Excellent hotel overall with superb staff and service
We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was excellent! The Mirador snack bar has great lunch options too, a little on the pricey side but tasty and the kids enjoyed them too!
The kids pools were great and it being January wasn't too busy, could be very crowded in peak season!
Within walking of some great bats and restaurants and ticks all the boxes for families looking for top level service and some luxury !
Only dropped a star for the rooms as they are in need of modernisation (which is coming in 2026)
Overall Highly recommended

We visited Iberostar at the end of November 2025, travelling as a multigenerational family — from young kids to seniors. Our goal was to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday, enjoy some sunshine, and spend time swimming and relaxing.
The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Its location is perfect, views from the room stunning and the entertainment program was excellent — exactly as shown in the pictures and described on the website.
But the one thing you can’t see in pictures is just how incredible the staff are, and how delicious the food is. The team truly went above and beyond to bring all my ideas to life and make my mum’s birthday absolutely unforgettable. Their attention to detail, kindness, and enthusiasm exceeded all our expectations.
A special thank you to Alfonso and his team, who made every moment feel personal and memorable. Their efforts meant the world to us.
And the food… honestly, it was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel — fresh, varied, and consistently wonderful.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for families, celebrations, and anyone looking for exceptional service in a stunning setting.

We have just got back from a family holiday to Lanzarote Park for Christmas. We had such a wonderful time.
The Christmas Day feast was absolutely incredible! There were so many incredible dishes to try.
The staff were all so friendly and always on hand to help. The breakfast was amazing with so much variety.
Kids club was excellent and well varied for different ages. Our son particularly loved the football pitch and spent many hours playing on it.
Our family room was comfortable and house keeping kept it immaculate.
One thing I think could make the stay even better, is if you had proper yoga and pilates instructors for the classes. I did one class, and the standard was very poor, it certainly wasn’t a proper yoga class. It was taken by one of the entertainment staff who unfortunately had absolutely idea about yoga. I think for a five star resort you could do better on that front.
We will 100% be back in the future for sure ❤️

Fantastic.
All staff very polite and professional.
Star prestige pool bar team all amazing daytime and at night.
We have been here before and there are a few negative points since our last visit, but these are minor. We have had a great time and will be back.

This is a lovely hotel in a good location and we had a great stay here, but it does let itself down in some areas and feels more like a good 4 star rather than a 5 star hotel so could improve. We were a family of 4 on b&b basis, staying in late October.
Food - Breakfast was one of the best buffet offerings we have had all over the world, there is loads of selection, which is fresh and good quality. Hot dogs and ice-cream were available pool side which were both reasonably priced, but we didn't try any other food as we ate out so I can't comment. In many other hotels now you find coffee shops and ice-cream parlours, especially all-inclusive locations, but this hotel had neither, they should look at adding one, especially a coffee shop as their coffee offering is not that great. They do have machines at breakfast, but the one at the kids pool bar was broken so you will be missing that good cup of coffee at this hotel.
Entertainment - The team were very good, they put loads on, they were always happy and friendly, with good shows which covered young and old guests, we couldn't fault this team, well done.
Location- right by Flamingo beach which is a nice and sheltered beach in a man made cove, take a snorkel there are loads of fish and diving if you want. The beach was clean with restaurants, bars and shops so very good. The hotel is also a 10 minute walk to town with all of the main shops and restaurants so its in a very good location to explore and eat out if you want.
Poolside - The pools were clean with plenty of choice but also cold, your kids couldn't spend the whole day in them they really could do with a bit of heating for this time of year. There are enough sunbeds just, but the hotel allows guests to put towels out early and not use the beds for hours, so the prime location get hogged. They should really remove towels that are not used as this stops the whole bed hogging and really doesn't feel five star at all. There is no pool side waiter service either but there are bars at every location, but again could be improved for the five star feel. The kids pool is very good for ages, from young babies up to early teens.
Staff / service - They were all polite, friendly in every area of the hotel, the staff cannot be faulted. Service was quick and you were not kept waiting anywhere, good work.
Rooms - These are a decent size and well equipped, but this is one area that let's the hotel down. The mattress are awful, hard, old and sagging in the middle, you will get back ache from them, the pillows are not much better. The kids beds sounded like they would fall apart when you sat on them. There were are also lots of other small maintenance issues throughout the room we stayed in, it definitely didn't feel 5 star. The Aircon was another big issue in the room, it just didn't work so the room was far too hot and when you tried to turn it up, it just turned off, I dread to think what this is like mid summer.
Wifi - This worked everywhere I tried and was fast enough to stream in the room so this is good.
Spa - A good spa with a decent hammam. The treatments were good and reasonably priced for a hotel with nice staff, but they need a receptionist as my wife's treatment got interrupted when the massage therapist had to leave mid treatment to deal with another customer, which is not good.
Aircon was another big issue through the hotel, the main restaurant, main bar and bedrooms were far too hot, it felt like the hotel kept turning it off. This was really not good and you felt uncomfortable, definitely not 5 star service.
This is a nice hotel with great staff in a good location, but does need to improve in some areas to real call itself a five star.
