Elba Sarah is a decent 4star hotel well located by the beach. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and politeness of the staff. We were served by Daniel who was very helpful and promptly responded to our needs. Katia was always at hand to guide. The room were excellent as we had a sea view and free drinks with coffee and tea. The facilities were great. The food selection was great. Like other reviews there was food for everyone. A great hotel and will definitely come again.

This is easily the best hotel we’ve ever visited. We have been all inclusive at other hotels in the past and know how poor the food can be. Easily the best thing about this hotel is that we anticipated low quality food and drink so we brought £2000 spending money in case we needed to eat out every day. The food and drink here is so amazing we have eaten in the hotel breakfast, lunch and dinner which has meant we can spend all our spending money on excisions like boat trips, jet skis, swimming with sea lions, scuba diving and other activities for the kids. This hotel has made our trip so amazing we are still here right now, due to leave tomorrow but aren’t ready to leave this amazing place and have extended our trip and extra couple of days which the hotel have arranged amazingly. If we didn’t have other work commitments we would stay another 2 weeks! The staff here work tirelessly and are incredible. They are the nicest people ever! They seem to have unlimited number of staff and the cleanliness is second to none. The beach is on the doorstep and is honestly a paradise the sea of crystal clear. They have 3 pools that the kids absolutely LOVE. Two are heated and have entertainment though the day. The evening entertainment is brilliant all of the entertainment staff work so hard to please everyone. I’ve played golf 3 times whilst being here the golf course is unreal. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! This is the best holiday me and my family have ever had. Edit: I forgot to mention the rooms are great and the shower is the best shower I’ve ever had! Angel the bar man/waiter works are a crazy rate he doesn’t seem to stop. I wish I could find workers like him for my business.

I stayed 6 days at the resort. I had originally booked a simple double room but was upgraded at my arrival to a Junior Suite with view on the oceanfront which was marvellous. The staff was really nice and friendly and always accommodating. I was able to check out late too since I had a flight in the evening. The pools /pools area were nice and clean, with an only-adult space. Lots of activities going on even if I didn't partake in them. Breakfast and dinner were nice, with a different menu every evening, the change was nice. Really well located, not far from the airport so you do hear during the day a few planes passing by but only for a min max. Also located almost at the middle of the island so if you have a car you can go everywhere and visit what you want. The resort have an app with the hours for the different restaurants, the planning of activities, booking of excursions... I will definitely recommend this resort to people and might even come back myself as I loved the island !

Elba Sara is an absolute amazing hotel with fantastic staff. The hotel is situated right on the beach and the rooms open up to beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The rooms are well equipped with very comfortable beds and pillows. There is a safe and fridge with tea making facilities which are topped up daily. The bathrooms have huge walk in showers and the rooms are cleaned daily. Our room was kept beautifully clean by Gabriella. The restaurant serves a fantastic variety of food and there is something for everyone. The staff work so hard and are the kindest friendliest people we have ever met in a hotel. Kasia the guest service manager spoke to everyone and always tried her very best to make sure you had a fabulous holiday. The entertainment at this hotel is also brilliant. The animation team work so hard and are always smiling. They are a great group of young people and so very talented. The shows they put on are amazing. If you’re looking for paradise with the most accommodating staff then the Elba Sara is definitely the place to come. It’s amazing 🥰

The hotel has been brilliant! Service in the restaurants and bars have been brilliant. Angel was ready to take our drinks order in the restaurant while waiting for our table of 10. Harry was always very entertaining and always making the kids laugh. Pools were lovely, be heated, did not have any trouble getting Sunbeds either. The entertainment team were brilliant! Morning activities, water Zumba, kids club, football, water games. Always keeping the children busy. Their evening shows were always fantastic too! Special thanks to Aitor was has been amazing, so entertaining and always so brilliant with the kids! Could do with slightly longer in the evenings with just some music, but overall it’s been a brilliant 10 days.
