Hotel Costa Calero Thalasso and Spa

Set in the beautiful Puerto Calero harbour this hotel is second to none. The food is plentiful and of high quality. The rooms are very clean and the reception staff are very responsive. The Costa Calero is well kept throughout. We would have liked to make more use of the many facilities but we were enjoying the fantastic cycling obtainable within the hotel complex.

Par excellent. No complaints. Lap pool is solar heated so don't expect a 26.5 swim. Food is very good. People are people situational awareness and anticipation of their next move makes for a run around the buffet. 5

Lovely helpful staff. Very quiet, comfortable rooms. The hotel was very clean. Good food, there was always freshly cooked meat and fish on the griddle. We would definitely recommend.

I stayed in this hotel at the end of October with my mother. I was attending a wedding. I love the fact that the hotel was situated in a quieter area but still lively. The harbour is but a short walk from the hotel with shops and places to eat. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to Puerto del Carmen, so we were able to go to the beach with ease. The room was very comfortable and clean. The amenities at the hotel were fantastic, from several pools to swim and relax at, very beautiful surroundings so it felt like a little bubble as there were no high rise building around. The staff were absolutely wonderful, a big thank you to Miguel, he was always a delight! The food and beverages were fantastic with a wide choice of meals and everything was very tasty! The wedding was beautiful. At sunset... the views were stunning, the food was delicious, the area where the dinner was held was beautifully decorated... All in all, a wonderful stay. R & M

First drop off from the airport (ten minutes or less), spotlessly clean rooms, EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful, genuine smiles and good eye contact. Plenty good fresh food to choose from and no queues. Plenty good pools and a decent play park for kids. An awesome kids club, a life sized racehorse ride to sit on. Good evening entertainment and a very talented entertainment team. Lots of poolside activities and games. I love this resort.
