First of all, this is a very good location.
50 meters away from the beach.
Supermarkets 2 minutes walk from bungalows..
Nice safe and quiet area.
Now our bungalow has been very used.
Plastic doors are not possible to lock fully.
The card reader at the door has been locking and unlocking every time. Not very good feeling during the night.
Also, doors on the back terrace need not be possible to open fully as button door hanging has been broken.
Plastic window in bathroom with big gap in frame.
Kitchen cabinet fixed with duck tape.
Dirty shover floor.
Unidentified liquid marks at door.
It is possible to use the laundry room but 5e for use.
The pool has been clean .
Nice outside area.

This places is excellent value for money, the bungalows are beautiful the only let down is the decor inside is quite old fashioned. Love sitting on the sun beds at night watching the stars on the veranda. This place is virtually your own home for as long as you stay and can easily make you feel as if you live in Lanzarote. I highly recommend as an experience and would stay again.

Outside areas and pool very good. Reception and staff very friendly and helpful. Location excellent. The bungalow was not only dated and in urgent need of refurbishment particularly in the kitchen area where the units were held together with tape and the fridge had rusted through on the base and the shower unit looked as though it was installed in the early 70's.
Not very well equiped regarding cutlery, tea towels etc. On the plus side, the beds are very comfortable and the lounge area is fine for an evening in,watching a film on the tv

Peaceful, pretty, spacious and comfortable.
A little tired in places. However. They must be commended for their industrious and mostly discreet efforts to make everything look fabulous.
We personally cannot wait to come back.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. 10/10

We have just returned home after 14 nights at the bungalows. We last stayed here about 8 years ago and were told that a refurbishment process was under way. This was not before time, as the kitchenette was falling apart, with doors falling off and tired equipment. These problems have not been fixed, and in our bungalow, number 61, the bathroom has to be added to the list of problems. The cast iron bath had rusted through along the side lip. On talking to staff, no refurbishment is planned! Such a pity, as the staff are all great and the bungalows kept clean. The restaurant is currently closed for refurbishment, it looks very nice. Meanwhile, the pool bar supplies snacks, which are well priced and tasty. The location is good too, for beach, restaurants, and local supermarkets. When we stayed 8 years ago, the wear and tear was offset by a low price, just £125 a week, this time it was closer to £500! Prices do increase, but even with inflation, this is huge. Will we return, not sure, but the location may attract us. Come on owners, we all know you wish to make profits, but your customers deserve better than this! A reply is requested from a senior level please.
