I just returned from a great week stay with 2 adults and 2 very young children. Staff were excellent with my children, very kind and interactive. Food was good - there was always something for us to enjoy at each meal. Drinks were good, I believe they have introduced a well thought out system where they only serve 2 drinks per person at a time to keep the queue moving at the pool bar, though they could benefit from a second person to make this even faster. Room and facilities were basic but very clean. Children’s playground could use an update as the flooring is uneven. Pool is not heated so a bit chilly in March. But this wouldn’t be a problem in the summer months. Life guard present, who does take the time to inspect and observe that rules are being followed.

Arrived to wait 3 hours for room. Not offered a drink etc. Very noisy hotel in the evening. Staff not welcoming at all. A very quiet resort!! Absolutely nothing in the area at all. 5 euro taxi to town. Limited selection of drinks. Restaurant breakfast selection was good - lunch fair - dinner poor choice. Labelling of food re allergy is zero! Room was fine but poor 5 x weekly 'clean' - no cups washed etc. Overall I would not recommend this hotel and certainly not location.

We are really disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We booked a short simple get away for a relaxing break and found it very difficult to relax here. The hotel room was DIRTY. There were poo stains on the outside of our toilet bowl that hadn’t been cleaned, stains on our bed sheets and stains on our furniture (see photos). The staff were RUDE, we were shouted at by a lady behind the bar for talking in the queue waiting for a drink, they had no manners and all just looked miserable. I feel dirty, unclean and dissatisfied after my stay in this hotel and can guarantee we will NOT be returning. As well as this the food served as part of the all inclusive was also disappointing. We often found hairs in our food and there was also very very little to choose from. In terms of location, there is NOTHING near by except a small irish bar and a couple of tiny shops. To get anywhere slightly interesting or fun you have to have a 20 min taxi journey or 20 min electric scooter ride. There is no evening entertainment and no restaurants near by where we could go to pass the time. We were practically stuck in our dirty hotel room that we wanted to be in as little as possible. DO NOT STAY HERE

Stayed here for 10 nights in Feb 2025. Having read a few negative reviews I wasn't expecting too much. What a surprise, rooms, although a little dated were immaculately clean. All round sea view from balcony which was an added bonus as advertised as pool view. Food was very good {contrary to some previous reviews}. Staff very friendly, special mention to Suzzana who worked very hard with a beaming smile at all times. Basically, you get what you pay for, if you want Cava with your breakfast, look elsewhere. If you want good food in a friendly, clean hotel then this is the place for you. Hotel situated in a fairly quiet area, although Benny[s sports bar, The Goat and Stoners Irish Bar, all very friendly and a couple of minutes walk from hotel. Would definately go back.

For what it is, this hotel was really good. The apartments are basic but perfectly suitable. The all inclusive offering is somewhat limited, but what's there is very good. The pool area is really nice, but the main pool is very deep. It is however a saltwater pool, so is very buoyant. There is a great view of the sea and pool from the balcony and the beds and sofa beds are surprisingly comfortable. The bathrooms are also very nicely layed out. There's also a decent amount of free parking outside too. All in all a very pleasant yet affordable place to stay and I would certainly stay here again 😁👍

Now I am not a complainer but this hotel is waiting to be SHUT DOWN. They are grabbing for any last pennies. It really is a catfish. The hotel has a cockroach infestation 🪳. So bad that they are used to rotating people's room if they complain. I saw 2 in my room on the first night, another 2 on the second to which I went to ask to get the room sprayed and before I could say anything else the security gentleman spoke to his colleague saying 'it is probably more cockroaches' in Spanish thinking I couldn't understand him. He had just moved another couple out their room for the same thing and seems to be a nightly issue they are used to. Then for the food, which is served by lovely staff but is very repetitive and bland! All the visitors I spoke to on our stay said the same thing. Very repetitive and not pleasant. By day 2 you are fed up. Breakfast lunch and dinner are quite similar and equally bland. Chips, dry meat selection, overcooked veg and the blandest soup you'll every have. Different flavoured jelly, profiteroles featuring flies and plain cake for dessert. Dirty cutlery in and outside (where pigeons roam freely over the table, napkins and cutlery). Just overall the worst all inclusive ever. I did not feel the need for it as it offered nothing you would want to indulge in anyway. Definitely missed some meals. The sports courts are at an extra charge (€10/hour) which is very overrated especially when the tennis rackets are poorly and some even broken. The gym has very outdated equipment of which a good handful are broken and out of service. The rest is only accessible if a staff can be bothered to open it. We had to ask for the key to open it ourselves in desperation to use it. Poor entertainment also, although probably the best thing the hotel has to offer. Will not recommend at all. Wish I took more pictures but definitely will NOT be going again. GO AT YOUR OWN PERIL

Had a wonderful holiday here, all the staff were exceptional, best staff I’ve ever had at a hotel, very helpful, nothing too much trouble, very friendly. Room and balcony was big and spacious, very clean. Food excellent, everything you could ever want, lots of choice and delicious. Pool lovely. More than expected! The staff here really make this hotel all the worth, they are so friendly and genuinely love their work... For the price paid you really can't go wrong, the food was nice and different every night with much choice and the complex itself is extremely clean and well kept... and a little "gracias" goes a long way for all the hard workers here, we would definitely return 😀 👍

You get what you pay for. An economy hotel staffed with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are functional and clean, and the beds and towels changed frequently. The food is plentiful, though not the most flavoursome. The shuttle bus is free and takes you to Caleta, which is worth a visit.

Worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!. Please listen to the reviews. We came for New Year. First day in room I was looking at flights to go Home moths and flys everywhere curtains eaten away by them. Food not great at all. I am not a fussy eater but I struggled to eat. Staff worked hard but didn't interact with guests much My son daughter in law and their 2 kids who are 12 and 9 had asked for a family room they were given 2 apartment's which were nowhere near each other. They asked for another room and were told there was none available. Staff were not helpful in the least!! This resulted in the 4 of them in a 1 bed app while the other remained empty as other app was to far away. On departure my daughter in law asked for clean towels so they could get a shower and were told "NO YOU ARE LEAVING TODAY" I COULD GO ON AND ON.....PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!! Not even worth 2 stars

Stayed for 3 nights in March and really enjoyed our stay. The complex is large but everything you need is there - shop, mini market, entertainment, activities etc. Even though we only used the mini market once we found the prices reasonable and a good choice of products. We were B&B and the selection of food at breakfast was plentiful, maybe not all to our taste but we enjoyed the continental and fruit selection. We were in a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View and the room was a really good size with a massive bed and the view over the sea was stunning. Would definitely come back to stay here as the complex is relaxing and spacious and the staff we encountered were always polite and friendly, but next time I’d pick an apartment with sea view over the deluxe double room, purely for the space and extra seating. Kids club is so good here! My 3 girls aged 2,3 and 7 all enjoyed it. There’s something to do for every age and each gender! Even if activities wasn’t out that day the staff was more than happy to get out what children wanted. Mini disco was on every night and this would be the most exciting part of my girls day. They always look forward to a kids disco and it didn’t disappoint. Although could be on for a little longer my girls enjoyed it and was happy so that’s all that mattered. The staff was amazing with all kids even when walking past in the hotel or pool area they always interacted with the kids and us adults! Thankyou to the staff for making my girls holiday fun and super enjoyable! :).

Just recently got back from 5 very relaxing days, we really enjoyed our stay. Everything about the hotel we liked, the room spacious and the bed was very comfy. The staff around the hotel were brilliant and helpful,the food in the restaurant was excellent. We only used the pool in the middle of the complex, and it was a bit cold. We will definitely be back next year.

Amazing hotel! Rooms are a little dated but so clean on arrival and kept cleaned regularly. The pools are lovely. The animation team are just brilliant with the kids. My 3 year old loved each of them! He loved the kids club, it's open twice through the day with soft play, toys and disney songs! Then the mini disco on a night was brilliant too. Absolutely fantastic staff, would definitely visit again.

Use the safe! Our bungalow got broken into along with (at least) one other the same night and 2 others the night before. We thought: food in the canteen was almost OK but at the pool bar it was not good; all inclusive drinks were not good; bungalows are almost ok; swimming pools are good; staff just OK. Just returned from a week the only good thing at the bungalows was the beds were comfortable. Food repeated every day watched chef touching the food with his bare hands no gloves or washing his hands, couldn't get coffee after breakfast in dining room as they switched machines off . Our bungalow was cleaned once in the whole week . Waitress we're nice friendly but anyone higher in rank were rude and unhelpful. On our last day main bar had no water which meant we could get any juice , hot drinks the toilets couldn't be flushed this was from 10am to 9pm that day my husband spoke to reception but they just kept saying be fixed in a hour . It says it a 3 star hotel I'd give one needing to put time into doing it up bungalows badly needing TLC poorly lit at night for walking round area.

We arrived yesterday, for the price we paid each (£200) it’s pretty good value for money, not sure what the reviews are on about. It’s sheltered, the water pressure in the shower is great, everything works fine, beds are comfy enough. They’re quite small bungalows for two people but that’s okay for us. If you’re fussy dont expect it to be a 4 star hotel, the location is on a steady hill not far from shop about a 5 min walk. Plenty of local restaurants. You can see the sea view walking down towards the beach, the people have been so friendly so far. Only things to point out: the receptionist was awful at directing us to our room and you may want to bring a tea towel as they dont provide one but the bathroom comes with 2 towels and 3 loo rolls. Could be more plug sockets around the kitchen. Rooms are a little echoey and walls are thin but as to be expected for Spanish accommodation. There is a pull out bed on the lounge which is handy if you needed it! Plenty of Irish bars, local food and plenty to do. If you want somewhere to stay that doesn’t set the world alight, has a pool down the road and has beautiful local scenery, I’d highly suggest booking it.

The room was ok. Staff weren't helpful, and we had to wait 4 days before a maid gave us a kettle. The location was ok, but I had to walk quite a bit to the main amenities/shops. The town area was a great place with plenty of food areas but not enough shopping halls. Also, there are a small number of drinking areas. Be aware of some young locals in small gangs asking you to buy drugs off them

Our stay at Bungalows Castillo Beach Park was very disappointing. The bungalow was old and had an unpleasant smell. Despite being self catering, we were given just one cup for three people, very little cutlery, and no knife for cutting – it was impossible to cook there. A hairdryer was also missing. On arrival, there were only two towels instead of three, and one duvet was missing for our child. On a positive note, the reception staff were helpful, and the location was good. However, even for a budget option, we’ve had far better experiences camping. Definitely not recommended.

Stayed here last Saturday for one night. It's about a 20 minute uphill walk from the bus station. The man on reception was really friendly and reassured me the apartment wasn't far away, which it wasn't, but felt like a Maze trying to find it with the map provided. The apartment was big in size and functional. For the price paid you cannot expect the ritz, but I was more than happy with it for the cost. The bedroom light and shower didn't work, so I had to have a bath but as I was only staying one night I just reported this on check out. I would come back if in the area as for the price its an absolute bargain. Be open minded and you will enjoy it too!

My very first time to stay at an all-inclusive. Stayed for 4 nights with my best mate and we had one room each. From the time we arrived at Reception to check in to the rime we left, it was all a very pleasant stay. Each room is actually a one-bedroom unit with its own kitchen, dining table and chairs, a sofa bed and individual terrace with outdoor chairs and table. The beds could have been better but you get what you pay for, I guess. There were extra blankets for cold nights in the wardrobe in case you need them. They only supply towels with no toiletries. You are not allowed to use the room towels at the swimming pool so make sure you bring your own. You can get what you need from the supermarket which is about 15 minute walk from the Reception building. Visited in February so not peak season so the only restaurant and bar open at the time was the Restaurant Mirador, where their main swimming pool is also located. Service at the restaurant and especially the bar was very good. Everything was kept clean and tidy. The bartender, Alberto, was especially very pleasant, attentive and helped both just at the bar but also at the restaurant. Food was adequate although I didn't enjoy the cooked meat served at breakfast at all. Lunches and dinners were better with choices of salads, meat, fish, pasta, rice and some vegetables. The complex is not far from the town centre which is where the beach is. There are other restaurants and bars in the town if you'd like to try other things outside of the all-inclusive resort. The whole stay was very reasonable because our booking also included return flights from London Gatwick.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel apartment! The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The receptionist was very helpful with the upgrade request, which made our experience even better. The apartment itself was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. We absolutely loved our time here and will be recommending this place to everyone!

Maintenance outside was amazing, but inside the rooms there wasn't any. There was a lot of mold in bathroom and probably in all of the rooms, just painted over it. It was bit hard with a baby who touches and eats everything. There was clearly water going to somewhere under the floor or inside the wall. Not good. Anyway, location was super and everything outside was kept very well. I wouldn't go again if they don't fix the rooms. I even had breathing problems, but what else can you expect from room like that.

The Apartamentos Maxorata is a beautiful complex set in a stunning area of Corralejo, Fuerteventura. It is not only so convenient to the main concourse of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops but by using the ‘back’ entrance, it is also accessible to Corralejo’s stunning beaches with its myriad of bars and restaurants. We found it spotless and the staff were so charming, professional and attentive that we will return

BEWARE OF BURGLARS!! We recently spent a week at this hotel and on the second night of our holiday our ground floor apartment was broken into, with the burglar climbing in through the bedroom window whilst we were at dinner - we were only out of our room for 1 hour. Thankfully we had a safe, but the burglar went through all our belongings, stealing €28.40, some perfume and a pair of sunglasses. The response of the hotel to this incident was disappointing - whilst we received an apology from the receptionist to whom we initially reported it, we heard nothing from the hotel manager, to whom the receptionist told us she would report the incident. In addition, when maintenance checked the window and discovered that the lock was not working properly, they screwed the window shut so it could not be opened. We were told this would be a temporary solution and the window would be fixed the next day, but no one came to fix the window for the duration of the holiday. This meant that we spent 6 nights with a bedroom window out of which we could not escape, had we needed to in a fire or other emergency, which from a health and safety perspective was unacceptable. On checking out of the hotel we expressed our disappointment to the reception staff that the window had not been looked at further, nor had the hotel manager spoken with us about the incident. We were disappointed to be greeted with a response of 'thank you for your communication' and nothing further. We are very disappointed that neither this incident, nor the distress it caused, appeared to be taken seriously by the hotel. During our stay we were made aware of two other incidents that occurred whilst we were there, therefore, what happened to us was not an isolated incident. If you choose to stay at this hotel please check the security of the windows and be on your guard - especially if on the ground floor. In the interest of fairness, the hotel itself was nice; the bed was very comfortable, the facilities and most of the staff were good, especially the lady who serves drinks in the balcony/lobby bar - she always had a smiling, happy face. The food was also of a good standard for a 3 star hotel. We will definitely NOT be returning though!

Great value in all inclusive. Place is spotless, plenty of beds by the pool (although it's a quiet week). Staff are really friendly, beds are comfy. They gave me my requested apartment. The facilities are great. There are two pools as well as a gorgeous little one for kids. Location is also great. Entertainment guy is also super.

We stayed for a week from 26/01, and had a fantastic time. After the very friendly Sara welcomed us, the check-in process was easy. Some people have an issue with the new rules regarding registering your details. As a lot of other places do it, I really don't see the problem. All you have to do is fill in a form with your name, address, and contact details. The rooms are bright and spacious with a small (but not too small) balcony. The beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of storage space in the large built-in wardrobe. If you are on the edge of the resort and a light sleeper, then I would keep the window closed so you don't get disturbed by road noise, although this is minimal. A safe is available for €2 per day, plus a €40 deposit, which is returned when you leave. The resort is very clean and tidy, and there are plenty of sunbeds around the two heated pools, which aren't at all freezing as other reviews have suggested. Even with temperatures of around 20c, it was perfectly comfortable to be in the pool. Be very careful when exiting the pool, though, as the tiles do get slippery. There is a little mini-mart, with very reasonably priced drinks, snacks, clothing, gifts, and beach towels, as well as a selection of toiletries. The restaurant was excellent, with a great choice at every mealtime, which appeared to be replenished often. Service at the Pool Bar is friendly and prompt, with a selection of spirits and cocktails on offer. Hot drinks, beer, wine, and soft drinks are available at the restaurant and Pool Bar, and are self-service. Many, many thanks to Aurora and Emma for your excellent service. One or two reviews have suggested that the beer is watered-down - I can assure you that it isn't! The plastic cups is a very simple system, whereby you hand over €1 and get a cup which you keep until you hand it back to redeem your deposit. They will happily swap a cup for a clean one. The entertainment was a bit hit-or-miss, but the true star was Mauri with his infectious energy throughout the day. All day, he would be going round the pools, either encouraging people to take part in activities or playing games. Overall, the Arena Beach provides excellent value for money, and we can't wait to go back (with more of the family this time) next April. Neil & Diane, Room 226.

Just back from staying here for a week 12/2/25 , what a fantastic week we had, the hotel is spotless , the staff do a great job of keeping the premises clean and tidy. The rooms were clean and spacious, loved the fact that the bedroom, living area and bathroom are all separate, balcony area is ample sized. Food was lovely and although at times can be repetitive, there is always something that you can eat. Seafood salad was my favourite. Location wise it’s great, it’s about 20 minute walk from the main strip, but there is plenty of shops and bars within 5 mins from the hotel. On our last night we lost electricity in the room and it was rectified within 10 mins of me alerting staff. We loved our stay here so much we booked to come in December while we were sitting by the pool. There is the main pool and then the smaller quieter pool which has a splash pool for young kids. Definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money.

Recently stayed at Arena Beach Hotel and while it had some positive aspects, it ultimately didn’t meet our expectations for the price. The food was decent, though the Christmas meal was particularly disappointing. We were expecting something special, but it fell flat in terms of both variety and quality. Overall, the food quality was average, and the dining experience could have been better. The service was okay, though it could certainly be improved. The reception team was helpful, and we appreciated their assistance when needed. Aurora in the dining room stood out for her friendly and attentive service, which was a nice touch. However, the overall service felt a bit lacking at times. Entertainment was a big letdown. The hotel advertised activities for kids, but nothing really happened beyond a few songs in the evening. Mauri, the kids' entertainer, tried his best, but there was very little engagement for children beyond that. We were expecting more interactive entertainment based on the hotel’s advertising. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. It was a nice place to relax. The rooms were clean but not cleaned frequently enough. For the price we paid, we expected better housekeeping. A more consistent cleaning schedule would have gone a long way. No cleaning on Thursdays and Saturdays as far as I remember. While Arena Beach Hotel had some highlights like a helpful reception team and clean pool area, the disappointing food, lackluster entertainment, and occasional service lapses mean that we likely won’t be returning. For the price we paid, we expected a more polished experience.

Good value for your money. Location is good, a few markets around the campus, 10 minutes walk to central area, where you'll find a lot of restaurants with good selection of food. The bungalow was clean and seamed freshly renewed, with 2 TV screens and decent kitchenette. Wi-Fi was super speedy. On site, on your laziest days, there is a nice pool with a bar and a restaurant around the corner.

We chose this hotel because of the very good price. Our bungalow was a bit old, but offered plenty of space for two people. The grounds and the rooms could be looked after a bit better, because it is actually really nice. After we were a bit shocked by the state of the room on the first day, it was thoroughly cleaned on the second day and some things were replaced, such as the frying pan. Unfortunately, our previous tenant left the kitchen quite dirty, but we cleaned it up ourselves. Overall, good value for money, but not for everyone. If you want to spend the whole day in the hotel, you should look elsewhere.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment , so about half of their rooms will b fitted with solar panels and refurbished. To be honest this wasn't really bothering Us ,as there are two other swimming pools available out there if you need a quieter place. I noticed two bars with food and drinks and also a supermarket in front of the hotel which is great. Entertainment is happening in the afternoons as the main bar is closed at night. Rooms were clean , everything was working ( coffee maker, kettle etc). The bathroom and beds were nice too. The hotel is slightly away from the center ,so if you don't like 20 Minute hikes to the beach , take a taxi 🚕 should be about 4 e. Overall a very quiet,and relaxing place , and I will probably stay there again as it was great. Our room wasn't cleaned,and I never get fresh towels,but our stay was short , and I didn't bother about it anyway. But don't Expect 5star , if you pay a discounted price in High season.

It's ok, seems to be a tourist only location for brits. Pool closes at 6??? Most amenities available apart from the oven, iron or laundry. Could be a lot cleaner as well.

It's a very basic hotel. The food was not the best but was OK, my husband couldn't eat much because he has a fish allergy and it was very repetitive. The beds were like concrete with flimsy blankets and pillows, you had to rent a kettle but no cups were provided. The 'entertainment' was laughable. The gardens were the best part. The view was nice for the beach but you were charged for chairs.

Had a lovely 10 day holiday in Playa Fuerteventura, Costa Calma. Lovely hotel, the room was a good standard size my room was cleaned daily. The restaurant buffet was good I had a different selection to choose most days. Plenty of outside area and right on the beach front with lovely walks along the coast. Staff were all kind, polite and helpful. There is a small onsite shop which is good for a few bits. A few tourist shops just a short 5 min walk up the road. I would return. Great place. Nice a quite.

This large hotel also has an apartment block in addition to the main hotel and sits on the edge of the sea in Costa Calma. It has a buffet style restaurant with a great range of food but gets very busy and sometimes hard to find a table and cups. But it's open various hours and there are quieter times. There is also a snack bar for nibbles at lunchtime or cocktails. In the evening there is the main bar in the entertainment lounge, which also gets queues due to being busy. This also has an outside seating area. Entertainment is OK, typical hotel style with a mix of in-house entertainment and outside singers and acrobats. Room i stayed in on this occasion was very clean, and the cleaners came every day. Had shower, sink, toilet, wardrobes, shelves, drawers, safe, fridge, hairdryer, TV, balcony, sofa, table and chairs on balcony, bedside cabinets, extra pillow and blankets, air-conditioning and mirror. Excellent for disability access. Plenty of elevators. 5 pools - they are cold! With toilets and showers around the pool areas. Plenty of sun loungers with parasols and mattresses. Kids club daily. Has a spa where I had a lovely massage. Also has sauna and jacuzzi. It has a gym but I never went there. It also has a shop which sells gifts and snacks and soft drinks, clothes and swimwear. Another shop sells clothes and a jewellery shop. There is free WiFi throughout the hotel. There are some shops about 10 min walk up the road, which sell gifts, tobacco, snacks etc. There isn't much else around the area. There are hotel cats and hedgehogs which get fed and have their own little tents. Went on a boat trip to see whales and dolphins but sadly didn't see any and I've been to oasis wildlife zoo which is lovely. A very peaceful relaxed holiday.

Just had a week here with family. After a slight delay getting into our room on the first day it was more than made up for by the location, size and standard of what we got. Perfect location near the pool and very clean. All of the staff were friendly and kept it looking clean and tidy. Just a five minute walk from the lovely beaches made the location really good. Lots of places to eat and drink too. Overall very happy with the place and well worth the money for the stay.

After staying in Caleta a number of times over the past 12 years we decided to book The Caybeach as self-catering. This was due to the fact that we know the area and some good places to eat out. Although Caybeach is rated a 3 star hotel with bungalow type rooms, we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and layout of the bungalows. They are basic but well positioned and are very quiet through the night. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the main shops and restaurants with a short walk to the beach. The only critical things I would point out is the sunbeds: These are locked with chains at around 18:00 each day and not opened again until 10:00 each morning with not enough beds available for all guests if the hotel is full! The sunbeds are in need of a very good clean or replacement as they are a very big letdown, being very dirty, unhygienic and lost the structure in many. By structure I mean when sitting on many of them it feels as if you will fall through and are nearly sitting on the floor. One other minor thing is the roof above reception being damaged and looking unsightly, but I would think the management will be onto this issue. If these issues were corrected, then this hotel would have provided everything we or anyone would need from a self-catering holiday. Well worth booking and will certainly return for the right price.

Visited Jan/Feb 2025. Although a 1* jet2 rate it 3* and I agree. The apartments were clean and well maintained, been painted inside and outside recently. The kitchen was well equipped including an electric kettle, (some apartments still have on the stove kettles). On my last two days all the mattresses were being being renewed, got to sleep on a new one for my last night! The wifi was good in the rooms. Had to pay a refundable deposit for the TV remote. The only English speaking channels are news channels.

Bungalows are spot on, stayed here a few times now however this time not a happy ending. Had to fight for sunbed at 10am as standard and upon returning from a stroll before 11am find our towels removed from the beds because they can't be reserved anymore than an hour? 1: we were back within the hour 2: no other towels removed and still haven't as I'm sitting here now? The other thing that's left us sour to the caybeach caleta is that our last day tomorrow we are not allowed a late checkout (no worries), but to be told there isn't a shower available for us in the afternoon isn't great for us as we have a late flight. Like I say not our first time here but maybe our last with lack of sunbeds and staff not really caring. Such a shame as bungalows are great and location is great.

Felt safe despite half the complex easily accessible by walk up by the general public, if they made the effort to walk over. Good connection for walking around the area and shops. Be careful the speeding drivers when crossing roads.

Loved this place - ideally situated for bars and restaurants. Clean rooms, some have been refurbished more than others but ongoing. Service - could not fault it, we had odd issue and this was resolved within a couple of hours at most. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area clean and well kept upto. Pool attandant/lifeguard could not have been more helpful - constantly cleaning if anyone spilt anything, making sure the area was clean and tidy down to polishing the rails around the area. Will, without a doubt, rebook.

But apartments certainly only 3*. Quite basic with not a lot of storage space. Some staff very friendly others not.

Not luxury by any stretch of the imagination but obviously the price reflects this. For what it is this is perfectly fine accommodation for a nice break in wonderful Corralejo. Clean, nice pool, nice and quiet (no annoying generic dance music). Other than check in we didn't really have much interaction with the staff but they seemed nice enough. Room cleaned twice during our week stay, guess one more clean would have been nice but not the end of the world. For the right price would def stay here again.

Stayed here for Christmas. The rooms are very clean, great size, tidy, decent size bathroom. However the bed is awful. You just sink. I couldn’t sleep. You can hear everything but this time of year it’s pretty quiet. Pool is lovely. Lots of sun-loungers. Great location. Everything is walking distance. About 35 mins from the airport.

Stayed for 2 nights in February after completing a sailing course based at Correlejo. Friendly reception, clean spacious en suite room with kitchenette. I was unexpectedly upgraded to a sea view upon arrival which was a lovely surprise, and the small balcony provided views over towards Lobos and Lanzarote. The block is within a few minutes walk from the town centre with a wide choice of bars and restaurants. Good value. Would recommend.

Great place! City center is 5/10 min walk there are surfshops and such nearby. Also supermarkets as spar and hyperdino. I found out the last night there was a really nice roof terrace at the other building. There are washing machines and dryers near the swirly stairs wich came in handy as i forgot to pack properly. There is a nice pool (i guess did not try) good value for a nice clean place. Helpfull staff at reception can help with things like renting boards and whatever. Did not try the breakfast but i guess its nice. (Only had some snacks from the bar/snack afternoon menu) there is a sort of office for people who work remotely wich looked nice and quiet for those who need that. Closeby is a fantastic chinese shop (idk but its a spain thing) store thas has everything. Flipflops hair elastics sunglasses .

The receptionist was very polite and provided us with all the information we needed about the hotel. She also escorted us to our room, which contributed to a very professional experience. The apartment was well-equipped and beautifully decorated. There are free fitness classes available during the week. I attended a yoga class one morning, and it was perfect. The swimming pool is heated, which is a nice bonus, especially during the winter months. There is also a small bar with very reasonable prices where you can get snacks as well. Definitely recommend. This was our third visit to Surfing Colours in Corralejo, and our first time staying in a 1-bedroom apartment with our son. As always, the hotel didn’t disappoint in terms of location and overall experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable base for our family. The lack of air conditioning wasn’t an issue during this visit, given the cooler weather. However, the lack of AC would be the only downside for a summer stay, as it could get quite warm. Overall, another great stay, and we can’t wait to come back next January!

Really nice hotel, friendly staff and a lovely complex with some nice pools and plenty of sun loungers to choose from. Please feed the cats at the cat cafe part - if you like cats. They are lovely and lots of people leave them dry food and some pouches. They are so friendly. The housekeeping days are not made clear at check-in and some of the families/guests seem to make a lot of noise at night/early in the morning so the hotel don’t enforce any kind of noise reduction policy. I would have expected to see some more recycling bins within the room(s) or within the complex given how important sustainability is. The mini golf course was fun, although I lost so went in a huff! The supermarket has everything you need and the buffet style dinners are really good. I liked BBQ night and we also tried Mexican night. I’m only saying 4/5, not 5, because of the lack of clarity around housekeeping and the lack of management of guest noise. This is a cracking hotel.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Las Marismas de Corralejo for 10 days last September, and from start to finish, everything was simply perfect. The hotel's location is ideal, and the entire property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provides a wonderful atmosphere for a getaway. A special mention must go to Claudia an employee of the resort. She is an absolute credit to the team, as are all of the incredible staff. We are already counting down the days until our return this June! We highly recommend it!

Just back from a week in Las MARISMAS, great hotel with three pools, one for children, plenty of very comfortable sunbeds. Beautiful grounds that are exceptionally clean and well tended. The accommodation is huge, two patio windows, one into the big bedroom, large beds and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, ceiling fan. Other patio doors into living space, extra sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette, ceiling fan. Large bathroom with powerful shower over bath and twin sinks. Pool towels provided. Everything very clean. We were ground floor 1109/1110 ( these rooms don’t get the sun so good for the hot months) patio table and three chairs and outside drying space. We were all inclusive, the food in the restaurant was excellent, different theme each night with lots of variety, breakfast was really good with a station cooking fresh eggs, bacon and waffles, we didn’t use the restaurant at lunchtime as we were out and about. Fantastic evening entertainment with a different singer/s each night. Hotel location is good, beach a 15 min stroll and town about the same. All staff very friendly and efficient, on arrival we were greeted by Denise on reception who was really great. Our only negative is the all inclusive drinks on offer, red, white & rosy wine ‘on tap’ was awful, also the cocktails for all inclusive very poor. If you paid for the cocktail it was a very different drink. In the restaurant we ended up purchasing wine only to find out that the same wine was in the all inclusive package in the bar! When paying my bill on leaving I did ask about the ‘wine situation’ only for the receptionist to show me the hotel brochure with which states ‘ local wine with evening meal’ for all inclusive. This didn’t stop us enjoying our holiday just didn’t make any sense.

I rented an apartment in your hotel and while everything else was fine and the location was fantastic, very close to the beach, I had a serious issue. Under the roof of the solar terrace, I noticed several beehives. I am allergic and was extremely frightened. I reported this to a staff member, who took pictures and assured me that the problem would be addressed. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it. I am attaching photos of the hives. Our apartment was located right next to a shopping center with bars and nightclubs, so it was a bit noisy in the evenings, but we didn’t mind at all—in fact, it was convenient to have places to go out nearby! Next to the apartment, there is a large plot of land with abandoned buildings. Apparently, a major construction project is set to start there soon, so it’s worth keeping that in mind. That being said, the hotel itself is very nice and definitely worth visiting.

We are stuck in a smelly dungeon, with a view of a wall facing the parking lot. NO WINDOWS!!!. No A/C so we opened the terrace door to the parking lot and were invaded by mosquitos. There is a very very tired couch that smells like vomit. The bathroom is good and beds are acceptable. I read that they have a problem with theft during the day, so you MUST pay to use the safe (not bad, about 2 euros per day), but you MUST keep your valuables in the safe. The hotel does not accept any responsibility for the frequent break ins. Read the complaints and the hotel replies. So basically, it looks like anyone can break into your room while you're not there and waltz around, no consequences.

This was the best holiday ever. Everything within walking distance. No need to drive anywhere else 🌟 Because of this holiday we Booked it with a ground floor apartment for 3 weeks, 9 months later as heated pool! All change! When arrived was told we had upstairs apartment! Told them not happy with this was given a choice a ground floor one that hadn't been cleaned. Because of my condition we had no choice but to take this ant infested apartment. Going to the pool next morning it was freezing ( not heated ) when questioned reception about this was told that they couldn't get the part needed. So, I had three weeks off no pool, no refund or discount offer, and no response from email's asking for refund for not supplying as advertised! Lovely place, badly managed! The privately managed properties are better value and they look after there customers better!

The location was great, it was really close to the shops and about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach (depending on how fast you walk). I recommend going to the market, you have to go up a hill a little but it is amazing especially the jewelry stall. The food wasn't as good as we expected it to be, it wasn't really traditional but it depends on what you like, it could have been better. The cleaning staff were super nice and they always left clean towels everyday, you did have to put the towels in the bath but that makes total sense in my opinion. The beds were really comfy and the balcony made it really nice to sit out in after you had had a pool day. The lady behind the bar was really nice, I have to add. You did get snacks behind the bar in between lunch and dinner/ breakfast and lunch which included: burgers, sausages, cakes, etc. One day during our 2 weeks it rained but the staff were absolutely lovely and provided sandwiches (really tasty). The room we had was really spacious, it had a living room in which the sofas were quite comfy, the bathroom was small but nice. It doesn't have AC but they do provide a fan which ultimately cools down the room and it really does work even if we did have the the AC we wouldn't have had to use it - the fan did work really well. There is wardrobes in the bedroom and bedside tables. The only thing I could complain about was the fact there was ants in the room, not many but a few. That is literally the only thing and would not stop us from coming back again. Finally, it was really safe to walk around and would definitely recommend Caleta de Fuste to anyone.

For the money, this is a great value hotel. We only did bed and breakfast, so I can’t comment on the lunches and dinners but I can say that the buffet breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice. Our room had a seating area with a sofa and fridge. Our balcony was huge! It was like having our own terrace. The room was a bit shabby in places, but clean and comfortable. The staff at this hotel are so friendly. Only too happy to answer any queries. The location of this hotel is amazing. A short wall to the beach and there are so many restaurants and bars close by. Anything you want to eat or drink, you’ll probably find it. I recommend Punjabi Masala if you like India food. It’s a short walk away. The supermarket and tourist shops are also very close. Would love to stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. All the staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly. The room was basic but clean and comfortable (we had one of the refurbished rooms). The food was great, I was pleasantly surprised after reading other reviews. It's a small hotel so there isn't the same amount of choice as some of the bigger all inclusives I've been to, but that's to be expected. But there was never the same evening meal twice, it was a different theme each day. I really don't understand some of the comments left by others about the food, especially for the price. It's a budget hotel and the food, service and room exceeded our expectations.

Another trip back to SMY Tahona and again a great holiday. The hotel itself is I believe in the process of refurbishment, but even the older rooms are completely fine - comfortable, clean and big enough. The staff are all brilliant, helpful and hard-working. A particular mention for Luis who always has a smile and can't do enough to help. The food is very tasty (we didn't need to add salt or pepper once) and very varied with plenty of choice. The dinner selection changes everyday. There is no chance of anyone going hungry here! The pool bar is the only bar that is open, which can make it a biy cold when the wind is up at night, but an extra layer sorts that out. Again service there is very good, the only issue we had was with the loud, opinionated and openly racist British people around the pool, but that isn't the hotel's fault. The location of the hotel is great, only a few minutes walk from any part of Caleta. We will definitely be back!

Room not good needs an overhaul. Pool freezing even the heated one and around the pool cleaned once in 10 days. Staff pretty good, always helpful and cheerful considering the hours they were working. Breakfast great , the other meals not so , but places to eat within a 10 minute stroll. We won't return.

We booked this apartment through our local ,Border Travel. It's a family room (3 adults) with two bedrooms. When we entered, we were a bit underwhelmed, to be honest. Everything was far too small, even the balcony. In the bedrooms, there was no room to put your cases, but there was a small wardrobe. The noise from the roof disco music p----- us off a bit. However, we just got on with it as there was no other solution. Breakfast on the roof was excellent, though. This apartment complex is not for kids or older people, I would think.

Our first night was interrupted by the music, and kept the twins awake until early morning. I wanted to leave there and then, but Lorena & team were so supportive and explained the music at that level was a one off event. We stayed, and I’m so pleased we did. The apartment was super clean, all the staff were very welcoming, the location was perfect, close to park, the town and beach. The gardens and pool were well maintained and it was absolutely great value for money! We want to say a huge thank you to the team for making our stay so perfect! ♥️

We stayed at Bristol Sunset Beach for just over five weeks. While these apartments are suitable for a short stay—they’re not ideal for a longer visit. The apartment had limited storage, with only 5 coat hangers for a space that sleeps 4 so we ended up buying extra hangers. There are no drawers or shelves which meant we lived out of our suitcases and used the ironing board to put things on. On the positive, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was fairly well-equipped but again not enough for a family of 4. However, our apartment had a very shaded, unappealing outlook so it didn’t encourage us to cook or enjoy evenings on the balcony. Although cleaning wasn’t included in our booking, fresh sheets, towels, and supplies were always available upon request. Unfortunately, our apartment (32H) was directly below the rooftop gym, and the noise from slamming medicine balls and pounding feet starting around 8 a.m. made it impossible to have a relaxing holiday lie-in - we thought the roof would cave in some mornings. The pool, while a nice addition, is small with only 16 sunbeds for the whole of the complex, so we resorted to striking a deal with a hotel close by which allowed us to pay to use their pool and facilities. That said, there were some positives: the laundrette was very convenient, Netflix was a nice touch, and the reception staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is great, just on the edge of the old town, with a lovely 10–15-minute coastal walk into the center. Would we stay here again? Unfortunately, no, but we do appreciate the efforts of the team and the fact it is a budget accommodation. In our opinion its only suitable for a few nights stay.

We stayed here for a week in March. Hotel is a 5 min walk from the marina and one end of the main drag of shops, restaurants etc. There are 2 supermarkets within 2 mins. The sea is across the road from the front of the hotel. Beaches are a walk into the main areas of town. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good selections at breakfast. The room was spacious but the sofa bed was really uncomfortable as a sofa (didn't use it as a bed). Nice gardens and pool area. When we went the pool area was never crowded. Enjoyed are stay.

Firstly the staff were extremely polite and friendly, the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main part of town with plenty of variety for places to eat and drink. There is a roof top bar which gets very lively at the weekend with live acts, it's lovely but very loud if you are below it. So if you have young children I probably would try and avoid it. The reason for my 1 star for the premises is simple, this is the bed my 4 year old had to sleep on..... I was wondering why she was coughing so much at night yet fine during the day, my wife contacted Jet 2 holidays regarding issues but they could not offer another option until our second to last day. Simply unacceptable

Had a wonderful week in this lovely hotel. It is only small but very clean and the rooms were spotless. The House keeping lady was fantastic. Our room was cleaned to perfection every day. The only downside is the glass window separating the bathroom to the bedroom. Even though there is a blind you can still see the reflection though the glass. Even though my hubby and I have been together 32 years, I don't particularly want to see him on the loo!! Because the hotel is quite away from the town centre and restaurants we used to walk into town(about half an hour) and get a taxi back. Taxis were always available and only cost 6 euros. We did think the hotel would benefit from an evening meal service. However, we had a brilliant sea view from our balcony an the views were spectacular. Breakfast was great with a variety of choices. We will certainly be back. Thank you to all the staff too who were so helpful and pleasantly.

Great small Hotel which we like. On the very edge of Corralejo great for a chilled out escape right on the beach. If you want to get into town you can walk via the beach but it takes about 50 minutes or by road in about 40 minutes . But Taxis are readily available from reception for between 8&9 euro. The hotel is very good and breakfast is more than acceptable with a great selection of hot and cold buffet, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect hotel for us - loved the walk into Correlejo and very cheap to grab the bus or a taxi back. Also loved having the dunes on our doorstep in the opposite direction. Apartment was huge and one of the older ones, but very clean and super seaview, balcony and terraces with seats and sun loungers. The cafe at the entrance is good too - friendly staff and nice to grab some food and water to take to the dunes for a day of sunbathing. All credit to the staff - they always seem happy, laughing with each other as they go about their day. The groundsman works constantly and the place is always immaculate. Fab hotel and would definitely return.

We have stayed at this lovely quiet hotel 5 times, and will keep going back! The location is about 1.6mile walk to the centre of Corralejo, and 1 mile to Campenario Shopping Centre! It's right on the beach front and has Beautiful views! The rooms are excellent light and airy, and the room maids work really hard! The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful! The breakfast is a superb buffet style, with a good choice! The service staff are Excellent and graft all day long (especially Pepe, who is very caring and always busy). Infact we are so happy at Tao Caleta, we've booked again 3 times 2025! Work hard to enjoy life in Fuerteventura 🏖❤️

Staff were all excellent - very helpful, polite and customer focused. Would come back here again.

Entertainment fine but I found the area a bit boring if you want more than beach and shops all selling the same. However as it's the hotel I'm reviewing I'd give it 5 as it was perfect for what we wanted. Forgot to mention heated pool not heated every day as sold in description. This must be addressed.

I feel some of the reviews on here are unfair (especially the ones complaining about the new hotel being built opposite as that is fully out of the hotels control and we never heard a thing) so I wanted to leave a review. Have just returned from our first family holiday and really enjoyed ourselves. Rooms are spacious and clean. The shops and beach are not far to walk. The pool area was clean at all times and the pool kept tidy. Clean entrance when arriving. Of course there were the standard maintenance issues being one out of the 2 rooftop pools being out of order, the jacuzzi is out of order and the ladies toilets pool side out of order too but this did not effect our stay. The hotel was 10 minutes away from the airport and for us was lovely watching the planes fly over. All staff couldn’t be friendlier and went out of their way to help us, especially in the evenings when we needed our bottle filling up with milk for bedtime and on the first night when we didn’t require the travel cot that was ready for us when we arrived. A staff member was up within 10 minutes to remove and make up the sofa bed. The variety of food choice for a 3 star I think was great. There was always something for us to eat (including our 16 month old). Please don’t go in thinking gormet because it isn’t but for what we paid it was more than enough selection (even if it was pizza, chips and veg). Puddings were ok too! Selection of hot and cold drinks (including beer) available at the pool and restaurant. My only advice for the hotel to help improve is where and when possible, perhaps fix the few issues stated to prevent people complaining (as I say we were not bothered). For us though, we found that there wasn’t much to do with our little girl. The children’s entertainment started really late and she was really tired before having chance to join in, also maybe start it earlier and have it running for a little longer as they only did 4 quick songs on the night we managed to keep her awake. Same with the evening meal times as we found 18:30 a little late for our baby as she was starving hungry by then. The snack bar is a great thought however the food was always cold and never properly covered over after others helped themselves. All in all though we have come home very happy yet sad to have left as we felt for what we paid, the hotel was amazing.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Costa Caleta hotel last week, I cannot fault the hotel in any way especially for value for money in comparison to lots of other hotels. Our room was spotlessly clean aswell as the pool, restaurant and bar areas etc. The food was delicious, especially the lunches, the only room for improvement could be better desserts at evening meal. There was building work over the road which we were aware of before travelling however we hardly heard any noise and didn’t affect us one bit! Self service for a nice cold Amstel beer at the pool which was great and also their wines and sangria were great. It’s also in a great location for the beaches and bars and restaurants etc nearby. And I can’t forget all the staff who were very friendly and hardworking. Thanks Costa Caleta for our stay and the pool view room. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family 😎

Had a lovely relaxing week in Caleta, the Hotel was ideally placed just off the Town and a 5 minute walk to the volcanic coastline and Sandy Beach. The staff were very friendly, attentive and always on hand, food choices varied, and plentiful, lots of sun beds, and good entertainment in the evening in the lively Bar. My only gripe is the WiFi generally doesn't reach the rooms however is ok in the communal areas. We went at the right time for a peaceful stay (December) however I wouldn't want to go in the height of summer, I would guess too many children may change my view. Try the rooftop for even more peace although the roof pools were not in use during our stay. 20 minutes from the airport is also a bonus.

Lovely, clean, friendly hotel. Choice of pools. Spa. Games room. Kids park for little kids. Good fresh tasty food, buffet style, can get a little repetitive if you're here for a week but they also have an Italian restaurant on site that you can book for one night of your stay. My son and I stayed in a lovely spacious 1 bedroom apartment. At some points of the day there was no sun on the balcony but it was sunny on balcony outside the front door so I sunbathed there. Don't expect perfection, the room and venue has some very minor flaws but it wouldn't stop me from recommending or returning! Family friendly, mixture of couples, groups, older people and families with kids. My son has a disability and all staff and even guests made him feel very welcomed and included. Overall it's a quiet & peaceful resort, with entertainment for an hour or 2 in the night time. Located opposite sand dunes and within walking distance (10/15 minutes) to supermarket and town. The hotel is picturesque, based in a beautiful setting, with beautiful views of neighbouring islands. The staff were amazing - shout out to Ramses who made our stay extra special. We look forward to returning!

The staff work hard to make the hotel work however it doesn't make the grade as an all inclusive hotel. Very little to no entertainment if you did stay in the hotel all day. Very limited drinks available, you can't even get a tea or coffee other than poor quality from a machine in a cardboard cup. The drinks kiosk closes at 11pm and nothing available after that, not even to purchase. The weather hasn't been amazing this week and other than your room, there isn't anywhere you can go if it rains. A covered bar would be ideal in this situation. The only snacks available outside of meal times seem to be danish's left over from breakfast. Not ideal if you have children with you. My view is that this hotel is definitely not set up for all inclusive. They also hold a happiness day twice a month. The only thing they did as far as we could see was to ask people to post a good review, encouraging a 5 star rating whilst they watched until it was completed. Once the staff member could see the review on trip adviser, you received a free cocktail token! It's all inclusive!!!! Apparently you could get a pina colada as the options available normally are so limited! Oh but only if the person serving at that time can make them!

Really pleased with the week stay in January. We booked an apartment which is a little walk away from the main hotel, but the apartment was super and had its own pool area/loungers which we used every day. The pool was chilly but the loungers were quiet and could easily get a good spot. The main pool with the the flumes was heated and lovely to swim in. The meals were fantastic, so many choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The evening entertainment was great, especially the acrobat trio. Really close to the town and beach to walk to.

Stayed recently in the 07 Aloe Corralejo hotel. On arrival we were given a room in line with our special request, so we were delighted with that. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Access was ok, however there are no lifts available if you have issues with stairs. The pool areas (2) were more than adequate in size, kept very clean and had plenty of sun beds available. One of the pools was more suited to families with children as it has two big water slides. The food was of a high standard although it did start to get a bit repetitive after a week. Also some of the food could be kept hotter. Even when freshly replenished, which was quite often, it was only “warm” at best. I can’t praise the staff at this hotel enough for the way they deal with everyone. Each and every staff member that we came across, no matter what their function couldn’t have been more pleasant. Even the gardener going around doing his job would give you a big smile and an hello every time you passed them. The staff all seem very happy in their work. The only downside to this hotel is its location, which is quite far out from the centre of Corralejo, although quite easily accessible by taxi or a good walk if you are able for that. Also the evening entertainment is not really of a great standard despite the fantastic work of the entertainment crew. The area where this evening entertainment takes place also needs a major upgrade. It feels as though it was out there as a last minute thing without any thought whatsoever, dark, dreary and not very inviting. However all in all a very enjoyable, relaxing holiday.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable — everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from every day. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the activities and entertainment team. They went above and beyond to create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere. Their enthusiasm, creativity, and genuine care made every day exciting and full of joy. Whether it was games, informative or daily sports activities they kept the energy high and made sure everyone was having a great time. A special shoutout to Dani (if I remember correctly) whose great energy and warm personality stood out. Dani not only made every activity fun and engaging, but also gave us some fantastic tips about exploring the island, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Thanks to them, we made great memories and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We can’t thank them enough for the positive energy they brought — they’re a credit to the hotel and a big reason why we would love to return. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in brilliant location. Very clean & well cared for hotel. Breakfast was great, evening meals were ok, but that’s nature of buffet type serving of food, so can’t really complain. Evening entertainment very good but sometimes long queues at bar due to limited staff. Activity staff were all very enthusiastic. Must mention Paula who went out of her way to give us the Discover Fuerteventura talk on a 121 basis as missed time slot, very informative & well presented. Will we come back, I would say so!

Palo Santo

I went there with my boyfriend for 4 days. We had so much fun. The hotel is very nice, it might be one of the best in the neighborhood! However, we paid an extra for a view on the sea, which we had but nothing compared to the photos on booking ( see in the pictures), and there was nothing closer to the sea, so I Think this is the best view on the sea you can get…The food was good but a little bit the same every night, not so savory but it was okay for the price and for 4 days. Some shops and beaches are accessible by foot. Be careful if you don’t rent a car like us, on Sunday mornings there are no buses to get to the airport, so be prepared to pay 170€ to the airport as it is very very far (85km).. Finally, the hotel was nice, we had fun and the weather was great!

A truly lovely experience! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the kids' club was a great highlight for our little ones. It would be wonderful to see even more activities and a structured schedule for the kids in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—the food was delicious, the room was spacious, and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Looking forward to coming back!

This is an amazing hotel. This is our second visit, we travel a lot and rarely return to the same hotel, however this place is exceptional. It's exactly as described. The rooms are spacious airey and kept immaculate, the pool area is 5 star and beautiful. The restaurant always has a great mix on offer and drinks are included. The staff here are all lovely and respectful/helpful. The location is great, the Jandia area has the most beautiful beaches in all of the canaries. Special mention to Danny and his team, they do a great job entertaining young and old with a variety of exercise classes and children's entertainment.

This hotel went to a bankruptcy and now it is a community of apartments and holiday apartments. The pools are newly refurbished and it looks lovely. At the moment many apartments are empty. For this reason it was a very peaceful holiday. Only a few families enjoyed the 4 pools. There is no hotel service like bars or entertainment but the pool and the garden are maintained daily. We booked a lovely newly renovated apartment. It is the most well equipped apartment I have ever been to. We had a great time. The shopping street with restaurants and the beaches are in walking distance. A few things are still waiting for refurbishment.

It used to be a hotel with serviced apartments but it is now a community of apartments and holiday apartments. Pools have been newly refurbished and apartments renovated since many are being sold. The location is great and it’s walking distance to the center, the beaches and the shopping centers. The bars and the restaurants are for the moment close but it has resulted in a much more quiet, restful and less crowded place. There is security 24 hours and the men in the reception are quite helpful and nice.

Would have had a great time had the hotel not been ordered into lockdown due to the spread of corvid 19. Don't book a basic room. We upgraded the very next morning. The new room was simple but adequate and had a sunny balcony. We also had to upgrade to half board as no one was allowed out of resort as as Covid had just started... the breakfast and evening meals were SUPERB, as were the vast majority of staff (2 were not friendly or smiley). At the time the Spanish government ordered all hotels to close, so we had to rearrange a repatriation flight home a week earlier. The hotel would not refund our upgrade money for our second week which griped a bit. Not many photos, but the garden and pool areas were excellent, but these too were closed after 3 days of arriving.

Visited on my lads stag doo, great place, not sure about all the apartments boarded up we only seen 2 and that is fare back in the resort which is massive you cant see them unless you go looking, does have residents staying there also but the place was ideal for us, rooms clean, has everything you need for self catering, great location, one pool was shut but had 3 others which were a good size, no putting towels out for sunbeds there are hundreds, pool bar was open each day with very friendly staff, served breakfast and had a lunch menu, happy hour from 3pm, we would definitely visit again. don't be put off with some of the reviews.
