Amazing hotel. Just got back from staying there for 10 nights and we both had a fantastic time. Lovely rooms with massive comfortable beds, probably best nights sleep i have had in ages. Bottled water and orange juice left in fridge everyday. Beds made for us and fresh clean towels every day. The highlight is the reception area when you first walk in. It blew us away. Its a huge area with water features inside. The pool is very nice with two good sized pools and the hotel is right on the sea front with fantastic views to Fuerteventura. The only downside is that the hotel is a good way from the centre of playa blanca but the public transport is cheap and reliable. Bus (number 30) is €1.40 and a taxi is roughly €4-5 from town centre.

Great hotel. We went half board and the food is spectacular. I didn't expect Caviar. The sunrise from our room sets you up for the day. November and still 28 degrees. The staff who work here are so friendly and attentive. We will be coming back next year definitely.

There are much better hotels for a similar price. I will not be staying here again.
I do not know how this hotel is classed as 4 star. It looks nice, it has a nice lobby, some of the staff are lovely, but it seems whoever is in charge lacks attention to detail so the whole place is let down.
This is the only hotel I have ever stayed that has a minibar that is not cold and the line is 'oh it is not a fridge, it is a minibar, it does not cool things down but it should keep things cold if they are already cold' spoiler alert, it did not keep anything cold either. I complained more than once and this did not get resolved. I guess it is normal here to stay in a premium room and not be able to enjoy a cold drink in your room.
The room was great, great size, good view, though the huge palm trees did obscure the sea view - that you pay extra for - a little! Bed was comfy. However, the lack of a fridge, hair conditioner and the awful hairdryer really let the place down.
It would be good to have hair conditioner in the room. Providing a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner is very basic. Like a 3 star hotel. Very cheap to not provide conditioner.
The hairdryer is old and basic.
The gym is described on the website as well-equipped. It is basic. There are weights missing from the dumbells and no kettlebells at all. No alternative handles for the pull station. It is also VERY hot as it gets the sun most of the day, has no air con - just a couple of ceiling fans, the windows have no blinds to keep the heat of the sun out and the door is on the side that faces the hotel so not the right place to allow any breeze in. It is like working out in a greenhouse.
The water bottles are left in full sunlight. They should really be kept in the shade.
The pools are nice. Sunbed area all good but perhaps a bit of a glass screen to give a bit of wind shelter like the Iberostar has would be a good idea.
Breakfast was OK. No real variation. The lady who works on the egg station most days is an amazing member of staff. Everything she makes is perfect and nothing is too much trouble... she does not stop!
It is a shame that the salad bar does not get topped up very often so after about 9.30am you just get the dregs and no one tops it up again.
All in all, below average as hotels go. No additional perks for having/paying for a premium room. I wouldn't come back here on purpose.

What a beautiful hotel. It was my first time travelling alone and also my first time on the island.
The vibe is really quiet and peaceful since it is adults only. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Great and large room with a great view. I was quite surprised when they tell me there’s no room service but you can get drinks and snacks at the souvenir shop next to reception or at the lounge bar.
The restaurant is nice with a large selection. As a french guy, I only wish the bread had been of better quality but other than that, all the meals were really tasty. Keep in mind that it closes at 9:30pm so if you plan on visiting the island during the day, be sure to be back in time cause there is not a lot of good local restaurants around the hotel in my opinion.
The gym equipment is quite modern as well and since not a lot of clients use them I had the gym for myself almost all the time.
Also the spa was a super nice touch to finish my stay with the sauna and a massage.
Thank you so much for your great service, I will definitely recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel for adults...has an older clientele....a lot older 😜...very clean...excellent breakfast, probably the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Nice pools (salt water) and large jacuzzi (chlorine water). Directly on the coast line, no real beach but a very small one to the right and flamingo bay 15 min walk. Nice bar opposite, bar arena, to cater for lunch and evening meal plus a couple of other restaurants close by. Montana Roja out front and worth a hike...a little out the way for some and maybe a little quiet. Really relaxing place with friendly staff.
