Very dated hotel. From the rooms to the sunbeds it definitely needs updating. Sunbeds were filthy and broken. Food was buffet style..bit repetitive but ok. Rooms were basic. Shower was broken. View was good as they had put us in a 2 bed apartment when we had booked 2 rooms, it was on top floor with uninterrupted view. Entertainment team lacked enthusiasm and was very geared towards other nationalities. Nothing much going on around the pool area. Wouldn't go to this hotel again unless it was massively refurbished.

We stayed for 6 nights here with our 5 years old son. They give us an 1 bedroom flat,the furniture was a bit old and the air con did not work. We did not spent much time in the room so it was ok fir us. The food was delicious,i did not know what to eat first,the cakes very nice,lots of fruits,lots of choices. The stuff was very friendly and my kid loved Leo and the other guys at the Disco party . We enjoyed our stay here and i would come back.

Mohamed and Adrian are the best Waiters Mohamed speaks many languages very well and He is very friendly to guests. Was very nice to meet him. The food was always fresh and diverse. We recommend the stay in this Hotel, but it would be good if the rooms were cleaned every day

Absolute disgrace of a place outdated hotel falling apart. Only one bar to get drinks from which is over the otherside of the hotel. Food below standard and repetitive hotel aimed mostly at other European countries avoid if your English. Soft drink machine switched off in the morning but it's okay for chefs to come over and switch it on after handling raw food with there gloves on touch glasses and then switch it off. I watched one chef who was handling raw chicken come over and touch glasses and drink machine then go back to cooking spoke to reception and he to told after I said it is disgusting he told me f@#£ you wouldn't get the manager either. Entertainment is poor and the place is in disrepair. Avoid at all costs better places for the same price. Love holidays and tui should not be using this place. Also avoid if you don't want food poisoning

Offer air-conditioning but does not say when booking you have to pay a deposit for the remote €10, and only in the main bedroom, got the last remote which was lucky what wasnt so lucky is that it did not work went to reception on the sunday got told it would be Monday when it got sorted, went back on Monday got told Tuesday by the Wednesday night I just gave the remote back because it was clear it wasnt getting fixed had 2 kids with us and it was so warm they wasnt coping well, explained this to reception and they wasnt bothered. Had ceiling fans that was dirty and didnt really do anything, No fridge in the room so taking drinks to the room to keep everyone hydrated had no choice but to drink warm water. Parts off the hotel are very scruffy the canopy above where you eat was about 5 different covers our view from the front off our room was a rusty paint coming off lift door. Not all staff but a hand full off them was just so miserable no matter how much we smiled and said thank you just got nothing back, half the light switches around the room didn't do anything. Door was off its runner so didnt open fully which I ended up fixing. And just missing basic things that we have had in all hotels we have stayed in like no bin in the room no light on the balcony which we like to chill out in the evenings and play cards on the balcony but hard to do with no light, all 6 hotels we have stayed in, in lanzarote have had these. Never got to see the entertainment because there was more guests than chairs so the one time we got to take the kids to the mini disco we had to sit outside as that was the place we found so kids didn't get to join in with that. Only positive I could take from this hotel is food was nice and good selection overall though we will not be going back here when we return.

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff were good. Food was fine certain days better than others. Like the fact they seat you so your not fighting for tables. We liked the location as it was a lovely walk to the marina down the front. Rooms were great and it wasn't too busy for saying it was school holiday.

This hotel is beautiful. The majority of the staff are so helpful and friendly however, the pool bar ladies are very glum and it's apparent that they do not enjoy their jobs. The hotel is spotlessly clean and a lovely space both indoors and outdoors to relax. I did struggle with the food a bit as I'm vegan, so managed with salad, vegetables, fruit and potatoes. It was a lovely spread each day though.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent, the small pool was heated and therefore very nice. The evening entertainment for kids was fun. The waiting staff was nice but we had an incident with one of them and the staff at reception was not the most welcoming and helpful - especially when asking information on our transfer to the airport. Food for lunch or dinner was not good. It wasn’t the worst but I certainly was not looking forward to it and there was zero choice for kids. The other pools in the hotel were freezing cold and because the place is so windy, no one was using the cold pools. I think it’s more than reasonable to give 3 stars but we were a little bit disappointed considering the price for this place.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is varied with something for everyone and cooked well. The staff are all lovely and extremely hard working. First time staying in this hotel, but it definitely won't be the last 100% happy with everything.

First time staying here and it didn't disappoint, the staff were friendly, especially the lady in the spa, the ladies on reception were always helpful, room was very clean, the view from my room was amazing, better than I expected! I've seen negative comments about the food but I thought there was a good choice and it looked fresh and well cooked, breakfast was especially good. I would definitely stay here again, a beautiful location and hotel, a great first experience in lanzarote

Staying at paradise island at moment. Arrived on Wednesday morning. Very easy check in and very friendly. I must say we are impressed Rooms clean and comfortable. Facilities are so good. All the staff are so friendly. Food is lovely. We re going to book again next year with some other family members. Great for kids and adults.

Was a bit worried after reading other reviews but we went anyway. We found all staff to be really friendly and couldn't fault them, they work really hard! Our room was nice, basic with a kettle which was what needed. Could of done with an iron but managed without. I asked dor extra pillows, they were delivered promptly. The main pool was a bit lively but we stayed by the water slides all day and was very relaxing, the splash pool was fun for kids too! Food was delicious every day and staff were zooming about cleaning up as fast as they could. Entertainment on an evening was a good variety of different things each night and we enjoyed it. We loved every minute there

We have just come back from a fantastic family holiday here. Great service from the staff, lovely clean rooms, the food was good for an all in inclusive and drinks were great. The only slight downside was that the hotel policy is that you cant reserve sunbeds yet all the sunbeds were taken by 6am. There should be staff enforcing this rule.

From my experience, the staff were ok, but other than that well....the 1st night checked in went to the room and inside two massive cockroaches 1 climbing up the wall and the other sitting next to the fridge. The apartment was never cleaned bed sheets never changed, cleaners came twice and still left it the same quite dirty everywhere. The shower heads had visible mold dirty sewage smell every night and morning. The food was absolutely abysmal just nothing positive at all. Genuinely feel like ive been mugged for the money I paid . This hotel is no where near a 4 star 2 at best and that's no exaggeration .

To be honest that’s not a 4 stars hotel, from outside the bungalows looks nice but once you step inside everything looks like is going to fall apart because the furniture, the beds, the sliding door (my wife couldn’t even slide it), are old and had a poor maintenance over the years, the mattresses are an absolute joke, the pillows you cannot named like that, the wifi is free just for the first day. At 9 in the morning you can find the bins around the main pool still full. Unfortunately because they use paper cups for drinks most of it end on the floor and the content attracts a lot flies. The only good things that I can say is that the pools are open till late in the evening, and you can help yourself with beverages during meals. That can be a great hotel with some serious money invested in it, otherwise will go down.

The all inclusive drinks were great and always lots of snacks available The resort was always clean and the entertainment team was a great laugh However… The food was shockingly bad We went not expecting the best but still looking for a nice meal, we ended up eating chips and pizza for a week, absolutely shocking

A very pleasant stay at a clean, tidy hotel. The food was a good choice for an all-inclusive and very tasty. Our room was tidy, but the mattresses could be a bit better. The pool area was very nice, and the entertainment team was fantastic, with lots of daily activities, a mini disco every night, and amazing themed shows. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars due to a couple of minor issues. There weren't enough sun umbrellas, and a leaking AC unit was reported but never fixed. AC in dining area should be more efficient. Overall, we had a very pleasant family holiday 👍

This is a late review as we have stayed here the last 2 years and are going back in 3 weeks time with all the family. I have seen some pretty unfair reviews regarding the drinks and food and would like to clear this up. There is beer on tap, wine on tap, soft drinks on tap and local spirits...what more do you need. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is because of the choice of food available. We have 5 children and being kids, they are fairly fussy however there is a really good mix of food and always something different available. I'm a big foodie and find the food is really tasty with a huge selection be it meat, fruit, vegetables or desert. The staff are incredible, always happy to help and they keep the place clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and they are clean with good air conditioning. Credit to the cleaners because they work really hard. There are times when we have told them not to worry about cleaning the room because we keep ours clean anyway. Great entertainment for adults and children. All in all this hotel is a fantastic place to stay so well done HL group, keep up the good work

We enjoyed our 10 days stay at Rio Player Blanca. Only thing I’d say, That they need to work on is the breakfast And different drink package. I would highly recommend taking a plastic cup/bottle for the poolside. We decided to go to the second pool each day because it was quieter. But the only issue about that is that the entertainment Staff wouldn’t come round to that pool. So the kids would miss out. The main pool was too busy to get a sun-bed. I do say on all the leaflets that they would take sun-bed towels away if you haven’t been on them for two hours. But this never happened. In a way that was good. But remember, we went in mid August and it was very busy.

I don’t understand how anyone can rate this under 4 stars?! The food is incredible for an all-inclusive buffet. Drink selection is great. The rooms are clean, there are four family’s in our group and all four rooms were fine! Staff were friendly. Do not listen to the karens posting a picture of a cockroach or a rusty door hinge its pathetic, considering what we paid for this place and the amount of amazing food we ate, decent beer and cocktails kids loved the entertainment. What more could you want??

My husband and I have just come back from our first holiday abroad. We were amazed by this hotel. Reception desk/ area Staff were Lovely, friendly and very helpful. The area had plenty of seating to take a rest and chill. Fresh water was available all day. Housekeeping Staff are amazing and kept our room clean and stocked with clean towels and bottles of water. Beds were made up each day. They were always happy and polite. Restaurants There was plenty of food each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We didn’t try the continental breakfast so unable to comment. It was a buffet style and we were able to have what we wanted, which was nice. Tried some different dishes too. A good variety of everything. Restaurant staff These people were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their face even at the busier times. Nothing was too much trouble. Pool bar We only tried the one next to one of the restaurant, but again was able to get what we wanted to drink and was served by friendly, helpful staff. Room Our room had a sea view with a balcony. Lovely place to sit and chill. Beds were very comfy. Nice large TV with some English channels available. Two large wardrobes with sliding doors. The bathroom had a nice walk in-shower. The room also had air conditioning which was used every day. Overall we couldn’t fault this hotel and hopefully we will be back next year.

This place is AMAZING! Perfect place for families and fun. There are many activities for adults and kids which are super enjoyable. Special thank you to Mustafa, Lupe and all the animation team (whose shows were fantastic!) Everything here is perfect although if I had to pick up on one thing it would be that my sister and I found a cockroach in our bathroom! We don’t know if it has happened to others but we weren’t a fan. Other than that 100% recommend Hotel Costa Calero!

If you are on b and b rooms do not come with tea or coffee as standard, but you can pay to get it. That was the only downside I have with the hotel. WiFi is good all around the hotel, it is a large area with multiple pool dome good for length swimming. Food was good and plentiful. Service was always great.

Can walk to the marina in about 3 mins but that’s fairly quiet and most shops have now closed down sadly. Service could definitely be more friendly Animation team do a fab job

Honest intended review: The room I stayed in was decent and comfortable enough. I noticed some things that need seeing to include marks on the walls, bedside table had a very noticeable bit broken off and generally the room and certain furniture could do with becoming more modern. No lock on bathroom door which is weird. But overall decent and comfortable. Would be nice if the TVs had more working (English) channels/channels that worked or smart TV apps such as Netflix. Could sometimes hear either music or television sounds from neighbouring rooms or nearby areas of the hotel grounds. Could sometimes smell people's cigarettes from my balcony as well as generally while walking on hotel grounds. 🤢 guests seem to vape or smoke where they shouldn't. Smoking and vaping should be TOTALLY completely banned everywhere! The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I can be fussy with that. Sounds from outside and outside my rooms door are easily noticeable and seem louder than normal. The sea view is somewhat disappointing, as I can mostly/also see the pools and people flocking them. I'd like just the sea ideally. Most mornings I could hear some random guy from outside repeatedly calling out things like "hey" and "oi" which I believe is an activities staff member of the hotel. Can hear things being moved and cleaned in neighbouring rooms, might seem louder as I have high functioning asperger's/autism which means heightened senses. Soundproofing would be nice. Balcony door doesn't close properly and curtain doesn't either. Blackout option would be nice. Staff are OK and friendly enough, they mean well, in the restaurants and hotel, some communication barriers but that's to be expected although it can be frustrating, especially in the restaurants, I believe more can be done to educate on non-binary/gender neutral identities. Some foods can either be lukewarm or cold, it should not have to require warming up with a microwave. I am a fussy eater, there is usually only one thing I'll eat, two if I'm lucky. But this isn't the hotels fault really. Dressing gown too small, not plus size friendly. All inclusive plus was OK as an option. I'd be willing to visit a second time here, it is OK and decent enough, I don't regret coming here. I'd consider bringing someone with me next time. P.S lifeguard not noticeable by one of the pools despite sign saying lifeguard on duty until 6:00pm. Not a problem for me but a bit bemusing also.

The good list: Main hotel / piano bar is modern, clean and nice. The staff are friendly The cleaners are brilliant, don’t even know how they get in and out so quickly. You can hire bikes easily There’s walking trail at the back which goes for about 10km along the coat with a number of beaches you can swim at. You can get any drink you want, whenever & they are with branded spirits. The bad list … Have to start with the buffet food, it’s a long way short of a 5* level, ended up eating out at restaurants 4 times, the only good thing was the bread. The al a cartes (we only bothered with 2) were average. One of the nights we went at 8pm & the kids entertainment was blasting nursery rhymes about 5 meters away that sent vibrations down my spine which helped distract me from the taste of the food. The lifts don’t work & there’s lot of stairs. The sunbed wars (be up by 8am to dump towels if you want a decent spot) Now where to start with the entertainment, probably not aimed at young 30 year old but just generally terrible, if it was on in the garden you’d close the curtains. I’m not sure you can blame the hotel but the pool was freezing, like 5 mins max & you’d be frozen. The coffee at breakfast tasted like rusty water. The pillows in the bedroom like someone stuffed snooker balls in a sock. I do recommend the Italian about 5 mins up the road or Arroz Arte near Playa Blanca for food. Also the dolphin tour with TravelOnWorld was great. Overall im not sure I would come back to the hotel.

We stayed at this lovely hotel recently for 2 weeks and were impressed with several aspects. The hotel itself is very clean, and the pool areas are well maintained, offering a relaxing environment throughout the day. The rooms are large, comfortable, and nicely presented, which added to the overall positive experience. A particular highlight was the Panio Bar, where the cocktails were fantastic — definitely worth a visit during your stay. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the service in the restaurants. The staff seemed more focused on preparing tables for the next service rather than attending to current guests. On multiple occasions, drinks orders were only taken after we had already finished eating, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the food in the on-site Italian and Asian restaurants was disappointing. Dishes didn’t taste anything like what they were supposed to, and the overall quality left much to be desired. Overall, while the hotel has great potential with its beautiful facilities and amenities, there’s a real need for improvement in the restaurant service and food quality.

Recently returned from Rubicon. Hotel cleanliness on the whole was good, definitely not outstanding. Reception staff were very abrupt, although the two guys outside privilege room we're outstanding, could not do enough for guests,also those in the privilege van by the pool ,nice little touch. Nightly entertainment varied from very poor,worst white party ever and disco room. To excellent opera type singers. Italian restaurant, La Dolce vita food wasn't too bad with reasonable selection,but shocking service 2 1/2 hours to get to main. Sakura/Asian mix,better service and tried the Red curry which we found excellent, although previous posts seemed mixed. The extra El Vulcan al a carte, service excellent and food out of this world,had a Scampi, beautiful large prawns in a garlic mix, beef it was not , but more a fillet steak, perfect. Tabaiba , did couple of breakfasts,but then it was shut some days? Janubio had better selections, although busier later breakfast 9.30 plus and later lunches. People wore shorts to dinner seemed to be acceptable? Privilege room 2113 superb views over islands and sea. Service to room poor mini bar not stocked on arrival and one day in week! Paid for? If you like a daily paper go to shop in hotel lobby you get a free daily paper if you're a privilege guest. From hotel small beach on exit right very rocky, towards light house. Flamingo left good half hour walk,but well worth it. Although one day a very green algae close in ,though clearer snorkeling further out. Walk to Marina about one and half hours, beautiful spot with many bars and restaurants, lively or a quiet pint. Hotel overall average but , privilege service poor for excellent H10 brand, done most in Lanzarote. Also room cards need sorting several trips to reception to re programme,( no not near anything magnetic,as we were constantly told). Won't revisit, this our second time,but already booked next year for Lanzarote at another hotel.(H10 of course). Booked through TUI,plane delayed on return and very poor info to hand about what was going on this also needs improving.

Our stay at H10 Rubicón Palace was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and everything is very well maintained, but what truly stood out was the human touch and quality of service, especially at the spa. Lucía welcomed my husband and me with such warmth and kindness, making our massage experience truly relaxing and memorable. We felt pampered and genuinely cared for a perfect getaway!

Really amazing holiday, the best one we have had so far! We are a young couple and enjoyed a both relaxing and busy holiday. The animation team are amazing and hardworking, they make everyone feel so included and honestly made our holiday. Solid entertainment a good variety. Great food selection especially the fusion restaurants they were incredible. Great bars and selection (we were not royal elite, maybe would next time if we came in school holidays.) 3 lovely pools which did get busier as half term started but still managed to get sun beds. The biggest thing was our flight wasn’t till 7pm and we weren’t able to get a late checkout. But instead were able to book a free room for half an hour to shower and refresh which made sure we had a full last day and didn’t cost us anything! The bar and restaurant staff were all so lovely even when it was busy, staff on reception were mainly nice a couple people could have been retrained on customer service but nothing major. Overall this holiday was amazing, we loved it from start to end and miss it already!

Booked as part of a package holiday, however we were not told that we couldn’t check in till 3pm (this is the fault of the holiday operator not the hotel). Hotel itself is beautiful, some parts unused, the lower floors (unsure whether this is seasonal) Food was of good standard and quality, however did not appear that was much options for children within the upgrade. Wide range for adults, and snack bar pretty much served the same food daily, burgers, hot dogs, pancakes, small selection of sandwiches, chips and salad, some sweet cakes. We paid for upgrade and were meant to have a turn down service nightly, we did not get this, out of the 7 days we only had this twice. Which was a little disappointing. Views from the room were lovely, beds comfortable.

I'm still currently in this hotel wich is more of a resort. It is Amazing !!! Great for kids , staff do activities every single day. Activities for men such as archery, rifle shooting, scuba diving and a lot more. Food is amazing and staff very very friendly I definitely recommend. 4 pools a loots of bars and restaurants buffet. Definitely will come back 10 out of 10.

Attached photo shows responder is lying. Please reconsider. So so sad that our summer holiday was ruined. Building works meant that one pool was out of action. Our room which we paid for as a pool view room was facing this building site, builders making noise from 8am. Crammed next to each other round the one remaining pool. Overheard multiple conversations from other guest saying how disappointed they were. When mentioned to the hotel they said this was stated on the website. It was- in the tiny fine print at the bottom of the page. No pressure in the shower. Food lukewarm at best. AC flakey. Check in took about 40 mins. Good location. Please reconsider booking this if you are able to. They say it will be done soon but we have seen tidier rubbish tips.

We stayed here in December for 4 nights. It was a much needed chill out. The staff were lovely. We had a ground floor suite which opened directly onto the pool. Breakfast was great, evening meal was lovely plenty of choice. Entertainment was ok not for me but I put my ear plugs in and it was fine. Location is spot on. Over the rd was a great supermarket where you could get snacks beers and wines. Definitely returning

Food was the spoiler at this hotel. The rooms were nicely set up &reasonably spacious. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The pools were clean & well maintained with ample sun beds, unfortunately spoilt with the usual 'reserving' by towels, something that's widely accepted but unnecessary. Hotels should adopt a 'no reserving policy' as some people put towels out before 8am but didn't return until the afternoon (hotel staff here don't even follow their own 'no towels before 8am rule'). How selfish some people are but the typical mentality nowadays, me, me, me, stuff everyone else, shame on you all. There's an ample poolside bar/cafe & outdoor evening entertainment by way of live music for an hour. There's also an indoor bar in the reception area where its quiet. Drinks & food from the bar are added to your 'check-out bill' by way of a convenient wrist band which is also your room key, mealtime drinks are the same. Drink/food prices arent listed anywhere, so your checkout bill may be a bit of a shock unless you are all inclusive. The facilities are sufficient, regularly cleaned & the hotel has a nice relaxing atmosphere. Probably deserves the 4 star rating for its facities but definitely spoilt by the food which is more 3 star at best. There are 2 restaurants and both are set out very nicely. You can swap 1 evening meal in the normal restaurant for a one in the Italian (if on a weeks half board) as an alternative and you book day & time as to what's available. The main restaurant is the usual buffet style & serves enough, unless you're gluten free. Fried eggs & omelettes were cooked in front of you at breakfast, however more than 1 fresh pancake was nigh on argued about, by the chef. Other cooked items were out & under heat lamps to keep hot but there was no rush to fill the emptied bowls of cereal or any other popular dishes. There seemed to be ample/choice of bread & a toasting machine which is always popular. Sweet items & cheese were also available, continental style with cold meat. Coffee was by way of a machine but cups were not quite thimble size, more child size and there was a regular queue at the 3 machines. Unfortunately, nothing had very much of a taste, even the beans looked anaemic in watery tomato sauce. We didn't have lunch, being half board, although you could swap your evening meal for lunch, by request. Evening meals were quite limited in choice. There was always a good selection of salad, however soups were really watery and tasteless. It was fish or pork the majority of evenings at the cooking station. There was a dish of pasta & one of rice available, but both were usually under a heat lamp & dried out or hard & potatoes cooked in their skins were the same. I couldnt see what sauce you would actually have with them unless they were just alternatives to fries, but again everything was very bland in taste. There was always fruit available albeit in childsize pots. Dessert was ice cream scoops or cakes and unfortunately was the mass produced sponge with pretend cream. There was a nice banana cake, cheesecake & custard flan available separately on different nights but you had to be quick to get a piece. The later you turned up, the less choice there was, as refilling was slow & limited. We talked to quite a few other guests who all said the same about the food. Conclusion; food is important to us, so although the hotel ticks the boxes as to what most people like, we won't be returning. Sooo glad we weren't all inclusive, we've never eaten as much salad & can't wait to get home for some tasty chicken & beef aswell as looking forward in being full after a meal.

This was our 3rd stay at this lovely hotel. I often see negative reviews for this hotel & appreciate that everyone's expectations are different, but for us it is ideal. The location is perfect - equidistant to the Rubicon Marina & the centre of Playa Blanca, plus only a 5 minute walk to the Playa Dorada Beach. The H10 white suites staff are all friendly, hard working & very professional in their efforts to ensure guests have the best holiday. The rooms were immaculately cleaned on a daily basis; with regular top ups of tea bags, milk & coffee pods as required. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed on an all inclusive package - all meals are served on a buffet basis. Breakfast offered a good varied choice of the usual fayre, including eggs, bacon & omelettes cooked to order, although at busy times queues would form due to there only being one member of staff doing this (on a couple of days there were 2 staff doing this, which was much better). Lunch can be taken at either the buffet restaurant or the poolside bar, both offered a varied choice of food. We preferred the poolside bar as the food was cooked to order rather than sitting under heat lamps, that said, there was a good choice of salads & starters for lunch in the buffet restaurant at lunchtime, just that some of the mains were a little cool for our liking. Dinner is again in the buffet restaurant, again with a varied choice of starters mains & desserts. Criticisms would again be that some dishes were cold (although a microwave is available to reheat them!) & some of the popular dishes would run out; with guests having to wait around for some time before they were replenished. This is not a criticism of the staff, they all appeared run off their feet, I think they could just use more staff. We enjoyed one dinner at the separate Italian restaurant (guests are allowed one visit per week) & it was excellent - I would consider paying a supplement for an extra visit! Entertainment during our stay was of a very good standard, arguably better than some 5 star hotels we've stayed at in Playa Blanca. Poolside - absolutely no problems getting a sunbed, although during our previous stay (August '24) it was a nightmare with guests placing towels on sunbeds as early as 06:00!

Love this hotel our 4th time july 2025, location great, staff lovely and remember you from last visit which is nice, I was very disappointed to see the chairs had been changed around the pool bar to awful white plastic chairs which were very uncomfortable for an adult only hotel, what happened to the lovely rattan with cushings?? they were so comfy. The room we were in was looking a bit tired and perhaps could do with new furniture and a paint, still one of our favourite hotel and no daught we will be back in the future.

We stayed for 5 nights for my birthday trip in the dreams hotel and it had everything we needed it was perfect for us. From champagne/water on arrival to help with our bags to the room, We was very impressed already, we wish we booked a longer trip by the end holiday. The hotel is very nice, big and clean - lots to explore. The preferred club option was great and I would recommend to book a preferred club room that entitles you to a few extras on the holiday (separate optional pools, different breakfast area option, snack suites, mini bar in room restocked daily) The room was clean and spacious with our bed made daily and fresh towels&flannels. Great size balcony. The air con worked fine no problems, the bed was very comfy and the gown and slippers was good for the spa. We had a hour free for the spa and I had booked myself birthday massage which I must say was AMAZING and very relaxing. When we got back to the room I had a little birthday chocolate treat which was also a lovely touch thank you! We ate breakfast in the preferred club every morning and it was great with so much option. The QR code app that you scan upon check in is also great with everything you need to know about the hotel from spa reservations to dinner reservations/opening times, pool opening times, maps, entertainment times. My partner and I have stayed at this hotel every year since 2017 and love it. We stay B&B in a club room. The rooms a lovely and clean and the breakfast has plenty on offer and food quality excellent. We go to the beach each day so its location is fantastic as its a 5 minute walk. Also a short walk to either the town or the marina in the evening when going out for our meals. At the end of the days, we drop i to the hotel pools for a swim and a drink and always find the staff friendly and helpful. Back again this September and really looking forward to it.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff was incredible, knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful, they were all great. The room was spacious, immaculate and well appointed. The pools were very nice and they held some terrific games and activities where everyone had fun and a laugh. Food was wonderful as well. This “bungalow” is not only dirty – it is a nightmare. Bedbugs in the beds, cockroaches walking on us during the night, filthy sheets. Even after reporting, nothing changed. I felt unsafe, disgusted, and desperate. We left the room in the middle of the night and slept in the car. Holidays completely ruined. Playa Limones is not a holiday resort, it’s a trap. Never, ever go there.

Decent hotel for the price you pay… if you are looking for a certain type of holiday (cheap and cheerful) would sort of recommend, but maybe as a last resort. If you do go, I would urge you to keep your expectations low for the following reasons: The front doors are used with a manual key not a card reader as nearly all do and are one way, so if you shut the door behind you by accident, even if you haven’t locked it, you’ll need to go to reception, and they are easy to smash through too so security is poor, this includes the old rusty back door. The furnishing and decor looks like it is from the 1960s and also looks as if it hasn’t been maintained since then either, with rusted old kitchen counter trimmings and loose knackered cupboard doors. There is no air con available either, so you’ll need to rent a fan for €20 and they’re not good either. If you want to use the fan and charge a device in the bedroom, good luck as there is literally a single socket. Speaking of which the beds are rock hard and hard to get a good sleep on. The cleaning is 5/7 days and isn’t the best quality, on one of our days the cleaner left our back door wide open for anyone to jump in and take what they like!!!! The pool is quite dire, the lining is on its way out, the tiling is too. The floor is always dirty and isn’t cleaned properly as you’d expect anywhere else. Also they are constantly 1.70m deep so if you aren’t the best swimmer or short you’re just going to be on your tiptoes not being able to move. There’s good stuff though, they offer a full kitchen: ( utensils, pots/pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, smart hobs). They use a CHIQ smart TV with all the usual apps on any old smartphone which is nice. If you aren’t feeling the pool they offer personal sun beds on your patio. Lastly, it is 2 mins from Playa Flamingo and about a 5 min walk from the start of the strip by the local SPAR.

When we first arrived, the floor was sticky and covered in sand. The couch was also sandy, and the sink had hairs in it. On top of that, it wasn’t possible to open the doors at night because of mosquitoes, and with no AC or fans, the heat was unbearable and led to a sleepless night. To make matters worse, there were ants throughout the bungalow in the bathroom, living room, and bedroom. That said, some of the staff were very kind and considerate.

Just back from a weeks stay with my family with 3 children. Had a great time staying at playa limones bungalows. We enjoyed everything about the place and honestly don't have any bad points. The bungalows were a good size, comfortable beds, clean and a good shower. Our bungalow had amazing views of playa Blanca. The pool area was really well laid out so it was safe for our kids to watch. You could always get a lounger in the sun or shade. The pool bar was a great little spot that done nice food and drinks. And last of all the staff were so friendly and helpful that they made our stay extra special. Would definitely recommend for a laid back holiday.

First of all, this is a very good location. 50 meters away from the beach. Supermarkets 2 minutes walk from bungalows.. Nice safe and quiet area. Now our bungalow has been very used. Plastic doors are not possible to lock fully. The card reader at the door has been locking and unlocking every time. Not very good feeling during the night. Also, doors on the back terrace need not be possible to open fully as button door hanging has been broken. Plastic window in bathroom with big gap in frame. Kitchen cabinet fixed with duck tape. Dirty shover floor. Unidentified liquid marks at door. It is possible to use the laundry room but 5e for use. The pool has been clean . Nice outside area.

We had a fantastic long stay here. We were concerned about negative reviews about the food, but its been hands down the best selection and best cooked all inclusive we've had the pleasure to enjoy to date. Pools, gardens and all areas were well kept and maintained. The staff were all very friendly, especially at the buffet. Our kids had a great time in the pools, spent loads of time going down the slides and at the pool activities. We only could manage one evening of the entertainment, which was the acrobat trio which was a great show, mix of comedy and awesome feats of strength and balance!

We (1yr, 10yr, 12yr wife and I) have just come back from an amazing holiday. The staff are incredible, all very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained, there is an on-site shop, football pitch, volleyball court, adult area, a few bars, some small slides, splash park, big pool various smaller heated pools and little paddling pools. The resort is big and spread out which we loved (we have stayed in high rise hotels before and not enjoyed it as much, this was very open and feels like a small village). We went a few years ago and enjoyed just the same this time round. It was our daughters first birthday whilst we were there and were surprised with some balloons and hand written card when we got back from our day out. The scenery of the island is stunning, there are various day trips and attractions, car hire is the cheapest we have come across, very reasonable and the roads are in good condition. There is evening entertainment each night, it can be very cheesy but we quite liked that.

Massive complex with very adequate amenities on site. Rooms although spacious are a little tired but are cleaned every day. The grounds are kept very clean and tidy. Came self catering which was a good send as I tried the All Inclusive breakfast and it was absolutely shocking. Probably one of the worst I've eaten in my years of holidays abroad. Has a bar and a good little shop on site. Plenty of pools to chose from although the main pool is quite busy at times. Close ISH to other bars and restaurants but it is a good 15 minute walk to anything of note. Also worth noting they cater more towards the French. Most of the entertainment has been bang average but then again that's the same with most hotels abroad in this price range.

Fantastic hotel, we had interconnecting apartments rooms 120 and 121 island side. Lovely sunny balcony with pool view. Pools at apartments was lovely and warm, cleaners came every morning except Sundays. Staff very friendly, often phoned taxis for us. Great place for kids. Shop on site is good, we bought all our inflatables from there and shop keeper pumps them up. Beach towel hire is handy, and definitely get a key card for back gate, the just a short walk to beach. Aldi is just 5 minute walk from back gate.

Pools were nice. It was always very windy, and once you were wet, the wind turned you shivering cold. Buffet had good selection at each meal, but similar foods served every day. Dishes were chipped though. No air conditioning in the dining area. Rooms were air-conditioned and spacious with a full kitchen. Nice sized balcony with drying racks. The bedroom had 2 twin beds pushed together instead of 1 queen bed. Resort was about 90 minutes from airport. Only a 15 minute walk to shopping, beaches, and the market.

When we arrived the room was clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly. There were some lights in our room that didn't work but it didn't affect our stay in any way and so we didn't mention it. We paid extra for the air conditioning, safe key and TV remote. My partner did not realise when he returned them all that we had paid a deposit which we never got back. There are two days a week when there is no cleaning service. The cleaner did knock one morning when we were still getting dressed so we declined as my kids were both nude. She didn't speak English so I think she took that as us not wanting a cleaning service at all. This didn't bother us much as we tidied up after ourselves but it would have been helpful if there was a broom or a dustpan and brush available in the room for us to use to clear up the sand. The TV remote was a waste of money for us as there were no English channels but this did not bother us as we weren't there to watch TV. Breakfast was 7euros pp which we thought was great value , there was a good selection and food was worth the money. The pools were lovely, the baby pool was a bit small but they had a great kids area that my 5 year old loved. Unfortunately like a lot of resorts there were people reserving sunbeds all day that were nowhere to be seen and we did struggle daily finding one. Overall we had a positive experience and we would stay again.

I stayed here recently and was very disappointed with the experience. The rooms are extremely run down and had a constant bad smell. Despite cleaners coming most days, the cleaning is very poor. The floors were absolutely disgusting, clearly not mopped properly and felt grimy to walk on. The entire room felt unclean and neglected. The towels provided were old and nasty, thin, rough, and clearly past their use-by date. The kitchenette was no better. All the cutlery and dishes were dirty when we arrived, and we had to wash everything ourselves before using it. The fridge was in terrible condition. It didn’t close properly, had cracks in the bottom, and the tray section on the inside of the door was broken. The sink smelled of bad drainage, and there were ants crawling across the floor daily. It was honestly hard to feel comfortable or relaxed in that environment. Facilities were equally disappointing. There was only one iron for the entire hotel, a tiny travel iron that barely worked. The reception area looked tired and depressing, with filthy, worn-out furniture. Staff at reception were unhelpful and constantly contradicted one another, making even basic questions a hassle. The only saving grace was the location. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away and it’s beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s the only good thing I can say. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Hotel facility is very basic. € 7 for a buffet breakfast is good value for what you can get. We stay for a week, a cleaner comes to clean the room in most days but no fresh towels change. If you want to use a stream room or sauna room needs to pay €3 per person per day. The location is good only takes 10 minutes to the town center and seafront restaurants. There are many choices of food with a great sea view and beaches.

The hotel itself is quite nice. Clean, comfortable and safe. It has a lovely pool. The biggest problem with this hotel was unfortunately at the reception. One of the guys working there shrugged his shoulders at my sister and her husband when they were making enquiries regarding dinner at the hotel. He was dismissive and unhelpful. The same staff member was sneering and generally very rude with myself on another occasion. It would be a lovely hotel if your staff were more considerate and welcoming.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The apartment room we had was clean, plenty of space and separate rooms for the adults and the kids, the sofa beds were very sturdy and comfortable. Complex is right on the beach, amazing. All inclusive food was delicious, good variety for adults and children, always vegetable options, cold meats, salad selection as well as freshly cooked meats, pastas etc. Quite a few pools, main pool was always busy but didn’t feel overcrowded. Reception always friendly and helpful and TUI rep present at certain times to help with any queries. The hotel was amazing and staff always friendly and helped us out when we had a late flight departure allowing us to still use facilities up until we were due to leave. Our children are 7 years old and enjoyed the kids club and the pool entertainment. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families and single adults. My only complaint is the hotel rule no ‘reserving’ sun beds around the pool by placing towels on them when clearly not in use wasn’t enforced. This happened every day without fail, but luckily we always managed to find a sun bed in the afternoon once some people left. There is also a spa, we were given a free voucher for the sauna and hot tub upon arrival. Gym was decent but a little small. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if we visit Lanzarote again.

Great place to stay. The Tavern restaurant was amazing. My wife has a fish and nut allergy and the made it safe so she could eat safely. Omar in the restaurant was very friendly and very helpful. We have had two weeks at the hotel and as sad to be leaving. We will come back again. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness staff were brilliant.

This is a great place to stay. We had a 1 bed apartment with lots of space including a private garden complete with sunbeds. A nice jacuzzi for a few extra quid. Worth the money after so much driving. Food is fantastic. Loads going on every day. Memorable holiday.

My 5 stars go mainly to the spa. I had an amazingly relaxing massage with an expert, Gabriella from Argentina. She intuitively combined exactly the treatments that felt great and released my tense spots (hello jaw muscles!). I booked my session in the spa center itself instead of by the pool: it’s so much quieter and more peaceful there - and I can highly recommend it to all stressed-out parents: a wonderful little escape at a fair price. It was simply perfect💫. I also want to give a shout-out to the team: from room service to the restaurant staff, the entertainment crew, and the kids’ club — despite having so much work, every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve rarely met such a lovely team!

One of the most amazing stays we have had as a family with small kids. Such a beautiful location, friendly service and staff, AMAZING food for breakfast lunches and dinner. We had a stunning apartment overlooking the beach. Simply a very easy going holiday. Our meal in the taverna was superb on our last night and the staff couldn't have been nicer. 7 days was just not enough and we are sad to be leaving. Thank you.

Just returned from a week away here. We have stayed here a few times over the years and never fails to disappoint. Has a lovely heated swimming pool which is ideal for children. Great restaurant/bar with friendly staff. Location is great only being a short walk from the beach. I would recommend to anyone considering booking a holiday here. We will be back for sure! We stayed here for two nights only but really enjoyed it . The bungalow / villa we stayed in was a bit dated but saying that was really clean and had everything u need such as oven , iron , dishwasher and even a washing machine. The pool area was good and the pool was nicely heated making swimming very pleasurable. Overall the complex had good facilities, was very clean ,well maintained and friendly helpful staff especially the lady at reception.We thought it was great value and the whole family agreed we would definitely come back here .

A very beautiful and peaceful resort. Only a short walk from local amenities and the beach. Accommodations were very comfortable and well finished, you could happily not leave the resort and still have a great time. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The food at the onsite restaurant had something for everyone. Above all, they were able to accommodate to vegetarians with allergies.. not an easy feat and it was so appreciated. We hope to be back again.

The complex is quite small (ideal for me), well layed out, tidy and spotless. The bungalows are well presented and the surrounding gardens are well maintained. The reception is based in middle. The reception staff were all very professional, happy and very helpful. All the bungalows are 2 bedrooms, one is ensuite and a separate bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and both rooms had sufficient wardrobes. It also has a well equipped kitchen (ideal if self catering) and a large lounge area. It is modern and very clean. There is a patio area with 4 chairs, a table and 2 sun loungers. We didn't use the swimming pools. There is also an on site restaurant/bar (Baily Bar). The food choice is wide, well priced and nice. The staff were all nice. It is on the outskirts of PB and about 20 minute walk to the beach. We did use taxis a bit and the reception team were always happy to call one for us. The only thing we didn't like was the entertainment....not my choice. We highly recommend this complex and hope to return next year.

Reception was very knowledgeable about area. Room/apartment was excellent, loads of room/space. No pools as they were under refurbishment~not a single thing done on them during my stay? No sister hotel offered. No discount on other hotels to use-who wants a hotel with no pool on holiday? They offered a bus to a beach further away than the wonderful beach that was closer to the hotel-should have been much better thought out. Bar/restaurant opened at 1pm-food was brutal and expensive, service was very slow. No entertainment in the evenings as advertised. Felt like once they got your money you were forgotten about-not how you should treat guests if you want them to return.

Gorgeous accommodation and very well equipped apartments. Filtered water was available in the apartment which was handy. Helpful and pleasant staff. The pool area is well kept and the pool heated( still a little cold though!) A bit out of the way but we hired a car for the week. There was a taxi rank outside the complex but unsure of the cost of transport. I would definitely return here. My only issue was with a very rude bar man/waiter but the restaurant was not run by Jardines del Sol.

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The whole place was neat and clean, the rooms were big and comfy, and the pool area was quiet and beautiful — perfect for chilling out. Great spot for a relaxing holiday. We have luck and been upgraded, that was another plus. Negative note is the missing of the entertainment by the pool, but maybe that was better, we have more privacy and enjoyed the silence. The staff was very friendly, they left us the WhatsApp contact for any issues or recommendations about restaurants we had. Definitely we will return

We were very happy with our stay here. Communication was all over WhatsApp. Rooms were very clean in safe secure environment. We had a good sized two bedroom apartment. Pool was lovely and private parking is available. We rented a car, I think it's necessary to get around. I wouldn't like to be stuck in this particular area for a week. It's a great location for renting with space and a carpark. There's an electric charging point too.

We just returned from our vacation on Lanzarote staying at Apartmentos LIVVO Coloradamar and we can 100% recommend these apartments for people and families who enjoy a calm vacation with the amenities of a hotel (such as breakfast if booked, pool area, regular cleaning and exchange of towels,...) AND the flexibility and individuality of an apartment with a kitchen and a calm surrounding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all a down to earth nice location. The apartments have two bedrooms, one always has a normal bed, the other bedroom has either a couch, which can be turned into a bed, or a normal bed. So they are suitable for up to 4 people. I recommend the version with the convertible couch only for families of 3 or if the kids are not yet teenagers because the couch is a bit smaller than the normal bed. For us it (two kids

If you would like a quiet holiday but with the holiday feeling and close enough to shops and restaurants this is the place. We had an individual bungalow with back garden, table, chairs and sun loungers and straight out to the pool at the front with loungers and Bali beds (extra you book when you choose your accommodation). Quiet pool, never an issue to get beds. You can get breakfast at Dreams Bocayna across the road if included or pay €10 for the lovely buffet breakfast. More like a villa holiday. Lovely quiet area but close to shops and many lovely restaurants just across the road. Supermarkets close by 5 minutes walk to beach or 15 mins over the cliffs to sandy Papagayo beach. Walk along promenade to Marina Rubicon with markets Sunday and Wednesday (tourist market not produce) 5/10 mins in car to touristy Playa Blanca - it's ok but not as quiet as this area (Las Coloradas). Hire a car from Cabrera Medina no weird extras or excess, you pay what you pay, but the bus is right outside reception and every 20 mins. Library in reception. Very friendly and helpful. Reception only open 8-1pm so if you arrive outside these times will need to call or text the number for your codes to get in then check in next day. Absolutely great. Definitely would recommend and come again.

Fantastic family hotel.. Accommodation in the form of independent chalets (one or two bedrooms available) were well equipped and very spacious, with air conditioning, large bedroom, living room, patio area, fridge, kettle and microwave. Chalets cleaned every day and new towels provided. Recently refurbished dining area had a variety of foods that catered for most tastes. Pool area fantastic for children. Not overly deep Never had an issue getting sunbeds. All inclusive was good value for money. Location was a 10 minute walk down a steep hill to beach and main town. Taxis only 5 euros back to hotel. Staff at hotel extremely helpful and were so attentive with us when we tried to locate a missing bag after the transfer from the airport. Really helpful and bag was secured thanks to their hell

I visited this place from Sept 3 to Sept 8 and i must say my stay was good. I stayed in room 304 and i will write my review in points to make sure i mention the key bits: 1) We reached the resort at 11 am, and check in was scheduled at 3 pm. Sadly we had to wait till "sharp" 3 pm before we got our room. We were given our bands at 11 am which allowed us to have lunch at 1 pm and enjoy the pool side snacks and drinks. 2) The food was not very up to the mark and hence my 4 star overall rating. The sausages for breakfast were hard, the menu was repetitive. You could see the same fish, potato dishes for all 3 days. The drinks were good and worth the price paid. 3) The pool area is good. There is a small jacuzzi by the pool that can be accessed easily. There is a small pool for kids to play in too. The loungers are occupied quite early in the morning by guests, but many of them are back in the rooms before noon, so you will always find one to lounge on. Unfortunately someone stole our swimming ring which was left beside the pool overnight. 4) The rooms are spacious and clean. The Television does not work. Wifi is free only in the reception area. If you need wifi in your rooms, its paid, but it was useless and we could not make any use of it. Thankfully, Ana at the reception gave us one day free wifi so that we could test it, so we didnt lose any money on the bad wifi. The room are not cleaned on a Sunday. Towels are replaced everyday, room are cleaned every other day. The bedsheets are not cleaned everyday, unless asked for. The airconditioning only works in the main bedroom. We had to ask for an additional fan in our small room and we were provided one promptly by the reception. 5) The night entertainment by the team is superb. The kids discos is quite good. The entertainment area is small but the animation team make the most of it. My only complaint was that on Sunday; they decided not to do any kind of entertainment because of a shift change. My kids and many other guests were gutted. It was a good trip for us. We had hired a car so the Papagayo beach, playa chica beach, Los valcanes natural Park, Camel rides were just a 5- 20 min drive from the resort. If the food is improved, i am sure this would be a very good resort to frequent.

Location is great, short walk to the beach and all the shops but they do also provide a bus, we didn’t use the bus but the offer was there. Rooms spacious and clean and we had a great locations. Food was amazing, something different every day, food themes curry night was so good and tasty!!!! Drinks plenty on offer and great variety for the kids too. Snack bar and bbq was incredible. Entertainment was great. Pool is good very big and the daily activities looked good (didn’t participate) music around the pool was good too. The sun loungers be up and be quick, people reserve them very early on, we spent a day by the pool and there were 4 loungers reserved next to us didn’t see them all day!!!!! I noticed this on many occasions which is unfair for others. Overall great week away and would highly recommend!!!!

We had a weeks all inclusive holiday in room 308 April 2025. Very good hotel for families ; staff were all really helpful and friendly , food was very good , kids entertainment was very good. Location is great , 10 minute walk to beach and town but also the hotel chain has a free bus shuttle service daily. Yes the pool was a little cold but it was April , maybe it warms up in the summer. Fully recommended for family holidays.

Neither the TV or phone were working on our arrival and took 3 days to fix(English channels)but once fixed a v good picture )The phone was never fixed.!)The food has improved greatly apart from deserts and quality of ice cream.Despite those mentioned we had a very relaxing time both in the hotel and on the beach.

We arrived late to find food had been left for us in our bungalow which was a very welcome sight after a long trip. The bungalow was clean, spacious and the private outdoor area was perfect for our family. The pool area was clean and the boys enjoyed hours of fun there. The location was beautiful, quiet and not too far away from a few shops and restaurants and a wonderful beach with huge, clear rock pools that provided many hours of entertainment. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are friendly, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. My little boy lost his teddy when the housekeeping staff accidentally took it with the laundry - I don’t know how they managed it but by the next morning they had searched the bags and bags of dirty linen and returned it to him. I can’t say how much I appreciated that. I would recommend this hotel for families wanting a relaxed, friendly base for their stay.

This is truly a Dreamplace! First of all we arrived at 12:00 on a friday. All we had to do was find our Bungalow and there was a letter on the front door. We were welcomed with a fresh meal and a selection of Fruits and Desserts! We were randomly upgraded to the bungalow with a pool. This gives you a sense of happiness knowing you do not have to walk down to the pool and lie next to random people. The next best thing was the buffet! We selected the all inclusive option and were blown away by how many options there were every single day! The food was fantastic and the waiting staff were even better! They were so speedy with main courses and taking plates away I was dumbfounded. The man at the pool bar makes absolutely outstanding cocktails and everyone was super polite and it seemed like they cared about the guests more than themselves. The bungalow was extremely spacious and the terrace was ginormous. This was an extreme bonus which meant even the sun which wasn't there often could reach every corner of the terrace. All I can say for the bad things (there is a few.) The fact that the all inclusive bar is only open from 11AM-3PM which is almost no time at all if you fancy a drink. The pool inside our room (26) had a piece of painted wood covering the piping which is fine but when we pulled back this cover the pool heater (it needed) wires were cut and the pool pump was broken so we ended up with hundreds of leaves inside our pool. I have no problem with this as it is chlorinated but I just hoped that it would of worked it would ve made our stay alot better. The pool bar spa/pool was broken and empty and had looking liquid at the bottom. I researched it has not been renovated since 2008 which shows but apart from the bad stuff. This place is so good. So pretty. So perfect. I could NOT recommend it more!! Sorry if its bad I copied my review from TripAdvisor

We had a truly lovely stay at Dreamplace Bocayna Village. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations …every meal was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The staff were outstanding throughout our visit: genuinely friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient - nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm approach made the experience feel extra special. The whole resort had a wonderfully relaxed and peaceful vibe, perfect for winding down and enjoying the Lanzarote sunshine. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a welcoming atmosphere. If we had one small suggestion, it would be that the facilities and decor could benefit from a bit of a refresh, just to match the high standard of the service and food. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would happily return. Many thanks to the entire team for such a memorable stay.

I can only rate the breakfast buffet as our hotel has a cooperation with Dream Bocayna Village regarding breakfast. The breakfast buffet is from 8 to 10.30 h and covers all wishes including warm and cold food, cereals, variety of bread, yoghurt, cheese and ham/salami, pancakes, Churros,....and on order made omelette and fried eggs. Special dietary needs can be requested in advance (glutenfree). The staff is really friendly. The waiters were attentive and knew us after the first two visits, our preferred seating area and brought the gluten free bread without asking. I all interactions were very pleasant. The lady who is making the omelette/fried eggs got my outmost respect. She is juggling making the omelette and keeping an eye that the buffet remains stocked and still is attentive. She started to make us some fried eggs without aking when she noticed our kids in line for the eggs. Please forward our thank you to the whole team of the breakfast buffet.

Had some issues first few nights with overall service. Bar didn’t have bottles of water when we arrived late at night so couldn’t get water until the next morning. Had to swap key cards at reception 4 times as they would stop working which was pretty frustrating. Overall food could be better quality, but the selection was okay. We really enjoyed the outdoor experience at the hotel. The staff running the activities and entertainment were doing a good job and were friendly and passionate. The bar staff outside were also great providing fantastic service. Our hotel room was satisfactory and was maintained well by the cleaners every day. Only issue with the room was the glass door in the bathroom which didn’t lock and wasn’t very private. Additionally, there was a lack of water pressure with the shower. Overall we’d rate this hotel 3/5 stars. Was an enjoyable time but definitely some areas for improvement

A little tired in places but nothing you wouldn't expect from an all inc hotel. First impressions could have been better as when we arrived, there was no mention/acknowledgement of our anniversary, which was very disappointing. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived as we were on an early flight, which was fine, but when we got the key cards after waiting for 3-4 hours, there was no mini bar. This was quickly resolved after a call to reception, and the fridge was stocked within 30 mins. However, it was stocked with warm drinks. It would have been fine if they had brought cold ones as we had gone looking in the fridge in search of a refreshing drink! The evening buffet is pretty standard but could be improved. I still found something to eat - It's just a bit chaotic with everyone racing to fill their plates and the queueing for food. Half of your plate is already cold by the time you get back to your seat. It felt a little understaffed, but they coped well with replenishing things - If they miss something, you just need to ask, and they'll get a fresh dish. Obviously, it's not the same dining experience compared to eating out at a restaurant and feels a little bit like a school/staff canteen. Breakfast was good, and the cactus bar was convenient for getting 'grab and go' food at lunchtime if you didn't fancy dining in. We visited Mike's coffee a couple of times. Some of the products here (like the cakes) aren't all inclusive, so you have to buy them, which is okay. They aren't priced badly. The only thing I wished that they offered was a 'take away' option as you had to sit and eat/drink your coffee and cake at a table. We asked, and there was no option to take back to the sunbed, which was a bit annoying! Rooms are well decorated, and we stayed in a Junior suite. I was on the ground floor and was worried about ants after reading other reviews, but we didn't see one in the room all week. Air con is to be desired, we couldn't get it as cold as we liked so resorted to turning the ceiling fan up to 6 (full blast) to get the air moving.. But it still could have been cooler. It looks like an old system. Rooms were cleaned daily and to a good standard. The pool area was good . We always found a sunbed, but the later you arrive at the pool, the less chance you have of getting a sunbed with an umbrella. There is music around the pool in the day which I liked. The pool itself was great - Lots of areas at different depths, so you can choose to sit, lie, stand, or swim. The temperature changed depending on how much sun there had been. On the cloudier days, it was freezing, but "it's okay once you're in!" Entertainment was... there. The acts weren't to our tastes, so we usually gave up after the first 15 mins. Some people said they enjoyed it, others thought it was dire. It very much depends on your expectations! E.g. The Opera Act is definitely not Opera! The location was one of the main reasons why we booked this hotel, and this can't be faulted apart from some unsightly building work as you walk down from the hotel to the beach but this didn't really bother us. The supermarket is less than 2 mins away, the beach is less than 5 mins away, the bus stop is outside the hotel gate and both marinas (ferry port one way and market the other) were less than a 20 min stroll. Taxi to the hotel was around €50-€55 each way to/from the airport, and they turned up pretty quickly (around 10-15 mins). All in all, we both agreed that it was standard. Would we go back? No - It wasn't special. There was nothing really that blew us away or overly impressed us, and the things that disappointed us were more like niggles - It didn't ruin our holiday, but first impressions count. But, the holiday gave us what we wanted, which was a break in the sun at a decent price.

Our wee boy loved the foam party. Only slight criticism would be more seating for the later shows but other than that can't fault the place. The hotel is lovely and clean, all members of staff are welcoming and have answered any of our questions. Service at bars and cafe’s is all a reasonable amount of time. Amazing that there is a coffee shop WITH CAKE available on all inclusive! The location of our hotel is everything we could have asked for. Left and right to the hotel is a good amount of shops (inc. tourist souvenirs), restaurants, bars - inc. a sports bar for watching the football etc. All in all, a hotel that we cannot fault and would recommend to friends and family.

This is a great hotel in a peaceful location but in easy walking distance to PB resort. The family room we stayed in was perhaps not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel, but it was still very comfortable, clean and spacious. The balcony was enormous! The pool areas were well maintained with sufficient loungers and parasols for everyone at most times of day (early July). We stayed on AI basis and the food was amazing. Great variety and fantastic quality ingredients. Something for everyone. I really didn't miss going out for meals at all, which is testament to the quality of the hotel restaurant offering. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. We did have a couple of issues with our bathroom, but these were dealt with straight away, and very efficiently. The bar and restaurant personnel were superb, nothing too much trouble. Many thanks to Carlos who brought a special flourish to our evening meals. This is a great hotel offering a really relaxing holiday experience. I would heartily recommend it and can't wait to go back.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. One of the absolute highlights was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff at the Star Prestige bar they truly made our stay special. The quality of the food and drinks throughout the hotel was excellent, and the overall layout of the hotel is well thought out. The Star Prestige area is a real plus. It offers a more relaxed and exclusive atmosphere, which we really appreciated. The live music shows in the evening were also a great touch and added a lot to the experience. The only downside was that the bathroom in the room didn’t have doors, which can be a bit inconvenient if you value privacy. However, this was just a small issue in an otherwise great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Just had a spectacular week at the Lanzarote Park and it's been fabulous. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the staff go out of their way to help you. The rooms are very clean and spacious and house keeping is excellent. The reception smells absolutely divine, is very clean and inviting. Bar and waiting staff work incredibly hard and you are NEVER without a drink in Yr hand. The food is great with good choices and lots of them. The steak is cooked freshly and to yr liking and is delicious. This was our first visit to this hotel and we will definitely be returning for another stay. Every member of staff we met was pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely helpful – whether it was the animation team, restaurant staff, front desk, or housekeeping. A special mention goes to the animation team – Kate, Rebecca, Brian, Simone, and Indigo – who were absolutely brilliant and worked really well together. They were fun, encouraging, and made the activities a real highlight of our stay. Their energy and enthusiasm brought people together and added that extra special touch that makes a good holiday truly great. At the front desk, Artur went above and beyond by lending me his own personal charger for a few days, which was incredibly thoughtful and very much appreciated. The restaurant staff were efficient but never made the service feel rushed – they balanced professionalism with genuine care for the holidaymakers. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and perfectly maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We emailed prior to arriving asking for a room close to the main pool/ restaurant area due to a member of the party with a disability and were very happy when we arrived and they had accommodated this request we had an excellent location. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and a calm, laid-back atmosphere — exactly what we were looking for. They entertained us throughout the day by the pool with games to play and aqua gym workouts etc etc They were all so welcoming and genuinely nice people. Because of the whole entertainment team and staff here, we are going to come back next year 100% as we loved our 7 days here so much and will recommend Relaxia Lanzasur Club to all our family and friends. Loved everyday. All the staff here were all very welcoming and helpful. The reception team help resolve any issues immediately. The chefs and the catering staff were all very welcoming and offer such an amazing service and quality food. Can't say enough to thank and show appreciation to all staff here at the Relaxia Lanzasur Club resort. They also have Love shows throughout the week which were all great too. Oh yeah and they have an aqua park here too. The staff there are just as good and great too. This place is perfect for a family holiday. We also met some lovely other families whilst here. From the moment we arrived the staff have honestly made this the best holiday. Hotel is clean and very well maintained. Food is very good especially breakfast, snack bar is brilliant could be slightly more varied but no issues for us always able to pick something. Evening meal great and lots of choice. Entertainment has been fabulous and the team can’t do enough to please the children. Kids have loved every minute and we have been so happy with how they have been spoilt. Shops short distance. Flamingo beach very short walk through back gate. Taxis to town very cheap. On-site shop has everything you need and great prices, open 9-9. Self serve drinks 24/7 which is a bonus. Water park is brilliant, the kids loved it and it was great that the all inclusive could be used there too. Great location and would highly recommend! We’ll definitely visit again in the future! We will miss the daily dances and the friendly staff !

One of the biggest highlights for us is definitely the animation team – they bring so much joy and energy every single day and have made our stay even more special. Our daughter especially enjoys spending time with Christian and Sophia during the Blue Carpet – she looks forward to it every day! We truly feel at home here. For me, this is the perfect hotel – everything just fits. I can already say that we’ll definitely be coming back later this year. Amazing hotel. Just got back from staying there for 10 nights and we both had a fantastic time. Lovely rooms with massive comfortable beds, probably best nights sleep i have had in ages. Bottled water and orange juice left in fridge everyday. Beds made for us and fresh clean towels every day. The highlight is the reception area when you first walk in. It blew us away. Its a huge area with water features inside. The pool is very nice with two good sized pools and the hotel is right on the sea front with fantastic views to Fuerteventura. The only downside is that the hotel is a good way from the centre of playa blanca but the public transport is cheap and reliable. Bus (number 30) is €1.40 and a taxi is roughly €4-5 from town centre.

Lovely hotel for adults...has an older clientele....a lot older 😜...very clean...excellent breakfast, probably the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Nice pools (salt water) and large jacuzzi (chlorine water). Directly on the coast line, no real beach but a very small one to the right and flamingo bay 15 min walk. Nice bar opposite, bar arena, to cater for lunch and evening meal plus a couple of other restaurants close by. Montana Roja out front and worth a hike...a little out the way for some and maybe a little quiet. Really relaxing place with friendly staff.

What a beautiful hotel. It was my first time travelling alone and also my first time on the island. The vibe is really quiet and peaceful since it is adults only. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great and large room with a great view. I was quite surprised when they tell me there’s no room service but you can get drinks and snacks at the souvenir shop next to reception or at the lounge bar. The restaurant is nice with a large selection. As a french guy, I only wish the bread had been of better quality but other than that, all the meals were really tasty. Keep in mind that it closes at 9:30pm so if you plan on visiting the island during the day, be sure to be back in time cause there is not a lot of good local restaurants around the hotel in my opinion. The gym equipment is quite modern as well and since not a lot of clients use them I had the gym for myself almost all the time. Also the spa was a super nice touch to finish my stay with the sauna and a massage. Thank you so much for your great service, I will definitely recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel, nice modern room and well cleaned, brilliant views from balcony (sea view). The pool area is so nice with all the palm trees, and is so relaxing there with it being adults only and no entertainment music blaring out it is very peaceful. The breakfast was tasty and is still refilling close to it finishing (10-10:30) for all the late risers like me. The staff all really friendly. Would really recommend it. The interior of the hotel is super modern and well designed with a great lobby area. Also to mention there is free games to play like Darts, Table Tennis and Crazy Golf all close to the pool section, which we really enjoyed Didn't eat dinner at the hotel, but was a nice comfortable walk (30-45 mins) to Playa Flamingo or Playa Blanca for restaurants. Taxis are incredibly affordable and cut this down to only 5 minutes journey and only €5 each way. But the seaside walk is worth doing especially at sunset.

Our first time in Lanzarote staying at this beautiful hotel, staff are very accommodating and hardworking to keep the whole hotel spotless 24/7. Carlos at reception made us feel really welcome and helped us with booking activities and answered all our questions with a smile. The hotel is abit far from flamingo beach, Puerto playa Blanca and marina Rubicon, however it's only about 6 euros in a taxi as opposed to a 30-40 minute walk. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful hotel thank you to all the staff for making our stay very memorable xx

Ghuss at the pool bar was great. Fun, entertaining, made everyone laugh. Constantly working hard and trying to please all the guests. Young girls who worked with him very polite and hard working. Rooms clean and modern. Some staff in main restaurant a little short with guests which came across rude at times. Need longer opening times in restaurants and better selection of food. Difficult to make a meal as food can at times not go together. On the whole a nice hotel, just couple things could improve. 🙂

On first arrival, everything seemed perfect. One of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stopped in. However, it soon became apparent that things were not as good as first thought. There appears to be a serious shortage of staff. The pool bar is usually staffed by one person, and I have experienced being stood in a queue with approaching 20 people waiting to be served. The same with the main bar in the hotel building, some nights there has only been one person serving, with it being in the region of 15 deep at the bar. Also, the staff who do work in the hotel, are some of the most miserable, and also downright rude people I have ever come across in any hotel I have ever stopped in abroad. (I would like to add this does not apply to everyone, but unfortunately, the majority). The food is mediocre, there is usually a good choice, but again, the staff who are on at breakfast don't make you feel welcome. I like an omelette for breakfast, but walked away one morning, as the girl in charge of the breakfast area, completely ignored me, and just carried on doing what she was doing when I approached. The pool area is nice, with plenty of sunbeds available. The pools are not heated, and are salt water, but I didn't find that a problem. Another negative, is that none of the public areas of the hotel appear to be air conditioned. Unfortunately, the day we go home, we are not being picked up until 7pm, and as we have to out of our room by 12pm, we will be struggling to find somewhere we can keep cool. Having spoken to people here, some who have been here 3 or 4 times before, the standard has seriously deteriorated. I would certainty not recommend, and would not come back again myself.

We had a wonderful time at Elba Premium Suites on a last minute holiday (14th-19th August 2025) We were lucky to receive a free upgrade from a Junior Suite to a Suite. All the staff were very welcoming & friendly. The adults only restaurant was always very quiet, relaxed and there were excellent food choices with fantastic themed nights. We enjoyed having access to the spa on most days. It was always quiet and there was always space to lay down. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and family and would love to come back again in the future.

Hotel has a good location away from any hustle and has a spacious and free parking right in front of it. Those who are not comming by car might struggle to get to a nearest bust stop as the main road is quite far away, but that is the price for being in a rural area. Hotel consists of small villas, ours had 3 rooms, but as every villa looks the same from the outside, I guess it is a standard. Place is spacious, with private terrace, ours had sea view, which added nice touch to a morning coffee. The rooms are showing signs of age and wear, the furniture is old and the beds are far from being comfortable and are noisy as they are spring-based. The hotel's staff members are a welcoming and accommodating. Throughout our stay, they consistently displayed a warm and helpful attitude, which added a positive touch to our experience. Hotel has a swimming pool and while it is not extraordinary, the swimming pool area served its purpose. One downside was the children's pool as it was closed during our stay. There is also a children's playground, but it consists of only a basic equipment. There is also a restaurant and a bar but we didn't attend either. One of the neat features of this hotel is its access to a oceanfront promenade, allowing us to take strolls by the ocean and enjoy breathtaking views of waves hitting the cliffs and sunsets.

Great place on the water with spaced out villas and a central pool with restaurant. The included breakfast was great. Location is away from the main area of town, great if you have a car or want peace and quiet. Staff helpful too. Our room had a slightly leaky roof in one room which wasn't a problem as there is little rain on the island. Stove top was not strong enough to cook quickly if you are self catering. All up a really enjoyable stay.

Great wee find of a complex. Beautiful vistas and walks along the sea front. Not far to local cafes, bars and shop. Staff are Great, especially Carlos who managers the dining area. As this complex is self catering would suggest you ensure you get juice, milk, tea and coffee for the villa. Dinner is limited but very tasty and good choice of meat and fish with plenty of salad. Remember you have to pay for any drinks including tea and coffee with your evening meal.

Stayed here for 10 days in March. It is located by the coast, with nice sea views. The resort is a bit further away from the centre of Playa Blanca (10 minutes taxi ride), but it meant that we had peace and quiet. The place was very basic, but had everything we needed to have a comfortable visit. Great cleanliness within the villa as well as the surrounding areas, with a daily cleaning service provided. The staff were friendly and helped us with any queries we had. One negative thing would be the beds…they were very hard and uncomfortable! But overall, we had a decent stay.

Quiet place to stay and no fighting for sun loungers! We would definitely stay here again, the staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms were spacious and adequate for self catering, there were no oven though, just two hobs and a microwave. The beds were super comfy and the shower were probably one of the most powerful I have ever stood under! There is a mini supermarket over the road and a few restaurants etc. It is one mile walk along the front to the marina and a two mile walk to Playa Blance town or you can get the number 30 bus from right outside for €1.40 per person and it takes you to these places! We loved the peaceful location. We didn't even mind that there wasn't a bar etc on site as it made for a quiet evening sleep wise!

We stayed here in July 25 never been Lanzarote before and I fell in love the hotel is lovely very quiet indeed shops close by but only a handful, bus stop outside which is cheap but was cheaper for the 5 of us to get a taxi to the marina which was 6euros. Apartments were really clean and spacious only thing letting this place down is there is no snack bar or bar even if it was just through the day by the pool I also think there is some music needed by the pool so quiet. However I would definitely stay there again these points don’t let it down would just enhance it 100% recommend

Positives: The staff are exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is convenient, pool is lovely. Negatives: No bar, no restaurant, no shop onsite, no launderette. All of which causes you to spend less time at the hotel, always having to leave for these conveniences.

Love this hotel. It doesn't have any catering facilities. However its so peaceful it's perfect. Staff really helpful. Lovely clean rooms. Only thing that would make it a 5* review is the pool isn't heated and it's freezing! We would return

Basically mini apartments on a complex. Well spread out and peaceful. This is also the quiet end of town with lots of on street parking if you hire and one end of the cross town bus which passes, turns on the roundabout to start a new trip from directly outside every 30 mins and takes cash and contactless (no.30). the clean apartments have good aircon towels, a fridge, hob, microwave plates cutlery etc and a complimentary washing up package the only minor issue we had was a slight sewer smell built in the bathroom without the window open. On which note we saw no bugs or mosquitoes in any part except the odd fly. The safe is 9 euro deposit then priced per day in cash only. You get a key that goes to the rear Of the door to set your code with then operates until you remove the key at the end. The pool was very quiet with sun-beds and parasols provided. We found the sun-beds a bit un comfy and never tried the pool. Well stocked supermarket can be seen from the entrance along with a handful of eateries and bars and other shops but i think the cost of living struggles have left a lot empty in a lovely little complex. There are lots of steps but you soon find the zig zags which give ramp access to all apartments. Checking out, there is a room with secure lockers that take a €2 coin non refundable and fit a large case and couple of bags each. The tv needs a remote to be hired but we just used the toggle/ power switch under the right side manually and the channels available were all spanish and german, whether any of the english ones are available when you hire the remote i don’t know. Overall very pleasant.
