Staff- couldn’t have been more welcoming, every single member of staff welcomed us with a smile and a greeting. Even the little hotel cats were friendly!
Room- perfect size for us, comfortable, massive balcony which overlooked the road but still a pretty view especially of the sun set. However we weren’t out there much as the evening entertainment was so stellar! We were on top floor which was accessible by stairs or one of the many lifts. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. No air con and we didn’t hire any fans as we were comfortable and cool enough with the window open and a the bed sheet. Can’t say how it would be in higher temperatures.

Daytime we loved dancing around the pool in the morning really started the day with a fun in the sun vibe.
Adult activities included fitness, darts, shuffleboard, cocktail making, archery and water polo to name a few (I’ll have to return to try and win a certificate next time!)
Kids activities included kids club and mini disco. We had a child with hidden disabilities with us and the animation team showed real care and understanding of his needs and showed true understanding of inclusivity. This meant so much to us to see him really being able to be himself and also be involved in activities.
The evening entertainment was on a 2 week rota and all I can say is, i wish id been there another week just to enjoy the evenings some more!
A massive shout out to the entertainment team for all the hard work and effort in making Halloween special- haunted house, Halloween show, Halloween quiz, spooky decorations and pumpkin carving. - when we booked we queried wether or not there would be any Halloween treats for the kids - these events truly excelled our expectations and I can see how you went above and beyond necessary duties to make this special! I never want Halloween in the cold UK again!
Bar, restaurant, chefs, maintenance, reception teams- this hotel runs like a well oiled machine. You can see how well organised it is and how hard the staff work to make everyone feel welcome- truly appreciated.
Location- right on the seafront with beautiful walks and views! Exit to the right and walk to the harbor where there’s boat trips, sealions, fish, restaurants, the beach
To the left we enjoyed the natural rock pool (thankfully we had planned this and brought our water shoes) we checked with reception for tide forecast and they helped us to work out the best time to go.
We didn’t venture much further out as the hotel had so many great events and the food was great so we hung around to get in our well earned and much needed relaxation!

I’m sure there’s loads I’ve missed out of this review but I hope it comes across as a high recommendation for a fun, relaxing break.

This September was my second one in a row.
The hotel and staff are brilliant. Friendly and approachable.
However shoutout goes to the animation team. Consistently putting on a lot of good and fun activities throughout the hotel for people of all ages. They've helped me truely become a regular within the hotel and I'm sure other would be the same hence why I see the same faces there when I return.
Activities are always busy, enjoyable and competitive. Only negative is when Laura is constantly saying I'm a loser...😂
Joking aside Laura,Manuel, Martina, Yune (the ones who I mainly seen when here) and the rest of the staff deserve all the plaudits they get...

Checking in took longer than it should’ve, even with two staff members available. People were queueing, waiting around 10 minutes before being able to be seen. Rooms were very basic, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing; however, the bright LED dentist light within the room gave a very unnatural look. The room consisted of tea and coffee with a small kettle, which only worked if you held down the button and with no bottled water given to use. It’s up to you to provide this from a local shop. The cleaners also didn’t remove, replace, or clean used mugs or refill the tea and coffee you had used. The bathroom has a window which was at most people’s head height, so if open, people walking past can easily look into the bathroom. The beds were huge, which was fantastic. The all-inclusive drink selection was poor, with only a small selection available, very milky machine-made coffees, and the breakfast was enough to convince me to eat out for the remainder of the holiday with a rather less than impressive amount on offer, with the usual buffet aroma smell that personally is given old care home smells, but this is standard across most buffets to be fair. Staff were friendly, and the hotel held evening amusements, which was actually really interesting. Perfect if you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel in a decent location but it won’t be winning any luxury awards.

Stayed here for a few days at the beginning of November 2025 and we had an amazing time. The rooms are great (although could do with some added aircon). The food was great, the service was fabulous, the distance of amenities from the hotel was within throwing distance! We will 100% be returning next year. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Wow. We had great stay at this hotel. We was in room 1317 great sea view from are room . Lovely lady who kept it so clean she was always happy smiling 😊 when we left we gave her a thankyou gift for keeping are room lovely clean and all the hard work she does . Thats not saying the rest of the staff did not work hard they definitely did. Restaurant. staff . entertainment. staff always helpful happy ... it was are first time to fuerteventura we will definitely be coming back to island as we loved it . Would l stay at hotel again we are not to sure. Thats not down to hotel or staff they was amazing. Ten out ten .. it was people staying at hotel we found them rude no manners and manners cost nothing l never experienced anything like this before . Not everyone was like that ..l say 30 % we're fine. The rest rude . But we still managed to enjoyed are stay going to beach shopping eating out ..etc.
