Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful and left us with many positive memories.
From the very first moment, the staff throughout the entire hotel were exceptional – always attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Their warm and welcoming attitude made us feel comfortable and valued at all times.
A special highlight was the kids club. Our child had unforgettable, beautiful moments there and looked forward to going every single day. A very special thank you to Lucia, whose kindness, energy, and dedication made the experience even more memorable.
We were also impressed by the sports and fitness classes. They truly deserve to be called fitness courses – professionally led, motivating, and varied.
The food was outstanding. The quality, variety, and presentation exceeded our expectations and made every meal a pleasure.
The rooms are modern in style and comfortable. However, they are starting to show some signs of wear and could benefit from a renovation in the near future to fully match the overall high standard of the hotel.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Wonderful hotel. Incredible staff, especially Esther the star prestige animation team member: she made our holiday so fun, with stretching/yoga/pilates in the morning, aqua aerobics before lunch and various demonstrations (mojitos, aloe vera, sangria) in the afternoon. She is the standout star of the staff, but everyone we came into contact with was friendly, helpful and efficient (Carla, Jan, Irene just to mention a few). No need to join in the activities, we normally don't, but the choice of activities was different than most hotels (soap making, jewellery making etc. as well as the ones mentioned earlier) and were all really well organised. The food was out of this world for all inclusive and hands down the best we've had. So much choice and plenty freshly cooked to order with everything from lobster to steak. Also good gluten free choices including desserts. Our room was scandi styled, really comfortable and had everything we needed; biggest shower cubicle I've seen. Great quality toiletries too. Location was fab, straight onto the promenade for a walk by the sea. Everything was fantastic from our arrival onwards. We will definitely go back and we never usually go back to somewhere twice.

Our third time visiting this hotel and still cannot be faulted. The service is like nothing we have experienced at other hotels - the bar staff are so attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We first visited in 2019 and we recognise lots of faces of staff who still work here offering 5 star treatment - a good sign of a dedicated workforce.
We stayed star prestige this time and yet again were treated brilliantly Raoul, Luis, Yan and co on the star prestige bar area learned our drinks order on the first day and kept them flowing with friendly and relaxing service including honey rum shots even when we didn’t know we wanted them! It made for such a lovely positive experience.
Esther who provided the activities for fitness and bar workshops including a game of bingo was a delight to meet and was lovely to listen to - she worked so hard to ensure everyone enjoyed the activities at whatever pace they wanted. She has a great sense of humour.
Rooms are spacious and clean with lovely views. Yes there are mosquitoes but where near water doesn’t have them?
The food was amazing and again service in the restaurant cannot be faulted. Diego’s cooking skills were fabulous and the range and quality of food was like nothing we have experienced in other Iberostar hotels.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous with lovely rooms and the staff are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The housekeeping team are wonderful The food is the best I have ever had in any hotel.
I do want to give a special mention to the pool bar. The staff here work so hard to make your holiday so special. They are so friendly and very entertaining, nothing is to much trouble for them. We visited the the pool bar every afternoon and enjoyed every minute. Big shout out to these amazing staff.

We stayed in the star prestige adults only section of the hotel on the all inclusive board basis. This was the second time we have stayed here and were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco in our room with a note to welcome us back and thank us as returning guests. We were also gifted a reusable, thermal water bottle and and a shawl to keep warm on the cooler evenings, which was a lovely and unexpected surprise.
The staff are fabulous -all very friendly, happy and personable, from the cleaners, catering staff, entertainment staff and bar staff alike. They are all very engaging, in a friendly way, throughout the whole hotel, not just in star prestige. Yuneil remembered us from our previous stay, which I thought was impressive given the number of guests he must serve day in day out.
We stayed in room 3031 which is a corner suite - the perfect location on the ground floor, with a large wrap around terrace opening up to the pool on one side and the pool bar on the other. We spent a lot of time sun bathing during the day here and enjoying the entertainment throughout the day and evening. The bar staff even offer table service to our terrace due to its location! They are just great!
The choice and quality of food for meals and snacks is also fantastic. Plenty of options and variations of international cuisines from one day to the next and always something to suit everybody.
As I say, this is our second stay and I’m sure we’ll be returning again!
