What a fabulous hotel! A group of 15 of us from 3 -65 came for 10 days and we had a blast!
Food was great, always something lovely at all meal times. Water park access was a huge hit!
The animation team were amazing! Special thanks to Annis who was brilliant with our kids especially will! Nighttime entertainment was good and drinks were fab! Rooms are a little dated but the layout and set up are perfect! We had 2 bungalows with an interconnecting door for 5 people so plenty of space. A fab holiday!

The animation team was fantastic and the water park was great. We paid £3300 for 7 nights and unfortunately there is very few good things to say about this hotel. It’s more like a self service hotel. You don’t really get any form of service!
Food is very average! Anything nice is not part of the all inclusive package. You get charged extra for cocktails. They don’t give even a bottle of water! We had to buy water for the room from the overpriced supermarket. We paid 40 euros for 4 towels and if you ask for fresh ones you pay 10 euros every time! The manager said some nonsense about environmentally friendliness but the whole hotel uses disposable cups.
The standards, conditions and maintenance of the room was shocking. The room needed a chemical clean and fumigation. Everything you touched was sticky, dirty and stained. The bed sheets stunk and were stained. The towels were smelly and had holes in them. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable. I can go on and on. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Everything is great in this hotel. It's clean, the employees are funny and professional. They make sure your kids have a good time as well.
The room service is daily and nice! It's great to come home after lunch and see the beds are made up and towels are clean.
The drinks are also nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The location is superb, with easy transfer options via Jet2. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The food was top-notch, offering a variety of healthy options to choose from. The bungalow was well-equipped with its own kitchen and fridge, which was really helpful. I appreciated the complementary water bottle upon arrival. Access to the nearby Waterpark was a breeze, and the hotel's three water pools, one of which was heated to perfection, provided the perfect relaxation spot. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

Great location, friendly staff and good value for money.
The entertainment team comes with great ideas to spend the day like water walking in the pool!! Shows that creativity is the most important thing! Juma (ET) and Luis (LG) are fantastic
Would make it better if meal times were a bit less British so us Spanish families could eat at our normal times 😉
