We had a fantastic family holiday at Relaxia Lanzasur Resort in Playa Blanca and would highly recommend it to families with young children.
The Animation team are truly the highlight of the resort. A special mention to Simoné, Moa, and Brayan, who were outstanding. Their dedication, energy, and genuine care for the kids made such a difference to our stay. The daily activities were fun and well organised, and the nightly shows were brilliant and something we all looked forward to every evening.
We are a family of four from Ireland with a 6 and 4 year old, and the kids absolutely loved the daily kids’ club. They were excited to go every day, which gave us real peace of mind knowing they were happy, safe, and having fun.
Jordi at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were also consistently friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which really added to the overall experience.
We stayed full board and found the food to be plentiful with excellent variety for both adults and children. There was always something for everyone, and we never felt short of options.
Overall, a brilliant, stress-free family holiday made special by the people who work there. We would happily return and recommend Relaxia Lanzasur to other families without hesitation.

We had an amazing stay! The highlight of the hotel was the entertainment staff who were very nice. Special mention to Brayan, Maria, Simone, Kate , Mery y Amy. They did great activities and engaged with everyone :)
Jordi at the reception was also very kind and helped us during our stay.
The food exceeded our expectations, plenty of options for healthy eaters like us :)

We had a great stay. The food was too good, rooms nice and cleaned daily, the staff is really nice and helpful. The gym is fully equipped with weights. The poolside area has a playground, deck chairs, bar with snacks and drinks, one heated and one non-heated pool. Everything is stroller(and wheelchair)-friendly with ramps when needed and an accessible toilet next to the main area, so never too far. The back exit to the beach is very convenient but the door is heavy if you're on wheels and on your own (as otherwise expected), but manageable. Flamingo beach is just a few minutes downhill. The entertainment was a nice touch in the low season (january) and mini club was a hit with the kids. Unfortunately the aqua park was closed for renovations, but it would be brave to go some days. They seem to be slowly renovating the bungalows one-by-one, but we were never bothered with the noise. The hotel supermarket has the essentials with similar prices to other local markets, including Spar (a bit higher than Lidl and Aldi, both about 3 kms away). You can climb Montaña Roja directly from the hotel.

Had such a fabulous holiday, returning home today. We booked for 1 week and made the most of every day.
The animation team is honestly the best animation team that we have ever had, the effort they put into everything deserves +5 stars, from shows like the fire show, the greatest show and the day entertainment: archery, shuffleboard, magic carpet, ping pong, sangria making and many more. The staff are always friendly and happy, they interact with the kids and adults too.
The food at the hotel was lovely, cant complain with anything, all the food was hot and a massive range of choices. The catering staff are lovely too, cant do enough for you, and they are always busy. The pool bar is always full or fresh, hot food and burgers are made on request.
Location wise weve been around these parts before and know it well, there are shops, retaurants and bars just a short walk away which is a lovely day or night stroll.
The rooms are adequate size, but could do with modernisation, when the bathroom is used for showering alot of condensation gathers and makes the room feel damp, not really able to open the windows or doors due to all the flies and little biters! The cleaning staff work hard and are super friendly.
All in all it should be 5 stars but the room does let it down alittle.

A wonderful place to spend time with family. We were there from January 24. The price is very attractive, and in return you get a place full of privacy, good food, cocktails, and fun.
Check-in was quick; the lady at reception was very kind and helpful. We had a few requests that were fulfilled immediately.
Our bungalow was located on the side, not far from the central part of the hotel, which made our stay with a small child very pleasant. There was a great sunny terrace where we relaxed. A huge, comfortable bed and a crib for our child were provided. The kitchen had everything needed for a holiday stay. Beautifully maintained plants all around. Daily cleaning—the ladies who did it were wonderful, kind, and always smiling.
The bar offered tasty cocktails and snacks during the day. The lady making the cocktails really knew her job, just like the chef. The restaurant is large, with the option to eat outside. Breakfasts were repetitive but very good; lunches and dinners were also excellent. Everything was fresh, with good bread and coffee. By the way, water, soft drinks, and coffee were available 24 hours a day. The entire restaurant staff was very polite, understanding, and smiling.
Daily entertainment ensured there was always something fun to do. The pools were clean and warm. There were plenty of sun loungers, and the guests showed great etiquette—surprisingly, they weren’t reserved with towels. The photo sessions offered by Simone in the lobby were beautiful, although unfortunately we didn’t manage to take part; he is a very kind person.
I would like to thank the entire team for the hard work they put in every day, because this is the first time I’ve experienced a place where the entire staff was so exceptionally kind.
