5 Stars to the animation team. They made my kids holiday, they were fun and friendly. Managed to get everyone involved. We booked h10 because of the daisy club in the h10 lanzarote gardens a few months earlier. Both teams were excellent. The animation team could do with some more new toys for the kids, but the team made everything really good. The mini disco was a hit as always, and the kids love meeting daisy. The kids were excited every time they saw the animation team. They even allowed the kids (2 and 4) to get involved in some of the more grown up games(which they loved!)
The room was not as clean as the last h10 we stayed in. The staff serving in the bars/restaurants seemed to be over worked on a skeleton staff. The coffee shop staff seemed put out by any request for a coffee. The food, not as nice as the food in h10 Lanzarote gardens in Costa Teguise. The Italian restaurant wasn’t to our taste, didn’t seem to be authentic pizzas or pasta.
The weather wasn’t the best, so we really appreciated the heated indoor pool.
To summarise, excellent animation team(the reason we choose h10), food not as good as Costa teguise, not enough staff, facilities need a little TLC.

We're having a great stay at H10 Lanzarote Princess and are really enjoying our time here. The hotel is clean, well looked after, and in a great location - only a short walk to the beach with Marina Rubicon well within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and the food is good with plenty of choice, so there's always something for everyone.
The real highlight so far is definitely the animation team. They are amazing and bring such a fun, positive vibe to the hotel. Whether it is daytime activities or the evening entertainment, they always have loads of energy and make everyone feel welcome and included. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they are doing, which makes it even better.
A special mention for the children’s mini disco, which my daughter absolutely loves. It is one of the highlights of her holiday so far, and the animation team are fantastic with the kids - so patient, enthusiastic, and great at getting them involved. Seeing how much fun she is having makes our stay even more enjoyable.
They also do a great job of keeping things fun without being over the top, so you could join in as much or as little as you wanted.
The only downside is the slight rain showers, but it's certainly a lot better weather than at home!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially traveling with my 7-year-old and my mum. The highlight for us was the art and wine workshop — painting together with others while enjoying a glass of wine was such a lovely and relaxing experience. Ana and Ruben made the activity even more fun with their great energy. The kids’ mini disco was fantastic as well, and a big round of applause to all the staff for being so friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful time!

Our stay at lanzarote princess has been truely wonderful, the staff have been most gracious and accommodating. The kids club is absolutely 10/10 my son has enjoyed the club whilst we've been here. We've stayed bed and breakfast and the buffet in the mornings have been great. Something for everyone. We booked to play in the tennis court and also been to the mini club disco in the evenings learning the songs. The location is perfect for the beach playa dorado short walk to marina rubicon and playa planca too. Definitely returning for another holiday here in the future. Muchas Gracias!

The 3 of us stayed in the Junior suite for a week in February and the room was good in terms of size, comfort and its quiet. Housekeeping is also very good on a daily basis. However in the evening, there is an unpleasant smell coming from the direction of the sea. We can't figure out what it is. We wanted to keep to keep the sliding doors open in the evening but we were unable to due to the smell.
Location is brilliant because its by the Playa Dorada beach which is perfect for swimming.
We were on half board and the dinners can be better. Food was good on a few nights and disappointing on a few. There is room to improve on quality and variety of food for a 4-star hotel. Restaurant team isn't as cheerful or friendly as any other hotels we've been to in the island hence giving the impression that they are perhaps overworked and underpaid? In summary, improvement on food quality, variety and hospitality of restaurant staff would make this hotel worth staying at.
