We're having a great stay at H10 Lanzarote Princess and are really enjoying our time here. The hotel is clean, well looked after, and in a great location - only a short walk to the beach with Marina Rubicon well within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and the food is good with plenty of choice, so there's always something for everyone.
The real highlight so far is definitely the animation team. They are amazing and bring such a fun, positive vibe to the hotel. Whether it is daytime activities or the evening entertainment, they always have loads of energy and make everyone feel welcome and included. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they are doing, which makes it even better.
A special mention for the children’s mini disco, which my daughter absolutely loves. It is one of the highlights of her holiday so far, and the animation team are fantastic with the kids - so patient, enthusiastic, and great at getting them involved. Seeing how much fun she is having makes our stay even more enjoyable.
They also do a great job of keeping things fun without being over the top, so you could join in as much or as little as you wanted.
The only downside is the slight rain showers, but it's certainly a lot better weather than at home!

The animation team are outstanding a special shoutout to Claudia who’s energy, passion and patience are second to none.
I wish there were slightly more activities to do during the day is okay but not brilliant, but THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE ANIMATION TEAM.
The lifeguard could try and learn some basic phrases and some basic manors. But I understand there duty is to safety and not kindness.
I was also shocked there were no shows or performances on whilst visiting. A lot of quizzes, bingo and the like.
The food is great. You won’t go hungry here. Breakfast is easily my favourite here, followed by lunch and finally dinner. But you will be catered for and will find something you’ll like.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially traveling with my 7-year-old and my mum. The highlight for us was the art and wine workshop — painting together with others while enjoying a glass of wine was such a lovely and relaxing experience. Ana and Ruben made the activity even more fun with their great energy. The kids’ mini disco was fantastic as well, and a big round of applause to all the staff for being so friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful time!

The 3 of us stayed in the Junior suite for a week in February and the room was good in terms of size, comfort and its quiet. Housekeeping is also very good on a daily basis. However in the evening, there is an unpleasant smell coming from the direction of the sea. We can't figure out what it is. We wanted to keep to keep the sliding doors open in the evening but we were unable to due to the smell.
Location is brilliant because its by the Playa Dorada beach which is perfect for swimming.
We were on half board and the dinners can be better. Food was good on a few nights and disappointing on a few. There is room to improve on quality and variety of food for a 4-star hotel. Restaurant team isn't as cheerful or friendly as any other hotels we've been to in the island hence giving the impression that they are perhaps overworked and underpaid? In summary, improvement on food quality, variety and hospitality of restaurant staff would make this hotel worth staying at.

Recently had a Christmas Holiday with my son at the Lanzaroti Princess Hotel. The room was clean and spacious and had a balcony. Easy climate control. Chambermaid service was brilliant, very accommodating and understanding. Had a problem with the safe that was quickly sorted out. Beds comfy and Nice big TV. Bathroom had a bedae, wC, shower/bath, lots of hot water. Wash basin was style over function, water all over the floor everytime. The Mildly Heated Pool opened 10:00am and breakfast finished at 10:30am so you couldn't enjoy a swim before breakfast, very disappointing if your half board. Main pool unheated and very cold in December. Gorgeouse gardens, plenty of space everything clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast and dinner, food was delicious, free glass of Cava with your breakfast, lots of choice, hot and cold, fried or grilled while you wait. Christmas Day was fabulous, free pre-dinner cocktails, free wine with your meal, very delicious, we loved it, very memorable. Hotel evening entertainment was good, each night you could enjoy live acts at the main stage or a live singer at the bar. In the morning they had a tourist guide who helped with information and things to do, they also provided a courtesy room on your last day for a shower and a place to put your bags. Lots of parking space for a hire car if needed. Rear gate to Hotel allowed easy acces to local shops, restaurants and beaches.
