Gorgeous reception. Amazing staff, with the exception of one older, male bar staff member who was generally quite rude and in the wrong job. The place was spotless. The staff were mostly super friendly and helpful. There was sparkling wine on arrival if you wanted it or chilled water. Pool towels were €10 each refundable deposit. Safe was €15 for one week. The rooms are a bit tired but have everything you need and were cleaned daily with fresh towels. The pool area was lovely with plenty of beds. The food was very typical of all inclusive with pork on offer most nights with the exception of once where there was fried beef which was delicious. Im not a pork lover so can't comment on taste but was very repetitive. Breakfasts were great with something for everyone. The waterpark was lovely. There were 4 big slides and a lazy river for adults and a separate play area for kids. The food was great at the waterpark. Food was served buffet style from 12 to 2.30pm with drinks available all day. Pictures are of waterpark food. There were works being done on accommodation closest to the waterpark. The overall finish is great. Excellent quality beds and finishing. We were told these will be available in December 2025 however I believe they are a premium price. They are rather lovely though and the hotel is great. There is a short walk to the beach with plenty shops and restaurants. A 30 minute stroll takes you to Rubicon Marina which is definitely worth it as its gorgeous. A 15 minute stroll takes you to the port where you can get a boat across to Fuerteventura for €15 return. I would definitely return here.

Been here a week and still have time left. Lovely hotel. The entertainment team are amazing especially the fire show that they do themselves which is outside on a Friday, to have an animation team with so much talent is very rare everyone of them are amazing with the kids no matter rain or shine. They never stop and have made my boys holiday. Shout out to Bryan and Mary Jane ❤️

We have been here 1 day and are loving the hotel already! The breakfast and snack bar has everything you want, full English breakfast and plenty of options for lunch. The rooms are spacious and are clean. The splash park I has plenty of things to keep any age entertained. The best part for us so far is the animation and entertainment team. They are so welcoming and get everyone involved especially at the night entertainment. There are day time activities all day. Would definitely recommend the hotel already! The hotel is only a short walk to the beach and the shops. Definitely worth the money for the winter sun.

We had such a wonderful stay. The location is perfect. The animation team were amazing, so many fun activities. Our girls loved the magic carpet and the kids disco. Halloween was really special they went above and beyond to make it really fun. The whole place was decorated with Halloween decorations and even the dining room was Halloween themed. The fire show was amazing. The animation team really made this holiday.

Really amazing experience here. All you need and the kids have enjoyed the hotel as a whole and the Waterpark too. Rooms are basic but have all you need (plus not in them a lot) but a lot of work happening. Animation team are lovely and get everyone going through the day. Different activities all the time and brilliant with the kids. Would recommend x
