We have just returned from a beautiful 3 night stay at the hotel on the all inclusive package.
I had initial reservations regarding the hotel after looking through reviews but was glad that they didn't reflect our experience.
- The room was gorgeous and well set up, lovely balcony and view of the pool.
- food was enjoyable but nothing special. The buffet in the morning has a great selection and lunch + dinner you order from the app at your table, with salad options by buffet.
The a-la-carte restaurant was fully booked which was a real disappointment.
Avoid the bar snacks in the day though, dry and inedible.
- The drinks were awesome, great selection and delicious cocktails.
- Staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to support. We really enjoyed the service from Chris at the pool bar.
Overall a relaxing and enjoyable escape from life.
It's not the "foodie experience" promised on the website, but I'd return :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Although we went during a festival so we could not visit the old town of Corfu liked we wanted it was still a lovely get away.
The rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely balcony’s.
The whole hotel was decorated and stunning.
The food everyday throughout the breakfast, snacks and dinner were delicious.
The all inclusive only option was amazing as we had as many cocktails as we wanted.
We got to enjoy the pot smashing and also the fireworks on one night.
The whole atmosphere at Cooks Club was fantastic.
Location wise not that great but a bus stop is right outside the hotel so you can travel.

For second year I am celebrating my birthday in Cooks Club hotels. Last year we were in Rhodes. Absolute perfection. Rooms are spotless, people working there are always smiling, food is very delicious and coming after one blink of the eyes. Definitely going to visit all hotels.

Hotel looks GREAT, but reality is, it’s instagrammable but not great.
Food is poor / average. Menus sound great, but reality is most things either in the snack bar or main restaurant were pretty poor.
Sun loungers super uncomfortable.
No AC in the hotel rooms. Walls super thin so can hear your neighbour speaking / watching TV.
Service and staff nice. Pool was nice. Gym was ok, but again no AC. Electricity would fail and turn off cardio kit. Wasn’t ideal.
Overall, the pictures were great and sold it
To us but I wouldn’t go back to the hotel in Corfu. Overall 4/10

We stayed for a total of 7 nights at the beautiful Cooks Club in Corfu. This hotel is very much LGBTQ+ friendly and as a gay couple we felt super safe!! We were initially really impressed with the gorgeous interior design, and the room itself was stunning. It was spacious and perfect for couples, though there wasn’t much privacy. The bed was really comfy, and we had fresh towels and made beds every day. Honestly, we couldn’t fault the room; it was a 10 out of 10.
The food overall was average for an all-inclusive. The desserts were really nice, and all the Greek options were delicious, but the overall variety was lacking. The Smoke Grill was amazing — we highly recommend booking it! You can do this through the app, but availability is limited, so it might be worth emailing ahead.
Drinks were inconsistent. We really like a freddo cappuccino, but sometimes it was great and other times not. If you don’t like sickly sweet cocktails then the ones offered are not for you — often way too sweet. When we asked if there were any less sweet options, the bartender said, “I’m not sure,” and wasn’t particularly helpful or receptive. The cocktails overall were overly sugary and not the kind of classic, well-made drinks you’d expect. They also used off-brand spirits, which wasn’t ideal. In the end, we stuck with rosé and prosecco, which was a shame.
Some of the staff were really lovely — super helpful and kind — but others were borderline rude and unhelpful, which was disappointing.
We also had a massage, which cost €145 for two 50-minute sessions — quite expensive. The massage itself was actually really lovely, but right afterward we were both handed iPads and asked to leave a review, which felt a bit abrupt after such a relaxing treatment. We rated everything 5 out of 5 except for the pricing, which we gave a 2. There was no price list, which we thought was odd, and the booking process felt pushy and salesy — we would have preferred to browse treatments and prices calmly before deciding.
After submitting the review, we were approached and asked why we had rated the pricing so low. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and awkward. It felt unprofessional. My partner works in the beauty industry on commission and has a similar review system, but would never repeatedly ask clients for reviews — let alone approach them about their ratings. Our issue had nothing to do with the massage therapists themselves, who were wonderful, but rather the business structure and how feedback was handled.
We went to client services to share how we felt about the situation, and were told, “Oh well, they were probably just wondering why you rated it so low.” Again, we found that unprofessional.
Overall, Cooks Club was a great experience in some ways, but we felt it lacked consistency and quality in key areas.
