Staff really friendly. Paul on reception was really helpful all week. Kids club and the entertainment was brilliant and got everyone involved. We had an issue with noise in the room above us and they got us moved quickly. Food was ok, not much selection, could be improved with better labelling. Location is good, a 5 min taxi ride to main shops/beach. A change machine in the arcade would help being so far from the shop. The hotel was actively making improvements throughout the week. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We've just come back from a family holiday with a 13 month old and an eight year old. We loved the resort. The pools (yes cool but you get used to it) and food were great. A lovely walk to the beaches and town. Don't listen the negative reviews. Our room was slightly dated but very clean. They are in the process of refurbishing and I'd say it will be a four star hotel at some point. All the staff are so hard working but a special thank you to Gonzalo who helped us when we ran out of milk for the baby and gave us a pleasurable experience in the Italian a la carte and the very helpful Paul on reception.

Lovely, clean, friendly hotel. Choice of pools. Spa. Games room. Kids park for little kids. Good fresh tasty food, buffet style, can get a little repetitive if you're here for a week but they also have an Italian restaurant on site that you can book for one night of your stay. My son and I stayed in a lovely spacious 1 bedroom apartment. At some points of the day there was no sun on the balcony but it was sunny on balcony outside the front door so I sunbathed there. Don't expect perfection, the room and venue has some very minor flaws but it wouldn't stop me from recommending or returning! Family friendly, mixture of couples, groups, older people and families with kids. My son has a disability and all staff and even guests made him feel very welcomed and included. Overall it's a quiet & peaceful resort, with entertainment for an hour or 2 in the night time. Located opposite sand dunes and within walking distance (10/15 minutes) to supermarket and town. The hotel is picturesque, based in a beautiful setting, with beautiful views of neighbouring islands. The staff were amazing - shout out to Ramses who made our stay extra special. We look forward to returning!

The staff work hard to make the hotel work however it doesn't make the grade as an all inclusive hotel. Very little to no entertainment if you did stay in the hotel all day. Very limited drinks available, you can't even get a tea or coffee other than poor quality from a machine in a cardboard cup. The drinks kiosk closes at 11pm and nothing available after that, not even to purchase.
The weather hasn't been amazing this week and other than your room, there isn't anywhere you can go if it rains. A covered bar would be ideal in this situation.
The only snacks available outside of meal times seem to be danish's left over from breakfast. Not ideal if you have children with you.
My view is that this hotel is definitely not set up for all inclusive.
They also hold a happiness day twice a month. The only thing they did as far as we could see was to ask people to post a good review, encouraging a 5 star rating whilst they watched until it was completed. Once the staff member could see the review on trip adviser, you received a free cocktail token! It's all inclusive!!!! Apparently you could get a pina colada as the options available normally are so limited! Oh but only if the person serving at that time can make them!

Loved it here. First holiday with both my young kids, so I wasn't fussed about going out. I just wanted some sun and family time. It was just shy of perfect. Food was great, plenty of options, always warm (we were always one of the first in the restaurant to keep within our usual routines). The kids ate good every day. There could have been some more protein options at dinner but I didn't mind too much. It was all fresh and tasty. Pools were great, a bit cold when you first get in but it's a nice relief from the heat. They have a recycled pool toy area where you can take / leave any unwanted floaties - loved this and it saved us about 30 euros in toys we would have usually bought. The staff work their arses off morning and night, constantly cleaning and making sure everything is looking good for the early risers in the morning. They were all so super nice to the children too. Always looking out for them and saying hello. My daughter went to the kids' club, and she liked it as they did painting and things in the shade of the clubhouse. Kids disco was a bit late for us, started at 8.30 and my daughter (who can't handle noisy things anyway) found the music unbearable because it was so loud so we only managed it one night. They do lots of activities too, like quizzes, darts, water polo, yoga etc which I liked. The splash pad would have better if it was heated. My youngest found it too cold to play in which was a shame. The play area could do with a bit of a touch up, but it served a purpose. The water slides were a nice addition. The rooms were pretty decent tbf, basic in terms of cosmetics, but we were all inclusive and still had a hob and kettle and fridge for my youngest to have her milk whenever she wanted it. The beds were fine, cleaners were great, and they did a good job. Literally have no complaints. My eldest cried on her last day because she wanted to stay, and so did I. Thank you for a wonderful holiday
