We’ve stayed here last summer, and I forgot to write a review, altough it was in some ways a holiday that we won’t forget easily.
Hotel and room: the hotel itself is nice, easy to navigate, multiple bars and pools. The wellness and indoor pool were a great addition, since it was very loud outside and the wind is cold with times. The room is basic, but just enough. Strange thing, the towels were only replaced a couple times in our week, same for cleaning. When we really needed new towels, they were out of stock. This bothered us quite some times, but we felt that the staff really did their best to help where needed.
Food and drinks: plenty of choice, quality was average to good. Nothing really to complain here.
Staff: very friendly people, always helpful even when it got very busy.
Hotel guests: something the hotel can’t take the blame for, but this hotel was filled with English people which were the most rude people. Not all, but the youth were playing their own music loud at the pool, screaming, drinking all day (while they can’t handle it). This really broke our holiday since the nights were an absolute nightmare. Screaming, singing, running through hallways and knocking on doors in the middle of the night. We had horrible nights and were so happy to leave… for an adult hotel, I’d rather have children than these youngsters that behave way worse. We had the feeling that the staff had no control of the situation, which somehow is understandable. We’re calm people, looking for a chill holiday, this was the opposite. If this was not the case, we’ll had a fantastic holiday.

Lovely Staff, but the Hotel Needs Some Improvement
The staff at Kn Matas Blancas were the highlight of our stay. Alba and Jesús were especially kind, helpful, and always went the extra mile. The hotel has potential but needs work to truly meet its 4-star rating. Rooms could be cleaner, and the air conditioning was not very effective.
Food was hit-or-miss desserts were nice, but breakfast and the snack bar were lacking. The spa was a peaceful bonus and worth the small fee. The area is quiet, with limited activities, but excursions are available. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful staff.

Let’s start with some (Postives )
Beds are comfortable a lovely balcony a spacious bathroom with a nice shower and a mini fridge .
Drinks are lovely but could have a few more drinks selection
Now let’s focus on Negatives
* Flies were coming out of the drink dispenser and going into people’s drinks I saw this it happened to another holiday maker.
* Flys were flying around the ketchup machine in the snack bar
Food wasn’t the greatest baked beans looked like they was just poured out the tin stone cold
Bacon uneatable didn’t even taste like bacon and was so hard it felt like it would break your teeth.
Hashbrowns had a Body odour smell.
Food should always be served hot and not cold unless it’s ice cream or something.
You shouldn’t have to wait half a hour to have a towel for the pool so we ended up having to buy one.
Ants were crawling out of the light switch by the side of the bed. We asked for pillows the whole week we was staying in your hotel to be told you would make a note to the housekeeper on the Friday before we left we got extra pillows. We shouldn’t have to wait that long.
There was dirt stains on the pillow sheets that we got gave by the cleaners
What could be improved
Food quality should be better and really hot and not stone cold.
Food should be editable and not feel like it will break your teeth.
More towels for the pool 100%
(To check your drink refillable machines to make sure that there is not any more flies in there and to deep clean it)
To have more of a drink selection on the drink menu like pina coladas or strawberry daiquiris etc.
to keep a eye on the snack bar area and to make sure that no flies are near your ketchup machine as it is unhygienic.
(The spa shouldn’t only be free one time it should be free on the all inclusive option) and if not all inclusive then normal cost.
If someone asks for extra pillows to give them to them without a hassle, 1 pillow gives you a bad neck.
I will also mention aswell it’s a lovely hotel but it shouldn’t have prostitution it ruins the vibe.

We've just returned From a wonderful stay at Kn Matas Blancas. The rooms, staff and locations were great for us.
We did hear some complaints from one guests about the food in the restaurant book personally we didn't find any problems with the quality of the food.
I would like to thank all the staff for giving us a memorable stay especially because it was our 20th wedding anniversary.
But one member staff stands out above all, which was the lovely lady on reception that check this in and out.

5 stars with a caveat. looking at the map and the pictures, you would never guess that the hotel is so far from the beach. be ready for a 15 minute walk up the mountain lol or be like me and take a taxi several times. But yes, the spa, the pools, the rooms, the facilities...all great. i'd love to go back. i wish i had taken the time to have a drink on the terrace. the view was so beautiful. but it was a short trip and I forgot. silly me
