We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel, my first observation was how clean it was, it was so clean and well looked after and it was like this throughout the whole of the hotel. Our rooms were so spacious and the beds were so comfy too. We had robes and slippers in our rooms for after our showers and they were very well cleaned everyday with lovely staff who left chocolates on our beds each day. The only negative was the mini bar, we had to pay for any drinks or food that was in there that we had, even though we were all inclusive.
Staff were nice and helpful, the entertainment on an evening wasn't great and I think could have been a little bit livelier.
The restaurant was clean and the food was just ok. It was very much the same all the time and though we were only there for 4 nights we chose to eat out twice. Saying that the food isn't awful but just needs a bit more variety.
Saying that we had the most amazing time, had a lovely rest and would recommend this hotel.

We spent a week at Hotel Ereza Mar. The hotel itself is stunning and the facilities are very clean! The staff were always willing to help and were very knowledgable. The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern, perfect for what we wanted. The hotel bar serves affordable a tasty drinks, including cocktails. We never spent more than €20 a day on multiple cocktails! The hotel is close to lots of amenities, including bike hire, the harbour and the beach, which were never longer than 10/15 minute walk. We also enjoyed the convenience of being close to a supermarket to buy bottled water and snacks. Our only criticism is that as I am lactose intolerant (and eat a mostly vegan diet as a result), I struggled to eat in the hotel restaurant. However, there were alternative milk options available in the mornings for a coffee and the hotel is close to lots of very affordable restaurants.

We stayed here December 2022 for 4 nights and had a very pleasant stay. As 2 female Muslim travellers we were treated very well by almost all but most kind was Mohammed who was always warm and friendly upon our visit at the restaurant area and a chef, who's name I have forgotten, who greeted us on the very first day. They made us feel welcome and accepted. However when we were at the pool on our last day, we were approached by one of the life guards who had made comments and advised us that we were not allowed to wear our conservative swimwear. This came as a shock and made us feel very uncomfortable as we had made a few trips to the pool and were not told this before. We asked why this was not allowed and no reason was given - maybe due to the language barrier and ignorance to faith they did not seem to understand that the clothing attire was suitable for water; a full bathing suit. Food was yummy and diverse - of course we kept to seafood and vegetarian options - there were many.

Our stay at Hotel Ereza Mar was absolute heaven. Fantastic value for money, the staff were all brilliant, friendly, chatty and made us feel completely at ease, and the hotel was very clean. We barely left site as we had everything we needed, and despite the cloudy forecast, all we had was sun. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing break. We were told by another couple about the roof terrace and the views from the hot tubs up there were insane.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ereza Mar and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The level of professionalism and efficiency displayed by the staff was commendable, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The value for money was also satisfactory. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and stay.
Please work on improving the food and you will be top value hotel.
