The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic and really made the holiday for my children. They loved the songs and the dances.
Food was ok, something different every day. Snack bar wasn't great compared to other AI hotels. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is in a great location, close to bars and restaurants and the beach. China shop on the corner sell anything you could possibly need.
The pools are big and there were plenty of loungers for everyone. I expect it does get very busy in summer though. The baby pool was very small and was always busy, so we sometimes had to take our children in the big pool and wait until it had quietened down to take them in there.
The rooms were very spacious. We didn't like the sofa bed with our children being young, so we put the mattress and the big sofa cushion in the bedroom at the side of the bed and pushed the bed against the wall. There was still plenty of space to walk around and get changed etc.
Definitely recommend the hotel

Honest Review All Inclusive Reviewer, Jet2 says it's a 3+ they say 4*
Check in: Arrived and hour later than expected as Jet2 left us at the airport for an hour waiting for other flights to arrive (only 15 mins from airport) Arrived at reception just before 11pm reception was great, they had even upgraded our room for free which was much appreciated. No food or drink left in room only paid bar. Not what I expect from a 4* late arrivals.
The Room: 2 large rooms big bedroom with a fan a little squeaky and only span slow but adequate to maintain a breeze. Beds were hard but ok for us , the pillows on the other hand were shocking. Living room consisted of a pre made bed for our sun a large sofa, Walls had brown stains on them broken toilets buttons and dirty showers. We had a fake grass terrace with a large double sunbed, table and another seat , this area was not private but much appreciated.
The pools: even though there are 3 , they are not big enough for the number of guests when we arrived. Sun beds there were loads but by 10am they were hard to find. Towels everywhere from 7:00am onwards and most not used until at least 9 pm(frustrating) the pool area was very loud and cramped with the number of beds. We used the sunbed on our terrace most days as we were only 20m from the pools when the little one wanted a play or we needed to cool down. Rubbish left everywhere by dirty people around the pool (would you do it at home !)
The Pool Bar: This had lots of seating in the shade or sun but very uncomfortable rope seats that left marks everywhere you sat or leant, the few cushions left were dirty and stained. The service was quick at the bar for beer and spirits , but you can selfserve on hot drinks, coke(& zero) Fanta sprite and juices which I love as no need to queue. Usual spirits and even some fake Baileys for the ladies. There were 3 cocktails on the all inclusive including one for the kids , You can purchase others for €3 and they are worth it for the evening and were very popular. In the evening bar service was a little slower as expected but you can self serve your beer from the restaurant till 10 pm.
Food: Restaurant and eating area a little small for the number of gusets on arrival and the uncomfortable rope chairs and wobbly tables in the terrace area need work. I honestly say the food was amazing , there was a plenty of choice from breakfast to dinner and snacks in between, paella, fresh meat goat (chicken lamb pork beef veal )and fish salads stews pasta and chips for the kids full English, pasties, breads far to much to mention except ice cream was on tap during lunch and dinner and pots in the pool bar during the day.y son loved on all his favourite for the 10 days no problem and the wife was in heaven with the paella and the fish was fresh for me. Like I say more than enough choice for an all inclusive menus
Entertainment: This was not great for us 12 year olds don't like the mini disco😁They had a few week acts that repeated and the animation team tried there best. We spent most nights in the pool bar playing dominos and card games and having a tipple. The young children that were there did love the disco very loud.
Towards the end of the holiday the number of people staying reduced properly due to end of school holidays so it all became a bit more relaxed no getting up to reserve a sun bed more room in the pool and seating areas from lunch and dinner
Area: outside the hotel there is little to do same shops selling china tat , but generally the small amount of shops selling the same stuff , area is run down around the hotel. The beach is compact like stone and not very welcoming , go down the promenade theres a much better beach
Food 4* Pool 2.5* Room 3* Entertainment 2.5* Over all the hotel needs to concentrate on cleanliness as this lacked generally all over (not helped by it's guests) and reduced the number of people staying as it does not have the facilities to maintain a nice environment when full.
Definitely not a self proclaimed 4* but 3* to 3.5* at best but only because of the food being so good
WEB ABILITIES
Was a pleasant holiday. Good food and beer. Quiet room. Had few cockroaches in the room and round the hotel grounds but it’s what it is with open windows. First holiday with toddler and was fine… specially the splash pool.

Great size self catering apartment. Comfortable beds, lovely shower room, large living/dining area. Large outside patio. Pools great with lots of activities. Very close to shops, restaurants and beach. Definitely recommend for convenience to airport and price.

This is our second time staying here we stayed last year and was great we came back in June 2025 for all inclusive however we wish we didn't, the food was not the best, the breakfast was decent, lunch and dinner was not good. we found ourselves eating pasta and rice most days while we waited for dinner to go out. It was abit off as we thought we would have had decent options for the money we spent.
Drinks were also lacking, spirits were fine but beer was only one option. And no cider.
The hotel staff, well where do I start, the reception staff was nice however I did ask for extra pillows on the second day we stayed for 10 days and we did not receive any pillows, I would have gone back up again but I was upset with what followed.
The bar staff were not nice, never had any smiles, rushed to give your orders and when asked to stop when pouring they just smile and keep pouring the drink making it like petrol, multiple times I had to ask for a separate glass so I could fill it up with a soft drink.
The bar staff change shifts around lunchtime, the morning staff were not nice, a lady behind the bar on numerous occasions was rude.
The first day we arrived I asked for some water thinking it would be free as we were all inclusive, she informed us it was not and we had to pay, we payed not knowing any different. however she was reluctant to tell us the bar had a water filter machine just behind her which gives free chilled water.
The cleaning, was not good... It was inconsistent our beds never actually got changed, they were made up but the sheets were not changed, the cleaners left clean sheets in the room? I have never been to any hotel where I had to make my own bed after spending the money we spent.
The next thing we were really upset with and was actually horrendous was the cleaner left the toilet brush beside the toilet and it was filthy with fecal matter on the floor. Like why was this not cleaned up. Horrible we had small children with us and we're glad we seen it that evening when we arrived back.
We had a small sitting area out the back, it was littered with old dead leaves when we arrived and remained the same when we left, not once was it cleaned up.
Also the door to our apartment would not close properly it was slightly opened from the bottom which of course let lots of cockroachs in.
The saving grace for this place was the the pool and kids facilities.
The entertainment team was also nice and engaging.
Having now been here twice we have made the decision not to come back.
