Loved it! I had only 2 days travelling solo here and then 5 days with friends in another hotel. The apartment was gorgeous, and had an ocean view. The price included pool towels and a safety box which is a very reasonable thing to do - take notes, other hotels.
The reception staff is very friendly and has a lovely sense of humour. The Maintenance guys were singing a little while doing a quick task around the pool. Housekeeping did a good job and had a lovely smile on their faces while passing by.
The area is quiet: complete silence at the nights. The shows are over before 22:30. Lovely family hotel mini gym, but... I chose it for the animation, so I joined the aqua gym to give a little balance to my holiday. Plus, beach is just in front, so you can go for a swim in the ocean whenever you want to.
PS! Tui Blue Team has a convenient entertainment app, but be aware that if it is a group exercise and you are not a registered participant, you might miss out on that if you're not well informed. Regardless, props to the pros on stage: not just playback shows over there - well done!
The food was also good, plenty of options - also was able to choose something healthier, if you don't want to go crazy and to be afraid of a scale later on.
Definitely would return, but next time with friends and for a longer time. It also has a good parking spot, which wasn't full when I arrived.

Good location and friendly personal at the bar, restaurant and cleaning team. However the animation team focus 100% on UK guests despite many other guests coming from Spain, Germany, France and different European countries. All information is given only in English, many times with a thick British accent (even if the animation crew is non-british) making it harder to understand for other people. A real shame since I booked a trip to Spain and leave with the feeling of having visited the UK…

The hotel provides you with most of the things you would need for your stay it’s just that the room we stayed in was a little tired. Some of the doors in the kitchen area and bathroom had sagged and there was a large patch of crusty rendering in the bedroom. The rooms are cleaned 5 times a week by very friendly staff and the complex itself is as well presented as it could be and always tidy
There is a large family pool and a quiet adults pool. Food quality is about a 7.5/10 with a good selection.
The hotel is rated as a 4* but I feel that it has slipped over time to a 3*
That said it is well located to shops and restaurants and has a small but pleasant beach which has a man made harbour to stop the worst of the waves.

The room was very dirty - every day I had to kill 10-20 ants on the kitchen wall, kitchen table, even bedroom floor. The food was mediocre at best - most vegetable tasted like oil instead of having their own taste, raw tuna didn't have any taste at all. Wifi mostly didn't work. The only good thing is that it was right at a nice beach.

I’m gonna break this down, but if you have small children then this place is ideal. If you are older or just a couple, it’s also a great place!
Accommodation:
We stayed in a 1 bed apartment that was well appointed and basically had a sea view, although sold as partial I believe. Clean bathroom and kitchen with great water pressure with the shower fitted in a bath for the kids if needed. The lounge had 2 large sofas which we pushed together, and let our 2 year old have the bedroom. Overall a perfect size for 2 adults and even 2 children, although I wouldn’t suggest 4 adults in my opinion, would be a tight squeeze! You might find some small little ants once and while in your room, but it’s better than cockroaches if you ask me! They didn’t really bother us much at all, and you expect these types of things in hot countries.
Food:
Good all round choice with an amazing little kids buffet bar for them to help themselves. It really has great variety and has something special each night with standard offerings throughout your stay. Breakfast was good, as was lunch service, you get 1 dinner booking at the tavern on the sea front included in your all inclusive from TUI. The dinner was always plentiful and we tended to eat around 6pm which is when dinner started, always with lots of tables available. Only let down food wise was the snack bar open near the pool, slightly sorry looking overall really, but the service in there was always friendly and polite, shout out to Hassan who was working in there for making our daughter feel special.
Grounds:
Well kept and amazingly clean around the whole of the resort, this is from reception to the pools and buffet area. The hotel is located on a beach front with a promenade that goes all the way into playa blanca shopping area, that’s about a 20 minute walk along the sea front. There is a supermarket just on the sea front that you can get all you need during your stay.
Entertainment:
Animation team do a great job in keeping the little ones happy during the evening, with lots of games and characters that they all love. The mini disco is great fun for the little kids, and they have shows that go on into the evening. Sadly we have a 2 year so didn’t see many of the later shows, we watched the musicals, and ever after, both amazing! Luca seems to really love his Job, as does Ingrid and Josephine, Laura is an amazing singer too! There is a baby, toddler and kids clubs, that you can leave the little at for a few hours. We didn’t do this, but we did take a look and it all looked lovely. Plenty of pools and lots of other fun activities throughout the day.
All in all, a great place for and family or couples holiday and we will certainly be returning soon!
