We booked 3 rooms for the 6 of us and had a pleasant stay here. Breakfast & dinner was delicious, the staff is very kind and helpful, also the interior of the hotel lobby is amazing with a wonderful view. All rooms has a view to the ocean! We also got welcome drinks upon arrival, they had several activities during the days (mini golf, piano concert, singers, etc), which made the experience even better. Absolutely recommend this place.
Special thanks for preparing us a picnic package on the last morning as we had to leave very early and couldn't have breakfast at the hotel.

We stayed here in July 25.
We had a lovely welcome by the staff behind the counter and a drink was included too.
The room was a bit dated in places but nothing to complain about.
The breakfast section was very good. Evening meals were ok to good.
The staff were all smiley, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you.
We would stay here again.

Positives:
The service is immaculate, everyone is polite, attentive and kind.
The facilities are extensive.
They have a gym, tennis court, pool, out door bar, spa area and more.
The buffer has an incredible amount of food choices.
To improve:
Due to the location and the restaurant timings after 9pm you ll struggle to eat anywhere near the hotel.
Neutral:
Suitable for an older crowd 55+.
There were barely any young people.

Hotel is very grand as you enter, extremely spacious and smells beautiful.
Reception staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Welcome drinks were appreciated too.
In fact, every member of staff seems happy and all enjoy their job. Staff here are a credit to your hotel.
Rooms are clean, quiet and very spacious, albeit a tad dated.
Breakfast was excellent each morning and plenty of choice and plenty of indoor and outdoor tables. Again, staff are brilliant!
Pool areas are clean and sunbeds in excellent order.
Spent most days in the nudist area, which is in a quiet part of the gardens, perfect if you want the all-round tan!
There was a large mixture of guests in the hotel, from couples and families with older children, single travellers and a large percentage of older guests, but in all, there was a wide range of people to get along with.
Bar food and drinks are reasonably priced.
Location, sea-front and probably 10 minutes walk away from the beach. Papagayo beaches are just a 30 minute bus ride away.
In all, I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a peaceful adults-only holiday.

Staff and facilities are faultless. Everywhere is immaculate at all times. The hotel is very peaceful and relaxing, however it's about 2 miles away from the center of Playa Blanca. It's a long walk or a taxi back if you have an evening out. Mareas bar next door offers a more lively atmosphere locally. The hotel has a non smoking policy including the balconies and bars. There is a small designated area but often no ashtrays. As a smoker who enjoys a lively night out I wasn't an ideal match for Natura Palace. That is by no means a criticism of the hotel.
