We had such a great time at the Elba Sara Hotel in Caleta de Fuste. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, which really set the tone for the whole holiday.
The food was excellent with something new to try every day – plenty of variety so it never felt repetitive. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidied daily, which made coming back after a day out really relaxing.
The animation team deserve a special mention – they kept everyone entertained, and the Lion King performance was absolutely brilliant! They put so much effort into making sure both adults and children enjoyed themselves.
The hotel is right on the seafront, which was lovely for walks into the town. It’s about 15–20 minutes along a nice coastal path, so it felt safe and relaxing at the same time.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more. Great service, fantastic entertainment, and a beautiful location – we’d definitely recommend Elba Sara and would love to return in the future!

Nice hotel, brilliant hotel, great location and a varied food offering. Just a couple of small opportunities for improvement. Cleaning of rooms was either good or passable, depending on the day. AI restaurant had a decent choice with themed nights and food quality was mainly good.
The Broadway Bar was dingy and could do with either a refresh or just someone spending an hour replacing the failed light bulbs. Entertainment OK but some nights better than others. Occasionally finished early leaving the option of crowded bar or room.
Made to feel welcome by the staff who were universally friendly and helpful.
Would visit the resort again as transfer time good, also.

Amazing All-Inclusive Experience with Fantastic Entertainment!
We had an incredible time on our all-inclusive holiday! The resort itself was beautiful, with excellent facilities, delicious food, and plenty of activities for all ages. What really made our trip unforgettable, though, was the entertainment team – especially Vanessa. She went above and beyond to make everyone feel included and ensured there was always something fun to do. Her energy, friendliness, and talent made every show and activity so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel to celebrate the 20th birthday of my daughter, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. The cleanliness of the room, as well as all the hotel areas and the pool, was excellent and well maintained throughout our stay.
A special mention must go to the animation team – Paola, Ivan, and Alex – who were truly brave, energetic, and made every day full of fun and activities. They created a warm and engaging atmosphere, which added so much to our holiday. The reception staff, especially Davide, were always welcoming and helpful, and Gino, who served us in the Italian restaurant, was attentive and friendly. We also enjoyed the à la carte menu, which was a lovely addition to the dining experience.
We did have a couple of small disappointments. For my daughter’s birthday, I ordered a cake, but unfortunately, there was no option to have her name decorated on it, even though I was willing to pay for it. This would have made the occasion extra special. Also, while we appreciated the Italian restaurant, I must note that the risotto was not prepared with the proper rice for an authentic Italian risotto, which was a pity given the otherwise high standards of the hotel.
That said, the hotel is clearly well administered, and the overall service, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff made our holiday very special. We left with great memories and gratitude for the team who helped make our daughter’s birthday celebration enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Elba Sara Beach Resort in Fuerteventura! The entertainment team absolutely made our holiday – they are brilliant with the kids, so full of energy, and the shows they put together were just wonderful. Their English is excellent, and I have to give huge credit to both the Spanish and Italian staff. A special thank you to Alessandro and the whole team – you really went above and beyond to make everyone feel included and entertained.
The location is great – everything you need is close by. The market is only about a 20-minute walk away, and if you don’t feel like walking back, a taxi costs less than €3, which is super handy.
The food overall was very good with plenty of variety, and most nights we enjoyed it a lot. The only small downside was that on a couple of occasions the fresh grilled chicken and burgers weren’t cooked through properly – but on other nights they were perfect. This didn’t take away from the experience, just something that could be improved slightly.
The atmosphere, friendliness of the staff, and entertainment really made this holiday memorable for us. We’d happily come back again – thank you Elba Sara for a wonderful stay!
