Me and my family recently spent 10 nights at this hotel and overall had a good experience with a few highlights worth noting. The location was fantastic—just a two-minute walk to the charming Flamingo Beach, which made our mornings and evenings truly delightful. The entertainment, especially Charlie are really impressive; they genuinely tried to include everyone and even offered a fantastic pool mat experience that was a hit with both my kids, me and my husband. The presence of two heated pools was a definite bonus, making for perfect relaxation spots throughout our stay. In terms of dining, the food quality varied: on some days it was delicious, while at other times the meals seemed undercooked. This inconsistency was the only drawback from a culinary perspective. One area that could use improvement was the bungalow in which we stayed. It felt a bit below the expected standard for a three-star accommodation, even though I understand that renovations are underway in some of the bungalows. With some upgrades, this could be much more in line with the rest of the hotel’s quality. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its superb location, engaging entertainment, and excellent pool facilities. A few tweaks in the food and bungalow accommodations could make it an even better experience.

We stayed recently with our 3 year old and had a great time. The water park entry was fab as broke up days around the pool. We’re pescatarian and always found something to eat (there aren’t any specific veggie alternatives and food isn’t labelled - which would be my only criticism but staff answer questions you have about it). Good to have choice of restaurant/pool bar/water park for lunch. Always fresh salad available. Desserts abit lacking. The sangria/wine/beer was drinkable & the paid for cocktails lovely! The rooms are dated & walls are thin.. but realistically how much time do you spend in the room. Little soft play in the kids club our daughter liked & she loved the mini disco in the evenings. Entertainment wasn’t all that, but didn’t bother us in the slightest. Good location, close to flamingo beach but not a lot around if you like a lively area on your doorstep. Would come again 😊

We enjoyed our stay here. Our Room was clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of food to choose from, but sometimes it took a while to restock the food trays. The coffee machine in the pool bar had insects in it, the other coffee machines were all fine., (so presume it’s because it is outside) There were three pools, one was heated and plenty of Sun loungers. The evening entertainment was good, with some day time activities going on. Location good, walking distance to flamingo Beach but also a very good bus service that takes you around Playa Blanca

Loved this place, the hotel was set out in the style of blocks of 4 villas, each had their own patio, as all was on ground level, like the rest of the hotel complex.Our little villa had a living room, with bed settee, kitchen area, kettle, fridge, microwave. A separate bedroom with two queen beds, very comfy a double wardrobe, a dressing table. Bathroom with hairdryer, complimentary soap/shower gel. We had fresh towels daily, and cleaned. It was a little tired looking, paintwork needed refresh, re grout bathroom but that’s all. Great 3 star. The grounds were kept beautiful,the 3 large pools, one heated, were kept very clean. We were all inclusive and will be trying to lose the extra pounds for a while!! Food was Great,lots of choice,something for everyone.Freshly cooked fish and various meats, lots of veg and salad, excellent cakes and fruit,choice of wine and beer too. The reception staff were great and very hard working and always happy to help. Location was 5 minute walk to flamingo beach, a beautiful man made beach cove, some little shops and restaurants too. We would definitely return,enjoyed a relaxing holiday.

Stayed here for a week in Feb currently on day 4, it's the cleanest hotel I have stayed in the rooms and the environment is spotless. There is always something on for the kids the entertainment team are fabulous always remember names and really get the family involved. The lay out of the hotel is perfect in the main area everything is in a circular shape so allows the kids to have freedom and safety and the parents to relax. The food is on all day and there is enough choice for everyone but not so much that the quality is supplemented. For the price we payed for the holiday I don't expect great things but it has really been a fantastic holiday. Having the access to the water park and easy access gate to the beach from the hotel made everything you needed right on your door step you can not go wrong with the location at all. Would recommend this hotel to any family wanting a break away!
