Very good hotel in Fuerteventura, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Great location with direct beach access, very comfortable rooms and excellent cleanliness throughout the stay. The pools and outdoor areas are a real highlight and very well maintained.
The service was good overall, especially at reception. We would like to give a special mention to Alondra, who was extremely helpful and supportive with some personal requests, going clearly beyond what would normally be expected — this truly made a difference to our experience. In general, all staff were polite, attentive and professional. At times, however, it felt that the hotel was operating with too few staff for the workload, particularly in bars and restaurants. This appears to be more a management and staffing issue rather than a reflection of the employees’ effort.
The animation team also deserves praise for their friendly attitude and the good job they do with daytime activities and evening entertainment.
The food was good and reasonably varied for an all-inclusive resort, sometimes a bit cold near to the end of the time for the lunch, but unfortunately the drinks and cocktails were a major disappointment. Most cocktails are machine-made, which results in an artificial taste and low quality, well below what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We really missed having cocktails prepared fresh.

Highly recommend this hotel.
One point to improve for me would be to fast track check-in a little. I know this is probably difficult with a lot of information to pass on. Perhaps more staff on the desk would help?
Apart from that, Excellent staff, superb food with plenty of selection. Fish, salads and fruits were my favorite.
Lovely facilities and rooms were fine. We spent all the time on the beach or by the pool so as long as the beds were comfy and you could have a decent shower afterwards, the rooms are not our highest priority. It is worth mentioning they are well sound insulated as couldn't hear others moving around too much.
Thanks very much for everything.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Christina and Felipe provided exceptional service and hospitality. Maria was also excellent throughout our stay.
Our corner room with double balcony was comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel grounds are well-maintained with pleasant ocean views and modern architecture.
We opted for all-inclusive prestige, which included lounge access and table service. The wristband system is super convenient - all services charge through it, including room entry. This cashless setup works brilliantly.
Entertainment team was genuinely funny. Restaurant staff remained pleasant and hardworking despite busy periods.
Rebeka from guest relations handled our complaint professionally and provided a detailed written response.
Food quality was inconsistent and often bland. The buffet spread looks impressive with fresh seafood displays, pasta stations, and varied options, but taste doesn’t match presentation. Limited variety became repetitive quickly. Would benefit from themed nights (Chinese, Thai, Indian).
Breakfast offerings include fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked options. Dinner features live cooking stations with squid, paella-style dishes, and grilled items. However, temperature control at the poolside bar was a concern - we observed dried-out chips and meats sitting at room temperature.
WiFi was terrible. No connection in lounges. Constant authentication requests when it did work. Unacceptable for a modern hotel - particularly frustrating in the prestige lounge where you’d expect reliable connectivity.
When we needed urgent management assistance, we were told no one was available for several hours. Felt dismissive rather than helpful.
We raised concerns about food temperature at the poolside bar. While the complaint was eventually handled well, we were told temperature logs exist but couldn’t be shown to guests - only to government inspectors. This lacks transparency.
Be cautious with buffet items. Check hot food is actually hot before serving yourself or your family.
Weather was mostly sunny with some rain and wind. Temperatures were warm but you’ll need a fleece for chilly evenings. Clientele is predominantly German, French, and English guests, with some Danes.
Comfortable stay with genuinely caring staff. Let down by poor WiFi, inconsistent food quality, and some operational gaps.
Would return cautiously, knowing the limitations around connectivity and food monitoring.

We enjoyed a fantastic holiday with the whole family at Hotel H10 Tindaya on Fuerteventura. The rooms were sublime (good beds and super clean). Daily cleaning and clean bath textiles, extensive facilities, lovely pools and relaxation facilities. And then the fantastic restaurant with a very extensive buffet, both breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very friendly and courtesy staff. We were there for Christmas, extensive Christmas decorations everywhere. Small downside, the children's pool with pirate ship was not heated.

Bar and restaurant staff are lovely. Kids entertainment team are incredible. Facilities are pretty good and hotel is close to the beach. Food is the same almost every day but overall good.
Cockroaches would appear in our room at night which was not fun to deal with as they were extremely difficult to catch.
Our room wasn't cleaned for 3 days straight despite placing the 'please clean room' sign on our door and directly asking the cleaning crew twice.
When I went to the front desk to ask why our room wasn't being cleaned, Abbas the concierge was immediately confrontational and arrogant. I greeted him in Spanish with a smile and also asked him in Spanish if he spoke English and he responded sarcastically with "habla Espanol?" Which immediately struck me as very odd and shows his level of professionalism. He says that the 'please clean room' sign means staff will not clean the room which is clearly not true. It is a universal system in all hotels that you place the please clean room sign on your door to alert cleaning staff you wish to have your room serviced. Abbas tried to explain without success that the sign is used by the reception team and mentioned some nonsensical email system. I have no idea what he was talking about as it honestly sounded completely made up. So not only is he contesting the rules outlined on the website, but he made me feel like an idiot for even suggesting it. Abbas has a clear need to show bravado and it really doesn't suit a concierge. Towels piled up in the room, old leftover chips sat in our room from room service and didn't get collected, sand all over the floor from the beach, sheets were dirty from the heat.
This was not the only issue we experienced with staff at the hotel which is a shame as this soured an ultimately pleasant stay if we ignore the lack of cleaning and customer service from the concierge team and spa staff.
Overall our stay felt more 2 star than 4 star and wasn't worth the price.
