water spraying everywhere as there was no shower door to close and the side panel just let water escape underneath so the floor had puddles of water on it. The food was nice with a decent variety albeit a little repetitive for breakfast. The pool area is very nice with a good-sized pool and deep enough. The rooftop pool was amazing with amazing views. A bus stop just outside the hotel and a really good service to everywhere really. Would I return here for another stay? Absolutely, we will be back.

Such a gorgeous hotel that pay such attention to detail, it was the best vibe. We wanted to add another note that the staff there were so welcoming and friendly. And a mention to the supervisor 😊

A few comments. The food is the same every day, there are no changes. After three days you can't even look at it, let alone eat it until the end of your vacation. The other restaurants in the hotel which are Caribbean and South American cuisine are quite ok. Asian is a disaster and the food in all 3 comes partly from the main restaurant. The same applies to the main restaurant, if you don't eat in the 3 other restaurants, the next day they give you to the main restaurant. Cleaning the rooms often took place without cleaning the balcony and ashtray. Also, even when we asked, wrote a card and left a tip for the jacuzzi to be cleaned, it wasn't done for the whole week. The pools, all three are small and can't accommodate that many guests. The main bar on level zero, the appearance inside is repulsive. The bartenders often don't know how to make drinks. The tables in the bar aren't cleaned. There are game room and even if you have all inclusive, you still have to pay for billiards. No water in the rooms, the fridges are not equipped with any drinks (all inclusive). During check-out, even if someone has a flight in 8 hours, they do not allow a meal. I have not encountered this yet, everywhere I have been, they always said that it is possible to use it without a problem. Generally, I am disappointed. I bought one of the better packages (room) and a lot of disappointments. If you do not buy a room with a sea view, which as you know is limited, the remaining rooms have a view of the constructions around the hotel and about 200 rooms have a view inside the hotel buildings, which resembles a Chinese cage, apartments. Personally, I would not return to the hotel again and I do not recommend it to anyone. Holidays are supposed to be unforgettable, and with so many glaring things, they are unforgettable, but in a negative sense. Definitely is not 4 stars hotel for me if compared with my not small experience. I will also add that on the day of check-out (11am), they knocked on our door three times to see if we had already left the room (from 8am they knocked on the door)

Not at all impressed. To many problems to mention. Staff not interested in supporting customers. Once they have your money they are no longer interested. Main food hall over crowded and food generally cold, they eventually provided a microwave. Other restaurants are not fully part of all inclusive package ...read the small print to avoid extra charges. Not an adult only hotel .. only roof top infinity area adult only but get closed if too windy! Be careful of extra charges for certain drinks and food as they are sneaky and tell you after your request you must pay and part of all inclusive deal. Room was very nice ..cleaned daily. Housekeeping staff best part of the hotel. No beach next to hotel. Only a rocky area. No safe.

We were here mid-May. We had booked an apartment. The view was beautiful, the apartment spacious and complete. Nice finish, very spacious balcony, good beds. The location is great. And altho the hotel is near the Strip, it was a very quiet location. Right on the beach and shops also close by. The indoor pool was nice and quiet. Unfortunately we didn't use the spa, because the steam sauna was broken. So no need to go there. What i didn't like was that you can't take a decent shower anywhere after checking out (we specifically asked for it and they insured us that it was possible, but after checking out they said you can't!). So..it isn't a five star hotel, but overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. The only thing that could be better is the cleaning of the rooms during the stay (like the floor was not wiped even once in a week).

Definitely not a 5 star more like a poor 3 star, we have just come back from a week here. The first night we stayed the noise was unbearable as the room was right next to the end of the strip. The lovely ladies on reception moved us the following day. The room was much quieter but felt it was a downgrade. Did not want to push it anymore as didn’t want another noisy room. We payed for a deluxe sea or pool view and the first room didn’t have a sea or pool view. The second you could only just see a bit of the sea. The room also had hundreds of flies on the windows and doors. The shower would burn you if someone flushed the chain in the next room and very dangerous if it was a child. They had work being done all through waking us up just after 7 in the room above or what it sounded like. We didn’t mind as we like to be up early anyway but you could see how it would annoy some people. The food was poor and the specialist restaurants were always booked up with no room. We did have the Mexican one night but the waiter didn’t explain to us how it worked and we thought you had to order off the menu not that’s what you get meaning everything so in the confusion we had to eat out after. We ate out every night after that apart from one night when we had the Indian which was pretty nice really. Not good when you have paid for all inclusive. The staff where brilliant but let down by the hotel. We loved the beach but hotel took the shine off what would of been a amazing holiday

Hello, we arrived today, a family of four 2 adults 2 kids aged 3 and 6 years. Reception was an absolute disgrace. The tall thin grey guy does not want to be here at all, not smiled once. No interaction whatsoever, after travelling with very excited kids you would think a smile at least wouldn't go far. The bar had none of the cocktails on the menu and all wine was hotels which was simply red or white ( do NOT recommend the white). It had said there are 14 restaurants there is only 1. Also only one bar when online said there were many more. This hotel/apartments said it was kid friendly where the tall grey guy said it is NOT a kid friendly hotel, I asked could we change hotels but pay for our first night he said sorry it's non refundable! It also offers many outdoor pools there is only 1. We felt really stuck so had to walk into town. Don't be fooled by what they try and sell it's my second time been fooled by MGM hotels. They say because its not peak season this is fair. Feel like we let the kids down, all they wanted were other kids and kids entertainment. None of which are supplied don't make the mistake we did as they are non refundable..

I stayed here with my partner for 1 week. The receptionist was extremely friendly especially to my partner as she speaks Portuguese. Regarding the food situation. The breakfast was average. They didn’t have any fried eggs only boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. The tomatoes was always seasoned and it tasted like pizza which was disappointing. The beans was never hot. The lunches was always the same was disappointed the potatoes was always cold. One thing I noticed regarding the waiters is that I caught a few of the guys always perving and staring at the ladies as they came in to eat their food and this also included my partner as well. The food in the other restaurants that are all included was not the best of places to eat. We mainly had to eat out in random restaurants on the strip and close by the hotel. I will say the bar that opens at 3:30 until 6:30 I believe that gives you snacks was disappointing because they didn’t have too much options apart from sandwiches. The swimming pool was amazing both indoor and outdoor pool was amazing. I just really hope they can improve on the food quality and change the menus everyday for lunches and dinner. The stairs and lift that leads down to the swimming pool on the outside was never cleaned from the moment we got there and it had a bad smell to it. The last two nights we had very loud noisy girls next door to us playing music and shouting until 4am in the morning. The cleaners who cleaned our rooms everyday was extremely great at there job and in my opinion deserve a pay rise for the hard work that they put in. Only thing I can tell people who will read this is that the area in general is not a family type holiday more like a holiday for young people who want to party and drink in the area especially on the strip where people will Harrase you to go in there bars and restaurant. But I would like to thank the ladies on reception for being extremely friendly to myself and especially my partner who talks Portuguese. And a massive thank you to the hard working cleaners.

Cannot fault this hotel after reading reviews was worried however there is a new entertainment team which are great, rooms cleaned daily, good food and the staff and incredible. Had an amazing stay thank you. Would definitely come back here. Each night are themed foods my only gripe is the beach which is difficult to get in with all the ticks but not the hotels fault. Manager was very accommodating also meeting my child’s additional needs. Only thing I would recommend is disability pool access as the older people staying struggled to get in. But for us 4 star absolutely

Booked a room for myself and my husband even though we requested before booking, They didn’t give us double Bed,there wereTwo single beds and they Put double duvet to make it look like double bed. Bathroom and room lights were not working. AC didn’t work three days out of seven days. And in the bathroom, it was very old and dirty bathtub and you couldn’t even stand in the bathroom, It was that small even after complaining they didn’t listen .so never ever again in this hotel .

The comfy outdoor furniture really helped make our late night drinks by the pool. Having room service bring all kinds of drinks was a lovely treat. The service is amazing, such friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a room with a sea view and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed and bed made. Easily accessible, through a taxi booked with reception, bikes for hire or e-scooters made it simple to get to the town. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this hotel is for all it has to offer, especially as we are still here and travelling home tonight. The staff are so hardworking but remain happy, efficient and polite. The sense of feeling welcome never left us. The chefs and dining staff performed wonders at offering us a massive choice of meals, more or less 24hrs a day. The quality of the food is superb. The housekeeping is first class and the beds a so comfortable it's unreal. Along with the beach buggy hire which is part of the complex, you can hire bikes, scooters and cars too. We had fun in a buggy. Kos town is lovely too, and full of historical interest if you're that way inclined. We came here at the very start of the season, so its been a mixture of rain and breeze along with the improving sunshine. The place is quite full as its Easter break, however the hotel is spread so well, you never feel crowded. We will be back for sure. A top quality hotel, with top quality people working in it to make everyone feel a bit special.

Really disappointed. At first glance, the hotel makes a very good impression. Quick check in, clean and neat rooms, slightly monotonous but delicious food... When you try to explain even elementary things to the staff in English, you often encounter difficulties. The language barrier is a fact, and even discrimination of people speaking English to French-speaking customers can be tested... This bitter experience was shared by my family, our friends' family, as well as a family of English-speaking clients , we met at the hotel... You often have to ask for glasses, utensils or to serve you the dirty plates... On the second day of our visit, the small children's pool was super crowded, and in the other pools it is too deep for small children... On one of the dinners there were questionnaires for The quality of the service and then everything was different. The staff was very nice and we were even asked several times about drinks and if we were satisfied with the service, but the very next day everything went back... At the penultimate dinner, my wife was most brutally pushed and covered with beer by a staff member. As a bystander, I asked him if he would apologize to the lady, and he asked me if I spoke French. I wanted to speak his supervisor who also could not solve the situation and I went to the reception to complain. With apparent reluctance and after a lot of unnecessary stress, my wife received the half-hearted apology... Tomorrow we go back to the UK and this nightmare called Holiday we have paid for so much will end...

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Kept clean and well presented, even the grounds are kept tidy and look very pretty, security also at the front and back of hotel so you feel secure. We had a lovely room with sea view, the only downside is that you can hear a lot of noise from other guests coming back to their rooms at night (but probably more the fault of inconsiderate people than the actual hotel). We had all inclusive and the buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, food lovely and fresh and presented beautifully. One unheated and one heated pool which were kept clean and well maintained, plenty of sun beds in a relaxed environment, access from hotel onto the beach and private area for hotel guests. All staff so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and welcome!

Incredible value for money, a real gem for the price. Highlights included: The most wonderful sunsets over the Atlantic. Beautiful pools and gardens which we felt were more pretty than the pictures made out! Constant availability of perfectly acceptable food and drinks. Will this be the best wine of your life? Of course not, but for the value what’s provided is wonderful. Very kind and professional staff, who make you feel most welcome and attended for. Areas I’d caution about, and why I can’t give 5 stars, are: Despite requesting a double room, our bed was two single ones, shoved together. The staff made it to be one, after I requested this, but the point still remains that they don’t have dedicated double beds. The music by the pool. For some guests, maybe younger, or to a different disposition to myself, I’m sure this will be wonderful. But often they blast loud music over the pool area and onto the sun loungers where you look to relax. When I asked on two days if this could be turned down a tad, the staff were very considerate. But just be conscious there will be music played around the sun loungers. The beach has no music and is quieter if you’re looking to relax. The only noise there is the crashing of the waves on the shore.

We had a great stay here. The location is excellent on the main promenade and direct access to the beach. The staff are super friendly and aim to please. The rooms are spacious and airy and they have good size balconies. The food is excellent and always something tasty on offer. It was nice to have a pool restaurant and a main dine room. Entertainment is good but a bit repetitive being dance shows every evening. Music is played in the bar after the show and that always drew a large crowd. The grounds and pool area are absolutely beautiful and a real pleasure to sit in the sun every day. I would definitely return if visiting Agadir again.

Amazing getaway. Very good hotel and the family had an amazing experience. We loved especially the food - varied and different each day and with premium items (eg steaks, prawns etc.) and taste was amazing. Staff very friendly especially Nouredine and the one that arranges archery - loved them both. They bought life to the hotel. The staff in the morrocan hotel were also truly amazing - all 3 of them! In terms of constructive criticism- as there is always room for improvement: 1. No multi faith room 2. Table tennis equipment were nicked away overnight and we didn’t get a chance to use that facility in all 4 days here which was a pity 3. The night entertain team were great but they need to involve the audience more - and do things instead of dancing only. Eg disco nights where everyone joins in and in other hotels - I have seen different staff for different days eg gymnasts, circus etc which makes it more engaging more children. Also strongly felt that night time entertainment team could dress more appropriately for the children audience Other than these 3 things- we couldn’t fault it at all. Still felt it was one of the best hotels. They even let us use the facilities despite checking out and no hotels do that. Much appreciated and we wish you the best Fahad

Bedroom and resort is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Beds are large and comfortable. Shower in bathroom is powerful and warm. Eating area has a good choice of food and drink. The waiters are very attentive and always willing to please. The all inclusive drinks are all OK. The entertainment was fabulous during the day but amazing at night. They look after you and have you contribute to the games etc. The heaters in the bar are lovely when it cools at night to help keep warm.

Stayed here for 8 days the hotel was exactly how we thought it would be. The service from the staff was absolutely fantastic and the animation team was absolutely brilliant. Everyday the entertainment during the night was different and the animation team always got you involved. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. There are 3 pools which are brilliant to use and are constantly cleaned. The staff at the main restaurant were brilliant and always made sure your drinks are always topped up. Overall, this hotel is good to come and relax and during the night time entertainment were brilliant and you always had something to do and watch a show.

We are currently staying here with our 14 year old and it's one of the best holidays we've had. The food is amazing, very varied and a wide choice each day. Pools are beautiful but a bit cold for me in April. Rooms are spotless and our housekeeper surprises us each day with the art she makes with the towels! Entertainment team are really friendly and not too pushy, there is something going on all time. Beach is adjacent to the hotel with clear water and white sand. All the staff are friendly, polite and can't do enough for us. The hotel has an international clientele which gives the place a really inclusive atmosphere. Would highly recommend *****.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at stella gardens hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The food was amazing it exceeded my expectations. The only downside was the beach location, the rest of the experience more than made up for it. I’ll start with the positives: the animation team was just amazing! I also liked the service — the staff were friendly and always smiling. The beach is located right on the hotel grounds, which is very convenient. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the price. There’s also a café on the beach where you can grab a snack or a drink while relaxing. The hotel area is well-maintained, and a nice waterpark is being built. We were there in May, so it wasn’t open yet. Now for the downside — at least for me: the breakfasts were bad. There was honestly nothing to eat in the mornings, and the food didn’t change at all from day to day. Room cleaning could have been better — in reality, only the floor was cleaned. When we checked into the room, the bathroom and surfaces were a bit dirty, not well cleaned. It wasn’t a huge deal for us, but still not very pleasant. Another small minus for us was the lack of a heated pool. At least the children’s pool could have been heated, since in May the weather was cold and it was almost impossible for the kids to swim. Also, the food at the hotel was a bit disappointing — surprisingly, there were hardly any seafood dishes. There was just one kind of fish, which was almost always dry, and once they served shrimp — the worst I’ve ever had: dry and hard to chew. Very strange, especially for Greece, where seafood should be everywhere 🤷🏼‍♀️ Overall, the hotel is not bad, but it definitely doesn’t live up to 5 stars.

Great hotel, lots of food selection. Entertainment team are really good we loved their games night and MTV show and they clearly have passion and enjoy what they do. During the day lots of activities, darts, water polo etc. Came for 2 weeks, all of the staff happy to help with any request. Also the water park is in development whilst we are here but could not hear a thing from our room which was right next to the site. The beach is pebbles which can hurt the feet so we bought some of the beach shoes from the onsite shop.

We stayed at the Princess Andriana Hotel for two weeks in May 2025. Our room was a Junior Suite with Private Pool. The room was spacious and overall fine. The pool was 1.2 meters deep. The water was fresh but not too cold. The terrace had chairs and a table, as well as two sun loungers. The loungers didn’t have cushions and were a bit hard. They could only be adjusted to two positions: upright and flat. The terrace area was relatively small and went fully into shade around 3 PM. The sun still reached the pool for about an hour after that. The terraces were right next to each other, so we could clearly hear our neighbors. Some of them played their own music at a fairly loud volume, and we had no choice but to listen. There were also quite a few families with children staying in these rooms. So, there wasn’t a separate adults-only area. We thought the food was okay. There was a lot of variety and sometimes it was really delicious! The staff and service were friendly and efficient. A big thank you to the staff! The waiter always brought a 1-liter bottle of water to the table right at the beginning. Wine was also served by the bottle, so we didn’t need to ask or wait for refills. At the Moonlight à la carte restaurant, the dishes were of decent quality, but the portions were way too big for me. The fish dish was enormous, and I couldn’t finish it. At the buffet, at least, you can choose your own portion size. The Tex-Mex and Italian à la carte restaurants were disappointing. The food wasn’t very good – the main restaurant actually had better food. Housekeeping worked well. The cleaners were efficient and did a good job. They came every day around noon. We didn’t receive the turndown service every day, but on those days they still brought clean towels, which was a nice touch. The minibar was restocked daily. It included cans of soda, a couple of beers, and three 0.5-liter bottles of water. You could also get more water bottles from the bar. The main bar was nice. However, other guests didn’t respect the non-smoking policy and smoked wherever they pleased. The quality of the drinks varied depending on who made them. The cocktail menu was a bit limited. No nuts or snacks were offered with drinks. I can recommend the hotel. It was clean, everything worked well, and there wasn’t much to complain about. One thing that was slightly annoying was that the restaurant menus and drink lists were not available in paper form—only through the app. The app wasn’t very user-friendly and was a bit awkward to use.
