I just past 8 days in Relaxia Lanzasur the staff was very lovely mainly the entertainment team they do really funny activities and they are always around the pool. The final surprise of our holidays was the fire show it was spectacular I never seen this in my life I’m sad to be back home but we came back full of memories. The food was good sometimes was not really cooked so be careful and to finish the room was very nice the cleaner’s was coming every day thank you. So thank you so much for this lovely holidays hope to come back next year !

This is the second time we have stayed here..we were welcomed at the reception by friendly staff. We arrived after lunch so our rooms were ready however if you arrive early there is a baggage section so you can go out to see the facilities. There is a pool bar with inclusive drinks and foods..There is a happy hour cocktail hour between 4-5pm..2 pina coladas for €7. It's card only for extras onsite. There is a shop also if any extras. 3 pools..baby pool..younger slightly warmer pool and then a bigger pool which is refreshing if you are hot.. The watermark is a 2-3 min walk with slides, wave pool and lazy river..Its expensive to get in to the public so with the AI it's great value..They also have drinks and some food Inc there for residents which isint signed well but they are there.. There is not many times of the day where you cant get food, breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool bar.. So there food has a wide variety and replenished quickly from what we have experience both times.. As they cater for so many different nationalities there is something for everyone.. The entertainment in the evening is fun for smaller kids..The entertainment team work very hard..check the notice boards for the entertainment times.. I won a free cocktail in the shooting competition. the cleaning staff made up our bed most days.. we also rented a safe for the week for €15 my only complaint would be the checkout time of 10am..we have 2 teenager who like to sleep in..we had 2 rooms so we vacated one quickly..They were fully booked in fairness

Beautiful holiday with the family. We have been 2 weeks absolutely great time. The room are good the food changes everyday and is delicious. Animation during the day with minidisco and show in the night. Spectacular fire show in our last night amazing never seen something like this. Hotel close to playa flamingo We ll be definitely back.

Me and my family recently spent 10 nights at this hotel and overall had a good experience with a few highlights worth noting. The location was fantastic—just a two-minute walk to the charming Flamingo Beach, which made our mornings and evenings truly delightful. The entertainment, especially Charlie are really impressive; they genuinely tried to include everyone and even offered a fantastic pool mat experience that was a hit with both my kids, me and my husband. The presence of two heated pools was a definite bonus, making for perfect relaxation spots throughout our stay. In terms of dining, the food quality varied: on some days it was delicious, while at other times the meals seemed undercooked. This inconsistency was the only drawback from a culinary perspective. One area that could use improvement was the bungalow in which we stayed. It felt a bit below the expected standard for a three-star accommodation, even though I understand that renovations are underway in some of the bungalows. With some upgrades, this could be much more in line with the rest of the hotel’s quality. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its superb location, engaging entertainment, and excellent pool facilities. A few tweaks in the food and bungalow accommodations could make it an even better experience.

We stayed recently with our 3 year old and had a great time. The water park entry was fab as broke up days around the pool. We’re pescatarian and always found something to eat (there aren’t any specific veggie alternatives and food isn’t labelled - which would be my only criticism but staff answer questions you have about it). Good to have choice of restaurant/pool bar/water park for lunch. Always fresh salad available. Desserts abit lacking. The sangria/wine/beer was drinkable & the paid for cocktails lovely! The rooms are dated & walls are thin.. but realistically how much time do you spend in the room. Little soft play in the kids club our daughter liked & she loved the mini disco in the evenings. Entertainment wasn’t all that, but didn’t bother us in the slightest. Good location, close to flamingo beach but not a lot around if you like a lively area on your doorstep. Would come again 😊
