We recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding – fresh, varied, and of the highest quality. The spa was a true highlight as well, offering a relaxing atmosphere and professional treatments that made the stay even more enjoyable.
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. A special thank you to Toni at the reception, whose friendliness and helpfulness made us feel welcome right away. Noa at the bar also deserves recognition for her warm personality and excellent service – she truly elevated the evenings with her professionalism and charm.
The housekeeping team was equally impressive: always friendly, hardworking, and keeping the room spotless and well-maintained with great efficiency.
Overall, this hotel combines excellent food, a top-class spa, and outstanding service, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Not enough sun loungers....
If you don’t mind getting up by 7:30 am to put your bags by an umbrella and then waiting until 9 am with everyone else to get a sun lounger, this is a great hotel. Everything else is lovely, but there simply aren’t enough beds in peak season, and there’s no system (like I've seen at other hotels) to remove towels from beds left vacant for hours. So you end up paying €10 per bed up by the infinity pool, or you go out.
If you do go out, most people opt for a taxi into town. Otherwise, it’s a 15‑minute walk to the main road and another 15 to get into the heart of town, like the music square. The town is lovely, and a pint of local lager is about €3, and meals are reasonably priced. The food at the hotel is great, so we only ate out occasionally.
You are also a 15 to 20 minute walk from the water park.
A walk to the nearest beach is about 5 minutes, head for the Sunset Lounge, a great little beach bar and like the name of the bar a nice spot to watch the sunset.
There is a small shopping village with a supermarket and a pharmacy a few minutes away from the hotel with a taxi rank, just head past the police station (the big grey building), the shopping village also has a street market twice a week.
Its a lovely hotel, but I am torn about going back because, I just don't like fighting for beds by the pool.

Playa park Zensation! I would love to leave the review of this amazing hotel, where I just came back from. The location is satisfied from local shops and restaurants. Our apartment - Junior suite was very clean, spacious and well presented. We had two bedrooms suite on ground floor, just few steps away from swimming pools. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly, always smiling and very helpful. The food and drinks very delicious!!! The chefs doing really fantastic job!! A lot of options for everybody. It was impossible to get out hungry from there! The rooms were cleaned everyday. One housekeeping attendant found my contact lense, which I thought I lost in the sink (I dropped it somewhere on the floor) and she saved my holiday, because I am blind without them. The receptionists doing also great job. Everyone there was helpful, kind and hardworking. The pools area were always clean, was no fights for pool beds. Animators keep us entertained during the day and also in the late evenings, because is theatre and night club, where every night we had some karaoke, live shows and some games and quizes for kids and adults. There is also Gym and SPA and also infinity pool on the hotel roof. Water park has a lot of slides and other facilities. My kids had a lot of fun there.
I truly recommend this hotel to everybody, especially families with children (smaller and older). I felt there like at home. I didn't want to get back to my home.
Beautiful place and people!!

4.5/5 Stars
This place was amazing! I would so return back, there were a few things which made the place not perfect.
Room - The room we stayed in was great, we loved every single bit of it, spacious, clean, two showers and very modern. What wasn’t so great about the room was that we were supposed to have a balcony room and we got a ground floor instead of the one which was supposed to have the balcony. There were no forks/plates, we arrived late from the airport and ordered food… we had to use the coffee spoons to eat the food… albeit we don’t use it, the TV in the main bedroom did not work so if anybody watches TV that would be a shame as it doesn’t work…..
Facilities - The main pool area was amazing, with two small pools for children, a main one for adults and a jacuzzi, it was great, the pool for adults was big enough so you can jump in it and spacious enough for a lot of people. The infinity pool… now this is €10 per day per person or if you have VIP stay it’s for free… now I’m not sure if this is worth the hassle…
Staff - Every single staff member here is amazing, they are all welcoming and helpful. Sebastian guided us from the beginning with a leaflet showing us where everything was and how to access it, telling us what we can find in the city, bus times and what there is to eat. The staff would always call us a taxi if we asked for one and ordered us food on the first day as we had nothing to eat.
This place trains staff to the highest mark, exceptional.
The only thing I would say I wasn’t happy with is the fact that if we left the sign on the door “Don’t clean”, staff members would still go into our room and would still clean it. The only reason we would put that sign on the door is if we would sleep in or we did something where we didn’t want to get bothered.
Food All Inclusive - Breakfast was always the same but honestly it was great. I loved the bacon it was great, the amount of fruits and yogurt were so good!! Lunch is probably the only time of the day where I wasn’t always a fan of, it was a hit or miss because I didn’t like the selection but my girlfriend enjoyed it. Dinner was always amazing! I loved their sea food paella, steak and all their vegetables!! I can’t complain about the dinner!! It was great!!
Apart from this everything else was great, I enjoyed the evening karaoke shows and live music, it was always great and a lot of fun. The only thing I wish they did was close their main bar later because at 22:30 it was getting closed and it was still hot outside and it would have been nice to sit outside enjoying the lovely evening with a beer. Similar to their night bar which closed at 23:30.
I will definetly return here when I go back to Corralejo!

Just returned from a fabulous week at the playa Park.
The hotel is situated about a 10-15 walk from the main strip so it feels very chilled and relaxed.
The reception check in on arrival was quick and easy and we were greeted with a big smile.
All the staff here are very friendly and helpful, in particular the restaurant and bar staff who couldn’t do enough for you.
The first thing you notice is the hotel is spotlessly clean and well cared for, everything is constantly being washed, brushed or polished.
The food was excellent, always varied and good quality.
We loved the drinks stations for wine, beer and soft drinks, so much nicer than waiting for a waiter.
The room was comfortable with a great view over the pool area and two balcony areas.
The pool area was lovely, lots of good quality sun beds and a relaxing atmosphere.
The main pool was a little bit cold but once you were in it was absolutely fine.
The animation team worked hard and the evening entertainment was really quite good, something I don’t normally say, in fact we went to the night bar every night as the atmosphere was fun and enjoyable.
All in all it’s hard to report any negatives with the
Playa Park, I can’t wait to go back !
