This hotel doesn't deserve a 4 Star.
I think it needs a sanitary inspection. Every time I tried to eat or drink at this hotel, the coffee mugs were dirty, and I had to search for clean dishes. There was food, but for me, it was mass-produced (really poor quality). I've been to many 4-star hotels and I've never seen rooms not cleaned on Mondays. As an H10 member, I was supposed to be greeted with champagne, but instead I was greeted with a bottle of water in the fridge, which was only for our welcome, because the other days there was only a light inside the fridge and nothing else! Water in this hotel is a real luxury, impossible to get. I didn't expect alcohol, beer, or cocktails, but no water is absolutely shocking. For a 4-star hotel, there should be a kettle in the room to make tea? Next, Restaurant Route 66 is a joke. This restaurant serves food identical to the cafeteria, only served better and differently. The ice cream in Route 66 is exactly the same as the main area except you get a few extra buttons on them😂 and the only difference between the burgers is that it’s already made and you don’t have to put it together yourself! The tables were wobbly and dirty you can’t have a glass of wine without it spilling all over your table. People really need to read the reviews before going to this hotel, because it's a real waste of money and your own health. Not to mention the wind in this hotel. It could blow you away almost every day there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Just come back from what can only be described as the most amazing weeks holiday I have had in years. We stayed as privilege guests so all the benefits of that were amazing, breakfast and dinner in the dedicated restaurant with the best hotel food I have ever had. Maria J who looked after us in the restaurant was also amazing and friendly. We had a terrace suite which was incredible with everything you needed. The pool had plenty of space for sunbeds and was great to sit around, there was plenty of shaded areas as well.
The hotel is very well looked after and was clean everywhere, and the staff were always out looking after the grounds as well.
We would not hesitate in going back, and are planning to book again for next year as it was completely faultless, the whole week was incredible.

Overall rating: I do not recommend. The location and beaches are top. But everything else is terrible. There is no transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. The hotel room is normal, but the shower latch is missing, the light in the room goes out, the room card systematically does not work, the faucet in the shower lives its own life (every five seconds it switches to boiling water). The food is monotonous, nothing out of the ordinary. There is practically no entertainment, no music plays on the hotel grounds, no parties.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating; it is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. In short, a wasted holiday. The hotel rooms are not cleaned thoroughly, many things need updated and to our surprise, they don't clean the rooms at all on Mondays- we have never heard this before in any hotel/any country we have ever been in and we travel very often. I advise you to read the offer carefully, because the bottled water in the room in this hotel is only for a “welcome” on the first day you arrive, the rest of the days staying you don’t get bottled water, there is no kettle, you can't make tea, let alone a coffee. This should be an obvious requirement for a 4-star hotel. In the main restaurant, or rather the dining room, because it's hard to call it a restaurant, the dishes are not washed, the tables are sticky, the staff can't keep up with cleaning the dirty dishes, and cockroaches are flying around the dining room. The food is of the worst quality, the cucumbers are rotting, the meat is not fresh. The fish were like fish scraps, the omelets were inedible, made from a ready-made egg-like mixture poured from a large plastic bottle with a huge amount of preservatives, which is noticeable after swallowing. The drinks were terrible, all from machines. The coffee was not drinkable. Sugar is the number one nutrient in this hotel. To drink coffee that wasn't made from a machine, you have to wait until 11 a.m because that's when the coffee shop opens. The hotel staff was unfriendly, as if they were working as a punishment. During a week's stay, you're allowed ONE visit to the ROUTE 66 restaurant, which is another one of the scams for this hotel. The food is exactly the same as in the main dining room, only served in better glasses and served by a waiter. The wine was the same- sangria from a machine, only served in a wine glass. Everything was tasteless and low quality. As for alcohol, vodka and martinis were from bottles, the rest of the cocktails are terrible. They shouldn't be called Aperol Spritz, because that's not the drink. In short, you can forget about the cocktails. The pools are okay, but also dirty and not cleaned from the previous day. Pool towels are changed once a week for free; if you need a new towel during your week, you have to pay, which was an absolute shock for us. The pool bar isn't for the picky eaters, and the same awful drinks from vending machines with tons of sugar. The water is terrible, undrinkable. I had all-inclusive, and I don't drink alcohol, only water. In this hotel, it was almost impossible to drink bottled water; you had to wait until 7 p.m. for the alcohol bar to open. The hotel is located in the windiest part of Furaventura. Without leaving the hotel, you might have false memories of this island, that only the wind blows there. Drive 20 km away and its beautiful, hot and there's no wind. In recent days, I've become very very sick due to the overall situation, strong winds, and poor-quality food. Being ill also proved to be a major challenge in this hotel room. I had medication to dissolve in water, and the lack of a kettle or a glass/cup in the room was a problem. Everyone associates holidays with rest, relaxation, and a good time, not stress, illness, and lack of drinking water. I'm returning sick, with cold sores on my lips, and stressed. I don't recommend this nightmare to anyone; it's bad for your health and returning with unpleasant memories.

⭐️ 1/5 – One of the worst holidays we’ve ever had!
This hotel is nowhere near a 4-star standard – we honestly felt like we had arrived at a place abandoned for 100 years.
• Accommodation: no help with luggage, towels (including beach/pool towels) could only be changed once during the entire stay. Room cleaning only every 2 days, and we had to leave the bin outside the door to get it emptied.
• Food: absolutely terrible – meat was inedible and tasteless, hardly any fruit, almost no vegetables. Our kids spent the whole holiday eating plain pasta and fries. Drinks: only sodas, water, wine and beer. No juices, coffee was awful.
• Bars & pool area: for a hotel with 500–1000 guests there was only one bartender at the pool bar – endless queues. The pool area was never cleaned; dirt and trash just piled up each day. Sunbeds at the beach were charged even though we were on all-inclusive.
• Service: staff was clearly overwhelmed and couldn’t even clear dirty dishes from tables.
• Organisation: lunch served only from 1–3 pm – completely impractical with small children.
For €6,000+ (150,000 CZK) we expected at least a basic standard. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The airport bathroom was honestly the cleanest place of the entire holiday.
