We had a great time at this hotel and was very impressed. Our stay from start to finish the staff were very friendly and looked after us well. Value for money you cannot go wrong, they have all the amenities including a 24 hour bar, gym, sauna and steam room available. We booked 3 separate rooms which they gave us all next to each other which was a nice gesture. Rooms were very clean and everything was as it should be, rooms decorated and finished to a nice standard. They have plenty of entertainment and activities, games for adults and kids to play as well as a kids club so parents can enjoy time to themselves if wanted. A special thanks to Anil (waiter on roller skates) who was a great waiter and lovely host for us, always smiling and happy to help. The only thing I could pick on was that they should have more than 2 irons and a stand in each room or available separately for a 200 room hotel, other than this everything was perfect. Thanks again to all the staff.

The hotel, which does not meet the 4-star standard, is old and in terrible condition, and it is not called Sirius Deluxe. The restaurant on the beach has a terrible employee who bakes Viennese waffles, does not follow sanitary standards, is rude, and behaves in an extremely inappropriate manner. Today, I changed my opinion about the hotel. The restaurants were clean, and the evening disco was amazing! Before, it was dull and sad!

I would give it a solid 4. I chose this hotel for my birthday and spent there a week. First impression was awful because reception was not welcoming whatsoever, not even a smile and yes I did expect at least a genuine happy birthday from you guys. I was working in hospitality for longer than 8 years and never seen reception staff being so nonchalant. There is only one gentleman who really genuinely tried. I was surprised by the treatment I’ve received in Spa. Angelika, bless your heart!Thank you for being so lovely all the way through our stay. Likely I wasn’t interacting with reception at all and avoided at all costs so the rest of my holiday was fabulous. We got a room facing another hotel and got really upset but then realized that only our rooms facing sunsets. Beautiful hotel and absolutely fantastic food. Guys, I can’t stress enough how happy I was everyday with the selection and those waffles on the beach took my heart. Animation team was the best I’ve seen in my life, really appreciate every day interaction and want to come back there again to see you guys! Evenings was full of beautiful show or DJ sets with fireworks. The hotel was full of people with kids but I haven’t been disturbed even once because they have been sent to the kids room or spent majority of the time on the beach and the best part is that pear can give you privacy and peace far from family’s. Overall it was really great holiday and please do go and play darts near pool, you have a great chance to meet the best people from different countries and then have a wholesome and meaningful conversations with actually very good quality beer at the bar up until five am haha Please avoid vodka and tequila in this hotel-poison… If you need atm please go out and then get straight to the main road, then turn left and walk down the road for about 5 minutes, you will see 3 different atm with good rates on the left hand side from you. defo recommend and thinking of coming back.

Just came back from a 5 day stay at this hotel with my mum and sister. It was a very clean, grand and deluxe hotel with many amenities. CONS: - entertainment team was not good. They weren’t personable and didn’t get everyone involved in activities( I didn’t see many occurring). They need to work on getting people involved and recognising guests. - Food was too repetitive. Even on different themed nights, the food was the same. Most was tasty but breakfast was boring so thre needs to be some variety with all foods at different times of the day and the desserts. Also, the “snack time” should not be a repeat of the food that was served at dinner. PROS: - The bar service. The iced coffees, drinks and bottles at all time were amazing, especially when it’s so hot outside. Only thing I wish there was more non alcoholic cocktails. - The hotel was clean and beautiful - The security was amazing especially the man with white hair, who always used to park my car. - The rooms were always cleaned well and with great additions - All hotel staff tried to help at all times. - Good location for public transport but I would recommend taxis and cars if trvavlling to main Antalya. - Shops around hotel have good prices and are friendly. Overall, a really wonderful stay that we enjoyed and can’t wait to be back!!!

Flawless top to bottom. Greeted on arrival at 2am helped with baggage, room upgraded and food/drink available at 2am for guests who arrive late. Hotel was extremely clean, from pool lobbys, beach, sun deck, rooms. Food had SO MUCH variety more than i could count as well as desserts. Unlimited drinks all day, streetfood bar next to beach downstairs. Paradise level experience. Service from team was excellent, all very friendly prompt and so so respectful. I genuinely couldnt fault this hotel even if i tried. Ahmet needs a raise, works very hard and service is amazing- true gentlemen

Honestly, 4 stars don’t do this hotel justice – it truly deserves more. Before our trip, I had some doubts after reading a few mixed reviews, but once we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the food was absolutely excellent – always fresh and constantly replenished right up until the end of service. The variety of desserts, pastries, and fresh fruits was outstanding. There were several large pools, and the solarium area facing the sea was quiet, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. In the evenings, there were fun and varied programs in the lobby with a nice bar and great atmosphere. Everything was included and available without extra charge. We spent a truly wonderful week here – highly recommended!

This is truly an amazing place to go, and I will absolutely be back next year! The staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond, anticipating your needs with a genuine smile. The people around are just as lovely, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. And the food? Oh, the food is beyond amazing - each meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, local ingredients and a vast array of options. Our room was a luxurious sanctuary, incredibly spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and that big TV was perfect for unwinding. It's not just a hotel; it's an experience that makes you feel utterly pampered and relaxed. I can't recommend it enough!

Nice hotel with some positive aspects, but definitely not 4 star standard. Positives include clean modern rooms with lots of space, and the majority of staff are helpful and friendly. However, aspects of the hotel are run down. One of the main pools are missing tiles, walls are stained, the gym and kids club look run down. The food was the worst part of the holiday, the selection was barely 3 star standard (and also often cold). Location wise is in a nice golfing area but about half an hour away from everything going on (an hour by bus - taxis are about 35 euro to get to the busier areas). Some really nice bars below the hotel. There was also a limit to 1 drink per person for the all inclusive deal and you needed a token for a drink … and 10 euro per towel… not ideal. Evening entertainment also wasn’t great. Ultimately we had a nice time but there is definitely a lot of work to be done to call this hotel ‘four stars’.

I had a great stay at Alua Atlántico Golf Resort in Tenerife. The hotel is in a quiet area near the sea, perfect for a relaxing holiday. It’s close to the airport and has beautiful ocean views. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with nice balconies. The pools were great—there are several to choose from, including one just for adults. There’s also a gym, spa, and entertainment in the evenings. The food was good, with lots of variety at the buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

If Carlsberg did hotels . . . Excellent in every respect. The staff throughout the complex were so friendly and helpful, (special mention to Julia in the Spa and all the reception staff especially Carmel/Carmen and a very tall gentleman who spent the holiday writing directions for me on maps!) The food was delicious, fresh and varied, and for those, like my husband who likes his mouth burnt off, there are microwaves. We didn’t book the speciality restaurants because we were only staying for a short time and they were booked, but we could have if there had been a free slot, for €15 per head, which is still incredible value. (They are free in the inclusive package if you are staying for at least a week). Everywhere, inside and out, was scrupulously clean and the cleaning staff were very courteous and friendly. We had access to a lovely quiet lounge where there were nibbles, drinks, tea, coffee, and a lovely calm atmosphere, which we really appreciated. I’ve no idea why we qualified for this treat, but we appreciated it! An absolute gem of a find, and hopefully we’ll return soon. We frequently stay in Tenerife and have never had a bad experience but this hotel was a definite 5* and ten minutes from the airport.

Just back from a week at HSM Canarios Park with my Wife and 2 kids, ages 2 and 4. We all had the best time. This hotel is ideal for families with kids. The food is good, nothing fancy but plenty options for the kids and fresh fish or meat cooked at the buffet every day. The restaurant is open for long periods which makes it easier to plan your day and means you can avoid busier times. The staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful which really adds to the overall experience of feeling welcome at the hotel. The rooms are cleaned so thoroughly and beds were always made up and room tidied and cleaned throughout the day. The staff would even make the kids beds and then lay their teddies on top. There are 3 pools at the hotel so always space to find a couple of sun loungers. The kids pool was great, so shallow so easy to relax and not have to worry. There are shuttles into the town but we always opted to walk as it's a straightforward route that's pleasant and safe to walk - about 20 mins or so. The tourist markets in the town are great and well worth the walk. Some nice bars and cafes too. At the end of the week none of us wanted to leave so I think that says it all!

Not the Holiday We Hoped For Unfortunately, this hotel wasn’t for us. What we anticipated as a peaceful getaway turned out to be more like a summer camp for kids. From the pool to the restaurant and even in the hallways, there was constant noise—screaming, yelling, and door slamming, often caused by unsupervised children. We were hoping for a relaxing, quiet escape, but that simply wasn’t possible here. While the staff were friendly and the basic services were good, the overall ambiance was not what we had hoped for. It’s worth noting that this is not a great option for vegetarians or those who follow a halal diet. Pork was widely available, but there were no halal meat options at all. Vegetarian and seafood dishes were often placed next to meat dishes, leading to frequent cross-contamination—again, often due to kids helping themselves without supervision. The hotel may be ideal for families with children looking for activity-filled holidays, but for couples or individuals seeking tranquility, this is not the place. Sadly, our holiday felt more stressful than relaxing, and we won’t be returning.

After reading the reviews on this place I was dreading it!! I couldn’t have been more wrong. The staff, especially the entertainment team, are great. The rooms are very basic, with some rooms being very high up if you have small children. We were on the 4th floor and had to tell the kids not to be on the balcony alone. It can be noisy however it never kept us awake. Would not recommend this hotel for childless people. It is VERY child friendly, ours are 6 and 4 and always something going on for them. Food is ok. We had some really nice meals. No issues with food poisoning. Always chips, pizza and pasta for the kids if you have fussy eaters! Breakfast was lovely every day. The free minivan is a bonus to the town and beach. The town is lovely with activities like renting quads available. Beach is gorgeous! The pools are great. We spent all of our holiday around the kids pool and splash park, the other pool is a little deep. With the shallow end being 1.2m, better suited for good swimmers or adults. Splash park is amazing for the kids with little slides. Some of these reviews I feel are very harsh. It is a 3 star hotel and if you expect 3 star you will love it. For the price of the holiday we can’t fault it.

The thin walls are terribly disturbing! We listened to the TV blaring in the next room for a week, with no rest. If someone pays a lot of money, they expect to be able to rest, on the last night we woke up at 4 am to people screaming 2 floors above us! I have been to Mallorca before, in a 3 star hotel, but this was below criticism. The restaurant, however, is 5*, both in taste and quality they were very good, congratulations to the kitchen team!

We’ve just returned from a truly unforgettable 10-day holiday, and I had to write this review to express how amazing our stay was. First and foremost, a massive thank you to Miguel and Roberto at reception. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends honestly, the warmth and kindness they showed us went above and beyond. Miguel and Roberto are absolutely exceptional at what they do, and their hospitality really set the tone for the entire trip. We felt incredibly valued and cared for every time we passed through reception, and that’s something we’ll never forget. A huge thank you to them, and the entire reception team, for making us feel so at home throughout our stay! The hotel itself is lovely, and its location is perfect. We traveled with our 2- and 4-year-old, and they had the time of their lives endless ice cream, fun at the splash park, and an all-around great atmosphere. The food was simple but plentiful, always served hot, and the timing was perfect with food available almost all day long. The bartenders were fantastic always friendly and upbeat, even though they worked long hours. They made sure to always greet us with a smile and served drinks with great efficiency. Special mention to the lady at the hotel shop her energy was the next level and made every visit to the shop such a pleasant experience! Had to give her a big hug when leaving! While the hotel is a 3-star and simple in nature, everything was always clean and well-maintained. Our rooms were tidied daily, fresh towels were provided, and the whole place felt cared for. The entertainment was fun, and by the time it was time to leave, we didn’t want to go! That’s how you know you had an amazing time! Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable. We've just returned from spending Easter weekend here. Great location and we were lucky to watch the Easter processions as they passed through the old town. Room was great, but no balcony which wasn't a big problem as we spent most of our time on the beach / in the bars. Breakfast basic, but we enjoyed it. Nice ambience, very quiet. Perfect for a visit to the old town Benidorm. Rooms are basic but very clean. We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a view. Shower was very good and always hot water. No fridge, kettle or hair dryer but that wasn’t an issue for us. One thing we did find that could be addressed is a handrail to get in and out of the bath/shower. There is some noise early mornings from outside but wasn’t too much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed there for the week,arrived in afternoon and we got to the room had a look around having to find black Pubes all over the bath black hair on the bed. The beds weren’t the best and the shower was so tiny the water drains kept on flooding the bathroom floor so we had to use out towers to stop it going through to the hall. The main thing was charges they had for using the kettle iron and what hotel charges to change there bed sheets. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Friendly staff nice bar but shocking rooms so outdated.

We had a fantastic stay! Block B, the thermal section, was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The thermal pools, healthy and delicious bio meals (including gluten-free, lactose-free, and plant-based options), and the friendly staff made everything perfect. We paid 3.000€a for 9 days and they gave us room very dirty, noisy, water leaking from bathroom all night and far away from the hotels main part so once we ask to change receptionist didn’t accept we were almost begging please keep in mind if you be kind they will never serve anything being rude works at reception and until last day we were not happy because the second room they offer was at the back and with 3 months old baby each time we had to take stairs to mezzanine floor..once we write negative comment about our stay on hotel booking portal customer relations personal found us directly on our last day she asked to remove our comment and she was totally mean she invited us to their office to insult I guess she was saying why did you write comment instead of coming to us! sorry but you were never in the room mornings she leaves her bag and never there until noon time any way we will never go there again! Also from airport it’s far and shuttles not safe

We booked to stay here for 8 nights and had a wonderful time. The entertainment each evening was to a good standard and we enjoyed all the shows that we went to. The disco and party night were also very good. Food wise, the buffet was probably one of the best we’ve experienced with lots of choice. The dishes were regularly replenished and always hot. There was also a large dessert choice. Most days we were looked after by Halim who ensured that we were promptly seated and had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. There are also a number of a la carte restaurants that provide an alternative if you fancy a change from the buffet. The Italian restaurant also served a lunch menu and the team here were very helpful and friendly. There are a number of swimming pools but most days we went to the Kiyi beach, adult only, jetty. The jetty has steps in to the sea and there was a pontoon that you could swim out to. The Kiyi beach has a dedicated bar and each day Yayla would serve up the drinks of our choice. The service she provided was very good and she worked hard making sure that everyone was served promptly. There are a number of bars located in various places. We often went to the Pine Bar where Kenan would serve up a delightful cocktail, sometimes off the menu and sometimes one of his ‘specials’. The rooms are spacious and modern and the shower very good. Wi-Fi is available all around the hotel although it is not always very quick. During our stay we did have one or two issues that needed sorting and the guest services team made genuine efforts to resolve them. The team here actively sought feedback to ensure that we had a good holiday. They would often approach you whilst out and about just to ensure things were going well. Yagithan spent more than a few minutes chatting with us over drinks so that he could really understand our perception of the hotel. We had a great time here and would definitely return.

We came back from our holidays and I need to say we had absolutely amazing time! I was so scared of the hotel because of the reviews. We arrived 11pm and we were asked to go to the restaurant to eat which was a nice surprise. The room was massive and clean. No bugs. The beds weren't the best but also not too bad. Our towels were not changed during the stay and we didn't have shower gel in the bathroom but we got our own. The children entertainment was great, Samantha has an amazing attitude, our little boy loved her. Mini disco is also great. The food was great, everyday something new, we were amazed by the choice. The only issue at the hotel was that people were not throwing their cups to the bins. Bins were everywhere but people were too drunk/lazy to throw their own rubbish, but the staff were trying to clean it as much as they can. The water at the swimming pool was cold but it was May, I am sure during summer months it gets warmer. The hotel had a free bus to the beach, which was a nice surprise. Overall we had an amazing time and we are planning there next holiday.

Was a bit worried after reading other reviews but we went anyway. We found all staff to be really friendly and couldn't fault them, they work really hard! Our room was nice, basic with a kettle which was what needed. Could of done with an iron but managed without. I asked dor extra pillows, they were delivered promptly. The main pool was a bit lively but we stayed by the water slides all day and was very relaxing, the splash pool was fun for kids too! Food was delicious every day and staff were zooming about cleaning up as fast as they could. Entertainment on an evening was a good variety of different things each night and we enjoyed it. We loved every minute there

Just returned from here after a weeks stay. Plenty to do for the kids, the dino water park and kids club area is great for them. The big slides are very cool too! Good variety of food, very tasty! The only thing I couldn't get on with was the bed, was quite hard but other than that everything was amazing, good entertainment for kids and adults in the evenings too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We have just come back from 10 nights here. I wouldn’t worry too much about the negative reviews. We found the hotel to offer great value for money. The food was excellent with loads of choice. There was food, snacks and drinks available pretty much all day and night. The rooms were serviced every day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The entertainment was very good. The on site pools and water park were great. It is also in a good location around 1km from the beach front. The only downside was that some of it needs modernising maybe, but nothing of major concern. The play park also needs a bit of a refurb. But all in all a very good place to go on holiday that I would highly recommend.

Amazing food and water park , there is multiple different pool types for all ages. It was a fantastic stay but the room was not the best the beds were really uncomfortable and someone in our group that we were travelling with found one alive cockroach and one dead cockroach in there room. There was 4 of us in the room and almost every day there was no towels left for us. The kids club was amazing and the staff was really nice and tried to involve everyone in the activities. There was all ways sun bed no matter what time off day.

Amazing Stay in Egypt! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and were regularly serviced every day. One of the best parts was that we didn't experience any food poisoning, which can sometimes be a concern when traveling. While the food options weren't overly extensive, we certainly didn't go hungry and found something to enjoy at every meal. Another highlight was the cleanliness throughout the hotel, no insects or mosquito bites during our stay, which was a huge relief. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, Overall, a great experience, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt!

Amazing 2nd family holiday here. Rooms are clean staff are very attentive. Food is good, the international a la carte was my favourite. Bar staff, housekeeping and reception staff are excellent. The best part of the hotel is the amazing animation team. My daughter is 4 and everyone in the team made it an amazing experience from kids club to kids mini disco. Adam is an amazing choreography his afro beats dancing is certainly very entertaining. Thanks to Angie and Erika for the mjni disco and kids club. A special thanks to Salsabeel who made extra effort especially with my 6 month old. I was shocked that she had only just joined yet was absolutely amazing. She always had a smile kn her face and played with both my kids. They loved her. If you are looking for a fun filled relaxing time come to royal Lagoons.

After the rest, I had a very pleasant impression. The room was spacious, the furniture and plumbing were in good condition, cleaning was done every day. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly, the cleaner surprised me with figures made of towels every day, the animation team was great, they held fun interactive activities and set a great mood, Thomas, Kira and Adam are very cool) The choice of food is quite large, it was delicious, the waiter Sameh is attentive and friendly - a real professional with a very kind heart. The disco on the territory of the hotel is only twice a week, but you can go to the after party every day for an additional fee to another hotel or club. There are different performances almost every night, we liked the fire show the most, it was amazing) The hotel territory is very beautiful, green and well-groomed, many pools. The pools are clean and large with different depths, lifeguards are on duty for your safety, there are fun slides that lead into the heated pool.

I am in this hotel for the second time. I was in March. I was delighted. I am here now and everything is great. but the bartender at the bar which is in the pool. all the time smokes cigarettes and sits on the phone. does not see that someone wants something to drink. even calling does not give any result. then he is offended. lack of culture.

I stayed at this hotel in May 2025 with my family and had a very pleasant experience overall. Highlights: Cleanliness: The entire property was spotless: lobby, swimming pools, rooms. Friendly staff: The team was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Renovated rooms: Some rooms have been recently renovated, with a fresh and modern touch. Terrace and lawn access: One of the best features was the easy access from the room to a terrace and green lawn – perfect for relaxing outdoors. Kids club: Very engaging for my 4 y.o. daughter. Bar: Nice selection of drinks. Downsides: Poor sound insulation: The soundproofing in the connecting rooms was not great – I could hear my neighbor snoring through the door. Cold pool: The swimming pool was quite cold, which made it less enjoyable, especially for younger children. Pool slide access: The water slides are only available for children aged 6 and up. Although this is mentioned on the hotel’s website, I missed this detail when booking through a third-party platform, which was quite disappointing for my daughter. Limited fresh fruit variety: The buffet food was good overall, but the variety of fresh fruit at meals was quite limited. We would have enjoyed less cakes and more fresh fruits. Overall, despite a few small drawbacks, we had a very good stay!

We had a very pleasant holiday here. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There are plenty of activities there: table tennis, football. The food is delicious , there were options for vegetarians and kids. The food was freshly made and very tasty, fish, meat, pasta, traditional dishes, vegetables, as well as many desserts and fruits. The room was cleaned every day. There is WiFi everywhere on the hotel’s territory. The view of the mountains and sea from the terrace restaurant was breathtaking. The beach was also clean and in a good location. We loved everything and will come there again for sure!

The hospitality at Mitsis Bali Paradise impressed me during my vacation at this hotel. The hotel staff greeted us with kindness and provided immediate assistance throughout our entire stay. The welcoming environment created an immediate sense of comfort for us. The hotel stands out because it caters to different guest profiles including families with children and couples and groups of friends. The hotel offers something for every guest which creates a complete vacation experience. The hotel served fresh and diverse food and drinks that remained delicious throughout our entire stay. The hotel maintained excellent organization while keeping its dining areas spotless and welcoming to guests. The trip experienced an unpleasant moment because a group of French tourists displayed inappropriate behavior. The hotel maintained its high standards and excellent service despite this incident which was unrelated to the hotel. I strongly suggest this hotel to anyone seeking relaxation in a professional environment that welcomes families and exudes positive energy. 🤝🏾

It's a family friendly hotel without being mostly family focused. The kids club works during the day. There is ongoing animation. There is an aquatic park, however children under 120cm or 6y age are not allowed to use it. There are otherwise 2 other large swimming pools. The staff is very thoughtful and attentive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mitsis. The staff were lovely and generally helpful, food was great and the location was perfect! Food: At each meal there was a wider verity of choice at the buffet. With Veggie and vegan options easily available. It included both Greek classics and home comforts (like scrambled eggs, beans and toast). Each day was slightly different too so you never get bored of it! The Cocktails on offer were tasty too and included spritzers, tequila sunrise and Long Island ice teas to name a few as well as non-alcoholic options. Rooms: unfortunately the rooms are very outdated and basic. The bathroom includes a shower with weak water pressure and the walls are very thin so there are a lot of disturbances in the night. That being said they were kept pretty clean and room service came around every day to clean empty the bins and give us new towels Location and atmosphere: we went in May and were very happy with this timing as the hotel and area wasn’t overly crowded but had a fun atmosphere. There were holiday reps that came to the hotel and led activities such as aqua fit to keep everyone entertained. The pools are lovely and overlook an amazing view. And the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the closest beach, there are also 2 other beaches close by within a 20 minute walk and you can do activities like canoeing, jet skiing and pedalos. Overall for the price we were very happy with our stay and would recommend Mitsis to anyone heading to Crete!

The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. During our stay, the second pool was being renovated, but it didn't bother us in any way, in fact it was nice to see that someone actually cares about the visual aspect. The rooms are spacious and clean, cleaned every day. The cleaning staff and reception staff are very nice, friendly, smiling and helpful. Unfortunately, that's all the pluses. The food is boring, repetitive, often poorly prepared. We expected a low standard of food from such a cheap all-inclusive offer, but what we got was very basic. The birds that ate from the bowls were chased away, and the bowls continued to be left on the buffet as if nothing had happened. Carbonated drinks were not available during breakfast, and the water, tea or coffee smelled of chlorine. As for alcohol, some bartenders tried to charge us for something that was in the all-inclusive offer, which we also didn't like and made us prefer to buy alcohol in the store than constantly ask for it. As for the animation team, this was the thing that bothered us the most. If you don't speak French, forget about any interaction with them. All the entertainment during the day or in the evening was only in French, and if you tried to take part in it, you were ignored. I wouldn't go back to this hotel again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay in Feb ‘25. Weather was around 24°c for the stay. Clean hotel with great views and access to the beach. Mostly French guests, very relaxed vibe here. Good food through the day and selection of drinks. Rooms were spacious with good views. Cons - Water was a nightmare to get at times, you have to pay an extra €1 for a fresh towel. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. All staff made the effort to ensure you had a nice stay. The hotel isn’t luxury but it’s comfortable, well laid out and is superior to the Occidental resorts down the road.

The rooms was super nice but for the extra we paid for the sea view, i would have enjoyed a sea view and not a roof and sea view. Highly recommended.

Enabled us to have a lovely relaxing time, enjoying some sunshine and warmth. The hotel rooms are a good size with nice en suits facilities and the excellent food in the buffet restaurant was varied, with themed evenings. The outdoor pools were a tad cold but the indoor pool and jacuzzi was always available ( best time to go was after midday as people got ready for lunch )The beach is superb, but accessed by a walk down.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and honestly don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. In our opinion, the value for money is very good — it’s a cheaper hotel compared to others in the area, but we thought it was great. The food selection was excellent. Although we don’t eat meat, there were still plenty of options: lots of vegetables, fish, legumes, potatoes, sauces, and more. The restaurant staff were amazing — very friendly, hardworking, and fast. We have really fond memories of them; they made every meal feel pleasant and well-organized. The drinks at the bar were a bit disappointing — the beer was average, and the smoothies and ice cream were just okay. But everything else was definitely on the plus side. One of the pools was under renovation, but that didn’t bother us because the other pool was huge. The only downside was that all the sunbeds were gathered around that one pool, so it could get crowded and sometimes hard to find a spot. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, and the whole facility was tidy. You can tell that a lot of staff are working hard and doing their best to keep everything running smoothly. The beach by the hotel is beautiful. The path down is quite steep, but the views are absolutely worth it. The biggest downside for us was the entertainment. Like many others, we don’t understand why the animations are only in French. If the entertainers are working for a French travel agency, then maybe those activities should be kept just for their guests. But they’re open to everyone — yet if you don’t speak French, you’re excluded from the start. The entertainers only engaged with French guests, who often seemed uninterested anyway, while many Spanish, English, or Polish guests would have gladly joined in. It was also quite ridiculous that during the evening shows, French songs were played!!! it made the whole thing feel even more closed-off and unwelcoming for non-French speakers. It’s a real shame, because if it weren’t for this one issue, we would definitely come back.

Honestly the most perfect place to stay. I don’t really have a bad thing to say about it. My boyfriend and I had an absolutely amazing time. The rooms were lovely, good air conditioning, lovely bathroom and balcony. The bed was massive! The dining/buffet was easy, so many options and lovely seating. The pool was our favourite part. It was a perfect stay, would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Very varied food, nice animation (not too pushy), clean pool/hotel in general, good variety of cocktail for the All In,… There was also always place, every time we went to get food we could sit outside independent from the time we went, same counts for the beds around the pool. Would really recommend to people who love relax om holiday and eat different foods.

A fantastic choice to stay for your holidays, we came back second year in a row, room is always clean and with all the necessities. You have the option of half board or full board, we personally like half board as we like exploring more local places instead of having lunch/dinner in one place. There is a big variety of choices but if you are vegetarian like me you might feel a little bit limited and if you are vegan you have only a couple of choices. The pool is absolutely great, there is a wellness area for massage, jacuzzi, spa, sauna. There are also plenty of morning classes such as Yoga, Pilates and more. In the evening you have live music themes which can be a lot of fun but there are more options around the area if you want to be more adventurous. Lastly, we wanted the same room we had last year, we requested it via emails and they honoured their promise which we truly appreciate it! -overall experience, I highly recommend princess hotel!

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Went on a 10 day holiday with friends and had a lovely time. Staff are superb, hotel is close to the yumbo centre, beach and markets. All inclusive bar is open until midnight. Only complaint (very minor) was that the AC wasn't the best (although still did the job). Adult only hotel, which is ideal if you don't want kids shouting all day and just want to unwind.

We have just got home from our holiday here. First holiday abroad with our kids (10,8,5). We have had an amazing time. All of the staff were very friendly and polite and always had a smile on their faces. Our room was a family room and we found this perfectly adequate with 5 of us in there. Lovely views over the sea. Beds comfortable and all nice and clean. Plenty of storage with safe provided and mini bar stocked I think every day. The food was delicious and to be honest careered for every taste. You couldn't think of what more they could have offered, the range was brilliant. The beach is literally on the edge of the resort with beach bar, toilets and loungers all on the beach. There was a bus stop directly outside the hotel which was very convenient for any sightseeing and the concierge kindly provided information on the timetable for this. Highly recommend this hotel, we were all sad to leave after an absolutely amazing week.

While the food quality has been very good, I have to say that the overall service does not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. One particular disappointment occurred tonight when I wanted to take the remainder of my dessert to enjoy later in my room. I was informed by the head waiter that this was not allowed. In an ultra all-inclusive hotel, I find this policy surprising and unwelcoming, especially as it also leads to unnecessary food waste. Additionally, there have been a few other service-related issues that have negatively affected our stay: At the beach, there were no towels available (around noon). We had to walk to the pool area to pick up clean towels and return to the beach, which was inconvenient. There are very limited in-room amenities. Aside from shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, there were no basic items such as a shower cap or slippers provided. The rooms are not soundproof. Every morning around 8:30 AM, we are woken up by the sound of the cleaner moving furniture in the room above us. We booked a bungalow with a garden view, but to my knowledge, bungalows are typically single-level accommodations. Ours is clearly part of a two-story structure, which is not what we expected. On a more positive note, I would like to mention that the massage at the spa was good and appreciated. Unfortunately, due to the issues mentioned above, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

Service from all the staff team was wonderful 24/7. The hotel was enjoyable to walk around and right on the beach front (just over a small quiet road). The beach itself was nice mix of sand and shingle and plenty of marine life to look at. The food in the main restaurant I think had room for improvement, but the service was still outstanding. Also compared to other Mitsis hotels I've visited previously, I found the selection of menus and side restaurant opening times was slightly more limited and was a little trickier to eat at certain times such as 3.30 to 4pm etc. Our room was lovely and was very clean and the drinks were constantly topped up meaning plenty of water available for us, and again all staff members were so helpful and welcoming. Will certainly be using Mitsis again

It’s a lovely hotel if maybe a little outdated but that didn’t bother us in the slightest. Everything is well maintained and kept very clean. The proximity to the beach is brilliant and the beach is really nice with plenty to do. The beach bar had live music one day and the Pizza Hut on the beach was very good too. The fitness staff were great and very knowledgeable Karol gave me some great advice. The gym equipment is somewhat lacking but they are making improvements. The feed and drink was very good most of the time. The bar and restaurant staff were brilliant too. Nigerian John and Sokrates always kept our cups full and tables tidy and were always happy and fun to have around.

We have just returned from a beautiful 3 night stay at the hotel on the all inclusive package. I had initial reservations regarding the hotel after looking through reviews but was glad that they didn't reflect our experience. - The room was gorgeous and well set up, lovely balcony and view of the pool. - food was enjoyable but nothing special. The buffet in the morning has a great selection and lunch + dinner you order from the app at your table, with salad options by buffet. The a-la-carte restaurant was fully booked which was a real disappointment. Avoid the bar snacks in the day though, dry and inedible. - The drinks were awesome, great selection and delicious cocktails. - Staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to support. We really enjoyed the service from Chris at the pool bar. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable escape from life. It's not the "foodie experience" promised on the website, but I'd return :)

We had a wonderful stay at Cooks Club Corfu, my husband and I needed a little break & re-charge from our busy work-life. We wanted somewhere relaxing in a lovely setting and this was perfect. Beautiful hotel and rooms. The food was great, different all inclusive experience ordering from the app, but the food was amazing... the best part is, they also catered well for Vegans with a separate menu to order from. We also loved the cocktails and drinks selection, cocktails with chilli syrup is a game-changer! delicious. I miss my morning iced coffee by the pool. Please say hello to the local cats for us, until we return again :) J&J

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although we went during a festival so we could not visit the old town of Corfu liked we wanted it was still a lovely get away. The rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely balcony’s. The whole hotel was decorated and stunning. The food everyday throughout the breakfast, snacks and dinner were delicious. The all inclusive only option was amazing as we had as many cocktails as we wanted. We got to enjoy the pot smashing and also the fireworks on one night. The whole atmosphere at Cooks Club was fantastic. Location wise not that great but a bus stop is right outside the hotel so you can travel.

Hotel looks GREAT, but reality is, it’s instagrammable but not great. Food is poor / average. Menus sound great, but reality is most things either in the snack bar or main restaurant were pretty poor. Sun loungers super uncomfortable. No AC in the hotel rooms. Walls super thin so can hear your neighbour speaking / watching TV. Service and staff nice. Pool was nice. Gym was ok, but again no AC. Electricity would fail and turn off cardio kit. Wasn’t ideal. Overall, the pictures were great and sold it To us but I wouldn’t go back to the hotel in Corfu. Overall 4/10

Just come back from a week here. Our family room was amazing had a jet spa tub in it great hit with the kids. Food was good. It's all inclusive very much the same which is what you would expect never went hungry good variety. Drinks were also good one of the best all inclusive hotels we have been too. Location is good quite close to everything. Friendly staff great entertainment! Can't fault it.

We were a family of 4 in a family room. Sleeping arrangements were fine, however, the bathrooms were a disaster. From the shower tray looking like someone took a golf club to it to water spraying everywhere as there was no shower door to close and the side panel just let water escape underneath so the floor had puddles of water on it. The food was nice with a decent variety albeit a little repetitive for breakfast. The pool area is very nice with a good-sized pool and deep enough. The rooftop pool was amazing with amazing views. A bus stop just outside the hotel and a really good service to everywhere really. Would I return here for another stay? Absolutely, we will be back.

I stayed here at the beginning of May with my boyfriend. We opted for all-inclusive, which was definitely a good decision - great drinks and the food is about 7/10 but it’s good for all in inclusive if you know what I mean. The hotel is great! Spacious rooms, we had a double balcony which was a nice feature, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a massage in the spa as well which was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here and I would stay here again. There is a beautiful Italian restaurant right opposite the hotel. St Paul’s bay is a nice and relaxing area.

A few comments. The food is the same every day, there are no changes. After three days you can't even look at it, let alone eat it until the end of your vacation. The other restaurants in the hotel which are Caribbean and South American cuisine are quite ok. Asian is a disaster and the food in all 3 comes partly from the main restaurant. The same applies to the main restaurant, if you don't eat in the 3 other restaurants, the next day they give you to the main restaurant. Cleaning the rooms often took place without cleaning the balcony and ashtray. Also, even when we asked, wrote a card and left a tip for the jacuzzi to be cleaned, it wasn't done for the whole week. The pools, all three are small and can't accommodate that many guests. The main bar on level zero, the appearance inside is repulsive. The bartenders often don't know how to make drinks. The tables in the bar aren't cleaned. There are game room and even if you have all inclusive, you still have to pay for billiards. No water in the rooms, the fridges are not equipped with any drinks (all inclusive). During check-out, even if someone has a flight in 8 hours, they do not allow a meal. I have not encountered this yet, everywhere I have been, they always said that it is possible to use it without a problem. Generally, I am disappointed. I bought one of the better packages (room) and a lot of disappointments. If you do not buy a room with a sea view, which as you know is limited, the remaining rooms have a view of the constructions around the hotel and about 200 rooms have a view inside the hotel buildings, which resembles a Chinese cage, apartments. Personally, I would not return to the hotel again and I do not recommend it to anyone. Holidays are supposed to be unforgettable, and with so many glaring things, they are unforgettable, but in a negative sense. Definitely is not 4 stars hotel for me if compared with my not small experience. I will also add that on the day of check-out (11am), they knocked on our door three times to see if we had already left the room (from 8am they knocked on the door)

Hotel very clean and staff are friendly and cant do enough for you. Everything is very well organised and the reception staff make sure you know everything you need to know when you arrive. Breakfast has a good selection and outdoor pool and rooftop pool are very well cleaned. The Spa staff are amazing. Very welcoming and accommodating. My mum's first holiday abroad and we booked an easter promotion with Dee spa (spa group) that Qwara wasn't doing but after an email she sorted it all out and we could have it there. Whole place is very clean and well looked after. Many restaurants and a lovely cafe that sells fresh baguettes and homemade cakes. Rooms are a good size and cleaned everyday. Only problem we had was finding the right elevator to go down to the spa (more our stupidity than a fault of the hotel) Pool towels are available for a €10 refundable deposit. Literally something for everyone. Would highly recommend. Im well travelled and have stayed in some questionable places but this is a lovely hotel that i would happily stay in again. For being a big hotel it is reasonably quiet.

Lust for Life

We were here mid-May. We had booked an apartment. The view was beautiful, the apartment spacious and complete. Nice finish, very spacious balcony, good beds. The location is great. And altho the hotel is near the Strip, it was a very quiet location. Right on the beach and shops also close by. The indoor pool was nice and quiet. Unfortunately we didn't use the spa, because the steam sauna was broken. So no need to go there. What i didn't like was that you can't take a decent shower anywhere after checking out (we specifically asked for it and they insured us that it was possible, but after checking out they said you can't!). So..it isn't a five star hotel, but overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. The only thing that could be better is the cleaning of the rooms during the stay (like the floor was not wiped even once in a week).

It's hard to believe the Grand Muthu advertises itself as a 5-star hotel. The entire property feels dated and neglected. There are no complimentary hotel loungers on the beach; instead, guests must pay extra. Hotel-provided beach towels can be hired for €20 each, with only €10 refunded upon return. Our room was worn-out and showed signs of poor maintenance, including some areas that weren't properly cleaned. The bathroom fixtures appeared to be decades old, well past their prime. Access to the themed restaurants required advance booking, but they were already fully booked for the next two days when we checked in. The drink selection was underwhelming—beer was the only decent option, and even that was served in small plastic cups. There were also signs and rules posted saying things like no loud music from balconies and that towels left on loungers would be removed if people were trying to “reserve” them. But none of these rules were actually enforced, so people just did whatever they wanted. It made the place feel kind of chaotic. The outdoor pool was pleasant when groups of people weren't playing there own music loudly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. That said, I won’t be looking to stay at any Grand Muthu property again soon.

Definitely not a 5 star more like a poor 3 star, we have just come back from a week here. The first night we stayed the noise was unbearable as the room was right next to the end of the strip. The lovely ladies on reception moved us the following day. The room was much quieter but felt it was a downgrade. Did not want to push it anymore as didn’t want another noisy room. We payed for a deluxe sea or pool view and the first room didn’t have a sea or pool view. The second you could only just see a bit of the sea. The room also had hundreds of flies on the windows and doors. The shower would burn you if someone flushed the chain in the next room and very dangerous if it was a child. They had work being done all through waking us up just after 7 in the room above or what it sounded like. We didn’t mind as we like to be up early anyway but you could see how it would annoy some people. The food was poor and the specialist restaurants were always booked up with no room. We did have the Mexican one night but the waiter didn’t explain to us how it worked and we thought you had to order off the menu not that’s what you get meaning everything so in the confusion we had to eat out after. We ate out every night after that apart from one night when we had the Indian which was pretty nice really. Not good when you have paid for all inclusive. The staff where brilliant but let down by the hotel. We loved the beach but hotel took the shine off what would of been a amazing holiday

Hello, we arrived today, a family of four 2 adults 2 kids aged 3 and 6 years. Reception was an absolute disgrace. The tall thin grey guy does not want to be here at all, not smiled once. No interaction whatsoever, after travelling with very excited kids you would think a smile at least wouldn't go far. The bar had none of the cocktails on the menu and all wine was hotels which was simply red or white ( do NOT recommend the white). It had said there are 14 restaurants there is only 1. Also only one bar when online said there were many more. This hotel/apartments said it was kid friendly where the tall grey guy said it is NOT a kid friendly hotel, I asked could we change hotels but pay for our first night he said sorry it's non refundable! It also offers many outdoor pools there is only 1. We felt really stuck so had to walk into town. Don't be fooled by what they try and sell it's my second time been fooled by MGM hotels. They say because its not peak season this is fair. Feel like we let the kids down, all they wanted were other kids and kids entertainment. None of which are supplied don't make the mistake we did as they are non refundable..

Went here with some mates for a long weekend and must say it is not the 5 star experience I was expecting, we were all inclusive and the food was sub per at best while they did have themed restaurants at partner hotel that you could book but your key card wouldn’t work to gain access. The main bar was a 5 min walk to the pool which doesn’t seem bad until you realise the pool shuts at 8pm and the pool bar shuts at 5pm. While we were there I don’t think I saw the pool cleaned once and the pool side would still have litter and empty cups from people not getting rid of them the day before. If you’re hoping for a 5 star experience I would not recommend as this was 3 star at best.

Cannot fault this hotel after reading reviews was worried however there is a new entertainment team which are great, rooms cleaned daily, good food and the staff and incredible. Had an amazing stay thank you. Would definitely come back here. Each night are themed foods my only gripe is the beach which is difficult to get in with all the ticks but not the hotels fault. Manager was very accommodating also meeting my child’s additional needs. Only thing I would recommend is disability pool access as the older people staying struggled to get in. But for us 4 star absolutely

The hotel is ok, i was with my parents and we came back yesterday. The service was nice every day and the cleaning ladies always did what was needed when asked. The food was varied but only the breakfasts were boring. The location is a plus, everything is close and there is a bus that runs every 10 minutes to Paphos. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet hotel ;)

I’m going to put as much effort into this review as the hotel staff put into keeping the guests happy… 0 Horrendous food wouldn’t give it my dogs Beds as hard as a pool table, asked for 2 full days for extra pillows before they were provided Cock roaches around the pool and inside the hotel Asked for late checkout was told it’s ok and to pay the following morning to then be told the room wasn’t available Entertainment shocking The smells around the entertainment seating area were horrendous, sewage/ burning flesh False advertisement on the Bar which states it’s open to 1am but is actually charged after 12pm This is a 3* hotel at a push Rooms filthy dust and female hair all over the floor, cleaners made an effort to wake us up every morning around 8am by banging on the door then walking off with no intention to actually clean just because we made a complaint about the state of cleaning on the first day, awful hotel avoid at all costs!

Delicious food, beautifully presented, and served in a calm, elegant atmosphere. Buffet: Very good for an all-inclusive setup. Wide variety and generally tasty dishes. We rate it 4 stars, keeping in mind the typical buffet limitations. Rooms and Facilities: Clean and well-kept rooms, lovely pool areas, and an inviting, well-maintained environment overall. A great experience from start to finish – we would definitely consider coming back.

Our first stay at Mitsis Ramira. It has been a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The staffs were fantastic and helpful. We were very lucky to have an upgrade to a family private pool room which was very comfortable. Food and drinks were generally good. Well kept grounds and pools. Hotel was good size with enough space to spread out and not feel too crowded. It’s also has a section of the beach for hotel guests use with a beach bar. Overall a good choice for a family vacation.

recently stayed at Mitsis Ramira and had an overall pleasant experience however the food alone would stop me wanting to return . The standout feature was definitely the staff – every team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Their service made a real difference during my stay. The facilities were also impressive – everything was clean, well-maintained. The standards of cleanliness and upkeep were consistently high. That said, the food was a major disappointment and really let the experience down. The buffet in particular needs serious improvement. The interior of the restaurant felt quite dated and lacked the atmosphere you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The selection of food was very limited, and many of the options didn’t complement each other at all. What was available often lacked flavor, with some dishes tasting bland or poorly prepared. The desserts were especially underwhelming – very little variety and none of them stood out in terms of taste or quality. Not only this but the whole week I was there they were never labeled so it was a guessing game for what they would be.The food at this hotel was no higher than what you’d expect at a 3 star this alone would stop me returning . If the dining experience were brought up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel, this could easily be a top-tier hotel .

I cannot stress enough how wonderful this hotel is for all it has to offer, especially as we are still here and travelling home tonight. The staff are so hardworking but remain happy, efficient and polite. The sense of feeling welcome never left us. The chefs and dining staff performed wonders at offering us a massive choice of meals, more or less 24hrs a day. The quality of the food is superb. The housekeeping is first class and the beds a so comfortable it's unreal. Along with the beach buggy hire which is part of the complex, you can hire bikes, scooters and cars too. We had fun in a buggy. Kos town is lovely too, and full of historical interest if you're that way inclined. We came here at the very start of the season, so its been a mixture of rain and breeze along with the improving sunshine. The place is quite full as its Easter break, however the hotel is spread so well, you never feel crowded. We will be back for sure. A top quality hotel, with top quality people working in it to make everyone feel a bit special.

Mitsis Ramira Beach exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. Food was varied and delicious. The pool were always tidy, with plenty of loungers. Staff were kind, attentive, and made the stay even better. Perfect place to relax and enjoy Kos. And Linda was very friendly.

Easy check in, great staff who make you feel welcome and relaxed. Everything you need is there. Fresh donuts at 4pm every day which are a must have. Champagne evening once a week which was a lovely surprise good range of drinks and food, they really can't do enough for you. I went with my wife and kids who are 16 and 18 and they absolutely loved it. Would definitely go back and highly recommend to couples or families as they really will look after you.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. Most of the staff are very friendly and kind, although there were a couple of less positive interactions towards the end of our stay. The food is outstanding, with a wide variety of options available. Housekeeping is generally very good, though there were a few occasions where the room was not fully cleaned, and the beds were only turned down. The alcohol is smooth and of good quality, however is watered down massively so disappointing. The pool area is clean and well cared for, providing a relaxing environment. However, the entertainment could be improved—it’s somewhat limited for both children and adults. The more lively activities are held upstairs and seem to cater mostly to couples, which is not clearly stated when booking. Overall, this is a very good hotel with just a few minor areas for improvement.

We had a great stay here. The location is excellent on the main promenade and direct access to the beach. The staff are super friendly and aim to please. The rooms are spacious and airy and they have good size balconies. The food is excellent and always something tasty on offer. It was nice to have a pool restaurant and a main dine room. Entertainment is good but a bit repetitive being dance shows every evening. Music is played in the bar after the show and that always drew a large crowd. The grounds and pool area are absolutely beautiful and a real pleasure to sit in the sun every day. I would definitely return if visiting Agadir again.

Brilliant place, right next to a fantastic beach. The team there is so friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Wine, beer, tea, coffee everything is just available whenever you feel like having it. For kids they have a smaller and warmer pool; and then 2 other pools for adults. There are a lot of other facilities in the resort which we never got to explore fully. We with our little one had a wonderful time there.

Really loved this hotel. It's a nice hotel but the staff knock it out of the park. The food is good and they make plenty of fresh right in front of you. Rooms are a really good size with balconies. I really like the absence of single use plastics and they recycle where possible. Don't use the taxis outside unless you don't mind paying over double. Walk up the street and an orange taxi will stop if it's empty. I think the alcohol is only 2%. My husband doesn't drink much and he couldn't tell he had alcohol. Overall. Really good

I recently stayed at Sol Oasis Marrakech for my 18th birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so special. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday unforgettable ,everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. The atmosphere around the hotel was beautiful, and I loved every moment spent there. It was the perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone. I would definitely love to go back and experience it all over again. My wife and I just got back from our honeymoon at the Sol Oasis, and based on all the 5 star reviews we expected so much more. It's a beautiful resort, that's far away from anything without a shuttle, and the driving in Morocco is atrocious so be aware. The staff were nice but very meh about really helping out with any issues unless pressed, although the service staff did do their job cleaning up well. It also seemed they catered to the French and British guests mainly. Usually you'd expect the staff to be warm and welcoming but we both got the feeling that unless you as the guest warmed up to the staff you got mainly ignored. The pool was decent if somewhat underwhelming, but it was nice not having the pool overcrowded with guests "marking" their spots with towels unlike other resorts we've been to. The food was overwhelmingly ok, we both got sick of having almost the same meals day in and day out, we were there for 8 nights and we both wanted a change after the 3rd day. Leave the resort if you want to try better Moroccan dishes. They have "themed" dinners but most of the food was samey and not really varied based on the theme of the day. A lot of food must've been reused as well because of the lack of variety, as well as lack of flavour in most of the foods. We also had one dinner at their "specialty" Spanish restaurant, and the one small piece of chicken in the paella was raw, and when mentioned to the server all that was said, was oh..yes, as she took our plates away. The other guests in the restaurant at that time also went to the buffet after as the size of the tapas to share between people was disappointingly small. The cocktails were absolutely disappointing, either they watered down the alcohol, or the bar tenders didn't know how to make drinks because they were just sickly sweet, or made very poorly. It seemed like other guests enjoyed them but again it seemed like favourites were being played if you talked up the staff. The rooms were fine but nothing to write home about, terrible pillows, and a room filled with ants. There was a small of sewage in the room most days, and the remedy for that was just spraying a disinfectant around the room it seemed. We had ants coming out through one of the shower faucets in the wall missing caulk. We had a terrace room that doesn't have much of a terrace, and we had a wasp nest on the roof which was "dealt with" by staff by knocking it off, and leaving a hole in the roof for wasps to continue building their nest. The activities, and shows were a disappointment as well, along with a lack of communication on where these events and activities take place. There's sign boards posted with events but nowhere is it mentioned where any of them are going on. Relaxation outside of sitting in the pool was almost non existent, as they have music blasting at the pool anywhere from 12-6 throughout the day, and it's a small resort so escaping the thumping bass even in our room was a chore. The bars, and restaurants also close at 10, and 11pm so getting any late night snacks wasn't possible so we had to make sure we ate our meals as late as possible otherwise we were both hungry before bed as well. We did both have very relaxing massages at the spa which we were both very happy with. Also as other reviews have mentioned the walkways around the resort are poorly marked, if at all for either steps or small ramps and can be hard to distinguish especially in the evening causing potential hazards. This resort is fine for anyone looking to sit by a pool in the baking sun all day with lacklustre drinks, otherwise we would advise to stay somewhere closer to Marrakech as to be able to actually enjoy the food, and culture of Morocco because we found once we left the resort it was a much better experience.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff. The pool and grounds are very clean and modern. The staff are excellent- all very fun and helpful. The food and drinks are also fantastic. Our room was modern and very clean and surprisingly spacious. But at night I was woken up a few times by loud birds at 3am which was one of the only downsides of my trip. The entertainment team offered lots of shows and a variety of activities that I felt added to the value of the hotel package. Overall we had a really nice 5 night stay and we'd definitely like to come back.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Me and my friend Mohammed were staying here between 13rd and 23rd June in room 2037. The service was excellent, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food was amazing, of a very high standard with a large variety. The rooms were fantastic... we had a beautiful balcony view. All in all... just perfect. Thank you very much to all the staff there... will definitely be returning.

Stayed here for 8 days the hotel was exactly how we thought it would be. The service from the staff was absolutely fantastic and the animation team was absolutely brilliant. Everyday the entertainment during the night was different and the animation team always got you involved. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. There are 3 pools which are brilliant to use and are constantly cleaned. The staff at the main restaurant were brilliant and always made sure your drinks are always topped up. Overall, this hotel is good to come and relax and during the night time entertainment were brilliant and you always had something to do and watch a show.

We are currently staying here with our 14 year old and it's one of the best holidays we've had. The food is amazing, very varied and a wide choice each day. Pools are beautiful but a bit cold for me in April. Rooms are spotless and our housekeeper surprises us each day with the art she makes with the towels! Entertainment team are really friendly and not too pushy, there is something going on all time. Beach is adjacent to the hotel with clear water and white sand. All the staff are friendly, polite and can't do enough for us. The hotel has an international clientele which gives the place a really inclusive atmosphere. Would highly recommend *****.

Fantastic hotel with great food, facilities and staff. The complex is kept remarkably clean and service at the restaurant, bars and spa are first class. From arrival to departure the staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. Only downside I experienced was in the gym where people were lifting weights and using the treadmills and bikes without shoes or tee shirts and no cleaning products to wipe the kit down when finished using it,

I’ll start with the positives: the animation team was just amazing! I also liked the service — the staff were friendly and always smiling. The beach is located right on the hotel grounds, which is very convenient. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the price. There’s also a café on the beach where you can grab a snack or a drink while relaxing. The hotel area is well-maintained, and a nice waterpark is being built. We were there in May, so it wasn’t open yet. Now for the downside — at least for me: the breakfasts were bad. There was honestly nothing to eat in the mornings, and the food didn’t change at all from day to day. Room cleaning could have been better — in reality, only the floor was cleaned. When we checked into the room, the bathroom and surfaces were a bit dirty, not well cleaned. It wasn’t a huge deal for us, but still not very pleasant. Another small minus for us was the lack of a heated pool. At least the children’s pool could have been heated, since in May the weather was cold and it was almost impossible for the kids to swim. Also, the food at the hotel was a bit disappointing — surprisingly, there were hardly any seafood dishes. There was just one kind of fish, which was almost always dry, and once they served shrimp — the worst I’ve ever had: dry and hard to chew. Very strange, especially for Greece, where seafood should be everywhere 🤷🏼‍♀️ Overall, the hotel is not bad, but it definitely doesn’t live up to 5 stars.
