We had a great time at this hotel and was very impressed. Our stay from start to finish the staff were very friendly and looked after us well. Value for money you cannot go wrong, they have all the amenities including a 24 hour bar, gym, sauna and steam room available. We booked 3 separate rooms which they gave us all next to each other which was a nice gesture. Rooms were very clean and everything was as it should be, rooms decorated and finished to a nice standard. They have plenty of entertainment and activities, games for adults and kids to play as well as a kids club so parents can enjoy time to themselves if wanted. A special thanks to Anil (waiter on roller skates) who was a great waiter and lovely host for us, always smiling and happy to help. The only thing I could pick on was that they should have more than 2 irons and a stand in each room or available separately for a 200 room hotel, other than this everything was perfect. Thanks again to all the staff.

I would give it a solid 4. I chose this hotel for my birthday and spent there a week. First impression was awful because reception was not welcoming whatsoever, not even a smile and yes I did expect at least a genuine happy birthday from you guys. I was working in hospitality for longer than 8 years and never seen reception staff being so nonchalant. There is only one gentleman who really genuinely tried. I was surprised by the treatment I’ve received in Spa. Angelika, bless your heart!Thank you for being so lovely all the way through our stay. Likely I wasn’t interacting with reception at all and avoided at all costs so the rest of my holiday was fabulous. We got a room facing another hotel and got really upset but then realized that only our rooms facing sunsets. Beautiful hotel and absolutely fantastic food. Guys, I can’t stress enough how happy I was everyday with the selection and those waffles on the beach took my heart. Animation team was the best I’ve seen in my life, really appreciate every day interaction and want to come back there again to see you guys! Evenings was full of beautiful show or DJ sets with fireworks. The hotel was full of people with kids but I haven’t been disturbed even once because they have been sent to the kids room or spent majority of the time on the beach and the best part is that pear can give you privacy and peace far from family’s. Overall it was really great holiday and please do go and play darts near pool, you have a great chance to meet the best people from different countries and then have a wholesome and meaningful conversations with actually very good quality beer at the bar up until five am haha Please avoid vodka and tequila in this hotel-poison… If you need atm please go out and then get straight to the main road, then turn left and walk down the road for about 5 minutes, you will see 3 different atm with good rates on the left hand side from you. defo recommend and thinking of coming back.

Just came back from a 5 day stay at this hotel with my mum and sister. It was a very clean, grand and deluxe hotel with many amenities. CONS: - entertainment team was not good. They weren’t personable and didn’t get everyone involved in activities( I didn’t see many occurring). They need to work on getting people involved and recognising guests. - Food was too repetitive. Even on different themed nights, the food was the same. Most was tasty but breakfast was boring so thre needs to be some variety with all foods at different times of the day and the desserts. Also, the “snack time” should not be a repeat of the food that was served at dinner. PROS: - The bar service. The iced coffees, drinks and bottles at all time were amazing, especially when it’s so hot outside. Only thing I wish there was more non alcoholic cocktails. - The hotel was clean and beautiful - The security was amazing especially the man with white hair, who always used to park my car. - The rooms were always cleaned well and with great additions - All hotel staff tried to help at all times. - Good location for public transport but I would recommend taxis and cars if trvavlling to main Antalya. - Shops around hotel have good prices and are friendly. Overall, a really wonderful stay that we enjoyed and can’t wait to be back!!!

Flawless top to bottom. Greeted on arrival at 2am helped with baggage, room upgraded and food/drink available at 2am for guests who arrive late. Hotel was extremely clean, from pool lobbys, beach, sun deck, rooms. Food had SO MUCH variety more than i could count as well as desserts. Unlimited drinks all day, streetfood bar next to beach downstairs. Paradise level experience. Service from team was excellent, all very friendly prompt and so so respectful. I genuinely couldnt fault this hotel even if i tried. Ahmet needs a raise, works very hard and service is amazing- true gentlemen

The hotel, which does not meet the 4-star standard, is old and in terrible condition, and it is not called Sirius Deluxe. The restaurant on the beach has a terrible employee who bakes Viennese waffles, does not follow sanitary standards, is rude, and behaves in an extremely inappropriate manner. Today, I changed my opinion about the hotel. The restaurants were clean, and the evening disco was amazing! Before, it was dull and sad!

Honestly, 4 stars don’t do this hotel justice – it truly deserves more. Before our trip, I had some doubts after reading a few mixed reviews, but once we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the food was absolutely excellent – always fresh and constantly replenished right up until the end of service. The variety of desserts, pastries, and fresh fruits was outstanding. There were several large pools, and the solarium area facing the sea was quiet, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. In the evenings, there were fun and varied programs in the lobby with a nice bar and great atmosphere. Everything was included and available without extra charge. We spent a truly wonderful week here – highly recommended!

We have just stayed here for a week & have so many good things to say about it!! 💫 The cleaning staff work above and beyond! The rooms were cleaned spotless every day and really quick too. I didn’t get the man’s name but the male cleaner was friendly and so good at his job! 💫 the entertainment team seemed great and fun from what I saw during the week. Always friendly around the hotel too 💫 the canteen / chefs are incredible. I don’t know how they work to the standards they do in the busy hectic environment. The food was exceptional and the themed nights are so good!! We’ve had Asian / Italian / Spanish / Mexican whilst we’ve been here. The salad section is so good and a wide choice of healthy foods. I can’t rate the food enough!! They deal with so much as well with people leaving the tables a mess and people making a mess when serving their own plates. These guys deserve a special mention! The only bad thing I will say about the hotel is the pool area can get quite slippy. Myself and my little boy slipped and noticed a few others too during the week. Also ( not the hotels fault at all) other guests putting their towels out in the morning on the sun beds and leaving no room for anyone else was rather irritating as the week wore on. If you weren’t up before the sun you weren’t getting one! I can’t fault the hotel at all. We had a great stay here and all the staff are wonderful at their jobs I wish I could tip them all!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. ☀️ 🌊 🦎 🌺

Nice hotel with some positive aspects, but definitely not 4 star standard. Positives include clean modern rooms with lots of space, and the majority of staff are helpful and friendly. However, aspects of the hotel are run down. One of the main pools are missing tiles, walls are stained, the gym and kids club look run down. The food was the worst part of the holiday, the selection was barely 3 star standard (and also often cold). Location wise is in a nice golfing area but about half an hour away from everything going on (an hour by bus - taxis are about 35 euro to get to the busier areas). Some really nice bars below the hotel. There was also a limit to 1 drink per person for the all inclusive deal and you needed a token for a drink … and 10 euro per towel… not ideal. Evening entertainment also wasn’t great. Ultimately we had a nice time but there is definitely a lot of work to be done to call this hotel ‘four stars’.

I'm writing this review laying on my lounger drinking an ice cold drink (which maybe alcoholic??!! ). On the last full day of our holiday, which has been wonderful so far. My wife and I are a couple in our fifties. So our kids have grown up and don't sponge of us for their holidays anymore. Anyway we booked this hotel 2 days before we travelled out here. We knew this was a family friendly hotel but that was ok with us, plus we had upgraded our room to a seaview. The transfer from the airport was quick and easy. The hotel from outside looked lovely. At reception we was greated with a smile from a helpful young lady who explained everything about the hotel we needed to know. Because we already upgraded, this entitled us to what they call My Favourite Club. Which I would highly recommend all couples to do. This gave us access to a more private area in the buffet restaurant, private sun terrace but best of all, My Favourite Lounge. In there you can make your own drinks (cocktails! ) and nibbles are provided. Ok let's speed this up a bit. Our hotel room, tick! Large, very comfortable and the maid service was outstanding. Bars tick again! I found all the staff very pleasant and hard working. Buffet restaurant a BIG tick! Food was wonderful, always well cooked and a great variety. Never the same old food. That's down to some people who think that putting Pork, Chicken, Beef and Fish on their plate in one go is how to enjoy a tasty meal. Pool bar food, a tick again. Adult pool area tick again. It's not a swimming pool but a shallow cool down pool. Sun loungers comfortable and a very big tick you don't have to get up early to find one. OK so far so good a 5 star review. But unfortunately one star gets knocked off for the following. There are two so called A la cart restaurants here. We booked for both of them, I wished I hadn't. The Enyesque was lovely but I did find the main meal was a bit salty for my taste. Unfortunately however Chido the Mexican restaurant wasn't great. Let's just say if Wetherspoons was doing a Mexican night it would be far better than here. Next keeping the public areas clean. The hotel must be cleaned over night, because I never saw anyone cleaning around the pool areas during the day time. So unfortunately because of the wind you get here in Tenerife drinks and food will get spilt and remainder not cleaned up. Next the ice crusher that makes cocktails it the pool bar is so loud you can hear it everywhere. I'm sure the bar staff wish they had ear defineders on and I'm also sure if the wind is blowing in the right direction you can hear it back in the UK too!! .And finally, a couple of my own little things that would make our stay better. The sun parasols in the My Favourite Club look lovely but are far too small to keep the mid day sun off you. Also I think the My Favourite Club Lounge should be adults only in the evening. All in all this is a lovely hotel and yes I would come back here again and maybe in years to come I might come here with our grandchildren too. So may be if these issues are fixed I'll be leaving a 5 star review next time!

This hotel is lovely and as long as you are going with the expectation that you are staying in a 3* hotel and not a 5* hotel you should have a wonderful time. Pros- Clean and spacious hotel. Housekeeping are wonderful and keep rooms/communal areas clean to a high standard. Reception staff and bar staff are always happy to help and friendly. 3 different pool areas to suit everyone NO FIGHTING FOR SUN LOUNGERS, you can find one at any point in the day as people don't leave their towels on all day and only use it for an hour. Food plentiful and fresh. Room adequate for the amount of time spent in them. Cons- Any local shop is around a 20 minute walk apart from the on site shop which is rather expensive. Food can be a little repetitive. Childrens entertainment can be a little rubbish depending on which staff is doing the mini disco which is only half an hour long at 20.30 which is a little late. Unless your child is put into kids club during the day they are not included by staff on an evening. The bunk beds are not adequate for a young child to sleep on top as there is only half a bar that stops them from falling off. (My 10 YO didn't feel overly safe up there)

Stay as far away from this hotel as possible! Everything about mine and my friend’s experience here was awful, start to finish. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are extremely poor, the carpets throughout the hotel lobbies and stairs are covered in stains, both the inside and outside the tables were hardly ever clean and the reusable cups aren’t cleaned properly, they’re just sprayed and rinsed, no proper cleaning or sanitation of the rims of the cups where you drink from, and the bar staff were always annoyed whenever we asked for new cups. The staff in general had an appalling attitude towards us, reception staff were blunt and not helpful, the bar staff were always annoyed whenever you asked for anything, the beach transfer driver had no regards for safety and would constantly overfill the minivan. The only shining light of the staff was the lovely woman in the hotel shop, she was always smiling and happy and would dance and joke with me and my friends whenever we entered her shop. The manager, who told us his name was GM, was the most unprofessional and rude person we encountered. He demanded us into his office, and originally only tried getting the girls of the group in the office with him and refusing to let the boys come in with them. We refused this and all went in together, where he was extremely aggressive and nasty in tone towards us and our complaints about the quality of the hotel. He was condescending and confrontational and was trying to abuse his power over us asking questions like “do you know who is the one giving the orders here? Me.” The whole conversation he was arguing with us against our complaints and not being cooperative to resolve any of them, and using it being 3 star hotel as an excuse for all the faults rather than wanting to improve our experience. He also stereotypes us from the beginning of the conversation, assuming we came for a party holiday and to be clubbing, when all we were looking for was a relaxing poolside holiday. The pool area was also disgusting, the first day we arrived the pool was taped off for “cleaning purposes” but there was no cleaning happening, it just reopened and nothing had changed about it. The food was always freezing cold, even the hot food had no warmth at all, we tried the beans, sausage, and bacon and they were all stone cold. The bread rolls were the only thing we ate after this and even they weren’t the best. We saw countless other reviews from the last month about how the food was making people ill and after visiting the hotel, we can see exactly why it made them so ill. The hotel is also full of bugs and animals, we saw a rat scurrying around the pool bar, and found silverfish, ants, earwigs, and countless other bugs and creatures in our hotel rooms. The rooms aren’t cleaned properly, they are full of stains and black mould, and feel extremely dirty to be in. I had some sort of slime come off the door and stain my finger, as well as the lights coming out of the wall, flooding bathrooms, and the no locks on the door. Everything about this place made me and my friends feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Definitely not a family friendly hotel and definitely not a place to ever consider staying.

Just back from a week at HSM Canarios Park with my Wife and 2 kids, ages 2 and 4. We all had the best time. This hotel is ideal for families with kids. The food is good, nothing fancy but plenty options for the kids and fresh fish or meat cooked at the buffet every day. The restaurant is open for long periods which makes it easier to plan your day and means you can avoid busier times. The staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful which really adds to the overall experience of feeling welcome at the hotel. The rooms are cleaned so thoroughly and beds were always made up and room tidied and cleaned throughout the day. The staff would even make the kids beds and then lay their teddies on top. There are 3 pools at the hotel so always space to find a couple of sun loungers. The kids pool was great, so shallow so easy to relax and not have to worry. There are shuttles into the town but we always opted to walk as it's a straightforward route that's pleasant and safe to walk - about 20 mins or so. The tourist markets in the town are great and well worth the walk. Some nice bars and cafes too. At the end of the week none of us wanted to leave so I think that says it all!

I went here recently on my first solo holiday. I felt very safe the whole time, staff were all friendly and even helped me remove a bug from my room. The food is very basic and sometimes was shut when it was supposed to be open for snacks. Slushy machine and ice cream machine all included, free shuttle to the beach.

After reading the reviews on this place I was dreading it!! I couldn’t have been more wrong. The staff, especially the entertainment team, are great. The rooms are very basic, with some rooms being very high up if you have small children. We were on the 4th floor and had to tell the kids not to be on the balcony alone. It can be noisy however it never kept us awake. Would not recommend this hotel for childless people. It is VERY child friendly, ours are 6 and 4 and always something going on for them. Food is ok. We had some really nice meals. No issues with food poisoning. Always chips, pizza and pasta for the kids if you have fussy eaters! Breakfast was lovely every day. The free minivan is a bonus to the town and beach. The town is lovely with activities like renting quads available. Beach is gorgeous! The pools are great. We spent all of our holiday around the kids pool and splash park, the other pool is a little deep. With the shallow end being 1.2m, better suited for good swimmers or adults. Splash park is amazing for the kids with little slides. Some of these reviews I feel are very harsh. It is a 3 star hotel and if you expect 3 star you will love it. For the price of the holiday we can’t fault it.

Basic hotel however very clean and in a great location Air con was great. Reception staff friendly and helpful. I'd stay again as super value for money and in such a great location for the beach and the old town. If your looking for cheap clean accommodation this is the one. Can't comment on the food etc as didn't eat here.

We've just returned from spending Easter weekend here. Great location and we were lucky to watch the Easter processions as they passed through the old town. Room was great, but no balcony which wasn't a big problem as we spent most of our time on the beach / in the bars. Breakfast basic, but we enjoyed it. Nice ambience, very quiet. Lovely and clean hotel, was really surprised for the price! Great location and friendly staff. Nice bar adjoining it and very cheap. You can get a buffet breakfast with tea/coffee etc for only 7 euro. Would definitely come back again👌

Perfect for a visit to the old town Benidorm. Rooms are basic but very clean. We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a view. Shower was very good and always hot water. No fridge, kettle or hair dryer but that wasn’t an issue for us. One thing we did find that could be addressed is a handrail to get in and out of the bath/shower. There is some noise early mornings from outside but wasn’t too much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed there for the week,arrived in afternoon and we got to the room had a look around having to find black Pubes all over the bath black hair on the bed. The beds weren’t the best and the shower was so tiny the water drains kept on flooding the bathroom floor so we had to use out towers to stop it going through to the hall. The main thing was charges they had for using the kettle iron and what hotel charges to change there bed sheets. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Friendly staff nice bar but shocking rooms so outdated.

Just returned from a week's inclusive plus holiday there and can't rate this hotel high enough. The food range and quality is amazing and the staff are second to none. So friendly funny and welcoming. Treating them as you'd like to be treated is the key, not something all visiting guests remember! This was our first trip to Turkey and if we return, we will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel. Very highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay! Block B, the thermal section, was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The thermal pools, healthy and delicious bio meals (including gluten-free, lactose-free, and plant-based options), and the friendly staff made everything perfect. Special thanks also to the reception team – always welcoming, helpful, and professional. We truly felt at home. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel – especially Block B and the amazing team across the whole hotel!

Outstanding hotel, staff are so helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. We have visited three times and on each occasion we have been treated with kindness and warmth. The location is ideal to visit both Marmaris and Icmeler within a 40 min walk or five minute taxi. Local bus services stop at the hotel entrance and water taxis are available at good rates.

Sea side very nice and clean to staff always offering drinks and fruit. Even one of very famous Turkish singer isin karaca gives concerts absolutely was amazing experience. Grand Yazıcı Club Marmaris Palace is by far the best place I’ve ever been to. The all-inclusive package is incredible – 4 à la carte restaurants with amazing food, plenty of drinks, and endless entertainment. The kids had an absolute blast with so many activities, while adults can relax or enjoy the shows and nightlife. Everything from the rooms to the service and location was perfect. Highly recommend for families and couples!

Was a bit worried after reading other reviews but we went anyway. We found all staff to be really friendly and couldn't fault them, they work really hard! Our room was nice, basic with a kettle which was what needed. Could of done with an iron but managed without. I asked dor extra pillows, they were delivered promptly. The main pool was a bit lively but we stayed by the water slides all day and was very relaxing, the splash pool was fun for kids too! Food was delicious every day and staff were zooming about cleaning up as fast as they could. Entertainment on an evening was a good variety of different things each night and we enjoyed it. We loved every minute there

We came back from our holidays and I need to say we had absolutely amazing time! I was so scared of the hotel because of the reviews. We arrived 11pm and we were asked to go to the restaurant to eat which was a nice surprise. The room was massive and clean. No bugs. The beds weren't the best but also not too bad. Our towels were not changed during the stay and we didn't have shower gel in the bathroom but we got our own. The children entertainment was great, Samantha has an amazing attitude, our little boy loved her. Mini disco is also great. The food was great, everyday something new, we were amazed by the choice. The only issue at the hotel was that people were not throwing their cups to the bins. Bins were everywhere but people were too drunk/lazy to throw their own rubbish, but the staff were trying to clean it as much as they can. The water at the swimming pool was cold but it was May, I am sure during summer months it gets warmer. The hotel had a free bus to the beach, which was a nice surprise. Overall we had an amazing time and we are planning there next holiday.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Very suited for families with a water park and loads of entertainment for kids. The food in the restaurant is top class with a huge variety. Also snacks available at the pool bar include burgers, hot dogs and pizza. The rooms are nice and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We didn't stay at hotel but visited the Dino Waterpark. Kids aged 9,11 &14. Two older kids enjoyed the slides that were open. Lazy river was out of order ( but more of a small kids 10m water flume) and another large slide was out of order. Nowhere to have a general swim for non- residents. Poorly maintained in places. Pool bar served lollies, pop and crisps. We wouldn't rush back to this watermark unfortunately especially for the cost. Aqua lava much better facilities all round.

Can’t fault the staff, they have been great. Especially the receptionists, very helpful and polite. Well aware of the location when booking so can’t fault that either. The hotel it self however is absolutely filthy. Iv never seen a cockroach in my life until I come here. Killed 5 on the first night and at least 2 on the nights after. They must be in the walls in the bedroom somewhere as that’s where they are appearing. Brown smudge marks on pillows, and the bathroom smells vile. This hotel has so much potential if it wasn’t so dirty. We’ve had cleaners in once since we have been here, even with the sign on the door. I’m petrified that I’m going to bring a roach back in my luggage with me. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again purely because of how disgustingly filthy the place is. Food everywhere round the pool, which the seagulls hover about for.

This hotel is far from being a 5-star resort – I would rate it as 3 stars, or 4 low-quality stars at most. The entire hotel is under construction, and we had to cross unsafe areas with construction materials scattered on the ground just to get to our room, which could be dangerous especially for children. Our room was big enough for three people but not very clean, with visible damage especially in the bathroom. The food was extremely repetitive – mostly two types of chicken and a few beef dishes. Shrimps were served only twice in 15 days, and you had to queue more than 5 minutes just to get 3 pieces per person. Another very uncomfortable issue: almost every staff member constantly tried to sell something, offer paid services, or even ask to change their coins for paper money. It felt like we were approached every few minutes, making it hard to relax. The pool was fine, but the bar next to it had a strong, unpleasant smell. The only really good part was the animation team, who were fun, energetic, and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless your main goal is to enjoy the shows and activities by the animation team. Everything else needs serious improvement.

The pools were a great place to relax, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Amazing Stay in Egypt! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and were regularly serviced every day. One of the best parts was that we didn't experience any food poisoning, which can sometimes be a concern when traveling. While the food options weren't overly extensive, we certainly didn't go hungry and found something to enjoy at every meal. Another highlight was the cleanliness throughout the hotel, no insects or mosquito bites during our stay, which was a huge relief. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, Overall, a great experience, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt!

Amazing 2nd family holiday here. Rooms are clean staff are very attentive. Food is good, the international a la carte was my favourite. Bar staff, housekeeping and reception staff are excellent. The best part of the hotel is the amazing animation team. My daughter is 4 and everyone in the team made it an amazing experience from kids club to kids mini disco. Adam is an amazing choreography his afro beats dancing is certainly very entertaining. Thanks to Angie and Erika for the mjni disco and kids club. A special thanks to Salsabeel who made extra effort especially with my 6 month old. I was shocked that she had only just joined yet was absolutely amazing. She always had a smile kn her face and played with both my kids. They loved her. If you are looking for a fun filled relaxing time come to royal Lagoons.

There is lots of building work going on, the staff are very friendly. It's not on the beach but a few minutes walk and your there. Obviously like all places the shop is a rip off and so are the trips use viator. The food is great if you like fish and the cups for drinks are shot size, no kids menu. Pools are spotless, there cleaning all hours, haven't seen a dirty loo nothing, reception staff and manager nothing is to much for them. My biggest issue with this hotel is I haven't had a shower yet that is warm, it's freezing to the point, you can't wash your hair under the water Leel in the entertainment team is a very rude human who told us here in egypt they dont have to respect women, and would only speak to my partner.

Very loud disco music usually accompanied by a voice screaming something "entertaining" all the time makes it impossible to sleep before 11pm. This is probably the reason why I'll never stay in this hotel again. The food is ok, but not extraordinary. GSM signal is weak in the area and hotel WiFi is slow (15mbit) however stable. The beach 300m down the hill is small. The sunbeds cover every square meter of the beach, so you won't see the sand until you actually stand on it. It is not overcrowded, but it feels like a furniture store. There is 30m strip of the sunbeds owned by the hotel so you don't need to pay 15€ for the sunbed. The hotel has 2 small swimming pools, closing at 6pm. Why? You can play disco until 11pm, but close the swimming pools at 6? The outside tennis court, ping pong and gym area is mostly useless during the summer due to the hot weather. The price-performance ratio could definitely be better. I think we could have chosen a better place to stay for the price.

The hospitality at Mitsis Bali Paradise impressed me during my vacation at this hotel. The hotel staff greeted us with kindness and provided immediate assistance throughout our entire stay. The welcoming environment created an immediate sense of comfort for us. The hotel stands out because it caters to different guest profiles including families with children and couples and groups of friends. The hotel offers something for every guest which creates a complete vacation experience.

We liked the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the grounds are well-maintained, and the staff is polite. Upon check-out, wristbands are not removed, so you can still enjoy meals and the bar. There is also a shower and a luggage storage room. The hotel has a small water park for children aged 6 and up (minimum height 120 cm). There were enough sun loungers on the beach. There’s also a kids’ room for younger children — my daughter enjoyed going there to draw. On my birthday, there was no attention at all — no card, no small gift. The birthday package must be ordered in advance online or at the reception, but this was not mentioned at check-in, even though my birth date was clearly visible in the passport. The process of ordering the package felt inconvenient. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a family vacation, but service for special occasions could be improved.

I stayed at this hotel in May 2025 with my family and had a very pleasant experience overall. Highlights: Cleanliness: The entire property was spotless: lobby, swimming pools, rooms. Friendly staff: The team was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Renovated rooms: Some rooms have been recently renovated, with a fresh and modern touch. Terrace and lawn access: One of the best features was the easy access from the room to a terrace and green lawn – perfect for relaxing outdoors. Kids club: Very engaging for my 4 y.o. daughter. Bar: Nice selection of drinks. Downsides: Poor sound insulation: The soundproofing in the connecting rooms was not great – I could hear my neighbor snoring through the door. Cold pool: The swimming pool was quite cold, which made it less enjoyable, especially for younger children. Pool slide access: The water slides are only available for children aged 6 and up. Although this is mentioned on the hotel’s website, I missed this detail when booking through a third-party platform, which was quite disappointing for my daughter. Limited fresh fruit variety: The buffet food was good overall, but the variety of fresh fruit at meals was quite limited. We would have enjoyed less cakes and more fresh fruits. Overall, despite a few small drawbacks, we had a very good stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mitsis. The staff were lovely and generally helpful, food was great and the location was perfect! Food: At each meal there was a wider verity of choice at the buffet. With Veggie and vegan options easily available. It included both Greek classics and home comforts (like scrambled eggs, beans and toast). Each day was slightly different too so you never get bored of it! The Cocktails on offer were tasty too and included spritzers, tequila sunrise and Long Island ice teas to name a few as well as non-alcoholic options. Rooms: unfortunately the rooms are very outdated and basic. The bathroom includes a shower with weak water pressure and the walls are very thin so there are a lot of disturbances in the night. That being said they were kept pretty clean and room service came around every day to clean empty the bins and give us new towels Location and atmosphere: we went in May and were very happy with this timing as the hotel and area wasn’t overly crowded but had a fun atmosphere. There were holiday reps that came to the hotel and led activities such as aqua fit to keep everyone entertained. The pools are lovely and overlook an amazing view. And the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the closest beach, there are also 2 other beaches close by within a 20 minute walk and you can do activities like canoeing, jet skiing and pedalos. Overall for the price we were very happy with our stay and would recommend Mitsis to anyone heading to Crete!

The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. During our stay, the second pool was being renovated, but it didn't bother us in any way, in fact it was nice to see that someone actually cares about the visual aspect. The rooms are spacious and clean, cleaned every day. The cleaning staff and reception staff are very nice, friendly, smiling and helpful. Unfortunately, that's all the pluses. The food is boring, repetitive, often poorly prepared. We expected a low standard of food from such a cheap all-inclusive offer, but what we got was very basic. The birds that ate from the bowls were chased away, and the bowls continued to be left on the buffet as if nothing had happened. Carbonated drinks were not available during breakfast, and the water, tea or coffee smelled of chlorine. As for alcohol, some bartenders tried to charge us for something that was in the all-inclusive offer, which we also didn't like and made us prefer to buy alcohol in the store than constantly ask for it. As for the animation team, this was the thing that bothered us the most. If you don't speak French, forget about any interaction with them. All the entertainment during the day or in the evening was only in French, and if you tried to take part in it, you were ignored. I wouldn't go back to this hotel again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

However, food is just repetitive and low quality, with often dishes being extremely salty. For a short stay I would recommend it but if you are staying more than 4 nights, choose another hotel with better food.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and honestly don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. In our opinion, the value for money is very good — it’s a cheaper hotel compared to others in the area, but we thought it was great. The food selection was excellent. Although we don’t eat meat, there were still plenty of options: lots of vegetables, fish, legumes, potatoes, sauces, and more. The restaurant staff were amazing — very friendly, hardworking, and fast. We have really fond memories of them; they made every meal feel pleasant and well-organized. The drinks at the bar were a bit disappointing — the beer was average, and the smoothies and ice cream were just okay. But everything else was definitely on the plus side. One of the pools was under renovation, but that didn’t bother us because the other pool was huge. The only downside was that all the sunbeds were gathered around that one pool, so it could get crowded and sometimes hard to find a spot. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, and the whole facility was tidy. You can tell that a lot of staff are working hard and doing their best to keep everything running smoothly. The beach by the hotel is beautiful. The path down is quite steep, but the views are absolutely worth it. The biggest downside for us was the entertainment. Like many others, we don’t understand why the animations are only in French. If the entertainers are working for a French travel agency, then maybe those activities should be kept just for their guests. But they’re open to everyone — yet if you don’t speak French, you’re excluded from the start. The entertainers only engaged with French guests, who often seemed uninterested anyway, while many Spanish, English, or Polish guests would have gladly joined in. It was also quite ridiculous that during the evening shows, French songs were played!!! it made the whole thing feel even more closed-off and unwelcoming for non-French speakers. It’s a real shame, because if it weren’t for this one issue, we would definitely come back.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay in Feb ‘25. Weather was around 24°c for the stay. Clean hotel with great views and access to the beach. Mostly French guests, very relaxed vibe here. Good food through the day and selection of drinks. Rooms were spacious with good views. Cons - Water was a nightmare to get at times, you have to pay an extra €1 for a fresh towel. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. All staff made the effort to ensure you had a nice stay. The hotel isn’t luxury but it’s comfortable, well laid out and is superior to the Occidental resorts down the road.

Cannot fault this hotel on service and our room had an exceptional balcony. Only downside was only 2 regular lifts and one small. For the week we were there one lift was broken. These things happen and it didn't dampen our experience. Entertainment was top class. All inclusive food and drinks i cannot fault. While there it was my birthday and we had champagne left in our room , which was a great touch. First time for us to ever go back to the same hotel but we are indeed returning.

A fantastic choice to stay for your holidays, we came back second year in a row, room is always clean and with all the necessities. You have the option of half board or full board, we personally like half board as we like exploring more local places instead of having lunch/dinner in one place. There is a big variety of choices but if you are vegetarian like me you might feel a little bit limited and if you are vegan you have only a couple of choices. The pool is absolutely great, there is a wellness area for massage, jacuzzi, spa, sauna. There are also plenty of morning classes such as Yoga, Pilates and more. In the evening you have live music themes which can be a lot of fun but there are more options around the area if you want to be more adventurous. Lastly, we wanted the same room we had last year, we requested it via emails and they honoured their promise which we truly appreciate it! -overall experience, I highly recommend princess hotel!

This hotel is extortionately priced, and I wouldn’t even give it 1/5 stars Awful customer service. Awful rooms. Awful facilities. Awful food. Just all-round awful. Don’t waste your money. My room was so small I could even open the mini fridge door. There were live wires hanging from the ceiling and stretched across the room and the AC unit leaked for my whole stay. It soaked my suitcase and was a huge safety hazard. The all inclusive food is horrendous, all I ate was bread, cheese and ham as all other food gave me a bad stomach. The pool is horrible, and the sun beds need upgrading - such a hazard!!! The reception staff were not helpful or even sympathetic of the terrible experience I was having, I’d booked a 5 day holiday to relax and it was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. The bar, beach, housekeeping staff were excellent, my only plus to the whole holiday! Shame there were so many things that let this hotel down.

We have just got home from our holiday here. First holiday abroad with our kids (10,8,5). We have had an amazing time. All of the staff were very friendly and polite and always had a smile on their faces. Our room was a family room and we found this perfectly adequate with 5 of us in there. Lovely views over the sea. Beds comfortable and all nice and clean. Plenty of storage with safe provided and mini bar stocked I think every day. The food was delicious and to be honest careered for every taste. You couldn't think of what more they could have offered, the range was brilliant. The beach is literally on the edge of the resort with beach bar, toilets and loungers all on the beach. There was a bus stop directly outside the hotel which was very convenient for any sightseeing and the concierge kindly provided information on the timetable for this. Highly recommend this hotel, we were all sad to leave after an absolutely amazing week.

Great food, amazing room service and if you have kids with any allergies than they take this cases seriously. In our case only the master chef was cooking the food straight away for our kids and we were so impressed about this ! A huge variety of free cocktails at the bar/beach, free pizza on the beaches, nice swimming pools, elegant restaurants and a massive variety of different food options every single day. And the staff is very friendly and polite compared with other places/hotels !!! We have just returned from a beautiful 3 night stay at the hotel on the all inclusive package. I had initial reservations regarding the hotel after looking through reviews but was glad that they didn't reflect our experience. - The room was gorgeous and well set up, lovely balcony and view of the pool. - food was enjoyable but nothing special. The buffet in the morning has a great selection and lunch + dinner you order from the app at your table, with salad options by buffet. The a-la-carte restaurant was fully booked which was a real disappointment. Avoid the bar snacks in the day though, dry and inedible. - The drinks were awesome, great selection and delicious cocktails. - Staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to support. We really enjoyed the service from Chris at the pool bar. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable escape from life. It's not the "foodie experience" promised on the website, but I'd return :)

Fantastic hotel, wonderful kitchens and means. The a la carte system works so well, the wait staff and manager were extremely helpful and attentive to our dietary requirements which were sometimes confusing. Every dish was spectacular. Although dessert for vegans needs revising, as it was the same kumquat jelly pudding every evening of our stay. The location is a little out of the way from old town but easy to walk to the enterprise car rental service who also gave us a great deal on a SUV. Access to beaches from this hotel weren’t too complicated at all and the hotel grounds were looked after and guarded at all hours. Would absolutely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Cooks Club Corfu, my husband and I needed a little break & re-charge from our busy work-life. We wanted somewhere relaxing in a lovely setting and this was perfect. Beautiful hotel and rooms. The food was great, different all inclusive experience ordering from the app, but the food was amazing... the best part is, they also catered well for Vegans with a separate menu to order from. We also loved the cocktails and drinks selection, cocktails with chilli syrup is a game-changer! delicious. I miss my morning iced coffee by the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although we went during a festival so we could not visit the old town of Corfu liked we wanted it was still a lovely get away. The rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely balcony’s. The whole hotel was decorated and stunning. The food everyday throughout the breakfast, snacks and dinner were delicious. The all inclusive only option was amazing as we had as many cocktails as we wanted. We got to enjoy the pot smashing and also the fireworks on one night. The whole atmosphere at Cooks Club was fantastic. Location wise not that great but a bus stop is right outside the hotel so you can travel.

Hotel is nice and clean, we had a courtyard view room which the balcony’s are in a square. Not hotels fault but small Island limited space. Hotel has 3 pools. Outdoor family pool is freezing and Salt water. Indoor pool is hot and roof top pool is amazing but adults only. The hotel has an unusual set up as it’s on a main road and the family pool and hotel are separated by a road. (Access via a tunnel under road). While relaxing round the pool you regularly hear cars beeping each other which will annoy some people. There isn’t a beach but there are access points to the sea and the sea is decent. The food is decent quality and cooked very well by the chefs, although not a huge selection you would have to be awful eaters to not find suitable food. They have 3 restaurants (themed) which is decent. Outside the hotel turn left and left again there is a shop called Dave’s which is not ripping tourists off, and Irish bar etc too. Staff seem friendly. I would have rated it 5* if the family pool was either warmer or not salt water and a slightly bigger selection of food. Evening entertainment is ok, and good standard performers Overall a lovely destination for a family

Just come back from a week here. Our family room was amazing had a jet spa tub in it great hit with the kids. Food was good. It's all inclusive very much the same which is what you would expect never went hungry good variety. Drinks were also good one of the best all inclusive hotels we have been too. Location is good quite close to everything. Friendly staff great entertainment! Can't fault it.

We were a family of 4 in a family room. Sleeping arrangements were fine, however, the bathrooms were a disaster. From the shower tray looking like someone took a golf club to it to water spraying everywhere as there was no shower door to close and the side panel just let water escape underneath so the floor had puddles of water on it. The food was nice with a decent variety albeit a little repetitive for breakfast. The pool area is very nice with a good-sized pool and deep enough. The rooftop pool was amazing with amazing views. A bus stop just outside the hotel and a really good service to everywhere really. Would I return here for another stay? Absolutely, we will be back.

I stayed here at the beginning of May with my boyfriend. We opted for all-inclusive, which was definitely a good decision - great drinks and the food is about 7/10 but it’s good for all in inclusive if you know what I mean. The hotel is great! Spacious rooms, we had a double balcony which was a nice feature, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a massage in the spa as well which was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here and I would stay here again. There is a beautiful Italian restaurant right opposite the hotel. St Paul’s bay is a nice and relaxing area.

A few comments. The food is the same every day, there are no changes. After three days you can't even look at it, let alone eat it until the end of your vacation. The other restaurants in the hotel which are Caribbean and South American cuisine are quite ok. Asian is a disaster and the food in all 3 comes partly from the main restaurant. The same applies to the main restaurant, if you don't eat in the 3 other restaurants, the next day they give you to the main restaurant. Cleaning the rooms often took place without cleaning the balcony and ashtray. Also, even when we asked, wrote a card and left a tip for the jacuzzi to be cleaned, it wasn't done for the whole week. The pools, all three are small and can't accommodate that many guests. The main bar on level zero, the appearance inside is repulsive. The bartenders often don't know how to make drinks. The tables in the bar aren't cleaned. There are game room and even if you have all inclusive, you still have to pay for billiards. No water in the rooms, the fridges are not equipped with any drinks (all inclusive). During check-out, even if someone has a flight in 8 hours, they do not allow a meal. I have not encountered this yet, everywhere I have been, they always said that it is possible to use it without a problem. Generally, I am disappointed. I bought one of the better packages (room) and a lot of disappointments. If you do not buy a room with a sea view, which as you know is limited, the remaining rooms have a view of the constructions around the hotel and about 200 rooms have a view inside the hotel buildings, which resembles a Chinese cage, apartments. Personally, I would not return to the hotel again and I do not recommend it to anyone. Holidays are supposed to be unforgettable, and with so many glaring things, they are unforgettable, but in a negative sense. Definitely is not 4 stars hotel for me if compared with my not small experience. I will also add that on the day of check-out (11am), they knocked on our door three times to see if we had already left the room (from 8am they knocked on the door)

This hotel is not really 5 star, maybe more like 2 or 3 star. Food is very basic, not much choice. They say cocktails are available, but staff don’t seem trained to make them properly. Bar staff were not friendly, no eye contact, no welcome. One bartender, Diego, was unbelievably rude. I had to speak to management at reception. They said they will look into it, but I am not sure anything will happen. Rooms are old and need renovation. No entertainment at all. I can accept simple food or old rooms, but not bad attitude from staff. If someone doesn’t want to do their job, maybe this is not the right place for them. DISAPPOINTED. Not suitable for families, better for stag or hen party groups. If you are in holiday with kids, I recommend avoiding this hotel.

We stayed at Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club in July 2025, expecting a 5-star holiday, but in reality, this hotel barely meets 3-star standards. The reception staff were abrupt, unfriendly, and not welcoming at all—not even a smile at check-in. The room was outdated, with very old, unattractive furniture that clearly hasn't been updated in years. It felt tired, basic, and far below what you'd expect from a so-called luxury resort. The restaurant was small and offered very limited food options, especially considering we were on an all-inclusive package. The quality was average at best. The bar had restricted opening hours, and worse, the bar staff made all-inclusive guests feel like a burden—drinks were served with an obvious lack of interest and even visible annoyance. To make things worse, there was absolutely no entertainment or animation at all—no evening shows, no music, no daytime activities, nothing to create any kind of atmosphere. It felt completely lifeless for a supposed resort. On top of that, the extra charges were unacceptable: €20 per person for a beach towel, plus a €10 deposit. Additional fees to use the beach sun loungers. These hidden costs made the “all-inclusive” label feel like a bad joke. All in all, this hotel is falsely marketed as 5-star. The service, facilities, and overall atmosphere were all disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I’d strongly suggest others look elsewhere if you’re expecting anything close to a true resort experience. Another absurd policy: if you accidentally damage your wristband, they charge you €25 to replace it. How they even came up with that amount is beyond me—it’s just a flimsy band, not a designer bracelet.

It's hard to believe the Grand Muthu advertises itself as a 5-star hotel. The entire property feels dated and neglected. There are no complimentary hotel loungers on the beach; instead, guests must pay extra. Hotel-provided beach towels can be hired for €20 each, with only €10 refunded upon return. Our room was worn-out and showed signs of poor maintenance, including some areas that weren't properly cleaned. The bathroom fixtures appeared to be decades old, well past their prime. Access to the themed restaurants required advance booking, but they were already fully booked for the next two days when we checked in. The drink selection was underwhelming—beer was the only decent option, and even that was served in small plastic cups. There were also signs and rules posted saying things like no loud music from balconies and that towels left on loungers would be removed if people were trying to “reserve” them. But none of these rules were actually enforced, so people just did whatever they wanted. It made the place feel kind of chaotic. The outdoor pool was pleasant when groups of people weren't playing there own music loudly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. That said, I won’t be looking to stay at any Grand Muthu property again soon.

Not 5-Star Quality – Poor Conditions and No Deposit Refunded I stayed at the Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club and was very disappointed with the overall experience. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it’s honestly more like a 3-star at best. To begin with, I paid a €100 (£90.04) deposit, which was supposed to be refunded on 15/07/2025, but I still haven’t received it. I’ve followed up with no response from the hotel, which is unacceptable. The condition of the room and facilities was far below what I expected. Doors had visible holes that had been poorly covered over, and the bath was stained. The pool wasn’t even on the same property—it was located in another complex, which wasn’t clearly communicated. I was also placed in a completely different complex of apartments, not the main hotel. While walking back from the beach through the hotel at night, we saw numerous cockroaches, and our balcony was infested with ants. Worse still, when we checked in, the ants had already entered the kitchen inside the apartment. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, pest problems, and poor communication—not to mention the missing deposit—made this stay very frustrating. Definitely not 5-star standards, and I would not return.

We were here mid-May. We had booked an apartment. The view was beautiful, the apartment spacious and complete. Nice finish, very spacious balcony, good beds. The location is great. And altho the hotel is near the Strip, it was a very quiet location. Right on the beach and shops also close by. The indoor pool was nice and quiet. Unfortunately we didn't use the spa, because the steam sauna was broken. So no need to go there. What i didn't like was that you can't take a decent shower anywhere after checking out (we specifically asked for it and they insured us that it was possible, but after checking out they said you can't!). So..it isn't a five star hotel, but overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. The only thing that could be better is the cleaning of the rooms during the stay (like the floor was not wiped even once in a week).

Cannot fault this hotel after reading reviews was worried however there is a new entertainment team which are great, rooms cleaned daily, good food and the staff and incredible. Had an amazing stay thank you. Would definitely come back here. Each night are themed foods my only gripe is the beach which is difficult to get in with all the ticks but not the hotels fault. Manager was very accommodating also meeting my child’s additional needs. Only thing I would recommend is disability pool access as the older people staying struggled to get in. But for us 4 star absolutely

The hotel is ok, i was with my parents and we came back yesterday. The service was nice every day and the cleaning ladies always did what was needed when asked. The food was varied but only the breakfasts were boring. The location is a plus, everything is close and there is a bus that runs every 10 minutes to Paphos. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet hotel ;)

Booked a room for myself and my husband even though we requested before booking, They didn’t give us double Bed,there wereTwo single beds and they Put double duvet to make it look like double bed. Bathroom and room lights were not working. AC didn’t work three days out of seven days. And in the bathroom, it was very old and dirty bathtub and you couldn’t even stand in the bathroom, It was that small even after complaining they didn’t listen .so never ever again in this hotel .

We have had a wonderful time staying at the Mitsis Ramira. The location is perfect with a wide selection of pools, bars and restaurants. The staff have been incredibly helpful and everything we have needed they have made sure to accommodate our every need. During meal times the staff are always so kind and engage so well with our family especially our three year old. Anna has been exceptional and always makes a fuss of our little one and comes and puts a smile on his face every meal time. So much so he asks for her every time we have breakfast, lunch or dinner. A place I would definitely recommend to others and would definitely visit again.

Michael is the waiter especially, morning noon or night always smiling have a joke with the children. Food was really good with options for every taste. The service everywhere was excellent and the animation team worked so hard to entertain and provide activities to engage all ages. Check in lovely and relaxed by seating us and offering mint tea ! Plentiful, delicious and varied food at buffet and pool bar and cocktails made fresh were lovely, Pool area maintained well and access to beach made very safe by security. Loved that the hotel is trying to be sustainable with reusable water bottles and no throwaway plastic cups .Thank you to all that worked so hard to make our stay perfect !

The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. Most of the staff are very friendly and kind, although there were a couple of less positive interactions towards the end of our stay. The food is outstanding, with a wide variety of options available. Housekeeping is generally very good, though there were a few occasions where the room was not fully cleaned, and the beds were only turned down. The alcohol is smooth and of good quality, however is watered down massively so disappointing. The pool area is clean and well cared for, providing a relaxing environment. However, the entertainment could be improved—it’s somewhat limited for both children and adults. The more lively activities are held upstairs and seem to cater mostly to couples, which is not clearly stated when booking. Overall, this is a very good hotel with just a few minor areas for improvement.

Easy check in, great staff who make you feel welcome and relaxed. Everything you need is there. Fresh donuts at 4pm every day which are a must have. Champagne evening once a week which was a lovely surprise good range of drinks and food, they really can't do enough for you. I went with my wife and kids who are 16 and 18 and they absolutely loved it. Would definitely go back and highly recommend to couples or families as they really will look after you.

Really loved this hotel. It's a nice hotel but the staff knock it out of the park. The food is good and they make plenty of fresh right in front of you. Rooms are a really good size with balconies. I really like the absence of single use plastics and they recycle where possible. Don't use the taxis outside unless you don't mind paying over double. Walk up the street and an orange taxi will stop if it's empty. I think the alcohol is only 2%. My husband doesn't drink much and he couldn't tell he had alcohol. Overall. Really good

My wife and I just got back from our honeymoon at the Sol Oasis, and based on all the 5 star reviews we expected so much more. It's a beautiful resort, that's far away from anything without a shuttle, and the driving in Morocco is atrocious so be aware. The staff were nice but very meh about really helping out with any issues unless pressed, although the service staff did do their job cleaning up well. It also seemed they catered to the French and British guests mainly. Usually you'd expect the staff to be warm and welcoming but we both got the feeling that unless you as the guest warmed up to the staff you got mainly ignored. The pool was decent if somewhat underwhelming, but it was nice not having the pool overcrowded with guests "marking" their spots with towels unlike other resorts we've been to. The food was overwhelmingly ok, we both got sick of having almost the same meals day in and day out, we were there for 8 nights and we both wanted a change after the 3rd day. Leave the resort if you want to try better Moroccan dishes. They have "themed" dinners but most of the food was samey and not really varied based on the theme of the day. A lot of food must've been reused as well because of the lack of variety, as well as lack of flavour in most of the foods. We also had one dinner at their "specialty" Spanish restaurant, and the one small piece of chicken in the paella was raw, and when mentioned to the server all that was said, was oh..yes, as she took our plates away. The other guests in the restaurant at that time also went to the buffet after as the size of the tapas to share between people was disappointingly small. The cocktails were absolutely disappointing, either they watered down the alcohol, or the bar tenders didn't know how to make drinks because they were just sickly sweet, or made very poorly. It seemed like other guests enjoyed them but again it seemed like favourites were being played if you talked up the staff. The rooms were fine but nothing to write home about, terrible pillows, and a room filled with ants. There was a small of sewage in the room most days, and the remedy for that was just spraying a disinfectant around the room it seemed. We had ants coming out through one of the shower faucets in the wall missing caulk. We had a terrace room that doesn't have much of a terrace, and we had a wasp nest on the roof which was "dealt with" by staff by knocking it off, and leaving a hole in the roof for wasps to continue building their nest. The activities, and shows were a disappointment as well, along with a lack of communication on where these events and activities take place. There's sign boards posted with events but nowhere is it mentioned where any of them are going on. Relaxation outside of sitting in the pool was almost non existent, as they have music blasting at the pool anywhere from 12-6 throughout the day, and it's a small resort so escaping the thumping bass even in our room was a chore. The bars, and restaurants also close at 10, and 11pm so getting any late night snacks wasn't possible so we had to make sure we ate our meals as late as possible otherwise we were both hungry before bed as well. We did both have very relaxing massages at the spa which we were both very happy with. Also as other reviews have mentioned the walkways around the resort are poorly marked, if at all for either steps or small ramps and can be hard to distinguish especially in the evening causing potential hazards. This resort is fine for anyone looking to sit by a pool in the baking sun all day with lacklustre drinks, otherwise we would advise to stay somewhere closer to Marrakech as to be able to actually enjoy the food, and culture of Morocco because we found once we left the resort it was a much better experience.

Stayed here for 8 days the hotel was exactly how we thought it would be. The service from the staff was absolutely fantastic and the animation team was absolutely brilliant. Everyday the entertainment during the night was different and the animation team always got you involved. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. There are 3 pools which are brilliant to use and are constantly cleaned. The staff at the main restaurant were brilliant and always made sure your drinks are always topped up. Overall, this hotel is good to come and relax and during the night time entertainment were brilliant and you always had something to do and watch a show.

We are currently staying here with our 14 year old and it's one of the best holidays we've had. The food is amazing, very varied and a wide choice each day. Pools are beautiful but a bit cold for me in April. Rooms are spotless and our housekeeper surprises us each day with the art she makes with the towels! Entertainment team are really friendly and not too pushy, there is something going on all time. Beach is adjacent to the hotel with clear water and white sand. All the staff are friendly, polite and can't do enough for us. The hotel has an international clientele which gives the place a really inclusive atmosphere. Would highly recommend *****.
