We recently stayed at this 4-star all-inclusive hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the customer service stood out — the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs.
One of the highlights was the pool area, which was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. We never had trouble finding lounge chairs, and the atmosphere was peaceful yet fun. The all-inclusive options were great too — plenty of food and drinks available throughout the day, with a good variety and quality.
What really made our stay even more enjoyable was the room. It was spacious, comfortable, and included a fully equipped kitchen, which gave us the flexibility to prepare a few of our own meals when we wanted some privacy. This was a huge plus for us!
For the price we paid €130 a night, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It offered great amenities, excellent service, and a comfortable stay. We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable getaway.

This place is a very strange mix.
Lovely pool areas and sea views plus we had a nice suite looking over the pool area with sea views.
Parts of it are nice but it has been built with precast concrete and parts of it feel really industrial.
Breakfast is decent but the dining area is very canteen like and the outside eating area is surrounded by the huge concrete walls of the hotel.
Entertainment, not very entertaining.
Staff generally are nice and helpful.

Great staff. Rooms are like little flats, junior suites.pool bar has good drinks, great snacks, cheese and ham sandwiches are lovely. Kitchens in room if you want to go self catering or b and b. We really enjoyed our stay. We were all inclusive but when we go back we'll go b&b. Close to town, some good supermarkets and restaurants,

We paid for all inclusive and a junior suite to celebrate our son's birthday. Junior suite had a great balcony with a sea view BUT that was it.... the flooring in the room was damaged and dangerous to walk bare foot. Clearly had a flood as shower screen unit deteriorated. Toilet seat loose. Tall mature woman on Reception was disgustingly rude so husband fixed the toilet himself. Breakfast lukewarm and lunch & dinner options not labelled well and looked awful. We ate out a lot costing more money. Ruined the holiday. Hotel needs a serious upgrade. It's dangerous for children, too many uneven floors and uneven tiling. Love the resort, hate the hotel for ruined family holiday. And as usual, not heard a word from Jet2!!!!!!

Our Family Stay at Eurostars Las Salinas
We recently returned from a fantastic holiday at the Eurostars Las Salinas in Fuerteventura, where we stayed from the 24th of July to the 3rd of August. As a family of three, with two adults and one child, we were looking for a relaxing break with a great location, and for the most part, the hotel delivered. Here’s a summary of our experience.
Staff: The Heart of the Hotel
The staff at this hotel are an absolute credit to the Eurostars brand. They were consistently friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. From the reception team who gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, to the cleaners who always had a cheerful greeting as they made our room spotless each day, we couldn't have been more impressed. The restaurant and bar staff were also excellent, always working hard and with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued and was a highlight of our trip.
A Clean Stay with a Budget-Conscious Feel
We were very happy with how clean the hotel was. Our room was always clean, and the public areas, including the pool, were well-maintained. We did notice, however, that while the hotel is clean, some of the infrastructure feels a bit dated. There were chipped tiles and a few worn fittings that made it feel more like a solid three-star than a modern four-star. It gives the impression that the hotel operates on a tight budget for refurbishment, but this didn't detract from our enjoyment.
The Perfect Location
The location is, without a doubt, the hotel's greatest asset. It's positioned right on the beach, which was ideal for us. We loved being able to step out of the hotel and onto the sand in just a couple of minutes. The hotel's central spot in Caleta de Fuste also meant that everything we needed was within easy walking distance. We enjoyed many strolls along the promenade and found plenty of shops and restaurants to visit nearby. It’s perfect if you don't want to rely on a car and just want to enjoy the sun and the sea.
Entertainment: Quieter than Expected
If you're looking for a hotel with a vibrant entertainment program, this might not be the place for you. We found the entertainment and animation team to be quite minimal compared to other hotels we've stayed in. There wasn't much going on during the day or in the evenings, with entertainment often limited to a single performance or a singer. For us, this wasnt actually a major issues as parents / grandparents came out to meet us, but it's an important point for families with children who might want more organized activities.
Food: A good selection
When it came to food, we found that while the selection might have been smaller than what we've seen at other large resorts, the quality was consistently good. The variety and preparation were superb, especially the breakfast spread which offered a fantastic choice to get our day started. The hotel offered different themed nights to add variety and even though there was no separate children's table we all always found something we enjoyed for every meal. The pool bar offers snacks throughout the day as well.
Our Final Thoughts
For a family like ours, the Eurostars Las Salinas was an excellent choice for a low-key, relaxing holiday. The friendly staff and unbeatable beachfront location made our time there truly special. While the facilities show some signs of age, the hotel's cleanliness and great value more than make up for it. We would certainly recommend it for anyone who prioritizes a peaceful and well-located break.
