The complex is quite small (ideal for me), well layed out, tidy and spotless. The bungalows are well presented and the surrounding gardens are well maintained. The reception is based in middle. The reception staff were all very professional, happy and very helpful.
All the bungalows are 2 bedrooms, one is ensuite and a separate bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and both rooms had sufficient wardrobes. It also has a well equipped kitchen (ideal if self catering) and a large lounge area. It is modern and very clean. There is a patio area with 4 chairs, a table and 2 sun loungers. We didn't use the swimming pools.
There is also an on site restaurant/bar (Baily Bar). The food choice is wide, well priced and nice. The staff were all nice.
It is on the outskirts of PB and about 20 minute walk to the beach. We did use taxis a bit and the reception team were always happy to call one for us.
The only thing we didn't like was the entertainment....not my choice. We highly recommend this complex and hope to return next year.

Reception was very knowledgeable about area. Room/apartment was excellent, loads of room/space. No pools as they were under refurbishment~not a single thing done on them during my stay? No sister hotel offered. No discount on other hotels to use-who wants a hotel with no pool on holiday? They offered a bus to a beach further away than the wonderful beach that was closer to the hotel-should have been much better thought out. Bar/restaurant opened at 1pm-food was brutal and expensive, service was very slow. No entertainment in the evenings as advertised. Felt like once they got your money you were forgotten about-not how you should treat guests if you want them to return.

Gorgeous accommodation and very well equipped apartments. Filtered water was available in the apartment which was handy. Helpful and pleasant staff. The pool area is well kept and the pool heated( still a little cold though!)
A bit out of the way but we hired a car for the week. There was a taxi rank outside the complex but unsure of the cost of transport. I would definitely return here.
My only issue was with a very rude bar man/waiter but the restaurant was not run by Jardines del Sol.

We stayed here for a week from the 19th of Feb 2025.What a fantastic place. Staff were amazing food was amazing service was amazing. Villa was 5 star. So good we booked to go back next year. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday fabulous. The Lewis family. Xx

Our stay at Jardines del Sol, Lanzarote (February 9–18) was disappointing. While the resort itself is really well-maintained, several serious issues significantly impacted our experience.
1. Excessive Noise
Our apartment was located near the restaurant, making it noisy in the evenings. After enduring four sleepless nights, we twice reported this issue to the reception and requested a room change. However, we were simply told that the resort was fully booked — without any attempt to offer an alternative solution or show consideration for our discomfort.
2. Housekeeping Issues
Our apartment was scheduled for cleaning, but this was not properly done. We informed the reception twice, but no action was taken, and we never received a satisfactory response. In addition, we sent an email to the management, which remained completely unanswered.
For a resort of this standard, such service is unacceptable. We expected at least a reasonable effort to resolve these issues or a form of compensation, but unfortunately, our concerns were completely ignored.
Based on this experience, we cannot recommend Jardines del Sol and hope that the management takes guest feedback more seriously in the future.
