Fantastic hotel. 5 star in almost all areas, but overall I’m going to give the hotel a 4 star.
The bits for me that let the hotel down are:
- The quality of the beds / pillows.
- Left to find your own table in the buffet unless you ask someone to find you one.
- Water is free across the hotel in nice automatic dispensers but is charged at a hefty cost at meal time
Otherwise it’s in a fantastic location, the food and drink is of exceptional quality and choice and the hotel is very clean, tidy and well kept.

At the end of a simply wonderful stay, our 5th visit. The location is perfect for a peaceful holiday. Located right on the sea front the rooms mostly all have sea views with limited to zero noise other than the gentle lapping of the waves on the shore. The best way imaginable to be woken in the morning.
We’ve always treated ourselves to a Star Prestige room which means adults only. The package comes with its own adult pool and heated jacuzzi which fits I’m sure 20 plus.
The food is amongst the best I’ve eaten on holiday with a wide choice which should cater to everyone’s needs. There is a wide selection of wines included with all inclusive and they are all way too drinkable. If you like sparkling wines Frixinet is the order of the day which retails around £7-8 in the UK so again nothing cheap and nasty. Getting back to the food. If you want steak every night, no problem it is available and cooked just as you like it. There is also a wide selection of fish again cooked just as you like it. Lobster and oysters are also likely to feature on at least one night during a week long break. Breakfast, lunch, dinner I could rave on about so needless to say we enjoyed everything.
As for the staff well frankly they cannot do enough for their guests. Everyone we encountered was a credit to themselves and the hotel. I am just sorry I cannot remember all your names but thanks for a wonderful holiday. Special shout out to Jan in the pool bar. This guy and frankly all the team make for an amazing holiday. They put everyone at ease and also make a cocktail just like it should be. They are worth the admission fee alone. Thanks to Ester also for her energy and fun. The yoga sessions were great.
I really have nothing negative to note. Some people complained about the pool temperature and I think the air con takes a rest in the small hours but neither was really of note for us. The rooms are spotless and the cooling just fine.
Keep up the great work and hope to return again soon.

Went as a family of 5, 2 adults, 3 kids aged 9, 11 and 16 and got interconnecting sea view rooms. Was perfect size. Comfy beds. Great balcony with seats. Amazing powerful showers, fridge, kettle and all amenities you could want.
Breakfast was amazing and the hotel tried to vary it each day.
Staff were very warm and friendly.
Heated pool and 5 min walk to sandy beach protected from the waves.
Free car park and walking distance to town. We ate out for all our dinners and all the restaurants did good food.
We hired a car and did all the main tourist attractions which I fully recommend.
Only negative is the air conditioning was still on winter settings so didn't keep the room very cool but as the nights were cool, we opened the balcony door for a couple of hours that did the trick.
Also think it was really good to provide free water fountains and jugs to fill with cold fresh water near to the rooms so avoid having to buy bottled water and add to plastic waste.

Currently here now. Absolutely stunning hotel. Upgraded to Star Prestige and its worth every penny if you're a couple without children. The service from every single staff member is top notch and the hotel is immaculate. Already planning our next holiday here!

Beautiful hotel in stunning location.
It is immaculate and very clean.
The highlight though is the wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you and are giving us the best holiday so far. Especially the staff at the star prestige pool bar. Bravo 👏🏼
