What a great hotel, 1st time at this hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and easy accessible with suitcases etc. I was especially impressed with the entertainment team (big mention of Roberto) my son has enjoyed every activity especially when Roberto is running it who is full of energy and engaging with all the kids and adult's. 3x good pools, one for the toddlers, one is very cold so took so time getting used to it but the other is nice. Drinks are readily available but food in poolside pool bar limited.

Arrived home last week. Had the best stay and the Elba Sara, rooms clean, comfortable bed. Welcome drink on arrival was a lovely touch. All the staff who I engaged with were lovely. Bit of a palava booking the a la carte restaurant with mixed information from different staff in the restaurant however it was quickly resolved. Enjoyed the pool activities. We loved the location. We can't wait to return.

We have been here 3 times and we live it. It's rant code to the airport the rooms are really spacious. The highlight for me is the food and also the team. The animation team are so welcoming and great with kids and adults. Very relaxing.

We've just got back from a two week stay at Elba Sara. We had a great family holiday.
The best bits:
- The food quality. Out of all the different hotels we have stayed in, the quality of food on offer here has been the best! The buffet restaurant offers a variety of options, with enough to please even the fussiest of eaters. For our a la carte meal, we went to La Nonna (the Italian restaurant), where again the food was delicious.
- The entertainment team provides a variety of different activities throughout the day to keep children and adults entertained. We'd like to give a special mention to Roberto, who in our opinion when he led an activity, they were always the best attended, best organised and most enjoyable for everyone who took part. He was great with the kids and ours always gave a big shout of "Yes" when he turned up for the good morning dance or they saw it was his turn to lead the mini disco! We also thought Aitor was very entertaining, particularly in the evening entertainment.
- Sunbeds. There's absolutely loads!! Whatever the time of day there was always plenty of sunbeds spare, you definitely don't need to get up early to save any beds.
- The location. Caleta de Fuste is a quiet location, but in easy walking distance from the hotel along a beachfront path which is also well lit at night.
- The swimming pools - these are great, the fact the shallower pool was heated, was much appreciated on the cloudier days and the deeper pool was a good size for the different activities. The pool area and grounds are kept immaculately tidy and the ground staff were meticulous in their care for the gardens and lawns.
The not so great bits:
- Check-in took us nearly an hour of standing in a queue in reception! It was then disappointing we had to wait a further two hours to be able to get into our room (couldn't get in until 3pm), there were some people whose room still was ready at this time.
- Beach towels - the hotel offer this as a service, however they rarely had these available. It took three days before we could get any and then when we tried to change them part way through the holiday and again there were none available. From speaking to other people they were also having the same problems with not being able to get any. Every hotel we have previously stayed in that offers this has always had enough to meet the demand of its guests! We would definitely recommend bringing your own towels!
- Room towels - like with beach towels these were lacking, we had to stop putting towels for change as these were taken, but not replaced due to a lack of them available. The quality of the towels in the room was poor, these had large holes in and stained. Again not something we would have expected in a four star hotel.
- All inclusive offer. Drinks are not always available, the pool bar does not open until 10.30, the Broadway Bar does not open until 8:15, however the entertainment starts at 8:00. Also, in the restaurant you have to wait for a waiter to take your drinks order, however on many occasions we had nearly finished our meals by the time our drinks arrived. In most hotels that offer all inclusive, these are self service all over the hotel and not just in the pool bar.

Some minor cons first- if you are a adult 30s to 40s or teenager, there is limited entertainment for you at the hotel but a short walk down the beach there are bars to cater for this. The gym is a bit worn out.
Now the pros-
The staff are amazing but naturally amazing- nothing forced.
Special shout out to Niki, Ruben and Selina from the animacion team who put their all into trying to entertain on limited budgets (and often trying to entertain boring audience members!) and still having a smile on their faces and energy.
The food is delicious and plentiful with a change of theme each night for dinner.
Alcohol- if you drink, the measures of spirits are HUGE. Be warned!
Beds are comfy and showers are hot.
Lots of loungers by the pool so no need to put a towel down to claim.
