I came with my boyfriend to relax. Starting from the hotel, the corridors smell of mold and the corridors are not cleaned at all. The only positive aspects of this hotel are the location, the view of the hotel and the staff, who are very friendly. About the food, that's a separate story. The food is generally tasteless, the chicken fillet had a rotten smell, as did the shrimp. Living in an all-inclusive hotel, we went to other establishments to eat, because all a person can eat in this hotel is sweets that are bought and French fries. We paid a rather large amount for the hotel and expected much more. If this will be your first vacation, then I advise you to think about whether it is worth paying money for such a vacation.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone under 55. The atmosphere feels more like a retirement resort than a holiday destination, with little to no multicultural vibe and limited friendliness from the staff. Unfortunately, the beach patrol team was particularly unwelcoming and unaccommodating — so much so that we chose to leave the hotel’s beach area altogether.
The food was repetitive, basic, and felt cheap, with the same options served every day. While the general cleanliness of the hotel was good, the cups and plates in the dining area were often unclean and didn’t seem properly washed, which was disappointing.
On a positive note, the rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and clean.
However, there was no entertainment for children, and the evening shows consisted mostly of guest singers performing dull Spanish songs — not exactly engaging or lively.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. The only real highlight was Maria — she was always helpful and wore a warm smile. A big shoutout to her!

I don't want to seem hypocritical or self-centered, but this hotel that is supposed to have 4 stars, in my opinion, shouldn't have more than 1.5 stars. Let's start with the room, I made a reservation for 4 people, I got a room for 2, there is no cleaning, although I put a tag on the door daily, in the bathroom the shower is broken and the switch plate is missing, just like in the room, a bed had a missing leg, and I propped it up with my luggage. In the kitchen, no one shows any interest in the hotel's customers, uncooked eggs for breakfast (the same breakfast every day), no food for children, fish every day, tasteless, out of 7 days only on one day there was pork, but the menu says varied food every day. One of the days there was no electricity, which led to a lack of food at the restaurant, a lack of water in the room, and not even an apology from the reception (they still laughed at you if you asked what was going on) the worst money ever spent on a vacation.

We stayed 6 nights at Hotel SBH and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. The room was dirty and smelled bad, and our bed linen was never changed during the entire stay. We informed the reception, but they completely ignored us. One day, we ate at the hotel restaurant and got food poisoning – I vomited and felt very sick. On the last night, the room flooded due to a plumbing issue. We were moved between several other rooms, all dirty as well. In the end, we had to use towels to stop the water because we had a flight the next morning.
Most of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful — the only exception was Maria from the bar, who was kind and professional.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel offers a comfortable and relaxed stay with decent rooms that provide everything you need for a chilled-out getaway. One of its standout features is the stunning beach view, making it easy to soak in the scenery from almost anywhere on the property. Guests can enjoy two pools—one main pool for a refreshing swim and another designed specifically for little ones—plus a poolside bar for drinks in the sun. The all-inclusive package covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the on-site restaurant, so you’re sorted from morning to night. With sunbeds generously scattered throughout and the town just a short stroll away, it’s the perfect spot to unwind while still staying close to the action.
