Have enjoyed a wonderful week here with my wife and daughter
The room- comfortable and clean and spacious.
The food- lovely and varied. Specialty nights for Spanish, Mexican, Italian etc
The pool- huge and plenty of sun loungers
The staff- a lovely friendly bunch of hard working people
The guests - well looked after and content.
A big thank you to all.

I stayed at this resort for a week at the end of August.
The rooms are basic, but with the Spanish sun, you don't stay here very often. Basic amenities are provided. Towels and bed linens are changed almost daily or regularly.
The food is fine, not high quality, but acceptable considering the value for money this resort offers. The staff do their best to keep everything running smoothly. Tables are cleared quickly and prepared for the next guests. The food is also plentiful and regularly replenished.
The restaurant could better be described as a food hall. The decor is terrible. There's no decoration at all. If someone drops a spoon, it echoes throughout the entire room. Very loud and lacking ambiance. I felt like I was in a temporary dining room. Decorations on the ceiling, curtains, a plant on the table, walls in a different color? Just a few simple, inexpensive ideas for a nice decor and to reduce noise.
In the evenings, I find it unacceptable that guests have to wait up to 15 minutes before it's their turn to order a drink. I know staff are expensive, but a good all-inclusive service ultimately delivers the right quality and quantity for guests. Sometimes a restaurant employee helps behind the bar. But this is from around 10:30 PM, while all-inclusive drinks can be ordered until 11:00 PM.
The outdoor terrace also needs some decoration to make it more inviting.
After 11:00 PM, there's no queue, of course, as people with "young" children go to bed and you have to pay for your drinks.
The central area of the resort is spacious and well-maintained. The palm trees could use some maintenance by tending to their trunks and removing dead branches. This makes the view from a second-floor balcony even more beautiful. (See video)
Just like in the restaurant, I found the staff friendly and helpful.
My advice is to rent a car to explore the island. We did that and we liked it very much.

Not the best. The food was awful, I’m 18 weeks pregnant and was unable to have a full meal as the food was uncooked. Sausages at breakfast were still raw. Lunch and dinner was the same, the food wasn’t edible. We spoke to the receptionist about this and they didn’t care.
We also played bingo and won. They took 60% of the winnings.
The hotel itself was lovely, good location and rooms were okay. The pool is very salty.
The bars only had one member of staff on at once so you’ll be waiting 30 minutes for a drink.

Reception
Easy check in and was given a food parcel as we arrived late.
Marie was lovely, welcoming and attentive.
Location
10 mins from the airport, nothing local, but a 10 mins cab ride to the market and a couple of shops is about £3.
There is a nice Irish pub round the corner called stoners.(Do a great roast on a Sunday and have karaoke most nights)
Room
Our room had a pool view. Accessed via lift.
Room was clean, large bathroom , hairdryer, toiletries. Towels etc.
Kettle and fridge , TV , sofa
Balcony with table and chairs and airer.
Pool/pool bar
Large salt water pool , a bit dated, plenty of sun loungers, not so many umbrellas.
Pool bar , good drinks but only one bar person so long queues. Two drinks per person.
Pool tables x 2
Shop.
Two shops , convenience and souvenir, games room and gym. (Didn't check these out)
Entertainment
Awful
Food
Average, not very hot.
Breakfast was the best , after that not so great.
Drinks machines hardly ever working.
Snacks awful, dry burgers, plain dry ham sandwich.
Main Bar
Basic and again only one bar person, so long queues, good measures though.
No lighting outside bar area and no ashtrays either, everyone was using a papercup with a bit of water in it.
Please be mindful , nothing here for children.
Would I stay again No.

You get what you pay for and we it's exactly what we expected. A decent budget holiday.
Location is great, easy transport links, taxis readily available, short walk to nearest town. Rooms were very good, beds comfortable, clean, room service almost daily.
The pool is a very good size and plenty of loungers available. Pretty much sun all day long. Love to see a pool bar, only downside is that one had to get out of the pool to order drinks. There were pool activities throughout the day but those became repetitive. So is evening entertainment as all is pretty much run by one guy.
All inclusive food & drink could be better, cocktails aren't really what they are described and you never knew what you will be getting. Food was repetitive but there was variety for different diets. Again this is reflective of the cost so we didn't expect anything different. I would say that for those with dietary requirements, this may not be the best option as labels were often inaccurate, non descript. However, the thing that really let this hotel down was the service. Most staff unfriendly, would barely say hi/bye. One receptionist even said that she's finishing her shift now so will not be dealing with our question. A spillage in the restaurant and after being informed, they decided that laying tables is more important than health and safety.
Overall a decent visit, everything we expected it to be, but our expectations were pretty low due to the cost of the hotel. A cheap and cheerful holiday if simple is what you are after.
