We have had a fantastic stay at the Relaxia Hotel Lanzarote! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and perfectly maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We emailed prior to arriving asking for a room close to the main pool/ restaurant area due to a member of the party with a disability and were very happy when we arrived and they had accommodated this request we had an excellent location. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and a calm, laid-back atmosphere — exactly what we were looking for. The food was good too, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every day. The kids had the best time and we would definitely return

The rooms are ok. the updated rooms cost more but look no different to the previous ones. Note that if you have any walking issues then bear in mind all rooms are walked uphill to access. We found out once here that if you need a more accessible one then this needs to be requested in advance (still uphill but less steep). Also if you have a tall child it’s probably better to request a full size bed in the living room as the camp bed thing they put in is tiny and doesn’t look very sturdy. My son had to spend 2 nights on the couch before a bed was provided. nice pool area and the entertainment staff are brilliant. their fire show and variety show i would say are the best nights of entertainment. bar closes at 12 but there’s no entertainment once the “main show” has finished which is a bit disappointing. the food needs more improvement. it’s not terrible and can usually find something to eat each night but it is basically the same thing each day. kids could have more choices, themed nights would be better, and better consistency with the cooking. lots of “extras” to pay for including deposit for towels (which you do get back) but there is a charge to change them, mini golf, iced coffee and tea. Feel these should be included in the price for what you pay. Access to water park included in AI. no sunbeds, but they do have deckchairs. Be careful with the float ride as my daughter and son nearly came over the side and hurt her back jumping off float before it went over. The day games are repetitive, could do with some different ideas. Smokers - there is hardly any ashtrays Beware of the poolside umbrellas coming flying towards you as well! Overall it’s a nice hotel. Feel they still have quite a bit of work to do to get the 4* rating they want. Again, entertainment staff make the holiday. Very friendly and welcoming. Shout out to the older lifeguard that is great with the kids. The younger ones just sit and do their jobs with less engagement. Toilets in reception area have no locks on the door so don’t be surprised if someone tries to join you! Jet2 rep is very helpful whether this is face to face or via messaging. Reception staff could do with some customer service training but they aren’t terrible. Beach is a short stroll downhill.Would recommend walking to Marina Rubicon. I would recommend this hotel to others, particularly those with children

From the moment we arrived the staff have honestly made this the best holiday. Hotel is clean and very well maintained. Food is very good especially breakfast, snack bar is brilliant could be slightly more varied but no issues for us always able to pick something. Evening meal great and lots of choice. Entertainment has been fabulous and the team can’t do enough to please the children. Kids have loved every minute and we have been so happy with how they have been spoilt. Shops short distance. Flamingo beach very short walk through back gate. Taxis to town very cheap. On-site shop has everything you need and great prices, open 9-9. Self serve drinks 24/7 which is a bonus. Water park is brilliant, the kids loved it and it was great that the all inclusive could be used there too. Great location and would highly recommend! We’ll definitely visit again in the future! We will miss the daily dances and the friendly staff !

We’re currently spending a wonderful and relaxing week here at Relaxia Lanzasur with our family, and we’re absolutely loving it. One of the biggest highlights for us is definitely the animation team – they bring so much joy and energy every single day and have made our stay even more special. Our daughter especially enjoys spending time with Christian and Sophia during the Blue Carpet – she looks forward to it every day! We truly feel at home here. For me, this is the perfect hotel – everything just fits. I can already say that we’ll definitely be coming back later this year. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great family vacation!

Spent 10 days at this resort. The entertainment staff were amazing throughout the holiday day and night there to entertain not just the children but also the adults. Plenty of fun and games for all the family. Entertainment staff work tirelessly throughout the day and night keeping you entertained. Good fun all round. Hotel was clean. Room service daily. Plenty of food with plenty of different choices to suit all.
