Amazing staff and outside entertainment especially the night time staff too. We think the entertainers: Iker Juliette June Manuel Martina Are all fantastic. They have brought a smile to all of us and have really made our time here fantastic. We will definitely come back here again. The food was delicious too and no sun bed wars either!

We are on our last day of a 10 day holiday at Elba San Jorge, and we're so sad to go home. We honestly had a wonderful time! The entertainment team and staff absolutely make this hotel, if you and your kids enjoy a good banter then this is the place to be. Iker and team are so much fun the kids adore them, but as a parent I could see them watching the kids to help keep them safe the team are in the water when activities are on and create a great atmosphere. The reception staff helped me to order birthday flowers for my wife and ever member of staff has a smile on their face, even the grounds man bantered with me this morning pretending to spray me with the hose pipe 🤣🤣. The food is good quality fresh and hot with plenty of choice. The rooms are clean and we had fresh bedding and towels every other day. The one down fall is that this is the first week of summer holidays and there has been a lack of sun loungers. They're are plenty of spaces around the pool and hotel that could accommodate more loungers if the hotel bought some more. But we've been at other times of year and this was not a problem. We would definitely recommend it here :)

What a fantastic holiday I have just enjoyed here. A week of sun with beautiful views over the water, ideally placed for a walk along the coast or for a wander into town. Perfectly situated for that famous wind! So refreshing! The hotel was clean, the food brilliant across breakfast, lunch & dinner. Activities to entertain the whole family, staff excellent across the board. Exquisite pools, one for the more active crowd, one for the casual dippers, 2 attached kids pools so the whole family is catered to wherever you set up camp (several playgrounds for children, this place is wonderful for families), a massive resort with good locations to cater to the loud and reclusive alike. Felt like a bargain for the price paid.

Just got back from a 7 day holiday with the family never been before and was really impressed with the facilities and the all inclusive was excellent. The staff were great have not complaints except that unless your up and by the pool for 8am you cant get a sun bed. You could hear people going for them at 5am and often people would put towels down go out all day before using them. My only suggestion would maybe monitor and remove the towels.

Just came back from a week here with my partner and we had a great time. The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. We had a nice view of the sea and it was quite quiet so could happily sit outside often. The food was okay and had different options and even choice to get different options at the snack bar. The staff were amazing! So friendly and we didn’t come with kids but they were so good with the children and throughout in general. There’s shops on site for anything you need if you didn’t want to go out. The surrounding areas there’s a lot to do anyway with bars, restaurants and beach close by. Would definitely return in the future.
