What a lovely hotel this is!
We stayed here for a week, all inclusive, over Christmas as a family of four. All staff were friendly and welcoming. With the beach, harbour and shops all within walking distance so the hotel is in a great location.
The mini club was a massive hit with our children (8 & 4), the animation team were brilliant at making the children feel special and getting them involved in lots of activities.
The food was nice, there was themed nights and a range of options, all cooked well and warm. There were drink menus available at the bar and a snack menu for the pool bar which was very helpful also.
The room was spacious and the shower was powerful and stayed hot, having a bath was also very helpful with young children. The sofa bed was quite old and the pull out bed on it was very dusty, so our children slept top & tail on the sofa part, although I'm sure if we mentioned this to reception we would've been given new sheets but i didn't want to cause a fuss! The balcony was spacious and the view was beautiful, it was the highlight of the room for me.
The pools were really cold, including the heated one, so our children only lasted about 20 minutes before getting out, but we had read this from other reviews before coming so expected it anyway.
Overall, we would happily stay here again and enjoyed our experience 😊

We chose this as a packaged budget holiday with EasyJet who we used last year. Officially this hotel is 3 star but we chose it because TripAdvisor reviews were very good, particularly about the food and the service. The colleagues were excellent and friendly and helpful and the food was plentiful and good enough for most.
The beer on the all inclusive was Cruzcampo, which I like and the cocktails were good. The wine, ref, white or rose wasn’t great. The rooms and hotel were very clean and there were only slight signs of the budget nature of the hotel in maintenance, eg the lifts, were a bit scruffy. We didn’t swim in either of the two pools but there were enough sunbeds to go around. Our Jet2 rep , Carl was great and we would like to give David in the restaurant a special mention as he was very kind. Would certainly return to Elba hotels.

Wow! Well I can join in with the other reviewers and say this hotel is definitely a 4 star than a 3! Truly amazing place to stay. I stayed here with my partner for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave, so much so we rebooked it for April! The rooms are lovely and spacious and clean, the balconies are huge! The service from all staff was very friendly and professional. The food was good every day with a nice variety, something for everyone. Hotel has its own cats which are well looked after and has a pub onsite (not all inclusive) which is nice to pop into for a change of atmosphere. Games room/arcade in hotel too so make sure to bring your pennies! The location is pleasant, 10 minutes from airport (you don’t notice the planes much as they don’t go exactly overhead and stop after around 8pm) right on the ocean which is lovely and a perfect path to follow all the way to the marina, everywhere was really affordable… glass of whine €3! And not to forget… the entertainment is spot on every night (everyday something for the kids too!) if your looking for an affordable holiday in a lovely area then I would look no further! Highly recommend.

This September was my second one in a row.
The hotel and staff are brilliant. Friendly and approachable.
However shoutout goes to the animation team. Consistently putting on a lot of good and fun activities throughout the hotel for people of all ages. They've helped me truely become a regular within the hotel and I'm sure other would be the same hence why I see the same faces there when I return.
Activities are always busy, enjoyable and competitive. Only negative is when Laura is constantly saying I'm a loser...😂
Joking aside Laura,Manuel, Martina, Yune (the ones who I mainly seen when here) and the rest of the staff deserve all the plaudits they get...
100% better than a 3 start this hotel gets

We checked in around 4pm with no issues at all. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was on the side of the hotel with a partial sea view, but unfortunately it didn’t get any sun throughout the day.
The room itself was clean but a little dated. We had a one-bedroom apartment with TVs in both rooms, towels provided, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss – some days they didn’t come at all, and one morning they tried to come in at 8:45am. A few of the towels had holes, but overall the room was quiet with very little noise from neighbours. Even in November the rooms were quite warm, so we ended up keeping the windows open all day.
The safe costs €3 per day plus a €10 deposit for the key – make sure you keep hold of your receipt!
The hotel itself was busy, but we never struggled to find a sunbed. There are plenty of seats around the edges and a big courtyard in the middle which helped.
Entertainment seating was a different story. Unless you eat right at 6:30pm when the restaurant opens, finding a seat for the evening entertainment was difficult. Most nights we ended up sitting outside, which did get a bit chilly.
The bar staff were fantastic – friendly, funny, and hardworking. Beer is Cruzcampo, but the lemon Radler was also really nice. I liked that they were happy to give you a full bottle of wine or cava to take to your table or even to your room. And it was great that drinks were served in proper glasses!
Food in the restaurant was always plentiful with a good variety. There was always something to eat: pizza and chips for fussier eaters, plus a fish or meat option every meal. Breakfast had fresh omelettes, eggs, beans, loads of bread – a huge selection. Honestly, we couldn’t complain about the food. The only downside was that we weren’t always offered drinks with meals, so we started grabbing a drink from the bar first to make sure we had something with lunch or dinner. The food did become a little “samey” after a few nights, but the hotel is in a great location if you want to eat out.
Overall, this hotel is a solid 3-star – a little tired in places, but we had a good holiday with lovely staff and reliably good food. Would happily stay again for a relaxed break.
