If you have booked this hotel, you will enjoy but be open minded. We spent 5 nights and had a relaxing break but would I return, No. The location is 5*, cleanliness of rooms and majority of outdoors is 5*. (The roof top terrace needs work as hot tub cleanliness and all being in working order not great) Food I would give a 3* . Always something to eat, never went without but it was limited and just not what I would expect from a 4* hotel. On arrival and able to make lunch still, I actually thought it was an extremely good snack bar, so was quite surprised to know that was the one and only restaurant for everything. The snack bar (which is a heated counter) closed between 13.00 and 15.00?? The restaurant was quite small and felt very school hall canteen (I've been on lots of Al so I know it will never feel like an a la carte restaurant) but this was probably one that I felt lacked any atmosphere at all. Drinks were mediocre but again there is always something. Entertainment is AI entertainment. You will queue for drinks at the bar. Some staff are super friendly and helpful, others not so much so. If you are looking for a relaxed break away in a nice location with, you will be happy . We overall had a lovely time, I just wanted to leave an honest opinion with how this compares to other 4* AI hotels I've stayed in.

Hotel Ezera Mar was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was great, the shower amazing.
The buffet selection at dinner wasn't as large as other hotels we've stayed at, but was totally sufficient.
The sun loungers got reserved early, but we could always find some, usually on the sun terrace which also had 3 hot tubs.
The location of the hotel was only 5 minutes walk from the beach and shops.
We really enjoyed our stay and we would return.

My wife and I used this Hotel through Jet2 holidays recently for a week. We stayed on a B&B basis only, although we did have the option to upgrade on arrival, but never took the offer up. The Breakfast buffet style was absolutely amazing no complaints here and plenty from which to choose. My only little grips being the bread/toasting area is a little annoying with a fair number of people waiting. My second point there's a small outside eating area and basically there were a few annoying ones who rushed to grab the seats in this area, no sooner had the restaurant opened it's doors. These were, the same people who would get up at the crack of Dawn so selfishly grab the best sunbeds for the day... despite the Hotel having a policy of not reversing them.
There are 3 pool areas. 1. Large inner courtyard pool 2. A small toddler one. 3 and finally a outside sea view one. There is a first aider on duty all day long, who I would say acts as a lifeguard too.
My only little issue being as the sun moves round in the hotels courtyard area, if you're a sun worshiper, you'll find you'll have to move round the pool area to try to find a sunbed that is then in the sun..which can be problematic.
There's a nice little gym,(which I used) table tennis massage Parlour (for something Extra special and can recommend this, obviously there is an extra cost to use this but nothing too extravagant)
There is a secret roof terrace too...with sauna/jacuzzis and sunbeds...but I'll leave you to find it. It seems not many people are aware of it's presence.??
There are several lifts and good stairways to access the rooms. We were on the second floor..on the front road side. It was slightly disappointing to be there, however we didn't mind too much as it was only a week. If I did ever use the hotel again I would ask for a sea view..
The room itself was comfortable and very clean. The standard of cleanliness is really good overall throughout the complex. The cleaning staff work extremely hard which is a credit. There is a patio with table chairs and drying line.
The shower is amazing and has superb pressure with both ordinary shower option or rainfall. Bathroom is a nice size...there is only a small window for ventilation which slides open onto the walkways...which when open can be a little intrusive if your in there...it definitely needs closing. With our room being above the karaoke venue it was slightly noisy at night for a while overall though it never bothered us too much.
All the staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous. Nothing being too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and despite the few little grips...I would definitely recommend a stay here...
A Big thank you to everyone at Hotel Ereza Mar 👏

Was an amazing break with only minor niggles. But the hotel was excellent. The food and choices of were brilliant. The price of drink was reasonable. The Coffee was always a vending machine even in the pool bar. Cocktails were also from a vending machine so not very nice. But overall it is a beautiful hotel. It is spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The staff cannot do enough for you and will definitely go back.

My recent experience at Hotel Ereza Mar was outstanding. We contacted the hotel prior to arriving as we were celebrating our anniversary and when we arrived they had upgraded our room to a sea view and complimentary bottle of champagne. The professionalism and efficiency exhibited by the staff were commendable, contributing significantly to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel.
Additionally, the cleanliness maintained throughout the premises was impeccable.
The choice of 2 swimming pools was a major plus point and the infinity pool looking out at the sea was breathtaking and thoroughly relaxing.
I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Ereza Mar to anyone seeking a remarkable stay.
