Just come back from what can only be described as the most amazing weeks holiday I have had in years. We stayed as privilege guests so all the benefits of that were amazing, breakfast and dinner in the dedicated restaurant with the best hotel food I have ever had. Maria J who looked after us in the restaurant was also amazing and friendly. We had a terrace suite which was incredible with everything you needed. The pool had plenty of space for sunbeds and was great to sit around, there was plenty of shaded areas as well.
The hotel is very well looked after and was clean everywhere, and the staff were always out looking after the grounds as well.
We would not hesitate in going back, and are planning to book again for next year as it was completely faultless, the whole week was incredible.

The most amazing hotel. It’s quiet and relaxing. We have spent 5 days here so far a few more to go and we do not want it to end. The staff are amazing the food is some of the best we have ever eaten and the rooms are just the best. If I could give this more than 5* I would. You must must must visit if you’re coming to fuerteventura.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel with my son from the 6th of June to the 13th of June in Room 373, and it was an absolutely beautiful experience!
This place is perfect for families with children—I highly, highly recommend it. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless and inviting.
A special mention goes to Rebecca, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The reception staff were also fantastic—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.
The food was exceptional—delicious, varied, and of excellent quality. Every meal was a treat, and the dining experience added so much to our enjoyment of the holiday.
The management of this hotel deserves great praise. It’s clear they are doing an outstanding job creating such a memorable and enjoyable experience for their guests. Everything was well-organized, and the attention to detail was remarkable.
If you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway, this is the place to be! Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special.

My husband and I had an awesome week this May at H10 Tindaya. We went with the Privilege package, and every bit of it made our stay memorable. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a awesome terrace with sun loungers that quickly became our favorite chill spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation.
The food was another highlight—every meal was a tasty mix of local Canarian flavors and international dishes. The variety was spot on, and each dish was prepared with care and creativity, adding to the vibrant overall atmosphere of the hotel.
A huge shoutout to Rosana, Nicole, Cristina, Fernando, Adelina, and many others for their warm and friendly service. They really made our stay memorable. We can't wait to come back for our next escape!

We stayed at the hotel with a half-board option. Overall, mixed impressions — there are both pros and cons.
Food was definitely one of the highlights. Very tasty, varied, always fresh, and well-prepared. Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable every day. However, one disappointing aspect was that during dinner, all drinks except water were charged extra — even a simple juice or tea came at an additional cost. I chose half-board not to save money, but because we spent the entire day driving around the island and didn’t need lunch. But where’s the logic? If I skip lunch, does that mean I shouldn’t be allowed to have a drink at dinner? Unfortunately, I didn’t check this rule beforehand — now I’d think twice before agreeing to such conditions or just pay extra for all-inclusive.
The room was basic but fine. Cleaning was good, but for some reason, the floors were never mopped — they were always sandy. Also, a very strange thing: there were no proper duvet covers. Instead, the blanket was placed between two flat sheets like a sandwich — which felt odd and uncomfortable.
The hotel overall feels a bit tired and definitely needs renovation in many areas. That said, it’s not critical — we only used the hotel for sleeping and meals, didn’t attend any shows or events.
Smell — one major downside was the strong sewage smell that often lingered near the main entrance and even on the balcony.
Location — great. There are shops, bars, and a nice beach nearby. Keep in mind: like most of the island, the beach is clothing-optional and there are a lot of nudists — just so you’re aware. There’s no hotel parking, but we always found a spot nearby without any problem.
In summary, it’s an average hotel with some downsides, but also its advantages. For the price — it’s okay. Nothing to rave about, but not a disaster either. A decent choice if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the island and just need a place to sleep and eat.
